    Our A.C. is not working properly, we had complained about the issues but the service is not provided. The technician had no ways of talking, he was damn rude with us. Neither he came to check the fault. It is only one month with AC and it got a fault. The AC is not giving cooling effect. Think before you buy ....

    I change the compressor by Hitachi service care and after 10 day the ac is not colling. The gas is empty in 10 days. And mechanic is say it's no warranty. He say it is charge of refill the gas. Before it charge 10 day before.

    I purchased 3 AC’s of 2 ton each in the last summer of 2021 one of them being non inverter. The inverter AC’s have been continuously getting breakdown and no service has been provided by the company till then. I’ve tried all their levels of concerned person to whom I could’ve shared the matter with. No solution has been provided to me since last year. Worst Machine ever and Worst service ever. Kindly DO NOT ever plan to purchase Hitachi AC. I tell you, you’d have nightmares with their after-sales services and no one would come to your rescue, not even their highest authorities.

    Recently I have purchased brand new ac of Hitachi. Company is saying they are checking 43 tests of product & after that sold to the customer. AC delivered on 16th April morning. It’s installation done on Sunday till 5pm. Your technician started the ac at that time I told them. AC is not working properly. Not giving cooling. They told it gives best cooling in night. And at night when I started within 15-20 mints it’s stopped working. It’s very worst product. I want full refund with the all installation charges. I don’t want this product. Refund it and picked up your product. Very cheap product. Poor after sale service. No one answered the call. Helpline number not helpful. Service center not responding. Call again and again and technician said wait for 15-20 days. Please don’t think to buy Hitachi ac. It’s just waste of money.

    Worst ever after sales in Indore. Bought 2 ACs, 1.5 ton and 1 ton. Within 2 weeks, 1 ton AC stopped working and contacting aftersales has been tug of war. Installation of new ACs was equally a big drama, now aftersales is worst. A phone call can cost you 10 to 15 minutes because you are caller number 15 then 14 and 13 and so on. I have no clue to what I should do, probably report the matter to consumer forum

    I bought Hitachi AC on April 8. Engineers for installation came on April 9 at 7 pm. Started insisting us for outside wiring despite availability of inside wiring in the wall. Behaved very pathetically.

    I am a owner of a Hitachi Window AC purchased on 2 April 2021. I had made a service request on 29 Mar 2021, I was given a Service number and a technician was assigned, but no one turned up till now. Quite a poor state of service provision by such a Big brand.

    We had bought two split AC to our Nagercoil residence. We have been having nightmares with the service provider in Nagercoil. The call center sounds helpless with our problem. Though Hitachi has specified the service charges after warranty the local service center dictates their terms they have their own set of services charges, after many follow up calls finally a technician was sent, NO updates till a week post that the service center calls and says they he send another technician who wants an update right from my address to the actual issue with the system.. In my opinion if after sales service is not good one should throw the product and invest in another product. Senior managers in Hitachi are so very VVIPs that we cannot reach them out at any cost. So pls be careful before investing your money in such worst company product.

    With heavily heart am doing review about Hitachi AC, After sales service is very bad, it's been 1 month my AC is not working and till now no one here to execute my complaint, I tried call to customer care but no one is ready to help. Just after 3 month of purchasing I was facing problem in AC, and one is care about the customer, I suggest you to do not buy it.     My 2 year old AC had problems with cooling. I registered complaint at service centre, even after 36 in peak summer, there was no response. I called customer support, they said they don't know when my AC will be repaired. After 48 hours I got an SMS with a phone number, that too was switched off. I don't want to buy any Hitachi product in Future.

    I bought Hitachi split air conditioner DC inverter AC 1.5 ton in June 2021 and it is making too much noise so I need of a service engineer to check it and I am contacting to customer care. But very much regretfully I have to write here that even they are not giving any satisfactory reply, even they aren't not replying that when they will send service engineer. Very much poor experience with Hitachi customer care. I am sharing my experience that please don't go to Hitachi. They are irresponsible.

    Bought two Split 1.5t each inverter AC from Flipkart in March. Installed in April by Hitachi team with one Hitachi reinstalled charged 14000 rs. In April itself all three stopped cooling due to Gas leak. Hitachi filled gas into two. One reinstalled whom I paid didn't filled gas by Hitachi. Then waterfall in room in two. Hitachi repaired. In April again on AC gas leaked. Hitachi filled gas and afterwards that also started water pouring inside room. Again called. Waiting for Hitachi reply....I'm surprised how such a big known company doing such harassment to customers. Hitachi should find perfect manpower to run its business.     At 12 months I questioned if it was the correct size unit due to poor cooling, 14 months temperature displays error code. Technician came cleaned it up got it started and it cooled. He was sitting in the truck as I ran outside unit failed again same error. We both research the code no information available. Two weeks he came with gas. Took the outside unit apart. Found the error code list. Unit has a major leak. Repaired back. Working 26 months. Unit fails to cool again and leaves a humid room. Checked and cleaned OK. 28 months set at 23 C went in three hours severely frozen. It was 21 C in room. Raised temperature to 24 C. Four hours later it dropped to 17 C. Raised it to 25 C. Now room is 24 C and humid... I would gladly give this unit a 0 stars if possible...

