I purchased a new house and got a unit from Cal Spas that has a lounger and a seven-person capacity. The installation went smoothly and everything was on time. Cal Spas has always meant quality products for me. They're also a nice company to deal with and I would recommend them.

We've had a Cal Spas spa for six months now. They have a really nice facility and a staff that helped us understand what would be the best hot tub to get started with since we were new to hot tubs. So far, the unit that we got works great. I particularly like its maintenance-free aspect. However, what caught us off guard was understanding the level of chemicals required to maintain and use a hot tub. It was downplayed from the beginning all the way until the unit was delivered. There should be a better way to prepare the customers for that.

I owned a Cal Spa which was nice, and since then, I liked it. It was a very old spa, 12 years old, and it was built just right and it was great. Then I went for a swim spa which was a significant upgrade. I got the spa through a dealer but everybody at Cal Spas was great. I had to have a crane for the installation, so I scheduled that. We used A-1 and the guy who came was fantastic. He really knew what he was doing. All the other guys that did the installation were great as well. They set it up and it went as smooth as it can be. When the spa was installed, it had a leak, but Cal Spas came right out and fixed it and it's been fine since. So, everything has been working good. I use the spa a lot and it's still humming along. It helped me to get a little more exercise and some work. It was a quality experience overall.

We drove by one of Cal Spas’ distributors, Secard Pools and Spas, and we were curious about what they sold. We were originally thinking of doing an inground pool but the Swim Spa seemed like a better solution for our needs. The sales person at Secard was knowledgeable about how they work, like the special occasions as far as space around the spa that we would need for it to fit in our yard, so it was a pretty easy interaction. There was one time where I had an issue with a pump that was not wanting to start, and it was a Secard service rep who came out and looked at it.

The circuit board of my old spa went out and it got too expensive to repair since it’s a rare one. I asked the repair guy what he would recommend and he told me to get a new one from Cal Spas. He used to work for them and said he didn't like the management but he likes their product. I got the seven by seven foot with 51 jets in it, with two six-horsepower motors and has the thing in the center they call the volcano. The sales part was good and I appreciate them supposedly giving me a deal. The installation also went fine other than when the lady came and said to clean the filter. I called Cal Spas about it and they didn’t know what was going on. There was nothing in the book about it as well so they told me to call service then I finally figured it out myself.

We put a patio in for a hot tub 15 years ago when we remodeled our house. And we had it wired but we never got around to put a tub in. I’m retired and when I went back to work for a former employer, we had the extra money and decided to do it. And I have a friend that has had Cal Spas for many years, so he recommended it. And then I went to the dealer here in Hurst that Cal Spas got, Texas Leisure. The reps gave me some advice on the chemicals when I first got the tub, and I’ve gotten used to doing it. I got the Kona, a three-person tub that’s 220 voltage. I’ve enjoyed the unit and I’m very happy with the way it runs, and I’m in it in the morning and in the evening.

I had a Patio Spa installed by Cal Spas. The installation was a pleasant experience and my dealings with the Cal Spas team have been good. Since my hot tub was installed, I’ve had more relaxation. I’ve had my spa for less than a year and I use it twice a week.

We've had our house for 17 years and its hot tub was built into the ground. The people we bought the house from said they’ve had a lot of trouble with the old hot tub and they weren't going to put any more money into it. So, we fixed it up and kept it running but it didn't have anything, including bubbles. It was just a hot tub. We then called a company out here, six months ago, to replace it, and they recommended Cal Spas tub. I did a little bit of research online and I liked what I saw about Cal Spas as far as how they compare to other hot tubs. I also like that they're American Made.

I was looking for spas and went to one of the places that sold spas. Cal Spas seemed like the one with better cushion. I also like the size. I did a little bit of research and the price was solid for the size, and with the nano-jets that was put on. So the value and jet layout got me decided on buying it. They did a good job bringing it to the house, then we installed it ourselves and ended up tweaking the water depth. We have it for about a year now and we’ve used it plenty of times. It’s nice and comforting to have in the backyard. The jets made for them are really good. It does the back massage and a good foot massage, ad it's also got the lighting too. It’s been a solid product, the experience was good and I’d recommend them.

We’ve had Cal Spas for about 10 years now. We had their old hot tub and then we recently bought and installed a new one. Installation went real well and everything is working good. And the guys were very pleasant. They kept everything clean, they didn’t rough anything up and they worked very quickly. Our new Cal Spas tub sits on top of the deck and my wife uses it more than I do. Overall, they’re a good company and I enjoy doing business with them.

I lived in San Bernardino all my life. I live in Highland now, but I used to go there, get chemicals and always drive by and see all the displays Cal Spas had in the pools so I was familiar with the company. Everything was perfect from when I went in and bought my spa up to installation. The rep gave me the price and explained everything. I got a five-seater spa with lights, stereo, and radio. It's really nice. However, I’ve been busy and haven't been able to use it as much as I'd like to, but every time I'm in it, I thoroughly enjoy it. My daughter and son-in-law enjoyed it as well.

The first time I bought a tub from Cal Spas was in 1994, then I bought another one a few months back. They were installed in two different houses but we still have the older tub and it's still working. The installation went extremely well with the new tub. They had to get a crane to lift it over my house and drop it under a deck, but that went smoothly. We had an arrangement with our crane operator so it wasn't too expensive. It's portable and has a good lighting system and lounge chair on it. The jet seemed to be good too. Plus, it has Wi-Fi and you could control it remotely. The local guys here in the twin cities are excellent and they do a great job. And I actually repurchased because of the quality of the local representation. Plus, the product is good. I have recommend them to friends.

We were looking for Cal Spas and we’ve been to several different places. We checked out Hot Tub Warehouse and ended up picking them. It was the best price and value. Chet, the guy who runs the place, was wonderful. He explained everything and made it really easy. So we got it and had it installed. We had to widen our fence, then we tore up our patio and made more of a rectangular long patio that goes to the back part of the yard. And the guys came in and set it up and they were wonderful. We’ve poured the cement where it's sitting and got a little house for it too, which is for winter.

Cal Spas was recommended to me and I've been using their product for six months now. I'm pleased with how they helped me through the sale and the set-up. It was a painless sales experience and they were extremely courteous during the installation. They’re a great organization and my experience with them has been fantastic. I would refer somebody else to them.

Cal Spas has been my hot tub provider since March. The delivery went really well and they were very good during the installation. They took their time and did a real good job. However I didn't get a whole lot of training on the chemicals. That was disappointing. I had to learn all that on my own.

Cal Spas offers great value, quality, and service. This was the first time we’ve ever gotten a hot tub. My wife and I had looked at different places for a hot tub and we've checked the prices, how we're paying, and what we would get. We found Hot Tub Warehouse which was a dealership for Cal Spas in the Santa Clara area. We looked them up on the internet and drove down there to take a look. I got the Patio Plus Spa and it seemed like the best choice for me. It has an interior sterling color with a gray cabinet. The rep who sold me the hot tub was a good guy. He was also honest about the product.

We bought a hot tub from Cal Spas about 19 years ago at a local home and garden show from which we purchased a new one recently. In a home and garden show, the sales reps like to cut deals and that's why we go. We're return customers and we looked at other brands when we were shopping. We figured we got 19 years out of the first one and we're going to go with another 19. The original tub was a high-end tub when we bought it and it had about 12 jets. Now the new tub has about 40 jets so it’s better and it's a whole different world. When I had a problem with one of the jets after I had it installed, I called up the guy and he talked me through how to repair it over the phone and it worked out great. We’re really happy with our Cal Spas tub and we like going in it several times a week.

