We purchased a Bruno stairlift from Mobility123. One of my three friends had that in their house and they said that that's the best, so we chose the same one. The consult was very fast and the guy who helped us was really amazing. It was a July 4 weekend and it was very busy. I told him that my parents were coming the same day, and I really appreciated what he did for us. He came and he fixed that same day too.

I rented a stairlift with Mobility123. Adam was the name of the guy that I dealt with. He was the salesperson. I fell down a flight of stairs, broke both my legs pretty much, and I have 14 stairs to get to my house. He had somebody out here to measure the same day and they installed it the next day. I couldn't have been happier. It got me out of a nursing home rehab facility. So, he gave excellent service. The installers were very thorough, cleaned everything up, and my friends didn't have any problems with them. I personally wasn't here. Overall, Mobility123 is excellent and I would definitely recommend them to anybody if they were ever in the same position I was. The product has been great so far.

My mother-in-law had two-level stairs, and she needed a stairlift to go up and down the stairs. I heard about Mobility123 and I looked online to see how I could get one. Communicating with them was great. Joanna, the rep, was fantastic. She even helped me out with the price. It was great. The stairlift is performing perfectly. It was not much of an issue, but it was fun to see if I could get it lifted. I spoke out to Joanna and she sent the technician straight to the house the same day.

My aunt is going through a situation where it's hard for her to walk up and down the stairs. So, the stairlift was the ideal situation for her to get. I'm not sure how long she's going to need it, but they offered the rental option, which was good. So, we got it installed and it's a perfect solution to the problem. She hasn't used it that much. She just got out of the hospital the other day, but so far, the stairlift looks great. It's going to make it easier to get up because she's got one shower upstairs. So, the stairlift is going to help tremendously.

My mother lives with us and she fell and broke her femur. We have 13 stairs, so we needed the stairlift. I contacted another place for a lift, but they don't come this far out. They suggested another place, but I found Mobility123, read the Google reviews, and they looked like they were a better fit for us. I called and told them my mom was getting into rehab in three days, but she couldn't come home unless she had a chairlift. I explained that when I spoke to Adam and he had them here. The man who came out to measure and Merlin, the one who put in the chairlift, were both excellent.

Our FlowX chairlift installation with a 90º turn went smoothly and fits perfectly. It is as unobtrusive as could be expected and operates quietly and smoothy. It is comfortable, easy to use and Is utilized multiple times a day. The installation was just three weeks ago, so I can't speak to long-term reliability, but as of now am very satisfied.

Extremely professional from beginning to end of project. Individual who did the preparatory construction work was fastidious and exacting as to work he performed. Installation of elevator was seamless, and workers were a pleasure to interact with. Highly recommend Mobility 123 to anyone considering elevator installation.

I like that Mobility123 rented the stairlift. Not many companies rent. The reps were all very good. They were helpful. The woman I talked to on the phone several times was very helpful. The guy that came in and installed it gave me a lot of information, did it quickly, and showed me how to use it. Everybody was great. The stairlift is fine. It doesn't get used very often, but it fits in nicely. It works.

It's been great with Mobility123. I have no complaints at all. They're very professional. They responded quickly, came out for measurements, came right back out and installed the stairlift. The stairlift makes it a lot easier for my mother to access the full area of the home. It takes her up the stairs nice and easy and she likes it. It adds to the quality of life and is very convenient as well. She's already recommended Mobility123 to a cousin of hers who has COPD and it's hard for her sometimes to go up and down her steps because she gets out of breath.

Mobility123 was easy to deal with. They were very responsive, cooperative and informative. We got a stairlift, and my husband uses it every day. The installation went very well. The installer knew what he was doing. The stairlift is excellent. It serves its purpose. It does exactly what it should do, and we're quite pleased. The quality is perfect.

The sales visit of the rep from Mobility 123 went well. They showed me a couple of different stairlifts, including a HomeGlide. But it wasn't going to work out here, so we decided on the Bruno. It was also reasonably priced. They hooked it up in a matter of a couple of hours, and it’s working fine. It has been excellent. I would highly recommend Mobility 123.

