I sent them a pic of the wall of the pool that came loose. I was told there is no danger. If I want it fix I have to pay for it. They would tell me what to do to get it fixed. This pool is only 7 months old. I think they should have fixed it. All they want is your money. Once you pay for the pool they don't care what happens.

I spoke with **, she was absolutely amazing. I had intended to buy filters but she recommended to use the gift certificate towards the Ion parts because it was more expensive. I really want to thank her for that because we had no idea we had to replace that every year. She was soooo helpful and curious, just love her. If I could I would recommend a raise for her, we really didn't know about all the info she gave. Y'all have a very awesome employee.

I am very happy with my new 27 ft pool. It is what I always wanted. I done my homework and shopped around at all types of pool. I looked at a fiberglass pool. I also looked at a inground pool. When it come down to it I got the 27 ft round pool from Blue World Pool. The Finance was easy. The salesman made an appt with myself and my wife once at the house. He took time to explain the pool. We also got to pick out liner that goes inside pool. After a week I got a phone call from the install team. We set up a date for the pool to be install. The installer told me step by step on what was going on. I am very happy with BLUE World POOL.

We purchased a 27 foot round pool last year from Blue World Pools. I have been very satisfied with the pool and the service from them. We enjoyed the pool immensely last year and am looking forward to it this year. The pool power ionizer made it virtually maintenance free. This was our second pool and the first one used chlorine. It was expensive and the water was green as often as not. With the ionizer the water stayed clear all year with very little maintenance. The pool is great and Blue World Pools did everything they promised.

I absolutely love my new pool and would recommend them to everyone.

Love the Blue Water Pool. Had a great experience with the installers. When we purchased our pool we had another pool in the same place. The installers were nice enough to tear down the old pool and helped us haul it away. We have had great comments on the pool from family and friends. Everyone was nice and friendly that we had interaction with at Blue Water Pools.

Let me just say our pool has to be the best investment we have ever made. With it came with so much fun for our family, and any family who is looking for a toy, well just get a blue world pool and the fun will follow.

We ordered a blue world pool last year and have loved it. We also have saved so much on chemicals. After filling with water right out of our outside faucet and adding the chemicals that were provided with the pool, it was ready for swimming in two days. Just add one or two gallons of bleach once a week and that's it. The water stayed crystal clear the entire time.

I am a retired coal miner and we decided to purchase a pool. We looked at many versions of above ground pools and Blue World seemed to be a perfect fit for us. We have 9 grandkids and 2 great grandkids. They all love the water. We needed a large pool and Blue World has a 27' round pool. We got the the heavy gauge liner, it is great. Also love the ionizer. I have had chlorine and salt water treatment pools and by far and away the ionizer is the best in my opinion. Easy to use. This pool is easy to take care of, like I said I'm retired and didn't want a lot of extra work. Blue World makes it easy to take care of your pool with a minimal amount of time and work!! Love it!!!!!

We have had our pool for about a year now and love it. It’s so easy to maintain and keep running. Really very inexpensive to own. It has increased our family time both with our 6 kids and extended family. I would highly recommend this company as they will always work with you if problems come up.

We were pressured by a salesman to purchase a pool from Blue World. The installation was poor. After several calls about it they finally came out to house and said it was right. Now almost 4 years later the system is worthless and the company has caused me several bank fees because they would try to take payments out before due date so when I closed my bank account they refused payments by mail and the representatives at the call center are extremely rude and refused payments. We are contacting our lawyer as we speak. Would not recommend this company to my worst enemy.

Don't buy from Blue World Pools. They are a rip-off. They promise you things and they never follow through with them. Said could pay off early and save money...won't let you. Paying 5 times more than what their piece of ** pool is worth.

After a few false starts in scheduling the installation of our pool everything happened quickly. The sales man was helpful in choosing which one to purchase and where to place it. The installers were very polite and quickly had it finished. They even cleaned up after themselves. We had to wait about a day or so for it to fill but as soon as it was we quickly started to make use of it. Enjoyed it for the rest of the summer.

We recently were refinancing our home; in the process, we needed Blue World Pools to a subordination. Our lenders had to contact Mr. Eugene ** in which he was very arrogant, rude and hateful in trying to get done what needed to be done. I myself then had to contact him. He also talked to me in a very demeaning manner, rude, arrogant and hateful. Well to find out later, we needed 2 subordinations with Blue World Pools as they have 2 liens on own home (not 1 like we were told there would be), so once again our lender needed his help in getting the process done in which he would not help to get done what needed to be done.

