I am very happy with my replacement phone. It took 3 days to arrive, but some things are more important than my broken phone. Everything is great!!! My family has used Assurant for years and has always been there when we needed them. I will continue to use their product. Sincerely, Robert

Double charge. I was trying to create a claim online, and as soon I paid my deductible, the transaction went through but not the claim. Then I did it by phone and I redo the claim but I still haven’t got my refund!

The only reason I gave 1 star was because I had to in order to complete the survey. This was the worst insurance claim process I have ever went through to replace a phone in the 17 years I've been with TMobile. If you are a TMobile customer, using the Bring Your Own Device program for phone insurance, Assurant will literally drag the process out to NOT honor your insurance policy, and will consistently ask for ridiculous information details...And then won't even bother to actually LOOK/READ the information you gave them that THEY demanded.
What really aggravated me the most was the receipt that I got from Best Buy where I purchased my phone - a legal proof of purchase, was not sufficient for Assurant. Because Best Buy does not provide IMEI numbers on the receipt, they wanted Best Buy to make a special receipt for me to replace a 275 dollar phone. Ridiculous! Then the Assurant Customer Service reps I dealt with were of little to no help, no managers or supervisors involved at all according to one rep named Domonique.
If it wasn't for public shaming across Assurant's social media pages, I would have never reached anyone who was in a position to move the process along. However, my Claims Specialist Nathan S. that reached out to me was amazing. He single handedly fixed the issue and was just as confused as Tmobile and myself, as to why my claim was being rejected. I can go on and on about how awful my experience was with filing my claim through Assurant, but I'm pretty sure you have an idea how frustrating it was from the tidbit of information I've provided here.

Fast. Reliable. Quick delivery of replacement. Phone needed to be replaced due to glass cracking from back side. Was very satisfied with claim process and turn around time. 2 day delivery was very quick and was able to set up new phone right away.

Incredibly fast, in less than 24 hours I had my new replacement phone in my front door. Excellent customer service and quality equipment. More than happy to pay an insurance that really works and covers our needs.

phone missing on Fri. Didn't receive til 3 pm Monday. Had to go to store for help to set up. Store personnel acted like she was doing me a huge favor! And made me feel stupid... I have 2 advanced degrees! Preferred the automated voice.

Your service forced me to go through five days not having the use of my phone, left vulnerable to not being able to call in case of an emergency. An efficient service would provide immediate resolution to the loss of one's phone--same day replacement. what kind of nonsense is wait five days for a phone--painful, and ridiculous.

Replacement phone is refurbished. I pay monthly insurance and should get a new phone not a piece of junk refurbished. Policy needs to be corrected immediately. I am not sure if this is standard, but I was not aware I would be getting a used phone.

Updated on 05/29/2020: Had a response from Assurant about poor customer service. It was one sentence with a general apology. I want to know what has been changed so customers don’t have to make multiple contacts to get problems corrected. Their lack of response gave us no idea of when to expect our replacement phone. Extremely poor customer service. Need a call back from an Assurant supervisor with authority to resolve customer service problems!
Original Review: It took several contacts to Visible, Assurant and Apple to get a replacement phone. Each inquiry required requesting a Visible supervisor to get anything done. The final response we were told the phone would be overnighted to us. A weekend and two business days later, we started over again with the same results. We were told her phone was on back order. The next night, we received the phone. One week after the first contact, we finally received my wife's replacement phone. It was frustrating trying to get help. The process was much too difficult and frustrating to resolve our insurance request. Visible chat staff and Apple representative were concerned and understood the situation. Assurant was NOT helpful until contacted by Visible supervisors each time.

Damaged phones. The process to file the claim was quick and easy!! Navigating thru the site was a Breeze!! I thought was wait would be dreadful, however the phone arrived within 2 days!! Even in the midst of the Pandemic!!! I'd recommend this insurance company to anyone! Keep up the great job!

I would have rather just been able to take it to a T-Mobile store, then exchanged it there, but this process wasn't bad. Just doesn't help for then and there when you need your phone. No phone 3 days.

