The team at Ella’s Bubbles was fine and their professionalism and knowledge were great. I bought The Royal and though it doesn't have everything, it has a few features and it seems like a good product.

I'm 80 years old and have not been able to take a bath in over 10 years because I can't get in and out in the stupid thing. The one thing I wanted for myself is a place to sit down, take a bath and relax. When spending money and having to use the tub every day, you want something that fits what you're anticipating, not what it sometimes ends up being. I spent more than two months researching walk-in tubs and decided what I liked and didn't like about them. I had my daughter-in-law look at those up in Dallas. Couldn't find one, decided to go with a shower, and by accident, found Ella's Bubbles' site, went to it, had everything I wanted, including the price.

The sales rep from Ella’s Bubbles was very good. We had already had another brand in that talked to us and we had a lot of questions. With Ella’s Bubbles rep, there was this genuine concern for the situation and trying to give us the best price and the best product. I decided to go with them based on the price and the information I received.

I was searching for a tub online and everything was great with the sales rep. They called, we talked, they followed up and they made sure that everything was going the way we wanted. I bought the wheelchair accessible tub, which was the one that Ella’s Bubbles had on their website. The payment was easy and the tub arrived in town within 48 hours. It was packaged well and well-protected. It went in without a hitch. I was able to fit it in the area that I had and they had the heated seat. I love the double drain. It helps it to clean well.

I bought a tub from Ella's Bubbles at Home Depot. It took a little while for me to understand what the product did. I didn’t understand the difference between air, massage, and exfoliate. Customer service kinda told me that I could have two of the three so I ended up buying the massage and the air. I don’t know exactly what I’m gonna get from that yet, but I’m hoping to get to try it eventually when the installers get out of my bathroom. I called Ella's and asked for an installer. They referred me to somebody but I didn’t use that guy. I chose my own remodeler and I had the tub installed.

I found Ella's Bubbles online. It’s a local here in Chicago but I was able to go into the warehouse and take a look at the tub that I got. I liked that. I also liked the price compared to the other ones and with Ella's Bubbles, there was a variety of sizes that I could choose from. I was looking for something that was wide and long enough for my husband after he had hip surgery. I liked some of the width that some other companies had but they didn’t have so many sizes to offer.

We purchased our Ella's Bubbles tub on Amazon. It showed up on time. We installed it and everything went fine. If I had to put another walk-in tub in, I would use Ella's Bubbles again.

We've had our Ella’s Bubbles tub for a couple of weeks. We did the installation and it was a little difficult but also a little easy. Some stuff was easy, but some stuff was difficult like mounting it.

I came across Ella's Bubbles through Amazon and I liked the price. I got a two-person tub. I wanted a tub that could fit two people. They gave me a delivery timeframe from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. They called me later and let me know when they would be here, but I’m sitting around the house waiting all day for that call. Otherwise, I’m perfectly happy with everything.

The woman from Ella's Bubbles with whom I spoke with was wonderful. I bought an Ultimate tub through her and the installation was conducted by Bathrooms By Design. The owner, Jim was a wonderful guy as well and he had a master plumber, master electrician, tile installer and a carpenter with him. They did a good job and built the tub right in. Before that there was an oversized double Whirlpool which was like half a bathroom. When the installers took that out, they rebuilt the whole thing to box the new tub in. The tile goes right to the ceiling and all around the tub.

Ella's Bubbles has a good value product based on what features the tub has and the price point versus the price point of other tubs with less features. We got the Ella Ultimate and it had a lot of jets on the floor and on the back and it had some lights. Its quality is competitive.

When I built my house, I got a shower that’s got a low lip on it. I shopped at Lowe’s in Marble Falls, Texas and Ella's Bubbles was the only one that had the shower design that I wanted. I picked the shower I wanted and they sent it to me. I had a couple of guys install it and when I I gave them specific instructions on what to do, they did it and they had no major troubles. I really like the shower. It's the best and it's exactly what I wanted.

I’m a contractor and I ordered a walk-in tub with massage and therapeutic LED lighting from Ella's Bubbles for a client. We also added a heated seat and the headrest. We haven't put it in yet and it's just sitting in a crate ‘til we get the house done, but the rep was excellent and I’d recommend them.

I first came across Ella's Bubbles on Amazon and I went with them for their price. My wife picked out the product and though the installation was a little difficult, it was fine.

Ella's Bubbles had a good rating and I liked the options and the pricing. I got the Ultimate tub four weeks ago. The rep lacked some technical knowledge that I kinda needed. So, she would have to keep referring to their technical team. But in general, she was very helpful and the interaction was good.

I got the handicapped model with the door that opens outward from Ella Bubbles. As far as with the salespeople explaining the capacity of the hot water tank, I feel like that shouldn’t be left to the consumer to just understand what they need to have. I had no clue how many gallons of water I needed. I only have managed to take a lukewarm bath a couple of times I’ve used it. I need to get a bigger water heater.

The tub from Ella’s Bubbles is amazing and I love it. I purchased it a couple of months ago and Dave, the salesman, was great. He did everything for me. I went through all of the choices and the one I wanted was the tub for two. My tub did not come in a box, which was making me think that it was a used tub. I told Dave about that, but he said that it was new and that I didn't have to worry about it. But how would I know that?

I had already picked out a walk-in bathtub and ordered it and then I left for a month while the bathroom was being done. When I returned, I found out that the manufacturer of the tub I ordered had stopped so the supplier couldn’t provide it to me anymore. So I started doing my own search and found Ella’s. What I really needed, even more than the walk-in was a transfer tub. And that’s something that I didn’t really see others offering as good a tub as what Ella’s Bubbles have offered. When I purchased the tub, I just sent an email requesting information. Then I received a call-back and they sent a brochure. I proceeded to do some due diligence on it, decided that it’s what I wanted, and they worked with me. They were very nice and straightforward. I also talked to a fellow in the customer service by the name of Sergio. He has been very helpful.

