The sales rep was very helpful and the installers did a very professional job. I'm very happy with the product.

The installation was good but when the workers left, there was a cracked toilet here. So, that wasn't good. They demolished the tub that was here and there were pieces flying all over the place because it was a cast iron tub that they were hitting with a sledgehammer. So, it was brutal. I don't think anybody even knew what happened with the toilet occurred. I went out and bought a new toilet because we were gonna do that anyway and Kohler sent somebody over the next day to put it in. So, they handled resolving that. The workers were very courteous and seemed very competent. My wife who uses the shower mostly loves the thing. It seems to be nice and clean.

Everybody was amazing. They were great top to bottom. They contracted someone to install the product. There was a long stretch of a few months before the installation once we had put the down payment on before it could begin because we were waiting for materials. But once they were there, it was for five days or so. They were incredible.

Dealing with the Kohler team was very good. They were very professional. I had seen samples of stuff at the home improvement shows so I had an idea of what the material was like and they took us to a start to finish what the remodel would entail, the different options in terms of shower fixtures, the shower doors and other things like corners or built-in things of that nature. The best part was, unlike the others or the other presentation, it was very straightforward. They didn't hype. There were no high-pressure techniques in which they present you with an inflated price, and then lo and behold, they can discount it if you do it right then and there. Their pricing was comparable to the ultimate discounted price that the other vendor was offering. So, that was part one of their presentation. Ultimately, we went to the showroom and finalized our decisions on the options.

I converted my bathroom over to a walk-in shower. I am getting older and can't get my foot over inside of a bathtub anymore. The guy that installed the walk-in shower did the work in one day. We have this waterfall showerhead. It has a handheld and it is adjustable. It has everything I need. Now, I don't have to worry about scrubbing the sweat off anymore. We're living in Iowa where the humidity is 100% and the temperature is almost 90. The clean-up is easy. I just wipe down the walls and it's done before they dry and set in.

The woman who came, stepped through the options, and gave me a quote, was fantastic. But we had a very unusual circumstance that was hard to manage. We needed to pull a building permit and there was an 11-month delay. But the tub is worth the wait. The end product is beautiful and everybody was so professional. They asked me questions and filled me in. Communication was fantastic. Also, the workmen prepped everything in advance and cleaned up after themselves everywhere. I live in a condo building and they did a great job. I couldn't be happier with the end result.

Kohler’s walk-in shower is wonderful. My wife told me that she doesn’t spend as much time in there than she did the bathtub. We had a shower in that too but I'm done in under five minutes. We got a safety handle right one by where we walk in and out and my wife was thinking of putting one over in the middle of the backside. The cost of the walk-in was a little pricey but I had another bid also, of roughly the same thing, 12 grand.

We have two master suites and we decided to do both the showers. The Kohler name is a quality name, so you know you're gonna get a quality product. The rep sized up the space and measured to make sure we could do what we wanted to do. We looked at samples and talked about what we wanted to do. The installers did an excellent job. It took only two days and they took out the old and put in the new for two bathrooms. You wouldn't have even known they were there. I love that the product is a stone product but there's no grout you have to worry about taking care of. They gave us more room than having the fiberglass units. They made the space a little roomier. I love the new showerhead and we got sliding doors. It's just very easy. I like it very much. We're very happy with Kohler and would recommend it.

KOHLER has done very well. There were two things that I needed to have sorted out but in terms of the quality of work, it was excellent. The sales rep was sharp and the installation team was okay. Even though the installers were foreign-language educated people, they were top-notch. The one thing we have a concern about is that their technology needs to reflect on the element to the base that we stand on when we're taking a shower. It's a bit slippery.

I really liked dealing with the rep of Kohler. I had done some research to figure out who has the best quality and I was very pleased with the experience. I got the walk-in shower and the installers were very professional, polite and hardworking. I was very impressed with their work ethic. I love the little hand sprayer thing. I also love the seat because I'm old and I can't stand that long.

Richard, the sales rep, was awesome. He really knew the product and he walked through everything that they would do with the house. He gave us a good vision for what the process would be like and the different options we could pick from. He did a great job explaining the differences between the competition and LuxStone.

The sales rep was very nice, knowledgeable and friendly. So, it was a good experience. And the installation was just two days. I like the showerhead. The work is good so I haven’t any complaints about that. I wish I would have gone with a different tile color because that white is boring. But it's not anything that the salesperson did. That was my choice. It just looked nicer on the video. But it’s fine. The shower is better than what I had. Kohler did what they said. I have the warranty and when I had an issue, they came right away.

I like Kohler products. So when it came time to start updating my condo, I wanted to go with the best. The rep was wonderful. She was very helpful. Very pleasant to work with. The crew got here on time when they said they would, and they got right to work. They worked diligently all day until five o'clock. They did what they said they were going to do. Excellent quality of work. It improved the space, it's very modern and easy to wipe down. Going forward, cleaning won’t be a problem because the doors are trackless so it's gonna be easier to keep everything clean and looking new than what I had before. It’s an overall good improvement. And I wouldn't have expected anything else from Kohler.

The man that came here was very thoughtful and down to earth. Timewise, the team was very good. They said what time they were going to be here and were here on time. They worked until they got it done the last day. They walked me through everything, took their time and explained to me how the lever operates. I like my new walk-in shower. It's easy getting in and out.

I've always liked using Kohler products. I ordered Kohler faucets when we redid our bathrooms. Those came here before we did the shower thing. Kohler is the top of the line as far as quality is concerned. We got together with KOHLER and liked the shower, and ordered it. When they were installing it, they didn't have the locker that was supposed to be there, which were the shelves that get put into the side of it. It took a month of going back and forth to finally get it put in. Just unfortunate that I had to push a bit to get that last item done. Aside from that, the installers were great. They came out here to do the job. They did a great job. The finished product, although it took a while, is very nice. And we're very pleased with that.

The sales rep was great. He had to come in from New York to do the appointment. We liked him. The installers did a good job too. They kept us informed of everything that was going on. Even my neighbors complimented them because when they had to do some stuff outside, they warned them they might not wanna get too close ‘cause there might be sawdust. We enjoy the walk-in shower quite a bit.

The Kohler sales rep was very knowledgeable. The only downfall is there are no prices listed on the Kohler website. He looked at my bathroom situation here, and he said, “You're looking at about 20,000.” It was out of my budget. He was super nice to show me other options. I have lymphoma and it is in my bone marrow. I have a really hard time with my bones, like walking. He was really considerate of that. So, we had the shower pan and it’d be low. I already have a shower seat to take a shower with anyway. He made sure that I knew that Kohler came with two grab bars, which really helps a lot to get up onto the feet and then out of the shower.

