We recently received an estimate from Window Nation to replace the windows in our home - the salesperson was pushier than a salesperson in a used car lot. The salesperson literally used all of the standard high-pressure sales tactics - the more they pushed, the more of a red flag it created. Their sales pitch was over 90 minutes long before they even provided the quote to replace our windows. Be very cautious before even having them into your home as we discovered, via our security camera footage, that the salesperson brought someone with them who loitered around the exterior of our home when the salesperson was inside our home discussing a bid for new windows. Very shady experience altogether.

Had to go through 3 hours of the most torturous presentation although there was some useful information. The 50% off deal is misleading! In reality it is 25%. They start from "retail" price $32000 for 11 windows and then using all kinds of programs, discounts, manager calls etcetera bring it down to normal price of #11000. By that time I was so exhausted I did not want anything, did not want special discount that was given me as a "special" treat. They are misleading and trying to take advantage of you on a higher cost. By the end of the interview I was not happy by the good deal, I felt the desire to resist, to reject, to get rid of him regardless of the deal. Never Window nation again, ever!

The Hartford, CT division of Window Nations was a horrible experience from the get-go. The design consultant had no literature to show window styles. He had 1 sample window that he showed at the end of the visit. He tried to sell me glider windows just to make a sale & get his commission & commission for his office. The 2 management employees I spoke to by phone are arrogant, not professional, & make assumptions -- i.e. I asked what his telephone number was, he replied "You have caller id. I do not." He did not want to give me his phone number, bottom line.

His apology for the nightmare I was put through was not sincere at all, with anger & arrogant overtones. I cancelled my window order. The whole company, from making an appointment, to customer service who say someone will get back to you in 24 to 48 hours, have to do this because the district locations where the employees make pre-visits call the shots. Then you get offshore customer service or digital customer service. Stay away from this company because they do care about the consumer, and I was not treated with respect, just the opposite. I was told, "Do you know how long I have been talking to you." One manager hung up on me.

Are you getting the picture of the nightmare I went through to cancel my order & hopefully to get my deposit back. Also, if you pay by credit card, you get charged a fee that the sales consultant does not tell you about. It is up to the customer to deny such a fee at the time of the transaction. I was never told about the fee. I found out when I called the credit card company. There are many other reputable window companies. Look online there is a long list of every complaint about Window Nation. Do not get fooled by consumer ratings. Look at complaints customers have written. I got no satisfaction from the escalation division of Window Nation. I got the same local nasty management employees who talked down to me as I explained above.

Buyer beware! The sales rep tried to increase the project price by 37% three weeks after the contract was signed due to “a low profit margin”. Reading Google reviews one would think that this is a reputable company. Everywhere else though, the reviews seem to confirm our experience. Do not trust them!

It started off good but after the sales visit trying to find financing was the first red flag. Then after the measurements were done the sales rep who is suppose to be your main contact didn't call to get the last final approval done but just kept texting and not following through! Didn't make sense, I even called the customer service line and asked about my project. They had nothing in the system but would follow up...no call back. Then after about a month I received a DocuSign to approve the final selection of doors which was wrong. I emailed back asking why I had not received a call back and in order for me to move forward I would like a call from the project manager. They then sent a email canceling a $33k job...Bye Felicia. Very unprofessional in the end.

I had all my windows and doors replaced in my house. Was sold a screen door with the wrong swing that I have walk off my patio into my grass to get to my driveway why walking out my house, even though I explained to the salesman how I want the door open. Was told I signed the order form so there's nothing they can do. Also they came out to measure twice and still made 2 windows too small by 4 inches, the were able to install the windows by adding frame work. This did make my extension jam and trim unusable, costing me money. Believe the reviews of bad customer service when there is a problem. If I could do it again, I would not use Window Nation.

My Window Nation nightmare began on April 15, 2025. We ordered 12 twelve, windows. They measured them and a contract was put together and we didn't hear anything from them. Then they remeasured on May 13. Then we did not hear from them. Then we were given an install date of June 20. Prior to the install I contacted Window Nation by email that I was very concerned about the last measurement they took. The service person even shared with me that he had been partying the night before for his birthday. Window Nation told me not to worry. The measurements were accurate. The day of install you could definitely see all windows were smaller than the openings. The installers corrected this by using foam filler to make them fit. Just wrong! The installers all spoke Spanish and unfortunately for them so does my wife. I will not share what kind of talk they used. It was not good.

Then I received an email from Window Nation CEO and President Jeff Beck. I have responded six times with no response. He still sends me emails asking me to refer Window Nation to my friends, even though they have not corrected my problems. Today I noticed that the windows are already fogging up between the pains of glass. This indicates that this superior gas seal they sell is already broken. I am waiting to see how they will address this. In other words don't buy from Window Nation!

Called him out on it and my wife and I were honest and the salesman Lorenzo was great. His boss Mike was ridiculous. He Mike should not be allowed to speak to anyone. If he’s that way with us how is he with his employees. We ended the conversation they lost a huge sale and looking into other reviews we feel that we dodged a huge problem with them. Buyers beware of their manager's lies and rudeness.

Placed an on order on June 28th. They gave me 3 business days to cancel. After the sales person left had seconds thoughts and immediately cancelled with the sign cancellation form. I called to confirm the cancellation was received BEFORE the cancellation window closed and reached out to my sales person and both confirmed it was cancelled 7/2. Both confirmed it was received and cancelled. The phone advisor said she would send me an email that night showing cancelled. Cancellation email did not arrive until 7/7 (which is AFTER the window). They emailed me stating it had been cancelled and IF a refund was given it would be received within **5 business days by check. Also stating in some cases if needed sooner they could put it back on the credit card. 5 BUSINESS days pass.. no check. 10 business days pass no check.

