I found that my name is published on this site! Other realty sites do not have my name listed. I asked that it be removed for privacy reasons and safety concerns. Homes.com response was “Our goal at Homes.com is to provide a comprehensive, accurate, and informative overview of the residential market for the benefit of all users. That includes displaying public records data, which may include individual names. Homes.com does not delete publicly published data records. To have public records redacted or access to those public records removed, please contact your local recorder's office". This is not a sufficient response!

Homes.com went out of their way to publish a name while no other site did! Be careful! Do not trust Homes.com with any personal info because they do not care about your personal information or your personal safety! They do not and never had my permission to publish my name publicly on their site! The home is not for sale and does not even have accurate or up to date info listed either about the home in general.

Honestly not quite sure why this company still exists. This is pretty much violating privacy without consent. Everybody should check if their name is being listed on this place, and their home address have been disclosed. They also claim this to be getting from "public record" while don't want to disclose what is the public record they are getting from. Customer service/Privacy team is also non-sense. :)

As a top-producing real estate agent with 21 years of experience and annual sales of $40M–$50M in a competitive luxury market, I was drawn to Homes.com by their aggressive marketing, including Super Bowl ads, and their promise of exclusive, high-quality leads distinct from platforms like Zillow or Realtor.com. They assured me that my premium listings and robust profile would generate viable buyer and seller leads. Unfortunately, after investing over $30,000, the results have been abysmal.

In months of using the service, I received only eight leads, none of which were viable. Several were spam, and others were from individuals unaware they had contacted Homes.com, some reacting with frustration. I repeatedly attempted to cancel my service, but the company offered no resolution or accountability for their underperforming product. I consulted a colleague, our brokerage’s top producer with over $250M in 2024 sales, who also uses Homes.com. He echoed my experience, reporting zero meaningful leads despite his exceptional luxury listings.

Homes.com’s service is indistinguishable from other platforms, failing to deliver on its exclusivity and lead-generation promises. Spending $30,000–$50,000 on this service is akin to gambling in Vegas—you’re better off saving your money or investing elsewhere. I strongly advise agents to avoid Homes.com and seek alternatives that deliver real results.

They told me that they would be doing coaching and it would show the same payoff as what Zillow and realtor.com. My rep Linda then disappeared after I signed up. I have been requesting to talk to them for over three months. They drag their feet.

I have started asking for cancellations and then let them know. I would be turning them into the BBB due to the breach of contract. Linda finally called me from a Robo number and stated she calls me all the time, but she never leaves a voicemail and don't I see that she's calling from her number. She admitted she never emails and she admitted she never text the other breach of contract was that they offer a matter port. The issue is the matter. Poor person is always on vacation so they may not get to take pictures for 20 days. The other issue is you cannot order Matt report until you're live on the market. So you're not hitting the market with your best foot forward. They agreed to let me out of my contract as I only have. 3 months left on it. I wish I could say my experience with Homes.com was positive, but unfortunately, it has been a complete nightmare. From the start, the warning signs were clear, and things only got worse over time. The enrollment process was shockingly misleading. The salesperson, Jack **, assured me the fee would be "only $1,000 annually," but I wasn’t provided with any written documentation or details. I wasn’t shown the contract before agreeing to the service, and I only found out months later that I was being charged $1,000 monthly – a detail I was never made aware of at the time. It was only after I raised concerns that I received a copy of the contract, and to my dismay, it was a one-page screenshot filled with errors and discrepancies. This made me question whether it was even the contract I had originally signed.

To make matters worse, important documents like the Zoom meeting where I was supposedly enrolled were deleted after 60 days, and Homes.com doesn’t record their sales calls, despite recording calls with random fake leads. The lack of accountability was astonishing, leaving me with no way to verify what was discussed. I reached out to manager Daniel **, hoping for some resolution, but was met with a dismissive and unhelpful response. I was told my contract couldn’t be canceled early, despite being clearly misled during the enrollment. It became evident that their policies are designed to protect them, not the customer.

After reading numerous negative reviews from other real estate agents who’ve been similarly deceived, I realized I’m not alone. There are many of us who have fallen victim to these fraudulent practices. Should we sue them for Fraud? If anyone is considering legal action against Homes.com, I’d be happy to share my experience. Feel free to contact me at **, Alex **. RE License Number **.

In the end, I’ve halted all payments and am filing complaints with the Consumer Protection Division of the Office of the Attorney General and the Federal Trade Commission. I strongly caution anyone considering their services. The lack of transparency, deceptive enrollment tactics, and dismissive customer service are major red flags. Buyer beware!

I am having an incredibly frustrating experience with Homes.com. The lead notifications they promise are junk; they did not deliver quality leads during my subscription. It feels like a complete waste of money. What really gets me is the 12-month commitment they force you into. Once you're signed up, canceling its impossible. If you decide to stop payments, they’ll threaten to sue you and send you to collections. It’s an absurd and predatory practice. View terms here: https://www.homes.com/about/homesterms-of-use/.

They have the right to terminate your service at any time, but you don’t have that same luxury. If you miss sending a termination notice within 30 days after your agreement ends, they automatically renew you for another 12 months. This is incredibly unfair and misleading!!!! Homes.com Membership for Real Estate Agents is a Scam! Don't Sign Up. I am a 30+ year top-selling Realtor in Georgia and this is by far the worst platform I have ever spent money on. I am locked into a contract for $1,656.00 per month for 1 year. That is $19,872 for a year of nothing. Never have I made this poor of an investment in my business, so upset that I am losing money and totally feel I have been scammed! The contract expires in March of 2025 and to date, I have had a ZERO return on my investment. Leads are bogus, not real people or people who even are thinking of buying real estate.

