Mobility123 is an excellent company. The guy who came out gave me an estimate and his knowledge of the product, as well as price, were the reasons why we purchased a stairlift from them. The installation was effortless. The guy was here for two hours. He showed us everything when he was done. Mobility123 is a great company, from the initial phone call till they were done. I bought another one for my sister's house because they were such a good company.

The sales visit was impressive, and the installation team worked efficiently and professionally. It's only been about a month since I began using the stair lift, so while it's performing well at this time, a more thorough evaluation might be possible in another six months.
In terms of impact, the stair lift has been a significant improvement for our household, particularly aiding my mother who suffers from knee issues. It has enhanced her mobility greatly, solving many difficulties we faced before. From start to finish, the service experience with Mobility 123 was smooth, and I can confidently praise their customer care and professional handling.
Currently, I don't see any areas for improvement, and I would definitely recommend them based on our experience so far.

My experience with the quality of their product has been very positive; it's been functioning well since installation. The installation process was smooth and hassle-free. The team did an excellent job cleaning up after themselves, unlike other experiences I've had where there's usually some mess left behind. The Mobility 123 rep I spoke to was exceptionally friendly, which helped seal the deal for me. During the installation process, everything went smoothly. The team was quick and friendly, leaving me with no complaints at all.
Comparing it to a previous stair chair we had, this one seems slightly less sturdy and not as smooth, possibly because it’s more suited for lighter individuals like my mom. Despite this, there's no issue with the chair itself—it's just a different experience from what we had before.
Price-wise, I was very satisfied. The overall customer service from Mobility 123 was excellent—definitely a 5-star experience for me. The staff who came were polite and thorough with their explanations. It's important for my mom's mobility, and I'm happy we went with Mobility 123.

We did research on the internet and I put in a request for a call back from Mobility123. I was expecting a long wait. They said that they could be out next week but were out within a few days. It was a quick turnaround time. We picked the type and knew we wanted to go with them. Installation was very smooth. There was an installer and he was training somebody. The installer was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He also took the time and we did not feel rushed. It was a very good experience all around and everything is 100% working.
We got a stairlift that goes straight up and down the stairs for my mom. It seems sturdy and she likes using it. It's easy to use and the manufacturing looks good. There's also a lot of safeties built into the stairlift. All in all, it’s been positive with Mobility123. You couldn't pick a better company to install a stairlift in an expedited amount of time.

When I did an internet search, I found Mobility123. I didn't consider other companies because when I called, the salesperson I spoke with was really convincing and helpful. I decided to purchase a stair lift for my mother and the installation went smoothly. Although I wasn't there personally, my sister, who was present, said the installers were punctual, friendly, and efficient.
The stair lift has been functioning well and we're pleased with its performance. It has brought a lot of convenience and safety to my mother's mobility at home. I have no additional feedback for Mobility123, but overall, our experience has been very positive, and I would certainly recommend them to others.

I stumbled upon Mobility123, probably through a quick Google search. I went through some reviews, made a few calls, and realized they could install the chair lift I needed swiftly, at competitive pricing. Their quick availability won me over. The chair lift itself is perfect for its intended function. However, I rented the remote, and it's less than satisfactory. The remote often requires adjusting the batteries, which can be annoying. Thankfully, the lift has a button to operate it when someone isn't in the chair.
It fits reasonably well into the stairwell, folding up nicely without blocking the way. One limitation, though, is my mother's inability to operate everything via remote. She had a stroke and was very independent before. Now, if the chair isn't set up when she's alone—meaning the chair and foot panel down—she needs assistance. That's a safety concern for her, having to lean down and set it herself.
Mobility123 delivered precisely what was promised and on time, which was a crucial factor for me. Everyone I've interacted with has been helpful, making the experience even better. The chair lift greatly impacts my mother’s life, allowing her to navigate stairs independently post-stroke, contributing significantly to her quality of life by having access to different parts of our home. Overall, it keeps her integrated into family life.

