Phone was destroyed by shovel & the person who helped on phone call was most helpful. Instructions were not clear about SIM cards so I went to store. I have not been able to access all my pictures, contacts & notes.. Big disappointment.

Defective iPhone... it crashes more than 20 times a day. I'm very disappointed. You guys need to make sure you are sending good working phones. I just called T-Mobile to see if they could help me but I shouldn't be dealing with this.

The process was smooth. However, the device I received was defective. The battery wouldn’t a hold charge. It would die after 6 hours on a full charge. It was upsetting, as I was paying $12 a month for insurance, then $99 for the deductible, to end up receiving a device that wasn’t working properly.

Recently the screen on my Samsung phone cracked. I was expecting an expensive replacement situation. But because I had the insurance and gadget guard screen protection the entire process took less that 72 hours and only cost me $35.00. The folks were wonderful and I couldn't be happier with the results. Thanks again!

I lost my iPhone 11 Pro and call them. Everything was smooth but they send me the wrong phone, I send it back. Now is almost been three weeks without a phone waiting on the right phone to be send to me and they receive the old phone and now supposedly it takes up to a week for they to scan the phone, and then they will send me a phone. Meanwhile I'm still waiting without a phone. Worst company, because of them I will be cancelling my phone service provider.

Damaged a new phone, ordered a replacement phone but it was bad when received. Sent for a new replacement and it worked OK. I spent about 4 hours total with Xfinity to set it up. Everything is OK now.

The only complaint is that we were not informed right away that the original claim had been denied because we had made a mistake on the model number of my iPhone. We had logged in to follow up on the claim and found out that it had been denied. The email to inform us arrived several days later so this could have been an unnecessary and possibly difficult delay.

I was sent a packet in the mail explaining the tiers and price for each tier deductible. My phone which is a Coolpad Legacy was under tier 1 which meant my deductible was supposed to be $20. When I called to make a claim after my phone was stolen they said the deductible was $50. I explained to them that I had a packet from Assurant that it clearly states my deductible isn't supposed to be $50 because the paper states otherwise. They refused to adjust it.

I was denied the replacement of the cell phone because of the bad customer service representatives, they lack off professionalism and write whatever their small brains can think of... and I am speaking about the Spanish customer service. You should hire professional people capable of handling all types of situations not just people that get mad at their customers and they know how to mess up a replacement just because they cannot take out their anger at their homes. They have to bring it to the job site. Smh...very disappointed. I have paid the insurance for over 10 years and have not made a claim for this line until this year and I feel shame on you that I was denied for something that the stupid representative wrote on the notes???? I have 10 lines all with insurance but after this issue I don't see the point of paying insurance for so many years if it is not worth it????

Wife broke her watch screen, a simple automated process turned into 3 days of headache. Every time I gave them information they moved the goal post and continued to drag out a very simple claim. We also have Apple care on the watch and will probably use it next time. It is cheaper and you can actually get help in the store unlike with Assurant. I shouldn't have to spend 6 hours on the phone over 3 days while they find excuses and reasons to delay my claim.

I have reported my phone damaged, I place an order to replace it, except during that time, my phone became evidence and is held by the police department. Police say that it won't be released until the court date and this case can be for long. That it could take up to 6 months to a year. So I was forced to send back the replacement that I have received. Because I didn't want to get charged a full value of the old phone. In 3 years I have never filed a complaint or a claim. But this was an exempt. The phone was not able to be returned due to its contents and use of an evidence. I believe I could be exempt and return it when the case was closed.

Sent me a replacement phone that is defective. You try to add the sim card and it gets stuck in device. Now I have to return it again. IT takes too long to get processed and receive a phone back in return. I will probably cancel the account with MetroPCS. I don't have time to mess with sending back a phone that was refurbished and would not take the sim card.