Our pool installer told us about Cal Spas. When we went to the store, they didn’t have a ton of selections. The delivery team was also in a hurry and they didn’t take the time to make sure I understood things. They were just giving me a lot of information and kind of threw it at me because they had other spas to deliver. The installation process was easy, though. We’re enjoying the hot tub too, but we don’t use it at times. We have the hot tub since May and it’s been a hot summer, so hopefully, we’ll use it more as the weather cools down. I am learning how to work with the chemicals. I get the chlorine awfully high sometimes and I have to correct it.

Cal Spas has been around for many, many years in California. We go to the county fair down in LA and I can’t remember not knowing about them. One time, they were in my area and had Cal Spas on sale. It was a nice spa with adequate features and it was what we were looking for to replace our old one. They gave me a good price for a spa of that size so I bought it. Since they just dropped it off and gave me a starter kit that had some chemicals, I hired a guy and a crane to put it in place. It was me who put in all the wiring as Cal Spas didn’t do that.

I was stopping by all kinds of places and one had Cal Spas on the showroom floor. I made them an offer but it was turned down. I called them back the next day before I pulled the trigger on another one. The salesman, Don, was just excellent. Knowing that I was a salesman too and had my own business, he didn’t try and overall sell the product. Instead, he got down and heard my offer. He said he will call the main guy and see what he can do. It worked out. My purchase was delivered and dropped off. I had it all hooked up. Overall, I love the spa and I sit in there a couple of times a week even when I’m not too stressed.

We had hot tubs from Cal Spas for a total of 14 years. The previous one went way over the limit it should have and died so we replaced it. Their employees have all been good but we had to hire someone to do the electrical part and they've done well. The new hot tub is better and has a new jets option.

The installation of our Cal Spas tub was slam dunk. It was very easy. There was a scratch on it but the company came out and stood by their product and gave us a whole new panel so we’ve had a great experience with them. It is an excellent company to work with. We used to own a Softub and in comparison to that this one’s larger, a four-person seater type. Our Cal Spas tub is also a little bit more complicated to take care of but we love it. My husband uses it every day. He’s had five back surgeries so it helps him greatly. Even our grandkids use it. When this one ever dies I would like a six-seater tub. So a little bigger one still but this is good right now.

I heard about Cal Spas from a friend and because of his experience, it made it easier for me to make the decision to purchase from them. The last one Cal Spas we had held up quite well and service was good. We replaced it though because when we lost power for a while, the pipes froze and broke. So we’re a return buyer and we’ve had our second spa for five months now.

Cal Spas had a trade-in option and we traded our old spa with them. We chose them as their spas seem well-built. The salesman was good. He explained the product and answered all our questions. And the installation itself was pretty easy. I had all the wiring in the house so it was basically wired up like my old spa. So far, everything has been working good. It doesn’t seem like I have to put much chemicals in the water and it is way better than our old spa.

I purchased my third spa from this store in Bakersfield about 2 years ago. The owner is awful. Never returns calls, service is completely forgotten after the purchase. He hired these awful guys to install the tub then they left a scratch on the outside. I had to reorder that panel and get someone else out to install it. I complained to main office. They could care less. The jets actually are on the weak side. For the price you pay on these tubs you should great service and a good product.

We have a Cal Spa for over a year now. It’s just really relaxing and it takes the stress away. Maybe it also helps my bones since I’m getting older. However, I've had some instances where the vent switch will go from 104 to 80. I then have to hit the buttons again. I don’t know if it’s a malfunction.

We got our Cal Spas tub delivery on the first of November and the delivery folks were phenomenal. I installed it myself and it's the second one I've done. I had the old tub for 15 years when we upgraded it and I hope the brand new Cal Spas one would do a lot better. I’m happy with the it and I enjoy soaking in it every other night. The only time I’m at the Cal Spas store is when I need chemicals and the people down there are good and don’t try to upsell me. They got a record of what tub I got and they tell me what I need.

Cal Spa's pricing made me decide to go with them. I got an 8 person tub with 56 jets. The Cal Spas team set it up and they were fine. Since then we've used the tub once every two weeks.

My wife and I were shopping for hot tubs and happened to go to the state fair. We saw Cal Spas and we visited a number of different manufacturers. The Cal Spas team came and helped us with the first start up. So they did a very good job with follow up. What’s interesting about that is some of the printed instructions were not as clear as when the guy came out and explained to us. To sum it up, they are friendly, easy to deal with, and very helpful. I get what I pay for and so far, it's been pretty good with them.

I've talked to a couple of different people that I know that have Cal Spas and they really like them so I bought a regular patio spa about six months ago. The construction portion was pretty quick. I was a little confused with how to set it up properly chemical-wise but I was able to figure it out just through the paperwork that came with it. I’ve called Cal Spas twice and they’re very friendly.

My situation was a little complicated and I told the dealer that it would be a good idea to have the installers come out as they might have trouble bringing the old Cal Spa out and the new one in. I knew it was gonna have to go over the house. I have a steep driveway and it was pretty tight then the deck had been built around the old spa so I wanted them to look at it and have a strategy. And then both the installers and the crane operator looked at the situation on Google Earth and said that it won’t be a problem.

The Cal Spas store was fine and the guy was good. I got a five-seater with one big pump in the middle and they installed it for us. That was pretty easy and everything was fine. There was a little problem with the spa and the guy came back about a month later and fixed one of the sidings. I'm also having a little bit of trouble with the lighting system. It's flickering when you select a different mode of light and it does that once in a while. It's been happening a little bit more often and I was gonna call them about that. But the tub is a little better than the one we used to have. This one's pretty good so far so were happy with it. We've had it for four months now and I'd recommend it.

Our Cal Spas tub was too expensive to repair so we bought a new one. It was going to be a similar size and Cal Spas seemed like a brand we trusted and we're pretty happy with it, so we got our tub from them again. It was an enjoyable experience and they were helpful when we needed help. Their team was great and very knowledgeable. They even came out and validated something for us. So, the whole after-sales experience was very good.

I like that Cal Spas are made in the USA and they were reasonably priced. I got a spa that sits on our concrete patio. The kids have had fun having friends over so it’s been nice for entertaining. It’s also good relaxing time together as a family. However, I don’t like the maintenance part. I had no idea I was gonna get into that. It has added a layer of stress in my life. Before we bought the spa, I asked a guy at the State Fair what kind of maintenance does it need, and he got out the two scoops of the chlorine that you put in after you use it and said, “There. That’s it. Now you’re done.” He didn’t really explain that twice a week you’re down there practically being a chemist, measuring water levels and adjusting.

We bought our house in May of last year, moved in, and there's a tub from Cal Spas. It was still running but was ancient old. We knew that it was still working and ticking long, but it was drawing a lot of electricity. We wanted it replaced so we went in at the store and had some questions about stuff as far as where we should keep it for temperature. They came out and did a walkthrough with us to explain the cycles and all of that stuff, which was really nice and informative. During installation, we had to take down one of the walls since we had an enclosed deck, which we had done previously. The installation guys were awesome and they came all the way around the back of the house, got the tub up onto the deck, asked where we wanted the tub, and put it in place. The Cal Spas hot tub is awesome and we love it. We use it a couple of times a week. We live in Minnesota and it's really nice to chill out the bones. Everything has been fantastic.