I also discovered that there are other realtors in my area and my office that pay 1/4 the fee I pay for the service. Homes.com says it is because of the number of transactions and longevity in the area that my fees total up to the $1,656 per month while others are much less ($250 to $575 per month). There is no early termination clause or buyout. As Realtors we need to stand up for ourselves and quit paying these companies for leads, quit allowing them to have our information about the properties we list and quit letting them sell the leads back to us! Shame on NAR, GAR & KW for showcasing their platform to agents. This is the first business review I have ever written but it is my hope that I save other Realtors from Homes.com.

He called for months until I gave in to bringing 5 Realtors to the conference room for briefing on Land.com. BEWARE, it is NOT land.com but Homes.com where he tells you all the great things and leads you to think you will receive so much for signing up at the bottom because they will surpass Zillow and everyone will have to pay more. Now, you will need to pay attention because Land.com is refundable but not Homes.com. We must have heard wrong is how the customer service department put it when we got nothing and tried to cancel. It took months of writing emails and speaking to Homes.com in Virginia. There is NO contract, it is when you set up your profile that triggers your commitment for 12 months.

I am still trying to figure out where is the non-refundable language or contract like they keep telling me. The leads are fake and maybe you get one or two fake leads a month. This David ** went on to tell us they are going to outperform Zillow and will be the big guy at top of real estate. Homes.com is a joke and fraud. Once they get your credit card you will never be able to stop paying for nothing as they go through thousands of Realtors like myself who work hard for a living. So Homes.com sends leads directly to the listing agent. I feel this is anticompetitive and the customer entice the customer into a dual agency relationship. Although legal in many states, the dual agency relationship will limit the advice the agent can give to both the buyer or seller. I questioned Homes.com and this was their reply: "If you are concerned your clients are seeing the listing agent when sharing listings from Homes.com, we encourage you to invite your clients to connect with you to become their connected agent on Homes.com! This will allow you to brand yourself across all listings you share from Homes.com with your clients."

    This was my reply back.
    1. So Homes.com thinks I should call, text or email my clients and have them register with Homes.com. My client/contact list is about 2,000 long.
    2. I don't have time to connect with every client/contact and then track to see who or who has not signed up with Homes.com. Then follow up with those clients who have not multiple times to get them to sign up.
    3. I act primarily as a buyer's agent, the Homes.com platform does not work for me.
    4. I can easily add clients myself to the Realtor.com platform thus bypassing the cumbersome way Homes.com requires me designate who is my client by making the client signup.

    5. Therefore, I will continue to add my clients to Realtor.com so I will receive a notice every time they look at a property and where I can easily set them up on a drip campaign.

The delivery of the product, whether a website or SEO optimization, is a set formula that is dated and appears to use algorithms and social media concepts that no longer comply with the latest search engine, Google and Facebook criteria. Homes.com is a rigid platform and cannot work outside of their limited offerings so this is not in any fashion anything other than a website for limited personal marketing and definitely not for the advanced marketing required for successful Broker's today.

I have made many attempts on the phone and email to cancel my contract. I was able to make an appt with my "assigned" customer service specialist. I waited four days for the appt. He didn't call and didn't answer my calls. 28 hours later I still have no response. I have called and emailed several more times. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told they were all in a meeting and an email would be sent on my behalf. I want to cancel my service immediately and receive a refund.

Absolutely some of the most crooked people I've ever dealt with. I was sold their service by Chris **. He talked me into the six month contract by telling me I could get out at 3 months if I gave 30 days' notice. I have 34 days notice so I would be sure not to pay for 4 months. I paid for the 3rd month, reluctantly, and month 4 they start calling me telling me that my account is delinquent. I told them I canceled. They said that I was signed up for six and that I had to pay for 6. I explain what the salesman told me and they said that's not how it works and I'm stuck paying for six months. I haven't gotten a lead that has been pre-approved, which is not acceptable in this market. Absolutely terrible company. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS!

Long story short over the next 2 months I received like 8 or 9 leads and they were bogus junk leads. Most denied needing any service. BUT the biggest problem and one that the big companies pull all the time is even after I canceled, they continued to bill me $200 a month for several months. They are crooks. Stay clear.

If I could leave zero stars I would. First of all I was told I was paying for a entire zip code, what I found out during an upscale call, was I only had 7% of the zip code. I agreed to upgrade to a full zip code for an additional fee and was told the charge (made that same day already for the 7%) would go toward the new charge for the upgraded area. When I got off the phone I checked my account and they billed me the full amount. I then called to cancel the full service, because this company is a joke and they told me It would be - I got billed 3 more times.

When I called to dispute the charge they told me I committed to 3 months of service - which was never verbally mentioned, but apparently in the fine print they email over. This company is shady, liars and scammers - save your money, go somewhere else. I also want to mention, once I signed up with them - I got many leads sent to me - of telemarketing and scammers- yep- that’s all that showed up for me - never once got a Real Estate related lead! Biggest joke ever!! I called and called and explained I had been lied to - no one cares.