Claim was made on Sunday 12/1 (had to drive to TMobile). Was told it would be 2 day airmailed. Wednesday 12/4 no phone and tracking showed it never left PA (your facilities). Called Assurant and they said they would have to take it up with UPS and until resolved I wouldn't have my replacement phone for 10-14 DAYS!! That's over 2 weeks without a phone and I live alone. Of course my $149 deposit had already been taken on 12/2. When I got home from TMobile (where I called Assurant) I checked with UPS to see if a claim had been made. Supervisor with Assurant said she and another rep had spoke to UPS. UPS showed no claim had been made by Assurant. I made claim and got the package moving. Received it 12/6.
Assurant not only didn't do their job with THEIR logistic carrier, they put the customer out for up to 14 days before they resolve THEIR issue. No discount and zero help. The supervisor and rep kept saying 10-14 days is their policy. This is not how insurance should work. At a TMobile location with hundreds of phones, paid for my replacement and going home not once but twice without a phone or solution. The poorest service I have ever had with any company in any industry. I canceled my service. I'd rather pay more and walk away with a phone that day and not have to sit on hold for over 30 mins both calls to a company who clearly does not put their customers first.

When the replacement phone came it did not work. There was a software error and I had problems trying to get another one sent out. It took over an hour to get help. As a customer, who ALWAYS pays EVERY MONTH, and is never late, I think more should’ve been done faster. I was to get the postage sent to me so that I could send the broken phone back for next day delivery but it came so late I’d have to wait an extra day for the phone. Terrible customer service. Subpar representative. I’m currently looking for another insurance company to insure my phone.

It took me 8 days to receive a phone. When I contacted customer service they were rude to me. I asked for her supervisor and he introduced himself and asked how he could help, I explained my frustrations and he also responded with a short snippy attitude and when I asked him his name so that I could report him he gave me a different name than when he first introduced himself.

I have been waiting since November for my replacement. They sent me a broken replacement and I am still waiting after day 4 for my overnight delivery!! I would never use them again or recommend them to anyone.

I've been paying to keep my this phone insured for at least 5 years and this is the 1st time I've ever filed a claim. So that's a lot of money invested. My Galaxy Note 5 was stolen so I filed a claim and it went thru smoothly. Only issue I have is it was replaced with a Galaxy S8 instead of a Note. Since I've dumped soo much $$ into Assurant I was hoping/expecting a top of the line current device Samsung Note.

I had to talk to 3 or people. They didn’t have knowledge of what to do. I even had to have a T-Mobile person talking to them explaining my device info. This is the first time I had to do so much and they were so rude.

Assurant representative we dealt with the first time was extremely rude and unhelpful. After giving her all the necessary information multiple times she still typed in the serial number and caused the claim to need to be resubmitted 24hrs later. While listening to the conversation even the TMobile representative online apologized on behalf of the Assurant representative and reanswered all of the questions for me. The second person I spoke with to resubmit the claim after it got denied due to the original agents mistake was extremely nice, helpful, and apologetic.

I call in and took an hour to solve my problem. However, their system did not receive my information so I have to call in the next day. I met someone else and everything starts all over again and the problem unsolves. I have to responsible for everything even spent a whole day to call them all over and met many different people. I paid for a service and here I have to fix my own problem. They did not help at all. Will cancel soon.

I am not satisfied whatsoever with my replacement phone, as when I began my service I purchased a brand new phone and had no problems with it. Now that I've received my refurbished replacement phone I continuously have issues of it running slow and closing apps that I'm in the middle of using. I also have had several apps not even load as they should when I try opening them. The only positive response I have for Assurant, is that I can at least make/receive my phone calls and messages now.

This has been by far the worst experience I've had with any customer service ever! From this company denying my initial claim due to the representative not correctly annotating the correct imei info after I told them what the correct phone was, too when finally getting the correct claim filed just to find out when the device was sent out they had the wrong name on the package so I am not allowed to pick the package up from UPS. I've called and called to get assistance but no one seems to have any answers, this week will make a month of me without a phone.

I was initially frustrated with the process. My phone froze twice during updates. My phone worked but I had to file the claim as if it didn’t work because it was stuck in the update mode. A cracked screen would have been cheaper. Fortunately after filing my claim my phone died and I was able to turn the phone on and it worked.... how ironic to pay the fee for a not working phone. Other than that the new phone came quickly and the process was easy to get my phone up and running again.

The phone I have, they do not have it anymore. So they tried to send me a different series of Galaxy phone. I have never owned this series. Why not send me the next phone in line of the same series? So they opened a ticket to see if I could get the same series. Said I would hear from them in 48 hours. I did not. After 72 hours I again called. They once again said they will open a new ticket and to give it 48 hours. It's been 8 days...