I purchased a walk-in bathtub which has the bubbles and the jacuzzi from Ella's Bubbles. It’s a very nice-looking unit. Their reps were also very helpful. When we were missing two hoses, the department where they would carry all that stuff, immediately got it in the mail and FedExed it to us.

We were doing a bathroom renovation for my mother. So we were looking for a walk-in tub, and Ella's Bubbles came up on the search. The sales rep I spoke with directly at Ella's was superb. He was easy to get ahold of. We had the tub installed. We had Home Depot come in and do the tile work around the tub and on the floor. But something apparently went wrong with the installers and there was a technical issue. The warranty was great, and we got the tub repaired. They stand behind the product, and their customer service was superb. My mother has the model with the lights, the whirlpool feature and the air bubbles. We like the well-made door. I have recommended Ella's to everyone that I think may be in need of that.

I like that the products of Ella's Bubbles are made in the United States. I asked my wife what she wanted and she picked the micro bubbles and the water jets. We made the purchase a month ago and interacting with the reps was very good. The dealer I talked to was good as well as their service tech.

We got our Ella Deluxe massage walk in bathtub, I got it out of the box and fill the tub to check it for leaks before installation and notice a good leak. I have to pack the tub back and take it back to Lowe's. Hope can get a replacement tub quickly. Hernan **

I was looking for a tub and I got a hold of Ella's Bubbles. I called them on a Wednesday and I had the tub here by Monday, and that was a long way. A plumber hooked the tub up for me and he didn't have any trouble at all and he was gone in a few minutes. The tub is expensive, but it's the best one in the market. You can fill the bottom part up with just a few inches of water and you can get in and fill it up instead of filling up the whole tub with water. That's the only tub in the market that does that. I've had it for about a month and I like everything about it. It's a little bit hard to adjust the leg levelers, but that's pretty common on anything like that. Overall, the guys from Ella's Bubbles are good people and they know what they're doing. They gave good service all the way around.

Ella’s Bubbles offered more features, and the sales rep was good and courteous. I purchased the walk-in tub about three months ago, and we had a construction company in town set it up. We've just got it installed, and it was good. We had a total renovation of the bathroom, and it was a long process that took about three months. My experience with Ella's Bubbles is, so far, so good.

I ended up having to block the salesman that works for Ella's Bubbles installer company after he continued to harass me. They insist that the company itself had nothing to do with the people hired by their installation company. They reported that they fired him. I don't feel comfortable giving them a good review, but I don't know if they deserve a good one.

About a month ago, I purchased a wheelchair-accessible, jetted walk-in tub from Ella's Bubbles. My experience in dealing with their rep was very good. We put the tub in ourselves, and it's a high-quality tub. I’m very happy with it.

I purchased a tub from Ella's Bubbles three years ago. I did a lot of research. My mother is elderly and has been with me for 16 years. Our walk-in shower was no longer working and I was trying to find something that I could get for her that would work for her at that time. The Infusion MicroBubble appealed to me. My mother has very thin skin. Her skin could actually tear just by using a face cloth. With the Infusion MicroBubble added, you do not have to rub the skin with anything. Plus, it eliminates the need for soap. It just takes all the dead skin off and your skin is like silk. She’s gonna be 98 this year, she has better skin than me.

A supply company in Joplin, Missouri had given us a brochure for Ella's Bubbles. I called the company, they asked questions, and I found out that I could buy directly. So, I made a purchase for a walk-in tub from Ella's Bubbles two weeks ago. It was the top of the line and it got the whole works as far as the customization so it has everything that they could furnish.

I saw Ella's Bubbles on Amazon when I was doing a Google search and then I contacted them directly. I liked their options and the price. Also, Daphne was great to work with and fulfilled everything I needed. I bought the Ultimate tub with the glass enclosure a couple of weeks ago and they were able to customize my order. I added microbubbles, aromatherapy, the heated seat, and the digital controls. I had the tub delivered and the experience was fine.

I learned about Ella's Bubbles through research and the lines in their tub looked better than the other ones. I called them to see what they had and I picked it up at Lowe's, and then a licensed tub installer installed it for me. I've had the tub for just under a year. I would've probably went a different way completely had I done more research, because the water does actually pool in the cracks, the recesses around the center of the tub, when it was said it wouldn't do that. Also, I would suggest that if they're gonna have that type of tub with a seat in it, they need to have the panels go all the way down to the ground and not have a seam in the middle of it.

A customer of mine picked an Ella’s Bubbles shower enclosure for a remodel that I did for them. The installation was straightforward but the enclosure had a manufacturing issue. One of the parts of the fiberglass chipped. So, Ella’s Bubbles had to send out a repair crew to come fix it up. Arranging that was very easy though. The hardest part was trying to coordinate with the customer to coordinate with the fix up crew. Still, Ella’s Bubbles was pretty good and they were responsive.

I liked that the door opened out on the Ella’s Bubbles tub and it drained quickly. There are two drains. There is also the head rest where you lay your head against. Then everything else was basic that everybody else had – the air jets, the water jets and the showerhead. I checked out all the rest of the companies online and although there were a couple of things that Ella’s Bubbles didn’t have, those things that I wanted, they had. The only trouble is that the tub takes 15 minutes or more to fill up. You would be sitting in this tub naked and the water is filling up for 15 minutes. It is really a pain. If I had known that, then I wouldn’t have bought one. The water jets on our feet aren’t strong enough either. But I don’t know if you can adjust it by turning the ones on your back down and put the pressure to the feet. We haven’t tried that yet. I made the purchase three weeks ago and it was installed two weeks ago.