I urgently needed a solution to assist my mother after she suffered a bad fall. Mobility123 came to my rescue when another company couldn't install a stair lift for three weeks, which was too long for our immediate needs. I needed to get her in and out of my house, which has five steps at the front.
The prompt response from Mobility123 was impressive. After speaking with them on a Monday, they measured the space on Tuesday and completed the installation by Wednesday. This quick turnaround was critical for us, given the circumstances.
We installed the stair lift for the porch and added a ramp in the garage for the shorter climb of two steps. I found the quality of the stair lift quite satisfactory.
Overall, my experience with Mobility123 was positive as they addressed our needs efficiently in such a short timeframe.

I hired Mobility123 to set up a chairlift at my parents' house. My brother recommended them, so I went with their service. Although I am not personally using the chairlift, my father, who uses it, reports that everything is functioning well so far. We haven't encountered any issues with the quality of the product or the installation process.
During the consultation and sales visit, everything proceeded smoothly. Based on my father’s feedback, I would rate the chairlift a 5, as everything seems satisfactory for him. It’s reassuring to know it’s working well for his needs.

I recently purchased a stairlift from Mobility 123 due to spinal stenosis. My sister-in-law recommended them. The entire process was smooth; Julianne at the office was wonderful, and the installation team did a great job. Despite having a little issue where it makes a noise like it's off track when reversing at the top of the stairs, I still love the product.
This stairlift has significantly impacted my life, allowing me to sleep in my own bed again. It was installed very quickly, the day after I decided to purchase it. My mother, who is 84 and still works full-time, also appreciates the device as it makes it safer and easier for her to move items upstairs. The purchase was definitely worth it, and I would tell anyone considering it not to hesitate; they won't regret it. I'm really happy I purchased it.

We gave a very good review of Mobility 123 based upon our sales and installation experience. Since then (December 2024) we learned that Mobility 123 does not provide after hours service, that means you can go a whole night or weekend without access to your up/downstairs bathrooms and bedrooms. This is unacceptable for persons in need. For this reason I cannot recommend Mobility 123. This is too bad because otherwise they have been a good company.
We appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts, and we’re sorry to hear that our service availability didn’t meet your expectations. While we do provide service Monday through Saturday, we also have a 24-hour answering service and emergency call triage to connect customers with a technician for after-hours troubleshooting and support. Our goal is to get someone on-site the same day or the next business day when needed.
That said, we understand how critical accessibility is, and we always encourage customers to reach out so we can assist as quickly as possible. While no stairlift provider offers true 24-hour on-site service, we do our best to resolve issues promptly and provide guidance over the phone when immediate assistance is required.

My chairlift is 25yrs. When it failed to move, I called a competitor & was treated badly because I didn't purchase it from them. I contacted Mobility 123 who immediately made arrangements for repair. The repairman, Zack, placed new batteries but it still wasn't working. He recommended I contacted the sales division & again, very courteous & professional, Julianne, arranged for an installation within 2 days. Brayan came & installed the new chairlift He was friendly & cleaned up after he was done. As an 83yr old with a bad hip, that lives in a 2nd floor condo, I am in love with all Mobility 123's employees, services & my new chairlift ! To Mobility 123 thank you. I recently found out about Mobility123 through the Consumer Affairs website. I have mobility issues due to my bad knees and wanted to find a solution other than surgery. I purchased a Bruno model stair lift from Mobility123, and it's been wonderful. The lift is effective in getting me up and down the stairs. I specifically chose the manual collapsing front end after speaking with a representative who advised it might be more reliable than the electronic option. The stair lift has been a great apparatus for me and my 16-year-old Shih-Tzu, who can no longer climb stairs.
The performance of the stair lift is outstanding. It has significantly improved my quality of life, allowing me to live in my two-story house without needing to compromise my lifestyle. It's facilitated my ability to remain comfortable in my home without having to consider other living arrangements like a senior house.

