    I am a contractor and used them for the first time. Three orders in a row were screwed up, wrong items, wrong amounts, and then they refused to replace damaged items. Terrible company, shop elsewhere.

    We are doing a complete bathroom renovation. Our sales person at Ferguson recommended signature hardware alcove soaking tub. It was delivered damaged. They delivered a new one but they do not take away the old one. It becomes the customer’s problem. The sales reps at Fergusons do not call you back so you are on your own dealing with build.com.

    Our contractor and several plumbers worked all day installing the new bathtub only to find a deep crack when the plastic was pulled off. I am now waiting for my 3rd bathtub which will delay my project and cause more work for the plumbers since they need to remove this damaged one after installing it. It again will be my problem to dispose of it. Calling build.com is a nightmare as you are on hold for a long time and I was actually hung up on when someone answered and asked me to hold as they searched my account. We are beyond frustrated and my contractor will advise against using Ferguson or build.com for any of his customers.

    I tried to return 4 Moen sink cartridges. I had a receipt. I had unopened packaging. I even had the original Ferguson shopping bag. They couldn’t find the order in THEIR system and would not refund my purchase amount. They don’t have the common sense to refund the amount on their own receipt. They couldn’t overcome the handicap generated by their own system 8/14/2024.

    My wife and I purchased new appliances from Ferguson. We made an appointment and met with a sales person. It’s a beautiful showroom where you can see the appliances displayed in a life like setting. We settled on the Thermador brand and a cast iron farm sink. They promised delivery on May 21. That day we received our oven, dishwasher and the wrong model microwave but no refrigerator or farm sink. Our sales person never reached out to tell us we wouldn’t be receiving these items. We had to reach out a few times before we got any response, and when we did our sales person told us it would be another 8 weeks for the fridge and a week or so for the sink. We needed the sink so a template could be made for our countertops so I was told I could drive to their warehouse an hour from my house and get it myself. Not wanting to throw off the contractors, I took the trip.

    After telling the sales guy I was gonna send back the appliances I already received instead of waiting 2 months for my refrigerator costing him his commission, we received our fridge within 48 hours. I write this review on July 10th and still haven’t received the correct microwave. After dealing with an idiot salesman, an indifferent manager of appliances, and calling corporate headquarters, I’ve finally heard from the store’s manager. He informed me that I would get the microwave at the end of this month. Then he said, "Don’t hold me to that, it may be later."

    My contractors finished work going on 3 weeks ago and will have to come back if we ever receive this microwave. I can’t urge you strongly enough not to do business with this company. Go to their store, make your selections and then purchase them elsewhere. I have never dealt with such unprofessional, unsympathetic people in my entire life. The reason I haven’t mentioned any names in my review is because everyone I dealt with was equally terrible and avoiding a certain person won’t do you any good.

    I thought I was upgrading by going to Ferguson but I was wrong. The initial call to order a tub in Beltsville was great and Polly offered to have it shipped to me as it wouldn't fit in my suv. she said delivery would be Friday. Friday came, no tub. I called late in the day and was told Monday. Monday came and no tub. I Called and was told maybe Wednesday. My plumber was told Friday and then Monday, So I've wasted his time. My contractor said he pick up the tub, which cost me $. When we got the tub out of the box it was cracked in the corner under the styrofoam protection. I called many times to see what to do and no one would call me back.

    I finally spoke to someone, Collin. He listened to my saga and he did try to solve this problem. He told me it was to be piked up this Monday between 9-12.30 and credit issued. Guess what, no one picked up. As of right now I still have the tub and no credit. I'm hoping Collin will come through and get it picked up and credited. Ferguson was terrible I ended up buying the same Kohler tub at Home Depot. I would not buy from them because if there is a problem you are in trouble. Customer service at Ferguson plumbing is awful. I should have just gone to home depot. I ended up buying the same Kohler tub at the same price there. I would not buy from Ferguson Plumbing because if there is a problem you are in trouble. I'm shocked at how bad this experience was.

    I would never buy anything at Ferguson again and I will never recommend anybody buying anything from them either, unless you want a headache. They don't even deserve the one star. What a mess this company is, they have no idea what's going on in their warehouses. I ordered Kohler bathtub, shower head, the valve, trims and etc. spent over $2000. What I ordered and what I got were completely different products.

    Now that my contactor have installed the valve and done all the tile work and etc. and almost done with the bathroom remodel project is when he opened the box with the handle & the trim he noticed they were brushed finished when they were supposed to be polished chrome finished. I figured it’s a small mistake no problem but NOOOO. They've sent me wrong item 4 times, YES 4 times. I understand a mistake once, Okay twice but 4 times. The order was very clear. Finally on the 4th try they sent me the correct finish handle and the trim but now it doesn’t fit the valve that they had originally sent me. So the valve that’s installed is a wrong valve also. So long story short they screwed up big time and now they are giving me run around. NOW YOU WANT A HEADACHE YOU GO AHEAD AND ORDER FROM FERGUSON/BUILD.COM

    Very disappointed in Ferguson's technicians, Installers, equipment, heating and cooling, processes, getting back with the customer making sure they're not freezing in the winter cold! Brand new durastar has not worked since they installed it. I'm still sitting here. The fan don't even work.

    Purchased Kitchenaid appliances from Ferguson Enterprises , Charlotte, NC locations. Non functioning 48" gas range/oven. Two months non functioning. SIX visits from appliance repair techs. STILL not functioning. Customer service HORRIBLE. Appliance quality HORRIBLE.

    I went to the store, and I asked for a part for my boiler, but a gentleman so helpful and I’m sorry I didn’t ask his name direct me to the right person to ask for the part that I was needed. it, his name is TRAVIS **, even though the store didn’t have the part right in there, he offered to order it for me, But it will Take two or three days to get it, after I explain to him my critical situation, he went out of his way to find me another place for I can get the part. I was impressed his professionalism and transparent personality, and very polite, fine fine young man who deserve an excellent review, this company make a right decision to have him as his employee. I will definitely recommend this company and this person to anybody.

    Totally incompetent customer service dept. Made a purchase for a triple bathroom mirror product. Paid in full but we’re called and told they forgot to include a kit. So we spent an additional $70.55. Then the delivery came and one of the mirrors was left at the warehouse. Contractor we hired had to leave because delivery was incomplete. They located the the missing item and delivered it. No instructions or pictures were included for the contractor. It was impossible to reach a rep at their Bridgewater showroom. Total incompetence. Would never do business again here!