You sent me a refurbished replacement phone (Galaxy S9) with a broken front facing speaker and camera. So I couldn't use it for calls or pictures. Then I have to go without a phone because you won't replace your defective product without me first sending it back? Your company is terrible and I will never use it again. I never thought this would be such a trouble. I lost my phone last week and it's been 9 days I haven't received it yet. I can't even believe this process is taking this long. I talked with insurance company but said they can do anything about the delay. I am so mad that in the very first place why didn't they shipped it in a priority mailing rather than UPS ground process. This is so upsetting.

Other than ordering a replacement device which was ordered on 12/02/2019 and not received until 12/10, and delivered to wrong address! I was not too happy. Not sure if this is going on with anyone else, but very inconvenient. Not sure what will be done in future to correct this, but I also know there is a limited time to send back damaged device!

They sent me a bright pink phone as a replacement for my dark gray phone. I would have preferred a darker color similar to what I had, I know it seems trivial but if you are in a people-facing business and I'm a grown man pulling out a pink phone in front of clients it does not look professional or at least I try to stick with more neutral colors.

I have never cracked a phone screen in the 20+ years that I have had mobile phones, have always had insurance and my experience was quick and easy. Website was not working so called the 800 # and was quickly processed. Received phone the next day (different color-but no big deal). Thanks for making it so easy to file a claim. Only thing is that there needs to be more instructions on how to do some of the phone transfer stuff. Took me longer than I wanted to figure it all out. And not sure why there was a USPS and a FedEx shipping label in box (not sure which one to use).

Rep told me my phone would be delivered next day. That was false. The phone was actually scheduled for delivery 4days later but was never delivered.... I called to find out why I haven't received my phone. They tell me I have to wait 10 to 15 business days for them to investigate the whereabouts of the phone. They think, "We understand your frustration but there's nothing we can do at this point," a solution. T MOBILE will be losing a business account in the near future.

The replacement device would not work properly. The internet, wifi, and screen mirroring would not work. Had to call T-Mobile and they tried helping me. They are sending out another replacement, which I have to drive to the nearest location. So I ended up almost a week without service.???

Insurance on a Galaxy S8 and the speaker went out, thought Assurant was actually looking out for my interest as they send me an S10. The phone was defective, would not save contacts. Pics etc. Own 2 Businesses and this was no good. Went to T-Mobile and bought a S10 Note instead. Waste of money.

I was told because I had a Note 5 there are no longer available that I would receive a Note 8 instead. I received a Samsung 8 not the phone I use, I use Notes for work and when I call to straighten out the problem I was told it is what I was told. But is not and no one wanted to go over the recorded conversation. Why would you take me from a Note to a regular Samsung when I was already use a Note product. Note 8 is what I was promise and is what I would like. This phone came scratched and dirty. Unacceptable.

Really really ** insurance designed by a very greedy **. You lose a 100 dollar phone..you pay 10 bucks for ins premium per month and when you lose the phone you have to pay extra 75 bucks to have your phone replace. This insurance company must be located in Nigeria operating through multiple ** and fraud.

Assurant was easy to deal with, I went online, gave the phone number of damaged phone, and type of phone, answered a couple questions and paid my replacement fee. The new phone was delivered within 2 days, and was easy to set up and get going. Return envelope with postage paid was sent with new phone.

When I got the replacement first it came without a box and second they didn’t send any charger of accessories that should come with the phone. I pay insurance plus had to pay $200.00 for a used phone and no accessories. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.

It took one week to get my claim processed and phone delivered. I lost money thru work, because I do use that line for business, Also the phone didn't not work properly, no charger. And customer service was rude.

Terrible experience. First call never told me I needed a sales receipt to prove purchase even though the phone has been on my account for over a year. If I would of known I would of provided it then and there. Wasted a day. So I sent the requested sales receipt in, then the next day they said it wasn't sufficient because there was no serial number on receipt. Why wouldn't they tell me before I sent the receipt that they would require serial number on receipt? Wasted another day.
Brought my phone new from Amazon.com. Amazon.com doesn't provide serial number on their receipts, how is that my problem? More delay. It took over a week to receive my phone with hours of phone waiting and spending money to send fax of receipts.. Tell customers upfront on what they need because you're wasting time. When UPS tried to deliver the device I was not home, but they left a door tag saying the package would be left at the CVS at 6400 Dorchester Road. I went to CVS the next morning and they did not have the package. I called UPS and was told the driver said he needed an apt. number, but the package was sent back to Assurant. I have not heard from Assurant or received my $149 back that I paid.

