I've been with Terminix for a couple of decades. Initially, I faced some challenges with their customer service, amid a termite issue. Nevertheless, in the past few weeks, this situation improved considerably. I must commend the local office's manager and operations manager, whose involvement has elevated my experience to outstanding levels. Their efforts to address the issue have left me quite impressed with their dedication to excellent service.

Terminix has come to my home twice. During the first visit, they performed a thorough treatment where I had to remove everything from the areas being serviced. After that, I noticed a few pests had died, but unfortunately, I continued to see quite a bit around, especially in the kitchen. Their second visit involved applying some powder and a paste around the cabinets. While there has been some improvement with dead pests showing up, there are still signs of them being alive. I plan to contact them again as I've been waiting for the 15-day period after the second treatment before I call them, as I was informed I could request the original, more intensive treatment again.

We called Terminix about the carpenter bees that we have. The first gentleman who came out was very nice, but I don't know if he took care of the issue the way he was supposed to. I wasn't home 'cause I had work and the report he submitted highlighted tasks like dusting spider webs, with little mention of the bees, which was concerning since that was my primary issue. However, after contacting him to ask, he assured me that he did treat the bees and removed some hives, despite the report not reflecting that.
After still seeing the carpenter bees, I reached out to Terminix again for further assistance. They asked who I wanted them to send, and I said, "I like Chris.” He came to my house two years ago when I had Terminix and he did a great job. The company promptly sent out Chris back out there to make sure everything was taken care of and his thorough inspection and dedication to addressing the problem left me feeling much more confident about the situation. Thanks to Chris, I started seeing noticeable results and the bee activity is significantly reduced.
I appreciate Terminix’s responsiveness and their dedication to resolving my concerns. The pricing, I feel, is quite reasonable for the level of service provided. Overall, even though my experience started off shaky, it ended on a positive note. Their follow-up service reflects well on their commitment to customer satisfaction.

I’ve been with Terminix for over 20 years now and my most recent experience involved them spraying for mosquitoes, and the technician who came out was incredibly efficient. Previously, they helped me with a mice issue, and I am pleased to report that it has been entirely resolved.
The technician was very patient and polite, making interactions straightforward. I have also received a specialized service as my previous neighbors were not very tidy, which led to other pest issues. Terminix did an excellent job sealing up holes, making my environment much more comfortable.
What I appreciate most is the continued excellent service, which makes me feel confident in maintaining my long-standing relationship with them. I think the person who last came deserves a raise for being such an outstanding and 5-star level employee. It’s rare to find such good service consistently, and that makes Terminix stand out.
Overall, with the reliability and professionalism offered by Terminix, anyone would be in good hands.

My experience with Terminix has been predominantly positive and the key reason I continue with their service is Henry, the technician who's been coming to my property for years. His knowledge and advice are invaluable to me, especially since I live on a sizable piece of land where unexpected issues can arise. Despite not facing significant pest problems, his guidance is reason enough for me to retain the service.
As it's been a long time since I first chose Terminix, the initial choice was likely influenced by my family; my mother also uses their services. I've found immense value in having the same technician regularly as it ensures consistency and familiarity. While I believe the cost might be high given my lack of active pest issues, this investment primarily serves as a preventive measure, guided by the expertise available through Terminix.
The service has met my needs over the years. If I were to rate my experience, I'd give the service overall a solid 4.5, with the technician himself deserving a full 5-star rating for his professionalism and dedication.

Terminix came out to spray for pests, and handled everything, including a rodent issue. The technician, Urban, was exceptionally thorough and personable, qualities which prompted me to ensure that he's always the one to handle our pest needs. Having a solid rapport with him, I even specified in my contract with Terminix that Urban should be our dedicated technician. Our setup is automatic, but Urban always notifies me ahead with a call or email, which is something I appreciate. Their pricing seems fair, and overall, I am quite satisfied with the service.

