I don't even remember how I found Zach ** with Keller Williams. I know that we had found 2 perfect homes he completely failed to get me in. Then he finds a home, that someone from his part of town was trying to sell (not sure if it was just a coincidence). It was the total opposite of anything I wanted, but he got it for me for less than the appraisal. He had me convinced it would sell with a little work. I have been trapped in this nightmare area now for 2 years. KW doesn't care about you.

Dominick **, real estate representative of THE RUIZ GROUP/KW Bay Area Estates, was hired by me on behalf of 72SOLD on May 31,2023. After a brief one/one meeting I decided to go ahead with this realtor to represent me with the sale of my condo. From a smooth and initial respectful relationship turns out to be the worst nightmare scenario sale. After more or less 20 visits from potential buyers in a 5 months period, no concrete offers. Weeks later as I had 2 buyers in the same week showing a high interest in my property. I decided to contact Dominick for a follow up visit as I didn't have any feedback. To my big surprise when in a phone call conversation on a Thursday I was told by Dominick **" ..I WILL FOLLOW UP NEXT WEEK..." RED FLAG!!!!

At this point I decided to put a stop on this contract to expire on August 31 2023, by asking to end it on June 3, 2023. Immediately rude and unprofessional real estate Dominick ** did react very negatively stating if one that visited my property decided to buy it he will claim 2/5% of sales commission...till contract expires on August 31 th 2023..." You just want my money Dominick without doing anything to sell it!!! Very sadly I cut him off completely and I did contact the Association of Realtors in San Jose and I was told to report this sad outcome to the Association of Realtors in Sacramento.

In one word, make sure that you don't follow on a trap like myself by having a careless, unprofessional real estate representative. I lost thousands of dollars in mortgage and HOA monthly fees. On a scale from 1 to 10 I will give Dominick ** 2 mines.... I will post this on all possible sites. Lucky as one door closes another one opens....and my condo was sold in 5 days after August 31th 2024.

Avoid Fabiola ** at Forza Real Estate – Untrustworthy and Biased Realtor. Working with Fabiola ** from Forza Real Estate was a nightmare from start to finish. She never had our best interests in mind and constantly pressured us to buy a Highland Home simply because her husband works there. It was obvious her priority was making extra money for her family, not helping us find the right home. When we raised concerns or asked questions during the buying process, Fabiola made us feel like we were being unreasonable. She never supported us and sided with the builder every single time, prioritizing her relationship with them over us as her clients. We had to negotiate everything ourselves—she was no help at all.

Even when it came to selling our home, she tried to list it way below market value so she could sell it quickly and brag about closing in less than a week. Her focus was on making a fast sale, not getting us the best price. When we refused her lowball strategy, she went as far as threatening to cancel our contract, forcing us to either comply or find a new realtor and pay higher commissions.

Fabiola is dishonest and manipulative, bringing in false information from the builder and constantly pushing us to buy a Highland Home, even when we clearly didn’t want to. Anything we shared with her was immediately relayed back to the builder, destroying our ability to negotiate fairly. If you’re considering working with Fabiola ** or Forza Real Estate, stay far away. She’s unethical, biased, and will not represent your interests. She’ll only protect the builder and her own profits. We had a terrible experience, and I wouldn’t wish it on anyone else. Avoid at all costs!

The realtor Anthony ** wanted to meet at a different location to receive the security deposit so I was not able to inspect the unit again before giving him the security deposit believing pest control was done in good faith as he promised. I met the realtor at the unit to sign the lease and found a live Roach. He told me he would send pest control and a cleaning team to take care of it. I asked for the work order or photos to show that pest control came. He refused. I requested my deposit back and he denied me.

Luis ** was my realtor. Everything about the process was a headache. This firm is unprofessional. When my inexperienced realtor did not have answers to my questions, I asked him to connect me with someone who does. I was told "Ken is busy". I'm a paying client, and the callousness of the whole exchange was deeply upsetting. The value add of having a realtor is negligible. My realtor tried to talk me out of putting conditions. This is a rotten industry and this firm is a prime example of why realty should be strictly regulated.

I recently worked with Earla ** as my seller's agent and she uses her lazy, unambitious daughter as my buyer's agent. First of all I find this type of nepotism unethical! Secondly she thought we would be a good match because our sexual identity matched which is archaic thinking, stereotyping, and simply insulting! Earla is sneaky and underhanded. My complaint was I wasn’t getting any showings so she removed the blueprint of my home from my listing w the room measurements behind my back which increased my showings but wasted my time when people would show up and turn around and leave because the room were too small for their taste. She begrudgingly put it back on the listing at my request. I work from home so all of the worthless showings were truly a waste of time.

