The guy at the cooking show introduced all the NutriChef pots and pans. He also prepared some chicken and vegetables. We then concluded by purchasing a pan from them. However, we were supposed to receive information about a cruise that was part of the promotion that day, and we never received any for that. But we really liked the product, how evenly it cooks and we felt like they were very good quality.

We went to a wedding expo and were invited to Nutrichef's cooking show. The show was misleading because we thought that we would sit down, eat dinner and watch somebody cook, but instead, we learned about pans and got a bowl of food that me and my fiancé had to share. The show took three hours so we were hungry. But we still got their Master Package because we liked the pans. We also bought their seasoning. We've had them for 2 months now and I like the warranty and the ease in cooking.

NutriChef's sales pitch is pretty good. Their rep showed us how easy it would be to cook the food and be healthier with eating by using more fresh foods than frozen. Maybe we can save money in the long run so we purchased their cookware. We have it for a couple of months now. It's more like a steamer and cooks food at a lower temperature so it doesn't burn it. It seems pretty sturdy and durable. However, it's a little expensive for what we actually got, so I don't know if I will recommend them, but it's definitely not bad.

I had a very good and informational experience with NutriChef. The guy in the cooking show did a really good job. Obviously, he sold pretty much everyone in the room. I have gotten my pots and pans, but I haven't used them yet because I'm terrified that I'm gonna do something wrong. I wish they had come up with a review of what he talked about at the show. Like he said, I don't have to use oil or butter but I am just afraid to throw stuff in there and have it stick, end up ruining the pan. That review would tell how to cook on medium setting and the like. But the pots and pans have good quality, seem sturdy, and look good in my cabinet.

The NutriChef cooking show was done in a hotel room and it was good. The presenter was great and the product was good. We bought the two bowls for now and then the trip, which we hopefully plan to take by next year. We've been using it quite a bit and the quality is great. The main products are the pots and pans, which we didn't purchase, but seeing that demonstration gave the quality and the performance of them.

The cooking show was very fun. The guy showed us all the different cooking styles we can do with the NutriChef pans. We purchased the starter kit and the breakfast stuff. We like them, but they don't work as well as how we saw they would when we were watching the cooking show.

I saw the NutriChef cooking show at a Bridal Extravaganza that was in town. The show was awesome - the guy that did it was super talented, knew the product well, and gave a really good explanation of it. We were really interested in his explanation as well as the quality and the way that they cook so we ended up buying some of the cookware such as the cook set and breakfast set.
The only thing that kind of stinks is when we actually got home, the products didn't play out as well as it did in the show. I think that's just how things work out in the end. But the NutriChef representative also gave a really brief explanation of how to prepare the pans, like the very first wash then the actual video went into a way more depth. We ended up not soaking pans long enough and I think that had a little bit of an impact. For example, the flat iron that came with the purchase, which is good for grilled cheese, gets stains every time we use butter on it. I think it comes back to the initial task we were supposed to do with the vinegar. Nonetheless the cookware are still really good quality. It's just that maybe we haven't done further research, like watching the instruction video in its entirety.

The NutriChef cooking show I attended was informational. I really liked the knives, and I thought the quality of the items was pretty high. However, the presenter was extremely pushy at the end. My fiance and I both just graduated from college and we told them about our student loan. We had also just purchased a home, and we tried to explain that to him, and he was upset when we said "no".

What I like about the cookware is it cleans up easily, and that it heats evenly. We also got the knife set when we got the pots and pans. The only problem I have is one handle keeps coming loose on one of the pans, but that happens with all pots and pans I get.

We went to a NutriChef show and it was like one long infomercial. They described their products, had a live cooking exhibition and said how to expect all their stuff and then later on, wanted us to buy it. The guy was informative giving a history of all the different kinds of pots and pans over the years and how the consumer market has changed and what the American market has needed over time. It was nice to hear that, but overall we weren't as interested as the other couples in the room. We did not buy anything and they seemed very disappointed in us that we didn't. NutriChef takes pots and pans from a company called BelKraft and marks up the price about 250%. They are nothing more than middlemen. My fiance and I "won a free vacation" from going to a bridal show. They had us and many other couples come to an hour long presentation where they try to sell you these pots and pans. They make them seem like they're the greatest things on earth. They're great products but NOT worth $3800 for the "Master set". You can get this 100% same exact "Master set, A and B" from BelKraft for $1600. Don't fall for this NutriChef scam. If you want the products, go to BelKraft's site and call them up.

I love the pots and pans I got from NutriChef. I like that they're consistently cooking but some recipes have been a little bit difficult because it gets hotter at the bottom if you're not watching the temperature well. Other than that, I especially like being able to cook chocolate with the double boiler because I do a lot of chocolate dip things. It's so much better than the one I used to have. All in all, the pots and pans are of highest quality and I was very happy with them. They came perfect and they've stayed perfect, too.

We went over to NutriChef's seminar and I liked it. The guy was very engaging and he had a good sense of humor. He seemed to have a lot of knowledge too, as he explained that their cookware is safer for the environment and less likely to cause cancer. He gave us some food to eat that was very tasty, then we ended up ordering a pasta pot. I'm thinking about ordering some smaller pots too because I'm afraid to use my older ones now since they're made of aluminum. However, I do have a little trouble getting things to heat up on medium sometimes. I miss the speed that the aluminum used to cook it at when I put it up high and it also seems a little hard to clean. But for the most part, it makes the food taste good.