We bought a six-person Cal Spas hot tub and Secard Pools in Lancaster took very good care of us. They were right on the money and when they said they were delivering, they had it done. The hot tub is great for my back. I don't hurt as much and neither does my husband 'cause we're both older. It's also nice to go out and get in the tub on a weekend morning.

We like our Cal Spas and it's our first hot tub. It was a very easy installation and we've used it for a month now. In general, it was a good experience.

We went to two other places and we both thought that the spas that the Jacuzzi store had were nicer but not $3,000 nicer for the design and size. There's a point of diminishing returns where you pay a lot more for a little bit more. Also, this is our first hot tub so no matter which one we got, we'd be thrilled. Cal Spas dropped it off and then I wired it in. Then a gentleman from a store came to the house and showed us how to operate it once we had it all wired up and ready to go. Everything went really smoothly.

I bought my Cal Spa in a state fair last August. The deal I got that time was good and with our past spas we've always had to drive long ways to get equipment and anything with it and there is a Cal Spas very close to us and that's very convenient. The installation was very easy. Their installation team was very friendly and helpful, they gave me some good pointers and tips. The main installer told me how he did the different things because he has Cal Spa himself. I took his advice and I went with it. Everybody's been very helpful, accommodating, and friendly. I would definitely recommend them.

We bought our Cal Spas last year and we started using it around October. I call up their team about chemicals, what to put in here and there. Everything is good with them.

Cal Spas has a booth at the Minnesota State Fair and they had a sale going on. The salesman was friendly and was able to answer my questions. Installation of the Cal Spas product was also very easy. So far I am liking my Cal Spas and I am satisfied with everything.

I bought the Cal Spas tub about five months ago. The salesperson did an excellent job and I enjoyed working with her. But when the delivery guys came, they broke pavers in my backyard. I had a clear red brick pathway laid out for them to use during the installation of the spa in a location in the gazebo. It was a perfect setup and I was guiding them. Then I went inside to tend to my dogs and for some reason, instead of staying on the brick pathway, they decided to cut across my newly laid sod. I had to keep that stuff wet and it sunk their tracks down about six inches and I had to have the landscape people come out and redo it. We got through the installation but that part could have been better.

It's been about seven months since we purchased Cal Spas. Having to get a cement slab and arranging for a crane was more of a preparatory experience than we expected. Their reps were fair. We had one concern though about a couple of items missing on the exercise equipment that came with it but we never received any response from them. Otherwise, they're okay. It definitely punctuated our outdoor living space. So, we’re happy about that.

We had a problem with getting the spa delivered and made. It was Cal Spas that made the spa and we bought it from Sea Court Pools. Found out through Cal Spas that Sea Court Pools didn't even deliver the orders a week later and it was supposed to go in that week. I ended up waiting a month and when it came, it wasn't even the right color that we picked when we were in the showroom. They just dropped it off and didn't explain how the thing works. They didn't even speak English. So, when I was asking them how to turn it on or what do I do, they left it there, not even put water in it or plug it in. This has been a nightmare from the get-go. Meanwhile, we don't know really how to service the spa, and how to set it to separate things. And now, Sea Court Pools said that if we want them to come out, it would cost us an additional $150.

Cal Spas seemed to have good reviews online and a reputable outfit. The salespeople were knowledgeable as well and so we went with them. The installation was very easy. I met with the team all the way through the process. There were a couple of items related to how to get it running properly and stuff that wasn’t a big deal. We took a little bit time, we can’t figure them out but they were responsive as we’re trying to figure these things out. It’s been really positive. It’s a great family gathering spot for us and definitely relaxing. It’s a great place to have conversations and connect with people. We’re just really happy and it’s been a great addition for our family.

I have a relative who has a Cal Spa and we got ours in October. We had an old tub for 10 years but we wanted to try something different and Cal Spa has different features. We use it frequently and we've been enjoying it.

The installation was very difficult because the space for the spa was up in a cabin and on a slope but the guys were really good. They were very accommodating and got it all the way up there. Everyone’s very friendly. My wife helped them because we tied the spa to the back of one of my cars and dragged it up.

We were more familiar with Hot Springs and we were planning to get them but we were impressed with Cal Spas. We went with Cal Spas instead and they came out and did the training session. We got a newer model and it has everything that we wanted. We liked the jet combination, the seating combination, and the color combination. We got it in the fall and it’s cold here now but we’ve been using it consistently - at least once or twice a week. It’s nice to get out there and relax later in the evening. I have young children who have been in there a couple of times and they love it, too. The installation team was also good. It was a challenge to get the hot tub in place but they managed to. Hopefully we won’t have any trouble with it. We’re happy with it and glad we bought it. It works out pretty well.

We had a hot tub at our old house but the one that we got from Cal Spas is much nicer though it cost us $14,000. The installation was fine. They came out and took care of everything. They did a pre-training which was great and we just went from there. Everything was good. The tub is pretty easy to operate though I don't know how efficient it is because my wife pays the bills. But the tub has been great and I have no complaints.

I did some research and looked at different spas. We then purchased two spas from the Secard Pools which is a local company of Cal Spas and we're using them in our vacation rental home. Tthe installation was a breeze and Secard really took care of everything. It was definitely a seamless experience and it helped my vacation rental. Now one of my spas was having an issue with the motherboard. It's going haywire a little bit and Secard is gonna be sending out a tech this upcoming Wednesday for it. Overall, they're above average.

Having Cal Spas gives a nice place to connect on a regular basis and have some conversation that we may not otherwise slow down enough to engage in. It's also very relaxing. There are two Cal Spas team in our area and I’ve called them a few times and they've been decent but it’s a hit or a miss. It depends on who I talk to and it’s like if I reach the right groups of people, some of them are very helpful, knowledgeable, and they follow up nicely and stay on top of things. But others, not so much. The installation was great and was set up quickly. They were nice, friendly and very competent and capable. We also got one of those ChlorMakers which was sold to us as an add-on. One of our sons has a skin condition and that's one reason why we wanted to get a salt-based hot tub but we're not real impressed with ChlorMakers so far. It's been a hiccup for the experience.

We've been told that Cal-Spas is a good company and that the model hot tub we chose is top of the line. That being said, we've had the hot tub for less than 1 year and already have replaced the heating unit, both jet pumps (separate occurrences), had a leak occur at the jets and now are being told the circulating pump for the hot/heated water needs replacing. Between waiting for service and the parts, it's been out of commission for more time than it was usable. Needless to say, we are extremely dissatisfied with the product and wouldn't recommend this company.

I knew about Cal Spas over the years and I liked their price. My experience with their sales rep and the quality of their product that I got were both fine.

Cal Spas make quality products and they're satisfactory. I had looked at some other hot tubs and I liked the Cal Spas line. They are decent. One can get them with a lot of bells and whistles but mine's basic and that's all I wanted. I got my first tub in 1999 and the only bad experience I've had with it was I replaced the pump twice on it. The second time that I had to replace the pump, the tech had to come back and redo it because they put rebuilt pumps in. He had to do a little bit of re-rigging to get the pump to fit right in. They just rewired the old one and rewind the bushings, etc and it still was louder than a new pump and I didn't like that. If I would have known, I would have put in a new pump which would have been a bit quieter. Since the old tub was sixteen years old I just replaced it so I got the new one.

