    We liked everything with our experience working with Luxury Bath Technologies. We purchased a shower surround from them and the gentleman from Roeland Home Improvers who did the work did such a wonderful job. It was a quick turnaround, too. We've recommended him as well as Luxury Bath to other people. The shower surround came out beautiful. It's also very low maintenance and easy to take care of. You just have to clean up with Dawn Dish Soap and don't have to buy a lot of specialty stuff to clean it.

    I had shower installation done with Luxury Bath about eight months ago. The guy who owns the company is a member at the church that I go to and he kinda pushed it off a little bit, so I gave him an opportunity to show me. The big selling point for me was the fact that the shower doesn't build up molds. The construction guys who came knew what they were doing and were pretty good at what they did. They were also extremely clean. They dropped the drop cloth because they had to go into the master bedroom. Except for the glass door, it took about a week to finish the job. Since the glass door was not a normal size, it took a couple of weeks waiting for it.

    So far, I liked everything except for the glass door which wasn't to my satisfaction. It was cheaply made and not like a heavy glass door. The manufacturing of the product needs definitely better glass. The stuff they had is nothing compared to what was originally in there. It should be thicker and not cheaply made. Other than that, the product is very good. To this day, it doesn't build up molds. Luxury Bath did a great job. They were also professional.

    I needed paperwork after installation for my insurance company. The office staff was extremely rude and I had to follow up several times to get the paperwork I needed. Time will tell whether the workmanship and quality of the materials is up to par. If it is anything like the customer service of the office staff, it is best to avoid this company at all costs. Too much of a hassle.

    I was happy with the professionalism of Ted, the salesman. He was on time, friendly and knowledgeable. I agreed to have Luxury Bath convert my tub into a walk in shower. After about a month I had to call to find out when my install would be and I was told it wouldn't be much longer. Soon after that Heidi called to schedule my install. She said it would take about four days. The website says ONE day. So, I scheduled some days off of work to accommodate them only to get a phone call that morning that they had ordered the wrong size walls. Heidi was going to call me back that night. No call.

    Two weeks later I emailed Heidi. No response. So, I texted Ted, my salesman, to see if he could find out when they were coming. The next day we rescheduled for the following week. They were supposed to be at my house between 8 am-9 am. At 9:30 I had to call to see if they were indeed coming. All in all it took 3 days. The installers were nice but one was very unprofessional. At one point he sat on my bed. I have been scrubbing hand prints that must have had caulking material on them from the glass door for the last hour. I can't say I'd recommend this company.

    We scheduled Luxury Bath to come do a bathtub insert for our rental. At the beginning they did great. They came to talk about their services and then came to measure the bathtub. We were thrilled & set up a date for the work to be done. Then we didn't hear from them. My husband called just before the install date and then they informed us that they couldn't do the install after all! Here's the thing that really gives them a 1 star: THEY DIDN'T CALL US, WE HAD TO CALL THEM! That set us back at least 3 weeks. I am so furious that they didn't call us to tell us. If we had known in a timely manner that Luxury Bath could not do what they had promised, my husband could've done the DIY work while the renters were on vacation. If I could leave NO stars, I would.

    The house I bought was in bad shape and I was thinking to either flip it or rent it out. The original bathroom broke down to the slab of the house. Everything was gone and it needed a full bathroom. Then, I searched on the web and narrowed down the remodeling companies. I solicited from Luxury Bath and gave them an idea of what I wanted. They gave me the prices and came up to see the house.

    They remodeled the whole bathroom, the shower was brand-new. I left some other parts like the floor tiling, and the sink, and the toilet. But, to do the shower, they had to do other work. Then I noticed that the cabinets in the kitchen were the old particle board that had gotten wet and sagged. I suspected there was mold in there. So, we pulled it all out as it was not salvageable. Their people also helped with the external paneling of the house. The rain and sun affected the wood and it had not been well-maintained. So, one side of the house had all the paneling removed and replaced as well as the backyard patio and it was very good.

    I looked beyond them to alert me the things that I needed to do and for different options that I could have for the house because I knew nothing much about it. Though they told me what kind of tiles I should look for and when I picked the actual one, they gave me ideas on what I needed to make it work in the shower. They showed me where I would go to choose the granite countertop and the sinks. They knew the local businesses that could help out. The whole remodeling took about a month but I had other things that I wanted to do myself to keep the cost down. Luxury Bath did everything I wanted.

    We did a kitchen remodel and Luxury Bath Technologies was referred to us through HomeAdvisor. We also took bids from several different contractors but we felt most comfortable with the proposal that Luxury Bath gave us so that’s what we decided to do. We did the appliances separately from the actual remodel. So, they did all of the structure including the floors. It was our first time with Luxury Bath and we felt that we’ve had a good experience with their representatives. They were thorough and seemed to have a good understanding of the products that they were representing. They represented them very well. Also, the contractor Custom Development did a good job. We ran into some problems along the way so they worked over a period of about 3 months. Other than that, they had some good, skilled and knowledgeable craftsmen on the job.

    The backing of my tub shower was peeling off and I knew that moisture was getting behind the scenes because the black was appearing. With the black backing of the material on there being exposed, water was getting back there and it was getting wet. I've been in construction for many years as a bookkeeper, so I knew what was happening and I wanna get the remodeling done before there's any dry rot or major wood damage and I have to do a lot of wood replacing.

    I live in Stockton, California and there's a town north of me that's a half hour drive called Lodi where I grew up in. They specialize in grapes so, every year, they have what they call the Lodi Grape Festival. At the time, Custom Development of Sacramento had one of their displays at the Lodi Grape Festival. They had an example of a shower and their vendor information and I thought it wouldn't hurt to get an estimate. At that point, I still wasn't sure which way to go, but I had them come out and talk to me about it.

    In the end, I hired them. They took out the bathtub and shower, then they put in a shower stall, so they had to pull out all the backing. Luckily, I did not have any wood or stud damage, so they did not have to replace that but that was beginning to be damaged, so I caught it in time. Their reps were very pleasant and very cooperative. Also, there was no high-sales pressure from them, which I liked. The installers who came out were fantastic as well. They locked themselves in that small bathroom because my house is 77 years old, so it's a small bathroom. But they shut the doors when they started taking things apart, so there would be minimal dust, and they cleaned up. They were very conscientious about not trying to get dust throughout the whole house, which was amazing. It was hot working in there, but I turned on the central fan to help circulate.

    I was very satisfied with the finished product and I would recommend them. They were very easy to deal with and they tried to minimize the cost or give you discounts. I got a discount for getting an estimate from the Lodi Grape Festival and when I had a problem, they hopped to it. When they put in a new shower head and an all new-plumbing, there was a problem with the shower head leaking. They came back and fixed it then they put something else in it that didn't work. But they came back the next day and put in a whole new shower head because what they put in was still leaking. So, their rep went to the store, bought a different shower head that day, and put it in so there wouldn't be a leak. All in all, you can't go wrong with Custom Development because they back up their products. If there's a problem, they take care of it and they work with you. I had very minor problems but they took them seriously. So, I would use them again.

    I got a remake of the shower from Luxury Bath Technologies. I made the purchase last year but since we were going across country, I had to put the installation off until November. The installation took us a little while but it was seamless. I like the product too. It's nice and easy to clean. There was one thing that came loose though. I went ahead and glued it myself.     Luxury Bath had a table at the State Fair and I had my whole bathroom remodelled last year which included the toilet, the shower and the floor. The rep explained to me what was gonna happen and everything was good in getting the bathroom ready. The installation was timely and they tried to keep from making a mess.     I had some bathroom work done through Luxury Bath Technologies. I heard about them through my parents who had used them for a couple of projects. I purchased a shower from them and we did a shower stall. Their reps were fine and the installer was thorough and efficient. He made it like it was supposed to be. I like my shower, it’s good and it’s what I needed. It fits my needs and it saved me a ton of time and energy to try to do that myself which would’ve taken me weeks and only took one day for them. I had it replaced because the bottom of the pan was cracked. So, it’s draining and it leaked into a Sheetrock in my kitchen, which directly flowed out the bathroom. Now, it's good as new and you can’t tell there was even a problem there. It’s a bit more expensive than some other stuff but I’m glad they did it as it’s hard to equate the value when you try to weigh what it is and how it is and was it worth it.

    Luxury Bath installed a liner over old bathtub. Liner did not fit bathtub. Liner cracked... Causing water to seep under liner. Which then caused livingroom ceiling to cave in... Still damaged. Luxury Bath stated it was the cleaning product I used... Scrubbing Bubbles. 4 companies have told us it was stress cracks. Luxury Bath does not stand by its products. Come to my house. See for yourself.

    Updated on 07/26/2018: Company just called. Told my husband we DID not use the right cleaner... My husband who has terminal cancer told them it was stress cracks due to the fact the liner DID not fit the original bathtub... They hung up on him... Now what????

    On November 10, 2005 Luxury Bath installed a new tub liner over the existing tub coupled with a new wall system at your residence. There were no issues or requested service on the work completed by Luxury Bath until 2016 (11 years and 3 months after the installation was completed). Upon receiving the call from Mrs. Shultz regarding the liner being cracked, our local dealership scheduled a service appointment. During the visit it was determined that the cracks in the liner were from the non-approved cleaning solution “Scrubbing Bubbles” that you actually mentioned using in your review on the Consumer Affairs website.

    On the contract you signed, it provides you a list of approved and non-approved cleaning solutions for acrylic products. We also provide this information for customers on the Luxury Bath website. https://www.luxurybath.com/about-us/care-maintenance/ On both your contract, and on the Cleaning Instructions page on our website it clearly states: Do Not Use – Scrubbing Bubbles*, and that the *Use of these chemicals will cause a dull surface and/or an easily recognizable chemical crack. This will void your product warranty.

    Luxury Bath Corporate has offered to send the local dealership a new tub liner at no cost to you, but because the cleaning solution you used caused the cracks and voided the warranty, you would have to pay our local dealer’s installation/service charge to come out and install the new liner. You declined this offer. Luxury Bath provides a lifetime warranty on all of our products and our dealers across the country provide a warranty on the installation. We always stand behind our warranty, and even though in this case the cleaning solution you used voided the warranty, we offered to try and make things right.

    We were interested in getting a bathroom remodel. We needed a new tub because our old tub was hard getting into. We had sliding doors and it was hard to lift and we wanted something where we could walk in. We purchased a walk-in bath. Our sales rep, Arnold, went through it and showed us `the bath and the pamphlets. And then he had a model of the bath and we thought it would work out well. This was a second project he did. He had done some work already on our floors and remodeling downstairs.

    He had his company install it. There were two individuals that were excellent worker and they did a real nice job. One thing that we didn’t know about till we had it installed was it takes a lot of water. And our furnace makes hot water continuously but there wasn’t enough hot water in the system. The water would be hot and then it would get cool and hot so we contacted a plumber who Arnold recommended and he put in a $2000 new hot water tank. And now we have plenty of hot water.