I did some research online and I liked that Ella's Bubbles has the two-seater tub where one can bend. So, I made a purchase and I had a very good experience with their rep. I had a question and they answered it. Then I called back and I asked more questions. The delivery was on time and everything came in good shape. The whole process was not difficult and I was pleased. And then, I had my own installer, Bob, and he did a good job. I wish I got a bigger tub but that's on me. The tub is smaller than I expected. If it was in a showroom where I could actually see it, I would have made a better decision. And so, a showroom would be great.

We purchased the shorty walk-in from Ella's Bubbles. It's the smallest one they make and it has the enclosed side and a panel to enclose one end. So, it does not have to go in a bath installation. That was the other selling point. We only had two walls to install it in. Also, it has the heated seat. For deliveries, we get FedEx down here and we even get fuel delivery trucks down here and those are not problems. But anything bigger than that and it becomes a serious issue. When the tub was delivered to me in Maine, they put it on a 40-foot long 18-wheeler and it was the only thing in the back of the truck. They had to literally drop it at the top of the driveway. Thankfully, my neighbor has a pickup truck, so we slid it off the 18-wheeler straight into the back of his pickup and he just backed out. He and I unloaded it into the garage and that was fine. As I understand it, this was a third party contract. This was not Ella's Bubbles itself.

Ella's Bubbles was chosen by my client and we purchased a standard tub from them. The rep explained everything as far as the details of the product, and our interaction was fine.

I filled out a form and David, the Ella's Bubbles rep, called right away. He did a good job of telling me all the reasons I would really like the bath and we decided to purchase it. We built a new bathroom. I told the rep what I wanted on it and that is how it came. My builder and his team did the installation and it was very good. And as far as how the bathroom looks, my experience was very positive.

I liked the style at Ella's Bubbles. I knew what I was looking for and I ordered it online. I got the shower and it seems to be okay. I installed it myself. I didn’t have any problems and it is working good.

Ella's Bubbles looked like a better product. I liked the number of jets, adjustability, and accessories. Also, the reps were very professional and courteous. They even checked out the price of other locations and reduced theirs until theirs was lesser. The product weighs 310 pounds, so it had to have a pallet delivery, and it was delivered by a truck and into the garage. The packaging of the material was so that nothing inside was damaged, which is very good. I wish they would include a how-to video though. Overall, my experience with Ella's Bubbles was excellent. They delivered what they promised, and they were on time.

We had a very bad experience with Ella’s Bubbles and it resulted in a big loss at the project that we took. The item was very unprofessionally delivered and also, it wasn’t as it was described. Ella’s Bubbles cost us $5,000 to $6,000. We purchased from them on December 10th and we were promised that the item would be delivered within a week, but we got it almost a month later and then delayed the project completely over a month. The customer had to stay in a hotel because the project wasn’t completed nearly a month. And then, the bathtub wasn’t pre-drilled, and the shower faucet wasn’t there. We don’t make a tub drilling and that was why I had to hire another person to come and make a hole on the acrylic tub. It was a completely messed up experience.

I was looking for a walk-in shower for my husband and I went to Home Depot and Lowe’s, and I didn’t care for the product lines. So, I went on the internet and I liked the fact that Ella’s Bubbles could customize my order and make it to my specifications. I sent an e-mail of inquiry and dealt with their lady sales representative. I dealt with her back and forth on e-mail and placed my order through her. After I placed my order, she even e-mailed me right away and said, “You realize now that this won’t go in a house that’s already built.” And I e-mailed her back saying that I have realized that, and that I was ripping out the wall to put it in. And she said okay. She was a very nice lady.

I bought a bathtub for my mother in Oklahoma and I had it shipped, and Ella’s Bubbles was quick. They got the tub that I wanted and got it when and where I wanted it. The representatives were nice as well. They did what they were supposed to do, kept in contact and got it done. It's a great tub and my mother is happy with it.

Ella’s Bubbles had more options and the prices were good. I'm a contractor. I put in over 30 walk-in tubs last year and when I saw the Ella’s Bubbles tub, I thought we would try it. Working on the product was easier than the last time because everything is already put together on when I got them. The sales representative was very prompt on getting the process back and since I started dealing with her, I’ve sold five or six already.

I found Ella’s Bubbles while searching through Google and it looked like they had the product that I wanted. Everything went really smoothly with my interactions with their rep. They were very responsive, got me what I needed and took good care of me. I bought the wheelchair-accessible tub and self-installed it. I'm 100% satisfied with my purchase.

Installation problems include: a) Tub not level. b) Power GFIs inside enclosure, no ready access to do a reset. c) Replacement doors hung poorly, had to be adjusted by homeowner to latch w/o extreme efforts.

I bought the Ella Elite after much research on walk-in tubs. I could not be more pleased. I am the envy of my family. It is easy to get in and out with it, convenient hand holds. My plumber put in an oversized drain and a full tub drains in one minute. The frosted door makes the tub look elegant. Thank you, it is perfect.

I absolutely love my shower. We purchased a walk in shower due to my wife being in a wheelchair now. In order for her to come home from the hospital I had to have this done. Customer support helped me track down the location of the shower during Transit so that I can pick it up a week early. They were more than happy to help and I greatly appreciate that.

Inquiring about products. The sales person was pleasant and helpful. However, I am disappointed with the prices. As a contractor, I am finding more and more clients who need to replace their tub/shower with low or (no curb) shower. It seems to me a high quality 60" shower could be mass produced to meet this need at a reasonable price.

Bad services and was never contacted back. Ever after calling 2 times. I will not use a company that does not call me back. It makes me wonder what would happen if I even needed help with a product.. .I would never get a hold of them. Will not do business with them anymore.