I previously installed a Choreograph bath in our kid's bathroom and we needed to update the previous shower panels and storage with Choreograph, however it had been updated to the LuxStone system and only dealers have access. They reverted my needs to their local dealer Statewide in Grapevine. When Statewide called to confirm the appointment, they informed me that they would not be coming out since I only wanted two wall panels and storage unit and not doing a complete bathroom renovation. Either, they need to put the product for sale at the resellers or remove the product if you can't provide installers that know how to install or willing to service.

Everything's great. They did exactly what they were supposed to do. The reps were very nice and professional. The installation went great when they got all the parts. It took them three months to get them. It was a little annoying. Other than that, we're liking the walk-in pretty well.

Kohler's price is a little high but it was within our budget. But it was difficult to get a firm schedule out. It took about three months to get on the schedule. Once they committed to a time, they completed the job in a day and a half like they said they would. The walk-in shower looks great and improves the quality of the bathroom considerably.

When the salesman came, he was very upfront and he explained everything to us. Then, when the gentleman came to install the walk-in shower, there were a couple of hiccups, but he took care of everything and didn't leave until the job was done. It was nice because he didn't make it appear that it was a big problem and he breezed right through it. Also, the walk-in shower is so nice. It looks fantastic and it works great. We couldn't be happier.

I had a very good experience with the rep. The timeline took longer than normal because of the parts which were backordered. But it was only a day late. I have a live-in here and she doesn't have to get into the tub anymore. She can just step into the shower.

The purchase was easy. We went to a showroom and we were able to see what we were going to get installed. The team was very professional and it took half a day to demo and set the pan. The next day they came back and put in the panels and hung the door. It was spotless when they were done. I was very happy with the entire experience.

I'm a KOHLER fan. I use them and I have all KOHLER fixtures in my house. When we decided that the bathroom needed redoing, I called KOHLER immediately. We have an old house and it was a difficult installation but they did an excellent job. It's been a great experience from the beginning. They told me to use 409, so that's what I'm using. The installers were in and out in two days. It was like clockwork. It's exactly like they said it would be. The room was built around the shower piece. It looks really pretty and I'm super happy with it. Kohler rocks.

I got the phone number to LuxStone, called and made an appointment. Dave came out and did an excellent job. He showed me a piece of the product and it was nice and sturdy. He reassured me that it was going to be quality. The installer was very good as well throughout the whole process. He kept me informed of what he was doing and how he was doing it. The shower is very pretty and neat-looking. The doors are working fine. The shower works fine too. Overall, I'm happy with it.

Their team was friendly and they answered all of our questions. It took the installers a bit longer than they anticipated because of the issues that we had but they did a great job and cleaned up really well after which I was really proud of. But we had an issue afterward where we found a scratch on the door and a couple of other things. When they called for the review the day after, we let them know and they were out within two days. They replaced everything and fixed it all up for us. I love our shower. Get an estimate and give them a shot. They were great to work with.

I requested the free quote and I felt very comfortable with the sales agent that they sent over. The installation was the most impressive part. The techs were super quick and efficient. There was minimal interruption of normal life at my home during the process. They put a temporary shower curtain for me. The Kohler has been amazing so far.

During installation, a couple of really good young guys showed up. The other one was the plumber that came with them. They all were very friendly and they did the job. The Kohler makes it a little bit easier getting in and out of the tub.

The staff for the last shower was very good and the installation team was excellent. The door swing is my favorite feature. It's easy to get in and out with a low threshold and I can step in easily. Also, the floor is non-skid so it's all very safe. I like the product but it's too expensive. I thought it would be cheaper than the first shower because the first one required the removal of a very long Whirlpool tub. The Kohler shower stall did not require the same effort to get it ready for the new shower. Other than that, customer service was good.

Since having our Kohler shower, I feel cleaner in our bathroom. We have no windows in our bathroom, so it feels drier for me. It feels cleaner because I could just wipe the mildew stuff and not have to scrub it. The installers were excellent. It just took a while for the parts to come. We had signed up for it in early November and we got things going a month ago. Also, the timeframe is not really solid one day for the installation to be completed.

Everything was excellent. I'm in a remote area, and the guys broke a piece trying to put the shower in and had to drive to Stevens Point, get a new one and come back, but they still finished on time. Very efficient. They're on time even though the weather was 20 below at that point in the middle of January in Northern Wisconsin. All went well.

I reached out to Kohler, and it was really nice. The installation was very professional as well. They finished in a day, and I love my new shower. It's a good thing to get. My water bill is lower, and it saves on energy.

I called multiple companies and Pacific Bath was the most professional and timely in getting back to me. The representative who came to sell the product did a great job explaining everything and brought samples and showed me the various materials. He went over everything with me. We told him we were on a budget and he went out of his way to work with us to do that budget. When the technicians came to install, they did a great job as far as they wore masks and introduced themselves. They were very professional. There were a few glitches. They ran into some problems in the bathrooms through no fault of their own. I did call the supervisor regarding my concern about that and he responded quickly with a solution that satisfied me and also worked evidently with them to get the problem resolved. Then they followed up with me afterward. So from start to finish, Pacific Bath did a really good job.

We recently had a Kohler Luxstone shower system installed and we are pleased with the quality and amenities of our tub replacement system. We realized we were paying a lot of money for a project that could have been done significantly cheaper, but we really wanted the job to be completed quickly as this is in the main bathroom in our house. Our salesperson was great and he thoroughly explained the system and the process. I feel our issues were due to some oversight by the construction coordinator assigned to our project. We never had the call confirming selections of materials so upon arrival immediately the construction crew asked us about the flooring we were providing. We had made that selection at our sales presentation and it was included in our contract documents.

KOHLER's rep, Laura, has been wonderful. She was very attentive and got things done for me. The install team was great, too. They came in. They got the job done in two days. They gave me three days timeline, so it exceeded my expectations. The only thing is when they were all done, there wasn't any hot water. The folks from Wonder Showers & Baths had come right out, and there was something that they had to readjust inside the handle that turns the water on to get the water so the hot water came through as well.

Ever since I built the house, every plumbing fixture in it has been Kohler. They make good stuff. The crew that recently came in was excellent. I had two guys and they were done in two days. The product looks great. The base is great. We opted for the sliding glass doors and we put in a grab bar and a small shelf.

Working with the rep was great as well as the installation process with Kohler. I love the new shower. It’s more spacious and easy to clean.

I called Bath Fitter and Kohler both and decided on Kohler. They were better. Shannon was my salesperson and she was excellent. She was very informative. I was very impressed. The installation was a breeze. These guys were in and out of here. They worked in a day. They left the place sparkling clean. They did a magnificent job. I’m very pleased.