    We use the shower and the tub. We use it mostly as a shower. There’s no problem with the plumbing but when you fill up the tub, which is 60 gallons, and you let the water out, the water comes out into the floor of the basement. Luckily we have sump pumps so it doesn’t create too much of a problem. But it’s something that we have to see if we can get remedied. That’s something that when you install these baths. The first one that there wasn’t enough hot water. And the second thing is the drain. You have to be sure that you have a good drain. I’d recommend it to a friend with that understanding. Other than that it’s a beautiful bath and my wife and I find it very easy to use.

    The bathroom in our house was the original builder’s bathroom from 1984. So we purchased from Luxury Bath the shower faucet, shower walls and the shower base. We also bought the corner shelf unit, one in the full length and one short one. Their sales guy was good. He was very interested in educating us about the products. It went on a little too long but he was a lovely person. He was nice enough and we certainly felt like we were educated by the end of it.

    It was just installed about three weeks ago. The guys that showed up were nice enough. However, they brought a person from another company to observe the installation. Apparently, this other company was being trained on how to install their product and it turned into a little bit of a disaster. The guy was basically an idiot. We weren’t told about it at first before he came. But then, the guy was sitting on our stuff. His actions were not appropriate. I’ve addressed it with the company that did the installation. And I also addressed it to the regional manager as well.

    The installation went well. But the drain and the pan are not seated properly. It’s off-center. It’s annoying and a little disappointing but there’s nothing we can do about it without tearing the whole thing out. Another thing was, we were told to have the ceiling completely done before the install which we did. My husband spent a lot of time working on it. And then the guy ended up wrecking a little part of it. So, my husband had a lot of other work to do to fix it up. My husband spoke to the company and they ended up knocking $350 off for the inconvenience of that. But I’m very happy with the way that it looks and I liked the idea that it was not going to grow mold and it's easy to clean too. And then there’s also a lifetime warranty. So, if we do have any problems, they’re going to be addressed. We’d tell others to look at the products of Luxury Bath.

    My wall was pulled away from the foundation and there was a hole in the tub. I got a cast iron tub from Luxury Bath Technologies. They tore out the walls, put in tile walls, painted the remainder of the wall and ceiling, tiled the floor, and put in a new toilet. They kept the house clean because I was worried about my wood floors getting scratched up. They covered everything and at the end of the day, everything was cleaned up. They did a marvelous job.

    We went to a home show one time and Luxury Bath Technologies came up but we just didn't have the funds to do the remodel at that time. Last year, we went back to the same home show and looked up the same salesman, Logan. We then had him come up and he was very straightforward and he had very good ideas on helping us pick out our tub. We purchased a shower tub area and a freestanding shower. We tore down one bathroom first and remodeled it, then we tore down the other one because we couldn't do both in the same week. Their installer, Brian, did such a good job on the first one that I requested him to be back for the second one and he did another excellent job.

    I had nothing but high praise with everybody that I met at Luxury Bath. They were an excellent team and they have been very professional. Plus, they got a good product. I went with acrylic and I enjoyed it. It's easy to clean. I'm 58 now and I'm not going to put something in my house or do anything that I've got to worry about for the rest of my life. I wanted to do it once. I decided to let Luxury Bath do their bath work and let someone else do the floors though. That was a big mistake because I should have let Luxury Bath do it all and we would have saved time. Also, there was a big difference in how the companies worked. Luxury Bath Technologies have been nothing but excellent.

    Our bathroom had never been remodeled since it was built. When the guys from Luxury Bath Technologies came out, they showed us the materials used in their products. They said that, supposedly, those were stronger materials than what their competitors used. We converted a bathtub into a shower and we had them install floor tiles as well as a couple of vanities. In addition, they put in a new toilet bowl. The job took three weeks to finish. They told us that they thought it would take a week, but there was a lot of work. Then they said that they would have more than one person working on it, but only one person ended up working on it. It took longer than expected, but we were happy with the results.

    Our shower stall needed to be redone. I looked into Bath Fitter first and they were outrageous. Luxury Bath had a display in Woodfield Mall, in Schaumburg. It was still outrageous and really a lot of money, but less and it is beautiful. I bought from them last July and the sales rep was a very nice guy. He agreed with me that it was a lot of money. He was a salesman, but that kind of thing sells itself since I saw samples of the product and I liked what I saw. The installers were good and they listened to me. They let me stand and watch a lot, which my husband would’ve never let me do, and they did a good job of cleaning up. The work was considered a demolition because a new base and three walls were to be installed and the old shower stall had to come out. I expected my house to be a disaster yet it wasn’t. I would recommend them.

    I moved into a house and found out that the shower enclosure and the actual shallow pan, which is the floor of the prefab shower itself, had collapsed. I couldn’t trust it and needed to have it fixed. I didn’t want to fall through even though it’s not too bad a fall. It was just not a good situation. It was a formerly owned house, 17 years old, and we wanted to get the repair done. We went to another vendor in Tampa to check out just glass enclosures and they said that we needed more than that and that we may want to get in touch with Luxury Bath Technologies.

    I did my research online and had spoken with several other vendors who were in the business and they said that Luxury Bath is really good at what they do and they have a lot of business right now. I can’t go wrong. I spoke to the people who provided the actual wall tile for doing an entire wall which we went ahead and did as well and they preferred Luxury Bath too. So, I got two other estimates and wasn’t totally thrilled with the research for the referrals I got on those estimates. So, I decided to go with Luxury Bath.

    I made the first arrangements with them in August at which time they told me they were about 12 weeks out before they’d be able to do the work. I decided to go ahead and do it anyway. Their sales rep came to the house and he did all the measuring and explained to me the costs involved with doing just the shower as opposed to going across where the bathtub also is. He also explained different options that I had. The interaction was good. He was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable.

    Luxury Bath installed a brand-new shower enclosure with totally new walls with all-new nice tiles. They also replaced and put in a tile floor with a new shower pan. The installation team was comprised of about four to six different people at different stages. They were informative and reliable. I would use this company again. They’re reliable and they deliver what they commit to. There was no doubt about it. They did a really good job. Also, I’ve recommended them to one of my neighbors who was considering doing a job which is similar to the one we have got.

    I am a real person that lives in Schaumburg that got hosed for 7000 dollars for a tub surround replacement. Sounds like a lot of money? I thought so too, but the estimator ***** ensured me that Luxury Bath's process was worth it. What ***** promised: Tear everything out down to the studs. Address any issues behind the wall. Replace ALL plumbing so there are no issues after the remodel. High quality materials being used. Expert installers that do flawless work. A new shower curtain rod.

    What actually happened: Cut a small hole in the wall at the valve so they wouldn't have to do a full demolition. Only replaced the plumbing at the valve. Cheap plastic materials, crappy hollow shelves for shampoo, cheap no name showerheads (picture bottom shelf at Home Depot). Workers that left a 1"x2" hole in the ceiling that they filled with silicone caulk (not how you fix drywall, workers that snapped a piece of trim and said nothing about it). I caught the workers cutting only a small hole in the wall and I asked them if they were going to demo down to the studs like ***** had promised. They said no. I had a cow and called ***** who didn't answer. I called another installer that I guess is the boss, his name is Jim. He made a bunch of excuses and then sent drywall over so they could demo down to the studs and replace the drywall.

    It is worth noting that in the video they showed us during the estimate showing their "process" the installer demoed down to the studs and replaced with a cement backer board. This is not what they did for us. They used green board. It works fine I guess, but just another unexpected occurrence. I watched them only replace the plumbing at the valve and not the pipe leading to the shower head. Was this necessary for them to do? Probably not. Was it promised to us by *****? Yes. Did they do it? No. They put the green board over it and moved on. At this point I fully accepted that I was being hosed. However this was the only shower in my home so I was more interested in them finishing the job and getting out of my house.

    They didn't bring a shower rod and then asked me if I wanted one. Yes, I was told you would install one so yes. They went to buy one and came back an hour later with chrome instead of satin nickel like ALL THE OTHER ACCESSORIES they installed. I told them I didn't want it. They came back the next day and installed some shower rod that they obviously bought at Target or Home Depot (I know because it was the same one I had when this project started). They sent someone to fix the hole in the ceiling and the trim. He fixed the hole in the ceiling but not the trim.

    SUMMARY: OVER PROMISE/UNDER DELIVER. ***** is at best a bad communicator and at worst a scam artist. I was told I would hear from someone today about a credit. I didn't hear from anyone. I have major complaints about how this whole job went down and no one with any authority to do anything about it will call me from Luxury Bath to discuss. Save your money and have a local handyman do twice as good of a job for half the price.

    Trying to cancel within the 3 day, called salesman who advised "Notice of Cancellation in folder." Finding it, see that we already signed/dated, same day of order. Called office, asked if need to bring since they already have a signed copy and would be 1 hour drive. Office states "yes, bring it" adds "well, our salesman made that drive yesterday". Not really an "in-home estimate to use to comparison shop" as advertised. High pressure sales, we said "no" several time during sales pitch. Stated we wanted to shop and compare but the pressure continued until signed documents received, including cancellation document, obviously a sign I think. Yes, now driving the 2 hour round trip to be certain they have 2nd signed Cancellation document and we owe them nothing! Hard to find companies that really care about customer service, those that do have my business and referrals but is not Luxury Bath Technologies, sorry.

    My wife, 10 years ago, had a stroke and then she had a knee replaced and so we had a lawn chair with two legs set in the tub and two out and I had to be there all the time. I decided it was time to look around. I bought a Luxury Bath walk-in shower with a four-inch lip on it and my wife likes it. The sales reps were more than knowledgeable. The first sales rep who presented was just too much and he knew what to sell, he went and did it again. We live out in the country, it's a farmhouse and we didn't need the price or the controls. He was going to put controls on the bathroom sink. He liked to do an A1 job and the workmanship was A1.

    The sales rep came again and it was two installers that put it in. The rep came along because he had to come with the contract. They respected everything as they left no mess and they had to walk on the carpet. It was done all first class, as far as the workmanship and our interactions with them. It took two days to finish everything. They had to take the tub off and take the drywall off and put new under laminate underneath around it and then put the new board on. There was nothing that I disliked about the installation.

    This condominium is 40 years old and I could tell by the looks of the tub. The tiles weren’t bad but I couldn't get the tub clean anymore. There was an ad for Luxury Bath Technologies in our newspaper and I know that they've done other work in our condos.     My mother-in-law was coming to live with me and she needed a walk-in shower so I was asking around. A customer at work has told me about Luxury Bath and so I went in. I had gone and looked at several other places as well but I liked what I've seen at Luxury Bath. And the owner, who we had worked with, was very informative and helped me along the way, because I didn't know what to do or exactly what I needed. And he was very familiar with everything that I would need and he was correct. The sales representative then came to my home and looked at everything. I called him a few times and answered every time whether it was business hours or not, and he stayed after work to come here. Everything was very well and easy. And since my mother-in-law was coming here in a rush, he did his best to rush the order as much as possible.