    Do not buy here. The staff is incompetent. I received a doa uline ice maker after spending $65,000 in appliances. Well actually first they lost one of my ice makers so I had no ice maker. Simultaneously also had a broken wall oven door with a repair happening 8 months later as they forgot to order that piece. We moved in and turned appliances on in March 2023. I have been calling since April of 2023 as the ice maker is full of water and still have no replacement. I was told I needed a repair but the unit is also full of mold for the past two months. I did not get replacement parts which I later refused to accept when they didn't come but I also never got the replacement unit I was promised over two months ago now.

    Shari and Joel are a total joke. Buy elsewhere. You can get better customer service from anywhere and I repeat anywhere else. I have been waiting 7 months for this problem to be rectified. My builder also told me he had a nightmare with one of his own appliances needing repair and that "Joel used to be good." Go online and save yourself the headache. I did have some damage with an online appliance purchase which was resolved immediately by someone over the phone from another company who actually cared about their customer service. OH YEAH AND I AM YELLING IN CAPS. I AM FURIOUS!

    I own a small remodeling company with two employees. I have been working with Ferguson to get materials for my customer's bathroom remodel. This was my first time having a customer go to their showroom and select the items they wanted. My client met with the showroom staff in February and a list was created by the staff for us to review. The items included a new tub, two faucets, a rain shower head, a sliding shower spray arm, two shower control valves, and a tub filler. I spoke to the representative following the client's visit and we ordered the materials for the unreasonable cost of $13,000 but the client wanted high end finishes, so we proceeded.

    When the parts were ordered I was given a lead time of 3-4 weeks, during which time most of the items did arrive. We were missing the two trim kits (handles) for the shower controls and the tub filler. I spoke with the representative again and was given a new delivery date of mid April or May. Fast forward to May and I was told mid June, in June I was told mid July, in July I was told mid August, and today I'm being told mid to late September. I have called and left dozens of messages and emails to my representative and have never received a return call or email. The only way I speak to my representative (no one else can apparently look up my order) is IF she happens to answer the phone directly.

    The delays have caused my customer's bathroom to be unusable for far longer than the late March completion we projected based on the 3-4 week lead time. It has also cost me $10,000 in labor and materials that I cannot by contract be reimbursed on until all work is complete. The only remaining items in the bathroom are the missing items, and the bathroom has been sitting completed (with the exception of the missing items) since the end of March. I have asked to have a supervisor call me back on three separate occasions and never received a phone call. I have emailed Ferguson.com customer service who looked into the issue and promised me a phone call from a supervisor that never came.

    At this point the lack of customer service and accurate timelines from this multi-billion dollar company have caused me to go into debt to cover the loss and the interest continues to accrue. Ferguson employees have never offered even a modicum of sympathy and continue to push me out one month at a time. Apparently my small family owned company doesn't get the time of day. I'm not sure exactly why my parts continue to be delayed since no one has ever even attempted to explain but I have a feeling that the factory has made at least two shower handles by now. TLDR. Customer support is garbage, delivery dates are never correct, and no one there cares about taking care of the customers. DON'T USE FERGUSON, THEY CLEARLY DON'T NEED OUR BUSINESS.     This was the worst experience I have ever had with a supplier. I will never use Ferguson again. The salesman repeated lied to me about my delivery. Everyone in Customer Service told me a different story. There is a total lack of communication within this company. I placed an order with a Ferguson Showroom salesman. I emphasized to the salesman that my items MUST be brought upstairs to my door. He assured me that my products would be delivered to my door by a Ferguson employee, on a Ferguson truck.

    I live in a third floor condominium with an elevator. The delivery was scheduled for Tuesday, May 9, 2023. I was scheduled to be the first stop. The driver texted me and said he would be there in 30 minutes. A few minutes later the online tracking said he would be there in 15 minutes. An hour went by and he never came. The online tracking said he was at stop number 2. Then he was at stop number 3. And so on. I texted the driver several times before he finally responded and said my delivery was canceled and to call my salesman. I tried calling the salesman as well as Customer Service multiple times before someone finally told me that my delivery was cancelled because the salesman did not code my order properly for Inside Delivery.

    My delivery was rescheduled for Monday, May 15, 2023, the following week, and the day my contractor started demo. The salesman said he would call me the Friday before to confirm the delivery. He did not call me. I called him. He said there was still confusion about my inside delivery and it was changed to Tuesday, May 16. He said he would call me on Monday to confirm. He DID NOT call me. I called him. He said the delivery is all set.

    On Tuesday morning I waited for my delivery. I was scheduled to be Stop #2, between 9:30 and 12:30. The delivery did not come. The online tracking said it was postponed until 1:30. I called the phone number on the tracking and they told me my products were never loaded onto the truck because the salesman "did not print the ticket" to have the order loaded. I tried to reach the salesman. He did not answer my texts or voicemail messages. He finally texted and said he was with a customer and would call me when done. He NEVER CALL ME! I tried calling him towards the end of the day. He did not answer. His voicemail box was full and not accepting messages.

    By this time I was going crazy! My contractor was almost finished with the demo of my bathroom and needed the Ferguson items. I reached customer service again and arranged to pick up my order at the Ferguson warehouse the next morning, which my contractor did. I WILL NEVER USE FERGUSON AGAIN AND I WILL SHARE MY EXPERIENCE WITH AS MANY OF MY NEIGHBORS AS POSSIBLE!

    This company has been a failure from the start. The pipes Burst in both our refrigerator and our tub faucet. The installers broke a piece of our fridge and didn’t tell anyone. Our hot water heater broke 3 days after moving in and our shower floor cracked one week after moving in. The whole family is currently sharing one showers while we continue to wait for someone to come and ‘look at it’. Also, they sent us multiple bills that were already paid or did not need to be paid (for the new water heater and fridge).

    Consumer: Purchase your high end items somewhere else. This operation is so far behind they cannot even service their existing customers. Payment upfront for a product that take in excess of 15 months to deliver AND if something is wrong with item refer you to some repair facility instead of simply replacing. I am so sorry that I have spent 100K with this company. I would take it back in a moment. POOR POOR SERVICE.. Use your hard earned dollars elsewhere.

    This experience has been a nightmare. I received no phone call for Pre-site measuring so I had to call & schedule the appt, due to a “glitch”. Then I never received an installation phone call so I called to schedule the installation of my appliance. I spoke with Gretin on Monday, Feb 27 - she scheduled installation for Wednesday, March 1. However, I received no text confirmation so I knew something was wrong. When I called to speak with Gretin on Wed morning, March 1, she informed me that ANOTHER GLITCH HAD HAPPENED. MY INSTALLATION DATE WAS INCORRECTLY SCHEDULED FOR FEBRUARY 1, INSTEAD OF MARCH 1. I am totally dissatisfied with Ferguson’s incompetence.

