Mobility123 recently installed a stairlift in our home. We could not have asked for better service. Technician Merlin ** initially came to measure our stairs and to describe the stairlift that best suited our needs. He explained the stairlift in remarkable detail. He spent all the time we wanted to answer our questions. We were impressed. Owner Adam ** clearly answered our questions about pricing. We didn’t hesitate. Merlin installed the stairlift a few days later and made sure we completely understood how to operate it. The stairlift works as expected. That’s great service! Thanks, guys!

The guy who came here to talk to me about the chairlift was pretty impressive. He was knowledgeable. He gave me various options and showed me the literature. Based on that literature, we decided on this particular chairlift and I'm glad that it worked exactly as he had expressed. So, everything worked fine. Once the chairlift was here, in a couple of weeks, they called up and finished the job in one day. Nothing went wrong. Everything looks fine. The people who came to install it were very experienced, and they did a fine job. The chairlift is working fine. Mobility123 also followed up and checked about it and how it is working. I gave them a positive reply that everything is fine.

The initial visit with the salesperson was excellent and during the installation of the stairlift, everything was done carefully. The quality seems to be good and the reps have been very responsive. They've come back for a small service repair and we were satisfied. We've gone ahead and ordered an elevator from Mobility123, so we're into them for a lot of money.
Sharon, thank you for taking the time to write this. Customers in the middle of an elevator project usually have plenty on their plate, so sitting down to leave feedback on the stairlift experience means a lot.
The "a lot of money" line is fair, and it's honestly the reason we put as much weight on service as we do on the install itself. A stairlift is a meaningful investment, and a home elevator (homelift) is a much bigger one, so the only way any of this works is if the service after the install lines up with the conversation at the start. Glad to hear the small service repair on the stairlift was handled well. That's the part nobody sees in the brochure, but it's the part that really tells you whether you picked the right company.
Really looking forward to getting your elevator in. We'll work hard to earn the second half of that investment the same way we earned the first.

The chair lift has been a great convenience. I scheduled it with Julianne. She made it very easy. It was installed by Zac and Merlin. Merlin had helped me again later when the stop button got pushed and I couldn't get the chair to move again.

The stop button getting bumped happens more often than you'd think on a stairlift, especially in the first few weeks while you're still getting used to the layout of the controls and the way the chair sits in the stairwell. We'd much rather come out and reset it for you than have you wrestling with it on your own, so glad our technician could swing back and get the stairlift moving again quickly.

Mobility123's customer service was excellent. Their representative who installed the stairlift, Isaac, was wonderful and he explained everything and took good care of us. Since having the stairlift, I have the freedom of worrying about falling.

Taking the time on day one to walk through every feature and answer questions really does pay off, because the more comfortable you are with how the stairlift works, the more naturally it fits into your daily routine.
The part about not worrying about falling is the piece that matters most to us. Stairs are one of the most common places for serious falls at home, and removing that risk is the whole reason this product exists.

Due to Mobility123's price and availability, we got a stairlift from them. The installation process went very well. Xavier was excellent. He was quick and clean. One piece was a little on the wrong length and he had to go get it cut, but he was back within half an hour. He cleaned up very well and very quickly. It was a very good experience. My husband hasn't had a chance to use the stairlift yet, but I have. I find it very convenient. It runs smoothly. I might get used to this. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mobility123. Even the salesman was very pleasant.
Joann, thanks so much for the nice review. Glad our pricing and availability made the decision easier, both of those tend to be moving targets in this industry and it's not always easy to land on the right side of either, let alone both at once.
The small length issue on that one piece is a good example of why we send our technicians out with the tools and parts they need to make adjustments on the fly. A stairlift install almost never goes 100% to plan because every staircase has its own quirks, so the difference between a smooth job and a frustrating one usually comes down to whether the installer can solve a problem in 30 minutes instead of rescheduling for another day. Sounds like that's exactly what happened here.
The "I might get used to this" line made us smile. That's about the perfect first impression of a new stairlift, and we hope your husband enjoys it just as much once he gets to try it out. Thanks for noticing the sales side of things too, and for the recommendation. It means a lot coming from a household that took the time to consider its options.