    My very bad experience with Hitachi ac so I have suggested no one can buy Hitachi ac. I had purchased a split inverter dc ac in Jan-19 and installed by company. After 3 month gas leaked. By the complaint of low cooling service center attained and found gas leaked and gas filled due to warranty period and observed a loose nut found in where the gas was filled. After 7-8 the same issue feeling but I denied and filter and parts cleaned. But after 1 month the same issue of low cooling complaint filled and the technician found gas leaked issue from the same loose nut but company not agreed with defective parts. Because of same issue gas leaked , company demand for service charges and gas filling. I had complaint in national consumer helpline but can't help me proper solution. I can't suggest anyone to purchase Hitachi ac. Sell defective products and customer harassed with the product.

    I am extremely disappointed with the Hitachi AC I have purchased in June/July 2018. In these past couple of years I have already refilled the gas once last year in August. I raised a complaint to customer care about water slipping into the room from Split AC body day before yesterday (8th Sept 2020). A Technician came today, he mentioned it is a GAS LEAKAGE issue. Just to bring to your kind attention, that this year in July I raised cooling complaint to customer care, the technician came and verified that the gas is apt. It was dust on the filter which he cleaned. Now I do not understand how in a span of couple of months from June to Sept gas issue has cropped up.

    I am really disappointed that I have to speak to customer care every couple of months during summer season to get my AC repaired. I am not sure if the Shop from which I purchased the AC has cheated me by selling a defective piece OR Hitachi Customer Care is making a fool of me by giving false assurances whenever they come and fix which again re-crops after few months.

I had raised complaints so many times in 2.5 months only. & they are also not providing service on time. It's delayed by 2 weeks every time from the day when I raise request.     I bought Hitachi split 1.5 tone ac on November 2018. I used hardly 6 month then in lockdown I have started ac again. But there is a problem of gas leakage. I called customer service but due to lockdown they did not come so I called local mechanic and they checked and said there is 12 puncher in your coil. So I think hitachi ac is not recommended to buy. It is garbage product so request you to do not buy Hitachi product. Cheap parts are using. I wish I could give 0 star.

    I bought Hitachi 1.5 ton split inverter AC on 4th Feb 2020 and started using the unit from mid of the Month May 2020. On 3rd of July my AC stopped working so I made a complaint to Hitachi Service center. Their technician came next day to check the AC and informed the the controller of the outer unit is not working so it needs to be changed which they changed on 11th of July after multiple follow ups with the different person of Hitachi service center. Again on 18th July AC suddenly stopped cooling and have to register a complain again but don't know how it started working again on next day.

    Now on August 6th, 2020 AC stopped cooling again and this time the technician who visited last time to change the controller of outer unit came in and checked and informed that again the controller is faulty and needs to be replaced. Within a month 2 controller stopped working! This is very frustrated. This is the worst product of Hitachi I have ever purchased. Hitachi should stop manufacturing the inverter AC as it's not successful.

    I purchased Inverter Split AC (1.5TR Hitachi Kashikoi 5100X inverter - R410A - RSOG518HCEA) in July last year and in Mid April this year, this product stopped cooling. I came to know that due to nationwide lockdown, repair services were available at that point of time and i moved to my hometown. Now, after coming back this month, when I tried to contact Hitachi for repairing services, to my surprise, they told me that it would be CHARGEABLE as one week was over since the last date of expiry of warranty.

    I argued that first of all tell me that how could such a premium product break down within first year of its purchase? Secondly, if it break-down by whatsoever reason, How could you make this service CHARGEABLE when you yourself were not working in lockdown? But they are not ready to listen me. My point is just that how someone will trust now such premium brand whose products are breaking down even within 1 year of its purchase.

    I purchased a 1.5 ton inverter ac in 2016 paying more than 50000 as it was a new product launched. To our horror the next year the ac did not work and the guy who repaired the cooling coil said that there were many leakages and that if the problem persists then the cooling coil itself will have to be changed which is not covered in the annual maintenance contract.

    Every year we have been taking the AMC which is about Rs.5500. The cooling has been ineffective and we have been greatly disappointed with the brand and its after sale service. This year we had to shell out about Rs.10000 to get the coil replaced. Next year if the problem persists we will throw it and go in for a cheaper product with a different brand. In all we have spent almost a lakh on a useless product. It has become every company's policy to keep extracting money from their product. Customer is the king only till the time the product comes home and thereafter a pauper. Please do not buy Hitachi air conditioners.