    We purchased a Liebherr Refrigerator from Ferguson in 2021. The fridge stopped working in December 2022. Liebherr's repair service blamed shipping - their technician said "it looks like someone dropped it on cement." We have made many attempts to resolve the situation. Liebherr says it isn't covered by them. Ferguson has left us without any support or recourse. It's caveat emptor - better hope things work out because if they don't, they will not help you. Don't purchase more than you can afford to lose. If you do buy from them, make sure you have the item checked by a professional. Or better yet, buy from a more reputable company that cares about its customers. Note - It was difficult to submit this review. The site is rejecting the entry.

    I purchased the extended warranty for $500.00 of which 1/2 ($250) was to be returned if no service repairs were needed during the 5 year period. I wrote it down and perked my calendar but lost my phone and its contents. Nevertheless I remembered it 5 years and 7 months later. I filed a claim with the warranty company "New Leaf" and they said: "You have to file the claim within 30 days after the 5th year. It's in the fine print." Pay $13,000 for a 18 cubic feet refrigerator and they never serviced it (By the way there is no service company in the area) and will not refund my 1/2 cost of the Extended Warranty. What a rip off.

    We purchased a refrigerator from Ferguson in Lakewood, NJ. It was delivered, but did not work. After many phone calls, we were given a repair date with an outside company 2 weeks from the date of delivery. Meanwhile, we do not have a working refrigerator. No one from Ferguson has reached out to try to find an earlier appointment, offer a replacement, etc. We will not use them again.

    I have been dealing with Jim Manager and Veronica Sales rep on a replacement Medicine cabinet for months now. The first time both medicine cabinets were delivered broken. The second time off of the 2 was delivered broken, the third time they sent us the wrong replacement door. their communication is delayed and they have no care for the lack of customer service that they have been providing. I would like to speak to someone above Jim and no one is giving me their contact information.

    We ordered bathtub through Kyle ** at Ferguson showroom in Katy on August 12 with the agreement that it will be delivered on time for our project Sept 6. Credit card was charged in full the same day. As of today, five weeks later, we still don’t have a tub and stuck with the gutted bathroom since the project cannot be finished without the tub. Nobody at Ferguson offered any explanation or warned about delay in shipment. Kyle or store manager are unresponsive to calls or emails. There is nobody to be found to resolve the situation. Beware of doing business with ferguson.

    I called Ferguson in Simi Valley to inquire about in-stock items for immediate purchase and the phone rolled over to Ferguson/Build.com Customer Service. Rep Susie said she could have a sink at that store for pick-up by 7:30am the following morning. I made the purchase and my contractor went to the store the following day to find out that the sink had not been sent to the store. Called the store and was again rolled over to Customer Service where supervisor Daniel made plenty of excuses and offered delivery five days later. According to CS, there's no way to speak to anyone in a store and their hours of operation include Saturday (no one answers the phone on Saturday). Ferguson has my money and I don't have a sink, but worst of all, my job has been delayed for several days because of this mess up.

    The motto on their trucks state: "Nobody expects more from us than we do". This statement is a bad joke. Here are their service failures: 1) The salesman didn't know enough about the product line (Thermador) to ensure we had a complete order. We figured out on our own 5 months after the original order was placed that we needed a vent hood fan motor. When confronted by this error, the salesman blamed us (the customer) and basically laughed off any responsibility. His error delayed our project by almost a year.

    2) Our pre-installation meeting was rescheduled without any notification to the customer, causing the waste of half a day of waiting around. Their dispatcher emphatically promised to "make it up to us" but nothing was ever done or said after the initial promise. Additionally, no notification was given on the day of installation regarding a time of arrival. The installers arrived unexpectedly at 8AM, creating a rushed and chaotic experience.

    3) Our salesman forced us to store our incomplete order of $50,000 of appliances (minus the all important vent hood fan motor) in the owner's very crowded garage for months because "they were out of room in their warehouse". 4) The wrong refrigerator/freezer handles were delivered, causing further delay. When addressed with our salesman, he forced us to pay for the correct handles. After we objected, he promised to make it right. However, he failed to show up to two scheduled visits and then wrong handles were again sent and the installers were able to do nothing. To date, 2 phone calls have been placed to our salesman over the past week and a half with no response.

    I would not recommend Ferguson to my worst enemy. Their incompetence and lack of proper service have made our experience with them dreadful. Dealing with Ferguson is like dealing with a huge government bureaucracy, forcing the customer to navigate numerous phone numbers with lengthy recorded prompts to someone different each time who has no knowledge of any prior dealings with any other employee - essentially, the right hand has no idea of what the left hand is doing. Go to Ferguson only if you like your time wasted and enjoy regular frustration.

    In February 2022, my contractor ordered an ADA rated tub from Ferguson's Build.com website. The tub was installed in May, however, there were indents all around the top indicating that a piece was missing. The contractor contacted Ferguson, assuming it was a flange that was needed. As it turned out, the tub needed to be installed with a tub surround, which was not indicated in the Build.com on-line description or specifications. The only reference to the surround was in the comment section where someone asked if a surround was needed.

    I contacted Ferguson's Customer Service about the lack of adequate information on their Build.com website, and they forwarded my complaint to the local store in Manahawkin, NJ. The Store Manager in Manahawkin "investigated" and blamed the contractor saying he should have read the comment section before ordering. The company essentially refused to acknowledge that their ordering site was missing critical information regarding the tub, but offered me a $75 refund against a tub that cost nearly $1000, not including the contractor labor and tile cost. In my opinion, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE, AS THE COMPANY DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THE ACCURACY OF THE CONTENT.

    I scheduled an appointment in early January to all new appliances for my kitchen. This included refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, and cooktop. When picking out appliances with the sales associate I told her our need to receive appliances as soon as possible so we apparently only looking at “in stock” items. My husband and I paid for appliances and were given delivery date of 4/8. I called the associate on this day because I had not heard from them and was told that two of our items (refrigerator and oven) were not in yet and that she would check on items and give me a call back in a couple of days.

    I never heard back from her so fast forward to today 4/25. I called back and was told that new delivery dates were were June for one item and 7/8 for the other also saying that those dates could change. When I questioned the sales associate about the items supposedly being in stock she became defensive and stated she never told me this (she did, we only looked at certain appliances for this reason) and I could get a refund. I explained that we have waited over 5 months and that if we cancelled now we would be starting over somewhere else. She then told me that there was a shortage of microchips and there was nothing they could do. I again tried to get an explanation as to why she told me items were in stock and she denied having the conversation with me and again unapologetically offered a refund.