We went into a location and the reps showed us different stairlifts and explained that the outside unit would be a little different from the showroom. We called another place, but they mainly did elevators and didn’t have what we needed. It would have cost too much to install an elevator when you're only going up five steps, so they recommended Mobility123 instead. We had a great experience with Mobility123. We had a stairlift installed from the back patio to the pool area. It goes straight up and then the chair swivels at the top. I sat on it a few times just to make sure it works, and it's okay. The price was pricey but it was something we had to do.
Michele, thanks for the kind review. A short outdoor run from the patio down to the pool is exactly the right job for a stairlift, an elevator for five steps would have been overkill. Glad the other company pointed you our way and that it ended up being the right fit.
The outdoor units do look a little different from the showroom models since they're built to handle the weather, but they run the same way and are very reliable.

Our first experience was with Adam at the showroom. He was extremely friendly and helpful explaining the different models and letting my husband try the models. Next was Xavier. He came to our home and did the measurements. He also waited until our electrician came that was going to install the needed electric so he knew where the best place for the electric we needed. He was extremely friendly, helpful. Finally Brian came to install the unit. He was also extremely friendly and did a great job installing the stairlift. Before he left he had my husband ride the lift up several times and adjusted the seat for his comfort.

I needed to get a chairlift for my wife, who no longer could navigate our stairs. I found Mobility123 on the internet. We spoke with some other people about it, and they recommended them, plus the fact that they were closest to us. They were a bit more affordable than others as well. The installation of our stairlift went well. Their reps were all great. My wife went from being very active to getting cancer and having severe neuropathy, and not being able to go up and down the stairs to being able to go up and down the stairs without me carrying her.

The stairlift from Mobility123 is wonderful. It goes up and down. It happens in two parts, though, because we have four steps. Mobility123 was recommended to us and when they came out to do their presentation, it was smooth. We’re old people and we had no issues at all. As far as the install, the gentleman came early morning, and we knew when he was coming. He worked through three hours, and he completed the job. He cleaned up, too. The people from Mobility123 were very professional. They allowed us to sit in the stairlift and try it out. They explained what needed to be done to get it to move up and down, and the safety issues that we should be aware of. It's a good fit for us. We're very satisfied.

A split stairlift setup for a landing like yours takes a little extra planning, so we're glad the whole process from presentation through install felt smooth and easy to follow. The service representative from Mobility123 was very knowledgeable and supportive of my efforts. The service technician that came out knew exactly what he needed. He brought it with him and he installed it in a short amount of time. The stairlift's performance is very good. It is comfortable and the mechanisms are quite responsive. It's made it much safer to go up and down the stairs. My wife and I are both disabled and elderly, and it's much safer.

The stairlift I got from Mobility123 works good. The guys who installed it were very nice and very good. The stairlift is of good quality, but I don't like that it doesn’t turn with one chair. I would rather have one chair than two chairs. It's a pain in the neck with two chairs.
John, thank you for the honest feedback and for the kind words about the install crew. I understand the two-stairlift setup feels like more of a hassle than a single curved unit would. A curved stairlift was on the table when we quoted the job, but the cost difference was significant and we went with the two straight units to stay within your budget. That's a real tradeoff and I'm sorry it's wearing on you in daily use. Mobility123 answered my call quickly. I want the chair lift installation done quickly, and Adam answered my call. He was great. He tried to move the process along as quick as possible. The only problem I had was that the chair was too high that my mom couldn't reach the stair. She couldn't put her feet down. But when I called Mobility123, they came by quickly to fix that. Other than that, the experience was good. The chair lift is all really good for my mom. She's still not really able to use it on her own right now, and she needs someone to help her figure out how to use it sometimes. But that's not the problem with the product. It’s just her.