My device did not come next day due to the holiday but should have arrived on Friday or Saturday. Didn’t receive it until Monday. I was sent the wrong device. I have T-Mobile. They sent me out a sprint device. After several hours and being bounced back and forth between T-Mobile and Assurant I was told I’d have to send the wrong device back out in order to receive the correct device. I was extremely inconvenienced by this situation. I was traveling out of the country and now had to purchase another cellular device to use. The return label was not received until 48 hours after being told 24.

I was told that the replacement phone was a new phone, yet I find the light quality and the battery quality of this phone to be not as good as my original phone. This phone does not hold the charge as well as my original phone and the background lighting on this phone is darker than my original phone even after increasing the brightness on the settings option.

The replacement phone I was sent was defective. I was out of town for Thanksgiving and wasn't able to open my new phone and discover the issue unit 9 days after it was delivered. I called and spoke with a representative and explained the situation, she said there was nothing she could do to help me and didn't seem to really care. I called T-Mobile immediately after and explained the situation, he said no problem, since Assurant wouldn't help me, he would replace my phone for me. The new one will be here next week. I've been with T-mobile for 17 years and love them because they take care of their customers. Wish I could say the same for Assurant. Needless to say, I will be canceling my insurance.

Not a pleasant experience. The employee on the phone was rude, kind of sarcastic and didn't seem to care about what I had to say anyways. Was on the phone for 20 minutes and I know my blood pressure went up. Every question I asked, he responded with a rude remark when he didn't understand what exactly I was asking. I just needed to find out what my order number was so I could put it on my package like it says and he kept saying I didn't need it when in the directions it says to make sure to fill out all of the "from" section in the address. I had to repeat my questions and his responses were making the entire situation worse. Saying that, the original lady I spoke with when placing the claim, was more helpful.

I was very disappointed in the customer service I received during my episode of needing to replace my lost device. I lost my phone, after searching for the phone, calling Tmobile and getting location placed I still could not locate, I then had to go to a store to get a password reset. When I called Assurant, the very first problem I encountered was that they said I was using the wrong passcode, even though I had just changed it and verified with Tmobile that it had been reset and what the exact passcode was. This took another extended period of time, by this time I had spent 2 hrs on the phone and or store with Tmobile and now with assurant.
I placed my order approx 8pm CO time on Wed before THanksgiving and was told that my order was completed before 8:30 therefore it would be delivered on Friday (typically it is next day service but I totally understood the holiday interference) I was also told I would receive an email confirming order and with tracking information (to this date I have yet to receive an email). Come Friday at approx noon I had not received the device so I tried to track down a tracking number, once I Was finally able to get this info (because I was never given the email) UPS said assurant had not updated the info so they could not provide me with any info.
On Saturday I called Assurant as I figured I had given them plenty of time to get me the device. I was then told it would not arrive until Monday. Two of the assurant people reported I had done everything correctly and it was their fault, however, a third person Miguel decided that it was my fault because my order was not completed on Eastern time however, by this time I was told by the original operator that it was based upon CO time and the two other employees on Saturday also confirmed this. I asked if they could please work with Tmobile to help me get a device to use for work until the device arrived on Monday. They refused to help me get a loaner and so did Tmobile. Come Monday no device arrived. It finally arrived on Tuesday at 4pm. This was 7 days AFTER original claim date and assurant stated it was next day delivery. I still had to pay my deductible and overall customer service was horrible.