    We had the walk-in shower installed about five months ago. The installers were wonderful, a group of very polite and considerate young men. The day the shower came in was on a Friday, so they weren't going to be back until Monday. They asked me how late they could stay that would not bother my mother-in-law to get the job finished. They ended up staying until about 10:00 at night just to get it done for us. So, it was done in one day. They went above and beyond to accommodate. They also put in handrails and the seat for her and all that kind of stuff. And it works out perfect, even better than expected. I wasn't real happy about having to lose my jacuzzi tub, but in the end, this is great. I absolutely love it. I'm now saving the money to finish the rest of my bathroom, to do toilets and everything. And I'll definitely go with Luxury Bath again.

    I had Luxury Bath install a new toilet, sink, washer and drier before, and when I needed a new bathtub, I went with them again. The sales rep was very friendly and very easy to contact. I made the purchase at the end of May and they installed it the end of July. It was one week delayed because of our schedule but it was more delayed because of them. It was a slow process. But t I didn't feel like they got a good sample of what color was actually going on in our bathroom and I also didn't realize how unfinished the walls would be when they remodeled. I knew I had to paint but I didn't know I had to do all the sanding and touching so I thought I was a little misled.

    The installers were sometimes slow. They had told me a few weeks ahead of time that they were coming but they didn't call me a business day before or let me know when they might come or verify that they were coming. They weren't the best communicators but whenever I called them, they called back. Everything else is installed, but the project is not yet finished. They didn't do a real neat job. The sealant was a little gooked which I fixed on my own. There's also a scratch in the tub that they're going to look at and they have to fix the seals. The moulding went across the middle of the bathtub, which I thought was going to be in-set between the two liner pieces. It wasn't clear that it would be an overlay and it would have been better if that was shown to us more clearly.

    The tub that was in our home was unsafe and my husband almost fell twice on it, so it wasn't the kind to be climbing in and out of for him because he's 70. We had to put something else in for both of us. So we got Luxury Bath to remodel our bathroom for us and their installers did it in no time. We also got a new tub that's handicap adaptable.     We had bathrooms that we've been planning to remodel for some time. I saw a newspaper ad for Luxury Bath Technologies and a friend had them do a bathroom and had a good review. My friend took me in to show me the work that they've done so, I went ahead and gave Luxury Bath a call. When I called Jim, the proprietor there, he made an appointment with me, came right over to the house to see what we had, and got quotes together promptly. The sales rep was very personable and very polite. There were things we had to go to the shop to look at and he made it easy for us to come when it was convenient for us.

    The installation team was great. They changed the toilet, the vanity, the shower, and bathtub. They covered our carpets with some cloth coverings, picked those up, and ran a vacuum everyday when they left so the house wasn't a mess when they did it. They were really polite, very friendly and fun to deal with. We had the remodel of the two bathrooms predominantly done in early May and finished up in June, and they did a great job. The quality was good, the timeliness was excellent, and the experience of having the installation done was very positive. We pay for certain things, and we got what we paid for.

    We had a tub, a shower, two countertops, and the flooring installed by Luxury Bath Technologies. Their sales rep was all right. He was businesslike and was really kind. The installation team did some damage to two or three things, but got them pretty well fixed. When they used their saw on the tub in the hallway, their saw went all the way through the wall into our closet. It had about three screws come all the way through the walls. So, I had to grind those down and fix the hose up and everything. One of them also tore some of our wallpaper in our master bathroom. He put it back, but it's kind of irregular, and one can see where the tears are.

    Also, there was about an inch and a half of the old tile left above the new countertop. It's a little unsightly, but we may have to go ahead and either re-wallpaper that or paint it. So, that would be another job in the future. The installation team was either just a little too rough with everything or were just rushed, but they did a pretty good job on everything and I was pretty well satisfied.

    I was trying to make a decision if I was going to replace my tub and take a small tub in the other bathroom that was useless and convert it to just a shower. I had some other quotes previously and I also went out to the Novi Home Show and spoke to a bunch of different people out there. So, I figured I'd give Luxury Bath Technologies a try. The sales rep was very knowledgeable, professional, courteous and easy to work with. It was one of the reasons I went with them. The installation team did a quality job in the conversion of the tub to shower with their version of Corian for the surround with the shower basin, and in the other one, they did a tub liner.

    They also did new cabinets, new countertops, new faucets, and toilets. They did everything except the tile floors. They cleaned up every day and were easy to work with like when there were some things I've seen that I thought were different than what we had. They were very responsive and everything was resolved within a day. They were very pleasurable to work with. I already recommended them to somebody else who also went and got a surround.

    I got a replacement tub and shower from Luxury Bath Technologies and my interactions with their sales reps were excellent. There was a bit of an issue with my installation, though. What I had originally ordered was a cover to go over my tub. When they ordered it, I’m not exactly sure if it was measured incorrectly or if it was manufactured incorrectly. So when it came, it didn’t fit. We had scheduled a certain time period that I needed it done and so they worked hard to resolve it to my satisfaction and I ended up getting a brand new tub instead of just the lid. I was very pleased. They have very good customer service and I would recommend them.

    Our experience with Luxury Bath Technologies was not really good. We bought a house and we wanted to remodel the bathroom before we move in. We went to the showroom floor and Luxury Bath has products that looked nice that we could get for the house. We then bought a tub replacement, a vanity and a top that goes on that. Their rep came to the house with several different colors and products that they have and took all the measurements and took down little details.

    When the installation team came out, they seemed to know what they were supposed to be doing but the measurements of the product and what they installed didn't match. They did some damage to the walls before they could get the stuff in there. They also took the water heater off thrice. It was all wrong and they had to take it back out, have the new one made and come back and replace it. We also paid for some plumbing that never got done. Also, the plumber and the installation team leader didn’t seem to get along well.

    We took out the tub and put in the complete shower unit from Luxury Bath Technologies. The surface is easy to maintain and the workmanship was very good. We also did the shower curtain because the technicians suggested that if we had the shower doors; it might be more of a hindrance if one of us ended up with a wheelchair. We’ve gotten used to it and it worked out very well. They also suggested where to buy a chair that we could put in or take out.     Luxury Bath Technologies will cost us less to redo the tub and shower prong, so we went with them. But we had problems with the installation team. They brought a bent tub, so it had a chip out of it. Then there was another chip out of it when they left. They had covered them up with caulking so we only saw them after they were gone. Other than the chip, they also poked holes in the wall when they put the tub in. They also knocked the Sheetrock screws loose. While we find the sales representative good, I am highly dissatisfied with the service.

    We had an old metal shower in the basement and I finally decided that we were going to have it changed out. I like the one stop with Luxury Bath and their rep told me exactly what we ordered so it was easy to get everything ordered and set up. They came over, looked at the shower, measured everything, gave us the price estimate and we were good to go.

    We had a leak in our bathroom and we got some people to come out and give us estimates. My husband was not very happy with Badgerland because they would not offer us the financing. We had to go through Home Depot to secure financing and we were quoted about $6,000. Then I was at Walmart and I contacted Mad City. I got them to come and their reps were very knowledgeable about their product, but the sample piece was out for us to look up.

    I thought my husband was going to say no when they told us the price but they also said that they're the only company that would offer us financing so my husband wanted to see how much we're approved from financing and we'll go from there. Our APR for the financing is 2.99% or $140 a month. So we were waiting and finally, our bathroom got water and Mad City replaced the flooring under the tub. We knew that it was a little bit bad, but we didn't know that it was as bad as it was. The guys that were doing it were really awesome about it and we will be going back to them to do the luxury bath because of that.

    When we had done our bathroom and our shower, we did it through two different installation teams. The first team wasn't able to come up because it was Memorial Day weekend. They offered to have somebody come out on Memorial Day, but I told them to let the installers have their day off. I was fine with waiting until the following Tuesday for them to come out. But on the second time we were rescheduled, the guys never showed up. They were supposed to be there between 8:00 and 10:00, so I got on the phone with them about 10:02. Then I had a phone call coming in and it was the lady at Mad City telling me that her employee people were not going to be there. She also told me that she just got in the office and found out about this. They finally got us rescheduled on the 7th but the owner called us back and said they could do it on the 5th of June. And the install group that they got me was also awesome.

    Then they scheduled the install for the three windows last Monday. I got a phone call from the lady to confirm it and they were at my house before 9:00 o'clock in the morning. They were from the Madison area so it took them a while to drive there and the guys must have left extra early to be here before 10:00 o'clock. They were in and out within four hours and they were out of my house by noon. I was very pleased with their work. Our window for our dining room which is the biggest window, took all of my expectations way for it because it looks that good.

    But I was going to call them to find out if our screens are the ones that we can put the pencil through because there's a little bit of pencil and I can’t close them. We did it on the display one that they had where we put pencil through the screen and used a finger to rub it back together. Other than that, Mad City did an amazing job. We have recommended them to my father-in-law and he had about $17,000 for the windows put in his house.

    I feel very good with the tub shower that I bought from Luxury Bath Technologies last May. I was having a bunch of company coming in and Luxury bath made sure that it can be installed before our company came, so kudos for that. The one thing that was bad though was the guy who installed it put his tool bucket on my brand new toilet seat and so it stood up terribly. But they said that if I would replace it, they would reimburse it. So, that was good. Also, I had a newly installed marble seat and he put a big chip in it and swears he didn’t do it.     I was looking to get my bathroom redone. We had the original tub that had been glazed over and it's starting to peel. We bought the house a few years ago and we noticed that it was ridiculous. There was no way we could do anything with the tub, so it had to be replaced. I ended up talking to a contractor by the name of Vista. They came and did a presentation. I liked the product and the quality of Luxury Bath Technologies. It looks wonderful.

    The sales rep was very good, really thorough and did a nice presentation. He wasn't beating me to death to buy something, which is always a good thing. We had a nice conversation and he was here for a decent hour and a half. I've had people here for three hours to give me a presentation for fixing a bathtub. The installation guys were nice as well. The two guys came in first thing in the morning. They kept everything clean, put runners down so they don't get anything dirty and did a great job. It was really hot that day and I had the air on. They also cleaned up when they were done.

    The bath and the walls were remodeled and then plumbing was redone. It took two months to finish and it was a little expensive but I paid for what I got. I can buy a Bath Fitter and five years later, I would be complaining because it doesn't look good. But Luxury Bath is guaranteed for life. That's a no-brainer to see that I do have to pay a little extra. Overall, I'm really happy with the results. Luxury Bath was definitely worth it.

    I've never had a shower in my cellar that worked. It was a haul to home, homemade types. When my contractor came up and did my roof and some other stuff, I asked him about a shower. He told me to put in a shower and that we can make one from Luxury Bath. So I did. The sales rep was also the contractor and he was very knowledgeable. He brought a lot of displays, samples, explanations, and videos. I ended with a single shower stall which I purchased three months ago.

    The installation team was also great and it has been fantastic, from the hired plumber to the guys doing the job. It was unbelievable to see how they put the unit together. It's my first time buying from Luxury Bath and I'm very impressed with the product. It was pricey, but it was a worthwhile investment. The experience has been professional and no mess. Had I known, I probably would have gone with Luxury Bath to do the baths we have put in five years ago. I've recommended Luxury Bath to other people already.

