Luxury Bath installed a bathtub in our home last July. I like the way it looks, but it’s too slippery and too hard to get in and out of. I’m 95 years old, and it’s awfully hard to keep from falling. My husband is the same age and has to help me. I like to take a bath, so I have to let the water out of the tub first, put towels down in the bottom, and get on my knees so I don’t fall when getting out.

We had our shower done by Luxury Bath and the salesman who came out to do the presentation was nice and good. He even brought little samples of the shower pieces of the wall. But when it was finished, it didn’t match my walls. The shower door goes in, so I have a hard time getting in, trying to run the water and then opening the door. There’s mildew around the ends because it gets all wet, so I have to wash and wipe down the walls every time I take a shower. My husband won't even take a shower ‘cause it’s just too much work. I saw them at the strawberry fest in February, and they’re supposed to reach out, send somebody out to recaulk it and do something about the doors. But I haven’t heard from them, so it hasn’t been a good experience.

We had a tub-to-shower conversion by Luxury Bath. The installation team was very quick, pleasant, and professional. They did the installation for five hours. They did an excellent job, and cleaned up everything after. Everything looks to be good quality and we haven't had any problems with anything. The price was sticker shock, though, since we had moved from Florida, and we had an entire bathroom done for just about the same price as it cost us to get the shower conversion. But still, it was less than the quotes from other companies. Overall, I would definitely recommend them.

We've seen many advertisements from different companies and we finally decided to get one. Luxury Bath did a great job with our walk-in tub. The installers were in and out in one day, and were excellent.

Our old bathroom needed remodelling, and we don’t want to do the tile thing again. During the sales visit, the representative from Luxury Bath was very nice. He helped us out with colors and other details. We did the remodeling last year around August. The quality was very good. It is much better than the Jacuzzi bath and other options. Now, I don't have to clean the grout anymore. I can just wipe it down. It's great, and we're happy with it. I definitely recommend Luxury Bath.

Luxury Bath did the whole remodel for my husband’s bathroom a couple of years ago. Installation was done right. It looks great. We're happy with it.

I recently had the misfortune of dealing with Luxury Bath of the Gulf Coast, a business bathroom company that overpromises and under delivers. They claim to offer a one-day remodel, but it actually takes two to three days, at best. The materials they use are laughable – acrylic, which is essentially like a woman’s fingernail, and scratches within the first day of use.

Luxury Bath of Jacksonville Florida - We used them when we moved in to our new house 3 years ago. At installation, they drilled a hole in the countertop of our brand new bathroom sink cabinet, left the room look a right mess, had to ring the office to get someone back in to caulk. Wrong shower door was ordered but we were so desperate for a working bathroom, I accepted it, so that's on me. Now the shower wall surround is coming away from the wall and I find their warranty is worthless. The franchise we used no longer exists and Head Office refuse to do anything to help us!

I got a walk-in shower and I'm very pleased with it. The customer service was very good.

We were going to install a walk-in shower, and we asked Luxury Bath to come. They came down and talked to us about it, and their presentation was very good. The installers did an excellent job with putting it in as well. They laid down plastic down the hallway and through the kitchen where they had to travel, so there were no footprints left behind. The walk-in shower was expensive, but it was well worth it. It was what we needed. We knew that was the price and we were able to pay it. We took it and we like the features very well. There are three grab bars and they placed them exactly where we need them.

I got a walk-in bathtub that has two shower options with it from Luxury Bath. The bathroom remodel took a full day and I had to have the installers come back because something was not done properly and it caused a flood in my bathroom. There's a bathroom downstairs right below my bathroom. The flooding ruined the ceiling and made a mess down there. The work was performed by a local company that has done work at my house before. It's a trusted company. They didn't do the tub installation right the first time but they sent people over immediately to fix the problem. They tore up the ceiling in the bathroom in the basement and we haven't settled that yet. They took care of part of it. The rest of it is pending. That aside, the tub fit perfectly into my small suite bathroom. And it's very attractive and it's efficient. I'm still getting used to it. Sometimes I use it to take a shower and wash my hair.

I reached out to Luxury Bath and told them I wasn't happy with the installation and they never got back to me. They didn't install the panels correctly, and it looks weird. I've got to live with that but when the handrails start to come loose off the walls, that concerns me because we're older. The installer was a very friendly guy, but he was a rookie, and he even told us he's a rookie at it. I don't like to step on people's toes, but I wish I had. I could have taught him a few things about how to install it. The only thing that was good in the project was the floor pan. It seemed to be perfect. Everything else is off. Overall, it costs way too much for what we got.