My daughter has had her phone less than 3 months now. She is the worse person with phones and I know this. This is why I put insurance on the phone and also why I put the liquid screen protector on it. So 3 months I can't tell you how many times she dropped her phone but one final straw the phone got dropped and cracked the screen. Put a claim in for the phone. Denied. They said no way it was an accident. There is a liquid screen protector on it. Are you kidding me. They can be cracked. They are not solid ** rock. They still won't replace the phone. I am a Tmobile user for over Eight years. I purchased the Galaxy Note with its stylus pen Design because I'm unable to use the cell keyboard for writing and texting due to my large fingers and the Pen accommodates for this. My note5 completely stopped working as of Friday 11-29-2019 and today is Thursday 12-06-2019. I called Assurant for a replacement note and they sent me a regular Galaxy phone. I have spent over two hours of back and forth phone hours between Tmobile (supervisor Marin ID**), Assurant (operator Logan ID**), Assurant (supervisor ID**) and others that are not ID trying to reason to no avail.
I explained to them that I purchased the Galaxy note for the stylus Pen option for texting and writing instead of using a keyboard and could not use the regular galaxy phone they sent me. They told me, because they don't make the note5 anymore and they didn't have any Note5 in the warehouse at that time, they couldn't do anything else for me. I'm forced to take legal action at this time because there are thousands of people with enlarged fingers, Arthritis, missing fingers due to Diabetes, etc that use phones with stylus Pens to accommodate their ability like myself, that need compatible replacement equipment via their Insurance Company. I would prefer a resolve but will do whatever necessary legally to defend those who are in my class of abilities.

My Zmax Pro after about 3 years stopped holding its battery charge and needed to be replaced. The phone still works fine except for its apparently exhausted power pack. I was happy that my wife included insurance for our two phones when she purchased them at MetroPCS. I would Rate 0 Stars if I could! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! THIS IS AN AWFUL COMPANY!!! They sent me someone else's phone over the holiday so I couldn't get it hooked up. After 2 days of calling they said the best they can do is send me a shipping label so I can return the phone to them. Then call them with the phone I don't have to confirm I gave the phone to USPS. Then Send them back my original broken phone after I receive my new phone. They refused to Prorate me for the days I'm paying my phone bill and unable to use it because of their error, refused to grant me a free month and refused to refund my deductible.
I asked for 3 different ways of compensation for their error that could very well cost me my job and all they had to say was, "Oops sorry. We'll send you a new phone after you return the wrong one we sent to you". Great!! Another 3-4 DAYS!! A 3 day ordeal turned into a two week nightmare!! WITH 0 offered help from the company. Corporate also doesn't have a phone number to call so we have to revert back to 3rd grade and write them a letter and hope that they respond/receive their letter and the company is in Pennsylvania so have fun getting a quick reply bahahaha. THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE JOKE! I'm more upset they have refused to help me in any way or acknowledge their error by some sort of compensation for wasting now my time money and sanity. Never use Assurant insurance company!! Ever.

I had to replace my Galaxy Note 8 three times in the two years that I owned it. All three times the screen was cracked in the same place from being dropped. I have had assistant insurance through T-Mobile for over 2 years and now I’m not able to replace my phone. They gave me several different reasons as to why my claim keeps getting denied. First was due to them increasing my deductible an extra $75 because they didn’t process my initial claim and I ended up using a much older device in the meantime and they said they can’t cover my S10e because I’m using a different device. All It could have taken was me paying a $99 deductible and everything would be straightened out but they want to give me a hard time because they have the wrong information after I provided everything already.

All went well with my claim. There was a delay in activating the claim, but Assurant contacted me in a reasonable amount of time to verify the claim and move it forward. The deductible amount is a bit extreme. I think the price could be brought to a more reasonable level.

I attempted to complete the claim form online but was unsuccessful. When T-Mobile transferred me to Assurant I was concerned that I would get a hassle, but that is not even close to what happened. Instead, the agent was incredibly helpful, polite, patient, and assisted me in a very timely manner. We had the phone the next day and ended up needing help from our local store, which was fast too. We sent back the phone [during a holiday week nonetheless] and it was received before the expected date. Life is good, phone works perfect, and the process was much more pleasant than I had ever expected! Thank you!

Terrible product. The phone I received works worse than the one I filed the claim on. The touch screen doesn't work half the time. I have to restart it all the time. The customer service was good and fast but the phone is garbage. I'm actually thinking of changing providers because of it. At least that way I will get a new phone instead of a refurbished piece of junk!!!

Everything went smoothly. No major complaints. I received the new phone in excellent condition and the necessary packaging and information to return my damaged phone. My only complaint is the use bbn of USPS to return the damaged phone. I ended up paying extra to use Fedex to make sure everything gets documented thoroughly and accurately.