The salesperson was very, very knowledgeable on the product. I definitely learned some things about it, since I had some preconceived notions, and I was very impressed with what it was. For this house that I'm in right now, I wanted something that felt more custom and the Kohler product really resonated with me almost immediately that I could really achieve that goal and not bankrupt myself doing it. The installation was great. The crew worked very hard. They had a couple of obstacles, which I totally expected. But they were very open about their communication. They were very great guys. They were clearly very knowledgeable and had done this before. I was totally impressed and pleased with their work, and also just how they treated me as a customer.

The sales visit was great, and the guy was awesome. It took a few weeks to get the product, and then the installers worked hard and finished the job. However, I don't like the Kohler corner shelf. It's got the bottoms open and it detracts from the whole thing. It's not attractive at all and I was surprised that Kohler would sell something like that. But the rest of it, as far as the faucet and the shower walls, are really nice.

The salesman was courteous and concerned. He told me what they were going to do and how they were gonna do it. The installers told me how long it was gonna take before they start and what they were gonna do. I had called and made appointments for them to come out and I told them what I needed. The quality of work was great and I’m satisfied and pleased with it. It’s beautiful. The area is perfect and roomy. I have a shower and a pull bar, and everything is what I wanted. Kohler LuxStone works for me.

KOHLER did a good job on everything, so it was fine. Their rep was really good. He explained everything and took us through all the products and the information. He was detail-oriented. He was knowledgeable with the product, and so he made me feel comfortable. The installers did a really good job, too. They cleaned up after everything. They're pretty quick about it too.

We had the walk-in shower installed in our summer house and we came back to Pennsylvania, so we have used it for maybe about a week. The installer, Matt, was fantastic. He was very clean and courteous. He had to travel a long distance to get to our houses at the beach. The installation took two days because he was by himself the first day. He took the old bath and shower out the first day and started a little bit of the installation. Then, he came back with a helper and finished the installation on the second day. I can't speak any more highly of Matt. He was good.

The person called me and we scheduled the consult. The price was $3,000 less than if the rep was to come back the following week and the walk-in shower was what we wanted so we never got any more estimates. When I think back, maybe I should have but hopefully, we made a right decision and we got the best price. The guy said that they could get me in before the end of the year but it was done before Thanksgiving. Everybody who called me was very professional. The financing was very easy and we don’t have any complaints at all.

Everything works with the KOHLER walk-in shower. Everybody is happy.

The sales representative from Kohler was very good. They had somewhat of a tough client to deal with and she was able to deal with it. The installers did a very good job. It was better than expected. I would recommend Kohler highly for sure.

The installation was very smooth and we're very happy with the quality of the shower. It's a high-quality product. It may be a little more expensive, but it's worth it. With the warranty, it made sense. My wife really likes the new showerhead.

I put down three to four different places to check and Kohler was the one that answered first. They came in and gave me a good review. They told me exactly what the product was gonna do. They also told me it was gonna cost me a fortune, but it was a fortune less than what the rest of them were gonna charge me. The installers called me when they got everything together and came over to the house. They had on their mask and told me what they were doing. They went in, started taking stuff out, and asked me where the water shut-off was. I told them where it was and they shut the water off. The plumber came in later on. He did all the stuff then he turned the water back on. He finished hooking the tub up. They finished everything up in about two days.

We were told when we purchased the Kohler tub that it would be six to eight weeks to get it installed and they raised it to 12. Then it got longer and longer. They kept calling and had excuses. I told them it was ridiculous. We already paid for it and it was extremely expensive. We could have gone with much cheaper but we have a Kohler toilet. We've also had Kohler sinks in the past and this brand is a good name based on the experiences we've had that was why we went with it. But I don't think it's worth that much money.

We scheduled the appointment and within a week, a salesman came. He made the offer and we told him that we would go and sleep on it. He told us that we had a few days to decide before the spring sales ended. We made a decision and called the sales agent back. We were looking at having the installation done in July but it got pushed all the way back to middle of September due to covid. But the installation crew did an excellent job. They promised us three days, and they got it done within two and a half days. They cleaned up the site pretty well so we were extremely happy. We love the shower too.

The salesman, Randy, came out and did a real fine job of selling Kohler's product. He gave us all the right answers and was informative. He was easy to talk to and we also liked the price. The guy that did the installation was personable. We had one deal where he turned the water on, and he didn't have the valve set off. It sprayed some water down the basement, but he went down and cleaned it up. The whole deal was painless and the shower looks really nice. We sure enjoy it. We don't have to step into the tub anymore. The sliding doors are great too.

Everybody was very good from the beginning to the end. And I'm very happy with the work.

I checked about four brands out and Kohler was not the cheapest but I figured it was the best quality of what it's made of, how it was arranged and how it would fit in my bathroom. More so, the installers were fantastic. Everything was fine as far as installing and the quality of the apparatus. It takes about 10 minutes to fill but while I'm doing that, I'm sitting there washing my hair so I have no problems with that. I'm perfectly happy with my walk-in shower.

I called KOHLER to see if they would come and redo the bathroom, and a fellow came. We're very happy with the entire bathroom. It seems to be very good, sturdy items that we got. We have a chest in there and a sink within that. We have a new commode and a walk-in shower. It's a tiny bathroom but the installers put down a beautiful floor. The walls that needed to be covered have this beautiful cloud design to them and we are very happy with the shower doors. The shower works perfectly. So, we don't have any complaints at all.

Bought top of the line walk-in Shower that leaks by design. Operationally tested by retired aircraft Operational Test Inspector who has tested and inspected every aspect of of commercial aircraft including their toilets. The flaw is built into the upper ledge of the surround that drains all the water from any over spray directly onto the floor. It is a design flaw! It happens virtually every time the shower and hand wand is used. The customer service only addresses the plumbing or systems. The customer service will charge you for addressing the problem if the conversation goes beyond a few sentences and there has been no help or response when we called the sales rep...

I'm enjoying our KOHLER very much. My husband is not as excited about it as I thought that he would be. He has trouble maneuvering and he finds it to be a little bit crowded in getting in and out of the door. So, I think that needs to be considered. As far as installation, there was one complication, but it was taken care of appropriately. We just had a long wait. We placed the order in July, and it was not installed until October. When I called, I was just told that that was the earliest date. In fact, they gave me a date in November and at that point, I said, "This really isn't acceptable. We made this purchase. A lot of people who make this purchase are doing so for luxury. We are doing this because of necessity."

The sales rep was very good and the installers did very well. The quality is good but the cost is expensive. Also, there's squeaking in the piece that fills in behind the spickets in the wall.