I didn't know after two claims within a year I would get kicked off the protection plan from my phone carrier Metro. I'm so disappointed since I've been a loyal customer and always paid for my protection plan with all my phones. I understand I can not claim no more till 12 months but now I'm screwed after a year and if something happens to my phone I have no protection because Metro took my protection plan off due to claiming 2 phones within a year. JUST SAD.

Exchanging iPhone 8 Plus because of broken screen. I had a great experience except the part about making contact with Assurant. Several times I was on hold for long time and when I got through was transferred back to T-Mobile. I finally went into TMobile store to get help. Once I was through to Assurant process went smoothly and quickly (after wait time again!) - no complaints about this.

My dad lost his brand new phone purchased 113020 after only 2 weeks of owning it. I looked frantically for it for 2 weeks. I called the phone, and could hear it ring on my phone, but since he had set his phone to silent, I could not hear his phone ringing. Even when you turn off the phone, after turning it back on, it remembers the phone being muted and maintains that status until changed.
For 2 weeks I called his phone, looking for the screen to light up after turning off all lights in the rooms. No sound, no lights, nothing. Finally after going to voicemail after 6 rings every time until the battery drained completely, then it went to voicemail right after dialing, I knew the cause was now fruitless. I filed a claim, received a replacement, and am now re-entering everything manually into the calendar, as this is one item that can't be reloaded from the cloud or transferred from another phone. It will take many hours, but at least he'll have his phone back. Thank you for the speedy replacement of his phone.

Very disappointed on my service. It took 7 day for me to finally reach my boiling point with this insurance. If only I could give a zero. Not worth paying monthly for a service that is so disappointing.

When my Galaxy 7 died (after being dropped more than once) we were happy to be reminded we had purchased Assurant insurance. I contacted them, filed a claim, and had a new phone in less than 24 hours! It was amazingly quick and efficient service. I highly recommend purchasing this insurance for your phone, especially if you are prone to dropping things.???

I was asked to provide identification for my claim. There was a great lack of communication between every person I talked to and it took me a month after having to have T Mobile call Assurant twice to get my replacement item. I have never had this many issues getting a replacement. They lost my ID twice.

iPhone Protection 360. I accepted this coverage when I bought my wife’s iPhone from T-Mobile. Making a claim, after my wife dropped the phone, was the first time I have ever claimed damage on a cellular device. Assurant immediately and expeditiously settled the claim within a day. It was an amazing experience and was quickly resolved. I hope I never need to make another claim, but my first one was very satisfying.

I was with T Mobile Through a decades. And I always have insurance. I always paid on time. They claim insurance send me to different products. I was very disappointed the answer they said to me. They send you whatever we have In the warehouse. Pet insurance to get exactly what I had.

It took three weeks to get a replacement. The US Cellular dealer in Kenansville NC had to make multiple calls to get you to send the phone. We now need the envelope to send back the old damaged phone. No tracking emails were ever sent.

Very understanding even though this is my second replacement in 2 months. Arrived quickly with easy to follow instructions on how to return my damaged item. Note 8. I still haven't received my device as they sent the first one to the wrong address. It's been 2 weeks and I still haven't received the 2nd device and no one knows when it will ship. I wanted my 99 dollars back and I was told that wouldn't happen. I meant who says that to a customer instead of explaining it with some grace or compromise I was made to feel as if wanted my phone and or money back was a unrealistic request.

Ok to start, I got my phone for 30 dollars because of switching from another company and your promotion at the time gave x amount for insurance, accidents happen. My phone got screen shattered, I go to your store where I purchased it, they day call and have it replaced in 2 business days. So I try to buy another and find out it will be 300 dollars and I can't have the same number because I couldn't do a upgrade. Fine. I added a phone to my plan of less value and file my claim only to find out I have to pay 100 dollar deductible on a phone I paid 30 for, fine. Week rolls by then another long story short it took a month to get my phone back, no not pleased at all.

Overall I received great service. Although I didn’t understand why it was almost $200.00 and it was my first time utilizing the replacement service for this specific line. The tele-communicator was vague sometimes and I had to constantly ask for clarification, but overall provided appropriate care.

