Was interested in a property they had. Keyword is, "was". I was told the property did not qualify for a FHA loan and I could not see why. Just wanted to know if it did not qualify for FHA and then we could have moved forward but instead they wanted to play 20 questions right down to my dog's name. Then as in another review I am a veteran but never wanted them to have Veterans United contact me. Now I'll never do business with Realtor.com nor Veterans United.

Just because I’m a veteran doesn’t mean that I want to be contacted by Veterans United or a specific assigned Realtor. I wanted to message the actual agent and it is frustrating and I will not use this app again.

I was called on by the sales team and pitched an exclusive - per zip code - lead service. Having worked with Realtor.com before when I first started I did not want to work with them if I was bound to a contract. The sales rep assured me that I could cancel when I wanted. After 3 months of paying $400 a month I was ready to cancel. The "Leads" if you can even call them that, are garbage. When I went to cancel I was given the run around via email and call. And as they dragged it along they continued to charge me. I had to cancel my card and dispute it through my bank! They are a terrible company and would highly recommend you stay away from these liars!

I have had the app for about 10 years, watching the market, retired last year and considering downsizing from 3450 sqft, the wife and I only. The updates from about 3-4 months is horrible, it gives me what AI wants to show, not what I'm asking for. I deleted it a few times in frustration, and reinstalled it, but now it's out forever, unless Realtor convinces me that they're worth reinstalling.

After speaking to a sales representative, I was sold into believing that Realtor.com would produce some valuable leads. I soon found that leads were garbage and most likely fake. After six months of $485 payments, I called to terminate my contract of course Realtor.com has given me the run around. When I finally did speak with a customer service representative, she was incredibly rude. I would give Realtor.com ZERO stars. Just horrible! DO NOT USE REALTOR.COM**** It's a scam.

They can get Reba to do their advertising but they need to spend their money on their site instead. I have downloaded and deleted it 3 times. You can put in your price range and preferences. You get back everything but. There are far better sites out there. I wouldn't mention the names but you can ask anyone looking to sell or buy.

After aggressive sales agents sign you to a contract and take your money, there is no customer service. I have been paying for several months and have not received any viable leads. The leads are expensive. Not only does this site give poor quality leads, but they don't even provide the amount of leads promised! This is one of the worst lead sources out there; completely unvetted leads, some of which are already signed up and working with a Realtor.

Leads don't respond to email, text or phone. The ones who do, sometimes complain that they are not connected to the listing agent. One lead entered a question which clearly showed he had already toured the home. I asked him how he knew the specifics of the home-he said he toured it with his agent. I asked him why he didn't call his agent to which he replied his agent was busy. The lead review department refused to replace that lead. No customer support: you get transferred from one department to another, whose agents are rude, unprofessional and non-responsive to any concerns. They have no answers to your questions and remind you that you are under contract.

I had been calling since last 3 days, they put you on hold and no one picks up, It's sad to see a reputed compay such as Realtor.com scamming struggling agents

Very annoying company. I requested information on a property thinking a real estate agent listing the property would call. What I got was annoying heavy foreign accent Realtor.com agent asking all kinds of questions that had nothing to do with the property. Realtor.com is only there to get as much information from you as possible to sell to marketers. I told them not to call me again and they just keep calling from different numbers each time I block the number. Realtor.com is nothing more than a scammers phishing for your personal information.

I selected eight or 10 different properties that I was interested in looking at and received notice back that on clicking so many with different agents they would work on putting these together so that they could be managed efficiently. A day and a half later I receive a message. The Realtors are not willing to take me to any of these properties that exist in mobile home parks without me first applying and being accepted into those mobile home parks.

The application fees are $30 to $50 each and the properties that I had seen previously had floors and lots that were so bad, I couldn't even consider an application there. They reported they were unwilling to take me to any properties that I didn't have an approved application for because their realtors were sometimes left without a client showing up. I can't get into these properties to know if they are worth purchasing because I cannot trust their Realtors' sales pitches. They try to sell garbage and they won't be upfront about it. I'm supposed to pay a fee to get their realtor to do the job of showing a property. Don't do it, they don't want to do the job of a realtor.

Hello agents. As a real estate agent, I would like to share my experience with realtor.com seller leads. I have been on this program for about 3 months now. So far, I haven't been able to reach a single lead from the information provided by them to me. I have called and emailed the leads but most give false information, and others are just filling in a portion of the form online on realtor.com as a potential seller not realizing this for info will be sold to the end user who is a real estate agent. Not happy with the service as all. I do think that realtor.com knows this and therefore locks you in a 12 month contract. There's no one there to assist you, they just send you to another person who will just try to collect your payment and send you away. I hope this helps to all of you who are considering this service. Good luck.

From an agent's perspective: Be cautious! I was in a one-year contract, which THEY canceled after 8 months. 2 months later I began being charged again. Once I realized, I made every attempt (phone calls, where I had to wait 45 min+ and emails) to resolve the situation and request a refund. I spoke to multiple different people, was told my case was closed when nothing was resolved, was told someone specific would contact me, they never did, was told I would be refunded for one month, was charged again. Was told I should have received emails notifiying me of a renewal, never received these. I requested a copy of the emails they say they sent and they could not produce them.

As of now, I have filed a complaint/dispute with my CC company and BBB. I don't feel confident that I will get a full refund, but if I can just offer up some words of caution to other realtors out there I figured someone else can save them selves $500. As far as leads go...not really worth it when I did it, but I agreed to pay them and stuck to my end of the deal.

I love the ability to look at properties online. I have to find affordable housing because of my financial position. I had to sell my house because of my financial difficulties of living in California where the state has made it impossible too for widows living on social security. Homeowner's insurance is ridiculous, Electric companies raising their rates to pay for their mistakes. Property taxes that are sky high. When my husband passed I could not live on my social security. So, the bank is taking my house away for not being able to make my monthly payments on my equity loan for $70,000. They want my house because I owe them $6800. Outrageous. Now, I have to find something that I can afford for under $100,000. The only homes that this price applies to are mobile homes in a retirement community. BUT there is a monthly land lease that you have to pay in addition to buying the house.

Being a widow and living on social security, I cannot afford both. I have noticed that Realtors don't acknowledge how much the monthly land lease amounts. I believe that this is a necessary disclosure. I have been looking for something that I can afford and have to constantly ask for that information. This involves at least 6 or 7 states of inquiries. I lose track of properties after my inquiries because the realtors use an automatic reply. So, I'm constantly going back and forth asking what property they are responding to. And they won't supply me with the address not the state. I'm at my wit's end because realtors refuse to include the land lease amount. Maybe this is trivial to them but not for me. Please let them know how much it is needed to be up front with this information. I hope you see my plight and can maybe require this disclosure to people in my situation. Thank you and I pray that you will see my point of view.

Do not use realtor.com. If you inquire about one house they send your information to several agents at a time who likely give your information to even more agents. From there they do not care about their agents or providing quality agents to you. They base their sales of your information on whichever agent can pay the most, even if that agent is terrible.... They don't care about you as long as they get the money. Stay local and if you're looking to move far from where you are now ask your local agents for referrals in the area.

Not only did they not fix it, but they won't cancel my subscription and they won't refund me. They said that doesn't cancel until August. They have not provided 1 lead not 1. And have charged me thousands of dollars and continue to. Horrible customer service as well. Takes days and days for a response. This is unacceptable.