    New Windows did my bath a year ago, as well as the insulator in my attic. At first, they called wanting to know if I had any projects going on.     A former student of mine that I taught in high school owns Luxury Bath Technologies. We took the time to look at it since it’s across the street from our dentist. They did a good sales job. They told us about the difference between here, Re-Bath and then some of these bath places on TV and the quality of the synthetic used and the layers of substance that’s used in filling in. We ended up having our bathtub area redone so we got to purchase the tub and the shower.

    And then we did all of the plumbing in the bathtub area. They took out all of the walling, which we knew hadn’t been touched in 40 years and redid it. The installation team made a big mess in my front yard and that was what got me looking into who the plumbers were. I found out the plumber is from Iowa Park. He’s already done the work and we'll get back to him if it's not good. It would have been very easy if we had another way to turn the water off. But he didn’t mention it to me. I cleaned the mess up, but I told him, “That one is going to cut it. You don’t do that as a professional and leave a mess in the yard.” But everything in the house was done very well.

    I'm also not happy with the loan company. I've got to call them because they said there would be no interest per year but they're charging us $88 interest out of an $800 loan. They told us the first year would be interest-free. We are going to pay that and then transfer it over to my Teachers Credit Union. Overall, it was a good experience except they're just very expensive and it's hard when we supposedly got it on sale. We love what we have. I just don’t love it once a month when I pay the bill.

    We live in Lawton and we go to this home and garden show every year. My wife had seen Luxury Bath at that show and she was saying how easy it is to maintain, especially the bath and the shower. I used to be a recruiter when I was in the army. If you can sell someone the first time you talked to him, then that means that you're the guy. He did an awesome job.     I purchased from Luxury Bath Technologies last year. At first, we were going to just have a cover put over the tub, remove the cover that was there and put a new one on. By the time we got to the Luxury Bath salesperson, I started to think we just have to get rid of the tub and start all over. So we went with a shower installation. It was similar with the other company was offering but it was a little cheaper than the other. I liked what we decided to go with. I've been well satisfied with it for the most part.

    The sales representative was not pushy at all but provided all the information. What the installation team did was interesting. On the first day when they were supposed to have the installation take place, something was off. One of the men checked the measurements and he thought that the product wasn't going to fit the 'cause the salesperson did them. So the person that was going to do the installation was delayed. They had to reorder everything but then once they got it reordered, they were able to install it in a timely manner by that point. They took the responsibility, it was their fault, and they didn't charge us any extra for anything.

    This house is probably 50 years old and it had never been remodeled. We rented it out for a few years and it was in bad shape. So we wanted to get one of those zero showers, so we wouldn't have any trouble getting in it when we got older. We had two or three people come and make an estimate and we thought Luxury Bath was priced right, so we went with them. The sales representative came in and we told him what we wanted.     One of our neighbors was having something done and Luxury Bath Technologies stopped over and solicited us. They came at a time when we were looking to do something with our bathroom. Our bath hadn’t been done since the house was built in 1985 and it was a construction grade kind of a bathroom. The bathtub and shower enclosure were not really good. My wife needed a bath that’s easier to clean and that won’t get a lot of soap and bacteria build up. Also, we wanted a better glass enclosure on the tub itself.

    The sales reps who came over were professional and answered all our questions. They gave us a quote and helped us with what we wanted and to select materials. They also took measurements. They told us what our payment options were and told us about Luxury Bath’s financing. The reps did everything in one meeting. It was pretty straightforward. Their installers were good too. I was very impressed with their professionalism and how quickly they got the job done. The quality of the work after they left was superb as well.

    Our bathroom is looking good and my wife’s happy with it. The only issue that I had with Luxury Bath is that their pricing was high compared to other bath remodelers. It's about 30% higher than most of the other bath remodelers in the area. But I think the materials justified that a little. We went with them because of the materials and options they have, and also because of their reputation. I wasn’t happy with the price-value relationship. But overall, it was a good experience for us.

    We had been living with a crack in our tub for a couple years and we had tried every possible repair and nothing worked. So it was time to get a new tub. Luxury Bath Technologies came out and they seemed to be reasonable and responsible. So we purchased from them a tub, the surround and the shelving. The sales representative seemed to be very knowledgeable and straightforward with everything that he did too. It seemed like it was going to be a good deal with Luxury Bath. The installation people who came in were Russian or Ukrainian and they talked a lot among themselves and didn't speak English very well. But they did their job, didn’t make a big mess and left.

    The installation went well but we're having a problem with keeping the tub clean. We didn't realize the tub was going to have a textured bottom and it seems to trap dirt. So we have to literally get down and scrub the tub every week and the dirt still doesn't come out very well. We have four adults living in this household, so there are four showers every day so the tub is used quite a bit. We'd contacted Luxury Bath and they told us to use the Dawn dish soap and clean the tub twice a day. Overall, our experience with Luxury Bath was timely but expensive and disappointing.

The reason the tub has a textured bottom is because we design tubs with a slip resistant bottom to minimize or eliminate any dangerous falls in the bathtub. There are two approved acrylic cleaners that you can get at Home Depot, called HDX or Zep. All you have to do is spray it on the base and wipe it down with a sponge or washcloth.     There were issues with the glass and mold in our bathroom so it was time to remodel it. Luxury Bath Technologies had the anti-mold things in their product. Their sales representative came in and showed us some things and I bought the acrylic shower. This was six months ago. The installation was probably the worst though. I waited a month for the stuff to come and another two for them to install it. And then it took four different teams to get things right. Each one had different issues from not being able to cut a right corner to leaving sharp edges on metal trim to leaving areas where water was leaking out into the carpet. The work was not at par with the caliber of the money I spent so I was not happy.

    The first group tried to install it but they had issues. They said that due to something that the first person did, they couldn't do certain things. So, when they tried to come in and make it right, that caused more issues. Then, they ripped everything out, came back in which caused more issues. By then, we asked for a whole new team and all new stuff. And after four times of people trying to make it right, I expected someone to come in and try to make it right. But we never saw the salesman after the point of sale. Being a salesman myself, if I know I have an upset customer, I would try to make it right but our salesperson didn't care. It wasn't until the fourth time that we saw a manager, even though we kept on complaining. I would never purchase from a company that doesn't care once you start having problems, that you go four times and start complaining to that level before people start caring, or until they start feeling pain or until you start threatening. So, I would never buy from Luxury Bath again.

    My daughter's disabled so I needed a Whirlpool tub. I ended up having to remodel the whole bathroom using Luxury Bath Technologies. I purchased the tub, the surround, the flooring, toilet, vanity and mirror from them. Jay, the salesperson, was wonderful and he represented the product which is good. I was very impressed.

    The installation team was good too. They listened and asked where I wanted stuff. Although for the tub grab bars, they did ask me where I wanted them installed. I didn't know where to put them, but I knew I wanted the long one on the back. And then, there was the short one to get in and out. When they put it in, they asked me how high I wanted it. And I said, "Oh yeah, that would be okay." So they put it at 12 inches. But being disabled, in order to use that grab bar, you have to turn over on your knees. That’s very difficult for my daughter. It wasn't very good when that's the reason that I had the whole thing done in the first place.

    So I called Luxury Bath and I sent them an email and told them that their installers should know that if someone is disabled, they need the bar in the front, not the back, so that you can pull yourself out. I talked with the owner of the company and he was very sarcastic in his response. I told him, "Being experienced and this is the job that you do, maybe you should have known it. You should have at least offered it or said, 'Do you want it in the front or the back?'" But they didn't. He said, "Well, from now on, I'll just have the customer decide where they want to put it." I'm going to have the other bar put in and that's going to cost me $150. I can't take the other one out and move it because they're drilled right into the surround wall that they put up.

    He did say, that since they haven't put in yet and I’m going to have trouble getting them to come back and put it in, he said he’ll forego the $70 labor and just charge me for the handrail which was $79. I didn't respond to him. I was disheartened by his response and that was spending $13,000 for a tub and the surround walls. He could have just said, "Sorry for the mistake," and they’ll put it in but he didn't. I've called and talked to the man who was in charge of overseeing the tub and he said he’ll be out the next week, but he never came. I called the next Monday and he said one of his people was on vacation. And when he gets back, he’ll have the person come and put it in. That didn't happen either.

    The person who came that installed the tub was also the general contractor and I hired him to do some more work. But he's not putting it in until he does my other work. I was not happy with the response. With this kind of response, it makes me wonder how long the response will be if I have any trouble. But other than that, it was a pretty good experience overall.

    I tried emailing the company first but I got no response. So I guess posting reviews is the best thing to do. I purchased a tub/shower. I am highly unsatisfied with the installation and work quality. First of all it was supposed to be a one day job. Took off work - no show, had to have my dad be here an additional 2 days because they were so late they couldn't get the job done. They were supposed to bring the wall out behind the shower head out to a certain length (told the salesman and the measurer), but they did not. So it left exposed waterstained wall. Wasn't an option to reinstall - not sure why, it's what I ordered. Asked them to come back and fix it, so they just took about 5 minutes and slapped on some joint compound (that I had to sand and repaint the next day.). Speaking of paint, the caulk they smeared all up and down my wall isn't paintable, so it looks terrible. Unless I want to prime over it and repaint it, I'll just look that way.

    First time we used it, the knob was leaking. They came out to fix that, along with the problem that whoever installed the knob set the stop wrong and you couldn't get any more than lukewarm water - seriously this is a plumber??? (So that is 4 problems and we haven't used the bathroom yet.) Finally we can use the bathroom. Then I start to notice a bulge in my downstairs ceiling. Yep, you guessed it. It is leaking into my downstairs ceiling. Plumber comes out, opens the ceiling. Monsoon comes pouring out. The drain was NOT EVEN CONNECTED. You could see daylight through the hole. Even when they patch the ceiling, how much mold is going to be growing back up there from all the hot, dirty water that has been leaking into my ceiling for a month? It has to be all over up there.

    So, now as I sit here with a shower that I owe about $6K for, I would really like them to come back out, fix my ceiling, rip out all their product and give me a refund. This is not a $6,000 job. I could have screwed up my bathroom and ceiling for free. What's funny is that the other bathroom work that we did ourselves hasn't been a problem... not. one. problem. My family room ceiling has now been opened up for 2 weeks. They are parching and painting. It's just a ridiculous mess that could have been avoided if the shower drain were connected. (I do have to say Jim and Jake have been very responsible but they can't make up for all of the mistakes.) I will definitely not use this company again at this point. I contacted the company two weeks ago, and I haven't heard anything. They don't seem to care.

    We got a coupon from Luxury Bath Technologies in a mailer. This is our first time doing this so we didn't get a second opinion. I had a tub and I'm handicapped, so I wanted to have a walk-in shower put in. We had a new shower, toilet, sink and a new floor put in last November. It was the most expensive one. I was disappointed that I would be so stupid. When sales representative was going over things, he would say, "You should get this, you should get that." But he never gave me a price. And then he totaled it up and he told me what it was. And it was a lot of money. There were other people that had their bathroom done and it wasn't quite that much as what mine was.