Kohler had everything that I wanted. I liked all the fixtures, the LuxStone walls and the doors that were shown. The installation took a day longer than was expected and I had to call the installers back to do some extra caulking, which was a little bit annoying, but that was only a minor hiccup. The other thing that was slightly annoying was that I got the 74-inch door, which I thought would be perfectly tall enough for me being a 72-inch person but didn't realize that the top four or five inches of the door were taken up by the railing. Ultimately, it's not a problem for me but it would have been nice if the salesman told me to consider the 78-inch door when he was showing me the options. But I'm very happy with my shower as well as the quality. It feels very sturdy.

My dad had been a plumber and he always dealt either with Kohler or American Standard. Also, my mom was coming to live with us and she needed a shower that she could get into. Kohler said they could get the walk-in shower done in one to two days, so we went with them. They got it done in one day and they cleaned. I had to relocate my mom for the day because of the bathroom, but they put it all back together and I was really pleased. There was a piece that was missing, which they knew about, and they told me that it was having a leak. Even the guy that came out to install it the following week was in and out in absolutely no time at all. Although, he did take time to install it and it was done really well. Anyone that has come to look at it has been really impressed with the job they did.

The sales rep was very helpful and the installation went well. They did a good job. The only thing was that three men came out and they couldn’t speak English so we had a little trouble communicating with them. One could and he would come in and out. But the workmanship was good. We love Kohler and we're very happy.

The guys who put the Kohler walk-in were like a well-orchestrated symphony. They had plumbers and electricians, and everybody was nice and clean. We were concerned about falls in the bathroom and we decided to get that for my mom and it’s been working out well. My dad had spinal surgery two months ago and the walk-in is one of the things he is looking forward to. He said he can’t wait to get home and get in it.

The rep explained everything well and told us a certain price of how much the cost was gonna be every month. We told him that we didn't want it to be over 200 but it ended up being $302.76 a month. The way things were, they set it up and we would only release so much money to begin with, to order the tub. Then, we wanted a certain product which had to have a different toilet to get with it. So, we decided to do that too and that was added on to the bill.

The reps were very informative and nice, and whoever was in charge of the remodeling in the bathroom was good. The process took four days, which was not long at all. We love the finished product. I’d tell all my friends who are looking to redo bathrooms to go through Kohler because it's quick and easy. You don’t have to wait long. It’s all done for you.

The product is less than optimal. The installers are the worst ever. Hard to describe how bad the crew we got was. Supposedly a 1 to 3 day install. Two months later - project is not done. Sales guy - no clue about the product. Said crazy untrue things. Nothing we purchased was actually installed. Many calls to Kohler, results in basically nothing more than you need to work with your dealer, they really have no way to correct the problems. The dealer refuses to fix the product properly, only a dismissive, "Live with whatever we give you." Being forced to accept a very bad result. Kohler does not stand behind this product or install as far as I can tell. Run don't walk away from Kohler and the installers.

I've always had Kohler sinks and stuff like that and they have worn well for me. I did not want to put tile in a bathroom. I didn't want to have to clean the grout. I know Kohler has a good name. I saw it on Facebook and they got in touch with me and set up an appointment and it seemed like a good deal. It's just there was some sloppy work. There was still some pencil marks on here. On the outside, there was a piece of woodwork that had the mitered end and he didn't square it off with the outside of the frame. Then on one side, he used white caulk. On the other side, he'd used kind of a gray.

The rep who did the measurements was great and the installation went well. I had a sliding door and because I didn't want to lose that, it took the installers a little longer. The tech told me he could do it and he says, “It’s kinda tedious but if that’s what you want, that’s what I can do.” So I said, “Well, I don’t care if it takes you three or four days as opposed to one day.” So he got it done and I was able to save my sliding door. Because they were gonna put up a door that was gonna swing in and out. I would have to open my closet door to get to the door and I didn’t want all that. KOHLER did excellent quality work. From day one, I'm glad I got it.

My wife was having a tough time getting in and out of the bathtub. Every time you look around, you see a KOHLER name when you're looking at items like walk-ins. I knew I was getting a quality product from them. The sales rep was great. He went into detail, which he didn't have to do, and he was good. The two gentlemen that came to install were here right at 8:00 or so in the morning and they worked all day. They left about 6:00 that evening, but the job was done. They knew what they were doing. My wife uses the product but I used it for the first time last night. I like the bubbles and the therapeutic jets. I'd tell others that they can't go wrong with the product.

I had a good experience with KOHLER all around. They did great with the installation. They did what they were supposed to do. They answered questions and were helpful. My new tub's quality is good. It's nice to be able to have a hot bath.

The sale part was fairly straightforward. Although, they said that they were really busy. But since we were only going to get the shower and the rest of the bathroom is being done by a contractor, they said it would be four or five weeks. But that really didn't come out to be true. It screwed me up because of the standpoint of I had to schedule a contractor and I couldn't have him in until the shower was done. That had to be the first thing. But other than that, it was good. The installers were awesome. Even though they got sent the wrong size doors twice, they still managed to get it done in just under two days. But they had to do a lot of running around to get the parts that they needed. But when we were done, we were very satisfied. We love our Kohler. Everything's nice and smooth. We like that there's no place for rotten junk, mold, to grow. It's also easy to clean. The color is great and we're really happy with it.

The installers were very courteous and very careful to explain everything as the install went. It took longer than anticipated but it was well done. There's no evidence of any kind of damage and I couldn't tell that they did anything at all. We're happy with it. The tub fills slower than anticipated but it drains quickly. Also, we're still getting used to all the controls as far as the whirlpool, the bubbling things, and the various outlets but other than that, we're great.

They were all wonderful, right from the get-go when the guy came and showed us everything and what we could expect. The only thing that freaked us out was the cost but it worked out fine. We had the money put away so it was fine. The guy showed us everything that we needed. When it came time for them to come and put everything in, they checked everything out and fixed what they had to fix. They had to replace the hot water tank because it wasn't big enough. They took everything out that needed to be taken out and cleaned up every day. You'd never know they were there. They were there for two days. They got the tub in, set everything up, and showed us how to use it. It was awesome.

The installers did what they had to do and it really went good. Everything worked together. We enjoyed everything about it. It's so wonderful to be able to have the tub. I don't wanna do without it. Last night, I didn't feel so good and I got in the tub and it was good. It really makes a difference in your life. I'm enjoying every minute of it. I love it.

I know KOHLER is a brand name. Years ago, when I was a youngster, I worked in a plumbing supply house. And that was one of the top brands. And that is a long time ago. I called KOHLER and they sent a representative to me. He came over 100 miles to see me. He was pleasant and no pressure. And the installation went very smooth. The installers were in and out in one day, and did a very neat job. One had to come back the next day because one of the O-rings on the faucet they supplied was leaking. But that was no fault of the installer. It was the defect of O-ring.