    I ordered an appliance package from the Katy location last July 2021. I had the sales staff Nicholas and Matthew check inventory specifically for the range to make sure I build a package around a range that was in stock. Matthew checked the inventory and assure me the range was in stock and said everything else would be in by September. I ordered that moment.

    Ferguson never let me know otherwise until I started to prepare for delivery after my cabinets were done. Only AFTER I reached out Ferguson told me the range and other appliances were backordered until October. I questioned how my range was not in stock when they assured me it was in stock the minute I ordered. Ferguson never contacted me ever to update me on further delays. I had to chase them down and wait days for a response only to find out everything was delayed again and again. Some of my appliances were finally installed the end of February 2022. My range and hood are now delayed until September 2022.

    We are so upset and feel misled by the sales team to make a sale. Ferguson is unapologetic, offered a refund 8 months after my order leaving me no choice but to wait. I continually asked if there was another range in stock and Nicholas repeatedly said no. Upon searching their site myself I found an in stock range. I asked Ferguson to sell it to me at cost due to this issue and they refused. Beware of doing business with this company. The sales team is only interested in making a sale, not that they misled us and we won’t have a range for 15+months. Terrible.

    I needed some fixtures for a bathroom remodel. Our contractor recommended Ferguson here in Lincoln NE. We had to make an appointment with the store so I called the # on the website. It went to a central operator who forwarded my call to a phone at the local store. That person was out of the office so I left a message to call me back to make an appointment. After about a week, we called again and had to leave a message with another sales person. Neither one contacted us back. I again called the central operator and explained how we had not heard back. She then contacted the first person I had left a message for and they called me back. When I questioned her about why no one had gotten back to me, she hung up on me.

    All I wanted was a toilet seat that would match our old colored toilet. My simple order put the friendly helpful staff at the counter to the challenge! I brought the beat up old elongated seat and in addition to the counter man, a woman came up to assist with selecting the best match. The colored elongated seat had to be ordered, and would likely be here on less than a week. The cost, of the Kohler seat was approximately $42 on the order slip given to me, was compatible with Amazon online and Home Depot in Riverhead. I hear nothing and 8 days later, after a few calls (really not simple and possible to just speak to someone, anyone at Southampton Ferguson. Leaving my number to be called back did not work first time because when I got the call back from Virginia??? Without caller ID, I picked up and heard nothing and hung up.

    I called store directly and this time someone picked up and tried to be helpful. However, she could not find proof of my order, when given my name. I did not have the order slip with me. I then decided to go back to the Store Counter Service, where the same fellow who had been so helpful the previous week, after much unsuccessful effort looking for the toilet seat, with difficulty located the recorded sales slip. He made a couple further calls and told me, that not just one, BUT TWO, colored elongated seats had arrived. He had no idea why two seats were ordered. I suggested maybe it was another customer’s order, but he said no. The price however was over $120, three times the quoted price! He said the $42 was for white, but the cost was over $120 due to the extra work adding the color, and that he would not have anything other than the lower base price recorded on the order slip.

    No, I do not believe this was an intentional and unethical Bait and Switch. I believe it was just one of many human errors encountered in my whole shopping experience with this otherwise high quality and always very helpful and friendly store. And a simple apology about the screw up would have been appropriate. I told him that I was really not interested in his $120 plus toilet seat and left rather disappointed, and upset about wasting two visits and many phone calls to Ferguson. And no new toilet set after over a week of patiently waiting. I ordered an acceptable Kohler toilet seat for under $40 from Amazon, and delivered free to my door in under 24 hours.

    It is much lighter weight that the more costly seat that Ferguson had ordered, so not fair to compare. I tried calling a manager at Southampton Ferguson. to share this one local customer’s terrible shopping experience, but no one was available and my name and number were not requested. Something’s need fixing at this great store with plenty of staff in the Counter Service department, especially when it comes to the small shopper. We all makes mistakes and taking responsibility for errors includes apologizing.

    I buy plumbing supplies and equipment from Ferguson on various occasions. Recently I visited and like usual the two employees I believe to be Ryan and Fred were there to greet me. I am not a professional plumber but I can do good work because I am meticulous when I want something done right. They are always polite and patient there, because I'm not always sure what I am looking for in application. They are responsive and knowledgeable to my plumbing or related needs. It really felt good on my last visit because they made a complicated task easier to complete. I would recommend these employees and their company to anyone for their products and service.     Shady practices within Ferguson by the mgr who replace parts of customers Delta, Kohler etc products with cheap, faulty. Aug 26th 2021 your mgr replaced different style shower head cartridge that per your recommended plumber-did not fit again at the time of installation and he left my new delta shower head leaking and took that DIFFERENT STYLE CARTRIDGE to his home--without my knowledge---wrong practices at different levels--. I took hours of my time to HELP FERGUSON CLEAN UP SUCH SHADY MESS.

    Faucets of Kohler purchased from Ferguson had leaked within a year, your plumber had said then too at the time of installation that the parts Ferguson sold with faucet--do not fit. So, when it happens 3 times in a row within few yrs time, then it becomes clear something Not Right going on as things UNFOLDED within last week when my shower head was installed on Aug 26th 2021 and it leaked while plumber was still there and left. I've never experienced such deceptive business practices ever by any business.

    The least Mr. Kevin Murphy President of Ferguson should thank me for spending one week worth of my time/efforts TO HELP FERGUSON clean up shady practices in Oakdale MN store. NOT TRANSPARENT. I provided proofs with details and at National level office of President said --they are having meetings to clean up such shady practices within Ferguson---where good makes as DELTA , KOHLER, ETC THEIR FAUCETS, SHOWER HEAS LEAK. Because their original parts are replaced by ferguson employee with different style parts ---some fit and some parts don't during installation. How can anyone trust such a co.???

    Well delta & kohler trusts ferguson too as I did, and delta shower head leaks right at the time of installation because showroom mgr admitted to district mgr mike that she replaced in error the cartridge with a different style cartridge. Well all faucets, shower heads leaked over the yrs. Error can happen once and not every time! Yes a huge shadyness at ferguson enterprises. They are not transparent.

    We purchased all of our plumbing fixtures from the Ferguson facility in Coral Gables for a complete renovation of a condominium in Miami Beach. In total, we purchased about $35,000 of plumbing fixtures. Overall, we had a very poor experience with Ferguson. 1. Many of the products recommended by the salesperson ended up inadequate or not the best product for the purposes we described. We found our salesperson to be poorly trained and inexperienced. 2. We received a number of defective products. These are not necessarily Ferguson's fault, but when we asked for returns and replacements, we received virtually no support or help. We only received some attention after we threatened Ferguson and reached out to the general manager.