I was looking for bathtubs, and so I've searched the internet and found Ella's Bubbles. They seemed to have more tub features. The heated seat is not a common thing. It also has both kinds of bubbles. I like the size of the tub and the fact that it had the dual drains that I thought was a good deal. The reps at Ella's were excellent. We were very pleased. There was a couple parts that were missing. My contractors were so busy they didn't even get the tub installed for months. And so, they didn't notice anything that was missing, but when we got to do the final installation, they discovered that a couple of parts were missing.

I stumbled into Ella's Bubbles on the internet. And they answered the phone and I talked to a real person. They also had a number of features that I was interested in. I got the Malibu and I've had it for three months. The reps were very cordial and they answered my questions. I've had a couple of problems while I was installing the tub, and they've been really helpful in trying to work through that. Overall, they were responsive. They didn't try to sell me anything that I didn't want, which was a very common experience with the other walk-in tub vendors. One of the things that I was really attracted to was the idea that they weren't trying to sell installation. Everybody else, they don't care what you buy, as long as they can install it. And that's the keeper. I didn't want anybody else to install it. I'm happy they let me do it.

We got a Big4Two tub from Ella's Bubbles, and we got the additional Microbubbles which we like. Their rep, Daniela, was great. We wanted the tub shipped to Alaska, and it was not gonna happen, but she made it happen. We like the quality of the tub. It's great. At first, one of the wires was not hooked up, and it wasn't working right. So, we had to call and we had talk to Ella's technicians, which was a little bit of a challenge. But they did their best to help with that and they finally got it figured out. Overall, we're very pleased with Ella's Bubbles.

I am 100 years old and my wife is 88, and we decided that there would come a time when we would need a walk-in tub. We were trying to get ahead of the game. A plumber that sold the tubs told me about Ella's Bubbles, but I didn’t buy from him. I bought a tub directly from Ella and it looks good. It was well-created. It looks like it’s gonna be okay, but I don’t have it hooked up yet. They got it in the bathroom now, but they are gonna hook it up, and they are gonna make it free standing in the middle. We got a huge house and a huge bathroom, so I am just putting it in the middle of the floor.

I was building a house for my daughter, son-in-law and granddaughter. I researched online and I found Ella's Bubbles. Then I checked with some folks that dealt with Ella's Bubbles and have been satisfied with them. I bought two walk-in tubs. One was a dual seater and one was a single-seater. I ordered one on phone and it came out of New Jersey. Our granddaughter has cerebral palsy. And aside from the tub, she has a walk-around seated shower. But she prefers the tub over the walk-around and uses it 95% of the time. We've recommended Ella's Bubbles and we’ve had people come to look at the two tubs with the two views.

I liked the styles of the Ella's Bubbles walk-in tubs. And when I called them, I had a great experience. I spoke with Daphne and she was the one that worked with me in putting the order together. She worked with me on the price, and everything went so smoothly. I'm certainly impressed with the company and the folks that I've dealt with so far, especially, Daphne. I purchased a tub for a client. I'm an interior designer, so it's for a project. And my client is very excited about her new tub. I would definitely work with Ella's Bubbles again. I'd look at the entire product line and I'd refer Ella's Bubbles as well.

Several of the other “top 5” tubs were insanely expensive. It was a joke. The tub company that came out wanted around $18,500 for the tub and to install it. Ella’s Bubbles, on the other hand, had more options and the quality and price were there. I bought a Royal from them and we had it modified. We had the hydro jet, the air jet, the micro-bubbles with the heated seats and back rest, the ozone, the inward swing door, fast-fill, double-drain and the essential oils. We also had the aromatherapy and light therapy. I was impressed with the sales representatives at Ella’s. The rep answered all my questions about anything that I wanted and was helpful. I've recommended Ella’s Bubbles and my boss is probably gonna buy one.

I was looking on the internet for different brands of walk-in tubs. I was really interested in Kohler, and I had an appointment for them to come out to the house, and talk to them but they canceled on me. Plus, they wouldn’t allow my contractors to install, so I said, “To heck with it.” The other ones, like Jacuzzi, was way too expensive. Maybe Kohler would’ve been, too. The other ones were cheaper gel tubs that didn’t have the options we wanted. I called American Standard because they make so many different models of tubs, but they don’t have a heated seat on any of them. So, I knew that was something we wanted so I just didn’t bother.

I've done a lot of research and other options with tubs. Ella's Bubbles had the most unique and more updated modern look with the glass door. It fits the space I have perfectly, which is six feet. However, it's a little more narrow as I thought it would be a little wider. I had my own contractor install it because we're getting a home. I got good pricing on the installation. I know it can be expensive but they did it for under $600, which meant a whole build-out to the drywall. It's just perfect and it's gonna be great in its spot. They did a run-through to make sure all the components on the tub were operating properly, and they work.

I came across Ella's online as I was researching a whole bunch of different tubs for my mom. I like that I could work with the company and it wasn't a whole big schedule. The came out to our house and showed us all these things which have to be professionally installed by them. They were very convenient that way. They were also priced several thousand dollars better. I purchased the tub in August. It seems to have been installed rather easily because we were prepared for the kind of tub. The installers were able to put the plumbing that the tub required for the quick drain right away. They were also able to put in the electricals needed to run it.

I will buy from Ella’s Bubbles! I have learned the ins and outs of walk-in bathtubs from their informative CSR’s. Although I have not made my purchase yet, I have been researching walk-in tubs for three years. I pride myself in being informed about all aspects from purchasing to delivery and installation. Ella’s Bubbles has been there answering my endless questions about sizes, features, materials, hot water heaters, etc. The CSR’s are so knowledgable, and at one point even went out on to the warehouse floor and answered a very specific question about a particular tub!

Ella's Bubbles seemed to be a reputable company and it is said that the walk-in tub is good for disabled people. But the Ella Bariatric tub had damage when it arrived. One of the pipes was leaking for the last nine months and Ella's didn't seem to want to accept responsibility for it. They wouldn't acknowledge it. Eventually, they said if I could get it fixed, they would reimburse me. I assumed they'd fix it, so I haven't got it done.

