This country many refuses to change my life insurance policy. They never told us my term expired 14 yrs ago - which meant each year my life insurance doubled!!! I can’t afford it now. I have done everything they asked. Had a nurse come to my home - weigh me like a child. Take blood. Look at all my Meds and asked embarrassing questions! I did an online interview. And on the phone interview! Nobody said anything for months. Yet no policy.

They called me a closet druggy!!!! An alcoholic!!! Even though I don’t smoke or drink or do drugs!! This has gone on for over a year. They keep changing the reasons they are dying my new policy. The last reason they said I had heart problems! Yet I had scans! Labs ultrasounds - my dr says I’m fine. I sent all this to them. They still are denying my new policy after a year of this crap. I contacted the Iowa insurance division. They refused to help me. This company only wants money. And they are lying and changing their policies and denying me my new policy This country many is so rude! I’m the one paying for this policy. My dr said I’m fine. So why keep denying me?!

I spoke multiple times to the agent that was in my area but unfortunately not only her but also her staff were not able to process my cancellation of 2 life insurance policies I had with them. Bad experience.

They didn't pay me my rest of my money they owed me for my roof. And still owe me over $879. Dollars. They very racist and if you're not ** don't do business with these rip off. They ripped me off during the pandemic first hit. Had me donate money to farming and I couldn't eat farm animals, veggies and fruits for free. Ramans ** is very racist. It's been 4 years and they still haven't paid me my rest of my money. This in the Athens GA area. I call them several times ask to speak with the head manager over him, nothing. I paid them every month with no problem. I didn't say I'll give half now and the other later once you make and authorize a claim or paid the partial monthly premium.

I bought this policy along with auto insurance and they apply small rate discount. I liked having all insurance together. Of course they offer automatic payment too. I believe that you will receive understandable answers to any questions regarding policy choices and coverage.

I don’t go to my policy online because when I have questions or want to see what’s going on with my policy and what are my options for improving it, I call up my agent, Mark **, and he comes to me. I like this personal touch. It’s why I have other policies with him as well.

Please don't use Farm Bureau Financial Services for life insurance for your loved ones. I am a beneficiary of one of their policies, and it is a stressful experience. First, they claimed that my mom had made phone calls to them on dates that were *after she had died*. Second, they are rude by way of being brusque. I tried to complain, but it turns out that this department is pretty much just a room with three women, including the manager.

We had Farm Bureau for several years. We had a great agent. Then he left...bad news after that. New agent was never available. Call back after 4 to 5 days. The customer service people the FW branch are rude. It was lie after lie for a refund check after cancelling.

I have been with them for 21 years and I am not as satisfied with them due to not knowing much about it. For the price I pay is fair but I got failed by not getting told the real truth about insurance or I would had been paying more in. I think it's a necessary evil. Something you absolutely should have and need but not happy with knowing it could end soon and lose all I paid in. So I am not happy with it which probably lays back in agents lap for not explaining to me properly...

It's for seniors and is whole life. Premiums never go up. Amount never goes down which before had insurance through my husband's employer where he retired. And at age 64, found out it was term and would cancel out when I turned 70.

Not very satisfied with insurance rep. Mother started policy prior to me becoming an adult, at which time I took over the payments. I am still paying an additional premium for being a tobacco user, and I am no longer a smoker (have not been for over 2 years). Rep is hard to get ahold of and this type of product is complicated to transfer.

I have had a life insurance policy with Farm Bureau for 20 years. My premium is about $120 per month. I received a letter today that they are increasing my premium effective April 2011 to $357.92 per month. This should be against the law. I cannot pay an additional $200 per month for a life insurance and I should not have to after having this policy for 20 years.