We've been with Terminix for a long time, approximately several years now, and our experience has been excellent. In Nevada, the technician assigned to us does a great job. His service is reliable.
The customer service we've received from Terminix has been top-notch, primarily due to this dependable technician. Overall, our experience with Terminix has been positive, and I rate it highly.

Terminix sold me the best service they had said they would get rid of everything. They have been coming here for about six months. I started seeing fleas recently. I contacted them, they said they would send someone out but it would be a little over two weeks before they could get here. They showed up today completely unprepared for a flea treatment and said it could not be done today. I should have never seen a flea in the first place since I paid for their top of the line kill everything and let God sort them out plan. I called in to cancel my service and they told me they were going to cancel me but I still had to pay the rest of the contract, over $800. I obviously told them good luck collecting. They are one of the worst companies I have done business with in a very long time.

Terminix is a good company. They set out to eliminate our issues, and it seems like they've done that. Initially, they visited every two weeks, but now they're on a monthly plan. They handle regular maintenance like spraying the perimeter of the house for spiders, making sure the rat and rodent traps are not sprung and replacing the traps that need to be.
The technicians and I discussed areas where we found evidence of pests, and they developed a comprehensive plan, so we don't get any further issues. Their overall service has been satisfactory and effective.
The technicians are always punctual, and I've never encountered any issues. They focus on customer needs, ensuring we reach our pest control goals. I live in an area where there's a lot of trees, and since they've been servicing my property, the pest activity has improved significantly
I would confidently rate Terminix a 5 and recommend them to friends and neighbors. They're reliable and goal-oriented, addressing issues effectively.

Terminix comes out to perform services like setting up or maintaining the base stations probably twice a year. Over the years, I've had different technicians because they change routes, and then the manager came out last time with the guy.
Once, I did encounter an issue with some old termite damage in the garage, and Terminix managed to handle it swiftly. They expertly cut out the damaged sheetrock, replaced it, and took care of all the patchwork, leaving it looking new. The guy explained everything to me, what he was doing and what he was looking for. He also showed me one of the base stations and explained it to me.
Overall, if someone asked about my experience with Terminix, I'd honestly say it's been great, with no issues at all.

Based on my experience, Terminix has consistently reached out to me quarterly to schedule service calls. The tech sprays the ants and spiders with something. Though recently, I noticed some persistent issues with ants that treatment hasn't fully resolved. The contractors from Terminix are very nice and professional. Overall, for anyone looking for reliable pest control, I'd say that Terminix does a good job.

I picked Terminix for my pest control services and I've been with them for about 5 to 7 years. The most recent service they provided was an ant spray around my house, which they usually do quarterly. I find their technicians to be phenomenal, handling occasional issues like bees or an unexpected raccoon under the deck.
Overall, Terminix takes care of any pest-related problems 100% of the time. I haven't needed to call them for any specialty problem apart from additional ant services on occasion. If a friend asked about my experience, I'd definitely tell them it's worth the money.
Regarding my rating, I'd give them a 5 for both customer service and quality of service. The pricing, however, feels a bit high, just like many expenses in life, so I'd rate it a 3.

Terminix has been handling both my pest and termite control needs for many years. The scheduling process is convenient; I receive a text message proposing a time, and I get to approve or modify it based on my availability, although they don't need to enter the house unless there's something specific that requires attention. They recently came and did their periodic service.
The quality of their service has never been an issue for me. I've never noticed any pest problems, which makes me feel confident in their preventive measures. My long association with Terminix began about 30 years ago when they merged with the local company I was initially using.
The technicians are particularly commendable. My technician is polite and communicates effectively, notifying me when he's arriving, when he's completed his work, and what his results are. I value this level of communication.
Overall, I'm satisfied with Terminix’s services and would confidently tell others about my positive experiences with them. They did a good job as everybody else. I'd like for it to be cheaper, but everything costs money today.