My husband uses the Mobility123 stairlift. My daughter told me about a friend of hers who had gotten one for her mother from Mobility123, and they were so happy with it. We went with them as well and their customer service was excellent. The fellow who installed it answered our questions and gave advice. He was so good. We are so glad to have it. My husband, after five months, was able to go back upstairs and sleep in bed.

Mobility123 recently installed a stairlift in our home. We could not have asked for better service. Technician Merlin ** initially came to measure our stairs and to describe the stairlift that best suited our needs. He explained the stairlift in remarkable detail. He spent all the time we wanted to answer our questions. We were impressed. Owner Adam ** clearly answered our questions about pricing. We didn’t hesitate. Merlin installed the stairlift a few days later and made sure we completely understood how to operate it. The stairlift works as expected. That’s great service! Thanks, guys!

The guy who came here to talk to me about the chairlift was pretty impressive. He was knowledgeable. He gave me various options and showed me the literature. Based on that literature, we decided on this particular chairlift and I'm glad that it worked exactly as he had expressed. So, everything worked fine. Once the chairlift was here, in a couple of weeks, they called up and finished the job in one day. Nothing went wrong. Everything looks fine. The people who came to install it were very experienced, and they did a fine job. The chairlift is working fine. Mobility123 also followed up and checked about it and how it is working. I gave them a positive reply that everything is fine.

The initial visit with the salesperson was excellent and during the installation of the stairlift, everything was done carefully. The quality seems to be good and the reps have been very responsive. They've come back for a small service repair and we were satisfied. We've gone ahead and ordered an elevator from Mobility123, so we're into them for a lot of money.

I called Mobility123, they came in a very short amount of time, put the Bruno stairlift in, and I appreciated it. The installer was a young person and he was very nice. He cut his finger a bit when installing the stairlift and I was a bit concerned that we should go to the emergency room. But he said he would be fine. We dressed it a bit, and he continued on with the job and finished it within a couple of hours. We're very happy with them. The stairlift saves me from climbing the stairs. I would be up and down the stairs a lot every day and my knee was hurting me. But since I have this stairlift, it is very helpful to me and I continue to use it. I'm thankful for it.

Mobility123 was professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant. Natalie, the salesperson, was organized because she took all the dimensions and took care of everything. The guys that installed the lift were very professional. They got the job done sooner than expected. They were neat when they installed it and programmed it perfectly for my mother. They adjusted it to her, like her getting on the chair, her exiting it. They installed a custom chair rail that went all the way up to the second floor in one piece. It’s a nice piece of work. We were happy with them. Pleasant people to have around. Wonderful communicators. It was a great experience.

The chair lift has been a great convenience. I scheduled it with Julianne. She made it very easy. It was installed by Zac and Merlin. Merlin had helped me again later when the stop button got pushed and I couldn't get the chair to move again.

I was going to get Bruno originally, which is one of the very big companies, and they referred me to Mobility, which does their local installation. Mobility does the local installation for a couple of companies, and they were approved by Bruno to do it. But our stairway wasn’t so wide, and the Bruno seats are much bigger, so we switched to another company. The one we switched to works better than the one we initially looked at with Bruno. The stairlift fits better and is smaller.

Mobility123's customer service was excellent. Their representative who installed the stairlift, Isaac, was wonderful and he explained everything and took good care of us. Since having the stairlift, I have the freedom of worrying about falling.

Due to Mobility123's price and availability, we got a stairlift from them. The installation process went very well. Xavier was excellent. He was quick and clean. One piece was a little on the wrong length and he had to go get it cut, but he was back within half an hour. He cleaned up very well and very quickly. It was a very good experience. My husband hasn't had a chance to use the stairlift yet, but I have. I find it very convenient. It runs smoothly. I might get used to this. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mobility123. Even the salesman was very pleasant.

We went into a location and the reps showed us different stairlifts and explained that the outside unit would be a little different from the showroom. We called another place, but they mainly did elevators and didn’t have what we needed. It would have cost too much to install an elevator when you're only going up five steps, so they recommended Mobility123 instead. We had a great experience with Mobility123. We had a stairlift installed from the back patio to the pool area. It goes straight up and then the chair swivels at the top. I sat on it a few times just to make sure it works, and it's okay. The price was pricey but it was something we had to do.

