Mobility123 was the one closest to us and they had good reviews. We chose them online, and the reps came out and measured everything. They showed us how the stairlift would work and explained to us how it would be installed. We asked if it was easy for two elders to use, and they said, “Absolutely.” It took them two hours to install it, and they showed us everything. They were very professional, nice, made us feel comfortable, and helped us with all of our questions. The stairlift works very well and the price was fair.

It was a good experience with Mobility123. They followed through, did the work, and they honored what they said. Their stairlift is affordable for what we needed. I can rent it by the month, which is good. I don't have to buy the whole thing upfront. Also, the stairlift functions fine. It's what they said and I haven't had any callbacks for any issues on it. It has been a helpful item.

Juliene handled the financial part and their installation crew did the rest. You won't be disappointed by this company. The product is expensive, but it appears to be solidly built, so it should last a long time.

We saw Mobility123, went down to their showroom, and saw how the stairlift worked. We got one and they came to do the installation very quickly. We thoroughly use our stairlift, and we enjoy it. I'm very satisfied from the initial visit to the installation of Mobility123. A cousin of mine did the research and looked at several companies. She gave me all the pros and cons of a few of them and we both liked Mobility123. We just thought that this one seemed to meet all our needs.
We actually ended up purchasing two stairlifts from them and they work very well. The customer service was excellent and to the point. They were also very quick to have it installed at my convenience. My husband was in rehab and I wanted to put it in before he came home. They came when they said they were going to come and they got it to me as fast as they could. They were very accommodating and it was much quicker than I thought it would be. They did a really good job. It just went very smoothly. I didn't have to wait long and the installers were very nice and competent. I didn't realize the stairlift would have a seat belt on it, but that's a very good feature.
They gave me all the reading material and did a demonstration. They said if I had any questions, I should call them afterwards. It was really terrific that they were just very responsive every time I called. If I left a message, I got a call back right away, which I thought was really good. It was very reassuring to have them right on top of any questions I had or they would get it for me right away if they didn't know the answer. So they were a very good company to deal with. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. I think the product is really good.

I have a 94-year-old father who can't do stairs. A girl in my neighborhood has a stairlift from Mobility123. I went straight for that because we needed to expedite it. The stairlift allowed him to go up and down and gives him more freedom. The install process was fine and the crew was very good. We've had issues, though. It stalls and stops and I'm not sure why that happens. Sometimes it just seems to get stuck. Right now, it seems to be functioning okay, but it's very inconsistent. Also, we wish that the bottom would rotate to face the way you're trying to get up. We have a very tight staircase and my father cannot stand. We need to lift the arm. He rotates his body and tries to stand up but the arm is in his way. It's the only way he can get out of the chair.

The Mobility123 stairlift works very well. It functions and it's comfortable. My daughter comes down with it because she gets seizures and she fell down the stairs once. So with the stairlift, she's safe in the seat. I'm happy and I love it.

I had to get a chair that goes in the stairs. When I asked my trainer about which company to go to, she sent me the link for Mobility123. I asked the company to put my chair on Wednesday. The people came out on Friday and installed it for me. They're very nice. I had a very, very good experience.

My mother cannot walk the stairs. I got Mobility123, and the stairlift was installed at least two months ago. It's good. I will recommend them. It's quiet, and my mother was able to use it properly.

When I bought a Bruno stairlift from Mobility123, we went back and forth with how it would fit in my stairwell. So, they really helped me with figuring out which one was best for our situation. They installed it within the week I made my purchase and part of it was because of the timing of when I would be home. Other than that, the installer was very good and the installation went really quick. The cost was fair and overall, I'd highly recommend them. The stairlift is more for my husband. He really likes it, and not having to worry about getting up and down the steps each day. But I'm having my knee replaced next month, so I'm also going to use it then.

They told me they were coming at a certain time, came at that time, and did everything on time. When the unit got messed up, I called so they could repair it. They came on time and didn't give me any problems. Everything's been great with Mobility123. It's a great program, and I like it. I love the way it is like this. It can't get no better than this.

I needed a chairlift for my mom many years ago and I used Mobility123. I used them again recently and their customer service was pretty good. They called me on the weekends and they were very prompt. I needed the stairlift right away for my husband and they were right on it. He's without a knee and I needed something to be able to bring him home. Their guy came for the installation and it was unbelievable. He was done on a Saturday and overall, I would recommend them.

