Do not do business with this company -- sales people lie and use high pressure sales techniques. They lied to me about pricing, extra fees, installation availability, business processes, etc. I paid half down ($1600 for two windows) about four months ago and still do not have my windows. Furthermore, sales person and manager do not return my calls when I tried to find out why I was not given promised price and tried to get installation close to my promised dates.

Buyers beware! Salesman was great, measurement was wrong for patio door. Had to wait for new window. Wouldn't let me choose the date for installation 'cause they wouldn't keep the windows more than 5 days. First installer was great, second installer wouldn't communicate at all. I was suppose to stain the molding, but being as they wouldn't talk to me, they put up blond molding without stain. Looks awful with my Oak throughout my entire home. They were very harsh to my drapery when putting up the molding. It will come down as they tugged on it too hard. Screen wasn't installed right and had to come back for that. This job was done so poorly that I cannot recommend anyone use this company. Calvin you were wrong. They wanted me to pay but would not give me a receipt.

Window Nation is terrible. The sales person was at our home for over two hours, He talked very fast, and would give us a "special" discount if we decided in three days. When they came to install the windows, they removed all of the at the same time letting in all sorts of bugs. The windows seams are not flush, showing a silver color. The trim around the windows is uneven. They also trampled my flowers.

The ABSOLUTE WORST experience. First of all, we were told this would take around one hour. This woman was over for over 2 hours, fumbling through her sales pitch. When she finally took measurements, we asked for the cheapest, most affordable window estimate. After the Measurements she told up she will tell us the price in a minute when I asked how much? AN HOUR AND TEN MINUTES LATER, AFTER telling my wife to start filling out the financial form she got PUSHY when I told my wife do not fill out ANYTHING until we know the price. She then said, "I will let you know the price again, in a minute." One hour and 45 min we finally got to hear the price....33K!!!! For a 10 window 1,089 SQ foot house.

She told us we had to make a decision today.... I told, "Sorry to waste your time, but it is a no way." She looked at my wife and asked what she wanted, to which my wife said, "You heard him. It's absolutely a no." She then re-did all of the windows to the lowest price one, LIKE WE HAD ASKED FOR IN THE FIRST PLACE. That came out to 25K. Still WAY OverPRICED. WE told her again no thank you and it was time to leave. She had a slight attitude, as did we at this point. She packed up the side show she put on in the living that left us confused anyways. After a few minutes of her being out at her car, came in happy like a kid telling us 10,800, which is what we were quoted at elsewhere with a different company. Window Nation is CROOK! She started at 33K and in a matter of minutes dropped the price to 10K. All I heard was she was going to take 23K from us if she could. Run the other way and DON'T call Window Nation.

All buyers be AWARE!!!! This company use practice of misleading the customers and providing false information during the sale. Salesman verbally sells one product and states that additional jobs, like replacing the rotten wood, adding insulation around the windows, will be done during installation. He does not mention all the details about additional jobs in the contract so when the customer has complain they simply say "Look at your contract, is that your signature? You get what you pay for!!!"

They refuse to come back or work with customer to resolve the issue by saying: "we are done with you and we are not going to go back and forth". And then come a threat about putting the balance into collection and holding customer liable for accusing their salesman!!! Then, their attorney send a letter with the statement that if the balance is not paid with another $2300 for attorney fees there may be further action taken against the customer. Is this a threat with the lawsuit??? When we ordered windows and sliding doors, we specifically told the salesman we were looking for aluminum with foam inside. He assured us that that is exactly what we were going to get. He also stated that the wood under the old sliding doors will be replaced as it looks rotten. The same for the windows, he stated that if there is any moisture or missing insulation around the windows, wood will be replaced and installation added.

During installation their contractors didn't even know they were supposed to replace the wood or insulation. They told me this extra job is not on the work order and that they don't do it. Operation manager Brian stated that they never replace rotten wood or insulation as it's too expensive and they never carried aluminum doors or windows with foam inside. He also said that he can not copy what their salesman say during the sale and that the installation is done! Despite our complaints about improper installation, wrong product, misrepresentation during the sale, Window Nation refuse to solve the problem and demand the balance through attorney (+$2300 attorney fees) disregarding that there is no customer signature on completion form. So, now we are left with the cheaply made vinyl with no foam, old wood.