Uploaded requested forms 4 times before claim was approved. Very poor execution on Assurant part especially considering they only called to notify me the first time. I had to call in every time after that to inquire about the status of my order since the website offered no new updates, also don't tell me to check the website every time I call.

2. 10.00 per month premium for six years, 79.00 replacement, 49.00 deductible. So literally I paid 1249.00 for 30.00 worth of coverage.

I submit a claim for a exchange for a gray/black apple watch. I've been with T-Mobile for 18 plus years. I've dealt with assurance for also many of years never had any issue. I was sent an rose gold watch for my son. I called Assurant to let them know that it was not the correct watch. The associate that was on the call told me it is nothing he can do. If they did not have the correct watch to send, I should of gotten a email etc. telling me that they did not have the correct watch and it is on back order. It is not good customer service.

While initially I had a good experience, when I called to submit my claim I was told I was not able to anymore and rudely was cut off and sent back to T-Mobile when the issue is with Assurant. Very horrible experience and up until now no one has reached out to assist in any way.

My experience was terrible. I was charged double for my deductible and I made my claim on May 13th I still have not received my refund back. I've had to call them multiple times to get told I have to wait 10 days for my refund to be approved and processed.

You guys are the worst I've ever had to deal with. First I pay for a insurance that is not really a insurance. Everything is a hundred dollars. The insurance covers nothing so you committed robbery. Then the first phone you sent got hot turned off and you charged me a hundred dollars for a replacement That's bull.

First I had to drive all the way out of state, 45 minutes away, to reach the closest location. Then, the guy said it would take an hour to an hour and a half to fix my phone and that he'd call me as soon as it was done. So I drove and got food, came back after an hour and just went into the store to check on it. The guy was working on a different device, when I asked when my phone would be ready he said, 'oh here, it's already done!'. I asked if I needed to sign anything or check anything and he told me no. I'm good to go. So I left. The phone was dead so I had to wait to get home to turn it back on, and when I did, the top of the screen has a half circle carved out of the LCD and the front camera lense was dirty and blurry. So he didn't even clean the front. Worst company ever.

I placed an order to replace or repair my Stylo 4, phone to be done on 5/12/20. Spectrum tech workers took upon themselves to solve the issue by guiding me thru the process unlocking the replacement with the wrong unlock code for the stylo 4 phone. The phone sent to me were one with an different code/stylo 5. It's where the problem is. Mis-information traded in house. The team trade were for the stylo 5, they told me they would fix it - but abandon me. It were wrong and unfriendly bussiness over phone mix up. Company in house flushing it on me with two phones IMEI numbers identification codes.
It's an clear mishandling of shipment and IDs' codes in house problem. And taking all my money and to tell me I get the lost. All I tried to avoid credit problems with Spectrum over the cell phone ownership. Pay off issues, issues with final credit charges responsibilities. I thought to relentless defuse the issues considering the problem with 12 days of service after pay $36 dollars in month for it so I quit paying after an year of disservice and tried to change phone services with ** whom own the phone number now and I in the second month of phone service on for that phone with non unlock code clearance. I am out of a lot of money dealing with spectrum and Assurant Inc, I paid a lot to spectrum and Assurant and got the lost like an investment gone wrong. Do some good for me after reviewing this survey please.

I made the claim on Monday, they told me that I would receive the new one next day and didn't get my phone till like Thursday, lost some businesses because of that, client contacts was on my phone, I'm a tax specialist and that cost me some money that week.

Satisfied but order was not overnight as stated when I called. When I called to file a claim I was told that it would take 24 hrs before it was approved then my replacement device would be sent out. I did not receive my device until 2 days later and the device was not sent overnight as I was told by the representative. A little discouraging when I was expecting it a day earlier.

