Scheduled a termite inspection for a home we're going to purchase. Told call center to let us know when inspector was on the way, as we don't currently live there. Scheduled time frame 8am-10am. The realtor and I sat at the house for an hour waiting, he never showed up. At 11am, I called the call center to see his eta. I was disconnected but he called me. With an attitude he said the call center told him he had to call me. I explained we had been waiting an needed an eta. He tells me it will either be this evening or tomorrow, but probably tomorrow. So nobody was even going to call and let me know? Canceled inspection, and Black Diamond got to me within two hours and charged $200 less!

If we need something, we'll call Terminix but they usually call and tell us they want to come on such and such a day. If they can't come on that day, we'll fix another day for them to come. So far, everything's been going good. They come in when they're supposed to come in, every three months, and we haven't had any termites. The only problem right now I'm having is ants and I can't seem to get rid of them for some reason. Yesterday, the inspector came and he was very nice. He went around the house and looked. He's been here before. So, there wasn't a problem. I asked him to do the ants and he did spray where I told them where they were.
Between then and now, it's gotten worse. So, I'm waiting for them to call me today because the inspector said they were going to set up an appointment with them to come back because he didn't have anything to take care of them with. Usually, they take care of stuff close to the area that is close to the house. They don't go out. But every once in a while, I'll see a patch of ants and I have some stuff that I get from Home Depot and I'll go out and put it on it and that takes care of it well. The inspector did say he thought the ant thing was coming from outside.

This year when they did the termite inspection, the tech talked to me about having termite things. Because of the age of the house, he said it was very vulnerable. There was a problem locally with having someone available to do the treatment. I called the tech 'cause he had done the job the year before. He was here within three hours and did what needed to be done. It was holding up my refinancing so he came right away. I was very impressed with that.

It's all good with Terminix. I've had them for a long time. Jeff comes and sprays. He's awesome. He always gives me a heads-up. He's thorough. He asks, "Do you want me to come in?" He does that for me every time and takes care of the outside. He lets me know what he did. He spotted a little bit that we need to spray in-between. We've also got where they do the termites and fill the bait for us. I got a good report on that.

My husband and I had y’all do full service of mice extermination on March 15 2023. And one of your service men fell through the attic. The men left the black heavy tarp on the floor. I had to upstairs to look for our cat so we could place her in the spare bedroom. I found her and was walking down the stairs to let my husband know I found her. I fell down the stairs and I was holding on the guard rail. I ended up having a torn rotator cuff. Two weeks later the oldest cat caught and ate a mouse. I have called and let your office know what happened and all I gotten was $200 refund and a discount of the yearly service. The cats still think there are mice in kitchen. I just had rotator cuff surgery. Last night we had another mouse and our 14 yr old ate it.

I called Terminix last year and they sent somebody out to look over the situation and tell me how they would fix it. I signed the contract, and I had to pay them in full. We had an appointment for the first visit and the people came and did what they had to do. We had to stay out of the house for five hours. That was no big deal. I was expecting it. Cody, the technician that came in, made an appointment for the second visit, but he never showed up, so I ended up calling Terminix. We went back and forth, then they sent somebody the next day. We made an appointment with that tech for the third visit, but he never showed up as well. We went through the same situation and I was so annoyed. Finally, Terminix sent out Cody, the kid that they sent the first time, who apologized. At that point, I made the next appointment with him, and he gave me a number to call him to verify the day before.
When we had Cody coming in, everything worked fine. He came another three times, then the last visit, he never showed up again. By this time though, the problem had been resolved. Cody called and apologized the next day and said, "Do you want me to come in?" I said, "Well, we haven't had a problem. Everything's been good since you've been coming. So, why don't we just forget this thing?" A year later, the same problem started up again, only this time it's happening in my room. Last year, the problem was in my son's room and I kept telling him to get the place cleaned up then I would call Terminix. By the time Terminix did what they were supposed to do when I called though, it was a major infestation.
This time, I started to get bit, so I called them right away. The salesman came out, looked everything over, and we talked about it. I said, "I know what we need to do. These are the rooms that I want you to hit." We made an appointment for the 28th of June, and the techs showed up on time and did the job. It was a nice day, so we just stayed out. They were doing the second and third floor, so we were allowed to stay on the first floor. The technician then said, "Let's set up the next visit," which was on the 13th of July, and nobody showed up. I called and Terminix said, "Oh, you're not supposed to make the appointment with the technician. You're supposed to call us." For what? They're not the ones coming out. I said, "Why would he say that if that's not what's supposed to happen? You either send somebody out tomorrow or forget it."
Terminix didn't send anybody out or have anybody call me. So, I called them and I got the royal runaround. There were no managers around that I could talk to, and the people that I was talking to on the phone were calling from their own homes. I said, look, "Can I cancel the service? Give me a credit and that's it." "Well, we're gonna have somebody call you." I called on Monday, and I told them I would give them till today, but nobody bothered to call. I called them and we went through the same thing. I told them, "I don't want your service. I can't depend on you. You don't come when you say you're coming." I'm on vacation this week and I took the day off because we were expecting them and nothing.
Overall, the technicians were wonderful. They came when they were supposed to and did what they were supposed to, and we made an appointment for them to come back. However, management sucks and I wouldn't even give them 1 star. I already put a review in on Yelp as well. I don't want anything to do with Terminix. I just want my money back.