The installation of our shower from Luxury Bath was good. The gentleman was really great. He worked really well and took care of it in a timely manner. We like that it's easy to clean. Everything seems to be working out very well.

The sales rep of Luxury Bath presented himself well. When he came over to the house, he explained everything. The guy that put our Luxury Bath in did a beautiful job. He was a nice man to talk to. He explained everything while he was doing it and made sure that this is what I wanted. He was excellent. The shower is awesome. We’re happy with it. The best thing we ever did in the house.

The customer service has been very good so far. I have a few things went wrong, and they came out and fixed one of them. They're going to come out and fix the other.

The bath is super easy to clean. The only thing is, we wanted a frosted shower door and we didn't get that. They said they didn't have it. But it was on the order that the person took.

Very disappointed with the quality of service and lack of professionalism considering I paid $12K. My project was a disaster that begun the night they installed. Everything looked beautiful but after installers left & I signed the certification of satisfactory I noticed a blown out electrical outlet that fried the circuit breaker in my side bedroom & found out that installers had trouble with the plug and made the lights flicker. There was flooding in basement due to pipe connections done wrong, showerhead connection leaking after the 1st attempt to repair. It took 4 visits and complete removal wall to get the leaks fixed. By now construction mess left behind in wash room from cutting into my floorboards and bathroom flooring had to be redone because of the installers walking on freshly grouted tiles.

Very education. Never knew all these things were available. I believe I would love to remodel in the near future just on the new things I've learned. Would love to hire someone that knows their work. Someone whom it very professional.

Company was just interested in our money, didn’t care about craftsmanship. First they promised it would be completed in one day, we had to wait two weeks to get glass installed. They left scratches on my walls.

We called a couple of places, got a couple estimates, and felt comfortable with Luxury Bath. They seemed reliable and their price was competitive. I also read reviews online, looked at different places, and they were all pretty favorable. We were happy with what we got done. It worked out about like they told us, except for one little hiccup, which they took care of immediately. The guy installed the shower and forgot to turn the water valves on. He knew exactly what happened, and he turned them on. My wife has been sick last year, and we needed the low threshold walk-in type of thing for her, and she’s very comfortable with it. We love it.

We had Luxury Bath redo a bathroom and our experience with them was all pretty positive. They were clean and they did a nice job. They did everything in time and in budget, and gave us a little bit of options.

Luxury Bath Technologies' service is good. The salesman I dealt with went out and looked to make sure if I had the proper electrical setup so it could be done. Other people were just assuming it would be there. He was detailed in what he looked at. The guy who came out and did the installation did very well. However, they did not deliver the right tub with the gate in the right place. The way my bathroom is set, they got the gate as you go into it on the right, so it cannot be fixed. When we did it, it was supposed to be on the left because it opens into my commode. So, when you step out of the bath, you step right next to the commode and you have to step sideways. Other than that, everything was okay. As soon as the tub was delivered, it was all done in a two-week period. Overall, I like the tub.

We contacted Luxury Bath as we were looking to remodel. We called and got scheduled with one of their selected contractors in our area. The contractor came and gave us a quote. After receiving the quote we went ahead and put a down payment on the order. A few days later we were told that we were misquoted and that the order would cost us more. At that point we decided to cancel the order as it was too expensive for us.

Luxury Bath Technologies was at a program where they put up demo products and we chose them from there. During the initial process, I dealt with a very nice sales rep. We had the entire shower redone and the installation crew handled things very well. Everything went fine. We like the shower and it's serving us a purpose. It’s lovely-looking too. Luxury Bath did a fine job and it has satisfied me. I would recommend their people highly.

Bordner Home Improvement had Luxury Bath and that was what we went with. Bordner tore out the old tub and put in a new tub with walls around, and it took them two days. We are very happy with it and I was thinking about having them do our other bathroom. The crew that came in and do the work was very nice. The sales rep that I dealt with was a great guy, too. We were totally happy with Bordner. They did a fine job and everything is very good.

Bordner Home Improvement suggested Luxury Bath products to us. We saw it the first time at Home Depot and I was it was kinda ugly. But when Bordner came out and we discussed updating our shower, they told us that that's the product they use. I was surprised. The installer was very knowledgeable and I was very surprised that the person who came out was a female. I was very happy about that. And I like that the shower that was installed is easy to squeeze and it's clean. I'm very happy with the product.

We had Bordner Home Improvement and it was a great experience. They came out, got the work done and it turned out beautifully. They took out the old shower and put in a new one. They also took out the carpet and put in the flooring. It's waterproof and it made the bathroom a lot better. They were able to go back in and clean up the areas of the flooring around the Jacuzzi tub. They got all of the trim to look perfect. As far as the shower itself, instead of the old one that was fiberglass and only went halfway up, the new one goes all the way to the ceiling, which is perfect and looks very nice. We were very impressed with what they did and we thoroughly enjoy the new bath.