I have a damaged phone (Galaxy s9). The only thing that was wrong with it was that the back was cracked (the phone worked great and the battery last forever). I filed a claim on May 11 and received a replacement phone. The replacement phone never worked right (would not hold a charge, showed 3G connection instead of LTE). I was informed that the phone would have to be returned before another could be sent out. Very dissatisfied with the way that the matter has been handled. No recourse if not satisfied. If I had this to do over again, I would save my 100.00 and the aggravation this has caused. I pay for this service and when something is not as it should be, I should not be treated like a criminal.

They don’t even deserve one star. I spent many hours on phone for a simple broken screen that Apple couldn’t fix because their stores were closed. They kept trying to send me to Apple and vice versa. Insurance terms state $29 for screen replace but they insisted on full replacement of iPhone and charged me $99. On top of the many hours I spent on the phone, I also had to wait over a week to get my replacement phone. Horrible company and people.

Damaged Phone Replacement. The Assurant agent I spoke with was very helpful and had a pleasant disposition. I was very impressed. I was having issues getting a hold of a live representative rather than an automated machine, but once the live representative was on the line they made me feel much better. My new phone arrived just 2 days after my call!

I have had my Samsung Galaxy S10 for over a year now. While changing screen protectors on my phone the other day, one of the cats decided my phone looked better on the tile floor. Because I was changing screen protectors, I had taken my phone case off. So when it fell and hit the floor, the back shattered. I immediately went to my phone account to see the instructions for making an insurance claim. The process with Assurant was quick and easy to fill out. I had my replacement phone the next day, had no issue setting things up, and had a postage paid return envelope with the package in order to send back the shattered phone. This was clean and orderly and very well done. It is definitely worth paying for an insurance each month.

The phone that was sent to me was damaged with water. I didn't know why it stopped working til I took it into the store. Now you want me to submit another claim cause I had it past 7 days. It just now stopped working on the 8th day. This unbelievable the way I have been treated.

Really impressed with your service! My phone had a crack due to a fall and I called late in the evening to get my phone replaced. I was asked to fill up the claims form online, which I did right way and WAh la! The next morning my new I-phone was at my doorstep... From customer care representative’s help to the service is best! Was told my phone would be ship by the next. Never was call or email back that my phone was on back order. I had to call and find that information out after three days of not receiving the phone. So had to pay extra money to get a phone through US Cellular when I pay insurance with you guys. That was not fair to me that I had to pay extra money in this difficult time that we are in due to covid 19. I was charged over three hundred dollars to get a phone.

I paid for this insurance when I first bought my phone. 8 months later when I needed to make a claim, I paid again (they don't tell you THAT when you sign up). Then they made a mistake when they processed the claim incorrectly. And now, no one will return my emails (I've reached out 3 times). Would definitely NOT recommend Assurant. Next step is to have my credit card company reverse the charges. Then tell Google what a crappy provider/partner Assurant is. Then I'll invest a day (or 2, got a lotta time on my hands right now!) telling the internet about my experience. Heck, I feel better already! Jason

Screen was damaged. I called Metro and they would not help but I was told to call insurance. I had to call several times to finally talk to a person, 1 lost or dropped call, 1 call the person could not hear me but I could hear them. I did receive the replacement phone 2 days later. Following the activation instruction my contacts and data loaded to phone but my phone number was someone else. Took it to local store and was told the phone is active under a different account. Several more calls to Assurant to finally get someone to explain. Sent back second phone, still waiting for phone, not sure what the order number is or where to find, left blank, only have account.

I made my claim and I was sent a broken phone. Now I have to wait more time for the phone to be returned and then have a new one sent out. The people who review devices to be sent out needs to be trained way better. The device had software and hardware issues.

The only thing I had a problem with is that the phone co. did not give me the correct amount what my deductible would be. It was $99.00 vs $149.00, I was looking forward to paying $99.00. After paying $99 for the deductible, I did not expect a poorly refurbished cell phone as a replacement. It has been one week since the replacement phone arrived, and today have to replace the replacement.

I have had cellphones and insurance with other providers and I have never had to wait 5 days. When you pay for a service along with a substantial deductible $280 the claim should be immediately processed so the customer has a device within 24 hours. I should not be paying for service that if I do not have a device therefore your process needs to be changed to align with your competitors.

