What ServicePlus Home Warranty customers say

Reviews for ServicePlus Home Warranty vary but include some common themes that are worth noting. Repeated praise from customers includes mentions of knowledgeable agents, easy-to-file claims, affordable plans, reliable technicians and a clear explanation of prices and policies. Unsatisfied customers report slow response times, long holds for customer service, issues beyond wear and tear not being covered and lengthy claim payment processing times.

The agent was very helpful in describing the plan. What the plan covered and the term and cost. He gave the information on a five year plan and a three year plan. All the plans sounded good, I took the 14 month plan.”

      Dennis of Davenport, IA

What American Residential Warranty customers say

Reviews for American Residential Warranty vary but include some common themes. Customers were impressed by its excellent customer service, easy-to-understand plans and pricing, and overall pleasant experience. However, other customers experienced multiple calls to resolve issues, long wait times to speak to a customer service agent and billing disputes.

Could not have asked for a more comfortable, seamless and efficient experience. More proof that ARW was a very wise choice and a sound investment. From the courtesy of the ARW representative in arranging the repair service to the prompt and efficient service provided by the service representative who completed the repair work, it gives me all the more confidence in ARW should I need help in the future.”

      Margaret of Canal Winchester, OH