I had a walk-in shower installed and that took one day. I'm a general contractor and I did most of the prep work. The product is good and it works. My 89-year old mother loves it. I wanted to make sure that she could take a bath and do it on her own. I'm happy with the product even though it was quite expensive. All of the three main companies that sell them keep that very close to the vest because they don't want to turn people off or to get a salesman in the home, although you do have 72 hours to cancel. It's too bad that they don't have a little more truth in what the price is out there.

They answered my call within 30 minutes and came out about a week later. The rep was professional. He showed me every aspect of the job -- the type of tile that would go in and the fixtures. The installation was the best part of it all. Leonard and his crew went over and above. They took their time and they explained everything that they were going to do that day. When they got to a stopping point, they'd ask me to see it and ask if there were anything I'd like changed and where things should go. Since having the tub, my body feels better and from the jets and everything, I feel cleaner. Also, using this shower in the tub has helped improve the look of the bathroom. The tub has improved the value of my home, too. My brother is a Realtor and he said I did good.

I liked the KOHLER sales rep I worked with. He was friendly and easy-going. He explained everything and took all the time we needed to decide. Also, the installers were really good at what they were doing. I like the tub a lot. I'm really impressed with the fact that it drains so fast and it seems to be very high quality. I don't believe that you could buy this quality of stuff anywhere else. I'm glad that I decided to go with KOHLER.

I called a lot of places to get quotes on remodeling the bathroom. Kohler was the one that responded and said, "We'll make an appointment." Everybody else would call me back or it was three weeks later. Kohler came over and went over everything with us. The price was a little high. But the quality was what we're paying for.

After I get up, I jump in the walk-in tub and get it going. It helps me with the aches and pains in the morning and helps me get going. If you're looking for a really good job on your aches and pains, KOHLER would be the one. They got the experience behind them.

I love the jets in our tub. Our muscles don't ache like they used to and the blood circulation is so much better.

The lady who came out did a very good job and was very nice. I liked her as well as the people who put the bath in. They were all very good and I assumed they were gonna be very nice because I liked the way they handled everything. I love the bath, especially because I have problems with my legs and back. So, it’s perfect to relax and go in.

Kohler had what we were looking for and they made the process easy. We were able to call their number. The guy came the next day and gave us the pricing and all the information. His name is Ramon. He answered all of our questions. He was very personable and he went out of his way to deliver a sample to us. He is five-star.

We used Kohler in the past and have been very impressed with it, so we were familiar with the brand name. The gentleman that came out this time to talk to us about it told us about the lifetime guarantee and the quality of the product. The sales rep answered every question we had. She compared the different things, told us about what it was going to be and how it was going to work. The installation team was wonderful. Since the installation, it has been a big change in both my husband's life and mine. The tub is working out excellently.

When I first set up, I just wanted to check Kohler out and see what the price was as there was none on the ad, and the representative that came was outstanding. Then the installer was top of the line. He interacted with the kids and the family well and continued on his job. I like getting in and out of it. The safety aspect of it is night and day. I'd highly recommend Kohler. Matter of fact, I've had shown it to friends of mine and they're wishing they would have done it.

Kohler did everything they were supposed to do. The individuals got the installment done when they said they would and they were all polite and seemed to know their stuff. My wife's had some health issues so she's not able to get around like she used to, so we've been using it more as a shower than we have as the bath part, but it's worked out really nicely.

I was putting in a walk-in tub as it's becoming more difficult for my wife to stand and balance in a normal shower or to climb into a normal tub. She had the preference of buying the Kohler because of the name and some advertisements she had seen. We had to reschedule the first appointment because of a scheduling snafu on their end. The gentleman that came out explained everything to us, so we were quite comfortable with that. Then, the team who came out for the installation did a good job installing it, even faced with issues of small bathroom versus large tub. Everything got worked out and put in a timely manner too, faster than what I thought it would have taken.

Kohler had what I wanted and every single person I encountered from Pacific Bath was phenomenal. The installers came when they said they were gonna do the installation and did what they said they were gonna do. It was a difficult install, and they did it fine and very professionally. They were neat, clean and got it done. They took care of any kind of problem or whatever question I had. The quality of work was excellent.

The sales representative was very knowledgeable and the installers were very nice. But I have asked three different times for them to give me a breakdown of what the tub would cost and nothing so far. We had to make a 52-foot-long shelf behind it and a 42-foot-inch shelf at the end of it because we took out a big Jacuzzi that I had for my handicapped son. We also had to build those shelves to accommodate the floor plan because we didn't have oak flooring under the tub and I had oak flooring in the rest of the house. I also had extra handlebars put on the walls.

Kohler LuxStone has its own people. They don't contract it out. The price was a little more expensive than some of the others, but we liked everything about them. I've had problems with the contractors in the past from different jobs and the product itself. The only thing was that the water heater blew out and put rust and chemicals all over my truck and car. The plumber that did the connecting and putting the water heater didn't clean up the mess and he didn’t tack the water heater off. The plumber that was putting the tub in tacked it off for me. I complained and I told him that the guy needs to learn how to clean up his mess. I'm getting the detail right now, and they're paying for it. Other than that, the tub helps our bones. We don't have aches and pains after using it. Then the workmanship of the fellow that was in charge of putting the deal in did an excellent job. They put the cloth down walking through the house, cleaned up, and were professional.

We were looking for something that was somewhat maintenance-free or really easy to clean. What we had before had small tiles that was a real pain to clean. We went with KOHLER, and their process was really good. We were surprised at the amount of time that we had to wait before it could be started, though. It was nine weeks from the time when we approved the job. The finished product is great. It's exactly what we were looking for. It just took so long to get the materials before they could start it. So, if they had more of the actual product in stock that we could minimize that wait time, it would be great. But still, there are a lot of supply issues right now that I don't know that I can necessarily fault them for.

The reps were all easy to work with, and the installation went good and easy. Go with Kohler.

I was looking for something that would be turnkey, somebody would handle something from start to finish and a reputable brand that I had used before, so I know I would get a good product at the end. Everything was very simple with KOHLER. Sales was great. Our salesperson explained everything from start to finish, the quality of the product, what we were going to get and what the process is. So, that worked out very well.

I chose Kohler because I'm a designer and I liked the design of the walls and the doors. I like the appearance of it and Kohler has a good name. The experience was fine. We ordered it and the the installers came and they were very professional and they did the job in two days. The product's really nice. We like it. The install just took too long because they were out of stock on a lot of it. It was several months until they got it in stock. I had a name from their warehouse and I would call him periodically and talk to him and he would give me an update. So, it was good communication. When we went to get a quote, they were running a special where they were giving towels to you if you go and got the quote. They said they were sending them, but we never got them.

We were wanting to do an installation in our house up in the Western North Carolina mountains, and the only people that did the bathtub to walk-in shower conversion that would accept to come here in our zip code was American Standard and Kohler. We only set our appointments two weeks ahead of time and the Kohler dealer accommodated us so we could be here. But we were kind of leaning towards Kohler anyway because we liked what we saw on the website as far as the wall designs and fixtures that can be put into the installation.