We have been very pleased so far with Blue World Pools. They have a great customer service dept. Always very helpful and nice. We have the 18' classic pool and we love it. The pool looks great!

The pool is beautiful and easy to maintain, my kids are loving it. Best thing on a hot day. Love that we can stay home and have fun. Finance interest was high but it was easy to get financed. They installed it in one day and it was ready to swim in two days, thanks.

After quitting job, swimming pool is one last thing I wanted to have due to hearsay about high maintenance costs. I wanted to have a swimming pool for aquatic exercises and many benefits of owning one such as more often parties that bring family and friends together.

Blue World Pool made the purchase of the pool easy. The install guys were great. They were on time.

The pool is beautiful, and we had a wonderful experience with everything from the sale to the installation of the pool.

I was very pleased with the installation. 2 gentlemen came out and were polite and friendly. They had my pool set up in a day. Our salesman was exceptional!! He helped us find the perfect pool. Now enjoy our new pool very much. Our children and grandchildren have enjoyed the pool as well with us. The only disappointment I experienced was that the style of stairs I was promised (the wedding cake stairs) were not delivered with the pool. After calling, I was told that style wasn't available. The maintenance of the pool is surprisingly simple. It took very little effort to keep it sparkling.

I have been interested in obtaining a pool for some time now. Recently after seeing an ad, I contacted Blue World Pools for an estimate. A meeting was arranged quickly for someone to come to my home. After hearing the details and seeing the beautiful pools, I decided to purchase an above ground pool. Arrangements were made for the installation and I now have a beautiful 24' Classic pool in my yard. I was genuinely surprised and pleased at the size of the pool and how many people can comfortably swim at the same time. The pool looks great and friends and neighbors have been very complimentary on the results. I am landscaping the yard and have been very pleased with how nicely the pool has fit into the landscaping. It looks great. Even though we did not get to enjoy for the entire summer this year, we look forward to many years of enjoyment. I recommend these pools to anyone interested in a pool for their family enjoyment.

Our neighbors pool was setup beautifully and we had been secretly admiring it for weeks. We finally stopped by and ask them where they got it from and they told us, Blue World Pool. We called them the very next day. They were excellent in getting us the information we needed and the setup was quick. The pool has great durability and the kids love it. If you are interested Blue World Pools, it is great company and the family will definitely enjoy.

We had a 27 ft. swimming pool installed last year, so our daughter would learn how to swim. Being that we live around lakes and hear a lot of children drowning because they don't know how to swim.

By far the best pool I've ever owned. This is my third pool, my first with Blue Water. Here in Texas it is really Hot, and you need a pool. It's great to be able to jump in the pool anytime and not have to worry about the chemical, because there are none, the chlorine smell, because there are none. Just enjoy the cool water.

This has been the worst experience ever! The sales guy that came out was nice enough, but from there it went all downhill. We were advised that when BWP left that we would be able to swim.. Well that was just a flat out lie. We live in the country and have a well. I advised the sales guy that our well would not support filling up a 27k gallon pool but he stated again not to worry. We were also promised that the pool would be installed by July 4th -- we signed the original papers on June 8th.

I had a great experience with Blue World Pools. The salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable. The Installers were quick and efficient in installing the pool. They cleaned up their mess when they finished the installation. The only problem I had at all was with the financing and I was not very happy when I found out about it, but by then it was too late, the pool was already getting installed.

Did what they said they'd do----All I Needed!

I would like to revise my review because Sean went above and beyond to resolve all issues with our pool. We now have all parts in perfect working order with a clear beautiful pool. It is well above our expectations for an above ground swimming pool. Also our installer was very kind and helpful to get our swimming pool back in working order after draining and solving the debris problem under the liner. I am extremely happy and would recommend Blue World Pools to everyone!!

