DO NOT install this piece of ______ if replacing it with another system. Spent over 3 hours trying to install it. Nothing lines up and you have to completely remove all covers before installing it. This is coming from a professional HVAC company.

Hello people, I am writing this review after using Hitachi AC for almost 10 months. I have been using IFB, Carrier and Lloyd also. But Hitachi has been the worst of all. The customer experience, the technicians and the staff are the worst of all. They are charging money for gas leakage even if the product is in warranty. No other company charges like it. The blower started making noise after 6 months of usage. Worst worst experience with Hitachi. Would rather choose IFB out of all.

Hello friends. I Ramakant ** from Agra. I have purchased Hitachi split AC in March 2024 and after 1 season it stopped working. After sale service is very poor. No one from service center receive your call. Also behaviour of staff including technician, service center manager and other senior managers is very rude. So, in nut shell I would like to say that the performance and aftersale service of Hitachi AC is worst. If you purchase Hitachi you will definitely going purchase a headache for you.

I have Hitachi AC 2.2 ton inverter split. Do not buy it. My tv lounge ac had compressor issues and my room has no air coming out of it. It’s 3:30 am!. Writing this review for you guys. It’s been worst ac experience of my life

I bought Hitachi 1.5 ton Split AC in 2022 September. Initially performance was good, but over a period of time blower fan making too much noise and vibration. When I checked inside the unit Blower fan blade found broken and making sound and vibration. Broken piece of fan blade falling during running. Fan blade was brittle and broken into pieces. Quality of material fitted in Online product was very worst. Poor quality of product assembled from Hitachi. No more Hitachi product in my home anymore.

Worst service, we bought 2 Hitachi spilt ACs, But from the starting we were getting cooling issues. After complaining 9-10 times in 2 months, we still had not received any solution for that. Worst ACs, I recommend not to buy.

Improve your service, don't depend on third-party service center, hire your own expert technicians. Your technicians doesn't know about how to install inverter and noninverter AC, teach them before sending them to customer's home.

We have purchased one Air conditioner from Hitachi Model num - RAPG311HEEA 1 ton, 3 star inverter and installed on 30/05/22. Cooling stopped suddenly and as promised by Mazhar ** the invoice amount i.e ** (Invoice attached) will be refunded in 30 to 45 days. Now, it's been more than 120 days we are following up and no response received, calls unanswered. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED WITH SUCH A BIG BRAND LIKE HITACHI!!! NEVER BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM HITACHI!! WORST SERVICE!! Please anyone help.

Do not ever buy Hitachi AC, the worst ac worst service. My ac got burnt and they are saying that it burnt due to external factor. No one is replying on email and no response from customer care services.

I purchased 2 AC and both are not working properly, after complaining too there is no one till now to solve the issues. Customer care just like computer repeating one thing since last 3-4 days that it will be resolved, they are not transferring the call further higher authorities to talk. Worst decision to buy these brand product.
