So happy with 5 Star Shower. They were very professional and I would recommend them to anyone looking to change a bathtub into a shower.

Caprisuns installed 4 ceiling fans All done professionally and to code. They work well and look good. Installation was quick, clean and on time. Would use again and highly recommend.

Shout out to, Erickson Electric, The Best!! This company is own by Joseph Erickson. This gentleman communicates very well is very polite, friendly, honest, and very fair with his prices. He has many years of experience under his belt. I have hired him the past to him to do small jobs at my house with no issues whatsoever. Then I offered him a big job, which consisted him rewiring a house and upgrading the electrical. He proved himself. Joe is the best, he enjoys what he does and pays attention to detail and works well with others. He disconnected the electric panel, solar and removed all the old wires. Safety is priority for him. If you need any kind of electrical work done, don’t hesitate to call him. Joe is the man for the job.

A request for a piano tuner was very quickly answered by Miguel McKenzie of McKenzie Piano Tuning. My initial questions were answered on the phone, and an appointment was made Miguel was prompt, professional and friendly. I peppered him with questions about the piano itself and the process of tuning it. He patiently answered and is obviously conscientious and thoroughly knowledgeable about his craft. Additionally, I felt perfectly comfortable leaving him alone in the house. A totally positive experience.

The painter did a top-notch job on our kitchen/ dining room. The walls needed a lot of repair and the finished product looks beautiful. He finished in one day and did an excellent job cleaning up.

They will take money out of your account and constantly retr. Even if you don’t respond to jobs or get work they will still charge you as if you’re making money. It’s not legit.

Thumbtack used to be somewhat ok. They now have a new process that no longer shows the customer's phone number. This is bad business. They also offer the customer up to 4-5 additional Pros where everyone is charged regardless of if the customer hires. I’ve spent $190 on leads this week and no work to show for it. I have over 260 five star reviews, a Top pro and each year gets worse with Thumbtack. Looking into increasing my Google and facebook presence.. I suggest you do the same.. At this time I cannot recommend thumbtack.

Absolutely terrible customer service, try to dispute a charge? They just send you policy after policy of why you get charged what you get charged. What happened to common sense? Everything about this app is a trap for business owners, and for the customers who are trying to hire them. I went to one call, and the homeowner had told me that by the time I arrived an hour later 5 other contractors had been blowing up his phone trying to under bid me. So not only did I pay for the lead, but they also sold off the lead to 5 other companies!

I honestly feel like these people are doing some sort of deceptive practices, as a service provider I got charged about $1500 for different leads and half of them. The phone didn’t even work, in other words their phone number was a legitimate. The other ones could barely speak English or we’re just saying they were just searching around. These weren’t actual qualified leads. Again, this was $1500 worth of leads. I cannot believe this company can exist like this. Insanely overpriced, leads of people who aren’t even ready to hire someone or aren’t even real at all, it’s almost like they pay actors to pretend that they’re interested in services.

I worked with Thumbtack for 5 years as a 5-star Kitchen contractor. In the end I retire 9 months ago and closed the account. They just now billed me for 3 expensive leads I never seen and never received an email with any information. Thumbtack Took (steal $877.77 from my bank account without my knowledge & totally not authorized. These people lie.