One of my customers had seen some of Ella's Bubbles' product available on Wayfair, and then we contacted Ella's Bubbles directly to see if I could buy from them directly. I signed an application form to be able to buy direct. It only has been a couple of months and so far, I’ve only made one purchase. There were a couple of issues with it though. There was damage slightly to the tub. They authorized for me to send a repair person and to send them the bill. I just sent the bill today, so I’m hoping that’s gonna be paid and no issues with that. The other issue is there was something missed in the box for shipping but that was immediately sent out and very quickly received. So, that part was great.

We have the phone number to contact and Kelly as the person to talk with. At the present time we had occasion to call when a part came undone. There was a quick response and the tech said it could just be screwed in. Something my husband had suggested. We love the tub and wish we had purchased it sooner.

I had researched other tubs, and Ella’s Bubbles had what I was looking for. They reps answered the questions and they did everything. I ordered the tub over the telephone, and everything came together just like it was planned. We got the largest companion tub that gave us the opportunity to soak without filling the whole tub up. My girlfriend was overwhelmed with its size and its construction, and it is acrylic instead of fiber glass, which makes it more valuable.

The installation was done with a private contractor and it’s not fully ready to use yet. He’s still messing around with it. Ella’s Bubbles was very good.

My patient, Wilma, fell in the shower and fractured three of her ribs. After that, she didn’t wanna get back in the shower. She’s just living on Social, and it got to the point where she just couldn’t afford a new tub. I felt sorry for her. We started going online with Amazon and we saw the advertisement for Ella's Bubbles. We had three different companies come out and they gave us their feedback with their pictures. But the Ella's Bubbles tub was at half the price. However, we had to find someone to put the tub in. Also, it was a problem to get the tub in from the bedroom into the bathroom because the door wasn’t wide enough. So the installers had to take the door frame off. It wasn’t a simple job and I almost paid as much for the installation as I did the tub itself. The tub was installed over a week and the room was all torn up.

We bought a tub that has a heated seat and the lights from Ella’s Bubbles. It is sitting where a previous foot bowl and clawed tub sat. The water is up against the wall, and the tub is sitting out in the middle. It is open all around. But they were able to set this up with the sides and the other sides so that we could get it in to where we needed it. We had a question about the heated seat. There was a wire missing, and I emailed Ella’s Bubbles, and no one ever responded to us about it. I had to hire a plumber to come out and put it in. The heated area seems to be working, but there’s still a wire missing. It’s accounted for, but they never answered our question about it. They should have offered installation with the price we're paying. It would have been nice if they could have thrown in the installation or a person, because it was really hard to get somebody out here that wanna do it.

Ella’s Bubbles' reviews were positive and their customer service is good. I got their top of the shelf walk-in tub model. I had a couple of conversations with a saleswoman who helped me pick the right products. And then after the fact, they had one technical issue that they were able to resolve by sending out a new part. Everything was really customer-oriented. There were a few things that could be sorted out a little bit better, but overall, it was a relatively easy installation. The quality of the final product is good. I’m pleased with it. Ella’s Bubbles is a good company and my experience was really positive.

The tub itself had three issues: operation manual was incomplete, thigh massage needed on control side, crotch jet needs to be adjustable. Overall rating is 5 star even with above issues. I was looking for a particular bath tub and Ella's Bubbles had the style that I couldn't find anywhere else. The sales representatives at Ella's were very nice. We ordered the tub then they just had it shipped, and it was delivered very quickly. My plumber had a few questions about installation, and they sent over all the literature that I needed to get that done. They did a great job. Everything went very smoothly and I couldn't be happier with them. If I ever need something else in the future, I'll definitely give them a call.

We got Ella's Bubbles for our bathroom remodel because their tub opens up and we can put a wheelchair off to it to get somebody in. My brother helped us put it in. He had never done two drains but he figured it out. We just put it in the corner, so the back of it is against the wall in the corner. The front's open, so we can walk around the front of it and the side of it. I really liked it. My aunt was going downhill and I wouldn't have been able to bath her if I didn't have it. Ella's Bubbles was great. They gave me a good price for the tub. I bought it about six months ago, and I was renovating the house, so I had the tub hooked up about three weeks ago. I bought this for my mother because she is at an age where she needs something more safe. I'm praying that they can do something because I paid off 10 grand for this tub. But being a jack of all trades, I could have done it myself too.

I'm very satisfied with Ella's Bubbles. Daniela is the one I dealt with almost every time I called in for information on the price, the swing out door and the sizes. There was a particular situation as well and she helped me make sure I got dual massage. So she did a good job and I was very pleased. The price was also fair compared to the sunken one I had in there previously. It was naturally more but I expected that.

My mom had a stroke and we ended up removing her bathtub and putting a walk-in tub from Ella's Bubbles in. I called on the phone and had the order done in five minutes. The rep had a receipt, sent me a copy of the invoice and told me to double check before she ran the credit card. Ella's Bubbles had the two-person bathtub that I couldn’t find on any other site. I’ve seen Ella’s Bubbles on Amazon, but I called them directly and the rep said she would sell the tub to me directly because she didn’t wanna do another one through Amazon. So, I had somebody come in and look at and measure everything. Ella's didn’t high-pressure me, they sent a salesman in who was really good and then I got the Companion tub. A licensed plumber and electrician helped me put it in. I put it up on a 2x4 to give me more clearance to hook the drain up. I only have 32-inch doors, so I got the smaller door. It went right in place and I left about 16 inches back for the wall. When I got ready to hook the drain up, I had a guy get down in between and hook the drain up, and they went flawlessly. I’ve put up a four-inch drain on it. It started outside through the wall and down to the drain pipe.

