What Liberty Home Guard customers say

Many Liberty Home Guard customers say the process of submitting a claim and getting service is simple and stress-free. A few say their issues were immediately prioritized for quick service, which made them feel taken care of. While some reviews mention that Liberty Home Guard’s prices aren’t the most affordable and not all claims are approved, many say the speed and helpfulness of its team outweigh the extra cost.

I'm very satisfied with the plan. We've had three claims and the repair people have been superb. All of them have been first class. I never heard of one of them and when I researched them, they were 45 minutes away. I liked them, so I'm going to start using them for other services. … The quality was very good.”

What Cinch Home Services customers say

Cinch Home Services customers say that the process to submit a claim is simple and the response rate is fairly quick. Although some customers have had frustrating experiences and felt that customer service was unhelpful, others say they could count on Cinch when they needed service. One customer said it was as “easy as pie” to get help for their claim.

I accidentally dropped a penny down our garbage disposer and it got stuck there. The tech got it out and the disposer was fine. I'm very satisfied with Cinch's service. Last fall, we had maintenance done on our furnace. It's a bit of a distance for the people working on it to come up for us. But they come and they're very polite.”