I've had my hot tub from Cal Spas since this fall. It was mostly the price that made me went with them. It was very good with the sales rep, too. We put water in the tub and it's been heating all winter. It used very little chlorine at first. It's at a lake home, so we don't go out there very often, but I try and check on it once a week and so far, it's been very good.

I had a spa from Cal Spas for 12 years until we moved and about 4 months ago, I bought another one. It's smaller and only enough for 6 to 8 people. It’s so great and so relaxing. We really like it a lot and so do my grand kids. Their sales team was very nice, too. Any time I need any help, I can always call them and they tell me how to do what I need to do.

I bought the Cal Spas hot tub about 4 months ago. I shopped around and went to a couple of other spa shops but Cal Spas had a couple of good sales and they matched the price that they had over at the spa show in Pomona so I went with them. The lady at the store was very, very nice. The installation was also good even though I had to have them come back because they didn't put the door back on properly. As soon as I called them, they were quick, thorough, and actually helped me set it up so it was great. The tub is a six-person multi-jet spa with surround sound stereo system built in. Since its installation, I enjoy and use it daily, if not a couple of times daily. I’m dealing with a knee issue and it relieves a lot of the pressure on my knee. It's great for relaxing. So, I need it and I'm glad I got it. Cal Spas is a very good, solid-made spa and the stereo system in it is amazing.

I used to go and buy my swimming supplies from Cal Spas. I bought a hot tub from them that is like a spa where five people can fit into it. My grandkids love it. I have arthritis in my knee so it’s a little bit hard for me to get in and out of it. But once I do get in, it feels so good on my back and knee. It is very soothing and therapeutic. The workers are very good, nice and helpful. There was a SWAT that was broken and the gentleman said that he could have it out in a week. He went ahead and put the broken one because he didn't want it to look bad but then they had the new one out in about eight days. I really enjoy the tub and I’ll recommend them.

We found Cal Spas by accident. We went to a little hole-in-the wall place but we were looking for something a little bigger and they were very rude. But with Cal Spas, we liked the personnel and environment right away. They explained everything and had a few things to choose from. I bought a six-seater spa and we're happy with it. The installation team were really professional and fast. They cleaned up their mess, answered my questions, and gave me rundown on what chemicals to put in. Everything was satisfactory to me, from the installation to the sales to the store itself. I would definitely recommend them and if we need anything, we’ll go back there.

I have only good things to say about the Cal Spa Freestyle F1437 swim spa. I use the relaxing jets before and after my daily swim. They provide quite a deep, powerful massage and hit all of the sore spots-- even feet and legs! The four-speed swim system is perfect for gradually warming up from a slow-paced swim to one that would challenge an athlete. In just one week I am feeling so much more fit and my posture is much better, due to building strength in my core muscles. I was fortunate to have a knowledgeable contractor to supervise the installation from pouring the concrete slab to directing the crane around the side of my house. Both the local sales rep Frank in Ft. Lauderdale and the sales manager Robert in CA were extremely helpful and responsive to all of my concerns.

Cal Spas has been around for a long time and although we've heard about other ones, we would rather stick with somebody who has been around long. We purchased from their showroom in Hesperia, and the installation was very good, with very short waiting period. The guys that came and installed it were great and the electrician was also very good. We now use it a lot and we hope to use it for many years.

We're happy with our spa from Cal Spas. It is suiting our needs right now. I'm also happy with my experience with Greg who was the one who sold the spa to me. I had a couple of troubleshooting issues on the unit itself after the purchase, but Greg has been very helpful and patient in walking me through it and in teaching me how to apply the chemicals and everything. His assistant, Rachel, has also been very helpful. I definitely would recommend Greg and his team and Cal Spas. Having my spa has been a relaxing experience. I'm in the backyard and in the water a lot more now. I'd do it all over again and I would also recommend the spa to somebody who is not fully into the pool experience but just wants to relax. The spa is the way they should go.

Everything was good with Cal Spas including their prices. They also came over to set up our hot tub and got it all done. That was convenient which is what I liked the most about our experience. Having our hot tub is very enjoyable and relaxing.

We have a six-person jacuzzi spa from Cal Spas. The installation was good and the installers were very professional but when I would call to get an estimation as to how soon before they delivered it, because I wanted to make sure to take the day off of work when they came in, no one would ever return my call. I had dealt with a gentleman who was better at returning calls. But, unfortunately, during the time that I was waiting for the installation, he was working the house fair so he was not available.

We looked at a couple of different companies but we went with Cal Spas for the price and the warranty. The tub is very relaxing and has helped with my sore muscles and aching joints. The tub has Bluetooth speakers, LED lights, a lounger, a half-moon bench seat, and jets. It's excellent with the exception of some jets we were having some issues with. We're supposed to have some new jets coming in to replace them.

We like the spa, but we hate the gazebo. It’s cheap and made out of the most horrible material. We didn’t think it looked that cheap in the showroom. The guys who put it together did a horrible job and didn’t want to touch up paint when they messed it up. I was just handed some paint in somebody’s used Powerade bottle and I wasn’t too happy with that. I had to hire a handyman to make repairs to the gazebo and make it safe. It was just ready to fall apart or would’ve blown apart in the first wind. I also had my handyman install the snap covers for the lid because the guys who were supposed to install them said they can't do it because of liability. But it seems to me it’d be more of a liability not to have those on to keep the kids out.

It’s only been a few months that I've used the Cal Spas tub but I absolutely like it. It was a very simple and painless installation. The installers just had to maneuver the tub around the back of the house and get it on the patio, and it was a basic plug-and-play scenario. So far, it’s been all good. I was a hot tub fan from many years ago. In fact, I had one in Colorado but it wasn’t a Cal Spas but when I relocated out here, I realized that a hot tub was a necessity in my world because of what I do for a living. I have a very physical and active situation so it gives me that hour in the evening of relaxing and just being able to unwind. Overall, I was very satisfied with the whole process and I’ve been real happy with the product.

I bought a hot tub 20 years ago and I didn’t have a very good experience with that one. I like my Cal Spas better. My Cal Spas hot tub took a little longer to get delivered than I expected. But I understand that because it was during a huge sale that they had. The installation went fine, they came when they said they were going to come and they took my old tub away and put the new one in. It’s something for the family to enjoy together, so that’s a positive.

Purchased a Cal Spas PL880 from Ricks/Spa Max in Corona Ca in Nov-2016. We paid over $10k for the spa and told it was a 2016 floor model top of the line. Sales rep sold us on the galvanized steel frame (vs wood frame that can get water rot) and all the features of the Platinum series from Cal Spas. "This was Cal Spas best hot tub." He offered a discount if we purchased their showroom floor model. He assured us it was never used – brand new.

We like the round hot tub we bought from Cal Spas. I feel more relaxed since we have it and it has improved our outdoor living space. Their installation crew was great, as well as everybody else in their team. I would recommend them to a friend.

We’ve had two previous spas from Cal Spas. What I was looking forward to when we decided to get another one is that we had natural gas that time. We've sold the house with the pool heaters we got from them in '92. We moved here, down the desert, so we’ve had another heater down here. They were available then and we were over the top happy with it. We found a guy who works on the spas and does maintenance stuff that we couldn’t do particularly, and he was very helpful.