I signed up for the program with Terminix to come every three months as a precautionary measure. The gas company dug up the street to put meters in front of people's houses and that resurrected the mice so I scheduled an in-between visit not too long ago. The techs are very courteous, friendly, helpful and answer any questions you ask. They do what they have to do. They come in, check, lay traps and remove dead mice.

The technician who came was a nice guy. He did what he had to do for the termites problem in my living room. He sprayed and checked all the baits. He also put an extra bait where they were active. He said he was gonna touch base in two weeks, and it's been two weeks but I haven't heard from him. I've had Terminix now for four years. I wanna know when are the termites gonna go away for good, but there are no promises of that. The termites aren't even touching the baits. I wanna know how long do I have to keep the service up.

Terminix comes out every three months. They also come when the mice situation is bad. Occasionally, we have had mice in the attic, but Terminix has taken care of it. They're effective. There was one technician that I didn't like, but other than that, they have been pleasant, efficient, and helpful.

Terminix came to spray my house for insects. I like them. It was the first time I'd ever called them and the customer service was great. I did it online and then someone called me. The tech came out the day I requested. The guy was nice and explained everything well. I was happy with Terminix and I signed up with them to come quarterly. They were recommended to me by my sister and I would recommend them.

We were satisfied with what Terminix did. There was an occasion where there was termite damage and they covered the cost of the repair. I recently renewed my annual termite contract. They recently redid those little bait traps that are around the edge of the house. I re-engaged to have the peripheral pest control feature where they spray outside and then they can spray inside.
I'm fine with their pest control service. The termite contract is for termite damage. I almost consider that insurance. When you go to sell your house, they often will ask you, “Do you have a termite contract on it?” I had an issue with the cost of this pest control department. They went up on the cost. I called and I complained. And the guy went down. So, that made me a happy customer.

I really like my technician, Jose. He's very responsive and very good at what he does. I have Terminix treat for spiders, and there were times we caught cockroaches in the garage as well. The quality of service seems to be okay. The cost may be a little high, but it's convenient. We usually communicate via text to schedule the service.

I had someone out here a couple of weeks ago. He did a great job. He called me before he came and asked me if I had any concerns. He sprayed for everything. He was very polite. He did a good job of doing what I asked him to do. Let me know what he found. Altogether very positive experience. They automatically come out for me, and there's never a problem. They just always call me and say, "It's time for your next service,” They'll let me know when they're coming out, and if that doesn't work for me, they'll reschedule. But usually, it does.
We have a plan where they come out four times a year and just spray to keep the bugs away. He knocks down any spider web he sees. He sprays around the edges of the house, any areas that might be prone to buggies. I know it works because before we had Terminix, every summer, we used to fight ants in the house, and that's why we hired them. Since then, I've never had issues with ants in the house, which is wonderful. They cost us about $400 a year, but we find that it's worth it because it means I don't have to deal with bugs around the house.

When we signed up originally, it was preventative. We built our home and Terminix did the foundation protection, and we went on a contract with them. They are professional and friendly, and the techs are excellent. We've had several instances of termites and they resolved it very quickly. It’s easy to communicate with them and I’m very happy with Terminix.

The previous owners of the house had problems with critters getting in the home. We live in the woods. The previous owners had a plan with Terminix that was already in effect when we purchased the home. While we were out doing yard work, a fellow showed up. They said they tried to contact us by phone but I said I do everything with the landline. The cellphone just stays in the car. They apologized and then the two of them went around the property. They were very nice and pleasant. They were looking for entry points. They did some caulking where we had a deck removed and there were holes in the brick. Since then I haven't seen anything in the inside, so I'm happy. All in all, it was a positive experience other than the mix-up about them trying to call me on the cellphone.

When the Terminix tech came out, it was brief but very complete. He told me what I needed to know and did his work. The people were great. It was only getting my second appointment scheduled that was complicated using the website and app. But that was the only hang-up.

Terminix came out to do some indoor treatment for pests. It's an automatic quarterly service. If I need extra service, then I go online and request it. The service is outstanding. If I'm home, they'll ring the doorbell, tell me that they're here and give me a scope of what they're gonna do that day. Their communication has always been good.

Every three months, they check for rodents inside the house and spiders. On the outside, they place traps for rodents and they spray too. There's always the same tech. His name is Mike and he always calls first and makes sure that it's a good time that he's planning to come. When he comes, he knocks on the door and checks to see if we want to have him come inside and take a look around, which we do. It's all very efficiently done. He's a friendly guy as well.

I have had a termite contract with them for many years, plus service for summer insects. I cancelled the contract for summer insect control as they never serviced it regularly or properly... Regarding the supposed annual termite inspection; it never happened. Their customer service people could care less. Not helpful. They do not respond to calls. Stay away from this company. They are the worse.