We are disappointed with NutriChef. They sell with misrepresentation. We paid a lot of money for the pots and pans and they didn't live up to what was advertised. In the presentation, the rep made it seem like the pots and pans would not overheat or that I wouldn't have to use any gloves. But trying to do that, we burned ourselves a few times. Also, it was advertised that the pots wouldn't stick or burn at the bottom. We don't have a gas stove and know the material used on the cookware so we made sure to use them at a lower temperature so they wouldn't stick, and it still did. But their knives are awesome.

I became a NutriChef customer and decided to purchase from them because of the investment aspect and the lifetime warranty. I've owned my NutriChef cookware since the beginning of September. If I could have afforded it, I would have definitely loved to purchase them but unfortunately the pricing is a little bit out of my reach at the moment. I really liked the cooking, showing us the product and letting us sample. They cooked a chicken without any oil and it didn’t get stuck. I went to a wedding show and NutriChef offered me to sign up for a free knife. They did a good job on the cooking show but they really dramatized us a lot. Leaving was my favorite part of the show. I didn't like that--we're at a wedding show, obviously because we're getting married and they come up to you and approach you and they want you to sign up for a free knife, and then they call you to come watch their show with this knife, and they don't tell you anything it's going to be about. Then you get there and they hold you there until 11 o'clock at night and try to pressure you into buying all these stuff. Then we didn't buy anything because that's not why we went and then they told us nicely to leave because we didn't want to buy anything. I really didn't enjoy my experience with NutriChef.

I attended the cooking show that NutriChef offered and it was wonderful. They covered a lot of stuff as far as the perks of the cookware, maintenance, efficiency, and nutrient facts in a concise amount of time, so that was good. I became a customer and all in all, it's been fantastic. I like best how convenient the cookware is. It's nice and quick to cook with and it does speed up the cooking process.
For the most part, the quality of my new cookware is okay. I have one pan that I haven't even used. I only got it a couple months ago and there are stains all over it that aren't coming off. It's brand new but it looks terrible, and nothing has happened to it because it's been in a box. Some of those pots are doing that. Considering how much I paid for the pans, it's unacceptable. So I'm waiting to see how that all pans out. But it's been hard to get in touch with my rep. I'm waiting to hear back from him. I’m sure he’ll probably take care of it and that will be good. I had a lot of fun and I learned a lot of stuff I didn’t even know about pots and pans. My fiance absolutely loved the demonstration and speaker. We became their customer since I figured it was better than having to buy pots every year to eat stuff off. We've had the cookware for about five months but not using them until we have moved to our new apartment.
However, the interest rate on the cookware is so high, it doesn't go based on my fiance's excellent credit. The representative said that the payments were going to be $45 for the first year then $97 the second year. That was great, but when he makes a $45 payment every single month, only $5 go to the actual payment, so end up paying $3,000 for something worth $1,000. My fiance once tried to return the pot but the NutriChef representative told him that since he signed to take full responsibility, he has to pay for it. The pot, quality, experience, everything was excellent, but he would never buy from NutriChef again if he would have known how much the interest could have been and because it wasn't fully explained when it came to making payments.

I like the pots, the pans and the different cooking styles displayed in the NutriChef cooking show. But it was more of a waste of time because the pots and holders are overly priced and the things that were promised weren't given. I was told that they were giving out some of the stuff I've been looking at, but I have to pay to see the offer. So I wasn't enticed by that.

We are glad you enjoyed the cooking presentation you attended! While the cookware may be priced higher than a product you buy at a store, we also have many advantages that they cannot give you! We offer personalized customer service, cooking help from our chefs, and a lifetime warranty. There is absolutely no purchase necessary to receive the gifts at the showcase. Although you did not have time to talk when I reached out to you, the customer service direct line is 561.296.1255 if we can ever be of service.

NutriChef was great, and I enjoyed learning about the different pans, how they worked and differed from regular pans. The person that did the presentation not only educated us, he was entertaining as well, which is always good. He made a cake on a stovetop and that was really cool and interesting to see how it works with that. I would definitely recommend NutriChef to my friends.

NutriChef makes cooking so much easier. We now eat healthy with the cookware. We can prepare more meals because it is so much quicker and easy to put it in and walk away to do other stuff. We really like the pots and pans even though they cost much. The only thing is that when we purchased them, they told us the interest rate was gonna be a different number than it appears to be and now the interest is really adding up.

Thank you for your feedback Alexis! The great thing about our cookware is that it is an investment for life and comes with a lifetime warranty. Something you can pass down for generations to come, which is much nicer than having to buy replacement cookware pieces every few years. I attended a NutiChef cooking show and I liked the pots, pans, and the non-stick part. They also used natural ingredients so it wasn't coming off the food. We had won a trip, I got a knife and coupons through them as well. However, the information that they'd given us at the presentation was inaccurate. They had said that for the trip that we would be taking, we would only be paying taxes which were about $50, and that was inaccurate. It's actually $50 a day per person, so our taxes were actually more around $500, not $50. Also, the knife that we won and we ordered - though good - took months to get to me. When I called NutriChef about it they said the other one got lost in the mail twice.