My neighbor bought a hot tub from Cal Spas five months ago and told me about it. Then I bought the 14 or 15 feet long tub that's got a couple of jets, a three seater on one side, nothing in the middle and one big jet on the other side. Their customer service was really good but I would not recommend them because I'm not happy with the product. After spending so much money and paying cash for it, I did not get what I ordered. There are supposed to be six small LEDs all around the tub that I wanted. However, before I got the tub, they called me to say that they don't make those LEDs anymore for whatever reason. I told them was fine with it as long as I still have the two at the bottom. But when it was delivered, the two LEDs at the bottom were also missing. I thought it was not a big deal. But one evening, when I turned on the tub, it just wasn't enough.

We have a room off the house built specifically for a hot tub, and we've had Cal Spas as our spa and hot tub provider for about 14 years now. I bought a hot tub from before then got a second one from them. Every time I go into the store for chemicals and other items, they're good and very polite.

We got a hot tub from Cal Spas and it's fine. Years ago, we had one from another manufacturer, and their products are pretty close. We went with Cal Spas this time because the saleslady was great. She was very knowledgeable, took care of every need, and answered all the questions I had. We got a Plug & Play. It's a 110 plug-in and doesn't have to be hardwired. It has about 35 jets. Everything was fine, except for a couple of issues with the delivery. They strapped the spa on incorrectly and the foam that's in the cover had about four smash marks on it, and they told me there's nothing they can do about it. It was the delivery people who were at fault, though, and not Cal Spas. It's been great to relax a little more with our Cal Spas hot tub.

Secard Pools & Spas recommended Cal Spas. When we went in and looked, we did see the spa and we liked its style. We also liked the functionality of it so we got it. It’s awesome and it’s one of the best decisions I ever made. It fits four people comfortably and it's got jets. It has brought us together closer as a family. The installation process also went very well. We had professionals come out and it was installed in no time at all. It’s been working fine and we haven’t had any problems out of it. It's been a great and wonderful experience.

Cal Spas have better price and seemed more energy-efficient than other spa and hot tub providers. The installation team was good and professional. They seemed to be having a good time at work, but not obnoxious. They were joking around with each other. They got the tub in super quick. The spa did raise the electricity rate, obviously, like they all do. But it has positively impacted my life and I have no complaints. I enjoy it on a weekly basis, and we're doing good with it.

We've had the Cal Spa bathtub for 2 years now and I'm happy with it. My wife likes it, too. The features are real good and it still works well, especially the heater and the well-made lights. The water and power are not putting an addition in the bill so it mostly works really well for us. The price was even right. The people who did the job were very professional, good, and did a very clean job. They picked up everything, didn't leave any mess behind, and didn't do any mess. Everything was done right. I would recommend it because it's real economical and have recommended it to my sister and she has already purchased one.

When we talked to the people at the store where we bought the swim spa, they told us to get a particular voltage setup in preparation for our spa. So, we did that. We had an electrician come out and then when we got the spa, it said that we needed a different amperage on the spa. We didn't get the manual for the spa until the day that it was delivered or else I guess, we could've figured that out for ourselves. But we just took them at their word. Our installation, on the other hand, went great. The people were helpful. They came when they said they were going to come. It went smoothly. We loved our spa. It made our summer, fun.

I really liked the salesman from Cal Spas so I gave him a call back and decided to get a swim spa. The installation went very well. I exchanged some text messages with their customer service team and they got back to me promptly. We're in our swim spa five days a week. The swimming spa allows me to exercise. I got bad feet and so I can't walk or run so I'm able to take advantage of the spa from that perspective.

We made our first purchase from Cal Spas last August. It's quite a bit of money but they included the housing and the price was good. I had the hot tub installed outdoors which was free and it's working good. It's an additional feature in the house, however, we very seldom use it now because it's too cold. But the tub is still on to keep maintaining the temperature. When I asked questions about how to use it, like how to put the chemical thing, they responded very professionally and were really helpful. The hot tub's great and I'm satisfied. It's a very good and happy experience.

We live up in Hesperia. And up here, there is a sad dearth of available outlets for hot tub shopping and we had to go down the hill to San Bernardino to look around. We went to the one place and there they were-- great displays, great people, lots of help, good product and that's where we found out about Cal Spas. The Cal Spas tubs were in our area to look at and pretty much anywhere else you went. There wasn't a lot of market penetration apparently of the competitors. It's really a question of what we had available to us to look at and Cal Spas appeared to be the product. So, we just went ahead and went with it.

We’re very pleased when we found out Cal Spas was up here in High Desert especially that all shops for pool resources that were here a few years back closed. We went to their showroom and was pleased with how they approached us, how they were very helpful in answering our questions, and demonstrating anything that we asked about on the spa. When they came out and delivered it, they were atop of putting it together and how they had to get it in to our fence. They were also superb in letting us know how to work on the chemicals, the water and the temperature. They were very professional in setting everything up and explaining everything to us, and reassuring as we watched them put it together. Everything went very smoothly. The model we got seats five and it’s what we liked in comparison to the different features of the other models.

Cal Spas was the worst experience I have ever had in my life. I almost got killed one time in a car accident and in a boating accident but dealing with Cal Spas was worse than that. I bought a spa in 2014 and we had a problem with the shell because it was crazing all around the lip where it's exposed over on the outside. It had some fractures in it that can be seen. But I was told that shell had been discontinued because of that exact issue.

I got Cal Spas' Grande and its installation went easy overall. On the other hand, a few things have happened with the spa itself. The first thing I noticed is one of the jets came completely out of the hole immediately and so I talked Scott at Mirage Spas. He told me to screw it back in but one of the ears on the lock physically broke. It took a little while to explain that to him. I'm a mechanical person so I knew what happened. Also, Cal Spas puts a lot of these little black 'spiders' basically with three little holes or four little holes and they attach to the jets. They're plastic things and probably cost 25. They shouldn't even put them on because they all break constantly. They're junk and are not made right.

We went over to our local spa shop, and Cal Spas had good displays there. We got our first hot tub from them, and I like it. The installation team arrived on time and took care of everything. They set it up, we had the electrician handle it, and it was good to go. It was an easy experience. However, we seem to be having some trouble with the thermostat in it right now and we haven't been able to use it since the weather changed and it's not getting warm enough. Nevertheless it was an overall pleasant experience.

My husband was looking for a hot tub. We needed it for medical reasons. I was diagnosed with a disorder and needed it for my body, to help relax my muscles. My husband went to the Cal Spas store and spoke to some people there, and he looked around. He basically knew what he wanted and we got a good feel from them. The reps were all very friendly and helpful. We've had our hot tub from them since May. We had it put in, and that was all well and good. My husband is now literally in the hot tub six out of seven days a week, even with the temperature going down for the cold season.

Cal Spas had good reviews so we purchased our tub from them. They did a good job placing it where I wanted but they didn't install it. I had to hire an electrician. I've been meaning to call them because the little plastic things that go where the jets are, they're breaking. I've already had three of them break. I don't know if that's a warranty issue or they're just cheaply made. It's not good when you paid an amount close to $9,000 and just for the first two weeks, they're already breaking. But, I'm satisfied, with the tub. We try to stay cool in the summer, not really heating up the water and then warm in the winter.

I was initially buying from Endless Pools since my fiance wanted something she could actually swim on. However while I was online looking for Endless Pools, I'd seen Cal Spas and they came out cheaper by thousands. A lot of people told me that Cal Spa are not swim spas but they have very good Jacuzzi tubs plus the company has been around for a while and it's a good brand. I eventually chose Cal Spas since they at least gave me a lot of information about where I could go and do things on my own when it turned out that the electricians that they recommended were ridiculously expensive. I think they're in cahoots with the person that was gonna run the concrete. It was really shady and I didn't like it.