I regret hiring this company. After paying a lot of money for the exclusion service and the additional yearly service fee, they have not shown up for multiple scheduled (and confirmed) appointments. The guys who do the work are great. The scheduling seems to be the problem. One side of the company does not communicate to the other. It seems a corporate office schedules appointments and confirms them, but they do not get that information to the field offices (who actually do the work) and so no one shows up for the confirmed appointments. Multiple times appointments have been set and confirmed (I have the confirmation texts)...yet no one shows. I have lost several hours of work time being home for the (no-show) confirmed appointments, and time lost being on the phone trying to fix the problem (multiple times). It would be nice if Terminix would compensate me for lost work time...but I won't hold my breath.

Contacted a representative from Terminix on Saturday, July 1,2023 because yellowjackets had eaten a hole through the drywall in a bedroom ceiling. The first available appointment slot was July 5, 2023 in between the hours of 8:00-1200. The company was contacted July 5th at 12:05 and was informed by a company representative that my appointment had been rescheduled for August 2,2023. I spoke with a supervisor that my appointment actually was for July 5th and should have been notified of any changes to that appointment by the branch. Was further informed that the technician or branch manager should have notified me of the rescheduling. So, I canceled my services and will not recommend this company.

Terminix comes four times a year. The service calls are automatic, and usually, they hit around the gutters, the windows and the base of the house. The guy who came recently did a nice job outside and inside. He checked for everything and told me where I had some bees. I had to take care of some stuff to keep the bees from coming back, and since then, we haven't had a problem. Overall, Terminix has been very good to us. They've come out when we've asked them to and took care of any problems we've had.

24 hours after I signed up for the service, the technician was out to set everything up. The first tech that came out, Chris, was everything that I expected as far as being knowledgeable on the topics and being able to tell me what we should do and why. I felt like him being here helped me get a better understanding of what we were doing. I had a skunk underneath my shed and the team set up the trap in the right spot and got everything in place. It was Chris' supervisor that was coming out most of the time to help pick up the traps and lay down a new one. He was very knowledgeable about what we needed to do and very timely. We were able to catch the skunk and also a couple of other ones that were under there. It was awesome. When I reached out and said we caught one, he was here within a couple of hours.

The tech from Terminix come out monthly for the insects and semi-annually for termites and they spray inside and outside. It's been the same tech for quite a while. On the insect end of it, it's been good scheduling with Terminix but not as good on the termite end of it. The tech needs to return our phone calls. We keep leaving messages and not getting called back. There has not been any major pest activity though once in a while, there’s a minor one. But the tech always takes care of it.

I had been a loyal customer since 2010. We purchased a plan that included repair work in the event of any termite damage. We had a contractor to come out to our home for damage repair to the wood on our home and was told that I needed to have someone to come out to service my home for termites. I called a company to come out and was told that I had live termite and needed treatment. I paid Terminix $3,472.26 for Termite treatment, I called Terminix at 281-988-2700 address 10560 Bissonnet St. Houston,Texas 77099 for Service in January 2023 and every month and send the manager ** and Customer Service a letter stating I paid Terminix for Service and I been trying to get someone to come out to service my home. As of today date June 22, 2023 Terminix has not serviced my home nor issue me a refund. I want my money back! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND NOT PROVIDE ANY SERVICE!

HORRIBLE!!!! NIGHTMARE!!!! Considering to take legal action against them. What a rip off. I canceled my contract multiple times and finally talked to person on 06/15/ (last day of annual contract) who told me that I will-get an e-mail confirming cancellation latest by Monday, which did not happen. Additionally, I was charged on 06/16/23, after my contract expired. Not responsive at all, in addition to charging me for basic pest control $1500.00 for coming out about 5 times and pest not being taken care off. For that amount of money I could exterminate the whole block.

Date of transaction: 02/08/2023. Paid $10,272.59 to Branch #2264. Remove and replace contaminated insulation from mice infestation and seal the outside of the home to prevent further infestations. They came out on a very rainy day to seal the outside of the home and did not do a proper job. They came out two more times after I complained and sealed around the front door and once installed chicken wire around some soffit. In the last month the infestation of mice has returned. I have tried repeatedly over three weeks now to get a hold of the salesman via email and texts and he ignores me and does not return or reply to back to me. Terminix has not attempted to resolve my issue in any form. The new insulation is now contaminated, and the mice are everywhere and I am out $10,272.59.

I contacted Terminix and the guy was scheduled for the next day. But he had an emergency happen with him so we had to reschedule for the day after. When he came out, he was good and kind. He walked me through everything and if I had any questions. He walked through the whole house and sprayed every area. I had issues in my kitchen with ants and he laid the gel down. That took them away. So it was good. He told me that if I saw something else, to give him a call. I ended up seeing ants in my living room. So I called him and he came out within a couple of days and sprayed in the living room. He also sprayed outside and put the little gel things inside. They took them right away.

Terrible. Hired them February 20 2023 for ants in a isolated location. Within 90 days my problem got worse. Ants all over my lower level of my home. They came to my house 8 times and even had no show appointments. I had no satisfaction whatsoever. I’m very disappointed. I complained and asked for my last payment to be refunded and they declined. I hired Orkin. Less than 2 weeks of their service I’m finally seeing less ants.
