Had constant chirping from alarm due to low battery. Made several calls and all reps were polite and professional. First appt time was adjusted by Rita provide relief as soon as possible. Eventually had rep walk me through disconnecting system. Again Rita was extremely patient and most helpful.

We have had Vector Security for about 10 years at this location with good results.

Greg ** was a great sales rep. He answered all of my questions and made sure that I understood exactly how to utilize the system. It was definitely a great experience.

The fire alarm would go off for no reason. Called monitoring and they entered service request for me. Very helpful. The technician, Delesky **, was prompt, and very helpful. The problem was fixed in 30 minutes.

The technician was on time, professional, courteous, and knew his work. He consulted with me on location of new smoke detectors and placement of motion detector. Kept me informed on progress and completion time. He left the work space clean and tidy. He answered all of my questions on the new access pad. Very pleased with the service.

My only problem is arming away when you are home at night with the family. One can't move freely to the basement because of the motion detector. If you forget to disarm before coming down from living room to the basement the alarm go off.

Vector Security has provided me some of the best home security service over these past 3 years that I've been a customer. From the initial visit several years ago to find me the best plan and service I need at the lowest price all the way through to installation and maintenance whenever needed. Response time to my phone calls or emails is always immediate and team addresses my questions or issues in timely manner. In comparison to other home security providers I've had throughout the years, Vector has far exceeded the service I have ever gotten.

This was our first security system and we couldn't be happier with the service, the installation and most of all the salesman. The salesman made us feel so comfortable. There was absolutely no pressure at all to purchase a system. Everyone in our family can use the system with ease, even my mom and dad who are not exactly technologically advanced are able to use the system with ease. The climate control has helped us to save a fortune on our energy bills. This is extremely important to my wife and I as we not only are trying to be financially responsible, but are doing everything in our power to reduce our carbon footprint. We recently installed an alarm system after a break-in. Chris was very patient in answering all my questions and being sure I was comfortable with everything. He even stopped by after the installation to make sure I understood how to operate the system. I like how easy it is to operate. I am technology challenged and I haven't had an issue.

I was contacted today to let me know that my smoke detector battery was signaling that it is low. I was very pleased to see that the battery was being monitored. I called and spoke to Malik who set up an appointment for the battery to be replaced. He was friendly and pleasant to talk with. I enjoyed the experience.

From the time I spoke with Chris to set up a meeting to evaluate our needs, to the installation, explanation and training of the new system and the calls to service with questions that have come up, the service has been awesome! Everyone I have dealt with has been professional and very helpful. Our new Vector security system is great. I wished we would have switched years ago.

I have truly been amazed with the level of service provided by Vector. The young man that came to install, I believe his name is Jon, was neat, clean and professional as well. The app is easy to use... we LOVE that there is an Apple watch app as well. The z wave lights are a nice addition. Now when we go out of town they will turn on and off at a time we decided upon. My family and I finally feel safe and protected in our home. We know we have made the right choice. I personally think, also, that Chris deserves a raise! When he came to our home he went over EVERY detail and quoted us on our 'dream' system that we wanted and then explained what was truly needed.

The technician called to alert me of the need to cancel due to snow storm. I was stuck out of the country, but I was happy to note the call. I still need to reschedule the service call for basement senior malfunction.

Earlier today one of my window alarms was sending a tamper signal for no apparent reason, and the system wasn't letting me silence the alarm. I received a call from Vector regarding the problem. The person I spoke with was very professional and helpful. I explained the situation, making sure she knew there was no problem and the alarm had been doing that over the weekend too. The technician will be checking the connections within the week. I would and will tell anyone needing a security system to use Vector.

Our services has been very good. Jade has stayed in touch throughout the process of the sale and installation of our system. My only negative statement is with the billing dept. system's inability to provide e-bills/statements and confirmation of auto payment. Auto payment on a credit card is doable, but to confirm that it's been charged is not doable. In this day and age, most vendors are able to generate an e-statement and confirmation of payments electronically. We try to be very "green" in all of our dealings.

Vector provided an on-site inspection but also listened to what I, the customer, wanted/needed. I was not pressured into anything more than I felt I needed. The tech installed is impressive with its ability to use smartphones and PDAs allowing for anytime arming/disarming. Furthermore, the system is wireless making it all the neater.

We have been using cameras at the three locations they were installed on a daily basis. Cameras on my property actually assisted police to identify a theft at neighbor property about 500' away. High quality installation.

We have been very pleased so far with the system. It has been easy to use. The app and text alerts are very helpful.