    My Hitachi split AC is less than 3 year old. Very sparingly used. Of late I had a problem of Low cooling. I noticed its blower was not throwing up air. Called Hitachi service. The technician just started the AC. Saw that indoor unit fan is not running even when Compressor is running. Did not even touch the AC unit and concluded that the PCB needs replacement (costing 2300 rupees plus a service charge of 500).

    I saw that he also replaced a Capacitor costing 50 bucks. I strongly feel this capacitor was actually responsible for fan not running. I know single phase motors need the capacitor for movement. In the past I have replaced capacitors in my ceiling fans earlier for the same problem. I am in possession of the old PCB. I am looking for someone who can actually check and tell whether it has gone bad. If the PCB has actually gone bad then the product is really bad quality because I have other ACs running without problem for more than 7 years. If the PCB is fine, then service infrastructure is dishonest.

    I bought a 1 ton split in October 2019 in winters due to some reasons, after installation servicemen asked me to check the cooling. It was going good. Soon I turned off as it was winters. When March came I tried to start the ac but the compressor was resisting to catch .I logged complaint way before lockdown on 3rd March, guy came and detected that compressor need to be replaced and the customer care promised me to resolve it within weeks, soon after he rejects my calls daily and lockdown was imposed.

    I suffered whole summer heat without AC, AFTER THAT LOCKDOWN went relaxed and these serviced in my city resumed on 15th of May. As of today it's 12th June, and no resolutions has been made. I tried multiple customer care multiple times to escalate my complain but it's not working and local customer manager is so rude. He asked me to ship the outdoor unit to his place by myself. I did 10s of mail. And the compressor is not yet available though. Trust my I have personal experience with Hitachi, it's a filthy and pathetic company. Don't go by its name and Japanese company, believe me guys go for Voltas. It's way better than Hitachi and if you want any premium ac go for Carrier. Its service is far better than any other one.

    I am using Hitachi window AC for last 2 years. And within just 2 years the copper coils in the front of AC got damaged, rusted and compressor gas leaked out, leading to NO cooling. AND when I call their customer care, they came to my house, done nothing but complained of gas leak and collected 500/- Rs. IMPORTANT NOTE. If you want to get your AC fixed by hitachi customer care, then you need to send your AC away from your home to their 3rd party hired DSA service station.

    Then you will get your AC back after 3-4 days. AND they will give you only 90 days of warranty (if they take your AC to their station) and they will give you 30 days of warranty (if you want your AC to get fixed at your home). I mean WTH, what kind of service is this. PLEASE DO NOT BUY HITACHI AC. Voltas or O General are much much better than hitachi, I have wasted my 1 lakh rupees on hitachi and I will never ever buy hitachi's any product from now onwards.

    It took immense displeasure & dissatisfaction for me to report harsh, rude behaviour shown by one of the service centre representative situated in office from Balasore district of state Odisha. This is Abhishek ** from Balasore district, I purchased (31/12/ 2019) below model of Hitachi split AC from a showroom named Great Eastern Retail Private Limited in Balasore town. Product model number - SPLIT AC - 1.5TR HITACHI MERAI 3300S INVERTER - R410A - RSOG317ICEA. After installation of AC in March, for 2 days it was working fine but it stopped cooling room suddenly. Upon contacting service center in our locality, the technician came to our home & found out that outdoor PCB was defaulted for which he logged one call with company & asked us to follow up after 5/7 working days.

    After a week when we tried to call service center representative named as Tukuna, he was initially lying to us giving unnecessary reasons & didn't give us satisfactory answer. Upon asking him the cause of default of such brand new product, he became very aggressive & with violent approach he was talking to me. Despite of my Waring of complaining against him for such behaviour, that gentleman kept on talking very rudely & misbehaved with my elderly parents over phone also. This is really disgusting & unprofessional service from a so called renowned company.

    I bought Hitachi inverter ac in March 2019. Outdoor unit stopped working in June 2019. They replaced outdoor unit PCB. It stopped working again in April 2020. Due to lockdown no service. They allocated service person in May. But service person hasn't contacted even after a week. Escalated the complaint multiple times. No use. Pathetic service. Hitachi inverter acs are not as good as their non inverter ones. I am feeling very sorry for buying this one. It seems Outdoor pcb problem is common in these ac. Better go for Daikin or Voltas.

    I Bought ac on 15 May 20. On the very same day it stopped working. Even after raising a complaint they arranged 3 visit for the same leakage issue. It’s been more than 10 days. They have not replace the unit, every time some excuse. Their service is also pathetic, will never buy Hitachi product in future and recommend others also not to buy. Once it’s broken you’ll have to suffer a lot, they are not going to do anything about it. Worst product and worst service.

    One of the most pathetic air-conditioners I have ever purchased in my life. AC cooling shut within a week. It's been 2 months since the Lockdown and no one has bothered to repair it. Upon calling the customer service, the technician claimed to be a manager and was very abusive calling me his servant. I would never recommend Hitachi to anyone even if you get it free of cost as the cost to repair it again and again will overtake the air condition cost.