Names, phone numbers, real calls and properties buyers were interested in. They promised me. Even got the manager to call me to profess how everything had changed. What a scam. I think in 3 months I have had 11 texts. May have a phone number but no name. Some phone numbers don’t work. One man I called did not know what in the world I was calling him for. I think I am in 5 zip codes. That is pretty lousy results for a company. Like I said do not waste your money and all the aggravation of dealing with these people. I signed up with Homes.com for a 3 month lead program on Feb. 1, 2021. I bought a portion of 2 zip codes in the towns that I chose. I was told by the salesperson that I would appear on the listings for homes in those zip codes and would receive leads. I have received a few leads. The buyers are completely unresponsive. Finally I got one to respond and she said to remove her from my emails. She said she had received over 10 other Realtors bombarding her with calls, texts and emails. When I viewed myself on the listings of the zip codes I purchased it's only me and 2 others?! So Homes.com is then still giving out these leads to 7 other Realtors! This is a total scam and I'm locked in for 3 months or they charge you a huge penalty. I called to discuss and got one call back. I then returned that call twice only to leave voicemails with no further call backs.

Updated on 04/15/2021: I signed up for Homes.com but had a terrible experience, so I cancelled it. After cancelling my agreement with them in writing, they continued to charge me....THREE TIMES. I could not get their attention despite several calls and emails, so I posted an honest review here. Homes.com responded to me privately saying they would be in touch... but they never got in touch. They sent me a second private message saying "we've been in touch with you and everything is resolved." Wrong: there was NO contact. Nothing resolved. This company is awful. I doubt this will ever be resolved, but at least I can warn other agents not to get involved.

Original Review: In six months, Homes.com failed to produce a single lead. When my six month contract was nearing an end, I emailed a cancellation notice to the "Cancellation" email address they provided, and to the salesperson. They never acknowledged receipt of either email. So I emailed again... and again... and again. Even though I tried repeatedly to cancel service, Homes.com charged me for an additional six months without my permission. They continue to harass me with multiple emails demanding payment. Since I refuse to pay, they sent the bill to a collection agency. This company is unprofessional and I regret ever doing business with them.

They are only concerned with taking your money, and not responding when you have challenges or questions. I signed up for a 3 month trial, and struggled with set up, I emailed and asked to speak with my account manager - never happened. I sent emails asking to cancel my service, and only received automated responses back, which did nothing.

They got an extra month of payment out of me because they claim I did not use the correct method to cancel. I disputed with my CC company, and lost. I did not get one lead that ever turned into a sale. I have no issue converting leads, and am currently a multi million dollar producer. The sales person promised the world, and the delivery was poor, lead quality was poor to non-existent. IMHO. NEVER AGAIN. I will speak of my poor experience with Homes.com as I am able to. Not. One. Please don't if you are thinking of using Homes.com. My lender wanted a way to get more leads and was told they have no programs for lenders but he can work with a realtor. In the beginning, it was all great when the salesperson was trying to get the sale. She was calling him 5 to 10 times a day. I got the sign up email and the salesperson told me to forward it to the lender which I did and the sign up was completed with his credit card.

$520 a month spent with 2 leads with dead phone numbers, which by the way came after complaining of no leads. He decided it wasn't for him. I get a call from a Jackie ** yesterday and I gave her the lenders number to call. After speaking with the lender, all of a sudden I was responsible for the account and she started going on about how it will go to collections and ruin my credit if I don't take over the payments.

It's very interesting to me the salesperson was all ok with the lender sign up and completely disappeared after the sale. Jackie was 'kind' enough to send me the contract I had forwarded to the lender. When I tried to cancel, I got a nice email about how I can cancel when my contract run its course. Anyway, I am filing a complaint with the AG office and the BBB. If you are considering using these people, really really think about it if you enjoy throwing money away. Simply don't. Just don't!

Very easy to sign up, they hound you for that, but once you’re in and you start seeing the leads are not worth it, They make it impossible to get out. I signed up with them in March of 2020, I was told it would be a 6 month term and then month to month after that. I wasn’t getting any good leads so I wanted to cancel before the 6 months and spoke with the guy that signed me up but instead he convinced that maybe my follow up wasn’t great, instead of their leads not being great and convinced me to pay for their concierge service who could call the leads for me and transfer them when they were ready. It would be 3 month commitment. I agreed thinking maybe I’m not good at following the leads- a month goes by, nothing.

I called to complain, they said I need to give it more time, second month nothing, third month you guessed it, nothing. This is their own concierge following up their “leads” so I was done and I called to cancel. The 3 months of concierge were up and the leads were now month to month, according to all that I was promised when I signed up. 1st call no one was available to speak with me but they would put in a request for someone to call me back. Days go by, Second call, same thing but they gave me an email to cancel, so I emailed them. No response. This is October 21, 2020. 3 more emails went out in November and December and no response.

I finally called my credit card company to explain and to block their charges and the next day someone, all of sudden saw all my emails and called me back. This is almost 2 months later, to tell me that they felts so bad that my lead service auto renewed and the only thing they could honor my cancellation for was concierge, and that for all the inconvenience they could be oh so nice give me a few more months of free “leads” but I couldn’t get my money back. I told them if I wanted their “leads” I wouldn’t be calling to cancel and all I wanted them was to honor the cancellation for a service that doesn’t work and to listen to the call when I signed up, where the guy said they wouldn’t auto renew. The person refused, even though she acknowledged that they renewed without a call to let me know, which they were supposed to, and that I cancelled within a month of the auto renewal which they should have honored.

I asked to speak with someone higher up, she said she was the highest person, so it must have been the CEO that I was speaking with. She refused to transfer me to someone else, talked down to me, and refused to honor my cancellation. So if you are thinking of signing up, I hope you read this and save yourself time, money and headache. Not worth it.