I bought a Cal Spas 2016 Swim Spa S1325 from Secard. It's a big spa, I like it, and the price was a lot reasonable. The other ones were way out of hand as far as the price was. Even with the price being lower than the others, it was just as good if not better. I have a six-person Master spa and they're about the same in quality but Cal Spas is a swim spa so it's way bigger. The controls and the jets are a little better on the Cal Spas. They also have a better reputation and more people are familiar with them than Master Spa.

I got the Patio Escape Plus Special Edition from Cal Spas. When the installation guys brought the tub, they looked like they were having a difficult time, but they finally figured out how to get it off the truck and get it in the backyard. Once they put it together, the paint on the wood part of the countertop was warped so we called Cal Spas and they took pictures for them to replace it. But so far, they have not done that. They need to come and fix that wood.

We were looking for a particular type of spa and ended up dealing with one of the Cal Spas dealers. They dropped the ball where they had to expedite it. For some reason, the order didn’t get put through so they were about three weeks late on the delivery which really upset my wife. We had to approach the company, figure out what was going on, and keep pushing them for answers until they finally took care of it. We got the 13-foot swim spa and have had it for a little less than a year now. However, it's not what we were told it would be. We spend a lot more money on our gas and especially on our electric every month.

Cal Spas seemed to be everything we wanted for a decent price. We're pleased with the spa that we ended up purchasing and the installation was good. We followed up with their customer service and had them come back out just to ensure all the water and everything was good. It's been up to our expectations of what we anticipated we're getting, and we're enjoying it thus far.

I was looking for hot tubs on the internet and came across Cal Spas. Their sales team were good and they answered all my questions. The installation team who came out here was an hour late because they were getting the spa, but it was okay. I'm visually impaired, so I haven't gotten comfortable with the tub yet. But my friends and family loved it. Overall, my experience with Cal Spas is very good and they're very professional.

We had a Coleman Spa before and we really liked it. We wanted Cal Spas this time due to the availability of the store in our area and also because we like the guy at the store. The sales person was not pushy and told us what we wanted. I really liked that I got the very much of a no BS type of buy from him. He didn’t try to sell us something that we didn’t want. I really respected that. He was very available and answered questions. He listened to our needs associated with it and he matched them perfectly. I’m glad we went with them. I usually use the spa very early in the morning. I’ll hop in for 30 minutes before I go to work. It also gave our son a place that he can splash around. He’s four. And since it’s already warm, he can use it year-round instead of just a certain number months in the summer.

We got Cal Spas and it's working good. We found it on one of the advertising mailers sent by local advertisers. I visited the local store in my area and a gentleman at the store helped, showed me around, showed me the pricing, and explained to me. He was very friendly and did a good job. We went with a decent one which was about $4500 and it's an exterior spa. It was delivered and the team did a great job. They were friendly, showed up on time, and set it up. It's the first spa we bought and been using it for about six months now. Despite its obvious lining, the machine is very reliable. It seems like a nice a spa and we're doing great so far. We've no problems whatsoever. Sometimes the kids or me and my wife go in and have family time. We like the spa and it's very good for relaxing. We're having a good time, we're enjoying it, and we're happy with it.

I bought my first Cal Spas about 10 years ago when there was a retail location in Corona, California. I did another purchase earlier this year, a seven-seater hot tub, and they did a good job. The installation went smoothly and they showed up on time. I'm happy to have the tub. I use it twice a week, and it's a good thing to have. Overall, it was a good experience and I had no problems.

I purchased one Cal Spas when they used to have their dealer right here at Ontario 63. My first pack came from them and it was wonderful. I never had any problems, and the people were very professional. The person that I dealt with was on top of everything. When I went looking for them again, I found out they were no longer there. When Yelp them, Cal Spas doesn't have stores anymore, just dealers.

My neighbor had recommended them, but I did all of my research on the internet. I asked for the top 10 spas that are reliable and has low repair cost. One of them was Arctic Spa, and the other one was Cal Spas. The place in Florida offered a $10,000 spa that included everything - shipping it out here and setting it up. And I thought if they can do it that cheap then I should be able to find one in California. It's gotta be $2000 less. But I didn't find any. I found Cal Spas and they were in Pomona. They were said that I had to go see them at a swimming store. I can't just go out to their factory, but I had to buy it through an authorized dealer. Secard Pools was the closest Cal Spas distributor so I went there.

The installer showed up, delivered the spa and put it in the place where I asked them to. He asked me if I know how to run it. I said no, so he gave me a quick little go-through thing. The water is great because I got sore bones and muscles. However, the spa's control panel is not user-friendly. I have four buttons with the words jets, lights, arrow up, arrow down and you have to push these different ones to get it to do one action. Then to change the different types of programs whether it be sleep mode or economy mode, you have to push these buttons multiple in a sequence. It's like a coded pad and not like pushing the word mode and change its mode. I told my wife that we shouldn’t spend another $5000 just to get the user-friendly panel. But everything was fine. It's been a good and pleasant experience with Cal Spas.

The Cal Spas tub helps my back. I got the cheapest one they sell, a show special. The installers were really good. Yesterday, I called the company because the tub would not shut off at times and the guy on the phone gave an explanation which made sense. We love the tub. It has definitely improved our backyard and it's a great investment.

Why do you give a floating bromine dispenser? Owners manual says do not use them. They can become trapped in one area and cause over-sanitation, and chemical burn of the spa and cover of that particular area. The manual says only use granular bromine. Why do you give tablets and a floater as the startup chemicals?

I went to four other places before I went to Cal Spas. I got what I wanted and a better price too since I got a floor model from them. During the installation, they showed up and asked me where I wanted the spa, and then I pointed it out and they went back inside. They did a pretty decent setup and explained everything. The tub is more for entertainment purposes and I have more parties after getting it installed. Also, the tub has an easy and simple upkeep - fill it with chlorine, drain it every six or seven months and then refill it.

I purchased the swim spa from Cal Spas about eight months ago, but they haven't set it up yet. I've been building a deck around it, so I bunk it in the ground. I'm still waiting and maybe by the end of the week, they'll come out and install it for me. Their team was knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous.

I love Cal Spas. They have good quality and they've never disappointed us. Their team was really nice, professional, and fast. We're having a wonderful time with our hot tub. It's a wonderful product and I absolutely love it. I'm in it every night. Even during the summertime, I just put the temperature down low so we could use that as a pool too.

Cal Spas was recommended to us by a friend who bought one of their hot tubs. Installation of our hot tub went very well. The installers were good about communicating when our tub would be delivered and installed, and what was needed to be done in addition to them putting it on the premises in terms of hiring electricians and whatever else. They walked me through the maintenance process and had me sign up before they finish. Since installing it, we have had more quality family time without electronics since they can't be brought into the hot tub. Also, we have had friends over more frequently to spend time in the hot tub. We've had more enjoyable relaxation time.

The Cal Spas installers were over-the-top great. They were extremely helpful, very courteous, made sure everything went exceptionally well, and checked to make sure everything was right. We had some problems with the paneling as it started to come off and to warp because of the heat. A gentleman came out and put screws in so it wouldn’t do that and he was great. Then the cover ripped but it wasn’t bad and the tabs came off one side. I thought they were just gonna sew it but they replaced the whole cover. They were great and we’ve had no problem whatsoever. They’ve been on time and they call us when they’re coming, they’re here, or when they’re gonna be late. They made sure everything is done well, answered all our questions, and good contact-wise. It was a great experience and we’ve also recommended Cal Spas to some people.

