    The technician fixed the washer twice for the same problem. It broke again a few days later, and the technician said he was completely booked and could not get out soon enough to fix it. I called Regency Total Warranty, and they provided another technician within an hour. A new technician determined that repairing the washer would be more expensive than replacing it entirely.