I signed a contract for homes.com leads.

I had a payment left to pay, but due to the COVID 19 and the state in a shutdown and not receiving any leads from homes.com that were worth anything. I started probing into how I was able to get her contact information. She said she did a google search for "MLS". She went to a page that was not Homes.com and had to fill out her contact information to get access to search for properties. I was told by the Homes.com Sales rep that people searching on Homes.com would be reaching out to me to inquiry about a property, the same as it works with Zillow or Realtor.com. This was my 3rd lead in 3 weeks. The first lead hung up on my and the 2nd said he never requested any information. All 3 leads from Homes.com said " "Great News! Updated on 03/13/2020: This is in response to the response from Homes.com. They want me to respond in a private message. Folks, I made it very clear that I was not given the knowledge of the entire program I bought and that their staff did not know the product, therefore I wasted 5 months. They did not address that at all in their response of course. I was not expecting a ton of leads but was assured one or two. Of course, I got zero.

Perhaps if someone would have gone over the entire program and that the leads go to a dashboard which we could not find, or targeted a different audience with the ad that I was paying for which was never brought to my attention. Plain and simple, they will try to say whatever they want. I have had enough of that run around. Oh, by the way, if anyone wants to see all the emails between them and myself plus my office, I will be happy to share. This is a truly ugly company with no ethics and accountability. To homes.com...if you continue to respond with half truths to my reviews, I will continue to post.

Original review: RRUUUNNN. $400 X 5 MONTHS = ZERO LEADS. Just after I signed up my consultant was changed. I thought there was nothing more to the program than what she had already set up. I remember asking my new consultant a question that he did not know how to answer as he was new and not fully trained. I DIDN’T find out until four months later that there is a dashboard, DIDN’T know that your consultant is supposed to go over your account monthly to make adjustments and see which ads that I am paying for were working. I just sat and waited for the phone to ring. When I began to complain, they told me they were branding me by posting. I made perfectly clear at the start that is not what I was looking for.

We have people at our agency whose job is specifically to post. I came to know I was not explained the entire program about the ads, dashboard where they say my leads were going to. What dashboard?? Whose dashboard??? NOTHING there. I requested a refund. My rationale was if you order something and it comes in broken then you are entitled to a refund. If you buy software and it doesn’t work you get a refund. They refused. Their excuse is that they just recently implemented these agent programs. I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO PAY FOR THEIR GROWING PAINS, or be assigned someone that is "new" and never went over the account with me.

This is not how you keep customers. I was able to have the regional counselor get a cancellation for me. They delayed that so they could have the retention department speak to me and meantime another $400 went through which they refused to return. The retention department lady who I spoke with is a master manipulator. Spoke in circles every day. Promised freebies. Only if I continued to pay. I couldn’t get my head wrapped around that. And after a few days of lengthy calls, I just hung up on her. My head was heavy and spinning. No joke. This is not how you keep customers. I wonder how many other guinea pigs are out there.

I am a seasoned agent with many recognitions. I have been around. You never want to sign up with a company that does not take responsibility. I'll tell you something that is more alarming to me. Knowing that they are wrong, talking in circles with me and offering “freebies”, denying any sort of refund, made me lose all trust in this company. I would not be at all surprised if they are double or triple selling their leads. How do you know that you have a certain percent of the territory? Maybe they are showing the same impressions to someone else. Furthermore, our company has about 1,500 agents. Our company has recently hosted Homes.com at our yearly convention.

Our company has had homes.com do some Con Ed hours. When I started to have problems, I called the owner of our company who called our marketing department to take of this....even with all her letters back and forth with homes.com, she was unable to get them to do anything for me. Imagine that. They couldn’t even show us appreciation or good faith even though they admit they were wrong. You know what they did do? They penalized their regional broker by dropping our office from his roster.

I have never written a review for anything. But this company is ugly in so many ways. I will continue to keep posting this review. I want to make sure that newcomers to this site will be able to see it too. Sorry for being so lengthy. I assure you, there was much more that I could write. Finally, for your peace of mind, sign up with a reputable company who is there for you.

In 2 mos I rec'd 6 unworkable leads, TOTAL. According to records none were contacted by lead concierge to determine their interest level as was promised. Four never responded to my contact attempts and the two I was actually able to speak with told me they had no desire to buy or sell real estate and immediately hung up. When I decided to terminate my association, I sent an email notification which apparently generated an automatic reply with phone number to reach Client Success Team "directly". I called and was forced to leave a message and have not received a return phone call from anyone. I'm sorry I put my faith in this company and wasted my marketing dollars.

I signed up, created my Profile, but when I searched the city I signed up for, I wasn't listed. When I contacted my sales rep, he said "All looks good on his end!", and gave me the 1-800 number. Left messages there, no one called back. Since I couldn't receive any help, I started the process of trying to cancel. Left messages, emails, no one has contacted me still AND they charged my credit card the next day after I emailed to cancel and have my money refunded. I will be disputing all charges, but what a waste of time all the way around. I would never recommend this company. The good reviews must have been from many years ago, because it certainly is good now.

This product is not worth the money at all, at least not in Indio CA. It seems that Homes.com simply does not have the necessary site traffic to provide any value to real estate agents. The name of the game is exposure and homes.com simply cannot provided it. It is fraudulent to offer a product or service in exchange for money knowing that you cannot deliver as promised. We are at the top of the real estate market season here, yet there are practically no inquiries coming through homes.com, 3 to be exact. In fact, I get more inquiries organically from my way cheaper Placester website, that goes to show the embarrassingly low site traffic homes.com has. I spent just under $1,000 over 3 months for 3 half hearted leads. DO not waste your money and time, invest in other marketing activities instead.

