I strongly recommend not to buy Haier Air conditioner. Haier team don't want to support customer. They only want to sale products not to provide service. Also communication and commitment of time frame don't matter for them. No seriousness about service. I will say buy any of brand AC except Haier Brand if Haier offering free then also don't buy. I am going to burn this product and purchase another brand product.

Product designed to expire right after warranty. No longer cools and is unserviceable. QPCD10AXLW1 Customer support offered no assistance other than a $50 coupon for a new unit. I will never buy a Haier product again.

I bought 2 x 12000 btu Haier heat pumps on 2 20 20203. They worked great until 10 2023 3 years later, an error code e 7 communications code. I contacted my local haier rep and he sent me a parts request form, and no place to send it. So I contacted him again and he blocked my email. Next contacted haier and got no parts from them so if I was not a red seal electrician the unit was no good after 3 years. I do not recommend this product for their no warranty or customer service. I also install Senville heat pumps and have never hat a problem with their product.

I bought Haier Inverter AC (5*) exactly one year ago, now its blower motor stopped working. It's been 4 days. No solution is provided by the service team. They are saying it will take 8-9 days. So please don't buy Haier AC.

I have purchased Haier Inverter AC from Draz August 2020 after 3 months AC quail damage replacement as per warranty, again Quail issue I have pay 8000 Pakistani rupees and repair the quail but unfortunately after 10 day again Quail issue then company told me replace the quail again pay 20000 Pakistani rupees. Again problem face this time outer well issue. I have paid approx 30000 in 2 year in this AC. I am saying what is the difference old and New products. Haier products not reliable. I don't recommend.

Purchased Haier Portable Air Conditioner 9000 BTU in the year 2021. Exactly after one year (completion of warranty) device started rattling sound. The sound was so horrible that I couldn’t turn it on anymore. I don’t feel the product is real genuine. I believe this will be my last product purchase from haier. Haier might not bother about me not considering it anymore but I would like to not recommend haier for my friends to help them save their pockets.

The dealer said that they'll install the ac on the same day but I wasn't able to reach them and after some hours when I did contact them but they said that the installation will be done the next day as it usually takes upto 24-72 hours for the installation. This was a false commitment from the dealer as they clearly stated that they'll get it done by today. There was no response from neither the customer care nor the service centre.

I purchased TWO 1.5 tons Split Air conditioners of Haier company in January this year. The flaps were not closing or opening. One has to use hand all the time. A few company engineers came and tried their luck (and skill) but of no result. And now after four months they have stopped answering my calls. It's a horrible experience.

Don't ever buy this product, or else you must be an AC technician, because their won't be any technical support from the company end. You have to rectify the technical issues by yourself. We have purchased 24 Units of Haier Inverter AC for our industry but when a maintenance issue arised we registered our complaint with customer support team, by god's grace we got a revert call at least from their end and that's it, no other follow up till now.

Just wanted to inform you that your customer service is by far the worst ever customer service one could ever experience. The local service centre is making fool of the customer and inspite of repeated complaint the service team so so casual in their approach. I complained for a gas leaking from my newly purchased AC 48 hrs. Ad-hoc staff members are just coming and going without even touching the machine. I have never experienced such a pathetic service for other brands like Voltas or LG. This is the first time, I made a mistake by choosing a pathetic AC like Haier, which is given me trouble in 15 days of usage. So disappointed.

Don't buy these nasty and cheap ACs. They are crap, low-quality air conditioners and plus customer service is bad. I did buy Haier aircon brand new. Installed, stop working after few weeks. They took 3 weeks to come and check the units. Another two weeks to fix it.

Service support is totally poor. I purchased AC on 25.01.2021 and my warranty will be covered on 25.01.2022. I received call from technician and Haier representative on 20.01.2022 that my free service is pending and I told them please come and do it. Technician called me and told me he was coming but he did not come. This is a practice till 25.01.2022. Then I got a call from another technician on dt. 28.01.2022 that he also told he would come but did not come. Again he called on 29.01.2022 and came and check my bill and told free service is over and it is chargeable. This type of warranty of my AC over. I am suggesting people don't purchase Haier AC as service is poor and technician are also technically not sound.