Earla is greedy and all she cares about is lining her pockets and she refuses to listen to include you as an active participant in the selling of your own home. The breaking point was when during a showing I returned to find my house freezing. They set my air at 68. It’s usually at 78. My personal items had been moved and someone had laid in my bed!! I’m sorry that is disgusting and not part of any showing! Instead of advocating for me she acted like these things can be expected during a showing so I asked her to terminate my contract. So if you want an agent who allows free for alls during showings in the privacy of your own home and uses her lazy daughter who lives almost in Virginia and is not there for you to help you in your housing search and makes you do all the work have at it. Earla is your agent!

My realtor was horrible. He lost the first buyer conveniently to have the second buyer make an order 45,000 cheaper. I find out later on he is his partner. The contract was signed 4/10 with no closing in site. I was tricked into thinking I needed to leave my house immediately in order to sell it at a good price meanwhile I could have been still living there for over a month. I am not in an apartment I hate. They are no dream team and ruin people's lives. Every day for a month, I get the same update it will close tomorrow.

The realtor took complete advantage and did not provide the seller with any coverage. Convincing a nervous family accept a 3,000 deposit on a 450,000 house grossly undersold. Now it’s 7 weeks I have been displaced from my house and no closing date in site. The buyer can walk away anytime with no penalty. I will be privately reporting the broker. Completely unethical, and incomprehensible. I would steer clear from any husband and wife team claiming to treat you like family. And completely fail at their job. I am not pulling the house because the realtor will not push the lender for a date. The realtor also represented both buyer and seller but only had the buyer's interest because he is most likely taking advantage and flipping it with his partner that he neglected to mention.

I was wrong to trust my KW Realtor. I purchased a house that I thought had a few minor repairs needing to be done which I could have hired a handyman to take care of. I asked my realtor and took her advice on the independent inspector, and specifically asked if there were any serious problems. I was told "No, it's a good house". Come to find out the house was infested with termites on a clean termite report. Major damage. My Realtor's response "that's what insurance is for". Well homeowner's insurance doesn't cover termite damage. I've had to hire an attorney as the termite guy (Hooke Termite) just kept lying, now I'm in a battle with his insurance company, I'm out a lot of money with no help from my Agent except that she's "sorry, she didn't know"... what's the point in having a realtor. I would never have paid top dollar for this house when it was infested with termites. I've attached pictures of major damage of the rim joist.

We had to reach out several times before we would get a response. Then, they just stopped completely. We called the main office to see what was going on and we were given a bunch of lies. They told us our agent left for personal issues. We were given another agent and same thing happened. We were told they left the job. I did some research and found out that wasn’t the case. After working with KW for a little more than a year, it’s pretty sad they had to lie to us. We still don’t know the reason behind this, but the two agents we were working with are definitely still part of the KW Staff. Please beware.

It is now 18 months after the closing of the transaction and I am still receiving threatening bills and collections from a property tax reduction company who has no basis for these claims as the house was sold long before any tax benefit reduction was realized. The new buyer would get this benefit. But despite getting 18 months of harassment from the tax reduction company, this real estate agent and the lawyer he recommended have done nothing to help end this harassment. A simple letter or form would end this problem but my agent does nothing about it and lets the harassment continue for 18 months. Anyone would be crazy to work with people like this and from this office.

Keller Williams of Huntsville, Alabama. Dishonest, unprofessional thieves and lack integrity. Keller Williams Realty, Huntsville Alabama. Be careful of illegal activities from ROBERT ** and KELSEY ZWACK **. Using the VA loan, I made an offer on 611 O'Fallon Rd NW, Huntsville, AL 35811. The listing states: "NEW Floors, NEW Roof, NEW AMAZING SPA Bathrooms, NEW Paint, NEW Kitchen, NEW Windows! Crisp clean lines and modern design accentuate the bright a large rooms. The two stunning bathroom remodels are complete with new vanities and incredible tile." $1,000 earnest money. Paid $400 for the home inspection. Many issues. Full home inspection report. Especially the foundation and roof. The inspector said the roof is at least 20 years old. Tons of other issues with the house. The VA won't even approve the house because of the roof. The property should have been listed "as is".

This is a total scam. Ripping people off. It is false advertising. The listing agent KELSEY ZWACK ** and ROBERT ** and seller were aware of the roof issues. If this was the case, I would have never made an offer on the house. It's been games back and forth. The seller did not offer to replace the roof. I asked for evidence and proof with receipts of the "NEW roof". The seller did not. They purely lied. That's when they backed out and signed the mutual agreement. That's how you know it was a scam. They were aware of the roof issues.