Made claim for damaged phone. Replacement Phone sent overnight. Could not port my number. Had to take phones into Mobile store. My long time number became "lost". Not even the manager of store could retrieve my number. Ended up buying a new phone. Had to return one phone and was stuck with the other useless phone and newly purchased phone had new number. I had to send out to all my contacts including banks, pharmacy, physicians, and other contacts. Not at all pleased with the "customer" services I received. Zero from Metro T-mobile etc. They got a new phone sale out of the situation. I got the Zero.

I think the mailing back should be longer than 10 days. More like 30 days. Some of us can’t always get to the post office in 10 days. Also the reps I spoke with were short and rude. The first one hung up on me and did not call back.

Just got my replacement phone a few days ago and it looks brand new but after 2 days of use I have found that the internet is intermittent on 4g and wifi networks with full bars of service. While on the web it shows the message that my internet doesn't have internet while I have full bars on both 4g and wifi network, then I have to restart my phone for it to work. Also my Google maps has similar problems such as freezing while I'm in route but when I exit out of getting directions it shows my location correctly on my GPS. Long story short, I need to get another replacement. This is not my first refurbished phone from T Mobile but I do know every phone I have gotten from them (this would be #4) had had issues like this. Not happy.

I ordered a replacement device, which should have been a phone and case (LG V60 dual screen). When I received the order it only had the phone, not the dual screen case which was damaged. I was at the T-Mobile store when I opened the shipment and they were astounded too by the fact that it was only the phone. I was told it couldn't be guaranteed that I would get what I ordered. I ended up sending it back, and still haven't been reimbursed my deductible. The last time I made a claim the replacement came in damaged. The service is terrible.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. When you get insurance with Assurant they don't tell you that you will get a used (refurbished) phone, and that it would take over a week to get a replacement. I would never recommend this company!

Not happy at all. When I pay insurance every month for my phone and when accidents happen I had to pay $99 and not get the original phone. It's refurbished or fake. Very bad experience with you. Soon as I find something different company I will change and will not recommend to nobody.

My iPhone X (a BYOD) had a mechanical failure (but no physical damage) and would not power on despite attempted repair at the Apple Store. Summary of benefits from TMobile and Assurant clearly says mechanical breakdowns are covered with $0 deductible in the Protection 360 Plan. TMobile website and staff confirmed this and I was passed on to Assurant. However, I was informed by Ashley, Sibu, supervisor Jason, and manager Travis at Assurant, that the only way they can cover this is to pay $99 and report it as physically damaged even if it was not damaged. I do not want to commit insurance fraud so I refused to have this on my record.
Note that I also went to a TMobile store to report Assurant and was told I was the 3rd customer that is having the same experience and the other 2 customers did have to report their phones as broken AND pay $99 for their phones to be replaced. The only way to interpret this is that Assurant does not want to fulfill its end of the bargain despite all the prompt payments their customers have been paying them. I do know my rights based on the summary of benefits that Assurant and Tmobile had sent to me so I may have to report this company to the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission.

My wife filed a claim due to a faulty/worn fingerprint scanner. Replacement device arrived but will not connect to 4G LTE. We live in a great coverage area. After several hours of transferred calls and troubleshooting, the phone does not have APN settings and will not obtain the required APN from an Over The Air (OTA) push from Spectrum. It was determined the device may be faulty. Assurant would not replace the replacement without being without a phone for days while we wait for them to receive, process and ship another one.
After calling a few times someone was able to override and issue another replacement, but the 2nd phone was the wrong color... but at this point I don't care as much about color as I do function. Well, the 2nd phone has the same problem as the 1st! 2 weeks later I'm still trying to resolve the issue with Spectrum. Assurant has no tech support available and Spectrum is flabbergasted as to what could be wrong. Assurant is, I'm assuming, not using the correct firmware when issuing these replacements. No one has resolved this and I am losing my patience.