    Updated review: March 10, 2020

I wrote an update on the resolution that I am satisfied with.

    Original Review: Feb. 26, 2020

Updated on 03/10/2020: Krystal ** in accounting/marketing and Jamaal ** did handle the problem and returned my money and canceled my account in full. I am appreciative of their problem solving and their "due diligence" to get the issue rectified and straightened out. Every customer only wants to be heard if a problem arises and helped by servicing. I am satisfied with how it was eventually and professionally handled. Thank you and having said that, one can always revisit service in the future. I didn't use the service so that was not the complaint, I just wanted a return of a refund due to a double billing glitch. Thanks again and I wanted the remedy duly noted as it deserved to be.

Original Review: On February 14th a kind enough gentleman Anthony ** called me and told me about a program that sounded like perhaps it could be promising. I can get leads yet determine if they were worthy at a lower price than if they would do it. I thought it was low enough, YET, had wonderful experiences with Zillow, Trulia and other spots in the past. Their prices are higher but you get what you pay for. Inadvertently after paying the first installment, I went to check out this dashboard and somehow it charged me again. They were closed and I thought no big problem, I AM SURE this can be resolved by them. I spoke to a VERY RUDE Alex who basically said when I asked to speak to a mgr to reverse this that Managers weren't there and too many to name. Really? Hard to name just one manager? Later, she sent me a letter to show proof I was dbl-charged which I did. CRICKETS!

I spoke to Jamaal ** who seemed to be ready to tackle the problem and REFUND my entire amount. When a company does not try to rectify a problem, is RUDE and when you call the original sales person back who now blows you off, I know what type company I am now dealing with. I have been in the business my 26TH year, made two TWO, complaints on unethical companies. They even suggested I use the 2ND payment taken in error towards the next month? As if, I considered that a viable option?

My bank was wonderful, they removed one of the charges because they could apparently see it's a mistake and my bank has been wonderful. After not getting far and Jamaal seemed to appear helpful. I get a call the next day to get started on a dashboard? I said I want this service immediately canceled. Clearly I don't and would never trust their ongoing service to provide ANY ethical service when they didn't handle refunding the mistake made and correct it even YET or cancel my service with them. To be told by this account mgr or whoever she is doesn't know the names of her managers to diffuse a situation her rudeness only exacerbated and escalated the situation.

Now when I called this same Anthony, either I get VM or hangups (how ironic) and he hasn't a clue what to do NOW except refer me on to, you've guessed it, more BS platitude talking points. They have been throwing curveballs, dishonest, not helpful and WHAT dashboard I am not going to again? I am filing more complaints. Realtors need to know collectively when this type of service is given. I hope from Yelp to Active Rain from BBB to NAR and on and on. Should have stuck with Adwerx, Zillow, HomeSnaps, Trulia is Zillow now, same good service, Homelight, Realtor.com. ALL are tried and true. At one time Homes.com was OK. Eons ago, but NOW and I am going site to site to read so many of the same complaints. Can't be coincidental after 20 when it's far more than even that. New agents...do your research first on ANY Lead service. If price is too good to be true. IT usually is. Disgusted!

Please save your money and run if this company calls you! I am very disappointed in this company and the lies that they tell to get agents to sign up and take their money. I have been an agent for over 10 years and Homes.com is the worst lead gen company that I have worked with. I work with other online lead companies and never have had such a bad experience.

I was contacted by Dan multiple times from this company. He would call 5-10 times per day. When I spoke to Dan he promised they had made changes to the lead platform and how they had made changes and the leads were better. He promised 10-12 leads per month and that they now had a concierge service that would make live transfers with the leads. I was told that Homes.com was different and better than other lead generation websites. I was told I would have an account rep reach out to help set up profile. That never happened. I was told that this was not based on impressions but they were running ads and would receive the leads in the zip code that I purchased from that ad. I was told that I would be the only agent in that zip code as well. He was very misleading and lied to get me to sign up.

I have received ZERO live transfers as I was promised. I emailed the customer service numerous times with no response. Called my account rep that continues to change and received zero responses from them. I talked to Toni last week and again on 2/19 and also Tim who said he would have someone from his cancellations department reach out on that day. I also emailed cancellations per Toni request that day again with zero response.

When I spoke to Toni she said to just send an email to cancellations and they would get account closed and refund what I had paid due to the issues. I called today and talked to Stephanie who was very rude, I explained my issues and concerns and she said, "Oh well you have a contract, if you don't pay we will send you to collections." She claims that they do not have to provide leads. She claims she is the only one who works in the cancellation department. This has been a horrible experience and not fair they can just take your money and not provide anything they promised.

I NEVER write reviews but I felt compelled to write this one as it seems this is a fraudulent scam of a company. I imagine they won't be around much longer. Please know that we have spent and continue to spend A LOT on advertising to grow our Realtor business. When I say a lot, I spend thousands every month on everything from Zillow to PPC campaigns and completely understand it is a numbers game. When Homes.com called and gave me the low price of their offering I decided wow what's a couple hundred bucks a month? How bad can it be? I was going to call other agents before I purchased their service which is what I usually do but we thought we would give it a shot. Lesson learned we will ALWAYS call other agents for their opinion FIRST!