I also have information that KELSEY ZWACK ** has scammed and ripped off a client before. She was representing a buyer, house was inspected, roof issues, KELSEY ZWACK ** told the home inspection company NOT to put roof issues in the home inspection report. This is ongoing behavior of being a scam artist. I have contacted the Alabama real estate commission and the Better Business Bureau. Emailed Keller Williams corporate. Now ROBERT ** of the Keller Williams Huntsville office is threatening to sue me because I posted negative reviews online. He is disrespectful to veterans and said "You must have a bad case of PTSD."

We were moving from out of state. The realtor we used was helping us look at a DR Horton home built in Bartlesville Oklahoma. We personally did not come and look at the home and depended on her to put our best interest at hand. This realtor didn’t even try to show us other homes. And when we asked about them, she said oh no, that would be worse or we even questioned buying a four-bedroom, and she insisted at the home we were first looking at would be the better option. I will tell you when we walked in the door after we drove three days to finally make it to our new home. The entryway interior wall was bowed… Talk about disappointment! To say the least… There are so many things that are wrong with this home. It’s a new built home with many issues. Do not buy a DR Horton home and do not use Keller Williams Realty to purchase a home.

This realtor did not look out for our best interest.. She had been to the home many times and never once spoke up for us to say to the builder. Hey, you can’t sell this house to these people like this… She wanted her money and that’s the bottom line. That’s all she cared about was making her commission on the sale. It’s my opinion that we paid minimum $40,000 too much for this home. We decided to stay and wait out the warranty to get all the things repaired that we could. But here I am a year and a half later painting walls and fixing cracks and that’s to say the least. A year after this home was built the whole master shower had to be completely redone. When we complain to the realtor of the quality of this home, her reply was.:” I didn’t try to sell you a bad house..” Yeah well you didn’t try to sell us a good one either…

She was only out for herself and the money she could make, and it was a quick sale and she didn’t have to do much work. There were so many more homes in the area that were much nicer that she could’ve shown us but she didn’t bother because she didn’t put in any work. This was a quick, easy sale. And we were convinced that we were buying a good home in good faith, but it’s a lemon! I would never recommend Keller Williams to anyone. I will never do business with Keller Williams again.

    Original Review: Dec. 29, 2023

12-28-2023. My neighbor and I discovered that our properties overlap, so he and I agreed to divide the property equally and quitclaim our half to each other. So now he is selling his property and he didn’t tell the Real Estate Agent of our agreement. I called and informed the KW Agent of this agreement. Now the Keller Williams Real Estate Agent is giving me the impression that she does not want to honor this agreement because her seller did not tell her I was working to get the survey and the quitclaim deeds for the Las Animas County Assessor completed.

The Las Animas County Assessor told me that is all they required to correct the property overlap issue. After talking to KW Agent Debra **, tonight she indicated to me that she was going to find a Title Company that will overlook this issue so she can proceed with the sale she has in contract. I have spent my time and money to get all the documents in order only to feel as though I will be railroaded out of the agreement the seller and I agreed to. How should I proceed?

Firstly, agent ** of Keller Williams preferred in Coweta, Oklahoma, attempted to dismiss my worth as a home purchaser due to disability of myself and my husband. Secondly, he discouraged me from having any home inspections done on the property under contract with Myself and sellers. He instructed sellers to be present at the home during all home inspections to divert attention from possible problems. At that point, he directly lied to me regarding the property. Then, he completely fell off the grid for any contact from Myself, though evidently had no problem being contacted by closing companies and financial institution.

According to the sellers, he told them it wasn’t a big deal if they removed from the property appliances which were specifically stated in sale contract to stay. Per Oklahoma regulations (as property is in state of Oklahoma) he was to remove his signs and key lockbox from the property within five days of closing, and to bring to Myself the numerous keys for various locks on the property. The day of closing, he did show up at the property to do some vaguely termed “survey line check”, which would have been an ideal time to take signs and lockbox and present keys but, no. He did none of these things, so after 10 days I removed the signs and lockbox myself but still have not received the keys. I and my buyer representation agent have attempted to contact him—he is responding to nothing, though evidently still alive and well and posting on Facebook.

Unfortunately, I don’t seem to be able to select the particular location associated with Keller Williams here; the address is 30091 E Hwy 51 Suite A, Coweta, OK 74429.
