He made my decision to proceed with Kohler, to install my new shower, very easy. With the help of Chris, the regional manager, the price worked out within my budget. Awesome customer service, can’t wait to see the results.

This company nailed it—from the very first consultation to the final polish on my brand-new Kohler LuxStone™ shower system. I’ve seen plenty of remodeling jobs in my lifetime, but this is in a class all its own. The installation team was flawless—on time, professional, precise, and so clean that my home looked better after they left than before they arrived. They worked with the efficiency of a surgical team, but with the friendliness and care of family. Their attention to detail is unmatched in the industry.

I am a Senior who was looking for a Walk-In Bath because it was difficult to climb into the tub. My daughter and I talked with Jared ** who came to my home, and he stayed for more than four hours because he was determined to get the sale. After the sale and after giving it some thought I was a bit apprehensive, so I called the office and talked with Hannah to rescind the sale within the 3 days. I also called Jared ** and he yelled at me and said that I had already signed the paperwork. I felt defeated and didn't know where to turn. The charges of $22,450.00 were made to our accounts before the work began on 07/25/23. The tub is just basic with no health benefits whatsoever.

I gave them a check deposit for $4,000 bank on December 27th. They cashed it that same day. It’s been 4 months and No one has ever called me to schedule installation. No one will return my calls. I requested a refund and no one will return my calls. I’m 83 yrs old & live alone.

Appointment not kept. Message that Colin would be a little late turned into "I'm with a lovely old couple 2 hours away been here all day, many bathrooms, much details, etc. can't come today"" etc etc, much defensiveness, bad listener, somewhat hostile, etc. Given that these specific products are only available in the "vacuum cleaner/insurance/magazine style" of selling in the home I will go to Lowe's or Home Depot with my product discounts and have our excellent neighborhood contractor do the job for half the price. Sorry, no sale... (And I'll be forever curious about the fabulous, life changing products that I missed out on...)

A pair of Kohler representatives came to my elderly father‘s house to sell a walk-in shower to him. They made it sound amazing; the highest quality materials, etc. Six months later and the job is still not complete. There was a part missing on one of the shower doors, and they replaced it with a chrome part instead of brushed nickel. The caulking is uneven and looks tacky. Should a luxury shower even have caulking? The parts which hold the fixtures to the wall were not secure and the handle fell off when we turned the shower on. They did not put a foam backing behind the round part that attaches the handle to the wall so water was getting in through the hole in the wall. I feel like my dad got swindled into paying $15,000 for a mediocre job. We are so disappointed in the end result.

I called to get an estimate on a shower install and they won’t come out because the owner, which is my mother in law who lives in CA won’t be here. Seriously what do you care if you get the money. She can’t even get here due to health reasons so you won’t come out if I pay? Most ridiculous policy I ever heard of. Will make sure everyone know not to use this company. Poor service

So the new trend in the older generation is shower stalls. So naturally my mom wanted what she thought was best which is the Kohler product. 14,700.00 later (mind you her bathroom was redone less than 10 years ago) all she got this time was a new shower stall and all was well until you sit to use the restroom and look up and there's a MOEN seat smack in your face!!! I contacted her sales person via text Craig ** Design Consultant with pictures and questions but he can't be bothered to return the text or call.

The sales rep, Melissa, was very considerate, helpful, willing to make changes, and imaginative. We had a walk-in shower installed and it's perfectly what we wanted. We like the wall texture, which is a flat finish that is shiny and very easy to clean. There's no lift on the shower floor so we don't stub our toes and it's doing exactly what we wanted it to do. Kohler is a good company and we were very satisfied with their work.

We had a Kohler shower redone in our basement. The rep who did the sales call was really nice. He offered two things. One was that the shower would be redone. The other was a walk-in bath. We did not do the walk-in bath because they're terribly expensive and I had to weigh the cost. The bath redo was fine. The techs ran into a couple of problems but they kept working right through them. They had to take out the flooring because it was tile that had been laid on top of concrete. It required a big repair to get that done. They also had to do some pipe replacement. But they were very competent and nice. The bath has plenty of room. My family was here at Thanksgiving and they showered down there. They thought it was very nice.