Call the follow up number for the refund provided in email they state they can not give me a status or eta of check. They need to email the sales manager and that person will follow up. I email my sales person and ask her to find out the eta in which she states it has been sent, however the mail is delayed due to the holiday… WHAT HOLIDAY? The check was sent on the 7th!! I asked at that point can you please have your manager refund my card, cancel the check in which she stated the manager could not refund my card it had to come via check.

I am giving them 24 more hours, if refund has not been received filing a claim with the better business bureau along with attorney general and reporting the charges on my credit card as fraud. And taking them to small claims court to recoup the money I paid to ensure the cancellation contract was in hand by 7/2 and the interest my credit card is charging me until the money is returned back to my account.

Title: Disappointing Experience with Window Nation. I recently had a very frustrating experience with Window Nation that I feel compelled to share. Their claims about the quality of their windows simply do not hold up. In my opinion, the windows I received are no better than the ones you would find at Home Depot, despite the premium prices they charge.

Moreover, their financing options are anything but transparent. They finance through a program that resembles a credit card, which allows you to max out on windows without fully disclosing the hidden activation fees. This lack of clarity has resulted in my card being over the limit before I even made my first payment. To make matters worse, this led to a significant drop in my credit score—by 138 points—after they reported the over-limit status to the credit bureau. I was shocked and disheartened by how this situation was handled. I would advise potential customers to proceed with caution and consider other options before choosing Window.

BUYER BE AWARE!! If I could give it 0 stars, I would. I think my husband and I have given this company more than enough time to resolve an issue. We purchased windows over a year ago. We still do not have the proper screens for three of our larger windows. We have had contact with so many people on numerous occasions. They have sent people to the house at least 7 times, many of them being their experts. At this point, we could have had an independent company come and make the screens in the time and money they’ve cost us to be here for their repeated visits.

In addition, don’t be fooled by their high pressure techniques. The sales will always be there. They promised their skillfully trained installers. These men left ink marks on our wood windowsills, installed some kind of vinyl press on trim that continues to lift off and used caulk to fill in the marks created on our windowsills. We are not even asking for those things to be taken care of.

Lastly, after the purchase of whole house windows, we were surprised by the gift of either a cruise or time share and a couple gift cards to restaurants. Hmm, this should have been a clue. I wish they would have kept the gifts and given us higher quality windows with higher quality, properly fitting screens with professional installation in a TIMELY manner.

Our experience with Window Nation was beyond disappointing. From the start, we were misled about what Window Nation offered. We chose Window Nation because of their window guarantee and trained employees would handle the installation. However, we later discovered that our windows were installed by subcontractors, leading to a series of errors and damage to our home.

Three months after installation, we reported water leaking through the windows. For each call we made, a Window Nation technician claimed to have repaired the issue. On the sixth service call, we requested an inspection of all installed windows; that is when we learned that all windows had been installed incorrectly. We also learned that a subcontractor installed the windows, so Window Nation was not responsible for the visible water damage and mold in our home, and the statute of limitations for addressing those damages had expired.

Dishonesty and unprofessionalism defiled the entire process with Window Nation, eroding our trust in the company. I hope my review saves anyone considering Window Nation. Our family spent thousands of dollars on new windows, and now, because we chose Window Nation, we face spending thousands more to repair the mold and water damage in our home.

Then they claimed they were the same price. Also ordered the bow with maple and when we received the contract it had oak. Check the contract over well! Of course after you put the money down you don't get an actual contact. They list the windows but there are no prices listed with each window. Beware!! After install nicks in window frame. He wants me to settle the balance and put in a claim. Why would I pay $8000 for a door that needs repair!? The installation which took 6 weeks to complete was just finished 12/16/24. Had scratches and scuffs I had to buff out on all the windows. The team during install damaged our siding. After 4 months they finally came back to replace and fix it according to the service person I spoke with. When the people showed up, they did not fix it, but instead covered it up with paint only. We were also told for the windows not being as explained and also the damage we would get a credit, then the next day Matt came back and stated he would no longer be able to do that. This company is a joke. They do not stand by their product nor contractors. Instead of fixing an issue, they only cover it up. Do no use them.

Also was given a monthly payment that was higher than he quoted. The day of 3 guys came and did not complete the job and had to come back to finish it. The place was a total mess with grease marks and mulch dye over 400 linear feet of new redone cement sidewalks and garage area. The salesman said he would be at site to be sure everything went smooth which was another lie. Very poor service! My sales rep Mike suggested to go through their financial service so I didn't have to put any money down, he said that if I pay everything right away I wouldn't have to pay the interest. The day the workers finished my windows I had a check ready for them but they said they couldn't accept the check and that billing would get in contact with me. Over a month went by and I didn't see any bill and hadn't heard from the financial service. I called Window Nation and they directed me to the financial service. The financial service said they forgot to get in touch with me. I paid my full bill the first day I saw the bill but the financial service still wanted 40 days of interest which was over $400. This seems like a scam.

They don't contact you so you acquire the interest. I could've paid my bill in full on day 1 but window nation told me I had to wait for them to reach out to me. The financial service basically told me too bad I have to pay it. When I call Window Nation they say I have to speak with a manager but the manager is never available and they say the manager will call me back. I've called multiple times a week for over a month and still haven't heard from manager. The quality of windows are ok but definitely not worth this headache. 2 thumbs DOWN!
