The most important factor in our considerations when we decided to review this company after they helped us move from Wisconsin to N Carolina is whether or not we would entrust them with our things again. The answer is YES! They have shown itself to be trustworthy by not just doing what they said they would but also by the time they set. We have always had problems with other movers when it comes to timing. I don't understand why because they managed to do it seemingly so easily. All these things made it clear that we made the right decision and that we should hire them in the future, too.

As you can see by my rating this has been the best move so far. The communication with John in sales to Debbie, Lisa and Amanda in customer support have been the most professional and friendly. We are scheduled to be picked up this Monday, which was our preferred time and day. Just doesn't get any better. :):)

You want a van line that charges you THREE HUNDRED percent more than the quote? You want a van line who calls you on federal holidays to tell you that you need to take delivery less than 24 hours later and then hangs up on you before you can ask when they'd like to deliver and then refuses to answer the phone out of spite when you call back? Just because she finds it fun to mess with you?

I have given up trying to find a better moving company than this one. Every time I think I have found one and hire them, they end up messing up things that these men has always managed to handle with ease. The best thing is that despite providing what is clearly superior work, this crew has kept its prices reasonable even as the inflation goes crazy all around us. With this beautiful balance of cost and quality so clearly in the customer's favor, I am so surprised that some people still leave them reviews less than 5 stars! It's almost enough to make me think it's jealous rivals leaving fake reviews! Don't take my word for it-try them and see for yourself!

As someone who has hired moving firms no less than 15 times, I can confidently say that this company is a world apart from your regular movers. They are consistently trying ways to improve their service, always adding perks to each package they offer and using the feedback they get from customers to tweak how they operate. I have personally noticed several new things in the past few moves, for example, they have started calling clients before they arrive so the client is not rushed. Another good feature is how they manage to offer such accurate quotes – it ensures that there is no nasty surprise when it comes to time to pay.

We hired this company for a particularly complicated move because we felt they were the only ones who would be able to handle it without charging an exorbitant rate. The issue was that we had made some major home refurbishments a few years ago that made it impossible to move the larger furniture pieces out of our door. The guys proposed to move them out of the house from the first floor balcony using a crane. A couple of other companies that suggested the same thing gave us ridiculously expensive estimates. We hired this team and they pulled it off exactly as planned without any incident. Other movers may be good as well but these showed us that it is possible to be great and affordable as well.

I am very happy that I spend quite a significant chunk of time researching movers because I ended up selecting this great company, which did an excellent job for our move to Columbia, MD from S Carolina. I’ve realized that almost all moving companies advertise with the same language and promises and that you have to ask for specifics to really know how they will do. This one turned out to be the only one of the 8 companies that I contacted that was willing to be fully transparent (in terms of cost, especially). This move was completed faster and at a lower cost than my previous moves over a similar distance. I highly recommend.

We had a ton of stuff to move from our house in Covington, LA to another house in Louisiana as well as to storage in Tennessee (while I look for a permanent place to stay there). This made for a rather complicated move that was handled very efficiently by the moving crew. They made the entire affair bearable after we were dreading it and expecting the worst. The time factor was very important for us and we are really glad that they abided by the schedule we had set. In fact, they even made the extra effort and delivered faster than we had hoped. Wonderful experience!

We have hired this professional movers for all our moves over the past few years because we have been happy with the service they deliver every time. I think that the company is very well managed, and that the team is all on board with a plan to provide high-quality moving services, no matter the distance or the customer. I say that because I acknowledge that I can be a difficult and demanding client. Despite my constant questions, the team handled themselves with decorum and did a very good job moving me from Ohio to Florida. I will definitely be recommending this moving company, something I rarely do for any service.

We were traveling back to the US after a few years abroad and returned after the pandemic restrictions had been lifted. We hired this company for the job of moving our things out of storage in Trenton, NJ to our new house in Huntsville, AL. They were also hired to do the unpacking and arranging of things in our new home. It was such a pleasure to return home from the border and find that everything worked as it should, even with a simple thing such as movers. The moving crew was very good and I am happy to recommend this company’s services. 5 stars from our happy family.

This was the first move I have ever made with the help of professional movers. So, I did feel the sting of the cost as compared to doing it on your own. Still, when I think back to how convenient it was, how simple and painless the movers made it, and how everything was done on time (and on budget), I can’t help but agree that it was money well spent. I chose this prof team for its stellar reputation and I agree that the positive things said about them are true. If you are willing to spend on professional movers, I would recommend them.

Let me begin by saying we are professional movers as we've moved about as many times for work as years we have been married. Typically, we use the same movers who have been terrific but this time travel for them would've made the move cost prohibitive. We searched on-line and based on the reviews landed on United Regions. The initial response time and Colby, our rep was very responsive and professional. We scheduled the move for just prior to the closing date on our home. We then received a follow up call that our moving date would need to be changed to the prior weekend which was not convenient but we rolled with it. It forced a whole chain of events with changing the closing date.

This URVL movers has worse business ethics. from salesman to office rep name Liza. They're con & arrogant human beings. Just a heads up. This company doesn't take credit cards. Very inconvenient practice of a business. IMO never hire a moving company that don't want to visit your house for an estimate. Bekins are way better than this United Regions. Bekins were honest, charge by weight, accept credit cards and rep. go to your house to do an estimate.

We had to move to California because of hard circumstances and we are glad that we had a professional and outstanding company to help us do it. They abided by all the regulations (whatever they were!) and followed all the guidelines to ensure a safe and risk-minimized move. The move itself was perfect – the movers arrived on time and worked hard. Each item was packed in the right box and delivered to the right room, all within the time frame they had given us. I am very happy with their service and would rehire this company, no questions.

My family is a fan of these guys and we have been since the previous move, our first move as a family. Both this time when we were moving from TN to WI, as the first move which was the other way around, the movers made things very simple. You just have to tell them what you want packed together and then sit back as they do it carefully and efficiently. They are fast, though, and had our old 3 bedroom house packed up within a day. It was the same speed and efficiency with delivery in Wisconsin. I am glad we found them and will keep using them for our house moves.

You are never going to be able to tell how good this company is without hiring them. They have such a solid and loyal fanbase because they perform consistently, give a great deal for the money you spend hiring them, and employ a team of hardworking, honest and experienced moving professionals. These were all the things that I found out when I hired them for the first time to move to Charlotte, NC from Jackson, MS. Based on these reasons and my experience, I rate them 5 stars.

Moving day is a lot calmer and more organized when you have an experienced and professional company such as this one handling things. Our 4-bedroom house is always chaotic with 3 kids but somehow the 4 man crew from this company managed to make sense of everything, and got it all packed in the right boxes, and then delivered to the right room in Florida. We know all our own stuff and I doubt that we would have been able to do that so quickly and so efficiently! My favorite part, though, was the positive and cheerful demeanor of the movers, which made this move just a perfect 5 stars.

With my last move a complete disaster, I did a lot more research this time before choosing a company to handle my move from Tulsa, OK to Milwaukee, WI. This company quickly emerged as one of the best options that there are for that route. The reviews told me that they are reliable and cost-worthy, and I have seen that to be true with my own eyes. When the movers came, they arrived right on time. The 3 men worked hard and did a wonderfully good, efficient and safe job. My things were delivered on time and without damage. I strongly recommend these guys.

I have tried to find a better alternative to this company but they really are the best by almost every gauge as far as I can tell from my research. That includes price, by the way, which I think most people reading reviews are interested in. I’m not saying that they are the cheapest movers but rather that they are well-priced for the kind of service you get for how much you pay. There may be better companies out there but if you need the basic moving service by an efficient, reliable and customer-oriented company, make them your first choice.

Of all the moving companies that I have used in the past, not one comes close to the level of performance and value for money that these guys provide. There are no real complaints I can make about them even though this is already the third time they have moved houses for me. This move was from Chicago, IL to Old Westbury, NY and we were given a team of 4 people for the 3-bedroom house we lived in. The men worked fast and handled everything expertly, from the most delicate painting to the large items of furniture. We give them 5 stars for this move.

This was my first experience with this company and I now understand what the hype is all about. They are a very meticulous company – they gave me such a detailed breakdown of the cost and travel times and both turned out to be very accurate. I loved that there were no additional fees and charges added to the final bill, a scam that often happens with many of the other movers. They even actually had our things at our doorstep in San Antonio, TX faster than they had quoted! It was the perfect move in my opinion and I would definitely hire this company again.

We had a very nice and orderly move, all thanks to the good and great team. In all our experiences with movers, we have never come across a more helpful and professional group of people. They took care of all our concerns right from the get go and explained their procedures, how long each bit would take, and even tips and tricks on how we could save costs. On the day of the move, the movers we were assigned were very professional as they arrived early and didn’t waste time. We are also pleased to report that our delivery was handled with the same professionalism.

Move cost three times the quote and we were told they could deliver three weeks from now and then we were called by the office the next day to say it was next week or MORE charges on top of everything. Basically the packing crew told us whatever we wanted to hear and left the office to give us the bad news. Also took a check for 3k and then refused to cash it so payment was doubled - demanded cash for full amount while holding on to check. Packers were fine but no good communication with office.

The first time I used this company a few years ago, I was so surprised that they were so good yet so affordable. I have had the pleasure of hiring them a few times now and I am still impressed by the commitment to doing a good job every time. If you are looking forward to a good move, I would recommend you at least contact these guys to see what they have to offer. From my experiences hiring them, I can assure you that it will be organized, transparent, probably cheaper than your regular movers, and you’ll get a friendly, understanding team. 5 stars.