The reps cleaned up after themselves very nicely.

Kohler's reps were super helpful and they had great design ideas which we appreciated. They also had a sample. Plus, the project manager was great. He had the installation scheduled and the team came when expected. They addressed any of the issues that they found. They had to move walls and pull a joist and things like that. They had the job done in four days. Since the installation, I love the water pressure and I'm thrilled to know that the shower is not leaking.

I was looking for a good looking solid surface product that wasn't plastic and that led me to Elite Bathrooms that did the install. I only have one full bathroom in my house. So I wanted to get it up and running as soon as possible, and they were able to do it in five days. Kohler was the perfect solution for what I was trying to accomplish.

It was good, they explained who Kohler was & why their product is better. He explained what & how the unit would be installed. I felt confident in their product and the people who stand behind their guarantee.

The reps handled the sales process very well. They answered all my questions and gave me numbers that I could call them that were personal numbers, not just the business number. They let me call references right in front of them. They were really good. There was a little bit of a lag time because of the wait. So I went ahead and got the inside of my house painted. But as soon as the guy who was painting the house came, I got a call from Kohler the very next morning that they were ready to install the walk-in shower. Then they were out the next day. They took out the other tub and put up some sheetrock. They did a very good job, and they left everything really clean. I was really impressed. I love the walk-in shower.

I made contact with Midwest Bath Co. They made contact back and said that a guy was available. A very nice salesman came. He had a very professional presentation and answered my questions. One of my big concerns was cost and controlling it as best I could. My wife and I both have gotten older and stepping into the bathtub was becoming more and more of a challenge. A walk-in shower was the ultimate answer and replacing the bathtub was the simplest way that they could achieve that. I asked the salesman if we just keep everything the same, my old valves and the rest of that, and they just put the new tub liner in, and he said he couldn't do that. They would replace everything and then it is ours. They have a lifetime warranty that, if I have a problem, they will take care of it. Hopefully, I won't be disappointed and they'll be in business 10 years from now.

We've been in the house since ‘04 and wanted to do something special for our son, so we took out the ugly tub and put in the pretty shower. Our sales rep was Alan and he was wonderful. The install team was absolutely top-notch. They were so respectful of my home. They took care to clean up after, and it was refreshing. There was a little issue with a piece that didn't come in. It was on backorder. But as soon as they got it, I've received it. We are very thrilled with it so far. We like it a lot. It's really good. It's really prettier than I thought it would be.

The salesperson came to our house and told us about the products. He was friendly, very informative, and helpful. Then the installation team was very efficient. They were in and out in less than a day. We liked them both, they worked very well. The whole process was good. It's easy getting in and out with the walk-in shower and that's the main thing. It's a high-quality product. It will last us the rest of our life and probably whoever buys our house after we're gone.

We did have to call a repairman in to make a slight adjustment to the door but other than that, it's great. We were perfectly satisfied.

I knew that Kohler was a good name and they had good product, so we called them to get an estimate of how much it would cost to get our bathtub taken out and have a shower put in. We got the regular walk-in shower and we didn't get that LuxStone because it was too expensive. The salesman was really nice, informative, and he gave us our options. The man that installed it came that morning and they were gone by that evening. It was totally finished and they did a really good job. They cleaned up after themselves and didn't leave a mess. I was really pleased with the whole thing and my husband was too. We love the shower and it is perfect.

Everything went fine. The installers worked very well. They were very upfront with us. They told us what they were doing and did it on time. The inspection was great too. The only thing is we don't know how it works. If something happens to the shower or to the walls, we are wondering if we have a guarantee on that. We're also wondering how you do the cleaning for the aluminum of the doors. They just told me to use Dawn. But the walk-in shower is great and we’re doing very well with it.

Kohler's rep explained everything very well. He did everything he said they were gonna do and the installation was seamless. I like the ease of cleaning our Kohler the way the rep told us. We are very impressed with the quality of the product. The stone feel is fantastic. I also like the support if we have a problem.

The sales rep did pretty well and the installers did a great job. But they had to come back because the mirror upstairs was hung five inches too low. Also, they covered the wall where the washer backs up and forgot about the cement next to the washer. We called and somebody showed up in a couple of days and cleaned everything else up. It was beautiful. Everybody was very responsive and listening.

Everything is wonderful. I would recommend the two guys that came here, Ivan and Leo, to anybody. They went over and above what they had to do. They were doing stuff in the middle of a snowstorm and showed up early the next day to make sure they would get home to their kids. They did a great job. I already told many people about Kohler and how well they did everything.

Kohler's rep was good and the installation of their product was an excellent experience. It took a bit longer than a day but the techs had good attention to detail. The product is of good quality.

We found Kohler online. And they actually responded quicker than anybody else that we'd reached out to. Then when they came out to do their presentation, they were very professional, upfront right away that it was going to be fairly expensive, and very down-home and easy to deal with. We were taking out the old shower tub and putting in the walk-in shower, and they addressed it so great. They covered the floors. We really didn't have much of a timeframe. We had blocked out like three days, but they came and were here early like they said they were going to be. They stayed late to finish it in one day. The product is so nice, so clean and very much worth the money that it cost. The materials are top of the line, and it's very easy to get in and out of it.

I got a shower from Kohler and we're very happy with what we've got. I wish I’d had put the grab bars in a little different spot but that's okay. Everything's going good. The people that put the shower in were very nice people.

The research I did said that Kohler LuxStone was a good product. The sales representative was okay and I had no problems with the installation team. This is my secondary shower and I haven't need to use it yet.

I got a flyer in my mail from BathPro and they said, "There's a discount now. We're having a special." I wanted a walk-in shower to get rid of the tub shower, which was 50 years old. I thought, "I'll give it a shot, meet with somebody.” The woman who did the negotiation, came out and started to tell me about the company, some modular shower and that you're getting piece by piece and put it together nicely. She showed me the quality of the product and told me that it's manufactured up in Akron, someplace in Ohio in a factory, and they ship it down.

When the Kohler guy was here, he brought something over here to the house and we fell in love with the stone for the shower. In the catalog, I liked the black. I got the black fixtures and I like the look of that. The guy was also really nice. Since I got a bit of a special order, it took a little bit longer to do mine, which was okay. We were doing it during Christmas, so we waited a bit longer. Usually, it took a little shorter, but we had special orders, so the timing was good.

They were very good. The only problem that we had was the first measurements were wrong. So when the fellows came out to put the shower in, they had to remeasure. Then that delayed for another month. Which I didn't like too well, but I really wanted the shower. So I told them, “Okay. I can wait another month.” They got the right measurements and when they came back, they installed everything. They did a beautiful job. I love it.