    3. After months of complaints and pleading, we still have not received the replacement of all of the faulty parts. Our contractor is very frustrated with Ferguson and has stated that he will not let any of his clients purchase fixtures from them in the future. 4. We don't receive any product support or assistance from Ferguson. Once they receive or money, they feel that they are finished. If I was ever going to purchase plumbing fixtures for another renovation, I would go to a smaller locally owned plumbing fixture supplier who would give better customer support.

    I bought a shower kit from Ferguson. The kit arrived with a component that wasn't needed for the particular kit. The plumber ended up installing the extra part (a diverter that diverts the water from the shower head to the hand-held shower). When the wall was tiled and was time to install all the trims, he realized there was no trim for that diverter and asked me to get it. When I contacted the company's brand, I was told that it was my plumbers mistake and they would not send me a trim for that part.

    When I told Ferguson of my problem, that the extra component made the plumber make the wrong installation, the amazing Customer Care person, Catie, went through extra lengths to get me my missing part and some additional elements that were needed for the wrongful set-up free of charge. I was so impressed by the level of care. Ferguson's priority was to solve my problem and help me finish the shower set-up and at no charge to me. They could have just 'washed their hands' and say it was our mistake but they didn't, they really took care of me as a customer. I can't remember when it was the last time I received such high quality service. I will always buy my plumbing fixtures from Ferguson.

    Purchased all our GE Monogram appliances from Ferguson in Reno, NV. Absolutely horrible experience. After (3) years the oven/ range has had to have been replaced by GE. (The self clean function does not work, overheats the unit & ended up burning up the motherboard/ computer.) Required 5 visits by the tech and multiple threats to get replaced. The dishwasher soap dispenser only opens about 60 % of the time (after running for 3 hours you have to start over.) The fridge/freezer combo is now not getting cold enough and the ice cream has the consistency of gravy. They promised to make a work order and have a rep reach out. Over a week and NOTHING!!! Then when you call 1-800 number after several prompts it just hangs up on you. Can't even make this stuff up! Spent almost 20k on garbage appliances and garbage service!!!

    So my daughter and I bought a new house new construction with appliances that came from Ferguson. The microwave went out and stopped heating food and it was only 1 1/2 years old so I called to order a new one and have them install it for me. I wasn’t expecting them to give it to me and their sales contact Williams was very nice but said it’s a process they have to go through. He said they first have to send you a quote which will take a couple of days. Well it’s been several days and no phone calls. No quotes other than what they gave us over the phone. We agreed to pay for what he quoted over the phone but no you have to wait for a written quote. Apparently you sign and send back to them then at some point they contact you for payment and they schedule someone to come out and install and they couldn’t even tell me that.

    So my daughter called spoke to April in Chesterfield county store in Virginia and said, "Look it’s been several days. I haven’t heard anything." And April’s reply was “and?!” then proceeded to tell my daughter and I quote “ ma’am they’ll get to it when they get to it” end of conversation. I have used Ferguson before and never had this issue but in Richmond Va however this has left a very bad taste for us and will not return. I have purchased the exact same model for much less and we put it in ourselves and save ourselves another $150 for installation and $50 for disposal. The landfill is 4 miles up the rd. Ferguson if you see this review your customer service is poor and should never respond to a customer in this way!

    We built a new "green" home in Santa Paula. By the recommendation of our architect, we purchased all our appliances, faucets, tubs, etc. from Ferguson in Santa Monica. All went well, Thermador appliances. I wanted a double wall oven but we were talked into a convection/steamer, sounded great, healthy cooking. They did not have one on the floor, nor did we get to see photos. I take the blame for not insisting. Again, all was well, deliveries fine. Flash forward....here are the complaints:

    - basic tub we ordered for guest bath was very deep, not what we were shown. We couldn't do anything about that as one day it was in the box, the next, set in with granite around it.
    - steamer/convection oven we still don't know how to use, despite the book.

    - wall oven has been almost 100degrees off (have to set 100 degrees higher then what you want).

    Over the years there have been several calls to Ferguson by me about the wall oven and steamer/convection. One time I was told they would set up for us to go to a "class" put on by Thermador to teach us the use of the steamer oven. That never happened, when I call again, no one seemed to know what I was talking about. In regard to the oven needing to be calibrated, they told me I had to call a repair person. This is back and forth over a few years mind you. Sometimes you have other things to deal with then constantly calling Ferguson! I finally called a repair company, and I was told I didn't need a repair appt., all I had to do was call Thermador and they could walk me through a calibration!!! He also told me anyone from Ferguson should have known that!!! I will never do business with this store again, and I advice who ever reads this, go elsewhere! Live and learn, I certainly did.

    I needed a 4 blade heat pump Exhaust Motor Fan with center bearing and adapter. Called 1st said bring old fan and come on down. In a matter of 10min. after arriving they had me a brand new Identical fan, out the door and on my way back home to install it. All 3 guys at the counter we nice and helpful and was 15min. to closing on a Saturday afternoon and were not pushy at all, took the time and care to help me, thanks Guys!!

    I purchased a discontinued Feiss mini chandelier floor model that was fully functional on display. They told me I could pick it up at a later date after they removed it from the ceiling display. I picked it up a few days later in a box labeled with another manufacturer (not the original packaging). When I attempted to install it, many hardware parts were missing and there were no instructions. After installation with materials that I had, only one of 4 halogen bulbs worked and one of the bulbs was broken off at the base. I had to replace 3 of the bulbs at a considerable cost. Ferguson personnel replaced the bulbs with non-functioning bulbs and didn’t mention that some of the hardware and instructions were missing. Very poor business practices in my opinion.

    I started with Ferguson on a Wed. I spoke with Wilson in the Fort Worth showroom. He called and located one in the warehouse down in Houston. When he called back, he said if I ordered by 3:00, I would get the next day. I called back and left a message to place the order but he never returned my call. So at 2:09 I called again and spoke with Chelsea. She opened an account for me and stated she saw the duct on hold and would place the order. She would then email a tracking number.

    Thurs. morning I had not received the tracking number so I called again. The order had not been placed, Chelsea was not in and Wilson was on the phone so I was now handed over to Kaitlin. She researched the order and called the warehouse in Houston. She called me back and stated the duct had been found and a shipping label created; the duct should be be picked up and delivered on Friday. I received the tracking number via text from Wilson after speaking with him.