    The installation team kept doing things and then a couple of days later, they'd find something else was wrong. And they would come back and fix it. This happened three times. The first time, it was a leak and it came through the kitchen. They came and found a leaking pipe. They put a hole in the wall and put a little door in so that now, if anything goes wrong, we can open it and they could fix it from the hallway. Then, the tiles cracked on the floor, so they came back and replaced the floor. The owner came out at one point and he was very nice. He made his men come back and re-do the floor because he could see that something wasn't right on it and they replaced all the tiles. It was upsetting because we were constantly calling them and telling them something is wrong.

    A lot of things were pricey. When they pulled our sink out, they found a leak and they had to replace the wood. They charged me $300 to replace a couple of studs on the wall, which was a lot of money. I didn't want them to clean it but I didn't think they would be able to take all the mold out and it was easier to replace the wood. It wasn't that much wood they put in but when you're in the situation, you can't say no. You got to do it. It was not a good experience and I would never use them again. It was also very frustrating and I would not recommend them to anybody.

    We’d been talking about remodeling our bathroom for a couple years. Luxury Bath gave us some discounts and got it under our budget figure. We didn’t wanna spend $60,000 on it but by the same token, we wanted to get it done to our liking. They did the whole bathroom for us. They used antimicrobial panels for the interior of the shower stall. At first we thought it’s somewhat cheap but it doesn’t. It looks really nice. And then the exterior is drywall, the floor is also antimicrobial. It’s a walk-in shower, no doors, no glass. I love it. We also wanted to put in heated floors, so they did that. They took out the old tile and somebody put down the floor leveler and then, they put the new tile on top of it well to get down to the base. So, that’s everything that we had done. It was probably about nine months ago that the project was done and finished.

    The rep took his time and wrote down everything. There was a glitch that he forgot to write down when they were building the shower part of it. They only brought the wall up to five feet and then they were gonna put plastic or acrylic up above that. The wall is supposed to go up to eight feet. It was the guy’s fault who sat there with us and talked and did the drawings and the measurements. It was caught in time and remedied. There was one other measurement that he didn’t get correct and so more material had to be ordered and that held up the project a little bit. The installation team was here for so long. The head of the team, Michael, kept in contact a lot. Everything that came up, he walked me through it and made sure that I understood what was happening and that there weren’t gonna be any cost to us. The team was very respectful of privacy and jot the cost down all the time. It’s a good team.

    But after it's done the shower botched up against the wall of our closet and we have cork flooring. And after they got done, the cork flooring started to bubble. The valve closure screwy thingy was too short for the valve and so, it leaked. The pressure made that valve leak and so, it was leaking onto that wall. Mike was very good about having the cork replaced. First of all, getting it stopped, the leak stopped and getting the proper size valve done or put in and that stopped the leak. All this took a couple of weeks because we had to wait and make sure it was not leaking and then, we had to order the cork and get the drywall fixed.

    And the biggest thing about that, that I found out from Mike is that this has happened before, this kind of leak using that kind of valve that came with the new sprayer and fixtures that we had. And that valve always leaks because the manufacturer that sends the caps for that valve, is always too short and they invariably leak. And Mike has told the owner constantly because Mike and his team have to eat that and that’s not right. Another thing is that some of the tiles are uneven. You can kind of feel it when you walk across. It’s not a real smooth installation, all the tiles straight and smooth and no edges coming up. But that’s really a small thing. I have heat in the morning on my feet and that’s important. We were happy with the experience. They did a fine job with our bath and we would probably trust them again.

He came out, we set it all up and he was very knowledgeable. I had my master bath redone in March of '16 and then I had my other bathroom done this April of '17. They did everything including the shower, tub, toilet, sink and flooring. They did my master bath and part of that was they told me that they would hang a mirror and they would install the towel rack in the toilet, paper roll holder, a mirror and a light. We did that when we set it up and they quoted me a price. They didn’t break anything down for me.

    Then, I had the same salesman and the same people come out that did my bathroom remodel in April and we didn’t talk about that but I assumed they would do that. The installers came out and I showed them my light and all the other stuff and asked if they could hang them. They said no, it is not part of the thing and that the guy has to check it out. I called my salesperson and he said if I want to do it, they’ll charge me $250. I spend a big chunk of change and then I spend another and I thought that for a job that could have taken them 30 minutes at the most to do, they were wanting to nickel and dime me on it. That rubbed me the wrong way and left a bad taste in my mouth.

    But every day I interacted with the installation team and they were great and fun. I was working from home at the time and they were respectful. They also cleaned up after themselves and it was a good experience. Also, I like what they did, the product and the guys that came out. I referred them to my neighbors when they did mine in ’16 and they had theirs done. But honestly, I won’t use them again and I will never refer them to anybody. I don’t have any other bathrooms to redo and that whole thing for $250 was ridiculous. I was very satisfied with part of the experience but the part that I wasn’t satisfied clouds the whole thing.

    A neighbor used Luxury Bath Technologies and we were referred by them. I used Luxury Bath for windows first. This was in 2015 and I had great customer service and a great experience. The first time they came in, everything moved very quickly and the install went well. There were no problems or issues with the product after installation. That’s what prompted me to use them again. In talking with them, I realized they had a bath option. And because at that time I had a positive experience with the windows, I decided to move forward in using them for our bath. We sold that house and moved into a new house, but the new house had a water leak. We had to redo the shower so we called Luxury Bath Technologies. This time, we ended up with a new sales rep who was nice but a little over eager. He made some promises that he couldn’t keep and that was a little frustrating. I wasn't happy this second time.

    We bought an all-white corner shower with glass walls and the Microban tile look. We started this process before Christmas and in January, we signed paperwork, made our down payment, and things got placed on order. We were told that everything should be installed by the end of January. That was fine. We were pretty flexible in timing ‘cause I work from home. We didn't have a conflict until the second week of February. So there were 10 business days between the time that they told us that everything would be done and installed and when we were leaving and nobody was gonna be home. But the project kept getting delayed and delayed. It took longer for the production of the materials and the problem was no one was getting back to us to tell us about that.

    The day came and went that they said they were going to be installing and I had called them and said, “I’m guessing you’re not coming today because today was supposed to be the day that everything was completed.” They apologized it took so long and they said they should get everything in and finalized. They had already done the construction on the house and put in the Microbans and the shower pan. But we were waiting on the glass walls. They wanted to install the day that we were leaving for 10 days. It was March by this time. When we finally got them in, they installed the glass in-between my business trips.

    But about two weeks later, the door was sliding in its hinges and catching on the lip of the shower pan so when you try to open the door, it would catch and the entire shower would wiggle and move. We called our sales rep and he called the project manager at Luxury Bath. They told us that we had to call Minnesota Glass which we did. They got somebody to come back out here and adjusted it. They told us that this was gonna keep happening because the glass is smooth on one side. I have ring glass and it's textured on the other side. That was by early April.

    Now we have been trying for eight weeks to get somebody to call us back to adjust the door again. I finally got a call yesterday from Minneapolis Glass and they said they were gonna order new hinges and they’ll call me to install them. But our sales rep who we originally worked with was no longer with the company so we were working with the contractor back at Luxury Bath. It’s been a real struggle to get any sort of customer service from Luxury Bath and from Minneapolis Glass. I’m hopeful that the person that I talked to yesterday actually got the hinges on order and I will see something end of next week where they'll come back out and adjust the door.

    It was a very frustrating process because even when we were ordering the shower, they didn’t have images of exactly what we were ordering and so my husband and I were under the impression that it was going to look different than it did. But we got something different than what we thought it was going to look like. It functioned, though.

    Also, we have a Neo angle corner shower and we paid a lot of money for this thing. Because of where they had to put the water, the water sprayed directly at one of the cracks on the door so we were getting water all over the floor. I had to call somebody to have them come back out to put a plastic guard along that opening of the shower door. There's a puddle on my floor and I can’t move the shower head at any other angle. The showerhead only moves so much. But with the guard, now there’s been a minimal amount of spray.

    Another thing was when we were going through payments, we asked if they offered financing and they said yes. I thought it was gonna be like a normal loan type financing but it turned out to be a credit card. They took out a credit card so we financed $7,000 on it with a max credit limit of $7,000. We have excellent credit but when that hit, it dropped our credit score 40 points because it was maxed out.

    Luxury Bath Technologies had the combine financing options and I got from them the bath enclosure for a shower. The sales reps were very informative and explained the products. I only had to reach out one time after the initial visit to schedule another thing and they returned my call in a sufficient amount of time. Then I was on site when the installation team did their work. They let me know when they would need to come back. On one occasion I had to call the office to find out the remainder of the schedule. The only thing is that dealing with contractors or subcontractors, whoever their project manager is should provide a better overall status on who’s doing what and when. But, I was satisfied with the outcome and the overall experience was good.

    I'm disabled now and it was hard getting in and out of the tub so it was time to remodel the bathroom. I bought a shower stall and sliding doors a year ago from Luxury Bath Technologies. The sales rep was very good and it all went very well. The installation was messy, but that's what you go through when you get things knocked down. It took two weeks to install altogether because the installer left and then the plumber came and then he came back again. Quality-wise, it’s alright but I can’t use cleanser on the walls that they put up because it would destroy them. You have to use Dawn and vinegar water as cleaning agents. Also, I don't like the glue that they put on because it keeps along the edges. You keep getting that up and it's hard to get off.

    Our bathroom was gross so it needed to be remodeled. We got three different quotes and they were all pretty close, but Luxury Bath Technologies seemed to work the best. Six months ago, we had them redo the bath so we bought the shower stall and then we had them put in a clothes washer pan and a clothes washer receptacle, like water and drain thing next to the bathroom.

    The sales rep, Don, was a nice guy. He came out and presented and didn’t make us feel rushed. We told him we were interested in something that was low maintenance so he picked the one that was low maintenance and presented it. It ended up that he had some other products that weren’t the lowest maintenance but would have been satisfactory to us. What he sold us was the vinyl and we may have been interested in more of the stone products even though they had a little more maintenance. It’s at the very end that he mentioned the stone products but we’re happy with what we have.

    There were three installation guys and they were super nice and were courteous, too. However, they started taking out the floor and took out the concrete that was there. They did not discuss that with us. All of a sudden, they were pounding the floor and started taking out concrete. It might have been better to have it left on there because that’s the fire code. Also, we didn’t realize until after they left that they chipped the mirror in taking the concrete out. They didn’t cover the mirror. But, it’s not a big chip.

    The last thing is that they put in the clothes washer receptacle that has water and the drain so we put the washer in there. However, now, we’re getting a sewer gas odor in there. It happens twice a week just for a little while. And I don’t even know if it’s coming from the bathroom floor or on the second floor. They also mentioned when they left that I may need to cover the gas. But before they put in the shower, we never had an odor problem in that room. However, the work that they did was awesome. We are happy with the shower and the workmanship is very well-done. We also love the floor and it’s a very nice install.

