Hitachi Air Conditioner

I bought 2 nos Window AC. One 1.5 T and another one 1 Ton in 2020. In the same year, 1 Ton AC developed some issue and same was repaired by Hitachi service team under warranty. Again it has some operational snag and got repaired after paying 2500 INR. Then 3rd time and now 4th in a span of 3 years it developed same gas leakage issue.

I am Feroz ** and I bought a split inverter air conditioner from Vijay sales Greater Noida. Our AC is under warranty and I am 3 to 5 time registered my complaint on Hitachi customer care but nobody come till date... So very very bad service from Hitachi. So I am planning to Ragister a case in consumer court very soon.

This is the worst and worst air conditioner of Hitachi company on this Earth, please never buy air conditioner of this company. I bought a 1.5 ton AC from National Air Conditioning shop Faizabad U.P on 2/7/2013 for ₹ 32000 which got spoiled in 2014 then got spoiled in 2015 and 2016 also. After that in 2017 its motor got burnt which any representative of Hitachi company Didn't come to make it even after many complaints. And till today it is spoiled. Think again and again before buying the product of Hitachi company. They make very poor and bad products and their services are very poor.

Hitachi 1 ton split inverter AC is worst product I have ever seen. The condenser stopped functioning within 3 months. During the warranty period, once the AC stopped cooling but the company did not informed that the condenser is weak and they just came and filled the gas. Now the warranty period expired 15 days ago and again the same problem occurred.

From last 10 days I am calling service center and customer care. Nobody is interested to take my complain and the service very poor. They misbehaved with and told me we are not responsible why you have purchase this AC, the nee has no gas and installed and now nobody is taking seriously. They are just saying, "APKI PURI SAHAYTA KI JAAEGI" and the serviceman has no manners to talk with. And the Hitachi company is also not good they just want to loot you nothing else please don't buy this AC... Very bad experience.

My Hitachi air conditioner was installed in early 2017(?) model RAS-50YHA4. I am NOT at all happy with it, have never been happy with it and want to replace it.

We have purchased one Air conditioner from Hitachi Model num - RAPG311HEEA 1 ton, 3 star inverter and installed on 30/05/22. Cooling stopped suddenly and as promised by Mazhar ** the invoice amount i.e ** (Invoice attached) will be refunded in 30 to 45 days. Now, it's been more than 120 days we are following up and no response received, calls unanswered. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED WITH SUCH A BIG BRAND LIKE HITACHI!!! NEVER BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM HITACHI!! WORST SERVICE!! Please anyone help.

Do not ever buy Hitachi AC, the worst ac worst service. My ac got burnt and they are saying that it burnt due to external factor. No one is replying on email and no response from customer care services.

I purchased 2 AC and both are not working properly, after complaining too there is no one till now to solve the issues. Customer care just like computer repeating one thing since last 3-4 days that it will be resolved, they are not transferring the call further higher authorities to talk. Worst decision to buy these brand product.

Our A.C. is not working properly, we had complained about the issues but the service is not provided. The technician had no ways of talking, he was damn rude with us. Neither he came to check the fault. It is only one month with AC and it got a fault. The AC is not giving cooling effect. Think before you buy ....