I had a geriatric person in a wheelchair so I was looking for a tub that could accommodate him. Then, I found Ella's Bubbles online. The tub I got is with a door and it has bubbles and a heated seat and back. The installation was done by a general contractor and a plumber was sent out. The rep I spoke to was nice but we had issues with the contractor. When they purchased it, they said that the tub had been ordered and they said it was in stock. It was supposed to come on a certain date but, it did not come on the date and nobody knew where it was so it held up the job tremendously. They were expecting it to be delivered but it was not even ordered and it was a big mess.

We purchased the tub which has the door that opens out, it's taller than most others and fits in where the bathtub was. We wanted something that would fit on that space without having to do the re-tile work from the bathroom floor and it had the dimension width-wise to cover the tiles. The acrylic finish and some of the features were all offered in, and I picked up a good structural frame. We picked the tiles we wanted and they even picked up the tiles for us. They brought them out and installed them. They did the tile work and they all fit in. The installation was well done. They followed up and it was an excellent service.

We wanted the door of our tub to open to the outside. But, most of the doors of those that we were able to locate locally opened to the inside. We weren't able to overcome the door issue, so we looked around. I wasn't pleased with the sales end of our interaction with the rep at Ella's Bubbles. We wound up coming back the second time and getting a hold of somebody else. Thereafter, we were very pleased with the rest of the process. We ordered the tub from Ella's Bubbles and had it shipped in. It was eventually installed by our local plumber. Since then however, we've had a couple of small issues. One of the drains would not open after the first time we filled it, so I had the plumbers come back and we had to do some work on the cable that controls the drains. It has taken an awful lot of pressure to open them.

However, on the technical side, there was not much documentation before purchasing the tub, such as the specs for the product and the technical documentation on how to connect or if there were some questions. If more documentation is available such as diagrams and connection details, that would help.

I spoke to a lady from Ella's Bubbles on the phone, Daphne and she was good and we went through it. I wanted a tub that opened out because as my father gets older, he can't stand up. I found that Ella's Bubbles had some of the best options and availability for that. It could use some improvement in a few areas. It was ship to me in a crate. I was in a suite in South Louisiana when it was delivered and I just did a quick oversight and it was not screwed down to the crate very well. They didn't do a good job. So it moved inside the crate and that damaged it a little bit.

We researched a lot and had quotes from several companies but we really like the look of Ella's Bubbles' tub. It doesn't look like an old people’s bathtub and the design of it was important to us. One of the tubs we saw, which was Kohler, was a wonderful product but costs almost twice as much. Although Ella's Bubbles tub was not the cheapest, it was certainly not the most expensive either, and it is really a good product. We purchased a walk-in tub with a glass door, complete with the hand shower and the bubbles for massage.

He told the contractor everything he didn't know. This tub is great and we love it.

A year ago, I was looking for a walk-in bathtub with jets but nobody had the model that I was looking for in-stock, so I contacted Ella's Bubbles to see if it was discontinued. They said it would be available in a few weeks. Then they called me and said they had one available that was open box and was drastically discounted, so I bought it on the spot. The installer was a recommended guy from Ella's Bubbles and he did a great job. The tub allowed my 84-year-old father to take a bath by himself.

Ella's Bubbles is the only company that has a tub that is wide enough that I wanted. My interactions with the reps were fine. It was like they knew what I wanted and what model to pick out. I purchased the Big4Two and then I had a contractor that was working on the house put it in. The tub is an inch wider than my hallway, so I had to take out a window in my bedroom and the tub came through there. It took half an hour to take the window out, two minutes to bring the tub in and then half an hour to put the window back in.

He walked me through the whole process and made sure that it was delivered on time and that my installer had the right information. They had some difficulties with the installation, but they were able to get it. They had to reinforce the floor joist and a few things like that because we didn’t realize how heavy it was when it was bought.

A conventional tub is 60 inches wide while the one I got is 52 inches. My house is 55 years old and all the pipes in the bathroom were iron. The installers changed all the pipes with PV ones. Also, they were able to put the vanity in the tub on the same wall. The tub is of a newer style with two drains. It drains quickly and the functionality is perfect. Ella's Bubbles' tub can't be beaten.

We hired a plumber and our plumber verified that it would work out. I oversaw it and it went smoothly. Ella’s Bubbles was quick to get it shipped to me. They’re excellent with the specs and information that they gave me prior to me actually seeing it. I’d use them again.

I bought a tub from Ella's Bubbles for my mother's therapy. My mom had just come home from losing half of her lungs and she couldn’t make it up the stairs anymore, and we needed a solution where she could live on the first floor of her house. I also had to remodel the laundry room. Customizing my order was a piece of cake. The lady who helped me was great. I called her on the phone after doing my research, told her the tub that I wanted, she threw in a heated seat which was great, and then I ordered it and they shipped it from Chicago. It took a little longer to get here than I would’ve liked, but all things considered, we were in a rush. She also sent some emails back and forth to me. It didn’t take about 48 hours to purchase the tub. Considering we already knew what we wanted, I didn’t walk in the door needing to be convinced.

We’re doing all the projects for the VA here in Texas. The person that’s in charge over the program referred us to Ella's Bubbles and from there, we started using them. Our first purchase was about three months ago and it was a walk-in tub. I got the Deluxe and it has the jets and everything in it, for the floor, for my calves, and for my back and lower back. Also, it has the lights inside and the frosted glass door.

Ella's Bubbles was one of the few manufacturers who had a companion tub. The sales rep was very good and everything arrived just like they said it would. It took a little bit of work to fit it into the bathroom. We had to take a wall out but it fit. Once we got the tub in and all the plumbing and wiring finished, we tested it and built the wall back up. The tub is in use now and it feels good.