Well these are the facts. Every lead we received appears to be absolutely illegitimate and downright fraudulent. Literally, 99% of the leads that signed are from a Zip code many states away! When we called the numbers we consistently got some strange answering service. I get it people put down fake numbers and I totally expect that. BUT after purchasing literally thousands of leads from other means NEVER did they all have the same incorrect Area Code. The reason I believe is that Homes.com mistakenly put these fake leads phone numbers one number off of our current area code by accident as they were trying to make it seem that they were coming from our Zip code!!!!

I calmly explained this situation to Homes.com and requested an an explanation and none was provided except for some bologna that it shows as a spam lead! Yeah right every one of them with the same fake area code that is one number off of our area code!!! I asked for contact back from a manager and again, none was provided. Do yourself a favor. I sent multiple emails to cancel and I have proof of all of them. No answer from Homes.com. Today, November 7th, 2019 I received a phone call from Caine & Weiner, a COLLECTION Agency to "collect the rest" or "Settle" with me, for an account that I canceled on the 3rd business day. I have perfect credit and Homes.com will mess up my credit just because I cancel my contract on the 3rd business day.

Beware of Homes.com, have awful reviews and unfortunately I didn’t do my homework to check them up online. Do not rely on what they say to you over the phone, they are lying. Well to start I was told my billing was 124 a month and my charge was 300 something so that's ridiculous. Then of the 6 leads I got in 6 months ... I'm still working with one lady who's not qualified. Her credit was horrible. Concierge never worked as promised. They called back the person 3 times, didn't connect and gave up. I can do that for free. Three of the people who called were calling on leads that were already pending. One person called for their term for a market analysis and it wasn't even their home. It was a pending listing. Very very bad. One individual tried to help, he was very nice with an excellent personality but what had to happen was a cancellation and refund.

They do not deliver. I might as well have thrown hundred dollar bills in the street. Total waste. I only went with them because they were endorsed by my MLS, the MLS service has heard about it. Has completely soured me on any lead generation company. They talk a good game with a great presentation but they don't deliver. Should have known I was being held hostage. If a company doesn't stand behind their services and just wants to take your money that's all they're going to do... take your money.

I signed on for 3 months and was told I could cancel within 30 days if I wasn't happy. I was also told an account rep would contact me to help make sure my profile was set up. I never received the phone call and actually haven't heard a thing since I paid them 2.5 weeks ago. As such, I called to cancel and they told me it's not true that you can cancel within 30 days if you're not satisfied, and if I want to terminate that I have to pay their early termination fee, which is equal to two months' worth of fees.

I assured him that I was told I could cancel and he did not agree to it, so I told him that I would deal with this another way and hung up. NOTE: He never offered to listen to the phone recording, or anything like that (I'm sure they record conversations for training and dispute resolution). He promptly sent me an email indicating that I would be charged an early termination fee if I cancel now. They're taking advantage of Realtors and getting away with it. Well, just like Realtors, there are good lead gen sites and bad lead gen sites. I like to do my business on the good side, so I just paid their biggest competitor and called my credit card company to deny any future charges to Homes.com. Aw shucks, I guess that means I can't use your crappy service going forward.

I am so disappointed with this company and the way my account was handled. They promised lots of "good leads" and said they were much better than all of their competitors due to their technology. That is what they sold me on. I was promised I would get a text notification each time a lead came in. I had the service for 3 months and during that time I got a total of 6 (one of them was me calling the number trying it out). All the leads were all fake or non working numbers/wrong numbers. One of them had an e-mail address only.

I called my account executive to advise that I was not getting the text, he recognized that there was an issue with the set up and promise to fix it. It never got fixed and after repeatedly calling him, there was no answer. I decided to stop payment since they are in violation of the agreement and what was promised was not delivered. Nobody ever called me except for their collections department harassing me for payment. I explained to them why I had stopped payment but they didn't care even though they were in violation of the agreement for not delivering on their promise.

Please be very careful and read the agreement thoroughly, you'll see that it is one sided. I can't express how disappointed I am with this company. I should have done more research before trusting them. If my situation does not get resolved I plan on submitting reviews anywhere I can so that others don't have to go through this. So that other realtors are aware of how unethical this company is. How are you going to take me to collections when you did not deliver with your service? I know that I took the risk but your system is faulty and you promised me a service that was not delivered!!!

The Sales people with homes.com are misleading, and results will be non-existent. Was promised on the phone a set amount for 3 months and if we were not happy could cancel. They made multiple charges to our account that ended up more than 3 times what was promised by the sales person. Also they do not make it easy to cancel, by passing you to the next agent and sitting on hold or wanting to call you back. Even after cancelling they continued to charge my account. I have to contact my bank to stop payment on recurring charges. Also our company agent was promised to be a featured agent, and was initially, but later the agent was removed for another agent from another company. Homes.com is the worst I have ever seen in all of my years in Real Estate.

I am a 20+ year veteran of real estate and have never experienced the lack of results from a paid marketing program like I did with Homes.com. I believed the garbage that was promised to me and should have followed my gut when the salesperson insisted on talking on the phone instead of replying to simple questions via email.