I needed to find something to get for my dad quickly and Mobility123 was the quickest one that I found online. The installers weren't super clean when they installed the unit. It would have been nice if they were a bit cleaner, but at the end of the day, the installation was very easy and they worked very easily. We rented ones that were used, so they didn't come with a manual or any information other than what the two gentlemen showed us when they were here, but they're self-explanatory.
The unit is working very well, but from a technical standpoint, it's very easy to hit the button where people move it. It's the button that makes it go like the gas pedal when stepping on it is right where people put their hand to brace themselves. It's very difficult not to start the gas when they're not really seated. My dad has working Alzheimer's and he doesn't know not to touch it.
A younger person might be more aware, but if someone had an elder patient who was over 65 and less flexible, it's very difficult for them not to push the button that makes the unit move unaccidentally. They're gonna hit it no matter what just by the nature of how they sit down and touch it. In the future, that would be something I would tell a client when they're selling the unit. That would have been helpful to know where that button was. I would never ever thought to ask.

I purchased a stairlift from Mobility123 because they're local. It was expensive but the product is very good. It functions well and we haven't had any problems. You can fold the seat up, fold the foot up, and fold the arms up and walk right past it. It was for my brother who had a leg amputated, so he could get up and down the stairs.

I'm very comfortable with the chairlift I got through Mobility123. It has an armrest and a seat belt. It's there in case we do need it in the future. During the sales visit, the rep measured. Delivery and installation were quick. The only issue I had was I wasn't aware of how tight the stairlift was gonna be on one of the stairs, but we're managing with it though. It was a lot of money for what was installed. I didn't expect it to be that much.

Everything that I've done with Mobility123 was top-notch. The presentation was over the phone and I got two stairlifts. One goes straight up to a platform and then another one going up the other way. At the most, installation took three hours, and the gentleman who installed the stairlifts was able to any questions I had. I was amazed how quickly they were able to install the stairlifts and we were able to use them.

We got a chairlift from Mobility123. Their price was very good. They had good reviews too. I felt that they were a better choice for us with what we were looking for. Julianne, the rep I worked with, was wonderful. She was very responsive. She sent someone to do the measuring and he was the same person that came to do the installation. When I called for any questions, I was immediately able to get ahold of her. Communication was very good. The stairlift was exactly what we were looking for. My husband has a mobility issue and he couldn't climb the stairs. And it was very difficult. I would have to boost him up and now it gives him independence.

I recently sold my home and I had been there for 21 years. And there's Mobility123 there. When I moved to my new home, I continued to use them. The reps who came out were very nice. They explained everything well, how it would be installed and how much space it would take up. Originally in the first home, I had purchased them for my mother and my mother-in-law. Now, they have since passed. And the advantage of that was they were able to come and visit me. Without that, they wouldn't have been able to visit me. In my new home, I have a sister that needs to have a lift chair. So I have them put in my new home so that she would be able to come and visit me as well.
Also, at my old home, it was great for me because my kitchen was on the second floor. It's a house that was on the water. It was on pylons. So when you opened the front door, you had 17 steps to get up. So it worked great for groceries. Also in getting my laundry from the second floor to the third floor. I figured as I age, I will most likely need them also in my new home.

My experience with Mobility 123 was good. We didn't get any forms. But we are happy with the mobility chair. Only one suggestion is they should put some living voicemail or a commentary on how to use the chair. It's difficult to handle and to use the chair, especially for a senior citizen like me. The rate was also a little high. It can be a little lower by 20%. But the rep and the installation were very good.

When I bought a starlit from Mobility123, their rep came in and measured. It was a quick and good visit. The installation was very quick, too. Then, I called them and they removed the stairlift. I called Mobility and they told me how much the stairlift was and when they were gonna come get it, and that was what they did. The installation was good. It didn't take them very long. There was one problem that my son was a little concerned about because a couple of the screws were not tightened, and he had to tighten them up.