We lost connection when cable company changed modems and we upgraded and relocated router at the same time. After several unsuccessful attempts to regain remote surveillance, we successfully regained the capability. As a result of the many service attempts, the branch manager invited us to review the entire experience for the purpose to improve both Vector procedures and recommendations to eliminate and/or improve the timeliness of response. One recommendation (key factor in this experience) was to recommend the requirement of a CRT installation along with the DVR as part of the camera installation.

Any issues we may have, all I need to do is contact our rep April and she takes care of it... With a smile!

Depending on your issues, they can have a serviceman at your door before the end of business day, and that important to me. In conclusion, I hate to drop this vendor (Vector) but our corp guideline dictate who we use moving forward.

I have been a customer since 2007. Vector has always been a very good value for the service. The staff is very accommodating and friendly as well.

I've had them for almost 5 years in SC. From the start, I had issues with Vector. The guy who did the install messed up a few items even though the house was pre-wired. He even spliced my phone line, even though that wasn't necessary. Took a while to get someone else out to get it all working OK. At least once a year, I'd get a call saying the alarm wasn't functioning properly and I'd have an extension I had to call. The guy NEVER answered and would return my call up to a day later, so we'd typically play phone tag for a week. So for at least a week, I had no functioning alarm service. This finally happened again last week, so I decided to cancel and move to someone else. Trying to cancel was a CHORE! On hold for over half an hour, then disconnected. I'd get someone and tell them I want to cancel and they'd put me back on hold! Then someone will "need to call me" and they called three days later.

We have been very impressed with not only the products available to us, but also the customer service we have been provided with. We would recommend and have recommended your sales contact, Greg ** and Vector Security with confidence every time!

I'm impressed with the quick response time regarding our smoke detector when the oven overflowed. They responded with a phone call almost immediately. When we accidentally set off alarm they called quickly but would not give us any information until we gave them our code. Feel very safe with Vector. Have experience with other security systems and they do not compare to Vector as far as response time. Spoke with Anthony ** at the Home Show and he was very informative and helpful. Very satisfied. The customer service with Vector has been great and it's great to use a phone app to keep track of the system.

Salesman was knowledgeable and friendly and helped me to decide what features I did and did not want. Installer did the work well, and had to make some on-site adjustments to the plan the salesman had made, but we will work through these issues to revise our hardware plan (and costs) with the salesman Chris **.

Vector was recommended to me by my son and I was contacted by David ** who arranged for the installation of my alarm system. Dave was very knowledgeable and professional and someone who I could call when I had a question or problem. The installer was at my home on the day arranged and the install of the actual alarm was neat and done in a timely manner. In the next few weeks I will be needing a home medical alert system which Dave and I have discussed and will be installing in my home. I would certainly recommend Vector and Dave if asked about an alarm system.

I have used Vector for over 12 years and they are the only ones I go to for all of my security needs at my commercial properties. They are always fair and their service people are very knowledgeable. One person is that I need to give praise to is Ricky **, he is absolutely fabulous and I call him and only him for whatever I need done and he makes sure that I have immediate service and that is rare in big corporations.

I've worked with Frank ** of Vector on security systems for an apartment and my current home, and he does great explaining the benefits of different options. He is courteous and treats clients with respect. The various installers likewise are skilled at executing the plans that we develop.

I'm able to set and unset my alarm from my phone, have my A/C automatically kick on when I get close to the house, view my video cameras, and get text messages anytime someone disarms the system.

Gordon ** replaced sensor once before and since it failed again he relocated the sensor to the upper part of the window and thoroughly tested. When we mentioned that the other window in the room also seemed to lose connection, he relocated that sensor and tested that to eliminate a similar issue. We have had the pleasure of working with Gordon for many years and appreciate his professionalism, promptness, thoroughness, and feel he makes sure to understand the issue at hand and does all he can to find a satisfactory solution. We look forward to Gordon's visit when needed.

Technician did a good job upgrading my system. It was not very time consuming. My only concern was that he brought an outdated surveillance camera that has to be replaced. He did a good job explaining how to use system.

Local sales/service are 5-stars, but I'm giving a 4-star review because the wireless keypads occasionally do not sync properly and will lock up the way a computer does, causing us to only set and disarm using the main panel.

The mobile app makes it easy to monitor and control the system's functions and view our optional cameras. We are so happy with our recent addition of a module that allows us to open and close our garage door from the app! It's also nice to be able to double check that the door is closed when we aren't home. We hope to add more home automation features in the future!
