- Optional coverage: In addition to the two plans ServicePlus Home Warranty offers, optional coverage is available for pools, spas, limited roof leaks, central vacuums, sump and well pumps, septic systems and pumping, second refrigerators, stand-alone freezers, water softeners, refrigerator and free-standing ice makers, and an additional air conditioning system, heating system, water heater and garage door opener.