I got the 62-inch, two-person tub with all the bells and whistles. I liked it and it was a good deal. Ella's Bubbles matched the price Amazon was offering. I also liked that I didn’t have to pay tax since I'm out-of-state. The representative I dealt with was Daphne and she was responsive. She sent the specs and she took care of whatever I needed. She was excellent.

Ella's Bubbles offered a tub with a foot massager only, so I didn’t have to fill the whole tub with water. I can only put 12 inches and then it would do the job. The reps at Ella's Bubbles were quite pleasant. I had some technical questions I wanted answered and they were able to answer them. The one thing that I did have a problem was with the wiring on the service box. It was not done per their specs so, I had to rewire it per their specs myself. It was not a big deal but I like things done in a manner that is appropriate. Other than that, they were pleasant to work with.

I needed hip repair and I needed a safer bathtub. I saw the American Standard advertised on the TV and I checked into that but it was way too expensive. Then I checked around other places. I happen to have a dealer in the closest big town to me and the company that he works with is Ella’s Bubbles. He recommended them so I checked online and decided that was the one I wanted.

Ella's Bubbles had the dimensions and specifics that we were looking for. We got the tub that blow air bubbles and water bubbles, and it has a door so it's good for people who are above a certain age. Also, I'm not sure if it's ADA compliant or not, but it's fairly easy to use and sit on. I placed the order over a phone call with Ella's Bubbles and the reps I talked to were very forthcoming. They answered the questions. We generally use the tub over the weekend and it's good. It does the job and we haven't had any issue with it so far. We hope it stays that way towards an extended period.

I am enjoying the tub that I got from Ella's Bubbles. It's really good and I look forward to using it in the evening. I’m very pleased with it and I’m so glad to have it. It helps with the legs, the back, and the neck. But the seats are very cold and whoever wants a tub has got to have the option for the heated seat. If that would cost extra, I would’ve paid it since I paid $13,000 cash for my tub. So I’m upset with the company that sold it to me because I was never offered the heated seat. What happened was, they had inventory that they wanted to get rid of, so I was told that they only had a couple of left-hand doors or right-hand doors left. They gave me the sales pitch and told me that if I wanted a right-hand door, I had to take advantage of it.

I did my own research about tubs and I knew what I wanted. Initially, I had a company come out and I was shocked of what it was gonna cost me to have it put in. So after they left, I started scanning on the internet and I found something that I really liked. It was an Ella Bubble's tub and with all of the installation and everything else, the price turned out to be $9,000 less than what the other place was gonna give me. And it had more of what I wanted, so I went with Ella's Bubbles.

I spoke with several representatives and I did an evaluation. I figured that I would be best heard with Ella's Bubbles so, I went with Ella's. Also, I like the idea of the double drain and that it will drain real fast. I called their customer service when I had a question and they answered it for me. Also, I did the installation myself and it was very easy. My wife really enjoys the tub. She likes it. It drains really fast without having to have a motor on it. And the price was good. I would definitely recommend Ella's Bubbles.

I'm a designer and I heard about Ella's Bubbles from Crawford Building Supply. They had a sample in the warehouse, so my first client and I went there to have her sit in the tub. It was one of the models right off the floor and we ended up purchasing that. I went to Crawford and they did the paperwork. After that, I purchased another tub for my second client who I took directly to Ella's Bubbles or the warehouse. Being able to go to the Chicago warehouse was helpful to both my clients to actually sit in the tub and everybody that we worked with there was wonderful.

We liked that Ella's Bubbles had a two-person tub. We got one from them and I had an excellent experience speaking with their representative.

We purchased a walk-in tub that has a shower from Ella's Bubbles for our aunt and uncle. It came in earlier than we thought. However, their installers had to redo some stuff because of the way the plumbing is for the tub and the plumbing that was existing in the house. Still, everything else was good.

We are getting older and we got a walk-in tub from Ella's Bubbles in case we needed it. We've had it for a year and when we have used it, we really liked it.

It's been close to a year since I purchased a walk-in tub at Ella's Bubbles. I like that it has all the bells and whistles, like heated seats, bubble jet, and chromotherapy. I installed it myself and it's not as easy as they make it sound to the homeowners on the TV commercials. But my experience working with the sales representatives was phenomenal. Communication was great and they were always a phone call away.

The products of Ella's Bubbles were available through Home Depot. I initially found them on the internet and I bought a walk-in tub from them. They were pretty good about contacting me, but I wasn’t too happy with the product because the drain doesn’t drain completely. When I'd open the door, water would come out on the floor and my only recourse was to rip the whole thing out and spend another $3,000 to get it installed. They sent a worker around and when I called their customer service number, the guy I talked to said that they were trying to fix that. But that was about a year ago now. So, they shipped something in that didn’t work and I’m stuck with it. It’s a $3,500 tub and I would love to have another tub.

I've fallen down a couple of times in my old tub. After seeing the ratings of Ella's Bubbles we got a walk-in tub from them. We had the tub customized so that it would fill in where the other tub was. The installers installed the unit in the rain and they stayed till midnight to finish it. They were very good and they worked very hard. I wish I would have gotten a unit that is a little bigger, but the quality of the one we have is fine. I've recommended Ella's Bubbles to other people.

I'm a general contractor. I do remodels for clients and we ordered a tub from Ella's Bubbles for a client. Ordering from them was smooth. We installed the tub on a full house remodel. We had an installation issue that we were able to get worked out. Whenever the tub was draining, it would cause the water to come out through the shower that was adjacent to it. I guess the pipes where that flow was going out of wasn't sufficient enough to drain the water all the way through. It was such a large amount of water that was being forced out at one time, but it ended up coming up through the drain of the shower. So, we ended up having to reroute the drain for that tub to a larger sewer line where we tied it into the toilet line which is a bigger pipe. Other than that, the tub itself has worked perfectly. Our client is extremely happy with it.