I'm now handicapped and I needed a shower that can accommodate me. Kohler's got a good name. However, I had some bad experiences. There was no nonskid, I slipped and fell and now I have to have replacement surgery on my shoulder. There are some deficits that they need to work on. For a safety shower, there should be a nonskid on the base. I called them back one time and I said, "I slipped and fell. How come there's no nonskid on the bottom of the floor?" They said they'd have somebody call me back.

Our son got a real problem medically. So, we decided on a walk-in shower for him. Kohler was a good name to us, and I’m on my second Kohler outdoor generator. The product looks good to us. Our son hasn't used it yet. I’m his stepdad. It's kind of troubling to his mother and me a little bit, but he's a stubborn young man. He maybe doesn't wanna get it dirty.

My wife had a knee replacement surgery and she's getting ready to do the other knee. We had an old skinny tub, it was a jet, and it wasn't working for us. So, it was time to do something different. We looked for walk-in showers and googled it and Kohler LuxStone came up. We liked the look and the quality of the materials. Then we really liked when they brought the samples in. Our friends didn't experience that kind of rapid response as well as here on the Peninsula. Even if you find a contractor who will come in, you're waiting months, so this was great.

We wanted to put in a tub and we started looking around. Kohler had the best product. Their sales rep was very good and very thorough. Now, I feel much safer 'cause I don't have to walk over that tub every time. But I've got one little problem that they haven't come back and given me a solution for. Down at the ends of the shower, where the door meets the wall, I get a little water splashing out onto the floor. I figured it’s due to the thickness of the bumper that they used.

We were willing to change out our tile shower and we were looking for a replacement. My wife did a little research and thought we would try Kohler LuxStone. The sales rep was very good, helpful and professional. They tore my old shower out and it took two days for the installation. It went quite well. I like the overall of how easy it is to take care of it, how to wipe it down and it doesn't have the grout lines anymore.

I had always wanted to have a larger shower and I liked the look of the product in the commercials that Kohler LuxStone showed. When I had them come up for a quote and they arranged ridiculously cheap financing for me, that sold it. The salesperson knew what he was talking about. He was very professional. The installation went about as fast as I expected it to. It took two days and then a couple more visits to make some small adjustments. They had to correct a small installation error for the doors and change the direction of the valve because hot was cold and cold was hot. But that was minor. I wish I had cleaned up before they buttoned up the wall because I would’ve been able to fix it myself. I like the bench seat that I had them put in and that the shower base is non-slip. I had two shelves put in because my wife is about 8” shorter than I am. So, we have two different height shelves. It’s a convenient height for her and for me.

I liked Kohler's name. Their sales representative was really good. He seemed to be very knowledgeable. I talked to the installers every time they’d show up, and they talked whenever they weren't working, so we got along really good together. They explained things to me too. They did a really good job cleaning up their mess every night. My wife and I both love our Kohler. I'm preparing for my age as I'm getting older, I wouldn't be able to get in and out of a bathtub, so the shower is perfect. So far, the extension hose and the glass doors are my favorites. It's very easy to clean.

The sales agent of Kohler was very knowledgeable. He sold me on it. I signed up that day. I had two bathrooms done at the same time over a three-day period, and the team came out and worked on both. One bathroom had a walk-in tub, and the other one was replacing a shower only with a new shower only. I like both of the baths that they put in. There were a few things a little sloppy, not related to the baths, but in terms of damage to other things.

I do a lot of DIY home improvements and I'm familiar with Kohler products. But in terms of the bathroom remodeling, I was hesitant to use ceramic tile again. I was looking for a product that was seamless. I was also looking for quality and price in Elite Bathrooms at an outstanding price point. They did everything down to the spas, which was what I was looking for and all of the fixtures are Kohler fixtures. We took the tub out and we put in that walk-in shower. The LuxStone is a great product. I wish it comes in a variety of colors. But the workmanship was excellent. Since this is not ceramic tile, the maintenance of the LuxStone is just much easier. Also, Kohler is very customer-oriented and that's important to me. Their representative was excellent. She made some suggestions from her experience in terms of accessories. For example, the selection of the floor to match the fixtures and the wainscoting that was put in.

We're enjoying our walk-in shower. It's nice. My wife had a stroke and she can take a shower in it. We like the showerhead too. The sales rep did a fine job for us and the installers were very good guys. We had to have one of the shower doors replaced and there was something on one of the handles, but other than that, it was good.

I like the material of Kohler LuxStone. I thought it was very good. The installation crew was informative. They cleaned when they did the job. The button that goes on the glass from the inside so the door could open and close came off. I called and the ones that installed it were supposed to get in touch with me about coming out since it has a lifetime guarantee, but I haven't heard from them yet. Overall, I enjoyed the work and the quality of it.

Everything was up-and-up and we couldn’t ask for a better crew. We got a shower and the bathroom fixtures stand out. I really liked the rain heads and the grab bars.

We originally started out with getting the walk-in bath. When we were out to the site, I said that I would probably need a new shower. I started looking at the website and finding different options. The rep did a virtual in-house and he did the one for the walk-in bath, and then two days later, I asked about a shower. We talked on the phone and we worked it out that way. Having that option to do virtually was much more efficient for me and for him. It also gave him the capability through the phone of sending him pictures. Also, we were able to see him and he was able to see what the house looked like. When it was done, it was particularly good because there was a lot of concern about going into the house itself to try and minimize it as far as what's going on with the virus. That worked out really well and I felt very confident, as did my wife.

I used to have a tub-shower combo, and the tub started to get microcracks in it, which meant that we had to replace it. I know the Kohler brand and trust them. It looks way better than all of the other shower brands that I saw. It’s attractive, easy to take care of and durable. The sales rep was a nice guy and he made dealing with him very easy. The installation team was a lovely group. They were right on time and they were in and out. They got there at 7:30 in the morning and left around 6:00. It was done and they cleaned up the room on the way out. It was amazing. I feel happy when I look at my pretty shower. It’s a great product. It looks beautiful, it's comfortable and it’s a great environment. I love the shower and the shower locker. There are all the shelves in it and room for all my stuff.

A co-worker recommended the Kohler LuxStone. They offer the best material and they had the lowest price. It's for my dad. He has some physical issues right now. So it's easy for him to get in and out. He's liking it. It's a great product and they have great people.