We're renting a stairlift from Mobility. My father-in-law is weak at this point, and it's still very easy for him to use on his own, so it's a wonderful product. We also used Mobility a few years back when my grandmother was sick and needed a chairlift. The best part about my experience with them has been the people. Everyone from the people I spoke to over the phone to set up the install and to the guys that came and did the install were wonderful.

Mobility123's people were very courteous, and as far as honoring the veteran, they do that and that gave me a positive attitude of the company. I’m a disabled veteran myself, so their introduction was very good. I bought two stairlifts and they were installed by a fantastic guy. He worked by himself and he really did a good job. The stairlifts are very good.

From our first consultation with the professionals at Mobility123 to the final installation of our Stiltz lift, we have been impressed with the product itself, and with each member of the project team. Every step has been carried out within the original timeline we were given, and the finances were handled exactly according to our expectations. Here's our story: in 1988, we moved into our house, originally built in 1871 as a small two story, two room cottage with a hand-dug basement. Over the years, it has been modified, added onto, and updated by each of several owners, but it still has the original winding staircase from the main level to the second floor.
Due to an advancing neurological condition I have trouble using the stairs. This gave us the choice of either building an addition to our house and abandoning our upstairs rooms, or moving from our home and relocating. Then along came a family member with the idea we could install an elevator. At first, it sounded like a dream, an elite choice that would be beyond our means as retirees. We pursued it, though, and were surprised to find we could fit it into our plans, at just a fraction of the cost of a single story addition or an unwanted relocation.
After careful research, we settled on the Stiltz Duo Alta home lift, with its excellent track record and ability to meet our exact need. We could not have asked for better service or clearer communication. Natalie M. Made a home visit to assess our situation, and came up with an initial plan. Enthusiastic and knowledgeable, she led us through what the whole process would look like, beginning to end. Mike M. And Jim (?) followed through, along with the team members who drew up the required building and electrical plans, obtained the NJ State and local township permits, and the workers who participated in the actual site preparation.
Everyone was highly competent and professional, and so respectful of our space. The final work was done on Tuesday, ending in a full instructional session with Germaine and receiving the keys. (Not a speck of dust or construction debris was left behind.) We look forward to using the lift, no more worries about falling down the stairs, just peace of mind. Thanks, all! I wish I had written down everyone's name to give each of you a shout-out!

The installer, Bryan was very personable. He called ahead to give me a heads up to his arrival time. He was extremely polite and efficient. He diligently did his work installing the stair lift. When he was done he cleaned up the small amount of debris. He also explained how to use the stair lift efficiently. He also observed me using the lift making sure that I understood how it worked. I was extremely happy with the service that was provided.

The reason I chose your company is directly related to Julianne answering my inquiries regarding the product and the pricing without all the sales hype. Natalie came and did the measurements and answered the rest of the questions I had regarding the product, and it use. I'm an automotive guy, not a mobility guy. This is all new to me. Between these two, I had the knowledge to decide on the best product for my parents.
I was pleasantly surprised that two young men like Xavier and Bryan could work as effectively and efficiently as they did. Sorry to say that the work ethics of our younger generation don't seem to have the same enthusiasm for the job as they did in my time. These guys were quick and made it look easy. You didn't question their youth versus their skill level. It's a learning curve from here, but I've used it many times already. The product is smooth and quiet and moves you at a comfortable and effective speed. I would recommend the product, the company, and the people I was involved with.
I really appreciate the way you laid this out. It’s clear that Julianne and Natalie gave you the clarity you needed without the fluff, and that’s exactly how we want people to feel when making a decision like this. No hype, just straight answers.

Mobility 123 is a good company to deal with. I rented three stairlifts from them because I have three sections of stairs. They came on time. They installed it on the time they said. They came prepared. They had the stair, the bits were cut up front so they didn't have to do any cutting here. It was an easy process. They took three hours. I like that the stairlift is not loud. But it makes a sound when it’s going up and down.

We try to come prepared so the work is done in hours, not days, that way you can get back to using your home without a construction zone vibe lingering around.