Have been using the 1.5 ton Inverter AC for over a month now, it is working well. But my experience with the installation by Haier technicians was terrible. Was promised free installation, but the Haier installation team charged me for materials used - apart from brackets, even tapes, white cement, etc. - which amounted to about 10 percent additional cost over the purchase price. Worse, they insisted on cash payment but would not provide a bill. On my insistence, Haier eventually sent me a bill, but for a lower amount, leaving out some of the items.

I had it about several years and died, no good and not buying Haier Air Conditioner anymore. I did unplug for a while, then plug it back in and no use. I will buy a different brand then. That was a big size one.

As far as air conditioning, it works great. However, the connection design for the plastic tube connecting to the cuffs do not hold. First tried duct tape which didn't hold either. We ended up drilling and wiring together.

I tried Haier for first time, and my experience was awesome, this product is too good in this price, awesome. I recommend this product, less power consumption, hassle free, with self clean technology, very good product in my budget....

Haier has managed to capture the Indian consumer-durables market as no other brand can true to its reputation. Haier has some of the best ACS in India and my experience with the HSU19C-TFW5B(INV) in incredible.

I bought a Haier Puricool AC. Excellent performance & it his 3in1 display which show me my room temp. Humidity & air quality best in class. A nowadays everyone required air purifier so I will suggest to all go with Haier Puricool AC.

Bought Haier's PuriCool 3 star 1.5 ton AC last month and really satisfied with performance. Now I can easily say that this is the best AC available in the market right now. I am using 1.5 ton Haier Airconditioner since 3 years and had a better experience. My village have low voltage problem.. It's also working in low voltage. I am HAPPY to share my experience.... Super product.

There are many brands of AirConditioners in Market but I dunno which suits my home. I asked my friend to suggest me the best AC in MARKET. He suggested me to go with Haier 5* of 1.5 Tonnage which has Self-Clean Technology in Resaonable Price with 12 Yrs warranty on Compressors, WOW! it's a lottery for me. It made me more curious to know about Self-Clean.

I had been purchased one A.C that working surprisedly excellent comparison to the price and features. My A.C is very much user friendly and it can operated all aged person in my family. Value for money.

I've been using Haier Air Conditioner [HSU18C-NMW3B(INV)] for the past 1 year and had a great experience. Its self-cleaning technology saves money and time. The AC has very silent operation of indoor unit as well as silent outdoor unit. It provides fast cooling and have 15 Meter Airflow. Also, the digital display has light function letting you switch off led display which otherwise serves as a dim night lamp. This product is worth for money and I am really very happy with this product.

When I was searching to buy an Air conditioner for my parents, I came to know Haier AC with built in purifier. Further I enquired in a showroom, they showed me the live display which shows the current air purity level in digital display. Which was quite amazing. We fit it in both my parents and my kids room. Really we can feel the pure air once it end up cleaning. I'm sure I will recommend Haier with my family and friends.

Haier AC. Excellent product, Best cooling.. Low consumption of electricity.. Long Air throw... once can feel the chill in the air within minutes.. If one had to rate ok a scale of 1 to 10 My Rating is would be 9????

I am using Haier's HSU19C-TFW5B(INV) for the past two years and I am fully contented with its performance. The key features of this AC are Self cleaning technology which is unique on its own and it has an in built air purifier which no other brands provides, it also has triple inverter technology which saves up to 65% of electricity so electricity consumption is pretty low that makes it pocket friendly and moreover it has 5 years warranty so maintenance cost is really cheap too.

I've just bought my Haier AC (HSU18C-NRG3B 1.5 ton 3 star) 3 months back by researching and comparing similar items in the market. This AC that I've been using provides powerful cooling at extreme Hot and Humid temperature (in Delhi @40-44 °C). Meanwhile, through Triple inverter technology it also provides relief to my monthly electricity bill. And Also Hyper PCB and other features ensure longer lifespan of this AC, so far best satisfied with the HAIER AC.
