When I bought a Bruno stairlift from Mobility123, we went back and forth with how it would fit in my stairwell. So, they really helped me with figuring out which one was best for our situation. They installed it within the week I made my purchase and part of it was because of the timing of when I would be home. Other than that, the installer was very good and the installation went really quick. The cost was fair and overall, I'd highly recommend them. The stairlift is more for my husband. He really likes it, and not having to worry about getting up and down the steps each day. But I'm having my knee replaced next month, so I'm also going to use it then.

I heard about Mobility123 through research by looking up different places. It was a decision for myself, and honestly, it has been nothing short of a blessing. The installer, Bryan was very personable. He called ahead to give me a heads up to his arrival time. He was extremely polite and efficient. He diligently did his work installing the stair lift. When he was done he cleaned up the small amount of debris. He also explained how to use the stair lift efficiently. He also observed me using the lift making sure that I understood how it worked. I was extremely happy with the service that was provided.

The reason I chose your company is directly related to Julianne answering my inquiries regarding the product and the pricing without all the sales hype. Natalie came and did the measurements and answered the rest of the questions I had regarding the product, and it use. I'm an automotive guy, not a mobility guy. This is all new to me. Between these two, I had the knowledge to decide on the best product for my parents.
I was pleasantly surprised that two young men like Xavier and Bryan could work as effectively and efficiently as they did. Sorry to say that the work ethics of our younger generation don't seem to have the same enthusiasm for the job as they did in my time. These guys were quick and made it look easy. You didn't question their youth versus their skill level. It's a learning curve from here, but I've used it many times already. The product is smooth and quiet and moves you at a comfortable and effective speed. I would recommend the product, the company, and the people I was involved with.

Mobility123 is a good company to deal with. I needed a reliable solution across my home's multiple stair sections and decided to rent three lifts from them. From my experience, their service was commendable. The team arrived as scheduled and completed the installation in roughly three hours, which was an efficient process. They were well-prepared, as the necessary parts were pre-cut, reducing any on-site adjustments.
The lifts produce some noise while operating, but it's nothing too loud or bothersome. Regarding customer service, I didn't need to contact them post-installation, which implies that everything worked as it should. Overall, I'd say the experience was straightforward and met my expectations. Though I didn't shop around to compare prices, the agreement we settled on was honored, and for this reason, I would recommend their service.

To my delight, Mobility123's customer service was exceptional. The delivery and installation process of the stair lift were straightforward. A gentleman came over, thoroughly explained the procedure, and got it installed smoothly.
There was only a slight hiccup with figuring out why the stair lift was beeping, which we realized was due to the chair not being in the correct position. Although I believe he mentioned this, I didn't remember at the time. All in all, the experience was quite satisfying, and I wouldn't hesitate to give them top marks for their service.

The Mobility 123 rep I spoke to was exceptionally friendly, which helped seal the deal for me. During the installation process, everything went smoothly. The team was quick and friendly, leaving me with no complaints at all.
Comparing it to a previous stair chair we had, this one seems slightly less sturdy and not as smooth, possibly because it’s more suited for lighter individuals like my mom. Despite this, there's no issue with the chair itself—it's just a different experience from what we had before.
Price-wise, I was very satisfied. The overall customer service from Mobility 123 was excellent—definitely a 5-star experience for me. The staff who came were polite and thorough with their explanations. It's important for my mom's mobility, and I'm happy we went with Mobility 123.

I purchased a Mobility 123 stairlift that goes straight up and down the stairs. My initial interaction with them exceeded my expectations. I submitted a request for a callback, anticipating a long wait; however, their quick response was surprising. They contacted me promptly, and after deciding to proceed with their service, they arranged for installation within a week, which was impressively fast.
The installation process was smooth and impressive as well, with a knowledgeable installer who patiently answered all our questions. Despite having a trainee with them, the installer spent the necessary time with us, ensuring we were confident with how it worked.
The quality is evident in the stairlift’s features, reliable manufacturing, and the built-in safety measures. It's user-friendly, and my mother, for whom it was purchased, enjoys using it.