This was the worst experience ever. You shipped my phone to the wrong address. Then you immediately asked for the phone to be returned. I had to drive to another city and intercept the return shipment. I lost several hours out of work costing me hundreds of dollars in lost income all because you can't seem to hire people that can speak clear English. I gave you the correct address several times and Tmobile also gave you the correct shipping address. But you still ** up.

I received a defective phone replacement that T Mobile could not program or transfer my data. They sent me away. I called Assurant who said I waited too long after receipt of the new phone to have them honor the replacement. The rep said 7 days. The Assurant greeting system said 10 days. Nowhere on any of the paperwork that came with my replacement phone says it is time sensitive. I do not have a copy of a policy. I took my phone to TMobile after the dates you offer. Now Assurant tells me they will not send a phone that will work because I waited. I am cancelling Assurant insurance on both my phones, and I will never again trust you, and I will tell everyone I know what you have done in taking money in good faith and sending a defective phone, and then refusing to send one that works. Shame on you!

Ref #41407053, Replacement of a iPhone 8plus 256Gb, bought from Costco Canada. Complaint filed with Assurant max and recd the placement device within 3-5 days. A device which was refurbished and NOT working. 1st email sent to Costco on 23 oct 2019, requesting a follow up from Max Assurant - CSR who took the call, was sleeping while talking and she later apologized. Requested a Call back from a supervisor - James ** # 1 877 699 1355 extn 4189260. After leaving a VM. 3 more voicemails were left till 25 November, after which I reached out to Costco again.
2nd email sent to Costco on 25 November, recd a VM from James, responded to him, till today left 4 voice mails. NO RESPONSE. In the meantime I sent back the replacement device and it was received by them. Spoke with NATHAN employee ID ** and was very disappointed with the TREATMENT received over the call which made me feel inferior and UNWANTED, as there were escalations noted on file. I also advised him, he had a strong belief and was biased and prejudiced in his approach towards the issue and he should transfer the call to a superior, a request that was denied and I just lost my cool. How can you DENY the right of a customer to speak to a superior or a privacy officer? He put me on hold and advised I should reach out to James directly as I have his extension number, HE CANT TRANSFER my call. Which call centre will not listen and transfer an escalation call? It is our right and it must be respected.
A complaint has been filed with the regulator and the better business bureau. ALL evidence and call recording details along with printed logs provided to them. Overall experience was not and all their agents made he feel, as MY RACE WAS not welcomed at all. Nothing else to say.

iPhone 8 plus replacement. I have had the replacement phone now for about 2 weeks and I have noticed that the phone has issues, when making a call it appears to be full of static and the person I'm calling has trouble hearing me. Also I'm having the same issues with the phone when I'm receiving calls. It is full of static and I cant understand the caller. I'm very dissatisfied with device. Now the refurbished phone has problems.

Great service. The replacement phone arrived next business day in excellent condition. I was able to send the broken phone back today. It actually was a surprise of how easy it is to get the phone fixed. The only issue that I have is that the price to fix the phone is not clarified. It was my understanding that this work just like AppleCare. Applecare screen fix is 30$ compare to 100$ from Assurant.

I've made changes to my claim but they aren't reflected in the Track Claim Status portal. I did not receive an email with a new mailing label. The only way to get one is to check the claim status. I can't be sure that this mailing label is for the update since it hasn't been documented in the notes. The details need to be more transparent.

Experience was great other than the return of old device within 10 days. I was out of town and could not drop old phone in mailbox until today which is one day later than requested date. I think the 10 days should be work days and not include weekends or holidays AND it should be from date of activation not date of shipment.

Although my claim went in on November 20th at 4:18pm and I was guaranteed next day delivery, the phone was not actually delivered until November 25th (that's 3 business days). Numerous calls to Assurant and UPS proved worthless - each putting the blame on the other, and I know the package was sitting in the local UPS location on the Saturday morning yet still not delivered until Monday. That is totally an unacceptable way of doing business - a guarantee is a guarantee. I felt Assurant did nothing to have UPS deliver the package upon receipt at the local location - as I could not be the one to authorize that. Basically, I am very disappointed in Assurant and would never recommend them.

