Temecula Store... I Just bought a bathroom sink faucet, (Moen) with towel racks and accessories. They could not have been more helpful! John, also Gustavo in the sink/bath/kitchen faucet area are the two people who helped me. 5 years ago I remodeled my entire kitchen, I bought all my appliances here, SubZero Ref., Kohler sinks, faucets, Thermador double ovens, cooktop, Thermador built in Coffee Maker, downdraft exhaust for cooktop, and dishwasher, etc. Cameron in the appliance dept was so amazing. I was treated with the utmost of courtesy the entire time I worked with him, These same people are still there over 5 years later!!! Expenditures were over 16K for all of my appliances, etc. I have recommend the Temecula Store and the above people over and over. Thank you!!!

My washer has been out for over a month and I am waiting for the third service for the same problem. The company they have assigned to provide the service takes only weekday appointments for which they schedule the full day for the appointment, or if you want a Saturday you must wait a month. This means I have to take a day off, for which I don't get paid, for each appointment. I have now lost 2 days of pay and am scheduled for another weekday appointment which means I will have lost 3 days of pay. I could almost buy a new washer for the money I am losing. I have tried to explain to this service my problem but they don't really care and are probably servicing their own clients first. I am 73 and have been doing my laundry in the bathtub. I will never again purchase their Pacific Sales Warranty.

The worst experience I've ever had the displeasure of enduring. They lie. My refrigerator was paid for on a Wednesday and was scheduled for installation the following Saturday. This did not happen. Was assured verbally that installation would happen Tuesday. Received an email Saturday evening, no phone call, that installation was confirmed for Wednesday. Received another email Monday stating that installation was confirmed for Thursday. Again, no courtesy phone call. I'm writing this Monday evening, we'll see if they actually come through with their latest "promise".

This company will give you the runaround until you decide to give up. They are very pleasant on the phone until you hold them down and pressure them for simple information for example a working phone number to the repair person coming to your house. Because they have already not came by last time promised. It seems like a big scam and thank you Best Buy for stepping up and honoring the service repair. Don't use this company!!!

Similar experience others. I have a Pacific Sales Warranty on a KitchenAid dishwasher. Best Aid was sent out to fix it. First, the tech said nothing was wrong. Then, he reluctantly decided to replace a part. He came back with the part and I told him something else was now wrong. He replaced the part and checked out the machine and said it was working fine. But, it was still not working properly when we tried to run it later that day.

I called Best Aid and complained and discovered that they are not authorized for KitchenAid d/w and they said they had to get a different company that was authorized for Kitchen to come out. The new company's tech actually knew how to run the diagnostics and discovered the problem in minutes. He came back a week later with the parts and the d/w is now working fine. So, how Pacific Sales Warranty can refer people to Best Aid for KitchenAid dishwashers when they are not authorized and don't know how to run the correct diagnostics, I have not a clue.

Called to say that black stainless fridge was peeling. I bought it in August of 2016. Was told that it was cosmetic and they could not help me. I have a 5 year warranty. The women said to call LG. The reason I took out the warranty from Pacific Sales was because LG never calls you back. Very poor customer and I will tell everyone I know never to buy from them. I spend almost $5000.00 with this company and now I’m told I did it. What a joke. Only two retirees living in the house.

Pacific Sales (West Los Angeles) is the WORST!!! Beware!! Do not buy from them. We bought an expensive refrigerator from them in 2016 with an extended warranty. It has been over a week that we have gone with no refrigerator. We lost hundreds of dollars of food that spoiled when the refrigerator broke. I have three children, lunches and dinners need to be made. They sent two different repair companies to diagnose the problem. No one has gotten back to us. We cannot reach the warranty company on the phone - they do not pick up. We cannot reach the company they sent out to diagnose the problem either. Pacific Sales refuses to help us - they take no responsibility for the warranty they sold us. It is shameful how Pacific Sales conducts business. They will sell you anything but take no responsibility for it. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Just awful!