Terminix does the job and they do it well. I went with this company because everybody else uses it, and I heard they're very good. My recent experience was straightforward and effective. Terminix came to put some termite things in the ground, which stopped the termites getting into my home. The technician who visited my home was efficient - he got straight to work without much interaction, completed the job in about half an hour, and left.
While their service wasn't accompanied by much communication, I was satisfied with the results. The termite problem I was facing has been resolved. Having chosen Terminix for many years, around 5 or 6, they have consistently delivered good service. I would comfortably suggest Terminix.

I've been a customer of Terminix for about 10 years, and in that time, their pest control service has kept my home bug-free without any hassle. The different technicians who have visited have all done a remarkable job, earning my trust and ongoing loyalty. Each time they come around, they leave me fully satisfied with the service, and my wife feels the same.

At this point, I am disappointed with the service provided by Terminix. The service representative sprayed my home for insects, but they seem to have gotten worse. The representative was supposed to have returned in two weeks after his initial visit to my home, but I did not hear from him about the time he planned to visit. Finally, after not hearing from him, I texted him and asked what time he planned to visit. He said something had come up, so he could not make it that day. We scheduled another time for the next week. If I had not texted him, I do not know if he would have contacted me to reschedule the service.

Due to the positive reputation, I contracted with Terminix to treat my attic for rodents with new insulation and to lay traps. After the service was performed and the traps laid, the agent informed me that someone would return within 2 weeks to inspect the traps. Eventually, I noticed a smell. After 3 weeks, I called and spoke with a rep named "Leslie" who assured me that an appointment would be made and someone would show up to my place. I heard nothing. I called again and spoke with "Kevin" who said he was in Dallas, Tx. He apologized, checked his records, stating I was not scheduled for anything. He assured me someone would contact me to coordinate an appointment time to inspect and remove the traps.
Days later: NOTHING. Called again, spoke with "Esther". Told me that there was NO APPOINTMENT made, but she stated the same assurances that the previous 2 phone reps made. Am currently waiting. I understand that there may be employee shortages or issues, but if so, TELL YOUR CUSTOMER and don't leave them hanging. I'm now regretting my choice to go with Terminix.

My most recent experience with Terminix involved the usual quarterly treatment, done a week ago. The tech who visits my home has been doing so for many years, and I genuinely appreciate his professionalism and kind nature.
When scheduling my service calls, the technician usually reaches out a couple of days in advance to confirm the timing. This arrangement has always worked well for me, accommodating my schedule. Moreover, if I'm unavailable, I just message him to reschedule for a more convenient time.
As for the actual pest control, I am thoroughly pleased as I've rarely had to request additional visits outside the routine checks over the years. Overall, the quality of work is, without a doubt, excellent.

When I reached out for help, the Terminix technician who came was a nice guy. He assessed the problem of earwigs and bugs in our house and sprayed some sort of chemical to tackle the infestation. Since his visits, pest activity around the property has ceased, which is a relief. My wife usually handles the scheduling, but overall, I’m pleased with the service. I'd describe the technician as professional and if a friend or neighbor asked, I’d say Terminix works well—they seem to deliver on their promises. In terms of cost, I find their prices reasonable, but when it comes to customer service, they really stood out. They handle the job smoothly without complications.

I had a very pleasurable experience with Terminix. It was timely and the reps were friendly and willing to answer any questions, especially if needing any extra things to help either eliminate or just keep control of any pest that we're dealing with. Since we started using Terminix, we've noticed very little to no activity in any of the pests that we were dealing with. So, we're happy about that. That's giving us peace of mind. I would recommend Terminix to anybody who asks, friends or co-workers, just because of the wonderful response and the cost as well was reasonable especially in today's economy when everybody's being smart financially.

Having been with Terminix for roughly nine years, I've found their service to be very satisfactory. We initially chose them, or rather continued with them, as the previous homeowners were using Terminix, and it's been a good decision. The technicians typically visit to inspect the bait traps and check for any obvious issues. I've always found them to be polite and knowledgeable. Overall, we're quite pleased with the service provided by Terminix.