My replacement phone is terrible. The battery is no good (dies very quickly). It is hard to charge (goes in and out of charging mode) and the Bluetooth does not work well. I am having to deal with T-Mobile about this now, but it is annoying that I have to do this when I should be given a good phone. If it is refurbished. It should be working like a new phone. Not sure if it is because my iPhone 6 is no longer manufactured, but if that is the case then offer an upgrade or something, but do not think you can replace it with a mediocre phone.

The manager did not help and if anything made it worse because he acted like I was in the wrong. Overall experience was awful and I would not recommend signing up with any phone company if they go through y’all to get replacements. I know I won’t do it again.

Well done when making a claim. The deductibles are too high and should take into account the amount of premium paid over time. My device was fully paid off in 24 mos and I still had to pay a $ 100.00 deductible. Assurant had collected a premium for the full 24 months as well as the additional period of time that I owned the device before making the claim. I suggest a sliding scale down on deductibles after the lease period has been fulfilled.

Cracked screen causing apps to continuously reload. Phone unstable sometimes powering off. I was able to still make calls, but the screen damage advised me to replace. I had a pattern password where crack would've caused bodily damage.

The upgrade was nice, however the deductible was suppose to be 50 dollars and I paid 125. Then I received an iPhone 8 without any charging capabilities or any other accessories.. I’ve had to invest more in this phone., I paid to replace the phone, I do appreciate the upgrade. A charger and a box would’ve been nice.. The phone doesn’t hold a charge very long. I’m not happy with your service or my carrier who charged me to turn on this phone with an existing account.. This is a joke and I’m tired of paying, paying for something I already paid for in full.. I called back and the second rep let me know the claim was not completed, but he took care of everything and finished the claim and I did receive a confirmation email. My experience was better than expected. Device arrived a little late but that was only because the claim was processed late Thursday so it arrived on Monday. But the claim process was faultless and the new device works fine. My only issue is the time to send back the device. Sometimes there are issues with backing up and transferring the data. Should be 30 days as opposed to 10.

I'm still waiting to be able to activate the new phone but have to return the old one in a week or will get charged. The job was done halfway, but the company was quick to process my $99 deductible.

Charged $99 for a cracked screen. When I asked rep about $29 deductible, he stated that was only if I had Apple Care and not for Protection 360 customers. According to your website, the level 5 screen repair (which is what I claimed) should be $29.

My online submission was first rejected because the website asks for info which can be misleading. After placing a call the representative was very helpful in getting claim submitted and approved. One suggestion- when asking for the phone number of the phone being repaired/replaced, make it clear you are asking for that number and not the number of the account owner. This is what led to the rejection on the online submission.

I gave 3 stars because you all wouldn't allow me to swap colors on the replacement device. It shouldn't matter the color as long as it's the same device. You all also should find a more efficient way to confirm accounts. Taking a screenshot of the policyholders account shouldn't be the only way to prove their account. The phone keeps overheating with doing little tasks such as checking social media or texting someone. The phone was overheating during the nighttime so it was not hot outside. I know they are certified pre owned but this phone gets heating up with his phone before did not do that.

I had to go through the whole process again after doing it in Feb. After doing it again it didn't take 24 hours. It took almost 72 hrs before it was finally done. Not happy this time at all. You screwed up this time.

Issue is that I returned a 6edge plus. I was expecting to receive an equivalent phone. I received a regular phone. Not a Plus. When I called they told me it was the same size. They are not the same size. I think that is why the Plus is a plus. There is a difference. I am not happy with the service I received and am disappointed.

My ID submission didn’t go through. It took about 3 calls with three different people over the course of about 2 weeks after in order to successfully submit it. And because they didn’t have my ID on file I was never able to track my claim and I was never offered any help on that front except to expect an email in 2-5 days updating me. Only reason I give two stars is because once my claim was processed, they did have my replacement shipped pretty quickly.

When on the phone requesting this replacement I told the automated system and the representative at least 6 times that my address had changed. Had to call again and contact FedEx to change it. Still my order has not been received and I am unsure if I ever will at this point. I don't understand why it is so hard to understand "I don't live at that address" and "all shipments must go to my new one". I guess 6 times changing the address isn't good enough. Why should anyone even try to get a replacement phone through you if you can't put in the correct shipping and billing address?