I purchased an LG refrigerator on 10.7.2015, the freezer suddenly quit working, I called Pacific Sales and had a repairman come look at it. He submitted his notes the same day, and since then I have heard nothing. I have called several times and have gotten the runaround. Pacific Sales says they have not received the notes from the company that sent the tech, SoCal that sent the tech told me Frank the technician was sick and had not sent notes, I called tech he says absolutely not true he submitted notes the same and has not been sick in years. I called back SoCal and am now being told notes were submitted, they are unsure of why we were told that. Pacific Sales says they don't have notes and cannot continue without them. This is the worst customer service I have ever received. It is unbelievable. BEST BUY sells this warranty. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! I don't believe a one star is even acceptable, maybe a negative star.

About October 23, 2017 I contacted Pacific Sales because my LG refrigerator quit working. We have had the refrigerator about 2 1/2 years. Warrantech is the extended warranty company I was referred to. A repairman was dispatched from Esquivel Appliance Repair. Upon hearing nothing for 2 weeks, Warrantech was called November 9, 2017, I was told they would check into it. November 14 they rescheduled a technician for November 16. New compressor needed. New compressor put in about December 4 or 5. Called Warrantech December 8 to report refrigerator still not working. Tech came December 14 to say another new compressor needed. New compressor came in about December 21. Rescheduled to replace it January 3.

Cancelled supposedly due to illness. Rescheduled for January 5. Cancelled supposedly due to illness. Called Warrantech. They have referred me to my third repair company. Meantime, almost three months without a refrigerator. Still no end in sight. Went through entire holiday season Thanksgiving to New Year's day 2018 with no refrigerator. Warning: Do business with Pacific Sales, Warrantech, Esquivel Appliance Repair and Axis Appliance repair at your own risk.

I purchased my Thermador $9000.00 range just 3 years ago, purchased the extended warranty (5 years) and it has been fixed 2x under the "manufacturer's warranty" and 3 times under the "extended warranty" of which both warranty companies claim they don't have record or count what the other has done. My oven has been serviced 5 times for cooling fan/heating issues and they REFUSE to replace it. I have spent so many hours of my day, time off of work to call, wait for technicians to "maybe" show up then repair the unit or just "order the part" then have to come back weeks later to "install" the part.

I paid my money to Pacific Sales & they should do what's right for the customer, not refer us to these warranty companies that just give us the runaround. The lemon law is no good. 4x repair within the same year (with the same warranty company - which is completely out of your control)... That's rare. Doesn't mean we don't have a "bad" unit or whatever! I'm so disappointed in Thermador as well! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM PACIFIC SALES OR PURCHASE ANY THERMADOR PRODUCTS!

We purchased a stackable washer & dryer combo from Pacific Sales in San Francisco. They delivered the items but did not have the correct stacking kit so they took my original machines (still working), installed the washer, left the dryer lying in the middle of the hall, and left. The customer service reps gave me the runaround all day, I still do not have a time and day for the installation to be completed, plus they charged me for a stacking kit but did not have the correct kit. Their service people and their response is terrible -- the worst I've ever experienced. Their social media accounts use a "bot, Fey", who merely tells you to call an 800 number that no one answers. This is a highly sketchy operation, apparently owned by Best Buy, and probably guilty of all kinds of fraud.

I cannot begin to tell you how HORRIBLE their customer service is. Bought my stove in March 2015, it's been broken 6+ times for same part. This year alone 4+ times, attempting to "lemon" the stove. Have been lied to by at this point I think everyone who works in the call center as every time I call I get a different answer. First told it would have to be deemed "unrepairable" as it had brought too many times and they weren't going to pay for it to be fixed again. Then told it would have to "break 1 more time" to qualify as a lemon (which it has) to be told by the next person that they'll just continue to fix it forever (my warranty is 5 years). Then to be told it was being replaced, 5 different people including 2 managers told me this only to be told the next week that no it wasn't being replaced, they were all wrong. I have never had such horrible customer service...EVER.