I knew Cal Spas was pretty good. I had them install a hot tub but the installation was a little hit-and-miss at first. The installers didn’t know that they were supposed to take away the old spa when they got here. And then, I had to be charged more money for the delivery because of that, and I didn’t really have great communication with the company that sold it to me. Nevertheless, I really like my hot tub. It’s a bit smaller than what I had but it’s fine. The features are very nice and it’s very, very high quality. It has been very helpful because I’m older. There’s nothing better than to sit down on it after a long day at work.

We got our Cal Spas in February. It's on our deck and we use it all the time. We have had a leak lately and they've been out a few times to fix it. But then we love it and it's good.

We got a hot tub as a wedding present and that was great and then when we've moved to this house now, it already had a hot tub. It was a great hot tub because we used it minimum three days a week all year so that hot tub finally burnt out. Now, we're putting the hurt on the new tub. The company that did the installation here in Lancaster has been unbelievable. I've always called the local dealer here and they've been insanely good. Their whole team is first rate. Our new tub is more modern than my previous one and it's got different jets set up. As the hot tub technology gets better, Cal Spas figured out what’s working, what’s not. This tub is definitely a step up, for sure. We love Cal Spas, everything's terrific.

I like the design of the spa at Cal Spas, however, I will never buy from them again as long as I live. Within three months, I had an issue but they don't have warranty people or a repair place. They contract it out and they don't tell you that. I paid $150 for the travel charge of the contractor and Cal Spas wasn't willing to do anything about that. And the speakers on the spa don't work. When they were repaired, they worked for about another month before they went bad again. They're not working at this point either. I would never recommend that company to anybody.

The company sent the installers to hook it all up, and they did a really good job. So far, we've been real happy with the patio spa we got from Cal Spas. We really like it a lot, particularly like the foot jet in the bottom of it. None of the spas I had before ever had it.

We've had a good experience with Cal Spas. We've had no worries and we use it all the time. Everything went off as it was supposed to. I'd recommend them.

Cal Spas' sales reps were extremely friendly, professional, nice and offered a pair of swim spa for me, kind of saying come back the next day if I wanted to try it. I think I'm going back there too. I like them personally. The installation of our patio spa also went well. The installers showed up when they said they were going to show up and they put the spa right the way it was supposed to. We really enjoy the spa and think it's a great purchase. We use it pretty much every night.

I've had my Cal Spas patio spa for about a year and it's fine. Everything with the installation was good. I'd recommend them!

I had a hot tub when I bought the house but it was old and depleted. So that's when I went out and bought a patio, 7 x 7, with the 5-horse motor and the 30 jet tub from Cal Spas. They were local and gave me a good price. I had a great experience with the sales rep. I had a lot of questions like where I was going to mount it and I needed a lot of information about where the electrical went in. He bent over backward to give me everything I needed and had the crew bring the tools and stuff that was necessary to set it in place. I had a problem with the siding on the fiber. It had some loose sections. They came out and looked at it, brought two brand new sections and put them on. I haven't had any problem since. Also, I don't use the tub all the time. I haven't used it in three or four months because it's too damn hot. But in the wintertime, I'll use it. It's nice to set it in the evening when it's cold.

We purchased a spa from a Cal Spas store years ago. One of their sales guys was super helpful so we stayed in touch with him the whole time. I've been relocated and I got rid of the spa. Now we moved back so we purchased another one from Cal Spas and it's been almost a year since we've had this one. However, since the patio where the spa was supposed to be installed was not yet ready, their guys only got the spa down the hill and into my backyard. I did the physical installation myself. There was a quality issue with one of the jets but they came out and fixed it right away. Other than that, it's been great. We recommended a tub from Cal Spas to my in-laws since we had such a good experience the first time.

My Cal Spas tub will be a year in December and it hasn't broken yet. It's like having a bathtub outside. I would recommend them to others.

I bought my Cal Spa last year but I'm a bit unhappy with the customer service. They delivered the product, but no one installed it, so I paid somebody else to do that. Then one problem I have right now is that one of the LED lights aren't working. I talked to the guy that I bought it from, and he said I needed to call customer service to make an appointment to fix it. They also told me I needed to pay somebody $75 to come and look at it, but they didn't want to send me somebody to do it. I needed to find somebody to pay $75, and they just sent me the LED light to fix it. Additionally, the panels just started coming down.

I've been using Cal Spas since November of last year. This one is three times the size compared to the old one. It's a patio spa which is a lot bigger. Our installation experience was great. The guys were good. They were late but they did let me know. I feel much better with this spa. Everything's good and it works great for now.

There was a deal on the Cal Spas tubs so we got one. It’s certainly improved the outdoor quality of our living space and our health. However, it's difficult to install and I was a little surprised at the cost of running it. I was told it would be a little less expensive than it actually is to maintain.

I do enjoy my hot tub from Cal Spas. Their salesperson was very knowledgeable and she convinced me to have it as an investment. It has also improved my outdoor living space and I am more relaxed.

We purchased an in-ground pool through Secard and have had Cal Spas for less than a year. We've only used it a handful of times. It was on sale and their gazebo matched our setup.

I got my first Cal Spas tub and had a good experience. Though their installers showed up on the wrong day, they were able to put the hot tub in the right place.

I bought the Cal Spas F-1420 recently and the installation went nicely. I know the guys that came and delivered it, they were cool. My in-laws were the ones who went to the store and picked up more products that we needed like more chlorine. I got the spa for my kids and they're the ones that use it. I used it once with them too and when I did, I wished the water could’ve warmed up faster as it was cold. But other than that, the thing’s nice. There’s a lot of pressure in the jets. I'm very satisfied and I’d recommend Cal Spas to anybody.

It turned out to be a pretty good experience with Cal Spas, except for the top that secures down the spa. You can buy a top that comes with it and you can upgrade it. And the one that came with it, all it did was fold up. The one that I had bought that was designed for it has two arms that hold it up so you can get in it. When you close it, you just hit a latch and it comes back down. A gust of wind hit it and ripped it completely right off that spa. No defects, no nothing but it is not secure. Someone needs to upgrade it. We live in an area where there's rain and sometimes wind. A small gust of wind can actually take that lid.

I've heard a lot of good things about Cal Spas. They had the displays at the fair, I liked what I saw and picked one out. Everything was done very efficiently the day it was installed and the installers were great. They came in, knew what they were doing, put it right up and told us what to do because we wanted to fill it later. It was a real quick deal and a very pleasant experience overall. Then when I had problems turning the heat down, all I did was call the one up here in Victorville and he was very informative. He walked me through it so now I know how to do it. I've also called him to get filters. I haven't had any problems with it. We love the hot tub and it's really nice when I get home from work.

I’ve had Cal Spas before and I also saw them at the Kern County fairgrounds. I purchased another one that's gray and is for six people but sits five. There was a little problem with the installation process having to do with the timing. I was told a certain delivery date but the delivery didn't happen. I had paid it upfront so I was concerned about when it would be delivered so when the initial delivery time came and went and the product still wasn't delivered I called to see what was going on. I was given another date and that came and went too. No one called me to find out what was going on. I went in person to their office and it wasn't a pleasant experience.

I had a Cal Spas before but their service was not good so I wasn't too pleased with them. On the other hand, my new one is doing well, except for the black cushions that you rest your head on -- they deteriorate. I called to the place where I bought it at Secard and I haven't heard anything back from them. It's been a year now. They never got back to me.