We LOVE this pool. We had talked about installing one for a while and even contacted some other companies. No other business was as helpful as Blue World Pools. The sales personnel answered every question and concern we had before-hand and make the purchase super easy. The pool installers really knew what they were doing (even in the rain). They even called the next day to make sure everything was working correctly. Maintenance is a breeze. We've never had a pool before, so we had a few hiccups at the beginning keeping the water clear. The customer service people we talked to were very helpful and patient, and after just a few weeks, our pool was crystal clear and we've had no problem since. It's been wonderful in this heat to have this cool water to jump into everyday. We wish we had done it sooner.

After more than a few bumps in the road I was contacted by Sean Warren and Jim Harrison who went above and beyond to resolve my issues. Thanks these these two I would recommend blue world pool to people. The pool is amazing. My experience with Blue World Pools was great. From the very first step to the final installation of the pool and the follow up calls. I would recommend Blue World Pools to all of my friends.

Before we decided to get a pool we asked our friends about theirs and all we heard were the cost of the chemicals would surprise you so when I went looking for a pool I was a skeptic. There are so many types and sizes to choose from but when I came across Blue World Pools they didn't have just one size fits all and they had a variety of pools to choose from. This is where it gets better. They had a pool filtering system that doesn't use harsh chemicals and it was the size we wanted, so those of you out there looking for a pool you should look at Blue World Pools. We are very pleased with the pool we got and I love the low maintenance.

I am changing my tune on Blue World. After talking with Sean Warren....he has resolved our issues, been more than helpful and gracious. Sean addressed the customer service concerns I had and has agreed to be our main conduit should we have any future concerns. I doubt we will. But, I appreciate his time and ability to turn things around for us. Not many companies can do that! Thank you again Sean!!

I would never recommend Blue World Pools. They are a total ripoff!! In 2 years only $1,000 has applied to principal @ 226.00 monthly! They have the rudest customer service care I have ever dealt with (Eugene)! Please do not use your hardworking money for a company that has no regards to your family! I wish my husband and I wasn't so naive when dealing with this company!!

We got our pool installed Saturday Jun 28th and what a blessing it is. With continued communication with Blue World Pools installation office and Mr. Sean Warren we got our pool. It seems there was a big break in communication between Blue World Pools and the contracted installer that actually comes to your house to install the pool. The pool looks amazing and we can't wait to go swimming!

I have been more than happy with my experience with Blue World Pools. The employees we have worked with have all been polite and helpful. When we first got the pool we were not able to use it much due to all the rain. However for the past few weeks we have been in it almost every day! The past two summers we put up and took down the Walmart pools which is a lot of work in itself. Plus trying to get the chemicals right was always a problem. Our new Blue World Pool has been low maintenance with clean clear water. I have two grandchildren, ages 6 & 2, and they love it. I'm looking forward to our fourth of July cookout with extended family so we can all enjoy the pool. Although the pool was more expensive than we initially planned to pay, it has been well worth the investment.

I would highly recommend Blue World Pools for your summer fun. The staff was very helpful in explaining each and every pool, the sizes and each piece of equipment that comes with them. They explained each piece and every part so your pool care was easy. The goal is to enjoy with as least work as possible. The pool installers were all very good and also explained each and everything in detail. Every one we spoke to or had any assistance from were very nice with great work ethic and respect. We love our pool and would highly recommend this company. Let's go swimming!!

I would recommend Blue World Pools to all my family and friends. We enjoy our pool on a daily basis. Our experience with this company has been a very positive one. The installers were very courteous and thorough. They cleaned up after the install, and leveled our pool perfectly. The quality of all materials is superb.

Our pool is very nice. The ionizer is a great feature with no chemicals to poor in. The installers did a nice job but there is a wrinkle in the floor of the liner and they didn't get the sand smooth.

We bought a 24ft round pool from Blue World Pools. We Love it!!! Very easy to maintain. Don't forget to buy pool cover for winter. Installers were fast and great. Would recommend very highly. THANKS AGAIN.

We have had our new pool up for three weeks now. Our family is enjoying it so much. My husband does all the work on the pool and loves the low fact, that it is low maintenance and low cost to keep running. The installers that came to our house to put up our pool were very professional and friendly. They did a wonderful job setting up the pool and giving us instruction on the next steps before they left. Another great feature with Blue World Pools is that they are always just a phone call away. If we have any questions or concerns, all we have to do is pick up the phone. My family and I feel we have made a good investment with our pool purchase and are excited to enjoy our new pool in the years to come.