On 9/26/ 17 the tech said there was major problems and parts would be ordered to repair or the machine might need to be replaced. It is now 11/4/17 and we are told the parts are on back order. This machine has been out of service off and on since it was bought. The machine is a lemon. Our 5 year extended warranty has been worthless. When we call customer service we are put on hold for as much as 40 minutes and then told the parts are on back order. Pacific Sales is a rip off. NEVER purchase an extended warranty from Warrantech. We spent $3200 on a Whirlpool Refrigerator and was convinced that the extended warranty would cover everything for five years from the salesman at Pacific Sales/Best Buy. We have an issue with the pull out drawer being defective. Precision TV came out first, which was a joke. The tech said, "Yes this is a manufacturer defect. We will replace the pull out drawer as it has a defect which prevents it from freezing." He took photos, etc.

This was in August. Now we are in October and after exhausting calls to Warrantech, extended hold times of 30 min plus, we find out that this is not "covered" in the warranty. First they kept telling us there is physical damage to the unit I took photos and asked them where the damage was. There wasn't any damage, so now they come back with it is not covered. We will pursue legal action, this is a very shady operation that seems to conveniently get out of paying a claim no matter what.

We purchased brand new Wolf and Subzero appliances at the Burbank Pacific Sales back in Jul-17. Add to that Asko dishwasher as well. I had them hold the delivery of the order till end of Aug-17, that is till yesterday due to renovations at the house and the kitchen not being ready. Between the 4th of July weekend and yesterday, my husband and I visited the store numerous times, conversed with the sales rep James numerous times, and he, James, was fully aware of the construction going on in our house and the work in the kitchen. I mean my entire bill at the store was $30k (including washer/dryer and hood liner we also purchased).

Last Friday or Saturday, so 8/19, I confirm with James the delivery of Wolf range and Subzero fridge for 8/24 and I also mention to be sure to have it on a smaller truck because of massive Oaks blocking our street. Not only does he fail to inform the ABC delivery guys about this, he also gives them the wrong address! So they initially drive out to a location 1-2 hours away! After I correct the information with them, those very excellent delivery personnel from ABC installers arrive at my house at 6:45pm. And what happens next was infuriating as Carlos from ABC installers kindly asks why there was no initial pre-inspection done for the house to ensure the specs for installing Wolf and Subzero are in tact! Ummmm because the 'lovely' sales rep at Pacific Sales NEVER BOTHERED to mention that!

We had used the general specs to set up the electrical and gas lines and apparently our electrician still missed stuff and the ABC installers had to do a thorough pre-inspection and notate all the changes that now need to be made, both electrical and gas-lines. In addition, my kitchen was not even fully complete, per James all we needed was for the cabinets to be set up! He never mentioned for the whole drainage and other systems to be set up, as the ABC guys need to test the dishwasher after installation. Carlos and his team was very professional and kind and knowledgeable, and was quite shocked that having purchased high-end appliances such as the Wolf and Subzero (in excess of $24k), we were not scheduled for a pre-inspection. Unbelievable.

Now the whole process is delayed even more. And I am about to incur more costs associated with the rewiring and replacement of the outlets and specs they stated as requirements. My husband and I are beyond furious with Pacific Sales and their service. It's been a nightmare. We even consider cancelling our order with them and going to another dealer of Wolf/Subzero. It's as if they don't train their reps efficiently, and, or they don't give a damn. Terrible. Just terrible.

I purchased 6 new appliances from the San Dimas, CA store. There was a delay from delivery to installation due to kitchen renovations. When I finally did get my oven installed I saw there were many defects in the enamel & missing racks. I called the manufacturer & was informed that I received a product that was manufactured 3 years ago. I was also told they needed proof of purchase since it was past the warranty period. I called the store & was told that they only exchange 15 days from delivery. How can they sell a 3 year old appliance and only offer a 15 day exchange. I just want a 2017 appliance not a 2014. The manager of the store as well as their so-called customer service is useless. Once they get your sale you're on your own.