My wife has MLTSS insurance through Horizon and the representative recommended Mobility123 and gave them my number to call me. They were very helpful. I only used the stairlift a couple of times to test it since my wife is in a care center because I had surgery and she isn’t home yet but the quality seems excellent. The guy who installed it was 300 pounds and he tested the stairlift. It brought him up and down with no problem. So, it seems very sturdy and well-built. My wife is fully disabled and I'll be able to get her into the shower instead of just giving her sponge baths in bed. It'll also help my mother if she wants to come downstairs to go through some of her stuff. She's 82 so it's harder for her to get up and down the stairs and now, she'll be able to. So, it'll help both of their lives tremendously.

My mom fell down the stairs and she was in the ICU. So we rushed into getting a stairlift and we got one from Mobility123. We've only had it for a month now and there are certain features that we have some questions about. The quality is well but the stairlift takes up most of the stairs. It seems flimsy, too. When we first got it, it was pretty quiet as it went up and down the stairs. But now, it's got this screeching sound and it's very loud.
The other thing is, my mom has got a fear now after falling down the stairs, so when she's at the top of the stairs, the way the seat turns doesn't feel safe. The belt should be more available. It's too far back for her to reach and she's only 4'11. So, just reaching over, is difficult for her. Aside from that, going into the chair is comfortable but getting out of it is scary once you're at the top of the stairs because the chair wobbles.
Besides those features, the chair is accessible, beneficial, and convenient to have. It helps with my mom not having to climb up the stairs. We also use it as a dumb waiter for heavy things that she cannot carry up and down and the stairs. The remote is wonderful, too. We're renting the stairlift right now with the option to purchase and we know my mom is going to need to purchase it. We're paying $100 a month for the rental, because I paid everything cash upfront, and with the six months, they'll use whatever we use for the rental towards the purchase of what we already have here. But we need to upgrade it. Her turning the chair is what's bringing on the anxiety and if the chair would turn on its own, that what would be more feasible and safer.
Other than that, the service from Mobility123 was very nice and they were very communicative. The gentleman who came here to give me the feedback of everything was very knowledgeable. I've also wanted to know about getting a shower, because we're going to need that as well, but I have not heard back from them on that. Their website also needs to be more informative for the people who are ignorant to the device. I'm a nurse practitioner and these are things that, moving forward, I need to be able to educate my patients on as far as the mobility and people who have two-storey homes.

With my stairlift from Mobility 123, I can go up and down without any problem. The price was on the higher side, but within what we found with other dealers. The installers were great too. They did a very nice job putting it in and it runs really well. I love it. We've only had it for a couple of days, but the day that they put it in, my wife twisted her knee and she couldn't get up and down the stairs. It was a lifesaver from the day they put it in.

The actual negotiation and transaction process was very professional and well done by the young lady at Mobility123. Almost 100% of what I did in this transaction was done either over the phone or it was internet email notes. There was only one time that a gentleman came here for five minutes to take measurements, and the same gentleman came back a few days later to do the installation which went very well. It only took two hours and he was done. I've learned what the stairlift's features are and how to deal with them. I'm very satisfied.

Mobility123 was the first one that I called. I wanted a particular one for a particular time and they didn't have that item. So it took longer than I had anticipated. When I first started with them, it said that they could have it done in 24 hours, which is what I wanted, and it didn't happen that way. I had to wait a few days. But the people who took the orders were very nice on the phone and explained everything. But Mobility did not deliver the right item so when the people came to install the chairlift, they had to leave to pick up the right item. They didn't measure correctly. But the installers did their job. They knew what they were doing and they came at the time that they said they would. I didn't have to call in for anything. They took care of all of that.
The chairlift was supposed to be for my mother but she only used it once and she was fine with it. I've used it several times and I like having the remote. I have one upstairs and another one downstairs. The only thing is, I didn't expect the noise as the chairlift was coming up and down the stairs. It sounds like when you are on a ski chairlift and it goes through the middle pole and it does a cranking sound the whole way up or down. When I'm sitting on it, I think it's going to break.