    I wanted a bigger shower and the salesman from Luxury Bath Technologies got me into getting one after him talking to me about things they did and showing me pictures of the things they have done in the past, which I liked. It's a different thing which caught my attention. My shower is about 56 inches now and they took long just to switch the whole size with the faucet.     We had a Home and Garden show here in Tulsa and one of the vendors of Luxury Bath Technologies were at the show. I did the remodel so my wife could walk into the bathtub without tripping over it. She's gonna be 100 in June so I had to take care of that and purchased a walk-in bathtub. The sales rep was very nice. Everything went okay though the old bathtub had a cast iron and they had an awful trouble getting that out because it was so heavy. It took them a couple of days to do it because they had to fix a part of the door frame on one door to wheel it out. Then, it wasn't right when they put the frame back up. It had to be patched here and there.

    There was also one very simple little glitch. Something had gotten down the drain and when I called them to come and fix it, they did and it was fixed right way. It all worked really well and they cleaned up after themselves. It was a really nice experience with Luxury Bath Technologies. I sit in the bath tub, relax, and when I get out, I'm ready to fall asleep. It takes a little while to fill up but that's okay.

    In December, we had Luxury Bath Technologies do a full bathroom remodel for us, but we didn’t get the vanity because I had just got them about six months before. The salesman was a nice guy and the installation team was great. In fact, my wife sent a nice letter of recommendation to the foreman or the lead man who was doing the job. They cleaned up after themselves and were good. We’re very happy with that until we found out about the light switch in my wife’s bathroom. The lights are nice and bright when they’re on, and when you shut it off, it goes down to practically nothing, but there’s a glow in the light bulbs. We didn’t know until my wife took the night lights out of the bathroom. In the daytime, you couldn’t notice it, but at night, you would notice that even though the switch is off, the lights are on.

    I told Luxury Bath about it on Thursday, but they didn’t return my call. I called again on Friday and they said, “we have your notice on the desk and we will call the electrician who worked on it and he’ll call you up to schedule an appointment.” However, I haven’t heard from the electrician or anybody else, so I’m not too happy with them. I want it fixed. I don’t want to have an electrical fire or my wife to get a shock on that switch. Excluding the electrical problem, the workmanship as far as the plumbing and everything else was fine. However, I’m very upset about what I’ve gone through. If I don’t hear from them, I’m going to call Consumer Protection and see what they’re going to say about it.

    I have a lady who is handicapped and was having trouble getting in and out of a regular tub. Mad City did a whole remodel on the unit and re-did the walls. They stripped it down to the two-by-fours and they re-insulated. They re-did all the plumbing and all the electrical. They put in the sheets and caulked it out. They did a really nice job on that whole thing and I was happy with the installation. I had a couple special requests that they took care of and they couldn't have been nicer. It was a good experience with Mad City and Luxury Bath Technologies. They did what they told me they would do. When we had a problem, they came back out the next day and fixed it.     Luxury Bath Technologies has done two baths for us. They did a master bath a year ago, then did a guest bath for us within the last six weeks. They did a very good job and we're happy with it. They have an office located close to where we live and we noticed their store in our journeys about. We stopped in their showroom and from there, we hired them to do our master bath. Luxury Bath is all over the country, on the East Coast at least, and in Canada. They're a big organization. Mike from their showroom was knowledgeable. He came over and had a good presentation. He pointed out that they're on Angie's List and Better Business Bureau accredited.

    The master bath was in need of a redo. The shower was one of those units that goes in and the bottom of the shower was cracked and when it's stepped on, people could hear water underneath it that was making a squishing noise so that needed to be replaced. Also, there was a bathtub in that particular bathroom which we never use because we opt for the shower. That was taken out and it gave us a lot more room in the master bath. Also, they updated the guest bathroom's vanity, countertop and mirror and put in new medicine cabinets. They also put a new floor in, which the bathroom needed. We're very happy with it.

    The install team showed up on time and they don't quit until they're through. They were very diligent about coming first thing in the morning and was stuck with the work all day, every day until it was done. They were friendly and willing to talk as they continued to work. They did a good job and they were personable. They were quick to admit that they were not the cheapest outfit around. But that was compensated by the fact that they know what they're doing and they did a good job. I would have them back again if I needed another bath.

    We wanted a complete remodel of our bathroom a couple of years ago and we heard an ad on a radio station about Luxury Bath Technologies. We had their sales rep come out and do an estimate. He got out a book and went through everything. He showed us what they could do. He also have pictures of what they have done on their customers’ bathrooms. We looked at their product and we said, “Yeah, this is the one.” The rep said they could do it in one day. That’s the good thing. We wanted the whole tub taken out and put a new one in. We also had Luxury Bath work on the area around the tub.

    The installers were able to accomplish it in one day. They were very courteous and professional. I was home the whole day that they were here and they were very talkative and nice. They communicated and joked around with me. If you joke around with the homeowner, it makes the day go better. The installers also cleaned up and that meant a lot. It was spic and span. There was no problem. The only thing that they had to come back for is to do some re-caulking, which is no big deal. The caulk shrunk down a little because of the expansion-contraction and it wasn’t Luxury Bath’s fault. Otherwise than that, everything is hunky-dory. They did a good job and I would recommend them for any other job. Luxury Bath’s system and work stood up.

    Luxury Bath Technologies had to take out our old shower, redo the walls and the whole thing came to ten and a half low in ground. I already had somebody to put the floor in, but they put in a new fixture in our sink at no cost. They came at 8:30 and left at 3:15, less than eight hours and no fixes. They did a good job. The place was spotless when they got it done. I cannot believe how well they cleaned up and vacuumed and wiped. They gave us all the usual warnings, which we followed and everything has stayed super. In some cases, they had to take their shoes off or until they got a bunch of stuff on the floor where they couldn't hurt it. Their work was more than what I expected.

    People can always get installers, and when they do, they don't know if the installers are gonna be good or bad. But Luxury Bath Technologies' reputation preceded them. They are hard to top, and the particular crew we had was out of this world. We're very happy with our shower, and we've shown a couple of other people that are thinking about it. The only concern I ran into was that there's a seat in my shower which I need. It moves three-quarters of an inch, up and down.     All of the tiles in my bathroom fell out of the shower. Luxury Bath Technologies was the one that showed up first on my iPad when I was checking remodeling companies out. Their sales rep came out, checked out the bathroom, and gave an estimate for the shower. The installation team started on Monday and finished on Thursday which was pretty quick. They had to rip everything out down to the wood and start all over again. And then they had to replace a little bit of the wood. I had to wait about five weeks for them to get the parts. They had to order it and that was all right.

    The only thing that happened that I did not like was they never tried running water through to see if it was going to drain. They finished on Thursday and I went out and got a shower curtain on Friday night so I could take a shower Saturday morning. When I took a shower, water was coming up around my ankles. It was not draining. So they had to call out a plumber to take the thing out and start working again. And I was a little upset about that. I wish they had tested it because they might have fixed it right away and I would not have had to wait over the weekend for the plumber to come out.

    Also, I did not know that they were going to call the plumber at 9:00. If I had known they were going to do that, I would have waited around. I went shopping and came back about 1:00 and the plumber left a message. I could not understand what he was saying. I played it over five times but still could not figure out what was the phone number he was telling. So when the plumber finally came on Monday, I said, "I don’t know who that guy who called was but tell him to slow down and give the telephone number at least twice." It was even a different plumber than the one I had. So I called him when I finally figured out what the number was but they were already gone because it was 1:00 on a Saturday. Nevertheless, the remodel is really good and I like it. It was great experience. The guy who was doing it was neat and I liked him, too.

    Our bathtub was leaking, so we decided to remodel our bathroom. We're looking at Walmart and talked to a salesman. We set up an appointment with their guy to come in and look at it and just went with it. He came to our house and he was pleasant. He was supposed to give us a gift card. But I have to call the company back because he forgot to. We did the bath and the walls around the bathtub and then the ceiling. The team that did the install were wonderful and did a good job and cleaned up really well. The only thing is we were supposed to get another gift card after we paid for it and we never did. I just got tired of calling them. I’m happy with the product and installation, it’s just the hassle I’d go through with the gift cards that put me off.

    These guys spend way more time honing their sales pitch than they do learning to sweat pipe joints and cut shower liners. Hired them to replace our old tub with a shower. They made a huge mess removing our old tub, leaving iron dust all over the second floor. They cracked the plaster of the ceiling under the work area. They installed the water supply incorrectly so that it leaked a gallon or more onto our hardwood floors below. Then they filled the first floor with plaster dust repairing that mess. They installed the shower sprayer incorrectly. They made uneven cuts on the shower liner and attempted to fill the gaps with caulk. They left several smudges, nicks and holes in our walls. I feel I would have done a better job myself. Hell, my grandmother would have done a better job. Oh, and all this took about a week, when it was advertised as a one-day job. Save your money and hire a local handyman or plumber.

    We are getting old and wanted to get things done before we retired. A lifetime warranty was also a good thing. We liked that Luxury Bath Technologies start and they finish. They don't start, go, come back, and go. That’s what happened with our kitchen. The people who did our kitchen would do a load of it and then go do another job. They also do bathrooms and after we did our kitchen, we thought they’re not doing any bathroom of ours.

    So we did two bathrooms with Luxury Bath Technologies. We had the same salesman during those times and we really liked him. He was helpful. I said what I wanted then he reached for the book and showed us their products. And we did go up to the showroom before we started the remodel. After they were done with the first bathroom, I thought everything was okay but then my husband came home and started pointing out problems. So then we called them back and Matt, one of the workers, came back and fixed up our complaints. And then when we had the second bathroom done, Matt was the main guy and he was really good. The second bathroom was about $20,000.

    However, on the sink in the first bathroom, there is a drain that has a metal thing and it has already tarnished once. When Matt came to do the second bathroom, he changed that out. Now, it’s only been two months and it has already discolored. We don’t even use that bathroom that much. Also, some of the grout already look like it’s slightly discolored. It's going tan instead of white. When we picked out the sink and the knobs, we were sure we picked that stuff out and everything was gonna match. When they did the bathtub, the guy said there wasn’t any in his kit that he has. So he went to Home Depot, bought something, and just put it out there. It’s okay but it seems that on the water tap, there’s the thing that we would do to make the stopper in the bathtub go up and down and that doesn’t work. We have to do it by the stopper itself that’s in the tub.

    A year and three months ago, I was looking to have a 50-year-old bathroom remodeled and for people to get it done. I knew Mad City’s reputation from having my windows done previously and their warranty policy seemed nice and neat, so I had asked them if they could redo the whole bathroom. The sales representative said that, normally they just do the shower part or the tub. They don't do a whole bathroom remodel project, but the sales representative said that he could get me in touch with some contractors when the time came. I did the initial order in December and he said we probably could have it. He could have the thing all done for me by the end of January. That would be like an install date. I said, “fine,” and I never heard anything from them until all of a sudden they wanted to install the bathroom or install the shower and everything.