$3,138.66 out the door cost of our Samsung fridge with the 5 year extended warranty. We bought it last January/2015. We called Pacific Sales sometime beginning of June this year because it was making noise and the ice maker was slow etc. They dispatched a repair person from Precision Television and he came and took our fridge apart to see what was making the noise. He concluded that it was the fan and told us he will order the parts and will get back to us as soon as they receive the parts. It is now 7/24/2017 and I just finished talking to customer service from Pacific Sales. The past three weeks I have been off and on the phone with Pacific Sales and Precision Television.

It's sooo frustrating. They point fingers to each other. They make you call them instead of them CALLING EACH OTHER and communicate to find out where are the ordered parts and when can it be installed!! Today I was told by Victoria from Pacific sales to wait 30 minutes (after I hang up) and call Precision Television and inquire again as to when will they fix my refrigerator. So in 30 minutes I will call. Meanwhile I suggest to anyone who's looking to buy any appliance make sure to research the extended warranty that they offer. Be mindful or you will be in the same situation as the rest of us very disappointed customers.

After reading all of the 1 star reviews about Pacific Sales horrible extended warranty reviews, I needed to share my story. 3 year old Samsung fridge (don't ever buy one), the fridge quit getting cold, made a horrific noise. Called Pacific Sales to file a claim last Thursday 6/1/2017, I was referred to (Art Appliance Repair) who scheduled an appt. for this past Saturday between 11 am and 2 pm.

Art Repair called me at 9 am and said they had cancellations that a tech would be out earlier and would call me. No call and no show. I tried calling the number back and got a vmail. I just received a call again from Art Appliance Repair and the same person (RUDE) said he had notes that his tech showed up twice at my residence and no one was home. I told him I was there all day and no ever called or showed, he then told me his people do not lie to him. He tells me the next avail appt. is now Thursday 6/8/2017. A week and half no working refrigerator.

I decided to look at Yelp reviews from this Art Appliance Center and they have one star reviews with almost the same story as mine. I called Pacific Sales and they said this place is the only repair service they contract out in my area, all they say is "Sorry for the inconvenience". We called the Pacific Sales and then the nightmare started. This is one of the worst repair service we have come across. The representatives are not friendly at all, also they have contracted the repair service to outsiders. I was asked to call for my washer, whenever I called nobody is there to answer the call, and I cannot leave the message either as the mailbox is full. They scheduled the meeting for April 14, did not call to let us know the time for the service even.

As to Dryer, the repair person came twice and still having the same issue. This is the first time I bought the appliances from Best Buy and it was one of the worst experience as to after sales service. In the past have bought the appliances from their competitor, their after sales service is the best. Would never recommend to buy from Best Buy as the after sales service is the worst. Unless and until you want to change the appliance every 2-3 years, should never buy from them.

Charged $110 for installation. So bottom line --- no protection. Out $110 -- installation. Lose 3 years protection (not transferable), get $140. Cost more to buy matching m/v. Pacific Sales is so completely unprofessional as is their warranty department. I have been told numerous times they will call back to give an update. They have never once done that. After being told a cash out was being sent out a month later they had not even begun the process. Purchased $10,000 in Bosch appliances. including Warrantech extended warranty. Unfortunately both the Dishwasher and Oven have had recurring issues. The Dishwasher handle is plastic and has cracked 2x in 1 year. Both fixed under Bosch warranty. The oven panel has broken 3x in one year all fixed under Bosch warranty. All fixed reasonably quickly. 800 series combo oven. Dishwasher 600 series.

We have yet another broken panel. We've had two different repairmen out and now over two months later our bad display has been fixed, however, the control panel was not put back together properly and now the broil function is not working. We now have to wait an additional week for the repairman to come back and look at this.

Warrantech warranty sold by Pacific Sales is all but useless. This warranty is sold with false pretense. Pacific Sales must be aware this warranty company and the service providers under this company are not qualified to service some of the appliances that are required to be worked on, in this case Bosch. When sold the impression is this is an extension of the Bosch 1 yr manufacturer warranty. Never was it implied or explained this was an additional third party. We could have purchased the Bosch warranty instead. At this time the Bosch manufacturer warranty is unavailable because it must be purchased while still under the 1st year warranty.