The installation of a Bruno stairlift in my home was the most expeditious home improvement project I have experienced. Calls and e-mails to Mobility123 (MB) were answered quickly and completely by Julianne. Within days, I had reviewed all the product specs and decided on a product. Julianne explained the steps which included an MB visit to my home to take measurements and collect a down payment; the installation of a dedicated electrical outlet for the stairlift; and the actual stairlift installation. These steps all happened on schedule. Having now used my new stairlift for a few days, I am satisfied that the stairlift was installed properly and is performing as promised. Everywhere I went was advertised, "You can do an elevator, a lift, or stairs, whatever, in three days." But once they step in, they don't mention you need to hire a contractor and an architect and the cost that they quote has nothing to do with those costs. It's not represented well. Mobility123 was the only company that I could find that did everything. They gave very good estimates and were very straightforward. They don't sort of make numbers up and then later say, “Oops, sorry.” They explained in detail how it will be done, why it needs to be done this way, and why we have these features. Some things look a little odd and when they explained what it was for, I thought, “Oh, that's great. We absolutely need that.”
We were looking at both an elevator lift and a chair lift and in the end, they thought the chair lift would probably be the best. The chair lift is about 18,000 and the elevator lift is 40,000. They didn't try to push the elevator lift and they didn't try to sell us special chairs, special foot, or anything. we wanted to look into it, they were happy to have us look into it. They installed what we needed to be installed and made sure everything worked. Also, there were issues requiring them to return a couple of times and they were incredibly responsive.
There was sort of a situation when I asked them for a favor. I did a chair lift in the end for my mom and at a very low price, they would rent you an ordinary chair lift until they give you the chair lift that works for your home. I asked if they mind letting us just have it for a week or two and then deciding if we want a chairlift or a lift. It wasn't the same thing but we wanted to make sure that this would work. By doing that for us, they had problems taking measurements for the permanent one we'd have. Eventually, they had the person from the company who makes the stair lift come by and do the measurements to make sure that they were done properly, we would get the right product, and they wouldn't have to return for more measurements. They haven't finished the project. We're waiting for the last piece, the curved, but I have no doubt that it would be great. I recommend them highly.

I had the stairlift installed and the process of everything getting scheduled was very good. I only called Mobility123, and the response time was convenient. She responded right away, and told me about the stairlift and the pricing. I even had to look into some things to see if it was covered at all under the insurance but it wasn't. But that was fine.
I talked to Mobility123 about the stairlift and the elevator. They told me the different options of stairlift that they had. They explained the difference in manual versus automatic and used versus new. They gave an idea of what that may look like with pricing and the differences behind it. The rep also talked about the installation, time, and how long it would take.
When the installers came in, they were very professional and got everything installed. It took about an hour and a half. It was quick. They got there early and the next thing I know, they were done. Then they explained how it worked. My mother utilizes it every day. It made things much better for her because the steps was very challenging. I had to use it too because I broke my foot and had to get surgery. So that was great as well. We haven't had any issues with it at all. I'm happy with it. It has good quality and it is safe. It has a little seat belt. I'm happy to see my mother feeling more independent with being able to go up and down the stairs.

We got a basic stairlift from Mobility123 and though we can't add any attachment to it, it works well. We take care of an old lady and she needs it so we had it installed in her house. It helps her going up and down her house. The only thing is when the stairlift goes to the top, it stops very close to the stairs. It could be turned around and facing the other way, but still, we would like it if we could go up a little more.

Mobility123 had the option to rent or to buy and they also had options to buy equipment that were used or lightly used. There were a lot of different options and I was glad that their rep didn't try to sell me something I did not want. She was very pleasant and she was reachable at God-forbidden hours. I would leave a voicemail on a Sunday and she actually answered the phone. I reached out to her in January but the house was under renovations which stretched on to six months. When we were ready to move forward with the purchasing, I thought maybe she had forgotten about us and thought maybe we weren't really that interested but she remembered everything.
My brother was there for the installation and it took them three to four hours from start to finish. Then, after the installation, the young lady called to see how everything was going and spoke to my brother. We had the stairlift installed for my parents and it works just fine. What I like most is the fact that when the chair gets to the top of the stairs, it swivels so you can step off on the actual landing of the stairs instead of the little step thing that comes with it. It was the better move for us instead of getting an addition put on the house. For them to not have to go up the stairs was more cost-effective for us. It serves its purpose and then some, so I'm grateful for that. I could put the folded towels and sheets on it and send it upstairs.