My daughter who lives in Hesperia was looking for a swimming pool so we went over to the Cal Spas there. Since I was going to move, I decided I wanted a hot tub. I went in and I saw the round one. The first one I saw was blue but I waited too long and they sold that one. Now the one I got, a four-person tub, I bought it just right at the same time that I got my house. Everything worked out great. They had great installers. They rolled it off, set it in where I was at, explained everything to me, plugged it in, I put water in it, and I was in it two hours later. They were professional and they were really good about it.

I’m glad I went with Cal Spas. It's a very good product for a good price. I called once for a registration issue. But other than that, I haven’t had to call Cal Spas on any issues. The installation team was also very professional and explained everything to me.

I got the Cal Spas F-1222 mostly for my daughter who is autistic. We didn't wanna get a pool but needed something big enough for her to play around in. She loves being in the water and that is a huge thing for her every day. Most of my interactions with the Cal Spas team were through the pool place that I purchased it through, and they've been helpful with anything that's come up. The installers were very courteous and got it done quickly and efficiently.

Cal Spas is a good spa. The outdoor space is much improved because of it. But it was improved by other aspects, too, because it was put in in conjunction with putting in a fire pit and a barbeque. However, I don’t think the maintenance in the handbook was explained very well. But the spa has been great and I like it. The people who I bought it from were very helpful especially in trying to figure out a way of getting it in into my yard which was very difficult. They worked with me and when I couldn’t put it in right away, they held back for a long time until I was able to get it in. It’s been a pretty good experience.

It's been 10 years that we've used Cal Spas because they have good value and service. We got a 7x7 hot tub with four seats and two benches. Cal Spas team called us to see if everything went okay, and when we had a problem, they fixed it. They're nice. The delivery people did a good job setting up our tub and leveling it. We use our hot tub all the time. It's everything I thought it would be, and it's good.

We bought Cal Spas last year around August. The dealer brought it, dropped it off on the pad, and the electrician hooked it up for us. I’d definitely recommend Cal Spas, especially the local dealer.

The installation of the hot tub was done very efficiently. However, we had some problems with the cracking of the panels, but Cal Spas installed that later on although it took us a really long time to get the panels back. We use the hot tub all the time and we've been very satisfied with it. Plus, their team have all been very nice. It's been a very positive experience and we love our spa.

The people of Cal Spas at the store were great, but the guy who came out to our house was god-awful. He was rude, mean, and he stressed me out. He made my heart beat really fast and I wanted him to leave. My sister, unfortunately, lives close and got the same guy, and we both said never again. I told the people at the store but they said they've never heard of that before, which I find very difficult to believe. Otherwise, the experience has been fine. I've been using the product for about a year and I’m taking care of it by myself.

Installation of our Cal Spas hot tub went relatively smooth. The tub produces more family time and our experience with it is exceptional.

The only problem I have with my Cal Spas is that I can't find another filter for it. The guy said that it can be cleaned and be reused over and over. I just put it in a filter cleaning solution, which if they'd had told me that when I bought the tub, I would have bought two filters because this filter is a pain in the butt. I’ve taken so many pictures of it and measurements, emailed them to people, and I still do not have another filter for the tub. I would have shut it down and not even run it for at least 24 hours so I can clean the filter, which isn't good especially in Colorado because it gets pretty cold up here. I tried to reach out to the distributor and when I managed to get them to answer me finally, and the place they told me to contact to get the filter was a big mess up. I'm still working with just one filter and I already gave up on those guys.

We've been using Cal Spas for a year now. This is our first hot tub and its installation was easy. Our outdoor living space has improved. Overall, they have decent products and my experience has been good.

It has been a year now since we've started using Cal Spas. The company I worked with did a really great job in getting it installed. The one we got was a 14-foot swim spa which my wife use for medical purpose and has made her condition improved. So far, I'm happy with it.

I have had several hot tubs before but when I got Cal Spas 13 months ago, it’s like driving from a Fort Pinto going into a Cadillac. I really enjoy it but it's like a girlfriend, I got to take care of it and watch it. I installed myself and I hired an electrician to inspect the input. It’s a big tub and I had to lift it up on to a nine-foot deck so I had to use my pump to do it. Furthermore, I'm most impressed with their service. I called up and said I’m having an issue with the tub. The guys there, the next morning, not only fixed it but updated all the stuff that’s been recalled without even being asked.

We like Cal Spas' products. We did our homework and decided to go with them and purchased a Patio spa. Their installation team was excellent and everything went smoothly. It's a very excellent product and the store sells it very well.

I was looking online for a Jacuzzi and I found out about Cal Spas. I like the design. A lot of the other spas were a little cheap and this one looks like it has high quality. It was also the decor of my house that's why I chose them. The model I have seats three people. It's very hot in California right now, so I sit in there, not turning it off so it's almost like I'm swimming in a pool. When I turned on the lights for the spa, it's like a disco ball because it has rainbow colors. I don't know if it's the model I got but they should have something different than that. It looked like I was having a rave in my backyard when I turned it on. I'm a little too old to be raving anymore so I don't want my neighbors to think I'm having some kind of EDP in my backyard.

I like the style of the Cal Spas hot tub and their warranty was good. For installation, I had to get a crane to get the tub up and over my house to get it in the backyard. Everybody was out there watching probably hoping it fell over the roof to give them something to see. That was a little bit of an experience, but all went smooth.

We drove by and stopped in on Cal Spas while they were in our neighborhood. We like the price and the people so we decided to give that a try. We really appreciate the spa and we really like it. It's been a very good experience and we'd recommend it to anybody.

It's been good with our CalSpas tub. We have it for a year and my husband uses it for exercise. Their reputation and price made us choose it over other companies.

We've had Cal Spas for a year now. We chose it for its great price. The installation wasn't a fun experience. I think the two workers were having a fight with each other so they did a crappy job in putting up the gazebo around it. The finished product then looked like something that came from a used place, so I had to call them back. Cal Spas sent someone else instead to fix it and do some touch-ups, and I'm happy with the spa now. We saved on water with it since we don't have to keep refilling it up like we did with our in-ground one.

We've had Cal Spas for 14 years and we're on our second one now. We had the first one for about 10 years and pretty much ran it around the clock, even over the winter. We live in Minnesota so it saw some pretty brutal winters and it lasted a long time, so we're pretty happy with it. It has improved our living space and recreation time. The kids use it, too.

Cal Spas was a completely different type of spa. It's definitely better than the others. We got the Softub from them. I wouldn’t say their team was friendly but they know what they're doing. We thought we needed to purchase new filters but they advised that the amount of time we had with our filter is good. We have the tub in the entire outdoor patio. We spend more time there and less on vacations because we have the spa now. Our electricity bill did go up quite high compared to what we had before but the hot tub is better for the family having it. There's more time spent together because everybody wants to be in it.

I was at the mall and Valley Spa was having swim spas and found out about Cal Spas which they have on sale. I chose them over other manufacturers because of the price and availability. They told me what I needed to do to get the slab put on and gave me the number for the electrician that they use and somebody who would build the deck around it because it was going above ground and they helped me with getting everything going. They had no problems. Our spa was brought in before they assembled it, was put on pillows and was put perfectly on the slab. Since then, I got the lid off of it so I don't have to do it myself and got the chemicals down. It's there when I want to use it.