We moved from Mississippi to Ohio last month and we had these great people, the only moving company we trust, to do it for us. The planning phase was very quick since we already knew what package we wanted and the company already had our details from the last move they did for us. On the day of the move, the truck turned up as scheduled. The movers were fast while still being careful. They finished with our 3-bedroom house on time and the delivery in OH was completed as scheduled. No problems at any stage. 5 stars from us.

We moved our 2 bedroom house in Summerville, SC to Gainesville, VA. The move was pretty significant because of the amount of things that we had but none of that was a problem for the movers. They got started pretty much as soon as I gave the green light and did not take breaks in the middle unless it was to ask or confirm things with me. Everything that they packed or lifted was handled with great care. I received everything in good condition in Virginia. I am a fan of this company and recommend them highly. 5 stars.

These movers were not an organic choice for us because they were recommended to us by a friend. However, we did verify its standing in the industry using online customer feedback and found that it is one of the highest rated and most widely admired moving companies out there. We have hired this company numerous times and have always been pleased with the end result. I was given a confirmed pickup date of 12/03/2022. Movers did not show nor did I receive any calls from the office. I tried calling the office, sent text messages to someone named Lisa and Phillip to check on the status, but received no response. My son and I had to stay in a hotel for 3 days because my house had been packed up and furniture sold. Movers finally showed up on 12/05/2022. When boxes/furniture were delivered, the driver, Roman, called to say that they couldn't get the truck (large tractor trailer) up to the house and they would have to hire a smaller truck and it would cost me an additional $600, which was not included in my quote. Needless to say, I was not willing to pay the additional non-contracted cost. I had to have relatives bring their trucks down to the tractor trailer and off load my furniture and boxes and bring them to the final destination.

Hiring this company is like having your cake and eating it, too. They give you the best service with as little drama and issues as possible, are very professional in the way they handle your things, and also charge you a very reasonable rate. I have never before come across a moving company that has left me so pleased with our arrangement. Price-wise, they are neither the cheapest nor nearly the most expensive. This average-priced company surprised us with its premium level of service, though. We would be happy to hire them again and again. 5 stars, without a doubt.

United Regions recently moved our furniture from WA to TN. Matthew in sales was very helpful and the loading crew that arrived were professional and competent. Although we were disappointed to learn that our inventory went to storage for 2 weeks, it turns out this is not uncommon in the moving business. Once the truck left, the trip took only 2 days and the driver, Azamat kept us informed. He was professional and competent with the unloading and furniture placement. I would recommend United Regions Van Lines.

If this is the way all movers would operate, the moving industry would be widely respected instead of having the reputation it does. The vibe I got from this company was that they were genuinely interested in helping me have the best move possible. While we were their clients, they treated us with much deeper understanding and consideration. We felt confident that they would do a good job and our faith was rewarded when they completed delivery with no problems a few days ago. All our boxes arrived intact and they did not even have dents, meaning that they had been well cared for along the way.

I have never found myself recommending a moving company before but here I am! And that’s only because no other moving company has been as reliable and professional as this one. Right from the first call when we were asking for quotes, they have been polite and helpful. No question is silly – they take the time to explain all their charges and timelines before you move. When the movers arrive to pack your things, they are on time and very courteous. You just give them the basic instructions and they handle everything from a to z. I am very happy to recommend them.

If you are not sure of which moving company to hire, I would recommend that you make this one your default choice. Research other companies, sure, but always have them as a backstop – I guarantee that after a while you will realize that it’s simply better to just choose them right from the start. That has been my personal experience and I assure you that I am very hard to please. Still, they managed to convince me to leave a great review after every hire. It’s not any particular part of what they do but how it all comes together perfectly. 5 stars. My move was great, easy, without any damages.

They were very late with delivery. They lost our 65 inch curve TV. We even had the stand it came on. Then the driver called them to let them know it was on our list. I would never recommend this company.

Our family has been using this great company as our movers for a few years and they have completed around 12 moves for us in that time. I hired them this time to move our 4 bedroom apartment in Chicago to our new 5 bedroom house in Hollywood, FL. The job was completed on time and on budget. The movers were fantastic - they know exactly how to pack every item for maximum safety. They didn't just ensure that the things being moved were safe but also made sure that they didn't scratch the floors or damage the walls in either house. I am very happy with their performance and can’t give them anything less than 5 stars.

We loved our movers! They were so quick, yet careful enough to ensure that they didn't damage anything they were carrying. The whole team was also very polite and, friendly and that made moving with a family with little kids much easier. We also really appreciate how they made the effort to abide by our timing. We had to change the timings a couple of times due to small issues with our new landlords. However, the movers took it all in their stride and made sure we were not inconvenienced. I'm only writing this review because the work that this company did was so much better than what I'm used to from moving companies that I have to share my experience. They are literally the one and only company that I have ever hired who have charged me exactly the same amount they quoted, not a single cent in hidden costs tacked on at the end. We had no issues with either pick-up or delivery. Everyone at the company, from the movers to the phone operators to the manager were extremely helpful and polite. Such a difference! They definitely deserve 5 stars.

5 stars for this amazing company. The job was to move us out of our 2 bedroom house in Shreveport, LA to a 3 bedroom one in Arnold, MD. We hired them because they were recommended to us by a friend of ours who moves quite regularly. This recommendation turned out to be spot on, the price was reasonable, the movers were punctual, they were careful with our things, nothing was lost or damaged en route, and the movers were very receptive to our ideas of how to move things, etc. Their friendly attitude and also that of the office team went a long way in making us feel that we made the right choice when we chose them.

I hired this company after they checked out with my vetting process that involved calling them, asking questions to their staff, reading a LOT of online reviews on different websites, and then comparing the quotes we received from several companies I shortlisted. They are one of just two companies that passed the selection process, and won out because they were priced slightly lower despite offering virtually the same service with the same timelines. I have used other professional movers before and the level of hard work and competence I got from this team was comparable to the best of them. I am impressed with their work. I usually move myself but decided to hire pro movers because there are extensive repair road works going on between South Carolina and Pennsylvania. Instead of trying to keep track of the road closures and diversions myself, with an entire load of cargo, it just seemed better to let the professionals handle it for once. And handle it they did. Everything from the packing up and loading to the unpacking and placement at my new PA house, movers did a great job from start to finish. All I can say is that this company must be really good to completely change my mentality!

I hired this company for my move from Richmond, VA to Jacksonville, FL two weeks ago. Nowadays, I don't even bother to ask other companies for a quote. They end up in 2 scenarios: 1, that the price is too high, or 2, that the lowest quotes are from shifty companies that employ unreliable part-timers who are usually careless and rude. This crew, however, gives me the high quality service that I want without costing too much. They have moved for me several times and I am always impressed by their timely pickups and drop-offs. We chose to get professional movers for the first time because we simply had too many things to pull the move off ourselves. It was a considerable cost but one that was entirely worth it, all thanks to this wonderful company. The movers handled everything from A to Z, and did it all while taking a lot of care when they were lifting and moving our things. As a result, we are completely satisfied with how smoothly everything went, and how simple it made the entire process of moving from Mississippi to Maryland for us. Very happy to recommend them.

We hired this company to move from Augusta, GA to Naperville, IL. The 4 bedroom house itself was pretty straightforward but the complication we had was that my late father's workshop was in the back and we wanted to move it all with us for sentimental reasons. They sent an assessor down from their office who told us they would charge the same rate for the machinery despite the weight, but would send it later than the other things, which was fine by us since we don't use any of it. All our normal items were delivered as per usual, and the workshop followed about 3 weeks later. What a perfect move!

We moved from Roseville, Ca to Pierre, SD. United Regional Van Lines was our contracted vendor. They arrived at our home in California on 10/01/22. There were 3 individuals who packed our things on the truck. They inferred our belongings would be following us in just a couple of days. We arrived at our home in SD and began preparing for our thing to arrive. After two weeks, we telephoned United Regional to inquire as to our status. The call taker was rude and told us they had 21 business days to deliver. Our things finally arrived on November 04 at 1730 hours. That is when the real issues began.

I hadn’t moved houses in years and chose this company for this move on the recommendation of a friend who has used them a number of times. After using them just this once, I can completely understand why she recommended them to us. They offer a very good balance of cost and service. They are one of the more premium options in the industry but they follow it up by giving you the type of experience that makes people understand that you get what you pay for. I got the first impression of this right away in my first conversation with their office to get a quote. It’s not just the professional way in which the person spoke to me but also the openness with which they told us how they charged and their prompt and direct answers to every question that I posed. And that was not just for the first conversation.

Updated on 11/30/2022: In the 3rd week of 'camping out' at my new home, I asked for management or executive; I got the 'office manager' who was very defensive; I did learn my stuff was on its way back from Florida! I got a day of delivery a week later. When the driver opened the truck, I thought it had been in a rollover! I had purchased many boxes with intent to resell for reuse. Out of scores of boxes, I might have a dozen worth reusing. Most have a hole or tear, but the worst are ripped or smashed. One tote of quilts was broken open; a metal garage shelving unit was too bent for use; my outdoor furniture cover was ripped.