I got a Bruno stairlift with Mobility123. I called them on Tuesday, told them what I was looking for and asked them about some options. They came out and did a survey. They said they needed $500 for a deposit and I had to send them pictures in the meantime - top steps, bottom of the steps. They have two versions. One was 300 pounds, and the other was 400 pounds but we didn't need a 400-pound.
On Friday, they came out, installed the unit and were done in an hour and a half. It's a nice stairlift. It is 12 volts and has the batteries built into it. There's also a charger for the top. It's got the sensors so if something on the steps runs to somebody, it shuts off, which is great. It has the main power switch, so you can power it off if you want to. There is also a remote control. I have one at the top and one at the bottom of the stairs. This way, you can physically call the stairlift. I like the one piece that mounts on the stairs. It's very small and compact. The other unit I had had two big eye beams and those alone were about 140 pounds.

The girl understood my circumstance with my mom, how sick my mom was at the time, and she immediately made arrangements for her to get it within a couple of days. The stairlift worked well. The stairlift is working well. It's very convenient for my mother-in-law. The ease of use is very good because it's foldable. She knows exactly how to set it up, put on her belt, and it's very comfortable for her to sit down. The best part is there is a mechanical switch on the chair and they've given us two remotes, one on the top and one at the bottom. So if she comes up and we don't want the chair to be slightly blocking, we can just use the remote and park it downstairs. That's quite good. She used to struggle climbing up the stairs. But now, it's comfortable for her to go up and down. So that strain is not there anymore on her feet.

Mobility123 did a great job. They asked all the right questions during the consultation and made sure I got what I needed. Also, they did it on a timely basis. I spoke to them on a Friday and they put in the lift by Tuesday. I needed it done quickly and they gave me just what I needed. Then, they showed me how to use it, how to go up and down, and how to use the remote. They came back once or twice for me to make sure everything was great. At first, the foot pedal where you put your feet on didn't work but they came back in one day and fixed it for me. They reacted to it very quickly so I'm left with a feeling that if I have a problem, they're gonna be very reactive to that problem and that's important to me. It was a very good experience and I would recommend them to anyone who needs it.

The installers of our chairlift were very good. They knew exactly what they were doing. I was pleased with the way they installed it. I love it. I have an office in the basement and I could not get there because I can't do the steps anymore. I wasn't looking for a new one. The installation of the stairlift for my mother-in-law went well but they didn't give her much training on it. She didn't know how to use it when they left. She took it up the top of the stairs and then couldn't ride it down so she crawled down the steps. The next day, my wife had to go and show her how to use it. But the quality is good.

The sales reps were very prompt getting back to me and they were very concise with their explanation of their products. They came out quickly, evaluated our needs, and got to install the chairlift within a week. The installers were great. It's great with Mobility. They came in one day and told us what we needed. We got an electrician and then next day, Mobility installed the stairlift. The installers were nice and cleaned up after themselves. I've used the stairlift several times and I've had no issues. It helps me get downstairs to do the wash and go to the extra freezer downstairs.

We went with Mobility123 because it was recommended by a gentleman whose wife used it and was happy. The sales visit was very good and if I asked any questions, they would respond. Then, when the gentleman came to install it, they were very efficient. They came when they said they were going to and explained everything to us. I really appreciated their professionalism and the quality of the stairlift is very good. It stops on the fifth step like it's supposed to and then continues. The only thing is mine is very loud on the way upstairs right above the five. It's almost like a ride on the boardwalk, like clickity-clackity. Someone was supposed to come here today and but nobody came.