I got the tub that had all the jets and all of the water and air from Ella's Bubbles. And I like the fact that the door came off so that if something were to happen and I needed help in the tub, that door could be removed for someone to step in and help. The salesperson was great too. She e-mailed me information that I couldn’t get on the tub. I was building a new house and when I was trying to get the exact measurements, she sent me the schematics by e-mail. Then the contractor that was building my house hired the plumber who installed the tub. But when the plumber was trying to put the drains in, I had a leak in one of the copper tubes.

Ella's Bubbles was the only company that I saw which had walk-in tubs with seats for two people, the Companion. And I liked that, so I called in and purchased it from them. Everything was done over the phone and I dealt with a nice lady. Then they sent it to me and I installed the tub myself. I have built 20 laundromats for 38 years and the installation was a piece of cake for me. Right now, the whole room is not ready yet but one time, I have checked the tub one time and the thing is, its door opens from the inside. So once I walked in to the tub, I had a hard time closing the door with my legs over there. Also, my wife is handicapped and she can't move, so if she's gonna go in, I'm gonna have a hard time closing the door with her inside. Now with two people being inside, I see no way getting me and my wife into the tub and being able to close the door.

I was advised that we needed a walk-in tub and I started researching. I researched every brand and Ella's Bubbles' two-seater and price stood out. The company’s reps were all very good too. We got the two-seater model which is 60 inches long with a door that opened in. We had a hard time getting it installed but that was not Ella's problem. We paid a couple of $1000 but the installer didn't read the directions. It wouldn’t drain and we had to finally get it redone properly. It works properly now but we are very small people. If we were any taller, you can never have two people in it with a door that opens in. I'm five feet tall, I weigh 110 and my husband is not large but it's really difficult to maneuver the door for two people. It's not big enough and Ella's Bubbles should explain that before someone buys it. I love the tub though. We put a shower above it, so very often my husband and I take individual showers and it has a seat, so it's great.

Ella's Bubbles was the only distributor for a kind of tub that I wanted so I ordered the tub from them about two years ago and then it took them eight months to get it. There was a bunch of mistakes in the order and lots of problems. They didn't understand the customizations I wanted very well. I don't think they've ever had one quite like it before. Their reps were also messy and disconnected. I had to reach out all the time to try to keep in touch. It was me that drove the sale. I talked to them a number of times and asked them for information on that and they couldn't tell me.

I wish I had known that the tub we got from Ella's Bubbles was not something that someone who has difficulty getting in another tub would purchase. We got it because it wasn’t that high putting your leg in, but the way the door opens in presents a lot of issues for people who has limited mobility. There are some other models now that the door can move out instead of in and that would have been a lot better for my folks.

I became more unable to do a lot of things that I used to do and thought it would be better for me to get a walk-in tub, but I didn't want the traditional ones with the all-white acrylic and heavy door type thing. I wanted something that would look more aesthetically pleasing to me and different in my home. When I was looking through some pictures online of walk-in tubs, I saw the one that Ella's Bubbles had with the glass door. I contacted them and they were able to manufacture a custom-made tub for my bathroom. My tub was a little bit smaller and had to fit into a narrower space. And the gentleman that I hired to redo the bathroom supervised the installation and was able to work with their people who did that kind of custom stuff. Ella's Bubbles gave me a nice tub and I had it for five years.

We needed a walk-in tub for a disabled vet and when we googled, Ella's Bubbles what came up. We researched it and it looked like a good product. We bought a two-person tub, but we had to wait 12 weeks for it. When I bought a walk-in tub from Home Depot just recently, we got it in 2 weeks. We'd buy more from Ella's Bubbles, but we can't wait 12 weeks. We build houses for disabled vets and a lot of them want these walk-in tubs. Our main focus is quality of work in a timely manner. Sometimes, we don't know exactly which tub we're gonna go with when the work begins and when you wait 12 weeks, that's the whole project. We'd also buy more if they could give incentives to do so like how we get a builder's discount through Home Depot, Lowe's, and Jetta.

I liked the tubs that Ella's Bubbles have and I got one. We're going on the second year, but we're having some issues with the tub. The doors that swing outward is not a good thing to buy. The hinge is an issue with its poor quality so the bathtub doors constantly get out of adjustment and are hard to shut. Their sales sent me another gasket at no charge but the gasket went bad. Other than that, everything else is fine. I put the tub in on my own and it was simple. The experience overall was fine.

I checked other companies before Ella's and I got calls anywhere from 22,000 down to 10,000. Then, I studied the different problems and quality of different ones. Kohler sounded like it was almost the best deal, but I found out that they got a pressured drain. They use a standard one and a half-inch drain. If you get a plugged drain after the tub, it is gonna blow that pipe apart and put all the water in your basement. So, I got a standard single-person walk-in tub and a Deluxe model from Ella's. Their reps were helpful and they were great people to work with. The tub has all the features that want. It has the purifier for the water and two different types of circulation. I can control them and everything out of it is super high quality.

Ella’s Bubbles was specified by the client on a project where I was the superintendent. I ordered the tub for her when we found out what the specs were and what she wanted, and they set the information on what I needed to supply for water, drains and electrical stuff. The installation was relatively easy although the tub is fiberglass, which is not perfect in any regard. The walk-in tub that we installed was the one with all the jets, air and a heated seat. We set the tub lower in the floor so it would be easier for her to get in and out as she would only step up a couple inches. We also surrounded the tub with stone slabs. When the project was completed about a year ago, the lights and jets all worked properly.

Ella’s Bubbles offers a two-person walk-in bathtub so I got my tub from them. I had good interactions with the sales reps and I got what I expected. I would recommend Ella’s Bubbles.