We love love love our Blue World Pool that we have had now for about one year. We have the 24 round and is perfect for our family. The whole experience of purchasing, setting up, starting up and maintaining has been a 5* experience. The people are nice and very accessible, rarely have I spoke with a recorder. They talked us through the winterization process and were there when we had questions early summer. The pool is beautiful and we get so many compliments on it because it is so strong and professional grade. It has never turned green, easy maintenance .

We contacted Blue World Pools last year. They sent a sale rep out to look at our property and decide where the best place to install the pool was. After agreeing on a very reasonable price, we agreed to have the pool installed. After enduring a few delays due to Mother Nature, the pool was finally installed. We used the pool numerous times last summer. We are getting ready to undo the winterizing and have the pool filled. We are looking forward to another great year of use with our pool.

I do not recommend anyone to the place. They give you a price and once they send someone out the price goes way up. They advertise an econoline pool for $299 which is not true. When it's over it will cost you $2000. Then they want you to upgrade to the midline - which will cost you $15,000. I was even told I could purchase the pool for $299 and install myself. But when called to do so, that isn't allowed. Very unhappy with the time wasted on this. And my kids getting their hopes up just to be let down!!!!!

We were very please with the setup of our pool. The gentleman that installed were very polite and knowledgeable of the pool and the system. They were able to answer all of our questions and made sure that they answered them before they left. They also were very clean and made sure that everything was great before they left. The pool is very easy to clean and maintain. We are very satisfied with our purchase. Everyone that we talked to from the salesman, installer, and customer service were all very friendly and able to answer all our questions. The only thing that we were not informed of was that the pool ionizer needs to be replaced yearly. I would only recommend that they give a manual that has the levels the pool needs to be at; however, we called and they gave us the information. We just think it would be easier in a little manual or pamphlet - that way it is easy to get to when needed. Our family loves to get in the pool to relax after work, to play with kids, and it's great for family get-togethers. There is plenty of room for all of us.

We, like so many other people had seen the Blue World Pool commercials and decided to make the call. We are so happy we did, within a few days a Blue World Pool representative was at our door. We just happened to be his very first customer out of training and obviously he did a great job!! He was very well-mannered, polite and confident. He explained the whole process of the ionizing and filter and how it worked and how using this system can save money compared to the standard chemical system. He also showed us the different liners, styles and sizes that Blue World Pool has to offer, but most importantly he was able to get financing and payment date within our budget!

I was very skeptical of Blue World coming into my home and having to listen to the same old long presentation with, at the end, a product you can not afford. However, as the salesman kept talking, I became more interested. Then of course in my mind I am thinking, OK how much? I can honestly say from options on the pools, financing and install, this company has come through. Every question we have had, they have an answer. They answer the phone and respond. I am very impressed and would highly recommend them to visit your family for a swimming pool.

I real love our Blue World Pool. It help with the therapy on my legs and arms. It is nice to get in on hot days. It is easy to take care of. My whole family love the pool. We have in a around the pool. Every day my mom and dad get in it a lot. They say it help them relax and they have not been swimming in over 30 years. We just love the pool. I think if you get one, you would love yours just as much as we love ours.

The salesman Paul was a very nice man. He explained everything to us on the sizes and the prices and financing of the pool. The installer Glen called and was very nice. We are a recently retired military family, and just bought our first home after 21 years of living in military housing. A pool of our own is something we knew we wanted as soon as we moved in. I can't believe how easy this entire process was! We were going to purchase a pool from a local pool business until I saw a commercial advertising "Blue World Pools". I thought it looked interesting, so I called the number on the screen.

Wonderful product and service. My family loves our pool and we use it every chance we get. The low amount of chemicals is a plus as far as health is concerned and I am comforted knowing we are not harming ourselves with harsh contents. Less chemicals also means less maintenance which is always a good thing. Excellent for parties and family get-togethers, which is a definite strong suit for our family. Friendly staff met all of our needs and handled any questions and concerns in a timely manner. One on one consultation was a huge factor in our decision to choose Blue World Pools.

We needed a pool that would stand the test of time and become a permanent form of entertainment and landscape in our backyard. The pool we received from Blue World has become exactly that! The installers were great and had the pool up in a matter of one afternoon. By the next afternoon we were swimming. We've had the pool for a few months and have spent very little money, effort or time keeping the pool clean! I am very pleased we decided to go the Blue World route for our pool needs instead of a DIY kit or another company!