We rate this company 5 stars based on the very professional move they did for us. We were moving to Colorado from Maryland which is no mean feat given that it included a house full of items belonging to a family of six who has lived in that same place for over 10 years! There was no chance that we would be able to handle something like that on our own so it was a no brainer to hire pros. These guys were suggested to us by my husband’s colleagues who had actually used them for move and was pleased by the work they did. Our movers were just like machines going through the house and just cleaning it out like Wall-E from that movie. Really, that’s what it was like. All neatly stacked boxes in one places that become neatly stacked boxes in the truck and then emerged as neatly stacked boxes in our new yard. They obviously have a very tried and tested way of working and that makes for some really efficient moving. Very happy.

The best thing about this company is their upfront pricing structure, something that is far too rare in the moving industry. We were given a quote on the very first day we contacted them and it was accurate to within a hundred dollars of the final price, even though the move was carried out 2 months later. I am also very happy with the packing materials they used – all high-quality boxes, tape and waterproofing that ensure that your things are safe in transit and even when stored. I am so happy with this move from N Carolina to Ohio that I would gladly give them more than 5 stars if it were possible.

If you haven’t heard of this moving company, you are among the unlucky few that have yet to discover that you can get really good service at a very good price. They have a pretty good reputation in the industry as people who deliver 100% but still manage to keep their prices on the lower side of the scale. We have now hired them for the third time and have yet to find a reason to complain. I would recommend them if you like quick, polite movers who stick to the times they give you, and charge a reasonable price while they’re at it.

A very reliable company that has earned our trust over several years and several moves. They have consistently performed at the very top of their game, making sure that their performance is never lacking. The team from the movers to the sales staff are so polite. The moving crew always listens to instructions and makes sure that you are happy with the packing and loading. It really is so different from most other movers in this price range. I am so happy for this chance to commend them on their jobs well done. Very easy to rate them 5 stars.

If you have been looking for a reliable moving company, your search can end with our favorite movers, like this one. Why do we like them? Number one, they follow the schedule that is agreed upon in the contract – the truck arrives on time and they deliver right on time, too. Number two, the moving crew is perfect – they are always polite and work very hard. Number three, they are affordable – they are neither the cheapest nor pricey but right in the Goldilocks range, which makes them accessible to almost everyone. We could go on with a long list of other reasons but these are the main reasons we give them 5 stars.

I was calling around getting quotes from different moving companies. I had signed a contract with a company and then received a call from an agent Richie ** from United Regions Van Lines. When I told him I was not interested anymore his demeanor was very aggressive and wanted to know who I signed with. I told him that I was not interested anymore and hung up. He then proceeded to text me the following.---Mrs Rude, I was trying to keep you from moving with a broker. I hope you get screwed by a broker and never see your stuff again.--- When I called him back from that number he text me from **. He proceeded to tell me that I was rude and yelled at me for hanging up on him.

My first impression before hiring this crew was that they were a basic no-frills company but that was way off the mark – after they did such a great job of our move from Vineland, NJ to Lebanon, OH, I can only say that they are a company that prices themselves low but manages to perform at a level that you would expect from a much more expensive one. Firstly, they are very respectful of your time. Never being late is one thing but they also call ahead to ensure that you know they are about to arrive. These little things made for an excellent first time hiring them.

I would like to take this opportunity to personally thank the staff at United Regions Van Lines for the excellent job they did when they moved my Mother's precious furniture from Rainsville New Mexico to Thornton Colorado. From the scheduling with Ritchie to the careful packing of all of her items we had an amazing experience. Elvin and Jamal and Howard did an amazing job. They were extremely professional and courteous and very experienced at what they do. The furniture that they were packing was made by an amazing craftsmen (Our late Father Francisco) and had such sentimental value to our family. It was truly precious cargo.

Your insurance won't pay for the damage that occur, sent picture, damage the floors, frame and baseboard. Scratched and bent refrigerator, broke the water line, glass shelves missing in refrigerator, screws or missing. Furniture all scratched. Wasn’t like that on the truck, Hope Chest broken two parts, crystal frames broken, pictures are torn. These were 200.00. These were professional photographs. Fireplace all the back is off and torn. Tupperware large bowl cost 35.00. Claim adjuster gave us nothing for some of these items. Broke 65 inch plasma TV. Cost 800.00. Bookcase has a big hole. 480.60 does not cover these damages. This adjuster was horrible at CSI. I called your office and talked with Lisa. She was rude and did not care how that happened. She even told me I should expect the floors would be damaged.

5 stars and 3 cheers for such great company! They made my first time using a professional moving company such a delight! Until now, I had just hired a truck and had friends help with moving. This time, it was such a pleasure to be able to kick back and watch true pros handle the affair without having to get involved. The movers were fantastic! They were friendly and made sure that my fragile boxes were well taken care of. It was a different delivery crew in CO but they were just as good, which speaks volumes about the entire team.

Do Not use this company. They arrived thinking they only had to load and were very mad when they realized they had to pack. They had no packing experience and the fasted pack out I have ever seen but on the other had most things were not packed. Just thrown into a box and what they did pack they used my clothes in my closet to pack with leaving me with many ruined clothes and many broken things tables, mirrors, whatnots, dishes, ruined my tool cabinet now it won't lock or close well. A huge vase that was passed down from family broken, it was not wrapped. Large mirror broken not wrapped. Too many things to mention.

I was moving from a studio apartment in Nebraska to a 2 bedroom apartment in California for a new job and this company was recommended to me by my brother who has moved numerous times with them. Even though my old place was pretty small, there was quite a lot of stuff in it and the movers spent a few hours packing it all up and loading it in their van. They still finished faster than I had anticipated so kudos on that. I took delivery of my things at my new place and a different team of movers helped me move in there. Great service again.

We hired this company after we heard from several former customers that they are an excellent company. We agree but because everyone has their own criteria, here are our own reasons. 1. They were punctual at every stage, from the pickup to the drop off. 2. They were accurate with the estimate of final charge so no surprises. 3. They were polite, and that means the phone operators as well as the movers themselves. 4. None of our things were damaged when they were transported – everything arrived safe and sound. So, I rate them 5 stars and recommend them highly.

Though they start off with care and courtesy, after a few hours, times are handled roughly and not secured nor packaged nearly as well. Despite repeated requests to cover the carpeted stairs, no care was taken and the the carpet was soiled to a point beyond even cleaning and required being removed and replaced on the stairs. Grease, oil and the rubber from the two-wheelers being dragged up and down the stairs. This resulted in an additional expense for the sale of the house.

I have had a lot of experience with movers because my job involves revolving posts around the country and even abroad. I have hired this company before and also used many other moving companies. In all these years, this crew is the only one that I have both rehired and also recommended to others. The difference is simple – this company values its customers as long-term clients instead of temporary ways to make money as much money as possible. They are priced in the medium range, too, which means that you don’t have to pay through your nose for great service.

F-. We have NEVER had such a terrible move. It was totally unsatisfactory. I am working on our claim now. I have a large number of pictures to put with problems with our move. A very large number of problems. And we don't complain but this is beyond possibly letting it go.

I am a returning customer for this company and the only reason I keep hiring them is that they have always exceeded my expectations. Every move with this really well-run moving company has been a revelation in terms of how such privately run company can beat the biggest names in the business just by providing the best service possible. I get a very neighborly vibe from them, like I am getting a group of friends to help me move. They are up for any request and can accommodate their service to your schedule and special requirements. Fortunately, they keep their prices in the affordable range despite the high standard. (I was moving from Florida to Tennessee, 3 bedroom house).

I can't even begin to explain what a horrible experience this was from start to finish. I would NEVER EVER EVER recommend them to ANYONE!!! DON'T USE THEM. BEWARE!!! They have the worst customer service in the world and they still have my check from June 26th that they decided not to cash.

I have been trying to get a good and reliable moving company for years and finally succeeded when I found this company. You probably will not recognize their name from some major TV ad campaign and they aren't a household name but in my personal experience, their performance can match up to anything that a customer can throw at them. This was technically the second time I have hired them because I had them move my new wife to Virginia and then followed up myself a week later. Both times, they performed their duties to my full expectations. The movers were always on time and did a quick and safe job. They were also polite, which you can't always expect from moving companies! I recommend them highly.

Well, I agreed to use United Regions because after talking to the sales rep, I was told it would be $4000.00 to move my belongings from AZ to WA. I signed a contract for this transaction. I thought that was a fair enough price. When their driver got to my daughter's residence, he called and told me it would be an extra $2000.00 if I wanted all of my belongings (this, after he was 4 hours late arriving for the pick up). I told him I was not paying extra, so my daughter had to pick and choose what to send. The driver left over 1/2 my belongings in AZ.

It has been a long time since I hired professional movers but my expectations were not only met but exceeded by this company. They provided me and my family a premium service that included an assessor who visiting us to give us an estimate, 3 movers, a very large truck with ample space, high quality packing boxes and waterproofing, The moving crew was dressed in crisp and clean matching uniforms. They were very friendly and polite to us. Not only but they were hard workers, too. Our 5 bedroom house was packed up and loaded within the space of a morning. They made delivery at the exact time that they had scheduled it. 5 stars.

My experience of moving with this company this time was even better than the last (where I also awarded them a 5 star review). The movers were different but the professionalism and dedication to the job was the same. The reason I am more impressed this time is that the price we were quoted by them was about 15 percent lower than the next most affordable quote. That's quite a feat for a company that maintains such high standards and continues to push the boundaries of what a private business can deliver to its customers. Don’t hesitate now – hire them!