Good afternoon I am very, very disappointed at the service as a client. Throughout the week I spoke to so many different agents and all with multiple stories about my phone. In the end they sent my phone to an address in Ohio when I am from Laredo Texas. Now they said, "Don’t bother us until the next 3 to 5 business days so we can continue your claim and send you another device." I have been since the 21st on November without a cell phone. It’s currently December 1st and my issue is still not resolved. I attached pictures of the hours I waited on hold with poor customer service and that’s just one sample of my multiple attempts to communicate as well as the wrong address on my device yet it seems like it’s all my fault. As a client I feel cheated and let down and extremely dissatisfied.

First of all, having to pay for Assurant was not a choice. Second, we selected and requested next day delivery and not next business day delivery. Due to many efforts to have you rectify the situation, you could care less, basically called us a liar. We finally received the phone on Monday, not Saturday. Piss poor customer service!

Never received my package, was told a knock was not heard by family members only was left with a slip on door to pick up at a unfamiliar location underneath a desolate bridge. Could not reach FedEX store directly to understand Holiday changes that interfered with store hrs and could not request redelivery over automated phone, nor could reach a representative at any time.

iPhone stolen, claim submitted and approved very quickly and the new phone arrived within 2 days. My only complaint is that overnight delivery was not available. If I needed my phone for urgent business, it would have been a huge problem. I think you need to remedy this problem and offer overnight any day not just weekdays. People use their phones for everything now. Luckily this was my son's phone and not myself or my husband because we use our phones for business.

Service was good. I just wish it wasn’t such a lengthy process!! This is my second time using your service and both times the call took up to or over one hour which seems excessive!! With all the security loopholes it seems easier to catch a flight somewhere than to get a replacement phone that I pay for on a monthly basis.

After 2 years, my cell phone broke along the bottom edge. Using the insurance as recommended by T-Mobile, I received a replacement. When I purchased the insurance, much of the decision was based on being told I would receive a "new phone". This was not the case. As a matter of fact, I could not even purchase a replacement protective film to cover the screen (Bell Road and 3rd Street) as they do not carry "old parts". So, now I am the owner of a "used" phone, and no screen cover. Somehow I fail to see what worked out for me. Perhaps the best strategy is not to "believe" and buy the insurance. I would give my experience 0 stars if I could. My claim was submitted on November 4th for a second time. The supervisor I was speaking with said the original claim had been entered by an Assurant employee incorrectly so she canceled it and opened up a new claim. A T-mobile representative was also on the call providing a variety of information to the supervisor. However, a few days Iater I received an email asking for more information, of which had already been provided. I submitted the requested info a second time. Then I received another email asking for more information which had already been accepted. In the end it took over 3 weeks to resolved this issue and to receive a replacement phone. It’s an unacceptable amount of time.

I called to check about my claim and has sent my drivers license in with claim because my husband was at work. I called the following week and a representative told me it would not hold my claim up even though I was only an authorized user and not account holder. The following week I received a call saying they needed my husband's drivers license to process claim. The misinformation I received the week prior held my claim up another week longer. I also do not agree with receiving a refurbished phone when my phone was only 6 months old. That is a very stupid policy. If I had other options for a cellphone carrier in my area that was better I would cancel my service.

Absolutely the worst. I still have yet to receive my device.!! I submitted the claim and was sent a device in 2 days which was excellent. Little did I know it was a refurbished device never was I told that was an option. The only reason I found out was due to the scratches on the device and a slight dent on the corner. I called and was told to send the device back that as soon as I would drop it off at the post office they would send me a new device that was about a week ago and I still have no phone. I absolutely hate how difficult they are making this for me! Not one thing has gone the way they said it would!!

We were very disappointed with the service given to us. 1) T-Mobile had my dads phone rated incorrectly. Representative claimed I could have it corrected to the correct tier and then call back and my deductible would be adjusted. When the tier was corrected Assurant did not correct the deductible and it took one week to sort this problem out and get a new phone. Very disappointed with assurant.

When I called my phone would not turn on. I had dropped it and it wouldn't turn on. Your people were very helpful and friendly. Seem to be pretty fast service to getting through and they told me it might be two or three days and I have my phone the very next day cars. Real satisfied with them.