    They wanted to set up a week to install the shower, and I said, "Hold on here." We were talking the whole bathroom and the salesman was supposed to come in and contract or send me through to some contractors, so they said, "Oh, let me." The lady on the line setting up the install said, "Let me go talk to the service manager and all this." and then we had a pow wow, the service manager came out, looked at what I wanted redone and then quoted that they could do what I wanted done. With that being said, the sales guy didn't really do what he was supposed to do.

    I was all prepared for war. I had to go out and purchase a new vanity and a sink. I already had my own toilet, but I wanted the walls redone, and we figured out a way that that could be done. That's where Mad City service personnel put the grunt of it and they knew what the hell they were doing. I was impressed with the way that they worked. They got the tub professionally done the way that it looked and they did it in a timely manner. Plus, the people working with me were real courteous. They did a good job. I was very happy with it.

    We plan on selling our house in a few years and we had a beautiful pink '60s bathtub that we’re sick of. We also don't have a paved driveway and we were looking at remodeling either the bathroom or the driveway. One place gave an estimate for the bathroom or the windows and the driveway and another estimate for the bathroom and the windows. We decided which one’s more important and that we’ll get more value out of the house with the bathroom. Mad City with Luxury Bath Technologies did the bathroom, bathtub and got a newer acrylic bathtub and a surround with it. They guaranteed us it would be done within eight weeks and they were here on the sixth week after we ordered.

    We had the windows and they said that instead of ripping my house up twice and bringing two crews here, they were gonna do it all in one day. They said they could be here the next day with the bathroom but we said to wait until the windows are done and then they can all come at once. So, the window guys were here then the bathroom guys showed up and they all got down and out of here. The salesman and the crewmen for the windows were great. They came in with their cloth for the flooring so they won't get anything on the carpet. They even let my three-year-old run around and help them. We had to keep him out of the bathroom where they were sawing cast iron and where there was glass lying all around the floor. He loves being outside with me and with them. He was busy helping and holding some of their smaller parts to hand to them. They were great and they had fun with him.

    They also kept their mess all in one spot in the bathroom and in the yard when they were cutting up for the windows and cleaned it up when they're done. You wouldn't know they were there. The guys were really nice and I have no complaints. All together they were a great crew from the first guy who stepped out of our door to give us a quote to the last guy that walked out our door and the other guy that I kept in contact with through email and telephone. He followed up and called two or three days later to ask how everything was and if everything is still working good. We live in Medford here in Wisconsin and it’s still cold here so we don’t have the windows open too often but they open up nice. Also, the kids like the bathroom because it’s a deeper bathtub. Everything’s great. I’d definitely recommend them.

    My husband had a stroke two and a half years ago. He’s trying to climb into a bathtub to use the shower and it wasn’t working. I saw Mad City and Luxury Bath at Walmart one day when we were walking through there and I stopped to talk to the sales person. Everybody always said windows when they say Mad City but they also do showers. Then, the salesman came out and he's the one who convinced me that this is the route to take.     We had sliding glass doors and I took them out and put a curtain that we could hold on to. My wife liked that but since we are in our 70s, she thought we should get wall-mounted handles to help us better.     We were on a road trip to Baraboo one day and were going through the Walmart store there. Mad City had a booth there with a couple of representatives so they stopped us. We told them we’ve just gotten their windows so we didn’t need those. But they said it's for the bath. So we gave them our name and they had a representative call us and we set up an appointment.     The house was built in 1920. It’s a duplex and I've been slowly trying to fix it up. The tub was so gross. It didn’t matter what I did. It never looked clean and I didn’t like it. I was sick of looking at it. Luxury Bath Technologies had a representative at Walmart and she told me what they do. They came out and I liked the products that they had. We ended up gutting the whole bathroom in the upstairs unit where I live. And between what Mad City and Luxury Bath Technologies did and what we did, I stuck $9,000 into a bathroom. I didn’t like the price but I learned over the years that you get what you pay for. You buy something cheap, you get something cheap. I've seen other bathrooms and the material that they use isn’t as strong. I've seen cracks. And so I spent the money and I like the end result. I’m very happy with it.

    The only problem I had initially was after they had set up, I had no water pressure. I was standing in the shower with my nose to the wall underneath the shower head trying to get the shampoo out of my hair. I made some phone calls and was pissed that I put a stop payment on the check. And then somebody called me back and they had the plumber call me back. The plumber told me, "Well, you’re used to the old style things like old style toilets and old style faucets. They change. They got a plug inside there to save water." So I took the shower head off, put a hole through that plastic plug and it works great. I went to the bank and told them to reinstate the check.

    But after they told me why I had no water pressure, they should tell people, "Okay, you’re used to the old style. This is the new code. There’s this part inside here in this shower head or this part inside this water faucet that causes the water to slow down. It’s this plastic part right here. You can use your imagination and take it from there. You gotta put a hole through the plastic parts to get the water to come out." I understand they cannot do it and they cannot violate the code for installations. But they should let people know that if they're used to one thing, they're not gonna have anymore of it and give the reason.

    My wife and I went to a home show and we saw a number of prospective providers of baths or remodeling of baths. And the one that Luxury Bath had compared to the others looked so much better. So we had them come to the house, sit down with us, and show us what they have. Their sales rep was very informative. He showed us a video and also showed us exactly how they take apart the bathroom, whatever it was for a tub or just a shower, what gets done behind the wall, and how everything including the piping gets redone. So I was very pleased with that rather than the fact that they just come in, slam something, and give me the same old fixtures that might have been here for 20 or 30 years.

    It was about a day and a half to do the install and the guy knew exactly what he was doing. He was very good at it and also was very accommodating. In fact, he asked me questions such as “Do you want this over here or do you want this over there?”, “Do you want the soap dishes placed here?”, “Do you want the shelves there?", "Which way do you want the doors to slide back and forth? Would you want the outside or do you want the inside?” The shower off the master bathroom that he did was nicely done. It had frameless glass doors and bronze fittings. The overhead range shower was also exceptionally well done. I had one of the other bathrooms done by somebody else and it was fine, but not the quality that Luxury Bath provided.

    We had a leak for a little while and our bathroom was also old. It needed to be updated. Luxury Bath Technologies had good reviews on Angie’s List. We bought the tiles and they put it in. Logan, their sales rep, was amazing. He was honest and worked with us. If there was anything we thought might be an issue, he took care of it. He was just on the spot.     It's very difficult to get competent people where we live. Mad City was the first to respond, and the initial person we talked to was very good. We liked what we saw and we got it done. They installed the shower and they framed it up. It's very sturdy and has good quality. We don't have a basement here, and I'm thinking this is where we're gonna go if we have a tornado. I even told my wife that it is probably the safest and the sturdiest room in the house. So along with having a great shower, we got a tornado sanctuary.

    Jeremy, the installer, was really good and very respectful of our house. There's a little bit of a distance between the door and the bathroom, and he laid down a tarp, so he did not create any problems with our carpeting or hardwood floor. It was very clean. He answered any questions we asked. So the whole process was real good. I would recommend Luxury Bath to family and friends. We're very happy with them. I wish they'd do the whole bathroom.

    We had a cast-iron tub with no shower so we decided we wanted one installed. Also, it was too high to climb over into the bath for the kids. We liked that Luxury Bath Technologies had the Microban and it’s guaranteed not to mold and mildew. The lifetime warranty was a plus. So we decided to go with them. The first sales guy who came out used a high-pressure sales tactic. He started with a quote of $17,000 then told us about discounts and brought us down to $14,000. He made us feel like we were getting a steal of a deal. The paperwork says different and I’m sure we talked about a six-foot tub. But the measurements came out to be exactly what he had on the paper. And I started thinking that $14,700 is a lot to put a tub in. I could do it myself and take a couple of weekends and probably do it for $5,000. I canceled the initial order.

    They then sent a second sales guy or manager out and he worked with us and talked us through everything and he was able to bring the financial part of it down even more to $11,000. To be blunt and honest, if I were to have a second chance, I would do it myself. But I can’t just contact Luxury Bath and order. You need to partner with someone who is authorized to sell it and that’s where we committed to it because we were big on the mold-free and the Microban. We got the gray marble-looking style with impressions and the acrylic whirlpool. It could have a little more power and pressure but it’s still nice and it’s totally a misunderstanding from my part because we ordered it based on the measurement and I thought we were going for six feet instead of five.

    The installers did a good job and David is nice. When they did the installation, it took them longer because they had to get another piece of acrylic with the impressions on it. They made sure that it’s all lined up and it looks like its actual tile. They didn’t just cut it so you have mismatched patterns. With the rush and taking longer than they anticipated, they missed a caulk spot but they came back and fixed it. So overall it was good.

    I was very disappointed in the scheduling aspect and the project management was poor. The remodel was supposed to be completed by the 27th of February but they didn’t even start until a week after that. They made a comment that it took longer to manufacture the tub than anticipated. They started it within a day or two but there was no call saying your tub’s in here. The communication was poor. But from the material aspect, it was good. We’re happy we have the maintenance-free warranty on it. It’s nice to know if anything goes wrong, they’re going to deal with it. The material, the acrylic, the impressions, the tub, are all very nice and has good quality. I still feel I was on the steep end but we’re satisfied and happy.

    After three years of going upstairs and taking a shower and getting over a tub and being a little disabled, it was time to remodel the bathroom. We checked into one remodelling company and it was almost $10,000 and we couldn't definitely afford that. The payments were so much higher but with Luxury Bath, it was a lot more cost-effective so we got a walk-in shower plus two shelves from them. The sales reps were courteous, kind and were here on time. They tried to find something that would make our budget because we’re on a limited income, are both disabled and only have so much money to go around. He showed us different stocks and some stuff was too high so he told us about how much that would cost. I said, “Whoops, not that one.” Because he told us about how much we want the full payment and he found one that would get us within our budget that we could meet. So that's helped a lot.

    The installers were really good and courteous. They worked straight through and did not say any naughty words like swearing. And they went downstairs and fixed what was needed downstairs. They put a plastic from my front door to the bathroom and cleaned up their mess, which was the main part. I have cats and they made sure the door was closed at all times so the cats couldn’t get outside.

    I’d recommend Luxury Bath to other people especially if they have an older home and a tiny shower. My house never had a tub and we had to put a furnace in it because of that space heater because they had to put it in this one space that it had to go in. We had bought two showers from a big-box store and none of those people knew what they were doing apparently because they forgot. Our own shower never even had a trap in, which we never knew. We wondered why the other one was leaking for years. It was all underneath the linoleum I have in there. Now we found out. It was a quick and efficient experience with Luxury Bath.

    Our master bathroom was very tiny and it was horrible. We had been buying stuff to redo our bathroom ourselves, but did not really know what we were doing. We had a lot of the pieces such as shower head, new cabinets and vanity to put in there but we never had gotten it done because of time. My husband liked Luxury Bath's display at a car show that we went to so we decided to go with them. We picked out the tile for the floor and they installed everything for us together with the shower enclosure and the door that we purchased from them. We paid extra for them to put in a new toilet, do the vanity, hang the medicine cabinet and the towel bars etc.