The gentleman from Mobility 123 who came out explained everything. He was very thorough. He said they could install it whenever I was ready. I called and they came out and installed it. The two guys who put it in did a nice job. They weren't here very long. They also explained the procedure of how it works when they were here after they finished installing it. The stairlift from Mobility 123 seems to be working fine. It seemed to be very clean-cut looking and not too visible on the stairs. I needed the lift, but I didn't want it to stick out much. And this is nice. Even though it's slim-looking and almost invisible, it seems to work well. It carries up to 300 pounds. I'm nowhere near that weight, but it's certainly comfortable to sit on.

I spoke to the girl from Mobility123 on the phone who set me up with an appointment within two days. A guy came out, took the specifics of what I needed, and somebody was out here the next day and put it in. We had a great demonstration and everything from the guy who put it in there. He was really good. The stairlift fits in the stairwell nicely. He told me it wouldn't block anything. It's great.
As far as the functionality, it's easy for my mom to maneuver. He set it up so she didn't have to walk around to sit in it. She can just walk to it, sit down, and do her thing. At first, she thought we were trying to say she was old, but now she rides down all the time, up and down the stairs. So, it's really nice. Usually, when my mother would try to walk back up, she'd be so tired. She’d stop every couple of steps. So, she would go to bed early. Now she is hanging out with us at 9:00 and 10 o'clock at night because she knows she didn’t have to walk up those steps.

We got two stairlifts. We have one for upstairs and one for the basement. I had many questions about it before we installed it, and they answered all the questions. They told us how you could rent or buy it. The stairlifts fit great in the stairs. There's enough room to walk down if you're not using it. Craig came the first day to measure and then he came back with Zach the next day. They explained exactly how much weight we could put on it and how to use it and not to step on certain parts like the foot rest.

Mobility123 came out twice and made measurements. The third time, they came out and put it up, and I kept telling them I didn't think that the stairs were big enough. It’s steep with 22 steps. They had to cut the railing off, but they cut the railing off on the other side, so now if somebody else is walking down, they don't have a railing. I'm handicapped myself, and there's not enough room. I just don't feel like they listened to me. It was all work.

This stairlift was installed specifically for Roxanne and was funded, reviewed, and approved through a New Jersey state-funded program based on her mobility needs. The equipment and configuration were selected to ensure the lift works safely and reliably for her.
The staircase has 17 steps and measures 31 inches wide, which exceeds the manufacturer’s minimum requirement of 28 inches. The stairlift is operating properly and as intended for Roxanne.
To accommodate the lift, one handrail was removed while the other remained in place. We understand this can change how the staircase feels for others in the home, but these decisions were made to prioritize Roxanne’s safety and the correct operation of the lift, which was the purpose of the project.
After installation, the stairlift was fully demonstrated and accepted at the time of completion.

I went to Mobility 123 one day and talked to a gentleman. I said my wife needed a chairlift and they had a sample. It went up three steps. The next day, I brought my wife over. She gets weird. She gets claustrophobic by all kinds of stuff. So she sat in it and went up two steps, three steps, came down, and that was it. We bought it. So far, we have no problems with the quality of the stairlift.

I needed a stairlift for my 86 year old mom who was coming to live with me. I communicated with Mark who explained the stairlift options and then met with Natalie at my home who explained the whole installation procedure. Both representatives were superb. The chair was installed the week before my mom arrived. The chair has been working fine and my mom has learned to use it. Mobility123 even came out to change the up/down button on the chair to the left side since my mom is a lefty. Bravo Mobility123 for a job well done.

I got the best price from Mobility123. I purchased Bruno. They're top-rated for the service, warranty, and quality. I'm extremely happy. But there was a little hiccup. They came to install the one day, and the gentleman that had measured originally measured wrong. They brought everything they had. And when the tech looked, he said, "This is measured wrong." So, they had to take everything back and reschedule three days later. I was a bit concerned at first. And they deducted an extra $100 for my inconvenience. But the installer did a good job when he came. And as long as I knew he was coming, I was fine. Also, I wish I saw on which step the stairlift would end. I would have liked it to go up a bit further, so it ended at the platform on the top. But it ends on the stair and then you turn the seat. But we're managing. My son uses it and we're happy with it.