My wife and I had been talking about a walk-in shower for approximately 10 years. She did the grunt work and concluded that Kohler LuxStone had the wall texture and the shower door that she wanted. My wife and I are both over 60 and we had to make a transition from stepping into a tub to a walk-in shower. She thought that it would be safe for me and that's what we did. The experience is wonderful. It makes us feel like we are taking another Viking cruise. We love the shower. I heard about Kohler from the newspaper and TV advertising, and we’re having a shower done. The sales rep from Tundraland did well. At the moment I have a physical limitation of walking. So, I needed a safe, secure shower with handrails for support, and then a bench. It doesn't look like we're gonna be installed until December 2nd though. Still, the experience was very effective and informative.

We have been pleased with every phase of the experience. The key people who were here on the job were very friendly, warm, and did a fantastic job. They worked hard and cleaned the place up better than what it was before they came. That included the destruction of the old tub that was there. I think it was the guy's wife that was with him. He would hand stuff to her out the window and she would put it at the back of the truck, and was constantly sweeping the area. It was a fantastic experience.

I'm really happy with my Kohler walk-in bath. It turned out beautiful because what's unusual was that I had that big glass window where the glass blocks have bubbles in them, so that they only let light in and out but you can't see in or out. That was next to my marble regular tub. When they put in the tub, they took out the marble and they put in the Kohler one. It covers up the bottom row of glass blocks but all the others are still there to be seen, so the light comes through. It just looks stunning. It's also right there between my two closets. It's not closed in. You don't get that kind of claustrophobic feeling. Then also the walls are with the new LuxStone and I've got it in the blue. But it looks like tie-dye. Then the worker said, “Wow! We haven’t put in a tub like this before.”

We did a lot of checking up with a lot of different places that installed Kohler. We had a shower installed and they did a great job. I like that the shower got the handlebars in there and they've got the seat to sit on and that’s really nice and very practical. Since I installed it, it's been very helpful.

I saw Kohler Walk-In Bath in the television and I was gonna call the other companies but I didn’t. I got a shower from Kohler and I like it from what I see. It made my bathroom look bigger.

We looked at Kohler designs and what exactly was a handicapped-accessible shower. I needed something to sit down because it's terrifying. Sometimes, you’d almost lose your balance and fall. I’ve had multiple surgeries, so I can’t afford that. It’s not really Kohler per se, but a father or parent company. My folks who live in a nice subdivision here, and my sister and brother-in-law, they live in a very nice area. No one goes in for cheap designs. Right now, I'm able to get this shower underway with some financial support and I’m very blessed to be experiencing it.

My mother can’t get in a tub here, so we needed a walk-in shower. I researched online what companies we had in the area and Kohler advertised here. They had the more competitive price and they were pretty equal with other companies in what they were offering. Then, their sales rep visited us and our experience with him was good. The gentleman who did the installation was very nice, too. He was careful and personable. Plus, things were beautiful when he got done. The walk-in is nice and roomy. We’ve also got good safety bars for my mom to use as she gets in and out of the shower and I like that the most about it.

My husband’s brother in Oregon has a Kohler walk-in shower. Kohler is the best company and it was a very comfortable experience with the sales rep. He was very nice and not pushy. The installation guy was a very nice gentleman as well. He was wonderful and the quality of his work was superb. So, they were all very easy to work with and you couldn’t ask for a better group of people to work with. Our new shower is wonderful and we can slide the doors and walk in and then we have the seat that can be pulled down. There are safety bars too.

I heard about Kohler from my husband who thinks it is the best company. When they came, they didn't have the right materials they needed. However, after they got them, it was perfect. Everything is fine. Now, my husband has a safe place, so he can take a shower and enjoy. They also left me the magazine with all the features, which I carry all the time. I talk to my coworkers and people about it, telling them it is a good investment. It’s a lot of money, but it’s something that is forever.

Kohler’s was still a little pricey, but their product was good. Their customer service reps were very knowledgeable and really tried to help. I got the shower put in and they did a really good job of installing. The installers got here at 8:15 in the morning, and they were pulling out at 5:15 in the afternoon.

Kohler's rep came out to assess the job to be done then we sat down at the dining room table and talked. I felt really comfortable with him. The installer was very good, too. He did a great job but he didn’t finish it all that day. He had to wait until something dried overnight and he came back the next morning. All in all, the walk-in bath is great for me. As I’m aging, I was afraid of falling in the tub. So, I had a shower put in as well as a bench and everything you need to have right there with you and you don’t have to worry about it. It’s much safer because you don’t have to step over in a tub or step down. And it’s working fine.

We went with a big stand-up shower and got rid of our old tub completely through Kohler Walk-In Bath. Their guys were great during installation and did a very nice job. They were very thorough. Now, I like how nice the room and the walls look. Everything came out well.

Interacting with Kohler's salesperson was a very positive experience. I had already decided that I wasn't gonna do anything but after seeing and finding out the quality of the walls and how I could get their product, I was really sold. Their installer was the greatest I've ever been around. He cared and really solved problems. Our bathroom is such a small one that I didn't even know how he was gonna get our Kohler in there but he made it work. I like how I got a stone type wall and how it's not plastic. I also love the sturdiness of the seat. I can't beat the strength that I feel when I'm in there. There’s nothing that moves that’s not supposed to move. I feel much safer having a shower with grab bars that I can walk into without stepping over a tub.

They came and explained everything. I had went on the internet and decided that was what I wanted. The installer did a really good job. They kept sending him the wrong parts and there was one time he had to go and get something because they didn’t send it. So, there was a miscommunication with them. But I got the shower now and I like having the bigger shower.

I've dealt with Kohler before and I've had Kohler products in my homes and businesses. So, they've been out there a while and they do a good job. David was a very polite and articulate salesman. He knew what he wanted. He wanted a sale. When he told me the price, I said I was not going with that number. He came back with a better one. The product met my expectations and a lot more. I'm 72, so I wanted a safe walk-in shower. I didn't want acrylic. I didn't want tile, and I wanted it from base right up to the ceiling. I wanted it bright and cheerful. I wanted glass doors that I didn't have to duck under.

When I requested information on the computer, a salesman from Syracuse stopped by and I was convinced. I’m 87 years old and didn't need to do a whole bathroom. I was able to get the necessary equipment without having to redo and redecorate. I got the walk-in shower, a lavatory, and a sink. The installers couldn’t have been better. The young men really stuck to the job, did it neatly, and stayed steady. I couldn't say enough good about them. I have two artificial knees and it’s easy for me to use the equipment. I have a seat in the shower and an attached pad that I can reach easily. It’s more convenient and comfortable to use all-around. I’m very satisfied with Kohler.

I found out about Kohler through an advertisement and I bought a walk-in shower from them. I called a couple of other companies but they had nobody in the area that do that kind of work. I removed an old bathtub and put in a walk-in shower, and we love it. It works out really well. It looks nice and I like every part of it. The rep from Kohler was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and he was a down-to-earth type salesman. The gentleman who did the installation was great. He told me what he was gonna do and he did a good job. It took him about two days, and everything was in.