    The boss of the Sacramento area branch ended up coming out to our house and we were very pleased with it. He was very thorough and went over everything with us. Everything worked out except that they had changed the shower doors from the company they got it from four times because it was the wrong size. That was the only problem we had with them. As a matter of fact, they even came out early and ripped out our bathroom floor and replaced it for us. They were very good to us. We love our bathroom. It's beautiful and I'm very happy with it.

    We had a leak in our bathroom to an outside wall and so we didn’t it for a couple of months to see if it would dry out but that's what it was so we decided to remodel the bathroom. We belong to BJ’s and Luxury Bath had a salesperson there. We didn't look around because BJ’s is a reliable company. So we thought, if they let them in the door, they would be okay. Luxury Bath said they would take care of any underlying issues that’s why we went with them and paid more than we would've had someplace else because they said they would look underneath it and see if they needed to fix anything. The gentleman at BJ’s gave us the basic information and the telephone number to call, so we called them. Then he came out and we chose whatever tile look we would have and everything else.

    We also bought a shower. The installers who came were young people and were very good, efficient, and spent a good amount of time getting it right. However, they put a hole in the bathroom underneath that needs to be patched. We didn’t notice that when they left so I'd like them to come back. My husband says he can fix it but since we paid for it, I'd like a professional person to do it. Otherwise, I loved my experience with Luxury Bath.

    Our bathroom was dated and needed repair so we thought of remodeling it. We liked Luxury Bath Technologies' material so we went with them. When the installers came, I talked to them and showed them where the place was. They told me what they were going to do and how they were going to do it. We put three shelves in and they're all in the right spot. When they went to move the shower head up, we didn’t move it as high up as required because my wife is of a shorter stature. So everything’s in the right place for her. She loves the new shower, the way it looks, the color, and everything else. The only problem came about when their guy installed the door backwards. It was obviously not the right way because we'd never clear the railing on the side and stuff, but that was corrected. Overall, our experience was very good with Luxury Bath.

    Our bathroom was bad and my mom was moving in with me, so I needed to have rails and stuff put in. We got Luxury Bath Technologies at that time because of the bidding that they offered. Their sales rep was good. He went over everything with me and my husband, and he gave us several options to go through. Our interaction with their installers was good too. They told us how long it would take and what they were going to do, and they did it.

    However, if we turn the faucet to the right, the top portion would go towards the hot water. They were supposed to come back and correct that for us, but they did not. Also, I ordered the bigger item where we put our shampoos and they were supposed to come back and put one in for us, and they never came back to do that as well. We followed up twice and they said they would do it but nothing has been done. I gave up. I'm satisfied with their work but not with their reliability of follow-ups.

    Luxury Bath's product seemed superior and the price was right. It’s expensive work and you’re gonna get sticker shock wherever you go. Also, the sales rep's presentation was very thorough. He's an artist and he knows his craft. He showed me the work samples, and was knowledgeable about the product and experienced installing it. We were really happy with what he showed us, and their website seemed to have really good images and information.

    We were actually going to talk to a third contractor, but after spending three hours with the Home Depot guy and four hours with the Luxury Bath guy, we thought this was starting to be time consuming. Luxury Bath's guy took some of the price down and we were just comfortable going with him. So, we took a shot with them and it was one of the best decisions we ever made. He had no last-minute mishaps or added fees, and delivered what he promised and we were extremely happy with it. He installed a luxury shower that has definitely increased the value of our home probably more than a shower itself costs. It's amazing work. His workmanship and the quality of the product were both stellar.

    The next time we do a bathroom, I'm calling Luxury Bath because that's how good they were. I've had contractor work done before and I just have never had anyone do anything this clean, competent and thorough. Home Depot did some stuff for me about nine months ago, and we were going bananas with all of the problems that came with the installation and the product. They got the wrong size, and it was just a mess. So when we got this shower from Luxury Bath, we were expecting problems but it was flawless. With us being happy with the product three months after, it’s still a jaw-dropping experience going in our shower and seeing that. We haven't had to clean the shower once and it's just so well-built, well-installed, and well-crafted. I'm pretty critical but I just can’t say enough about them.

    I had some problem with the old shower and the toilet stool was the only thing that was done. We had them replaced. Luxury Bath Technologies talked with me, and I told them that I wanted the toilet stool to be one of those that, when you do number one and then if you had the number two, it was a different thing on it to do them. But on this one, it's all on one spot but you have to flip up one edge for the one and the two together. It was a very good interaction with the installation team. I was outside watching them because it was interesting to see what was being done.

    At this point, the shower’s doing fine. I waited a few days after they left because a lot of the stuff had to be totally dried before I used it. And the first shower was very nice. I've taken all my showers there now instead of the one in the hallway. But I had a problem with the toilet stool because the little things behind the lid are broken. And they did that the first time I ever sat down on it. Other than that, everything is fine. The two guys that worked on it were really great. It was a good thing that I had them do it. I know it cost me probably a little more than others, but all I see on TV is the walk-in bath and I didn’t want that.

    My bathroom was not in livable condition and barely functional. I saw Luxury Bath in a home and garden event and their sales rep were wonderful. I've never felt I wasn't heard. We were able to pick out the products we liked, got the acrylic bathtub and had the renovation. A couple of the people who were doing the construction were from parts of the Ukraine and they were really sweet and very careful about communicating. I had to sleep during the day so they were very careful not to wake me if they could help it.     The guys from Luxury Bath Technologies did a fabulous job because this was out of the ordinary. They had to get extra things so it was a little delayed. For instance, the pan for the shower was extra long because the way it was designed. I wanted more shower space and they did that. Overall, the bathtub and shower came up fabulous. They knew what they were doing.

    We had a soaker tub and my wife is petite, so getting out of the soaker tub is very hard and unsafe. She almost trip and it's very dangerous. The whole community here all have the same soaker tubs. But, I know a big square foot home that have steps to get in the tub. But then, that's dangerous too. Kids step high and will fall into a soaker tub which is deeper. So we had it re-modeled for safety.

    I wanted Luxury Bath Technologies to do something else in the bathroom. The faucets were in the wrong place. They were in the tub and they were in the way, so we made it up on the wall. It came out brilliant but expenses weren't what I expected as things were going on. Both of the counter sinks didn't go well because the guy was a little high and didn't want to come down. Professionally, he handled it very badly so I was going to get somebody else. I went to a home show and got that idea. They had a big discount but as things went on, the discount kind of went away because I had to pay for an extra pan. That was not right because a job is a job. They can't all just add on after they made a contract. So I had to do the extra things or else it'll be left undone and I didn't like that part. Expenses went higher unexpectedly. Overall, the tub and shower were not cheap.

    The pricing was not legit because it could be lower but I like their work. I was dissatisfied with the salesman but the workers have done everything well and the foreman was excellent. Overall it was handled well and I like the professionalism. But the thing is the overall cost. Once I got in the contract they had to bump it up and I had get this and that. Then the finishing of the master bathroom has to be done.

    We had a horrible old tub that we didn't use and was just gigantic. We also had a tiny shower. My dad had left me some money and I decided we needed a new bathroom. I found Luxury Bath on HomeAdvisor and selected them because of quality based on their different reviews that I've read. David, the owner, was super. He came out, gave us an hour and a half presentation and no pressure. He just explained the product and let us take our time making our choices. He was the prime installer other than the plumber and the electrician and it's quality work everywhere we look. Plus, the plumber and the electrician were both very professional. When they said they were going to show here, they were usually a few minutes early, which is fine with me. They explained what they were doing and how long it might take. They had mats on my carpets so they wouldn't attract anything in and they cleaned up their messes.

    I’m very glad I chose Luxury Bath and it was a very pleasant experience. The quality, the workmanship, and the ownership that David shows to the product are at the top of the line from some of the other companies I talked to that couldn't give me exact answers to my questions.     There were holes in the tub, so the bathroom was remodeled. I chose Luxury Bath because of the Microban stuff and the cost, and my experience was great.     I like the idea of the mold-resistant or bacteria-resistant materials that Luxury Bath use. Also, I love the treatment on the glass that lets the water sheet down instead of spot up. Dale, the sales guy who came to give me the spiel was great. We had a total remodel of three bathrooms. They were all gutted and in my master bath, I have one of those stupid luxury bathtubs that we never use. So, they took it out for me and tiled the floor instead because we made our shower bigger.     My sister had Luxury Bath, so I knew it was a very good product. I didn't want anything flimsy, like cultured marble and fiberglass but some of them were just thinner, while I like the thickness. We had a contractor and they had a good price but it didn't seem like he had access to Luxury Bath and the design concepts. They said one had to be certified. Then, I went to the Luxury Bath site to find out where in the Sacramento area I could find some and found Design Concept.

    I went online, I got a $500 certificate if I went with Luxury Bath from the company and Design Concepts applied that. The guy looked up on a chart what Design Concept does, then the company gave me another 10 percent off. So, I was happy with all of that. I haven't gone to different places, but I watch HDTV a lot and I have found out Design Concept overcharged us which I'm not happy about. But we had a great installation and I have been really pleased with that. Where they put the showerhead was a little different than what I really wanted, but they said that's where it should be. But that's all them and not Luxury Bath. The installer was fantastic and he said that he had to be able to form at a very high-skilled level to even be considered. So, they are being careful about who they're letting install their product.

    The silicone product that these panels have along the corners is very good. The installer said it would be mildew-resistant and it is. Luxury Bath's product is excellent. My friends and family who have come up to see it noticed the difference than what they have and what they have seen. They can notice it's a very high quality and they know I'm very pleased.

    The house was looking pretty sad and we were thinking about remodeling the bathroom. We went to a home show where we found Luxury Bath Technologies. They seem to have the best and we got the shower from them. Their salespeople knew their products. One guy was training another guy but they were very good with everything. They explained the whole process and we didn't have any problems with them. The installers who came laid down a cloth to go in and out of the house and I was happy with the team. I love the quality of our shower and I would definitely recommend it.

    The floor board of the shower stall had been cracked, so we knew it needed to be repaired and we just decided to replace the whole thing. Luxury Bath Technologies was my husband’s first option for the remodel, and they have been professional. The remodel includes the shower head, the doors, the stall, and the flooring. They came to the house which was convenient and explained everything in detail. We had a couple of issues with the shower head and they came out right away and fixed it. Then they kept in contact with us if there was a delay in the ordering the parts they needed. Also, I work from home, so I was there when they were remodeling it and the installation was done fairly quickly. Also, they didn't cause any damage to the house other than what they were there to do.

    However, we were trying to get finance for the remaining balance that we had owed and they said that we would just be able to finance the remaining balance. We paid around $1,000 upfront and then it turned out that we were only getting financed for a portion of it and then we had to come out of pocket. We never heard back from them during the financing part of it that we weren't approved. We just got an email from them saying what was due that day and then the remaining was being financed. But they ended up working with us and decided to finance the remaining balance through them directly and not through the finance company.