We visited the local showroom. They answered all our questions and made the whole process hassle-free. Both the installers were great and the stairlift is excellent. We installed it to go from our living area down to the basement and I hadn't been down there in almost two years. So, we go up and down regularly and we're cleaning up the area. It's making a big difference.

The rep from Mobility123 sat down with me with a book and told me about two different things. He explained how those products were and what they had to do. We got the one where the arm comes down and when you're going up the stairs, the arm goes up out of the way so it doesn't trip anybody. We couldn't afford the round one. So, the installers put one up one way and one up another way. The installation day was wonderful. The gentleman came on time and he was done installing the stairlift in an hour and 10 minutes. He was very good. We would recommend him highly and the place. The stairlift was for my sister and she was very happy. He made her ride up and down quite a few times, and showed her how to stop and go. My sister can't walk. So she gets on the chair and goes, and she's upstairs.

I called Mobility123 and they were able to provide us with the services that we need. They sent out a technician and the measurements. Also, the young lady that helped us was understanding and patient. She was able to give us exactly what we were looking for. However, it didn't go through and we canceled it because the person passed away.

Mobility123 did a stairlift and a Hoyer lift. They had done a walk-in shower too. Everybody was very kind and explained everything. But I'm gonna call them about the stairs because when you push the button, it hesitates. They might have to speed it up. But the product itself seems good so far. The installation was smooth. It didn't take long. They did an excellent job and I would recommend them to other people.

The stairlift’s quality is average. It rattles a little bit but it’s alright. It gets me up and down and it works fine. I had trouble with the one here right now and Mobility123 is sending somebody first thing in the morning. According to the trouble I've been having with other companies, it's very easy to get in contact with their rep. The stairlift is gonna improve my availability to my homes.

A company I called kept hounding me and trying to force me into using them. At the same time, I called Mobility123 and asked for the same estimate for the same product. I told them that I wasn't ready to do it at that particular time they were fine with it. I don't like to be hounded when I'm doing things because it forces me to make mistakes. When I was ready to move forward, I called Mobility123 and they were more than accommodating. They gave me many choices and they didn't try and oversell me. They followed through on everything that they said they were going to do.
The installation of the stair lift for my mother was perfect. A gentleman showed up when I was told he was going to show up. He was very professional and he knew what he was doing. I've been around home repairs for a long time so I asked him different questions and he had the answers to them. The installation was quick. I as told how long it was gonna take and that was how long it took. The gentleman showed me the product and how it works. He made sure that I understood how exactly it worked and I let him go.
The quality of the product is just what I was told it was going to be. This stair lift added more life to my mom. I have recommended Mobility123 to other family members who were looking to do different things. I also recommended them to friends who were looking to do different things with their parents. If I recommend them that means I trust them.

I needed a stairlift for my mom to come home from the hospital and Mobility could get there the quickest. It's a family-owned company, which I discovered, and they were excellent in communication, understanding, and really trying to work with me to get my mom home. When they came and measured everything, I couldn't be there because I was with my mom at the hospital and they were so kind and just explained how far it would come out. I could picture it just from them telling me and the pictures they shared. The installers were only there one day and they took good care of the house. They were conscious of our home and what they had to do. We had to take down one railing on the side of where the stair is mounted because it would come out too far and it was perfect.
Also, we had them do the bathroom and they did a really wonderful job of putting in a walk-in shower, which is also wheelchair-accessible in a smaller bathroom. The home was built in 1948 so they were dealing with ceramic tile walls that they had to take out to put the insert in. It took them three days and it was great. Mobility had great workers that were just so polite to anyone that was coming in the house doing some other work.

Mobility123 is super. I also interviewed two other companies and Mobility123 provided the best service and answered all my questions. The sales lady that came in was excellent. The stairlift is a beautiful unit. All friends that have seen it say that they can't believe it. I called it an elevator and they thought that they were gonna see some closet where you go in and it's like a box where you feel claustrophobic. When they saw this, they were amazed.
