    Horrible customer service and attitude. These guys can't ship a simple product on time. Does not matter whether the product is on their trucks or on UPS. It is always someone else's fault. Why do these guys exist? If you cannot get a product shipped on time in this day and age, why should you be in business? Who cares how good your product catalog is. Your product delivery and customer service is probably the worse in the country and you don't own up to it. You keep blaming UPS. Unbelievable!

    I had a large order for a bathroom remodel and one of the Kohler fixtures came in scratched. The box was in terrible shape and I’m pretty sure it was a return. They sent me a replacement and the finish was worn off so I refused it. Just got a call from the Ferguson Rep saying her warehouse manager called her and they don’t see anything wrong with the replacement why did I refuse it? So some other poor unsuspecting soul is going to get it and have to return it. That being said my Sales rep was wonderful and made everything so easy so I guess it’s a trade off.

      Go anywhere else. Disappointing customer service, delivery incompetence at every level (it's as if they've never done this before). Ordered $23k of kitchen appliances and bathroom fixtures and they have failed delivery twice. We are scheduling the 3rd attempt because they don't "have enough manpower." It has been over a month and still not likely to get these next week. Home Depot Cafe line was a much better price, Ferguson agreed to match price, they were happy to charge my card, now can't get them to fulfil the order. This is causing delays to contractor schedule and costing additional money. Edgar, delivery scheduler keeps saying "I put in the notes that we need additional manpower, that's all I can do." Gary ** sales guy no longer answering calls. Save your project money and go anywhere else.

      I placed a large order and I called within a 24 hr window and asked to cancel a couple of items from the order and they said, "No, we cannot do any order cancellations." Then I asked if I could chance the delivery address and NO they said, "We cannot." So I will never buy from this company again. And I will not recommend it to anyone.

      Spent $11,700 on a GE Monogram integrated fridge/freezer just less than 2yrs ago. Fridge is not maintaining cold. Thermostat is bad. Called for service, my bad, they don’t offer any service on appliances they sell. Advised me (very nicely)to call GE. Of course GE wants to argue on the warranty. Gave a couple of suggests on repair service places. Our mistake for buying from a big prestigious national company. We should have bought from Jonathan’s Used Appliances in Spruce Pine, NC. Not only will it be cheaper, he delivers, he sends repair man to your house to fix if there are any problems! He also doesn’t charge you an arm and a leg!! Nothing fancy just your basic stuff!!

      Purchased a brand name vent hood from Ferguson Home. Upon arrival found it was damaged. Contacted their customer service and agreed to send a replacement vent hood. Second one arrived damaged as well. Contacted customer service again requesting refund and instructions on how to return items. Two weeks later, after the agreed upon 10 days for refund and time to send instructions, nothing arrived. Contacted customer service again and sat of the phone for 35 minutes. Talked to another customer service person who then sent an email telling me to trash the two units and that my refund would be issued in 3-5 days. Here it is 7 days later and nothing. BBB has been contacted with detailed complaint filed, and am pursuing legal action if this is not resolved in the next week. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

      Great company with wide variety of quality products. Only complaint and it is significant: trying to call the local showroom is impossible. You have to go through a centralized system, and they NEVER answer promptly, then they try to transfer to someone locally (and it never goes through), then you leave a message and you never get called back. The worst phone system that I have ever experienced! Please let me call the local showroom!!!

      Thought using local business with a showroom would simplify process, but we were shocked when ordered toilets, which were confirmed to be available locally were shipped from AZ and CA through new Build.com, adding additional time and a lot of aggravation... Musical chairs with toilets. Staff at showroom not very helpful and tried to sell us older merchandise. We selected newer products ourselves.

      My husband and I just purchased a brand new built home by RCI October 28. I keep hearing that Ferguson is the supplier of their appliances. Premier A/C was just at my home yesterday because of clicking noise my brand new furnace was making. Come to find out the blower is bad and it was suggested to us not to use our unit at all. Guess what... It was 31 degrees and icy outside. We can't get any help until Monday and that because Premier A/C is ordering another unit to take the blower out to replace mine, because anything from the warehouse would be 7-10 days. This is ridiculous. Our brand new home is freezing because of what you stock. Also, our brand new oven won't turn off. We have to turn the breaker off to get the oven to stop heating. This is unacceptable. A brand new home.
