How does Window Nation work?

With Window Nation, every window and door is custom-made before installation, meaning you have the opportunity to truly design your windows and doors for your needs and budget. The process starts with a free consultation and price estimate. Its experts handle the ordering, design and building process for each window and door. Technicians measure each window three times to guarantee accuracy, precision and tight seal, and each window goes through a 50-point inspection.

Window Nation installers have an average of 16 years of experience. The crew hauls away your old windows and does a walk-through to make sure windows are installed properly.

    Installation & Setup

Absolutely the worst experience ever. Windows came with damage and not as explained. The glass was almost 4in smaller than explained. Had scratches and scuffs I had to buff out on all the windows. The team during install damaged our siding. After 4 months they finally came back to replace and fix it according to the service person I spoke with. When the people showed up, they did not fix it, but instead covered it up with paint only. We were also told for the windows not being as explained and also the damage we would get a credit, then the next day Matt came back and stated he would no longer be able to do that. This company is a joke. They do not stand by their product nor contractors. Instead of fixing an issue, they only cover it up. Do no use them.

The salesman (**) tells you that the company uses their OWN employees to install windows. -LIARS- I found out that our window installers are subcontractors and they were hired two weeks before installing our windows. I have called many, many times to call them out on it and find out why the company can lie to customers and think they can get away with it. A bunch of scared cover my rear end bunch of immature adults.

Very disappointed how we were lied to and deceived by this company to filing a report to the attorney general. The salesman came to our house and said, the home will be left cleaner that when they arrived, and it would be 3 crews in and out 1 day. Also was given a monthly payment that was higher than he quoted. The day of 3 guys came and did not complete the job and had to come back to finish it. The place was a total mess with grease marks and mulch dye over 400 linear feet of new redone cement sidewalks and garage area. The salesman said he would be at site to be sure everything went smooth which was another lie. Trying to speak with someone there and they kept shuffling us to someone else and promises were lies and feel as though we were taken advantage of because we are senior citizens. Wish we would have used Window World instead of these people.

Very poor service! My sales rep Mike suggested to go through their financial service so I didn't have to put any money down, he said that if I pay everything right away I wouldn't have to pay the interest. The day the workers finished my windows I had a check ready for them but they said they couldn't accept the check and that billing would get in contact with me. Over a month went by and I didn't see any bill and hadn't heard from the financial service. I called Window Nation and they directed me to the financial service. The financial service said they forgot to get in touch with me. I paid my full bill the first day I saw the bill but the financial service still wanted 40 days of interest which was over $400. This seems like a scam.

They don't contact you so you acquire the interest. I could've paid my bill in full on day 1 but window nation told me I had to wait for them to reach out to me. The financial service basically told me too bad I have to pay it. When I call Window Nation they say I have to speak with a manager but the manager is never available and they say the manager will call me back. I've called multiple times a week for over a month and still haven't heard from manager. The quality of windows are ok but definitely not worth this headache. 2 thumbs DOWN!

Terrible. Absolutely no one communicates. Sales Rep - after sale they are checked out and don't care - he charged us a lead fee for 15+ windows - their measurer and tester said there is no lead since there was nothing (paint) to test!!! Did they refund the money - NOPE. They have been here 4 times already. It has taken 4 months to get where we are today and I am still waiting on 3 replacement windows (I have been corrected numerous times by Shawn that since they are replacements, they are Sash's and a Warranty issue). I really don't care what you call them, the windows aren't finished and will be another month before they will be shipped to Window Nation's warehouse. Sale is complete so they don't care. GET A DETAILED RECEIPT WITH ALL COSTS ON IT - you will find they don't offer it. Only a receipt showing what windows you order and a grand total for all. Since cracked.

This company is not trustworthy. They rushed my father into signing for new windows without properly explaining that it was a binding commitment. He was still shopping around and tried to cancel a few days later, but they wouldn’t allow it. The lack of transparency and refusal to work with him shows a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

I had trouble setting up the appointment thru the national network, but was recommended by a friend to go through the Cincinnati office, which I did. Great salesperson, Everett was professional and understood what I wanted. The installers, Brock and Rachael, did a great job as well. Professional and knowledgeable. Attention to detail, answered all my questions and didn’t leave until I was satisfied. I don’t give good reviews on average jobs, so when these people go above and beyond, I don’t mind saying so. Yes I would recommend to friends and family. Thanks guys

Chuck was our salesman. He was excellent. Gave us great service and helped us get the best deal after our son bought windows prior. About a year later, we had a concern about the screens, Brad came out today showed us the tiny hole for water to run out of window sash. Explained that if we locked windows how much tighter the seal was. Suggested a bit of spider repellant if windows open in spring and fall. He was super knowledgeable and kind. Very happy with our black windows. They really highlight our brick house after having white windows before. Thank you, Brad and Chuck!!!

I had four (4) windows replaced at quite an expense. Two (2) of the four were out of square and it took many calls and complaints to have them corrected. It also took them five (5) months to fix the two windows. I did report them to the BBB and never heard from them other than they would send a report to Window Nation. Terrible company and they may very well be a franchise as there is another Window Nation company East coast. Bobbie S.

Do not do business with this company -- sales people lie and use high pressure sales techniques. They lied to me about pricing, extra fees, installation availability, business processes, etc. I paid half down ($1600 for two windows) about four months ago and still do not have my windows. Furthermore, sales person and manager do not return my calls when I tried to find out why I was not given promised price and tried to get installation close to my promised dates.