My first experience with this crew was a couple of months ago when we hired them to move some of our old things into storage in Maryland, where we used to live. The job they had done with the first move was enough to give us the confidence to entrust the rest of our things into their care as well. In this move, we hired them to move all the things from our old house in Maryland as well as the things in storage to our new home in Florida. The movers were different for this move but they were as good as the first crew. We had a very positive experience and would hire this company again. 5 stars.

We have been hiring movers to move our staff around the country for many years and this company has been our regular moving company for the past several years. This time, we used them for the first time for our own home move. Our employees have always praised this company to the skies and we know why. The organizing team makes for a very smooth operation and they have the right manpower to do a flawless job on the ground. There is no doubt we will continue our professional partnership with them but we now know personally how good they are as well.

Some of the people who work at this company should get a pay raise, no matter what their salary is currently. One such person is their sales manager who handled and oversaw my move. She made the effort to understand my situation, present all the best and most relevant packages to me, and took a great deal of time to explain all the factors that affect cost, etc. Another 2 are their phone support operators. I called several times before the move and during transit and they patiently explained things to me. I rate them 5 stars.

Our experience with United Regions Van Lines was rocky at best all the way to downright terrible. I will walk you through our process start to finish to give a taste of what to expect. We start off with making the call to get a quote. I like to see the best in people, so I thought the gentlemen on the other end seemed nice enough. His name was Philip. We went room by room and took inventory of our belongings we intended to move. Quickly I noticed that he seemed to be rushed. I gave him benefit of the doubt as I figure they are probably under a lot of stress being expected to meet a quota of calls made, customers helped, or accounts for service set up.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY-RUN! I need so many more words to accurately give a review. They ended up charging us almost double the quote for a move from CA to IA, totaling over 20K. At pickup, the workers packed multiple paintings into a box w/o protection, scratching almost every painting or photo they packed. They dropped tables and lamps w/no padding or protection into large boxes to move so they could charge us for the materials and take up more space as they charge by volume not weight and severely damaged many items because no protection.

I sat back and watched while the moving team cleared out my 4 bedroom house in less than half a day. They were quick but careful, too. I could tell from the quality of the packing boxes and packing peanuts that they used that this is not a shifty operation. Instead, they are a good, reliable company that actually tries to excel at the job they do. The movers were very professional in their identical uniforms with their names, not like some companies where it's just guys in t-shirts and jeans. It was a finely executed move and I'm happy to recommend this company.

We moved to Atlanta, GA from Harrisburg, PA and hired this company for the 4-bedroom job because we were willing to pay more for quality. In the past, we have hired movers who seemed to be great value for money on the surface but proved to be terrible when it came to actually doing the job they were hired for. This company, though, has been consistently reliable, quick and careful. We feel we could entrust them with anything, big or small, cheap or expensive, fragile or sturdy, and it would still be cared for and delivered safely and punctually.

I saw an ad for these guys ages ago when I had already hired a different moving company but the name stuck in my head. Because that other company did not do a good job, I hired them this time. There is such a stark contrast! The other movers were so testy and unpleasant - I was walking on eggshells around them even though I was the one who hired them, not the other way around. With these people, everything was so pleasant and friendly. Their moving work was impeccable, too. This is how all companies should operate, because it will keep customers like me coming back.

Because this was my first move across the US, I was pretty apprehensive about how it would all go. Fortunately, I had the excellent team with this company to make sure that all my concerns were put to rest. They planned the move of my 3 bedroom home with complete professionalism, and showed me exactly how it would all happen and in what stages before moving day. That transparent approach made it a lot easier for first-timers like us to understand and allay our fears. The movers did their job exactly as we were told they would. Definitely worth hiring again.

My words can only partially express the real magnitude of the gratitude that I feel for the people at this company. When I hired them, I had already heard that they were reliable but that does not even begin to cover how efficient and caring they actually are. Our move was taken care of from A to Z by them and they ensured that we did not have any problems at any stage of the move. We are very happy with the way this crew did our move from New Orleans, LA to Baltimore, MD. It was almost stress-free since the movers were so efficient. The whole process was made very easy by how knowledgeable they were about packing large and fragile items such as flat screen TVs and other electronics. It was especially difficult for them because our 4 bedroom house had a lot of stuff in it. Every last piece was delivered to us free of any damage or scratches, etc. They put in a lot of hard work and I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know.

I hired them for my move from Norfolk, VA to Vero Beach, FL and they did such a good job that I broke my usual habit of not writing reviews. We would not have had such an easy time of it if you did not go out of your way to help.

I made a huge mistake trying to get another company to handle my home moves last time and returned to this one for this move. They just excels wherever all its competitors flounder and the difference was so obvious this time since my last two moves were within a few months of each other. Perhaps the most obvious one was the attitude of the workers – this company uses pros while many of the others use part timers who just don’t have the patience or the skills. I have learned my lesson the hard way and will stick with them from now. 5 stars.

My tight schedule made me choose this crew because they are not the cheapest movers out there but they will follow your instructions down to the letter and to the second. I wanted my movers to come in at the end of the workday and clear out my 3 bedroom house by midnight so I could hand over the premises to the landlord without incurring a penalty. They sent over a 5 person crew that was able to finish the job with an hour left to spare. So, if you are willing to spend the cash, this company is the problem solver you need.

This company is very affordable when you consider the quality of the team you get for your money. I have hired more expensive movers and used part timers who were dirt cheap as well. There is always a compromise you have to make and I believe they handle it the best. They give it to me simply by ensuring that they are reliable with their timing, only employ capable staff (for both moving team and office). 5 stars, easy. Great and clean job, happy with my move.

Do. Not. Use. From the beginning, they will make it seem too good to be true. "United quoted you how much? We can do at least half of that for the same service..." You're thinking "Oh, terrific!" Then, "Also, we're not a broker and we use our own trucks and our own people..." Well, that sounds great. However... their sales team will pull the wool over your eyes and make themselves out to be the greatest company on Earth. What they don't tell you is that their estimates are false, and you'll end up paying more for them to load your things on their truck(s). This is why they bring two 26' rental trucks with them (Penske trucks with their logo taped to the doors) ... they'll quote you in weight, but then before moving day they will *hopefully* call you but tell you that they operate on cubic feet.

I don’t remember exactly when the first time was that I hired this company but what I do know is that they were so good that we promised ourselves to hire them again. Fast forward about 6 years and they have just helped us move for the third time, this time from Augusta, GA to Severn, MD. We got the same trustworthy, quick and reliable work from them as we have come to expect. I don’t know how they manage to do it at such a good price but I ain’t complaining! This is the only moving company that I see myself using. 5 stars.

I only decided to write this review because this great company did such a wonderful job that it would be completely unfair for me not to give them credit where credit is due. The first thing that impressed me was their ability to stick to the schedule they had given me despite the bad weather. Our things arrived at my new house in Portland, OR 2 days before they were due so that was impressive. They should also be praised for the courtesy and good behavior of their movers. Last but not least, they did a good job of balancing cost with service.

I truly regret hiring this company for my long distance move. This is a very dishonest company. They gave false assurance upfront to attract customers. They gave a lower quote and claimed that the final price won't change because "I'm pretty good at quoting". They won't tell you upfront that there is a 17-day delivery window and repeatedly claim that they were "pretty sure" they can deliver on my chosen date. After the contract was signed, everything was changed and they started to break their promises. They never called as they promised and I had to repeatedly call them.

We had another very good move with this best crew, with them making the whole process smooth, quick and pain free. Our old house was atop a hill which made the loading part of things quite complicated. The driver parked in just the right way for the huge truck to fit and for all the things to be loaded easily. The workers were very careful to ensure that whenever they were lifting or loading fragile items, there was no risk of damage to anything. The move went very smoothly and our transition to our new home could not have been better handled. It is all thanks to their diligence and professionalism. I have no problems recommending this excellent moving company.

They are terrible and they haven’t even moved me yet. Do not use this company. FYI this move is costing me $15,000. They give you window dates, I was told that they needed one day to pack and pick up the next day. I was fine with that as long as the house was empty by the 18th of Aug as I had my walk-thru that day and closing on the morning of the 19th. I made all of this very clear. So when the packers had not yet called (16th) I called and was told “we were just getting ready to call you.” Your move is scheduled for the 18th between 9-12noon. Now you tell me, can you pack and move a 1300 sq. ft. house in 1/2 day, clean and be ready for a walk thru by 5:00pm. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Go with Colonial like I should have. Matthew was just so nice and seemed to understand the urgency of my schedule. Well apparently not. Very dissatisfied customer.

The movers from this great company did a wonderful job. Their work was exactly what you would expect from a good moving company with a solid reputation. You can probably see from the many reviews that they have been doing a commendable job all over the country on jobs of all sizes for many years. I bring this to your attention because that is how I chose them to be my movers. With a solid reputation like that, it is hard to go wrong. All the great things that their other customers have attested to are entirely accurate, and I am very happy that I found this company. I am happy to add my review here so others can benefit from my experience.

My short message is this: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR MOVE. I CANNOT EXPLAIN THE HORRIBLE SERVICE I RECEIVED. I moved 7 weeks ago and was hoping that unpacking and settling in would help me forget this experience but the more my family and I unpack, the more we realize how much more we lost, and others broken. Even with narrating the experience to them, they were more interested in asking me to submit claims like that would solve the problem. And on top of that, I was thrown around multiple times, with multiple phone calls just to obtain my bill of lading and final receipt of payment (NB: we didn't receive this on delivery day because the lazy men they sent to deliver got overwhelmed because they didn't have all our items and couldn’t set up the furniture.)