The few "leads" we got were bogus leads which my staff believes were fake leads that Homes.com made up... to give me the impression they were generating legit ones. Bad phone numbers, bounced/erroneous emails with no responses, etc. When I canceled before my renewal, they charged me for another 3 months of charges and refused to refund it when I brought it to their attention. The one listing lead we received in July 2019 had been expired since February 2019. So this looked like a bait and switch to the one solid lead we had ever received and which of course we lost due to their dishonest promise that their website is constantly updated and will not show properties not on the market. I rarely if ever give negative reviews of any person or company but feel I must make an exception here as this has been an incredibly unfortunate experience and it appears I have no other option. As a little background, I am one of the top selling agents in the state of Michigan and last year did $71 million in volume with my team. So when the very nice sounding sales rep for Homes.com called me early this year while I was relaxing on a much needed vacation, and promised me I’d see great results with their new “City Sponsorship” program they were just rolling out, I didn’t have a lot of reason to doubt him. I told him I had a less than pleasant experience with Homes.com in the past and he assured me that would not be a problem or they could cancel the remainder of the contract. I fell for it and I have since learned my lesson.

It didn’t take me but two weeks to realize the results were a total fail and when I tried to cancel they suddenly knew nothing about this conversation with this salesman nor did they find any record of our conversation. So instead they are trying to hold me to a six-month contract and not allowing me it to end despite the complete lack of results from their end. So far I have been able to avoid the last few months by shutting down my credit card and having the company reissue a new one that Homes.com has no access to. I made sure my credit card company is aware of the situation and after a full investigation they even looked into it and sided with me thankfully.

I thought I was done with the nightmare but the other day I got a call from an attorney firm in California hired by Homes.com threatening to damage my credit if I don’t pay them in full. Is this the activity of a company that actually has something to offer agents? I spend over $10,000 a month between Realtor.com and Zillow but Homes.com will never receive another penny of advertising from me as long as they don’t give a rip about their reputation with agents from what I’ve experienced. And from my experience it is obvious to me they clearly don’t care about my results or happiness, just my money. This is totally unlike Realtor.com and Zillow that have specific reps that you get to talk to you every time you call so there is built-in accountability there.

I am an extremely fair guy so I want to give them all the benefit of change here. So if the company reverses their decisions and apologizes I will be the first to post this activity or whatever they propose as a solution online so everybody knows they did the right thing. But from what I’m reading and certainly from what I’ve experienced it does not look likely.

From the previous reviews I’m reading I’m guessing the company will call and not offer to refund the money but will try and make promises as to what they will do to “resolve the issues” but I doubt that actually cancelling the contract starting when I first notified them of the terrible results two weeks in will likely not be one of those options. If they do actually post they will keep the originals salesman’s word and do that and they state it here publicly, then it will appear I was wrong about them. We shall see. In the meantime warning everyone I know to steer clear.

First, you can't say that you speak Spanish so the client is supposed to guess based on your face and last name. On the first month, seeing that I wasn't getting any activity, I called to voice my concerns, at which point I was told that their job is to put my name and picture up and it was up to the people who visit their sites to click on my name. That there was no way they can "force them to click". Needless to say, I've requested to cancel my account. They did not.

I then received two leads (one was ok) on the same day. Once again, nothing for the remainder of the time I've been paying. I have called and emailed them since multiple times asking to cancel but they continue to withdraw from my account. On the last call Mr. Dasmond ** stated that I would need to pay a two month cancellation fee. Imagine THAT!!! Our company tried HOMES.com a few years ago. We were sold a site that was supposed to be a "Brokerage Site". A few months later Homes.com told us the site had to be an Agent site which we did not want/need so we canceled. Note: they never put up the site although took our money. In 2018 a salesman came to our office selling us on how HOMES.com has changed and that we will not be disappointed! Well we were. They sold us again a Brokerage site and a concierge on 11/2018. Fast forward to 02/28/18 and we were told that they would have to change us to an Agent site as the Broker site was not compatible with the IDX or concierge! We were also told IDX could go with the site and it cannot! (This is not what we ordered).

I told her to cancel (BTW-WEBSITE OR CONCIERGE NOT UP AND RUNNING). This March I sent several emails which I still have, after HOMES.com salespeople tried to get us to stay. After a lot of going back and forth, HOMES.com agreed to give us back an amount minus what they felt they should keep because we canceled the 1st time. HOMES.com deceivingly billed as a Setup Fee until we requested a refund. Only then did they tell us what it was for, what they considered past money owed to them! Fast forward as of today still no refund!

Broker/Agents BEWARE if you are thinking of doing business with this HOMES.com. Please rethink as we are out $ 772.00 for no Website, No Concierge, actually No anything for 5 months and I have still have no idea what a concierge is, as it was never truly documented. We gave them since 03/18/19 to refund our money before I posted this review and as of 04/09/2019. Don’t take our word for it. Please read their reviews. I wish I had prior to signing with them! It was an immediate disappointment. After 3 months I got less than 10% of contracted impressions and a TOTAL of 1 lead! I canceled my advertising for breach of contract because they did not fulfill their end of the contract.

I filed a dispute with my bank and WON and thought it was done. Then I got a collection notice from them and then they had the nerve to hire a lawyer to sue me!!! Unbelievable. I spend over $10k a month on various advertising so the money was not the issue but the lack of accountability on their end was a huge problem for me. I had many agents say my account had been canceled and everything was good. My bank collected the money they had taken from account and I stopped all cards they had on file. They proceeded to send a letter saying I was sent to collections. They want to settle by me paying an absurd amount (half of what they were trying to say I owed).

After months, when I told them that I was thinking to cancel their services because I didn't get no even one lead, they added some free zip codes. All of the sudden I got the only lead. That concierge service took more than a week to call this only "lead". Devon apologized for the error few weeks after, when they needed the next payment.

