I heard about Mobility123 through research by looking up different places. It was a decision for myself, and honestly, it has been nothing short of a blessing. Before, going downstairs to do something as simple as a wash seemed impossible. The stairlift has absolutely made it possible for me, making my day-to-day life much easier.
When it comes to safety and quality, I feel completely secure. Right now, as it's quite new, I'd rate my satisfaction level at a solid 4 out of 5 because it's significantly benefited me already, and I’d definitely recommend it to others.

The product from Mobility123 has been truly wonderful and exceptionally easy to use. Even though my father-in-law is quite weak at the moment, he can still operate it on his own smoothly.
However, the standout factor for me with Mobility123 isn't just the product itself, which you can find in various places, but the exceptional service and genuine human touch we experienced throughout the process. The installer, Bryan was very personable. He called ahead to give me a heads up to his arrival time. He was extremely polite and efficient. He diligently did his work installing the stair lift. When he was done he cleaned up the small amount of debris. He also explained how to use the stair lift efficiently. He also observed me using the lift making sure that I understood how it worked. I was extremely happy with the service that was provided.
Thanks for sharing this. Bryan will be happy to know his attention to detail made such a strong impression. Calling ahead, working clean, and making sure you were fully comfortable using the lift are exactly the touches that turn an installation into a good experience.

The reason I chose your company is directly related to Julianne answering my inquiries regarding the product and the pricing without all the sales hype. Natalie came and did the measurements and answered the rest of the questions I had regarding the product, and it use. I'm an automotive guy, not a mobility guy. This is all new to me. Between these two, I had the knowledge to decide on the best product for my parents.
I was pleasantly surprised that two young men like Xavier and Bryan could work as effectively and efficiently as they did. Sorry to say that the work ethics of our younger generation don't seem to have the same enthusiasm for the job as they did in my time. These guys were quick and made it look easy. You didn't question their youth versus their skill level. It's a learning curve from here, but I've used it many times already. The product is smooth and quiet and moves you at a comfortable and effective speed. I would recommend the product, the company, and the people I was involved with.

Mobility123 is a good company to deal with. I needed a reliable solution across my home's multiple stair sections and decided to rent three lifts from them. From my experience, their service was commendable. The team arrived as scheduled and completed the installation in roughly three hours, which was an efficient process. They were well-prepared, as the necessary parts were pre-cut, reducing any on-site adjustments.
The lifts produce some noise while operating, but it's nothing too loud or bothersome. Regarding customer service, I didn't need to contact them post-installation, which implies that everything worked as it should. Overall, I'd say the experience was straightforward and met my expectations. Though I didn't shop around to compare prices, the agreement we settled on was honored, and for this reason, I would recommend their service.

To my delight, Mobility123's customer service was exceptional. The delivery and installation process of the stair lift were straightforward. A gentleman came over, thoroughly explained the procedure, and got it installed smoothly.
There was only a slight hiccup with figuring out why the stair lift was beeping, which we realized was due to the chair not being in the correct position. Although I believe he mentioned this, I didn't remember at the time. All in all, the experience was quite satisfying, and I wouldn't hesitate to give them top marks for their service.

The Mobility 123 rep I spoke to was exceptionally friendly, which helped seal the deal for me. During the installation process, everything went smoothly. The team was quick and friendly, leaving me with no complaints at all.
Comparing it to a previous stair chair we had, this one seems slightly less sturdy and not as smooth, possibly because it’s more suited for lighter individuals like my mom. Despite this, there's no issue with the chair itself—it's just a different experience from what we had before.
Price-wise, I was very satisfied. The overall customer service from Mobility 123 was excellent—definitely a 5-star experience for me. The staff who came were polite and thorough with their explanations. It's important for my mom's mobility, and I'm happy we went with Mobility 123.

When I did an internet search, I found Mobility123. I didn't consider other companies because when I called, the salesperson I spoke with was really convincing and helpful. I decided to purchase a stair lift for my mother and the installation went smoothly. Although I wasn't there personally, my sister, who was present, said the installers were punctual, friendly, and efficient.

I urgently needed a solution to assist my mother after she suffered a bad fall. Mobility123 came to my rescue when another company couldn't install a stair lift for three weeks, which was too long for our immediate needs. I needed to get her in and out of my house, which has five steps at the front.
The prompt response from Mobility123 was impressive. After speaking with them on a Monday, they measured the space on Tuesday and completed the installation by Wednesday. This quick turnaround was critical for us, given the circumstances.
We installed the stair lift for the porch and added a ramp in the garage for the shorter climb of two steps. I found the quality of the stair lift quite satisfactory.

I hired Mobility123 to set up a chairlift at my parents' house. My brother recommended them, so I went with their service. Although I am not personally using the chairlift, my father, who uses it, reports that everything is functioning well so far. We haven't encountered any issues with the quality of the product or the installation process.

I recently purchased a stairlift from Mobility 123 due to spinal stenosis. My sister-in-law recommended them. The entire process was smooth; Julianne at the office was wonderful, and the installation team did a great job. Despite having a little issue where it makes a noise like it's off track when reversing at the top of the stairs, I still love the product.
This stairlift has significantly impacted my life, allowing me to sleep in my own bed again. It was installed very quickly, the day after I decided to purchase it. My mother, who is 84 and still works full-time, also appreciates the device as it makes it safer and easier for her to move items upstairs. The purchase was definitely worth it, and I would tell anyone considering it not to hesitate; they won't regret it. I'm really happy I purchased it.

We gave a very good review of Mobility 123 based upon our sales and installation experience. Since then (December 2024) we learned that Mobility 123 does not provide after hours service, that means you can go a whole night or weekend without access to your up/downstairs bathrooms and bedrooms. This is unacceptable for persons in need. For this reason I cannot recommend Mobility 123. This is too bad because otherwise they have been a good company.
We appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts, and we’re sorry to hear that our service availability didn’t meet your expectations. While we do provide service Monday through Saturday, we also have a 24-hour answering service and emergency call triage to connect customers with a technician for after-hours troubleshooting and support. Our goal is to get someone on-site the same day or the next business day when needed.
That said, we understand how critical accessibility is, and we always encourage customers to reach out so we can assist as quickly as possible. While no stairlift provider offers true 24-hour on-site service, we do our best to resolve issues promptly and provide guidance over the phone when immediate assistance is required.

My chairlift is 25yrs. When it failed to move, I called a competitor & was treated badly because I didn't purchase it from them. I contacted Mobility 123 who immediately made arrangements for repair. The repairman, Zack, placed new batteries but it still wasn't working. He recommended I contacted the sales division & again, very courteous & professional, Julianne, arranged for an installation within 2 days. Brayan came & installed the new chairlift He was friendly & cleaned up after he was done. As an 83yr old with a bad hip, that lives in a 2nd floor condo, I am in love with all Mobility 123's employees, services & my new chairlift ! To Mobility 123 thank you. I can't say enough good things about Mobility 123. Blessings to all.

I recently purchased a chairlift from Mobility123 after finding them through a Google search. I chose them because they are a local company, and they responded quickly to my inquiries. Impressively, they were able to install the chair lift within just two days, which was crucial for my father's mobility needs.
