I have been paying an insurance policy for 5 years and they come up saying we was behind on payment and have proof. They still canceled the policy. This company is a joke. Don’t waste your money with them.

Accepted me then dropped me when I looked for other rates. Anybody that can get USAA membership shouldn't even think twice. NEVER EVER go with Bestow. They will waste your time and not be transparent as to "why"!

I’m livid with this company and I never write reviews. After years of contributing to a policy for my husband, they are cancelling my policy because I misspoke saying “I” filled out the policy form when I meant “we”, even though I clarified I misspoke. As a stay at home Mom, I would depend on this policy if anything happened to my husband, God forbid. When I spoke to John G at Bestow, he was rude, sighing loudly at everything I said. I told him a close relative passed away and he didn’t even acknowledge it with a response. It was also very hard to get ahold of someone there, it took 5 calls in a period of 24 hours. The customer service was good before we created the policy, now it’s subpar. Seems like this is just another greedy company only interested in their profits and care nothing for their customers.

I was looking for some completely digital policies because in my previous experience, the agents tend to 'upsell' on additional 'features' that you may not necessarily require. Bestow was very easy to sign up and I am happy with the entire process so far. I just hope the company will honor its end of the deal if and when there is a need for it.