    On Friday, I checked repeatedly the tracking but the duct was never picked up. I called Wilson and left a message stating the duct was still at the warehouse could he call and let me know what was going on. Today is Saturday, just checked the tracking- duct still not picked up. I left a message with Wilson I would be leaving a bad review since the friend that was helping us had to leave on Sunday which throughout this entire ridiculous experience was explained. Here's the thing- I am very detailed in what I need and want. When you STATE you are going to do it- DO IT and FOLLOW THROUGH. The Fort Worth Showroom has NONE and I mean NONE of that. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION.

    I needed a 1-1/4” J-bend with captured slip nut for replacing a 1971 vintage lavatory trap on a wall-hung lav. My local Ferguson supply house in Kohler, w/c I didn’t have one, but they had a repair J-bend with an elbow that I could make work. My contractor cost was over $60 for this chrome plated, light-gauge, brass trap! Yesterday, after having installed this “priceless” waste pipe a couple days ago, I found one with the captured nut for just over $13 at Lowe’s in Manitowoc; the same size and of equal quality.     Our real estate company ordered 2 faucets online. In our attempt to install them, we learned after 3 days making a multitude of phone calls, that Ferguson does not have an escutcheon that fits the faucets. A clerk in their Fort Myers store told us to bring them in and a VISA credit would be issued. But when we tried to return them (with our paper & order # in hand), we were told that their online computer system does not work with their store computer system and they would not be able to issue a credit.

    What followed was a level of rude and sexist incompetence from the counter staff. The manager finally showed and took an hour to attempt to decipher the disconnect with their incompatible dysfunctional computer systems. He failed. We had to take the faucets back to our office and ship them. This is the 3rd day We have no guarantee that we will receive our credit. After 3 tortured weeks of their bad communication and systems failures, we got two faucets from Lowe's. Geri **.

    I just want to say, this Ferguson in Burlington Mass showroom is the worst place to shop. The sales manager name Alia has no clue what customer service is. I was in the store about a year ago or so and met a wonderful lady name Susan who was the front desk coordinator. She ask this saleswoman on the floor to help me. I heard the saleswoman tell this lady, "NO. CAN'T you see I'm on LUNCH," inhaling a whole pizza I might add. Nevertheless this poor woman ask the manager to help me, and she told her to get my name and number. Are you kidding me, really Ferguson get a grip. Sales starts with the customers!!!!     Documentation of the situation: Our Service/Installer for the Wolf Products (Jeff) informed me he was “out” indefinitely, and we had no idea that we had other options, which you provided after we asked. None of the appliances were registered, I had to do all of that work myself and I received even more warranty. Makes me wonder what else I am suppose to do. You sold us Electrolux products that are not serviceable in our geographic area, irresponsible to be sure. The dryer was broken, we put in a service call in early July. We chased the service call for several weeks, Ferguson Blue, Frigidaire, Electrolux, Ferguson Leaf? including to your level - and the amount of communication gap, who did you buy from? What is their contact info etc, was beyond reason.

    We were finally told that Electrolux would replace. Electrolux returned call and said this was up to Ferguson, or, Ferguson need to pay, or? Still have not figured that out. We were told that we would be communicated when the dryer would be delivered and installed, never happened. As we were ready to leave our home today, the installation person showed up, asking if the dryer was here - surprise! We called Ferguson, they had the team call us (again, no idea what was going on). The dryer was delivered some time later. The dryer was installed and will not turn on, it simply does not operate. Ferguson delivered a broken appliance.

    My faucet developed a leak when shut off. Like most faucets the unit has a washer that is designed to create a tight shutoff. However, this washer it is not a standard washer, and is not available anywhere but at Ferguson (because PROFLO is a Ferguson company) and cannot be bought separately. In order to get the proper washer one is forced to buy a repair kit for $24.00 at Ferguson. So if you just need a simple 50 cent washer you are forced to spend $24.00. This is outrageous!!

    I purchased and installed a water heater from Ferguson in April 2014. The water heater has a 6 year warranty, and it just failed April 2019. Now using my math that’s just 5 years. According to the Ferguson rep I called, the water heater is out of warranty because it sat in a warehouse for over a year before they sold it to me and the warranty is from the manufacture date. I have never heard of this practice. Ferguson has lost a customer and a reference.

    Purchased a Jenn-Air gas downdraft cooktop. We paid for a pre-install visit to be certain that the product would fit in our current space and were provided a set of detailed installation instructions. It clearly illustrated a cooktop with the blower motor and plenum attached to the cooktop. The install team were told by Ferguson not to attach the motor or plenum to the cooktop as we would need a HVAC contractor to attach these two pieces even though they came in the book with the cooktop from Jenn-Air. The sales people stated that we would need to hire an HVAC contractor after the install arrived. Just so happens that Ferguson is a HVAC contractor. Misrepresented what we purchased.

    Ferguson's advertised online price for a furnace transformer is $10.76, but you will pay $30.31 in the store. When I inquired about this discrepancy, I was told this was the penalty for "visiting the store in person." Unfortunately, my furnace died during a cold spell and I could not wait for the same part to be shipped from the countless suppliers who sell if for $10. Ferguson benefited from my immediate need for a transformer. When I politely questioned their practices, I was met with an abrupt, bewildering response. Shop at Ferguson at your own risk. I will choose not to.

    I needed a quick delivery on an air-jetted tub for home under construction. Went to the Alpharetta location because they said they could deliver within 7 days. It took 3 weeks and the tub was in horrible shape. Because of Ferguson's failure to deliver a viable product in the timeframe promised (or even 3 weeks late) I now will have to settle for a regular tub in my new home as I cannot hold up construction while a new air-jetted tub is ordered. I totally blame Ferguson for me not getting the one "special" thing I wanted in the house. Did they offer to expedite delivery of a new, undamaged tub -- no. They wanted to reorder and have me wait another 3-4 weeks. Not professional in their tracking of orders, notifying customer of issues, or expediting the delivery of a new, undamaged tub.     We started a last-minute project upgrade bath. So we want plumbing equipment in two days and both big stores Home Depot, Lowe’s they said they cannot deliver them in two days. So we went to this store and very nice salespeople started working with us. We told them that we are in a time crunch and she said, that she can deliver them in two days but all of them we received in 5 days. Meanwhile, we need some more stuff and we went there on Saturday and we have a salesman Mr. Justin ** told us that he can deliver by Tuesday or Wednesday. Today is Wednesday and I call them to find the delivery status, this guy changed his tone and language and he told me that the delivery may be on Friday.