After 3 months that I saw no results I decided it to cancel this contract with them, but now they say that I have to pay them for the six months. I told them that I am not going to pay them anymore and also they should return my money back since they not provide what they offered. We sent in a letter of cancellation and they still proceeded to bill us for $600+ a month which we refused. We had to destroy the card that was being billed just to end the payments. We called again to see where to send the $50 to make payment by check. They informed us that we still owed over $700. Apparently, the contract we never signed or received proof of was automatically renewed without our knowing.

Also, in the many phone calls we made we were never informed that you had to cancel 30 days before the end of the contract. Mind you, this has been going on, with us calling every week, since October. It's now the end of January. This whole thing is completely ridiculous. To navigate Homes.com it would be best to open an account which is very free and easy, after you register you can search for homes by city state price or type such as buying or renting. When you see a home that interests you you can contact the property manager through the site about an inquiry and if you aren't sure about the home you can add it to your list of favorites to visit at a later date and or compare with others.

Homes.com has a very nice layout and was fairly easy to navigate. But it didn't have all the features that I wanted in a real estate search site. It should also incorporate better search features into their site. For example you should be allowed to search from highest to lowest prices and also the search parameters should be less broad you should be able to search in a closer range. I liked how easy it is to list homes for sale on the site and they offer a competitive rate. I also like how Homes.com has a large selection of homes to look for to buy. You would go to the site and then select the ZIP code you're looking for or city. Then you can narrow it down by size and cost then you get a listing of homes nearby that are for sale that meet that criteria. You can filter out many different factors such as neighborhood and surround area to find the perfect area to live in, but the search results that come back are a bit scatter shot. They aren't organized too well so you have to hunt for the exact home you're looking for. Plus, there aren't many advice options for selling a home on the site.

It was good as could be expected. I have the ability to detail what I want as far as how many bedrooms, bathrooms even amenities that I am considering and not have any surprises after you get to the house and see it in person. Prevents a waste of time that I don't have to waste. I found a few homes but to tell the truth they didn't have what I'm really looking for. I want something custom built. I know now so I'd like to see land for sale on these sites.

I have been using homes.com and I like that the homes.com site is easy to use and understand. Also there is different options for whatever I might be looking for in a home, able to put my home search into detail. I like that I can have help with finding what I am looking for by setting up text and email options. Homes.com would be my first choice. Very easy to understand and have access to hundreds of homes in whatever area you like, and get updates by text and email allows you to still search while doing your daily tasks.

It's so convenient for someone who is busy. It's also so easy to place a home for sale, about or then again as easy as typing in information in the search for a home. And if you desire that you would like to placing your home for sale it is just as easy as if you were to search for a home on homes.com. It's a great site. They must be helping lots of people find great homes with the price range options. Right now we are looking to find a home that is for sale by owner to possible save some money, so homes.com was one of my first choices to help aid me in finding.my first home. So far I find it very easy to use and understand this site. Lots of other sites ask you to pay a fee to get more info on the homes your looking at. Not this site. That's one reason why I like it.

Mediocre yet enjoyable. When searching on Homes.com for a home the process is relatively easy. You do not have to create an account to search for listings but the selection of homes you are searching for usually need a lot of home improvements. Even the homes in the more affluent areas. I enjoy home improvement projects so browsing for homes on this site are enjoyable for me. I would give the site more full site features. The current mobile site looks a little dated. Because of this serious buyers will most likely search other home sites. Also, there needs to be more newer and more classical homes that do not need improvements.

I firstly made an account with Homes.com so I could save properties that I had interest in. It was hard to get use to the site at first but once I got used to it was really easy to use. I wanted to sell my house so I used this website to find out how much the houses in my area were selling for and it was really easy to see how much they were listed at and how much they were sold at in the end.

I like the filtering options on Homes.com. It allows you to filter stuff such as city, state, county, zip code, MLS number, for sale, for rent, home values, property types, how many beds, how many baths, price ranges, and lot sizes. While they offer free listings and experienced agents, you can't use Homes.com internationally. My friend was planning to use Homes.com when she moved to Korea but was unable to use it because it didn't work in Korea, instead she had a really hard time trying to find a place to rent in Korea.

I just was getting an idea of homes in my price range and location. Homes.com gave me a sense of what I could look for and stay within my price range. I like their virtual home tours because they allow me to view the home at my leisure. I dont have to inspect the home with a realtor. I also like the ability to tap on a specific appliance and see the brand. It would be helpful to know when the furnace or central air system was purchased. Overall, I find homes.com easy and quick.

Homes.com helps the processes of finding homes. I like that you also look for homes to rent. You can sell, buy and rent homes and the website is easy to navigate. Brokers and realtors are always there to help and they can even talk with you right there online. So far, it's better than other websites I have looked at. Everything seems to be easy and all the help is there whenever you need.

Homes.com seemed fine to me. While there wasn't really wrong with the site, I didn't like the ads that popped up and covered half of my phone screen. That was really annoying. And I didn't like how many listings popped up with just the aerial shot of the lot instead of actually pictures of the property. But I like that it's easy to navigate, and the filters while searching are useful. I also like that you can sort the listings different ways. That's very helpful. Overall, it was pretty good.

I simply made myself a very simple account and chose some of the main things I had to have with my new home. For example, my family has to have a finished basement. When I log on and search for homes by the locations I am looking to move to, it only pulls up homes with finished basements. When I do find a home I like, it shows the average mortgage payment with insurance and property taxes. I also like this site because it shows the pictures of the home. The only thing I dislike is when I click on a home and try to scroll through the pictures the advertisements really get in the way. I don't mind advertisements but I don't like them mixed in with the pictures.