I went with Terminix due to my growing issue with pests, specifically some creepy crawlers called Silverfish. They seemed to enjoy my bathroom, making it necessary for me to seek professional help. The choice hasn't let me down; for the most part, I appreciate not being bugged by any sort of insects now.
The service comes automatically, with no need for me to actively schedule since visits have been arranged four times a year. The visits occur in March, June, September, and December. When the technician arrives, they’re more than cordial. I've repeatedly asked for Todd because he always does a good job, performing thorough service and making sure my home stays bug-free. I appreciate his professionalism and the rapport we've developed over time. We've even shared a fair few stories, including a memorable one about chipmunks!
While I’d love it if services were cheaper, I find the cost to be reasonable given the peace of mind it brings. Importantly, seeing that Todd handles the job efficiently and the technician rotation remains consistent, continuity is a notable comfort.
They’ve lived up to expectations by keeping those little nuisances at bay. I'd recommend their service to anyone desperate to be rid of pests, like I was.

A friend had mentioned the services of Terminix to me, and I wanted to give them a shot. My experience, however, was somewhat mixed. I had to follow up with them multiple times, and there were instances when the information they provided wasn't accurate with what they were supposed to deliver.
Scheduling service calls wasn't an issue, as they were already pre-arranged. In most cases, I didn't need to be home since the majority of the work was done outside. Depending on the issue at hand, the technicians usually addressed my concerns after I'd pointed them out. Once the technicians handled the focal areas of concern, the pest problems were generally resolved.
I'd give them a 3 out of 5.

Terminix is a good company. The technicians who came to my home were very polite and professional young men. However, I haven't noticed any significant difference in pest activity since starting the service—nothing seems to have changed. In terms of pricing, I feel it could be more affordable, but it's not unreasonable.

Terminix is a well-known company in the industry, and while I initially considered alternative methods such as heat treatments, we decided on their standard chemical treatment after a professional visit from their technician, Mark. I appreciated his professionalism and knowledge compared to another company we consulted.
Mark has been courteous and has answered all the questions I've had so far. Our pest issue, however, has been persistent, requiring a second visit, and we're now looking at a third to resolve the situation completely. Communication has been a bit of a hiccup; I was surprised when the office didn't have our follow-up visit scheduled after Mark assured me it was booked. Nevertheless, the issue got sorted out afterward.
To rate the experience overall, I'd give it a 4-star. The technicians are great, but improving the communication, especially in confirming appointments, could enhance the experience.

I had a little bit of termite rash, which prompted me to call Terminix. Scheduling was straightforward, with no mix-ups—it went exactly as planned. On the day of the service, the Terminix technicians arrived as scheduled and displayed a high level of professionalism. The way they conducted themselves was top-notch; I was really impressed with their polite and professional demeanor. Post-treatment, I noticed some remaining termite signs up to three weeks after their visit, which initially concerned me. However, I was informed that this was typical due to how the treatment works—dead termites can still cause some visible disturbance. Now, about two and a half months later, everything remains clear, and the treatment seems to be holding strong.

A representative from Terminix visited our home when we were dealing with a persistent ant problem that resurfaced every April. The timing was perfect, and we decided to give Terminix a try right there and then. The service to handle the ant infestation was impressively swift, likely taking place that same month, and the problem vanished quickly.
We’ve been with Terminix for about six years now, possibly longer, having started before COVID. Throughout this time, we've consistently had the same representative, Mark, providing service, which we truly appreciate. Mark has been nothing short of reliable and professional; he consistently communicates with us by texting the day before a scheduled visit and rings our doorbell to announce his arrival. His thoroughness is evident as he reaches out to inform us if any issues arise during the service, and he even follows up with an email about the final status.
I highly recommend Terminix and have already suggested their services to my parents, who now also use them. As for the overall experience? I would confidently rate it five stars. Mark’s exceptional customer service and the effective pest control support I've received make me a satisfied customer.
