Regency Total Warranty is, in my opinion, among the better options. The major reasons I choose them were the deductibles—they were lower than most, and Regency Total Warranty didn't have any negative reviews. The professionals that came out here performed an excellent job, and it was quite easy to submit claims to them. I have no grievances. Their personnel performed an excellent job and were very kind and professional.

Andrew was very helpful with explaining the policy to me. Was a very pleasant person. Explained the benefit of taking the three year plan. My sister-in-law told me about this plan. When I told Andrew about that he offer me 6 months free. I am going to tell other people about your company. Am very happy I joined.

I had previously canceled my house warranty package. I looked for home warranty services because I felt like I needed some form of protection. Regency Total Warranty was listed online, so I gave them a call. I enjoyed what they provided. It was more affordable. I chose them since their price was less expensive than what I had been paying previously and they took care of everything I required. With them, I have filed one claim. Everything went smoothly. Regency Total Warranty is a company I would highly recommend. My air conditioner was acting up, so I called them to file a claim. They sent out a newer company, which I had never heard of, but they did a good job, and I used them on my own again. The people arrived on time, and even though I had to get a new thermostat, that was done quickly and easily. Since I had a lot going on that day, it was efficient.

Compared to many other providers, Regency Total Warranty offers the best coverage for the lowest possible cost. My appliances were becoming old, and because I'd had one before, I thought about doing it again. My submissions of claims to them have gone smoothly. I was always taken in by them. Although the service has occasionally disappointed, Regency Total warranty was not at fault. I have no issues whatsoever about the service; I am quite pleased with it.

I am extremely pleased with the excellent service, and I heartily suggest Regency Total Warranty. My clogged sewer line was fixed, and the work was completed to an excellent standard. Although it wasn't fixed the first time, the contractor was really professional and performed an excellent job the second time. They were incredibly informed and patient with the problem and everything went really smoothly.

A few years ago, we bought an older house, and shortly after, we added the Regency Total warranty's sewage warranty. We have need their services on multiple occasions due to clogged pipes, and each time I contacted Regency Total Warranty, they promptly and politely attended to our urgent repair needs. Even on Saturdays, the plumber they dispatched to clean our pipes arrived in a matter of hours, which we truly appreciated.

After making several calls to other businesses, I ultimately decided to go with Regency Total Warranty for my house. Although it's a little firm, it's a good one. I was a little suspicious at first as I had never heard of them, so I had some initial reservations. You're advised to select the more well-known brands, but I independently discovered Regency Total warranty. However, I'm overjoyed. It's a good idea to submit a claim with them. I could always reach out to someone, and no matter how it happened, it typically receives the necessary attention. They have implemented every possible method of handling a claim. I'm glad I accompanied them.

The Regency Total Warranty is perhaps the greatest deal available right now. Also, filing a claim was not too difficult. After we filed a claim and called, they arrived and resolved the issue. Less than five days passed. Our entire exchange with the claims representative went smoothly. They were incredibly kind and helpful, provided me with all the information I needed, and it was rather easy. Our appliance was expertly serviced by the guy who arrived. He informed me of the necessary actions. Everything was excellent. I have nothing to complain about. I have to give them credit for that. Regency Total Warranty is great. We adore it.

Since my son was satisfied with his Regency Total warranty, I made the decision to get one for myself. It just seems like the right thing to do as the house and I age. They sent a technician, who was very competent and professional, to fix the heat issue we were having. We found that the claims procedure was quite simple. Generally, they ask direct questions, which we respond to, and that's it. They were very open and honest with me, and they performed a good job. I found the service to be satisfactory.

I have submitted a claim to Regency Total Warranty concerning my drainage and plumbing system. After Drain Medic Plumbing arrived, everything proceeded without a hitch. He was proficient at his work. After inspecting the plumbing and testing the water, he found nothing was wrong. The rain was blowing at the bathroom window and it was raining extremely hard. Therefore, it seemed to both of us that the water on the floor was caused by air blowing past the bathroom window. Additionally, he instructed us to check if we were receiving any water by using the bathroom sink as frequently as possible—which we haven't. That is to say, all is well.