    Not only that he started giving me free lectures about what I need to do and how I can schedule my project team. I tried to contact his manager, his VM is full and I could not able to reach him. So please before you go to this store think twice. If you know your product please order them online and they will deliver them in two days without any mailing charge. Since I bought electrical equipment and I got it in two days.

    I am a plumbing contractor and we installed a $2000 sump pump in an elevator shaft last year. The pump failed in the warranty period. I took the pump to Ferguson and they agreed it was under warranty. The pump company tested the pump and removed the ratings plate off the pump at Ferguson. They also agreed it was under warranty. I had to call Ferguson over and over and over and over. After a month and a half Ferguson told me I did not buy it from them. I faxed over the sales receipt. "Ooops," they said. They have still not credited me with a replacement pump. They say they are still waiting on paperwork.

    At the start of the winter season, our heating system failed to operate. It was determine by our HVAC company that a new motor was required. It had to be ordered from Bosch through Ferguson Plumbing. Part was ordered November 1, 2017. Despite repeated confirmations that the part would be shipped... had been shipped... etc, the part was not shipped until November 16. To accomplish that, we had to go around Ferguson direct to Bosch and light a fire under their tail. Ferguson does not allow for any company to contact companies for whom it serves as a distributor. Instead, all complaints or queries about delivery must go through them. Obviously, they lied about shipping and failed to check with Bosch for over two weeks during which temperatures plunged in our area.

    I can understand Customer Service failures happen... however, when such a failure is brought to their attention not once... not twice... but three times on subsequent days, one would think they would realize there was a problem and quickly work to solve it. This was not the case and it resulted in an EPIC CUSTOMER SERVICE FAILURE!

    Very frustrating experience. Ordered sinks, faucets, fridge, range, dishwasher, etc. for a remodel. First, the wrong information was sent to my cabinet maker so some of the cabinets did not fit the appliances that I ordered, then all wrong paperwork sent to my contractor so measurements were off. Wrong sink sent to granite company, 2 dented KitchenAid refrigerators were sent. I was charged $109 for drains for my new sink! Took them back and bought correct drains at another store for $40! Half of a toilet was delivered. Ferguson delivered my lights to the wrong place 2 times! The showroom is nice but that's as far as it goes. Their prices are consistently higher than other stores. The customer service is not friendly, no one approaches you when you walk into the store. You have to go looking for someone. Will not do business with them again.

    I went into the Suwanee, GA showroom beginning of December. I asked if I needed an appointment and was told usually yes but I could walk around and have a look. I had some questions but the lady upfront was nowhere to be found. I went ahead and went online to make an appointment thinking that might make a difference. As of 12/15 I have been unable to get an appointment, their main office sent a couple of emails apologizing but the store never contacted me. Considering it is this hard to get an appointment I would not consider doing any business here.

    Stopped into Ferguson's showroom 10/31/16 to look at their bathroom vanities. Was there approximately 11:45 am. Walked around store and saw a white 37in grey granite top with square sink exactly what I needed. There was a green paper on it showing it was marked down and "as is" for 1000.00. Questioned sales rep and she came to the vanity and said there was nothing wrong with it that occasionally they mark down floor models so they can make room for new merchandise. Took pictures of vanity and sent them to my husband to see if he liked what I was looking at. He too fell in love with it. Told rep I would take it today however couldn't pick it up until later cause I had to make arrangements to get help to carry it in house. She said that was fine just give her 1 hour notice to give them time to wrap it up so it can be moved without damage and I could make payment prior to coming by phone.

    She then taped a sold sign on the vanity. Went home made arrangements to have someone come to house to help carry it in. When he arrived I called Ashley the sales rep and made my payment and told her we would be there in an hour to pick it up. She said ok and said she had to check on something. She came back to phone and said they made a mistake - the vanity we looked at on the floor and paid for was not the one on sale it was the one next to it. She said someone misplaced the sale paper or was placed there by accident. She wanted to know if I wanted the correct one on sale which was Brown. I told her no I needed the white one with the dark gray top that we had talked about when I was there.

    She then apologized and said didn't know how sales ticket got on the wrong vanity and she was sorry for the disappointment and she wouldn't put through my charge card. I am so disappointed and feel they should of still honored the sale being that was the one that was marked on sale. I have two pictures of vanity showing sale advertisement on it. However Ferguson refused to honor THEIR mistake!

    I went in today with an antique-style shower fixture that I have been having trouble with in terms of local repair or replacement. Meanwhile, I can't take a shower. I won't go into detail except to say that the man at the front desk, after seeing that Ferguson's was not able to replace or repair, was short, indifferent, and couldn't be bothered. Not that I was being a rude or pressing customer. I didn't force the issue at the store because I did not want to escalate and possibly diminish service to other customers. I just left with a shaking head. So many "family" and "local" businesses complain about competition, and yet I have found that Grass Valley businesses have short hours, and short tempers. Ferguson's is really one that stands out as a first impression "0" in customer service. I am now dealing with plumbing supply people in Auburn and Sacramento. Much better!

    On Thursday, May 5, 2016 I wrote a check for $435.18 to Ferguson for a toilet. My husband and I decided that instead of replacing the second bathroom toilet, we would prefer to remodel the entire bathroom. We cancelled the order on Monday, May 9, 2016. The check cleared on May 9th. Two calls have been made; both times the representative said he would contact the main office and have them send the refund. He also stated he would call back and give us the status. Today is June 2nd and we have not received the refund and no one from Ferguson has contacted us. I am a retired USAF civilian employee on a limited annuity. Ferguson's practices are despicable. I will not be purchasing anything from Ferguson in the future and I will let my family members and friends know about their deceptive business practices.

    Ferguson delayed processing an order for a Trane heat pump coil until the warranty had expired. Granted, it only had two weeks left, but they delayed and now a woman in her late 70s is responsible for her complete repairs. Ferguson was contacted multiple times, but refused saying, "it's out of warranty." I have a service invoice from another company that first diagnosed the problem -- proving that it was a warranty part. I attempted to order the part, within the warranty period, and was told they would get it handled on Monday. They did not -- either on Monday or the whole next week. The lesson here is do not call Ferguson at 5 minutes before closing on a Friday night.

    After their 3rd party delivery service cancelled on my delivery, after several phone calls and complaining, Ferguson used their own delivery truck and staff. What a mistake. Not only did they throw the appliance around, they put 2 gouges in my newly finished oak floors. They stated they were only to drop off at the driveway. The stove alone weighs 530 lbs and it was bolted from the bottom through a pallet. How would I be able to move it? Salesperson was totally misleading during purchase about delivery. After this nightmare, will never use Ferguson again and highly recommend everyone else to give it serious thought before you do. Lots of other, more customer-oriented places that want your business.