In the 4 times that I have hired this company to do home moves, they have been absolutely flawless in every instance. So much of that excellence is due to having a very proficient and proactive management team. They are always on the ball and willing to speak directly with customers who have any problems. It is very reassuring to see that the most senior people in the company are willing to get out of the office and address issues like that. I can say that I know that these guys will always do the right thing and, so, I give them a strong recommendation.

For someone like me who knows head nor tail about moving, a company like this one is a godsend! When I contacted them and told them it was my first move, they gave me a dedicated manager who answered all my questions and handled all my queries from day 1 to when all my things were delivered (I was moving from South Carolina to Texas). That made it extremely easy for me to focus on just getting the dates and times right myself because they handled everything else all on their own. I definitely recommend them to anyone who would like a reliable moving company.

I was not really sure if I wanted to hire professional movers but decided to because this company was offering us such good rates. We set a time for them to do the pickup early in the morning and the movers arrived before that. They started working on the dot and got the job sorted within the timeframe they’d given us. Their packing skills are really good because not a single thing was delivered in anything but perfect condition. The value for money equation with these guys is just excellent. I will gladly hire them again and even recommend their services.

Items were not wrapped completely. Items arrived falling out of the truck when opened, missing items, and everything was damaged. When we complained to the driver he said it wasn't his fault because he didn't load the truck. It was the packers. No one ever took responsibility for any of the damage. Then they said to prove everything and even that you owned the items. They make it way too expensive to fully insure. If I could give it less than one star I would. If you care anything about your items stay far away from this company. We relied on the review of ConsumerAffairs to help pick this company. I fully regret this choice. I do not have much left that I can hold on to.

I had never hired pro movers before this but I am convinced that this crew has got to be better than most of them. Compared to all the sob stories we have heard from so many of our friends and family who have hired movers, our move was as smooth and worry-free as can be. The truck arrived on time and the 3 man moving crew was very friendly and hardworking. They took a lot of care to not damage what they loaded. It was all delivered to us in Colorado on time and we could not be happier with their performance.

With a track record like this company has, it’s impossible not to give them 5 stars and recommend them as well. We have personally hired them 3 times with excellent results but you can read the long line of reviews from other customers as well. It takes a special kind of company to maintain that kind of record over many years. Don’t be content with just my words – read the others as well and see for yourself. You will not be disappointed.

There isn't a moving company worthy of a good review, as most will say anything they think you want to hear to get you to sign a contract. This unprofessional organization is no different. Using ZOOM, the sales associate walks through your home to give you an 'accurate' assessment of your belongings and then provides an 'estimated' quote to hook you. In our case just under $10,000 for a long distance move (12 HOURS AWAY). 'A week before pickup' another person called to ask how many boxes we actually had, our quote went from under 10K to over 11K. The day of 'pickup' the driver/mover arrived with a truck and said that both quotes weren't accurate and that the move would be OVER $15K.

We stressed on the importance of timing to these guys before we hired them because we have had other movers disappoint us with erratic timing and unreliable schedules. They listened to us and made sure that we were not inconvenienced in that way. They also went a step further and gave us the option of earlier delivery if it suited us. While we did not opt for it, it was a kind gesture that did not go unnoticed. A rehire-worthy company.

Thank you. You guys made a very complicated and stressful time so much more manageable with your excellent customer service. We were able to get all our things right on time so we could start our new life in San Francisco as and when we wanted. It was fantastic to receive all our items intact for once – that had literally never happened in all our 4 moves before this one! I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for movers. 5 stars.

I shopped around and based on Consumer Affairs recommendation chose United Regional Vans as one of the companies to get a quote from. They were not the cheapest but I liked their process as explained to me. I spent at least a half hour doing a Facetime walk-thru with the salesperson and got the quote later that day. I selected them and signed a contract more than a month in advance and was given 3 day windows for pickup and delivery. I had been told someone would come out and do a walk thru at least a week ahead of time to give me a final quote. That never happened. I emailed the sales person I had worked with and got no response. Learned he was no longer with the company.

I would love to be able to give this great crew more than 5 stars. They were absolutely fantastic in how they organized and carried out the transfer of my things from Pittsburgh, PA to Pearland, TX. The movers I had used previously were nowhere as good in either the moving or the management of the process. Here, I could just sit back and watch as everything fell into place in the most convenient way. Very pleased with this move. Will be hiring in the future.

This company sent 3 movers to my house in Knoxville, TN to help us move to Waco, TX. The moving crew was well versed in what I would call the ‘art of moving’. I call it that because they were able to skillfully navigate the corridors and stairs of my old and new homes with amazing dexterity, all while carrying heavy and oversized loads in their arms. It was easy to tell that these were professionals who had done it many times before.

New York pretty much forced us to move with its crazy legislation and taxes. In the same way, this company pretty much forced us to hire them with their crazy deals and great service. We had hired them twice before and when we contacted them this time, they offered us a limited time promotion that saved us almost a thousand dollars off the regular price. It was the thing we needed as interstate moves are especially expensive. Their work was the same high quality despite the not high price.

I have moved over a dozen times and this was by FAR the worst experience I have ever had with a moving company. Our estimate ended up tripling and we were charged for 2,000 cu ft of stuff when the truck they put it in was physically incapable of even carrying that much. When contacting the company for information not only could they not provide details on where our stuff was they couldn't even get a hold of their own driver. In conversation with them eventually they even threatened to put our things in storage and charge us storage fees. Worst company in the nation and by far a terrible moving company.

Do not use them! Their business practices are shady and unethical. They quote you one price and you end up paying way more than that. Trying to reach them after you’ve signed with them is impossible and they use that to play dumb when it comes to asking for more money. You can’t ask to speak to a supervisor because apparently that person does not deal with customers, they deliver things that are not yours, they don’t respond if they break something that is yours. All in all, the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. I have written two complaints to the BBB in hopes to save someone else from making the same mistakes.

I did a lot of research before I picked these guys for my move from Baltimore, MD to Chicago, IL. They were the best on paper due to the way they structured their prices and the ease with which I could find information about them. The online reviews also went a long way in showing me how well they are regarded by past customers. They are just as good in person. Their work on our move was impeccable. I would hire them again.

Please do not be taken in by the Sales Estimator. He viewed my entire home on video, piece by piece and the day of pickup the estimated doubled ($8k to $15k). That's just the beginning to a very bad situation. I was told the week prior to the pickup that Lisa would call to review the items, that did not happen. The Driver would call 1 hour before arriving to pick up the load. He called 5 minutes away and did not speak English. The estimate doubled in addition to a very small truck was used to move a complete household. My Mattress ended up being strapped on the back of the truck as there was no room as well as items were not able to be taken due to the truck being too small. Wondering what my positions will look like after seeing that happen. Will the Mattress be the same as when it left my house?

It was an awesome experience hiring this crew for my move to Tennessee. They have an excellent customer service mentality, very receptive to your input and willing to go the extra mile to make sure that their customers are satisfied with the service they receive. I have never seen this level of attention to detail by a moving company before. They should be really proud of what they have created and achieved for one of the smaller firms in the industry. 5 stars.

This great company was the company that we hired to shift homes from Athens, GA to Dayton, OH. We chose them after thoroughly vetting their reviews and rates, and finding that they were one of the most well regarded movers across the country. It’s a wonder how and why they keep their prices in the median range when they are easily comparable to one of the premium standards moving companies. Of course, we aren’t complaining about that! We will hire them for all future moves.

I was pleased with the help I received from the representative of your company. He was very calming and explained everything so we could understand the process. This was our first move in 30 years. So we really needed a lot of help.

I will be moving to California next month but have had the bulk of my things transported there by this company already. They were very efficient in packing and transporting my things. The movers were nice and friendly, too. The reason I am giving these guys 5 stars is that they provide good service but their rates are more affordable than most other movers. It makes it possible for ordinary people such as me to afford quality moving without breaking the bank.

United Regions ended up being what I wanted and needed to move from New Jersey to Mississippi. Everything was perfect. They came and packed up everything that was left to pack, and they're even storing it until I find a house. I needed everything done in the same place at the same time and delivered to me when I needed it. That was perfect for this move because I'm doing this by myself for my entire family.

These guys moved us from Phoenix, AZ to Merrill, OR recently and they did a commendable job. Their movers are very well-versed with all the nitty gritty of doing things out of the box. Our old place had very tight stairwells, which made getting big items of furniture down really difficult. However, those guys had a way around everything and made short work of what we had assumed to be almost impossible. It worked out very well and I am happy to recommend them.

We were rushed to move a day early, the truck they said could not accommodate our house which they knew ahead of time because we were told that by the truck driver and the guys that packed up the home. Our first load arrived on time and the semi driver was great! The guys who loaded up our house or great too. The second order still has not arrived and it has been 30 days. Customer service is very rude, they do not return phone calls and cannot tell me any information whatsoever. Totally dissatisfied. I would never recommend them to anybody but unfortunately I did though, well before I knew they are horrible to deal with. I recommended them to the people who purchased our home. What a big mistake! Oh, and the price more than doubled from what I was originally quoted.

My wife has always insisted on hiring this company and it’s hard to argue with her when they keep doing such a fantastic job every time they are on the clock. Their prices are not the most affordable but I grudgingly have to agree that compared to almost all the other moving companies that we have tried, they are the most reliable and consistent. I’d love them even more if they were cheaper but you can’t win ‘em all! 5 stars.