Okay, so your customer service sucks, I have been waiting for my $99 refund, now I am asking for both to be credited back to me for lack of response. I have emailed and called over 10 time about this... I will make sure everyone on Facebook is aware of how I have been treated and still have NOT received my refund back and the representative that I spoke to said they sent me a refurbished phone which is totally not even right considering I purchased a brand new iPhone less than 2 months ago as she laughed and transferred me to another representative. I have sent numerous email showing the double deduction from my bank, one was from the internet and the other was my debit card.

I never received my phone and filed a claim with FedEx. I want to know if I need to file with you also. I still have old phone and need to switch for work. I can pickup at a fedex location preferably to prevent this again.

I could not recommend more to never work with this company/pay for its atrocious services! At the time of writing this review, it's been 5 days since filing my claim and I haven't even heard back whether or not it's going to be approved! All they've done is continually run me through hoops since the moment I filed 5 days ago. First, the day after they requested I send in pictures of the front and back of my driver's license (sketchy, but I did as requested), then the next day, they request MORE information but they don't tell me what it is in the email so I have to do some digging to find out, finally after sending in that information, they didn't bother to process it all until the NEXT day (day 3).
Now, I'm told by their awful customer service, that my claim is under a strict 3-5 day review process which didn't start until they processed the information gave them on day 3!!! TL; DR Assurant kept running me through hoops with my claim so now, I may have to wait 7 days AFTER I filed my claim to ****HOPEFULLY**** get it approved. Who knows how long it will take them to actually send a replacement device, assuming it is in fact approved.

I was sent the wrong colored phone. My phone was blue, and ya'll sent me a pinkish/purple colored phone. This was very disappointing, being that I'm a male, pink is a feminine color. I was forced to keep it because I didn't have a back-up phone.

I've always had a good experience with your company and its employees until recently. My latest call started with me explaining my frustration that I couldn't receive a return shipping label. It was initially sent to my email and I explained that your website wasn't giving me the option to print a label as I had been instructed. I had another one emailed by a different customer service person but I misheard the time frame and thought they said "half an hour". After speaking with the latest gentleman, he stated that the label would take 24 hours. I immediately apologized for my miscommunication and stated that I would just wait until the time given (24 hours) before checking my email again. This is when the call went bad.
I guess it is customary for the customer service team to push the website as this guy was doing. I cut him off to explain that the website was more frustration since it wasn't helpful at the time. His response was very condescending. He proceeded to let me know "a good adult knows to listen". I didn't take that too kindly. I shouldn't have used profanity, but he had no reason to be a complete backside at that moment.

Terrible experience, they took long time, besides that they were not friendly when I called them and they asked me for a receipt from 2017, thanks God I have it and I was able to send it. They were not helpful and the customer service had a bad attitude.

They walked me through the steps and made sure I had a new working phone in my hand the next day. You worry with insurance claims that it's going to be a hassle, and this wasn't. I thought the deductible was bit high but ll told it was a good experience after all was done. Not completely satisfied.... Filing the claim was easy - shipping was quite fast - but - I was not aware that the replacement phone would be a REFURBISHED phone and not a NEW phone. I had only had my phone for 5 months - and now I'm paying for a refurbished phone. Not happy.

We will never use your "service" again. Your replacement policy is crap, when a Note series phone is replaced with a Galaxy.. They are not even the same series.. or as in your statement "of like kind". Then your web page has issues that need to be worked out, even your rep couldn't get it to work right. Phone was delivered far later than promised. When I got the phone and started using it found out the phone they sent me was defective and did not work properly at all. Getting another one was a issue all on its own and had a customer service person tell me "it is what it is". Had to demand to talk to manager to get situation resolved.

I lost my phone and was very upset. I called Assurant to file a claim and the representative was very helpful with that. She got all my information and submitted it and I paid my deductible and within an hour I had confirmation emails saying my claim was approved and my phone was being shipped. I was very satisfied with the way that my claim was handled. I had my replacement phone by 9:30 the next morning. I was also basically able to set it up on my own with the help of a store associate.