My husband had a stroke so I decided to buy a stairlift from Mobility123. I spoke to a rep over the phone and she did a great job. The rep that came and put it on was excellent as well. He was very courteous. He went above and beyond of what he had to do. He was great because they knew I wasn't gonna be here 'cause I work Tuesdays to Thursdays. I said, "The young woman that takes care of my husband only speaks Spanish. Do you have a Spanish-speaking one or bilingual?" They said yes, and they sent me a bilingual person, and he was excellent.
Also, the check had to be signed and my husband would sign it. And he's gibberish. But everything was okay. He helped the caregiver, he told her what to do on the check, and he wrote it out on a piece of paper what the amount was, and then they left me the receipt. They sent me a copy of the check. The service was excellent. I would highly recommend them.
The quality of the stairlift is great. If I were to give it a percentage, I'm gonna give it 100 and above.

Mobility123's customer service was excellent. A gentleman came, explained what he would do, and he installed the stairift. We needed a little time to figure out why it beeped. The gentleman might have told me that, but I didn't remember. It was the chair wasn't in place, but we figured it out.

We have a summer home that we’ve only owned since 2023, and there was an existing stairlift that was old but it was working. When we got to the house at around 8 PM, the stairlift had stopped working, and my mom, who is 92, needed to get up the stairs. She was able to climb them, but it was difficult. I realized we had to get the stairlift repaired or replaced within a few days. There was no one who was either willing or knew the product, or they felt the product that was existing wasn't that great. I called Mobility123, and they were excellent. They told me they had someone installing a stairlift nearby who could take measurements. I agreed, and they came out, took measurements, and confirmed they had a stairlift in stock that could be installed the next day.
The rep gave me a window of time, but the installer even texted that he could be there in less than an hour. It couldn't get better than this. What was a panic situation when it first happened, they made it so much easier for us. Everything was perfect. The installer and the salesperson I spoke to on the phone were wonderful. It was great. It was an unexpected expense, but the price fell in line with whatever prices were out there. I would definitely recommend them.

My mother needed a stairlift for her home. She already had one down to the basement that was an Acorn, and I was trying to find an Acorn dealer. I went online and wound up with Mobility123. They are the local rep and were very responsive. The stairlift certainly helps my mother.

The stairlift that I bought from Mobility123 is for my paraplegic son. I have a condo and I need it for him when he has to come into my condo. Initially, my place caught on fire. Prior to that, I had a stair lift going up and down as well. After the fire, he paid for another. Then he said, "You use it." And I use it all the time. So when he comes here, he is also able to use it if anything should happen to me.
It fits perfectly in our stairwell. The quality is fantastic too. It’s modern and I love it. It has helped him get up and down because he can't use his legs. My son also has a stairlift at his place and every time he has a problem with the chair, they come over and they fix it. They’re good people and Mobility123 is a good company.

I got a quote from one other place, and Mobility123’s quote was right in line. Their price was good. I got a stairlift from them and the quality was good, overall. As far as I can tell, it seems to be well made. The gentleman they sent out was very nice and informative. The installation was fine. I bought it for my mother. She's 90 years old and it makes it a lot easier for her to go up and down the steps. There’s one little switch to navigate it. She loves it.

Mobility123 is an excellent company. The guy who came out gave me an estimate and his knowledge of the product, as well as price, were the reasons why we purchased a stairlift from them. The installation was effortless. The guy was here for two hours. He showed us everything when he was done. Mobility123 is a great company, from the initial phone call till they were done. I bought another one for my sister's house because they were such a good company.

We had a rented Mobility unit in our summer home. Then we sold that home and the Mobility unit was removed. About four years ago, we got two Mobility units in my house in Garfield. Just last month, I needed to install a stairlift on the staircase leading to the basement for my wife. We've contacted them every time for years now. They are consistently good and helpful to us. The technicians are very good. They tested all the batteries, and thought the batteries needed replacement. Then they retested the battery, and found out that it's just a contact issue. They did not charge us for it. We were very pleased with them. I highly recommend them.

I saw Mobility123 on the internet. The guys who fixed it up were really quick and very professional. It has been a month and the stairlift has helped a lot for the mobility of my mother who has a knee problem. It was a really good experience.

I was very happy with Mobility123. The girl was lovely, and it was a little bit cheaper than the other company we were looking at. The guys came out, measured and looked at the area and then set up a time to have it installed. The two boys that came to install were sweet and explained everything to us. It's for my mom. She had one prior to this in her home and the ride was a bit smoother. It may have been sturdier, maybe for a heavier person. When she spun it, it clicked right into its spot. This one seems to be a little stiffer, so she has to work it a bit more. They may have given a lighter one because she’s only 125 pounds. So, it’s not as heavy duty as the last one she had, but there's nothing wrong with it at all.
