Franklyn, from Mr. Rooter of Bunnell, FL arrived within one hour of our call, gave a quick estimate of the repair procedure and immediately dispatched the clog in the kitchen, in a swift, professional, and neat manner and was gone within the same hour. I would highly recommend Franklyn for any one looking for an expert plumber.

Daniel ** was the technician that worked on my bathroom sink. He was very professional and showed me the problem. The pipe was the original pipe {50 yr old} was crumbling, and he needed to go and get some more pipes. He put the new pipe in, and it works perfectly. Great job, Daniel.

Hi, my name is Jeff **. I called Mr. Rooter thinking I might have a drainage issue but when the plumber showed up, he told me it’s not the issue this call was for my 90-year-old mother who suffers a little dementia. Alex ** the plumber was amazing, we had two toilets not working very well. Alex was able to fix both of them in less than twenty minutes, one was flapper that I couldn’t fix after buying some parts with no success. Alex was able to fix what I thought was a broken flapper. Wow, I was impressed. He also was able to fix the toilet just by raising the water level, which made me feel kind of stupid. When I asked my mom for her debit card, Alex said that there was no charge. He also gave me estimates on some other plumbing issues.

David C was very polite and knowledgeable. He explained all services and potential costs prior starting the job, and when he was finished, he reviewed with us that the job had been properly completed. He left the workspace clean and tidy and answered all our questions in an informative manner. Even better, David was extremely pleasant to have in our home; he sang his way through the whole process!

Disappointing and unprofessional experience overall. I contacted this company regarding a washing machine issue that was believed to be related to low water pressure/plumbing. However, actual PSI measurements were NOT taken or documented before plumbing-related conclusions and recommendations were made. The visit felt far more sales-driven than diagnostic-driven. Instead of properly verifying whether the issue was truly plumbing-related, the focus quickly shifted toward expensive recommendations and fear-based upselling.

I hired Mr. Rooter for $385 to inspect sewer drain on 4/27/26. The tech that came to my house was inexperienced, unprofessional, and simply lack the knowledge to properly use his equipment and tools to diagnose my problem. In addition to the issues with the tech, Mr. Rooter seemingly does not offer any customer service support other AI or administrative staff that cannot help or make a decision. Upon Mr. Rooter leaving my house, the City of Keller Utilities came to my house and diagnosed the problem in 15 minutes and suggested that I hire a licensed plumber to do my repair. Customer beware and avoid using Mr. Rooter.

We called for a well that was not shutting off. Adam came out Wednesday 4/1.Took $700.00 deposit. Told us we needed new pump and bladder. Christopher came to replace bladder and pump. He could not get us up. Told me he would return Friday. Still not up when he left. Now we still do not have water! He stated I needed a new well. He would try to get someone out on Monday. Easter weekend with no water. Canceled dinner. Monday we tried to reach Christopher with no return call until about 4 pm. Saturday i called another company. They came out Monday. 10 minutes later we had water.

Whatever you do DON'T hire these people. They were late for the appointment. Never notified me of their delay. The ladies in the office lied to me and didn't return my calls when we "got disconnected". Didn't fix the problem correctly the first time & had to schedule for next day service. Waited more than 2.5 hours after the bottom of the time window, with no call from them. Requested a refund; we'll see if I get it.

This company needs to just go out of business. First, they sent me a sloppy worker who not only made a mess, he punctured a pipe. That pipe leaked water that damaged a cabinet. Not only did he puncture a pipe, he left the sink detached, so the metal was not inside the plastic tube when the 2nd worker came to take a look. The 2nd worker was horrified by what a horrible job the 1st person did.

This is a joke of a company. We had to hire another company to come out and tell us what was wrong with the work that Mr. Rooter did. They charged us 6500 for one pipe that they put in from our home to the septic tank. They did not install the pipe correctly and we continued to have problems with the septic backing up into our home. We sent videos of how the problem was resolved BY ANOTHER COMPANY because we do not trust Mr. Rooter's work anymore and did not want them on our property. They will not reimburse us whatsoever. They want to fight us on this and not admit fault. What a terrible, terrible company who made the problem worse and NOT better.