    I had a major home renovation and went with Ferguson for kitchen fixtures and two baths and it was honestly nightmarish. I rarely complain about service but this was so over the top that I have to write. The errors are numerous: wrong items, items that did not work, overcharged on an item and waited 9 months for refund, shipping damaged items, delivery refusing to bring the box into the doorway in the dead of winter, and on and on. I would highly recommend you read the other reviews and avoid this company despite their impressive selection.

    Purchased a Kohler brass showerhead at Ferguson.com because they didn't have a showroom anywhere locally where I could see it. It arrived, and I connected it to my water flow restrictor, which I have always used in every house, on every shower. The poor design of the showerhead would not allow the switch to move on the water restrictor, so the purchased showerhead was useless to me.

    I called 4 different numbers, and was transferred to lots of worthless people who told me I could not return it, because it was "used". I stated that I have NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, been refused an online return. I was promised callbacks, and never received them. What a total and complete SCAM! I paid $111 for this piece of garbage, and they won't give me a refund. I am a single parent with 2 children in college, and that amount is a fortune to me. This was not a luxury purchase. My existing showerhead was cracked.

    Never buy from Ferguson. If you must, be absolutely certain, you can afford to lose your money, and that the product will work for you, sight unseen, or you lose! Also, I have read other reviews that products arrived damaged, and they could not get a refund either. My only recourse at this point is to dispute it with my credit card company. I hope they will do the morally and ethically right thing, and refuse to pay Ferguson.com. It's a shame that an American company scams people. Shame on them. Ferguson should not be rewarded for scamming people. I'm also very disappointed in the poor quality of Kohler, which is not cheap!

    I ordered a faucet in Chrome instead of brushed. Without taking the part out of the box I ordered the proper one and returned the faucet per their instructions. I was notified that the faucet was "damaged" and I would not have my money refunded, but they would send me the faucet for another $12. Since I never looked at the faucet closely, it may have been damaged from already being returned once, who knows. A picture was not provided.

    I purchased a shower door, bathtub and shower faucet from Ferguson in Cedar Rapids from Ashley. We hired a professional to install the door. The professional glass installer said it was not possible to install the door as the lip of bathtub was too narrow. I called Ashley who was rude about a return and suggested I contact someone who knew what they were doing. She charged a 10% restock fee, would not refund it back to my card stating I would get a check in 2 weeks. After further research, I discovered home depot had the exact same door, same manufacturer and glass thickness for 30% less. I was also over charged for the tub and shower faucet.

    Reading the other reviews about Ferguson, I can hardly believe it is the same company I dealt with. I just moved into a house where a part was missing from the sink drain. It was installed in 1992 and I couldn't find the part anywhere. Ferguson parts tracked it down for me and sent a new one at no charge.

    I placed an order for some pipe and fittings, around $8000 worth. When delivered, I noticed that there were several items that I hadn't ordered. They are refusing to take it back, saying that I should have caught it before accepting, and it was all special order. The parts were of a different material, and the wrong size but they are trying to stick me with $1200 in materials I did not order, and cannot use.

    On 10/3/2012, I filled the soap/lotion dispenser that was installed in the kitchen, inserted in the granite Jan 2012 by my contractor. Within 30 minutes, I noticed pink dish soap all over the floor. I opened the sink cabinet and saw pink soap all over the bottom of the cabinet. The bottle from the dispenser had broken off from the neck of the bottle. It had yellow dish soap in it and was on the bottom of the sink cabinet.

    I went to speak to the manager at Ferguson in Forked River. He told me 99 percent of customers break the bottles. I had nothing under the sink to have the bottle and my sink is a deep sink. My sink cabinet was destroyed; he has done nothing to help me. I brought the bottle in. I also told him I wanted a factory rep, who sells his company the bottle. He has done nothing. I want a new cabinet, and I want the contractor who installed it to install the new one. The cabinet was $600. Labor is $500 per day.

    Cooktop cannot be cleaned of spots; oven electronic controls are so hard to push it is rarely used; dishwasher finally fixed after many attempts and working properly (for the moment).

    I want someone to call me and tell me how to clean the cooktop and how the controls could be adjusted or if I can have the oven replaced. Overall rating: no star!

    We recently completed construction on a very upscale residence in Westover Hills Texas. It was completed in November of 2009. Our outdoor kitchen consists of Viking Grill, Cooler, and Ice maker. Every piece of equipment has had to be serviced or replaced. Recently, the week before 4th of July, the ice maker stopped working as well, for the second time.

    Ferguson was contacted and a work order was issued to CW Service. We have been without ice maker ever since, and we are told that the part is still a week out. This Customer has been without this unit for a full month in the middle of summer in Texas and needs this matter resolved. This unit needs to be replaced. It created an inconvenient situation during the heat of summer, including the biggest Summer Holiday, in an area that was designed and built to entertain with convenience.

    On 16th of June, I purchased $3955.73. worth of bathroom items, tub, swan-stone tub/shower surround, toilet, swan-stone vanity top. I was informed by sales consultant that swan-stone would need 10 days for order. On 18th of June, Ferguson delivered a partial delivery minus the swan-stone tub surround and vanity top which would be in around 28th of June. On 28th of June, I called Ferguson and was advised by the sales consultant, who took my initial order, that they were having some kind of problem with the swan-stone's run and that an additional 10 days would be required for delivery.

    On 13th of July I contacted Ferguson again and was informed by sales supervisor that their sale consultant had erred on my order and that I should be receiving my order sometime around Friday, the 16th of July. In the meantime, I had contacted Swan-stone who advised me they did not have any issues and in fact, they had 10 tub/shower surrounds in stock and available for delivery. The issue is that Ferguson has received my full payment since June 16, but they has not confirmed a sure delivery. I had planned the refurbishing of my bathroom based on their initial delivery schedule, and I only have a 1-bath home.

    When I had advised Ferguson that I had filed a Better Business and Consumers affairs complaint about their customer service, the Supervisor stated that I should have contacted her and not the Sales consultant. Besides, Consumers and Better Business had no teeth anyway and that she could have helped. I advised her that I had contacted Ferguson numerous times, and also had been informed that she was made aware of my order problems. As of this writing, I'm still without a bathroom vanity top and a tub/shower. I am awaiting on their delivery of which I still do not have a confirmed date.

    I'm a 100% disabled Veteran, who lives in a 1-bath home and have been without a bathroom sink or tub and shower since June 28. This has resulted in me having to shower at family members' homes every morning which involves driving 10 miles each way.