I was converting a bathtub shower into a roll in shower for our disabled daughter and we had specific needs. Luxury Bath was very easy to work with and had a comparable price with other companies. They were also more willing to work with us on what we required. We were working with the VA for a HISA grant, which was about two-thirds of the cost, and some of the other companies flat out refused to work with the VA because they didn’t wanna wait on their money. Luxury Bath said they were more than willing to wait because they believe that veterans should have priority, and that meant a lot to us.

I had a shower redone and Luxury Bath did a good job. I like the remodel and I've had a lot of compliments on it too. I'm generally happy with the whole experience and I would absolutely recommend them. Luxury Bath did what they promised for the price they promised. Their sales rep was also polite, very knowledgeable and good at what he does. Their installation team was a good bunch of guys. They were enjoying what they were doing for sure.

We had a walk-in shower which was redone with vinyl. We liked Luxury Bath's product and it was our first time using them. Their reps were very good and cordial and the installation was excellent. It has been a year and a half since we've had it done. Overall, Luxury Bath is someone to use. They were always on time and they did a good job.

I went to a home show and I liked Luxury Bath's display there. I had them remodel my shower and everything was fine. I had a slight problem with some of the caulking about 9 or 10 months afterwards, and they came right down and fixed it. I'm very satisfied.

We did a bunch of research on remodelers in Omaha and found Luxury Bath online. They were a larger company and had lots of assets. We had a bad experience with smaller companies, so we wanted to go with a more established, larger company. We met with their sales rep and dealing with him was very good. He gave us real information, told us how the process would work and he didn't try to sell us anything we didn't want. Then the installers did what they said they were gonna do. They showed up on time, cleaned up after themselves and they did quality work. We've had the remodeled bathroom for fifteen months now and we are very satisfied.

The salesman did a good job of convincing us. The salesman and the installers were very good and efficient. My new shower looks very nice and I like it. I recommend Luxury Bath.

I looked in a local paper that we get in our development and Luxury Bath Technologies was advertised there. There were around five of them in there and I just took a shot, and I was very happy with the people who came out, especially the installer. The sales representative was good, but the gentleman who put the products in was really top-notch. He was a young fellow, but he really knew what he was doing. It needed some extra work and he did the work. He tore out the old shower and had to take off the door, and he got rid of them. He put up all new walls and a new floor, but when it was underneath, some of the wood was rotted, so he ripped out the bad wood and put all new wood in and reinforced it for me. If someone asked me in my neighborhood, I would recommend Luxury Bath again.

My bathroom had a kind of 70s look so I wanted to update it. I had Luxury Bath do the top and the three surrounding walls of the tub seven months ago. I liked that the head guy had plenty of experience already. I told him what I wanted and he responded to it. We had good dialogue together. Moreover, the installation team was excellent and did a good job. I was with them all the time although it took a while to get everything completed because we discussed the opening of the surround shower. We had the beams and we had to go back a couple of inches because the tub was a couple of inches wider than where the other prior existing tub was so we had to figure it out. We went into the beams and cut them out.

We met with a few remodeling companies and we liked Luxury Bath Technologies and they gave us a good deal. They helped us remodel two bathrooms and they provided bathtubs and some fixtures. They offered stuff for the shower like the drain pan and the showerhead. Also, we had a lot of tile purchase. The people that came to our house were very friendly, timely, and communicative. When they ran into problems, they were pretty upfront about them and were very willing to go through everything with us and show us what they were doing. We ran into a few minor things like some caulking that may be separated from the tub. I called their service department and they came out within a couple weeks to fix it with no issues. We had a pretty good experience.

Luxury Bath was excellent. I saw it advertised in the paper and I decided I would go down and talk to the people and see what they had in the showroom and if I liked it. The people in the office were all excellent and what they did for me was perfect. I’m very well satisfied. They sent a rep out here and I talked to him. I had my shower and tub converted into just a shower, and the guys that came out here and worked on my bathroom worked. They didn’t play around. They knew their job and they were efficient. I couldn’t ask for a better bunch of guys. People will be very well satisfied if they get the crew I got. I knew other people that had other bath people out to their homes and they weren’t satisfied with them. I suggested my next door neighbor to them and she had them fixed her bathroom.

We went with Luxury Bath to put a surround and cover the tile in the bathroom and the shower. The sales rep knew what he was doing and he was very good. The installers knew what they were doing also. We're very happy.