Window Nation is awful. They are very quick to tell you have great customer service but that's a lie. The manager, David **, is the worst and decided to try and threaten me with having to contact the legal department while I was trying to decide to go through with the project. The salesman was super pushy and forced me to put down a deposit which I now cannot get back because they only give you three days to decide on whether or not you want to do the project. They tried to get me to take two separate loans to complete this project. Nothing was ordered and no loan documents were signed but they are refusing to give back my deposit because I took too long to cancel. When I do decide that it is the best time to get new windows there is absolutely no chance I will go through Window Nation. I am extremely disappointed.

Avoid this company. All they want is money, don’t care about quality or good service. Eric ** and David **. Sold wrong windows and they don’t care they don’t return calls or emails, could care less that their customers aren't satisfied. Look elsewhere.

My parents when living in Hadley used Andersen Windows and it was expensive but well worth it, their quality is top notch. Never had to reach out to them once. When they moved across from me we met with Window Nation and I wish we could force them to remove the rubbish they call windows and doors at the monstrous price of almost $40,0000. The down payment was in a June.

In October, they installed their entire house and walkout basement of windows and 2 sliding doors they left everything a mess. They didn’t even clean the windows or doors which Andersen windows did. Before the installers left we realized one of the two doors was installed upside down and broken - it was missing parts. NONE of the windows screens fit. Every single window screen is 1/2” or more too short so you cannot open the windows unless you want bugs. One handle broke off a window the first time we used the window.

I have called and emailed and texted and short of harassed them to come back. Finally they sent someone in November who said most of the windows were installed wrong also and are now sagging. He claimed to reorder all the screens and a new door. Mind you I have a father with Alzheimer’s and both my parents are elderly and cannot open their sliding doors. The second one isn’t working well either. One is totally useless. And they have a dog. So they cannot use their fenced in back yard for their dog.

Since November I have called and harassed them more about where is our replacements. No answers. Just loads of “do you want to wait till they come in and we can address the other stuff?” Sure why come twice I said. Now when you order their garbage windows and doors you get a million emails about the production of them. Since Nov - not a one, so last week I said yeah you need to get over here. Well now there’s yet another new person who comes, and he at the end of his inspection tells me that the last guy never ordered anything. So it’s been 3 months of me being angry via email and NO ONE HAS CHECKED THE STATUS OF OUR REPLACEMENTS. Even though I have emailed many many times.

This is absolutely unreal. This company is a complete joke and I have no idea how they are in business. And at this point I’m going to be looking to take this matter further. So feel free to share this post, don’t use this company, don’t waste your money…time…or sanity. No one there does their job correctly. 6 months of waiting and getting the run around.

Going to court against Window Nation, I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. The wrong windows were "installed" with a 1/2" to 1" gap all the way around because they ordered the windows incorrectly as replacement windows and not new construction windows. One of the windows arrived broken. It was left like that from September 2021 to June 2022. The install job was poor, if you put a straight edge across the top or bottom of the window it's got a 1/2" bow.

They asked to see if it could be made to work for me, I gave them a chance and they botched it. Two windows are different next to each other. The contractors forced my wife to sign a work completed form when she said she wouldn't sign it until I was able to look at the work. I had to contact the company multiple times before they were remotely concerned with trying to fix the issue. I'm excited for my day in court. I offered to pull the windows out, get a refund for my 1/3 down and go our separate ways. But they're adamant about the job being "completed." Sort through reviews here and elsewhere and you'll see this is a very common problem. Poor management from the top down is how this happens.

Got a quote for windows. 4 to be exact. $4800+. Agreed to it initially. Then after thinking about it changed my mind. Called the number on sales card and it was not in service. So I called the 800 number and told the person who answered to cancel/change my order. She said she would pass it on and then I asked if there was anything else I needed to do to verify the cancellation and she told me no over a recorded line. Now I'm getting threatening emails and phone calls from a sales guy I don't even know! This is harassment at the highest level. Will get lawyer to sue these thieves.