You may come across a thousand moving companies but there is just one, best one. This was our third move with them and they were better than ever. We can always count on them to ensure that all our boxes are packed well (and waterproofed when required). In all these years, they have never lost a single one of our boxes nor broken anything. The office staff is pleasant and you can count on them for accurate information. I recommend them highly.

Every person that was involved in any way in our move was able to impress us with their professionalism and dedication to customer service. After taking our time looking at online reviews on sites like Trust Pilot and Consumer Affairs, we chose three different companies and called all three. All could deliver the same product and the quotes were all within the same ballpark price range.

I was moving into a new house in Florida and hired this crew to transport all the things that I could not ship via air. The process began with some supervisor coming in to make an assessment of the cost. Once I approved the quote, they gave me my preferred move date. After that, the movers arrived on the day and loaded everything as I had requested. Delivery was made within the time window I wanted. It was fast and trouble-free.

Their customer service is terrible. They didn't tell us when they were coming. The guy kept changing the time. Also, they don't keep their word. They gave me a price for the gas, 400, and when they gave me the last papers, it was almost $800. I started the contract with them with whatever they gave me. I understand the gas price went up but a contract is a contract. And they said it would take five days for them to come but then they said they have 17 days. It was past the 17 days at that point and their prices kept going up every time I booked one item on the truck.

The person we dealt with all the way through, Kobe, was great. He was very good to deal with and he was very patient. The only thing was I didn't pay close enough attention when they were packing and there were a lot of things that were boxed together that should not have been. I didn't know it until I got here. They were boxes that came to the second drop-off place and I was a little disappointed at that. Also, the pricing went up tremendously. They had to go through the lobby to an elevator up to the third floor and I believe that was the biggest reason that it went up. Other than those, the fellows that packed us out and delivered on this end were fine. Two lampshades that were probably 40 years old were shot but nothing else was broken and nothing cracked.

I was not able to be at the location during the packing because the whole process was supposed to begin on Wednesday. The driver with the truck didn't show up until after 4 o'clock on Friday. They got held up at another job site and he was the only person that showed up with a 26-foot moving truck to move a 4-bedroom house. He started the packing process when he got there on Friday and stayed for about six hours packing boxes by himself. I went over everything that I needed to come with me numerous times. I marked certain things that needed to stay because my spouse is still at that location. I showed him specifically what was not to come with me.

Updated on 09/29/2022: We used this "moving company" (known as United Nations Van Lines) in May 2022 to take us from Texas to South Carolina. They hire drivers with trucks who may or may not have their own rig and THOSE drivers round up their own "packers and movers" who may or may not have ANY experience moving. Crews, while very nice and polite, had no idea how to pack and our belongings were transferred from smaller trucks to storage facilities several times and then, finally to a driver from California who happened to show up a full week later than expected...and Customer Service had no idea where our things actually were during that time. They expressed concern until our van arrived and everything was damaged and in complete disarray. Then they got snippy. Told me to file a lawsuit and hung up on me. Save yourself a migraine and don't believe all the fake glowing reviews.

United Regions Van Lines was a well-known name so I thought that service would also remain the same, but it wasn't. I moved from Washington State to Florida. I was in a hotel room. We finally found a home. I started to call and organize the move, and it was about at least $12,000 so it was one of those things that you shop around. United Regions beat everybody's price, but not by thousands. Because of the name recognition, I chose to go with them. They have a cancellation policy to get your deposit back, which was in the amount of about four grand, but it’s within a seven-day window.

For a company that is in such business, they are always ahead of the curve. They were very quick to react at the start of the pandemic and had all their teams in full PPE gear when we hired them then. When I hired them for this move, they were one of the first to be completely compliant with the new rules in New York. The California regulations were slightly different and they informed us of them in advance, too. Very efficient and professional.

We hired this company for our move recently and it is the easiest thing to rate them 5 stars. The movers were just perfect for the job – young guys who looked like they could lift the house itself if they wanted to! However, they were very gentle with our things, packing and loading them with a lot of care. They were also punctual, arriving 20 minutes before they were due to start. Working as hard as they were, they had the job done ahead of time as well. The office staff were great at their side of things, making sure we knew what was happening and when. Coupled together, all this made for a very smooth and hassle-free move for us.

This company has the best moving crew that I have ever seen, either in the United States or any of the dozen or so countries where I have lived. They have a way about them that allows them to handle even the most complicated jobs. I recently moved to New York from Canada and the movers just across the border gave me a terrible time with my oversized things. I then hired this team to move all the very same things from New York to Atlanta, GA. They did the work without a peep, completely destroying all the silly excuses the Canadians were giving me. Doing the job is one thing, but these movers also did it quickly and without any damage to anything.

This moving company takes its reputation seriously. When you see all the positive reviews that they have received over such a long time from people all over the country, you can tell that they have an established reputation based on trust and delivering on their promises. I certainly found that to be the case when I hired them for my move. The quote they gave us when we first contacted them was just a few dollars off the final price. The pickup and delivery windows were also spot on. Apart from that, the staff at the company are pleasant to deal with. They were all very polite and helpful and made our move much easier. 5 stars.

My things were just delivered by a moving company this morning and we are still in the process of unpacking but I wanted to get this review out of the way because everything they have done thus far has been just infallible. The movers were so careful with all our things when they were packing and loading that it’s totally expected that everything we have opened until now is in perfect shape. They were also very friendly while they were working at our place. It was great to have such a cool, pleasant atmosphere amidst all the chaos of moving. This move was an eye opener on how good pro movers actually are, and we are open to hiring them again in the future.

I had the pleasure of hiring this team to handle my move from Richmond, VA to Jacksonville, FL last month. This 5 star rating and review is a direct result of the fantastic job that they did. The job was pretty minor – my old place was a 2 bedroom apartment in Virginia and the new place is a penthouse in Florida. I am single so most of the things were just art pieces and my tech equipment. The movers were very careful with everything because they realized the value, but also because they are good movers. I am very pleased with the professionalism they showed in moving my things. This was my first move living on my own and I think it went perfectly.

5 stars. It is a wonder how huge the difference is when you hire a good moving company as opposed to a budget option. In my last move, I had gone for the cheaper options that seemed to be reliable on the surface. It was a disaster. Having learned my lesson, I only chose between reliable companies this time, and this was the one that won out over the others. Of course, we ended up having to spend quite a bit more than we had spent before, but I would trade the reliability for the savings in cash any day. Heck, you could even end up paying more with broken things and ‘extra charges’ with some of the cheaper companies.

This crew deserves this 5 star review. They were just perfect in the move that they did for us. We were moving our 4 bedroom house in San Antonio, TX to a penthouse in Monterey, CA. I had never moved interstate before so the logistics were just too huge to handle on my own. This moving company came highly recommended from a number of our friends, some who had used them to move to TX and others who had moved from there. The consensus was that this was one of the best movers out there. I have to say that the cost was slightly higher than I had initially anticipated. If you are okay with paying a price for quality, this company should be your choice.

We hired these professionals for our move from Oregon to Texas, which meant packing up everything from our old duplex and transporting it all the way to our new standalone home. The moving and packing was pretty tedious and so we decided to get the full package where the movers handled that aspect as well. The team made up of 3 people was very good and they packed up everything so quickly it was hard to believe. It wasn’t rushed, though, just very talented people applying the skills they had learned on the job. We have unpacked already and can confirm that they did not damage anything along the way. I think the price we paid was well worth the service.

I have finally come across a moving company as good and reliable as this after hunting for a long time. They tick all the boxes – they are polite, punctual and actual professional movers. I chose them after deliberating between 3 companies, 2 of which are huge international names. The reason we went with them was their affordability but their attention to detail also played a part. The customer service people on the phone for other companies were not as responsive as this team. If they can be like that at the start, why would I entrust my entire house to them, right? Of course, now that the move is done, it’s proven that we made the right choice.

My thanks to the entire team at this wonderful company who were involved in our move. We were shifting our 3 bedroom house in Montgomery, AL to a bigger 3 bedroom house in Cleveland, OH after the arrival of our new baby. That meant a lot of fragile stuff that had to be disassembled at our old place, packed and loaded, and then reassembled at the new house. The movers did it all with ease and you could really tell they were pros. They were also friendly and polite I am very glad that we chose them and I will be recommending them to my friends as well. We are very happy with our move so it’s 5 stars from us.

Truck supposed to be there 3/18. They were 4 hours late, overcharged, several things missing, most valuables broken or damaged, didn't arrive at new address until 4/10, had never agreed to put in warehouse or storage, items were put into 2 Enterprise rental trucks, paid for more cubic feet than was used. Had to live with nothing but what was packed for two days, floors, walls and kitchen cabinets damaged when unloaded from truck at new house etc, etc, etc! Worst experience of my entire life. I would rate them at at least a negative 10!! We checked with the BBB beforehand and they were rated an a+. Checked after all done and a flashing this company is not BBB accredited flashed up!! Would only accept postal money orders for payments... Bad bad business. Too many pictures to post!

I have been looking for a moving company like this one and am so glad that we finally found them. They are the only movers that I have come across who go out of their way to do things like the customer wants instead of trying to force the customer to accept the way they want things done. We were very anxious that our fragile collection of mini sculptures were transported using our own boxes (but packed by the movers). They agreed and we supervised the process, and nothing was broken either during that phase or during delivery. Our hope is that other companies will learn from this company and understand that people know their own things better. I would hire them again.