He provided me with incentives (aka military and senior citizen). Plan includes 3.5 years (fix). This is important with the rate of inflation these days. Regency took out the payment from my bank account but I check my emails every day and nothing has been sent to me. So I'm not happy right now because I got nothing in writing from them. I got the warranty because everybody told me I should have it. But before I got it, everything started to go haywire. I'd already fixed my air conditioning and my furnace. I knew that Regency weren't going to cover that. Now I've got water over the walls in the basement, and that's not going to be covered either. My insurance company for my homeowners won't cover it. Also, it's not really an appliance and I think Regency only covers appliances. But I have no idea what's really covered because I don't have a paper copy of the contract.

I like the Regency Total Warranty for my house. The rep was a very nice guy. He explained that Regency is popular. Everybody has Regency. I used to have a home warranty. I paid $183 a month for four months, and I put down $295. So, I canceled that. And he said, "Just try our Regency." He charged me 399 for 18 months. That's good. He gave me a discount because I'm a senior citizen and it lowered down my payment. Some people 500, 1000. And the rep said that I would pay only 65 or 75 to fix what my problem was at the house. I signed up on August 14. I'm due to get one to come to the house and take care of our power in the kitchen. I'm gonna call for an electrician.

I wanted to have something for the house on some aspect. I was looking at something on the internet, entered some information, and this guy from Regency called me. In the beginning, the guy wanted three years’ worth of premiums. He gave me that large figure, 1,000 and something. As the years go on it, you get a reduction for seniors. I told him I only wanted one year to see how the warranty would work and if it was gonna cover anything. I have a sheet that Regency sent me with what it covers, and the guy charged me 400 and something dollars. I called today for a window that is not acting right, and someone answered right away. I asked if they covered that, but the young man told me no. That was disappointing.

Andrew was absolutely great with the onboarding process, and he explained everything very well. The pricing that Regency offers compared to their competitors is second to none. Hopefully, I don't need to use any of their services. But in the event that I do, they are now on deck. What got my attention in the first place? An advertisement on social media, specifically Instagram. Kudos to the marketing team, because I wouldn't have heard of Regency Total Warranty without the ad on Instagram.

On Saturday, all of my kitchen drains, including the washer drain, backed up. Even though they couldn't get someone out until Monday, I called. I was pleased with the repair and how Regency Total Warranty dealt with my call, and the plumber they sent was very professional. I am grateful to Regency Total Warranty for preventing me from paying an enormous plumbing bill!

Regency Total Warranty was informed of my issue with our dishwasher. They scheduled my repair, and their repair team promptly called me. They came out exceptionally fast to fix our dishwasher. Regency Total Warranty has exceptional support and customer service throughout the entire warranty. From the outset of the call the mindfulness of client care delegate was like no other. He gave a few plans that would address our issues including plans that covered a wide range of quite a while which would set aside us loads of cash for the long stretch. Moreover, following quite a while of exploration we settled on Regency Total Warranty for their unparalleled client support and all day, everyday administration call line in case of a crisis. I usually don't take the time to leave reviews, even if they are good, but I had to take the time to praise Regency Total Warranty. I filed a claim AC claim on a Sunday afternoon, Monday morning they called me and had an appointment scheduled for Monday at 11am. The tech assigned with AC Doing Service Alex was amazing! I am very much satisfied with the professional technical service and timely response.

Victor presented the policy and options clearly. He answered all my questions and provided explanations when required. If the Total Guard policy provides all the benefits that he described, I'm sure I will be happy with the purchase. If it fails to perform as presented, I will definitely take advantage of the opt-out provision to cancel at that time.

I was looking for something for my machine and Regency had the person come out the next day and they repaired the machine. But I paid more than what I thought I was gonna pay. Regency quoted me one price and charged me something else. They came out and charged me for the maintenance fee and told me what their consultation would be. Then, they charged me for the label. It came up to 300 because they had to put a part in. But if I call them in the future for anything, I will only be paying for whatever is wrong with it. It should cover the service. This was my first time dealing with them and I am in a program that if something ever goes wrong, they won't charge me. The only thing I would probably pay for is the label.