I did a lot of research on Mobility123. I felt theirs was a quality chairlift. Mobility123 had good reviews and good rapport. When I called and spoke with them, they were very helpful, friendly, and responsive. The cost was reasonable, and the stairlift as accommodated my wife's life. I had a very good conversation with the rep at Mobility123. I told her that we liked the lift, but there were a few design issues that they should be aware of. They're easy to correct, and they should correct them.
We like the toggle switch. It's easy to operate. But at its location, if someone reaches for the arm for support, like someone who is disabled in some ways, they're not always steady. My wife reached for the arm for support and the machine started working. I've talked to a few other people who said that also happened to them. We want the switch easily accessible, but it's right where someone reached for the seat, it's one place where they would reach just for support, not to have the chair run. If it doesn't operate until someone sits in the chair, that creates a problem, if you want to move the chair up or down remotely. But there are various ways of dealing with that. Get design people around, and they could figure that out.
I have one other comment on the chair, and that is the location of the seatbelt. It is located right behind your rear end, and it's very difficult to reach especially by people with mobility issues. Also, unless you're LeBron James, you can't stretch it all the way out long enough to go in the buckle on the other side. You have to do it with two pulls. You have to pull it out so far, grab it, and pull it the rest of the way. Once you stop with the first pull, it locks up. You can't pull it any further. You got to go back to the beginning. You can't pull it any further. That's a real problem Mobility123 needs to see.
Lloyd, we really appreciate the detailed feedback you shared about the stairlift and your experience with our team. It’s great to know the lift is helping your wife, but we also wanted to share some context on why those specific features are designed the way they are.
The toggle switch is typically placed right at the end of the armrest so that users with very limited hand dexterity can operate it without needing a tight grip or a long reach. The trade-off, as you noticed, is that it becomes a bit too easy to trigger when you're just using the armrest for stability. Regarding the seatbelt, it’s designed to lock quickly and sit further back to ensure it stays clear of the internal gears and the swivel mechanism when not in use. It’s a safety-first design, but we realize that "safety" shouldn't mean having to have the reach of a pro athlete just to get buckled in.
Your points about the "two-pull" struggle and the accidental starts are completely valid. We’re going to pass these notes directly to the manufacturer’s engineering team because real-world feedback like yours is exactly how these designs get refined. During the initial consultation, Mobility123 told me everything I needed to know and answered all my questions. They delivered on time. Everything was fine with the installation. I called different places and Mobility123 answered and they were very helpful. They got out quickly. I'm renting a stairlift chair from them for my mother. It's working fine. We couldn't get her upstairs without it.

Mobility123 was the one closest to us and they had good reviews. We chose them online, and the reps came out and measured everything. They showed us how the stairlift would work and explained to us how it would be installed. We asked if it was easy for two elders to use, and they said, “Absolutely.” It took them two hours to install it, and they showed us everything. They were very professional, nice, made us feel comfortable, and helped us with all of our questions. The stairlift works very well and the price was fair.

It was a good experience with Mobility123. They followed through, did the work, and they honored what they said. Their stairlift is affordable for what we needed. I can rent it by the month, which is good. I don't have to buy the whole thing upfront. Also, the stairlift functions fine. It's what they said and I haven't had any callbacks for any issues on it. It has been a helpful item.

I'm very satisfied from the initial visit to the installation of Mobility123. A cousin of mine did the research and looked at several companies. She gave me all the pros and cons of a few of them and we both liked Mobility123. We just thought that this one seemed to meet all our needs.
We actually ended up purchasing two stairlifts from them and they work very well. The customer service was excellent and to the point. They were also very quick to have it installed at my convenience. My husband was in rehab and I wanted to put it in before he came home. They came when they said they were going to come and they got it to me as fast as they could. They were very accommodating and it was much quicker than I thought it would be. They did a really good job. It just went very smoothly. I didn't have to wait long and the installers were very nice and competent. I didn't realize the stairlift would have a seat belt on it, but that's a very good feature.
They gave me all the reading material and did a demonstration. They said if I had any questions, I should call them afterwards. It was really terrific that they were just very responsive every time I called. If I left a message, I got a call back right away, which I thought was really good. It was very reassuring to have them right on top of any questions I had or they would get it for me right away if they didn't know the answer. So they were a very good company to deal with. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. I think the product is really good.

I have a 94-year-old father who can't do stairs. A girl in my neighborhood has a stairlift from Mobility123. I went straight for that because we needed to expedite it. The stairlift allowed him to go up and down and gives him more freedom. The install process was fine and the crew was very good. We've had issues, though. It stalls and stops and I'm not sure why that happens. Sometimes it just seems to get stuck. Right now, it seems to be functioning okay, but it's very inconsistent. Also, we wish that the bottom would rotate to face the way you're trying to get up. We have a very tight staircase and my father cannot stand. We need to lift the arm. He rotates his body and tries to stand up but the arm is in his way. It's the only way he can get out of the chair.

The Mobility123 stairlift works very well. It functions and it's comfortable. My daughter comes down with it because she gets seizures and she fell down the stairs once. So with the stairlift, she's safe in the seat. I'm happy and I love it.

I had to get a chair that goes in the stairs. When I asked my trainer about which company to go to, she sent me the link for Mobility123. I asked the company to put my chair on Wednesday. The people came out on Friday and installed it for me. They're very nice. I had a very, very good experience.