I am ecstatic! Nice company, that managed to complete our move from Georgia to Virginia despite a last-minute booking and did so without any fuss. Even more to the point, they did it without causing any damage to any of our things. I am not surprised that the rates were a little higher since it was a rushed job but it was still cheaper than some of the crazy prices other companies were quoting us. We also loved that the movers were on time with the delivery – the whole reason for the rush was for my husband to take a job in Virginia and the timely delivery made it very convenient. We will plan better next time but we will still hire them!

We were recommended this wonderful team by a couple of our old neighbors from New York who had hired them to move there in the last year. I am glad that in our experience, they were just as good and as thorough as our friends had reported. Firstly, I liked that they used quality packing materials instead of the cheap China-made stuff. It may seem like a small difference but it makes a huge impact when things go wrong and something drops. While all our boxes were delivered in perfect condition, it was nice to know that they were well protected along the way. I must also mention that the movers were very pleasant. We are happy to have hired them.

Yes, I have used about a dozen companies but no, I have never come across one as reliable as these professional guys. Their prices may not be the lowest but that is only because they do not cut corners. You will see a lot of part-time staff working for other moving companies but these guys have their own team of full-time professionals. It shows in their work, both in the way that they handle and carry heavy items, but also in how they interact with customers. I was pleasantly surprised that the movers took the time to ask and listen to our wishes before they started. If this is how they operate, I will be sure to hire them again.

This moving company was the first moving company I hired ages ago and I remembered them when I decided to move homes from Denver, CO to Sacramento, CA. Sure, the prices have gone up since my last time but I was happy to note that their prices are in line with the rest of the moving companies. They were on time for the loading, and did a good job making sure that everything was secured and protected before being put in the truck. All my boxes and other things were delivered without a single scratch. I give them 5 stars, just like last time!

I hired this perfect moving company to move my restaurant from New Jersey to North Carolina because they did a great job in helping my parents move homes last year. I was initially a bit skeptical because the best home movers may not be any good at moving commercial premises. They had a guy come down and speak to me and after that conversation, it became clear that they knows what it is doing, regardless of what they have to move. The man knew all the ins and outs of moving large items, how to secure them for the trip and how to reassemble them at the destination. It seems they got an expert to handle the job. I am very happy to recommend them.

We were moving from Atlanta, GA to Chicago, IL – 4 bedroom house and 3 kids as well as 2 pets – and hired this great company to do the job. We settled on them after a really long search process that involved asking for quotes from about a dozen different companies, and then calling each of them up and clarifying the fees and charges, terms and conditions, etc. We found them to be the most open with their price structure and very forthcoming with their detailed answers. That gave us the confidence to hire them and they have lived up to the trust we put in them. I am very happy to recommend them to others. I would also hire this company again.

While I have used several different movers over the past 10 or so years, this is the first time that I feel confident enough with a company’s performance to hire the same one again. This prof company was the perfect moving partner - very clear with their prices and terms, completely transparent about additional costs, and 100 percent reliable with their timings for pickup and delivery. Even better, the moving team of three men was very friendly and open to instructions from us. They made the whole move go by without a hitch. I do find this company to be slightly on the expensive side but I will put up with that if they keep up with the great work they do.

I don’t usually write reviews but the performance and care that we received from this company definitely deserves to be commended. They were extremely helpful right from the start when we were trying to decide on which package to buy for our move. Their team assisted us in choosing the one that would be the cheapest as well as the most convenient. On moving day, the truck came right on time and the men got straight to the job. They were very precise in how they handled big and bulky objects and made sure not to damage what they were carrying nor the house itself. Our consignment was delivered right on time and in perfect condition. We couldn’t be happier.

I have been hiring professional movers for many years but never has the experience been as good as it was this time with these guys. I will forever remember the smiling faces of the friendly moving team but more importantly than that, I will remember the great work that they did. My wife and I were so happy that such great care was taken to handle things that the movers did not own. This company has become our ad hoc family mover over the past few years. That is the result of their great work and positive attitude - they always seem to be able to find a solution that works for us when there is an issue and manage to do so without adding crazy additional costs. This time, they helped me move from Baltimore, MD to Orlando, FL. Punctual as always, the moving crew completed the job right on time in Baltimore. Delivery in Orlando was made a full day ahead of schedule. Whichever way you look at it, this is a company that may be more expensive than the average but it provides a service that is with every cent. I recommend them.

I have always felt that I had made a good choice when I hired this moving company before and this time was no different. They, as usual, put in a lot of effort into making sure that every item they handled was safe from impact and remained dry during the journey. No surprises then that all our things were delivered safe and sound so we could not be happier. I should also add that the movers and office sales team are very polite and great at their respective jobs. From all our interactions with them, I would say that this was not just a job handled very professionally but also very empathetically. I would hire them again for sure. 5 stars.

I'm sorry that I had to give them a one star but I can't submit a review without marking something. I am stunned that Consumer Affairs put these people on the top of their list, which is one of the reasons I went with this moving company. I paid dearly for a full pack. I was assured that this firm had their own trucks and that they would furnish an experienced crew. Everything had to go into storage beginning mid-Nov and could not be delivered until mid-February. I am a seasoned mover from the west coast to the east coast and back, 26 times with only 2 corporate moves. One item alone I moved 18 times in Oregon and California, without a glitch. One move from these people there are two large breaks and numerous chips.

I was not happy with the handling of my furniture and items. I watched One of the movers Ram my Curio grandmother clock, made of glass and wood in a box so hard it ripped the side of the box. They broke a mirror and chairs. That’s just the beginning. I moved 18 times in my adult life and this move was not good at all.

Our move was simple because it was just a small 2 bedroom apartment moving from Atlanta, GA to Dallas, TX. Regardless of the simplicity, we chose this movers since they have a very good reputation for handling jobs of all sizes well. Their expertise is to be marveled at – the movers know the quickest and safest way to move anything, no matter how big or small. We were happy to see that the movers were very polite, too, just like the phone support people.

Would never use again. I received absolutely no advance notice prior to arrival of my furniture, even though it was a trip of almost 900 miles, just a call notifying me the truck was at the destination. The company representative said they had tried to call me, but my call log for the entire week between pick up and delivery indicates that is not true. It DOES reflect the two calls I made to United the day before their arrival (at which time they couldn't provide me with any delivery information) AND a voicemail from them that they were checking the status.

That’s the end of my hunt for the best moving company in the business! They managed to do a better job in every sense than any other moving companies that I have hired before. Their most appealing feature is the reasonable pricing. Most companies of this size charge way more for the same kind of service. I think the quality you get is just right given that the movers are better trained and seem more ‘expert’. I will hire again.

DO NOT USE UNITED NATION VAN LINES! RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN. YOU WILL NOT GET VALUE FOR YOUR MONEY!! We recently made an interstate move (about 450 miles). We had the horrible misfortune of hiring United Nation Van Lines. First, they used a bait and switch tactic. The salesperson asked us to identify each and every piece of furniture. When we tried to give him dimensions, he would not wait for us to measure, saying it didn't matter. He would not allow us time to count boxes. When we told him we had forgotten our patio furniture and a barbecue, he didn't want to start the process over, & he said, "They'll be included in the final estimate." Using our list of every other single piece of furniture in our home, he estimated about 2000 cubic feet and a price of around $11,000.

Moving is always a nightmare and that is why you need to hire a company like this one who can keep the extra drama to a minimum. I have been hiring this company to handle all my home moves as well the transfer of my office for precisely that reason. They are one of the most professional companies in any line of business that I have had the pleasure to work with. I hope that I will get to extend this client-business relationship for many years into the future. (This move was my 3 bedroom penthouse in Alabama to a 4 bedroom house in Maryland).

I had a hard time deciding whether to use these people for my move or another company that I have used before. The main reason was that while the other company was cheaper, they were also slightly haphazard with their execution of the 2 moves they have done for us. On the other hand, this one seems to have only glowing reviews from hundreds of customers over many years. Catch was their higher price. I bit the bullet and hired them anyway and am glad for it. They did a great job, much superior to the old movers and worth the price difference.

I recommend them to anyone who will listen. They have been doing the moves for our small real estate company for a few years but this time, I was retired and moving myself from Charleston, SC to Allentown, PA. They gave me a special rate because I am such an old and regular customer so that was very kind of them – they didn’t have to. I am very happy with how well the movers spoke and interacted with us. Very kind and polite. I hope that I will get a chance for another wonderful move with these excellent people. 5 stars.

I had a very nice experience with this moving company. They were very courteous with our entire family, including my elderly parents. Their work just cannot be faulted. The team arrives ahead of time and calls ahead to inform you. They do their work quietly and don’t waste any time. When it comes to handling even the biggest and heaviest objects, they take an extraordinary amount of care. Despite that, they still work quickly enough to finish within the allocated time. I really couldn’t find a complaint to make about them even when I wracked my brain. A 5 star moving experience.

I have used many companies that promised me the world for a lower price. I learned my lesson the right way that any moving company that offers you crazy bargains should not be trusted. This company may be a slight bit pricier than the average moving company but they are much more professional and capable than the other companies that we can compare them to. I suggest that you don’t make the same mistake I did and look only for low prices – look for balance off quality for money. I am wiser for my mistakes and hope my review helps.