Our first experience was with Adam at the showroom. He was extremely friendly and helpful explaining the different models and letting my husband try the models. Next was Xavier. He came to our home and did the measurements. He also waited until our electrician came that was going to install the needed electric so he knew where the best place for the electric we needed. He was extremely friendly, helpful. Finally Brian came to install the unit. He was also extremely friendly and did a great job installing the stairlift. Before he left he had my husband ride the lift up several times and adjusted the seat for his comfort.

I needed to get a chairlift for my wife, who no longer could navigate our stairs. I found Mobility123 on the internet. We spoke with some other people about it, and they recommended them, plus the fact that they were closest to us. They were a bit more affordable than others as well. The installation of our stairlift went well. Their reps were all great. My wife went from being very active to getting cancer and having severe neuropathy, and not being able to go up and down the stairs to being able to go up and down the stairs without me carrying her.

The stairlift from Mobility123 is wonderful. It goes up and down. It happens in two parts, though, because we have four steps. Mobility123 was recommended to us and when they came out to do their presentation, it was smooth. We’re old people and we had no issues at all. As far as the install, the gentleman came early morning, and we knew when he was coming. He worked through three hours, and he completed the job. He cleaned up, too. The people from Mobility123 were very professional. They allowed us to sit in the stairlift and try it out. They explained what needed to be done to get it to move up and down, and the safety issues that we should be aware of. It's a good fit for us. We're very satisfied.

The service representative from Mobility123 was very knowledgeable and supportive of my efforts. The service technician that came out knew exactly what he needed. He brought it with him and he installed it in a short amount of time. The stairlift's performance is very good. It is comfortable and the mechanisms are quite responsive. It's made it much safer to go up and down the stairs. My wife and I are both disabled and elderly, and it's much safer.

The stairlift I got from Mobility123 works good. The guys who installed it were very nice and very good. The stairlift is of good quality, but I don't like that it doesn’t turn with one chair. I would rather have one chair than two chairs. It's a pain in the neck with two chairs.

Mobility123 answered my call quickly. I want the chair lift installation done quickly, and Adam answered my call. He was great. He tried to move the process along as quick as possible. The only problem I had was that the chair was too high that my mom couldn't reach the stair. She couldn't put her feet down. But when I called Mobility123, they came by quickly to fix that. Other than that, the experience was good. The chair lift is all really good for my mom. She's still not really able to use it on her own right now, and she needs someone to help her figure out how to use it sometimes. But that's not the problem with the product. It’s just her.

I did a lot of research on Mobility123. I felt theirs was a quality chairlift. Mobility123 had good reviews and good rapport. When I called and spoke with them, they were very helpful, friendly, and responsive. The cost was reasonable, and the stairlift as accommodated my wife's life. I had a very good conversation with the rep at Mobility123. I told her that we liked the lift, but there were a few design issues that they should be aware of. They're easy to correct, and they should correct them.

When the rep from Mobility123 came to the house, I enjoyed the conversation with him. They did a good job. I use the stairlift from my second floor to my art studio on the third floor, and it's fine.

I can rent it by the month, which is good. I don't have to buy the whole thing upfront. Also, the stairlift functions fine. It's what they said and I haven't had any callbacks for any issues on it. It has been a helpful item.

Juliene handled the financial part and their installation crew did the rest. You won't be disappointed by this company. The product is expensive, but it appears to be solidly built, so it should last a long time.

We saw Mobility123, went down to their showroom, and saw how the stairlift worked. We got one and they came to do the installation very quickly. We thoroughly use our stairlift, and we enjoy it. It's working perfectly. I'm happy with the experience and I would recommend Mobility123. So far, their customer service has been excellent.

Absolutely the most pleasant experience. Everyone who works for Mobility123 is just awesome from Natalie and Mike to Germane were fantastic. They were all respectful of my things and cleaned everything after each day. I can’t say enough about how wonderful they all were!

I'm very satisfied from the initial visit to the installation of Mobility123. A cousin of mine did the research and looked at several companies. She gave me all the pros and cons of a few of them and we both liked Mobility123. We just thought that this one seemed to meet all our needs.