I have never felt comfortable using professional movers because it seems odd to me to hand over everything I own to people I don’t know at all. However, I was forced to do exactly that when I was moving from Queens, NY to Manteo, NC recently. I asked all my friends and family for recommendations and this company quickly became a leading candidate. I called them up and they filled me with confidence with their open and helpful attitude. I did not mind paying their slightly higher price because it put my mind at ease to know professionals were handling the job.

We got a very good team of movers who did not waste time and got straight to working on the job. Their hard work was done very fast but they did not take shortcuts to do so. Instead, I found their way of working to be very careful and very respectful of all our things. I am also so happy with the service I received. 5 stars. Thank you!

This was another move very well executed by good people, one of the moving companies that you can trust. I have hired them several times and know from experience that they are one of the best in the business. The most impressive part of the operation is the consistently great performance. I also appreciate the fact that they have kept their prices reasonably low despite the crazy inflation that we are seeing all around. My move was from Baltimore, MD to Douglas, GA (2 bedroom houses at both locations) and they handled it with ease. I would easily recommend this company.

I was rather impulsive about my choice to use movers and called a few of them up about 2 weeks before the day I intended to move. Of the 7 companies that I called, I only shortlisted 2 because of how they spoke and how genuine the operator sounded. I finally decided to go with this great guys because they answered my questions most satisfactorily. They were able to give the date and time slot I wanted, too. The movers were nice enough, doing the job quietly and efficiently. I am quite pleased with the result and might hire them again.

Of all the times that my arm had to break, it was right before I was scheduled to move to a new state and a new job. I was forced to hire movers which was an extra but necessary expense. Fortunately, the movers I hired were recommended to me by a close friend. She had used them several times before and swears by them. I was very happy with the performance I got and also with the reasonable price that I was charged. Although the move was a pretty small one (Indiana to Pennsylvania), I can see that it is a very good moving company.

Some of my best memories have been of moving houses myself but since I am getting older (and earning enough to), I decided to hire pro movers for this move. I was moving from Dallas, TX to San Jose, CA and needed them to just handle the actual moving part – I am pretty adept at packing, etc. so I did it all myself. The movers arrived on the dot and they finished loading up all the boxes from my 3 bedroom house within 3 hours. My things were delivered to my house in California right on the dot as well. Perfect.

I highly recommend this moving company because I am so pleased with their work after they were recommended to me. The main thing that stood out from their performance was the almost obsessive commitment to doing things on time. They always call ahead and always arrive early. The movers work hard when they are on the clock and always finish ahead of time. I used them for 3 separate moves within the space of three weeks and their performance was consistently excellent. While they are not the cheapest option, I would say that they are worth what they charge.

I think I made a mistake every time I hired a moving company that wasn’t like this one. They have been the only movers who were able to follow all my instructions to the ‘T’ and do so without kicking up a stink. The movers were very accommodating – they listened to my instructions for how I wanted my fragile contents handled and did an excellent job of following through. I am also very pleased with their sales manager who helped to coordinate the whole move. She was very professional and part of the reason for this favorable review. 5 star performance.

My first impression of this company was perfect. When I took a closer look at the difference in the packages, it became obvious that they charge what they do for a valid reason. Included in our package was high-quality packing material and tape, as well as a guarantee that if the things we declared didn’t change, the price would be the same, too. That was reassuring to know since we have been duped by other movers before. Well worth the cost. 5 stars.

It was a pleasure hiring United Nation Van Lines because they gave me better value for money than any other moving company that I have hired. Most movers have very basic packages advertised but it surprised me that United Nation Van Lines’ ad included packaging stuff like packing boxes and securing tape, etc. That is why their package may give the impression that it is more expensive but when you look closer, it is actually a better balance of quality and cost. The movers also did a good job of earning my trust with their easygoing attitude and open attitude. It had also been the same with the office team with whom we had spoken. I am very pleased that I hired them and would do so again.

The company caused thousands of dollars in damage. The driver opened the back of the truck and it was bad, the stacking was all over the truck. I asked the driver if he loaded it and he stated "NO" but when asked where the gun cabinet was he stated "in the front". The driver offloaded the truck into the driveway in the rain and left it there as his load help just left. I had to call the Sheriff's Office to respond as he tried to leave without moving the furniture and boxes into the house. There is a lot of damage that has been documented by video and photos and an attorney has been contacted for assistance due to what had happen and them leaving a Disabled Veteran with one leg to load what he could into the house as he was not doing it. I do not and will not ever recommend this company and the service was the worst that I had ever had to deal with as no one from the company would answer the phone or call back after numerous attempts to contact them

I have been searching for a moving company like United Nation Van Lines all my life! Here, finally, I have found movers who can do what they claim and within the time frame that they quote me. Best of all, it was all done at a very reasonable price. My first interaction with them was at my brother’s place when he was moving to Georgia. I saw that the men were very capable and took a lot of care. I asked him for their number when I made plans to move from Macon, GA to Levittown, PA. He recommended them highly himself and said that he had used them several times, all with excellent results. I am happy to join the club. 5 stars.

I would hire United Nation Van Lines again just for the great moving crew they have. However, they also have an admin team in the office that is just as good. I think this move from Seattle, WA to Henderson, NV that they handled was better than any other move that I have had done in the past. And it is all thanks to the people that make up this company. Everybody that I had an opportunity to interact with was so friendly and professional. They knew their aspect of the job and were ready to share the information with me when I asked. The movers were just fantastic – they delivered everything without a single scratch. I am happy to recommend them. 5 stars.

I was a bit nervous about my move because we had given away a lot of the original packaging for our electronics and appliances for recycling. When we explained that to the admin team at United Nation Van Lines, they said that the movers would take it all in their stride. On moving day, they came with extra hard packaging, lots of packing peanuts, and even these felt draping blankets that apparently help to absorb impact as well as prevent scratches from things knocking together. All our fragile items got the royal treatment, protected from all sides with soft impact resistant material. I can say that for sure because it was all delivered in exactly the same condition as it was packed. 5 stars.

United Nation Van Lines quoted us one price and charged us another. We asked the reason for that but nobody could give us an answer. It started out great with the rep then when they switched coordinator, it went downhill from that. When we got there to do the move, the driver wouldn't pick up the load unless we paid him $11,000 more than what they had quoted. We ended up paying the extra money for the move that we hadn't planned on. Additionally, stuff were broken. We called back to the coordinator and tried to get the paperwork for the damaged goods but couldn't get a resolution on that either. Nothing turned out the way it was supposed to.

Just great people at United Nation Van Lines who take their jobs seriously and love their clients. I was reluctant to hire them since I wanted to save money but I am glad my husband convinced me (partly to save his back, of course!). The move itself was nothing complicated – just a 2 bedroom apartment in Chicago, IL being moved to a 2 bedroom house in Colorado. The United Nation Van Lines office team was fantastic. We had a slight issue with United Nation Van Lines at the start but I am still giving them 5 stars because they worked to resolve it as soon as I raised the issue. That said, please note that United Nation Van Lines gives premium service but at a slightly higher price point that most other movers in their category. Would I still hire them next time? Heck, yeah! The way in which they eagerly helped me when they could have just brushed it aside tells me that this a company worth its price. If you are looking for a bargain, go elsewhere, if you need excellence, hire United Nation Van Lines.

This is the first time that I am writing a review and for good reason, too. NO other company has given me the service that I can truly be impressed with until United Nation Van Lines. I never expected a moving company would be the one that showed me that customer service can still be a priority ahead of making money today. United Nation Van Lines was extremely thorough and professional, both when they spoke to me on the phone or via email, and when they interacted with me in person. I was able to get premium service from a seemingly ordinary company. I highly recommend United Nation Van Lines.

I am very happy with United Nation Van Lines for moving us from Colorado to California. They started off with a quote based on my detailed description of my belongings over the phone, after which they sent me a document to confirm. That impressed me because it put on paper a quote based on my own words and the price that they set. It was no surprise, of course, that they charged me exactly that price at the end. This very open and systematic approach to the cost is what the entire industry needs. I am very happy to recommend them for their honesty.

United Nation Van Lines’s main appeal for me is the speed at which they work. Despite being so fast (this time they had my 4 bedroom house in Charlotte, NC packed and ready to go within 6 hours), they still ensure that your things are not damaged either during packing and loading or in transit. I have hired them three times before and the work is always consistently good. I hope I will be able to use them again if I need to move from my new home in Harrisburg, PA. I strongly recommend them to my friends and family. You should give them a try.

Was lied to about free month storage, overcharged $5,000 over quote received three weeks after my deliver date. Rude deliver driver a lot of broken items like glass in China hutch, total destroyed a antic dining room table, big hole in top of almost new couch, missing items. This was a move from Idaho to Oregon about 600 miles, should have been easy but was a nightmare

A 5 star job by United Nation Van Lines. They were the company I hired to move my family from our 3 bedroom home in New Jersey to our new house in Tennessee. The customer service manager was very responsive to all my queries, either answering them right away or calling me back when he didn’t have the info in front of him. People like that give you the confidence to entrust a company with all your belongings in your house. The moving staff was good, too. They were early to arrive and went straight to work. All our things were delivered safely and that’s most important.

United Nation Van Lines should be at the top of your list if you want a hassle-free move. I hired them for a pretty significant move, from OK to CA and was really concerned that they may mix up my boxes or break something. The customer service team explained their basics to me and the movers showed me their care procedures that ensure everything is kept safe for the entire journey. That set my mind at ease but so did their attitude of taking the time and effort to explain things to me. My boxes arrived as scheduled and damage-free. I rate my move 5 stars.