The set up of the pool in its location that was picked was excellent. It's easy access and when we are ready, will be building a deck from the house to the pool. We have disabled individuals that will be able to access the pool with ease when deck is done. The ladder locks out of reach of the little ones which is great to prevent little ones from climbing. Were in the process of doing some landscape work around the pool. Our yard is on a small incline. The contractor did a lot of work to the the area for the pool. It came out excellent. Will submit pictures at a later time, when kids come to help me. I'm not knowledgeable in that area so sorry.

We called to get them to come out to talk about getting a pool, they came out to our house two days later! They helped explain everything to us. It was one of the best things we have ever done. They answered every question we had, and they had answers for everything! Our kids love the pool! Its easy to take care of, so its great. The kids can help because you don't have to do much. Anyone thinking about getting a pool really need to call Blue World! The best service you could want! We love that it brought our family together! So thank you Blue World pools!!

We have loved our pool we purchased at Blue World Pools! The guys who installed the pool was nice! The kids always have a blast playing in the pool! The pool is less maintenance than most pools, therefore you have more time to enjoy relaxing in the pool rather than cleaning it. We have really enjoyed our pool! It's great for kids! There will be no more hurting red eyes from the chlorine in pool!! The pool is big enough for the whole family to get in and enjoy at the same time! It great for the kid's birthday parties or even family get togethers. We love our pool!

Blue World Pools is the best pool! We sat down with the salesman, he told us about the 299 dollar pool. After his pitch he showed us the beautiful pool that we just had to have! It wasn't the 299 dollar one and yes it was a lot more pricey!! But it was the one that the wife and I wanted. So we decided to purchase the middle package pool, even though we made the right choice! A month later the wife and I and our 5 children were enjoying our brand new beautiful pool!

We were so shocked by the ease and quickness of the whole process with Blue World Pools. From selecting the right pool for our family, maintenance, and financing. I bought a pool from Blue World Pools and it was awesome!! Best pool EVER!!

We got our Blue World Pool last year just in time for our 4th of July party. Everyone had a great time. The pool is so easy to take care of, without spending a lot of money. If you want to have a great time in your own yard, you should check out Blue World Pools. The installers come out in a timely manner to set up the pool only took one day. We love our pool.

We purchased the 24' Midline Round Pool. They made the entire process very easy. The sales rep was great and helped us make the right decision for the type of pool. The pool was delivered and professionally installed when promised. Once the pool was up they supported us in the initial filling and preparation of the pool for swimming. All in all this was a great experience - 5 Stars across the board. I would recommend them to anyone wishing to purchase a quality pool.

We looked around for a pool and figured we get one whenever we felt it was the right time. We didn't know how much a pool was or that there was differences in the quality of a pool. We had one before and had someone come and set it up. Ended up taking about 2 weeks or more. Had a hard time keeping up with the installer and his helper. His helper did some of the work, when he wasn't sleeping in his truck. This time we found Blue World Pools and gave them a call. We found out that there was a big difference in pool quality, using less chemicals, just all kinds of information. The representative that explained it all to us, including the warranty and left it up to us to decide. They were very helpful in all questions we had and more.

Purchase our 18-ft round pool on July 2013. The sales person that came over was determine to sell us a pool - giving us one-day deals, showing my wife and I everything about the pool, what they will do, like buying a car. I loved the sales process because we received an excellent deal for our pool comparing to other companies I looked at. Installation was good and fast, no problems. They did needed to come back to re-level the pool, which I did not have any hassles on bring the installers back. If you are ready for an above ground pool, Blue World Pools is an excellent place to buy one. They do not forget you once the pool is set-up and back-up what they say. Only sad thing my wife and I have with the pool - wish I could have gotten the 24-ft one. Did not know we were going to have this much fun, and very easy to maintain.

I have enjoyed my experience with Blue World Pools. When Brian came to put the pool up, he was very nice and explained everything to me how to take care of the pool. Also we have enjoyed the pool and my son that was 3 at the time loved the pool very much. Sorry I don't have any images of the pool.

My grandchildren love the pool. It is refreshing and delightful to have in my neighborhood. We like to go out and just play in the water. It is the life of the neighborhood. When people passes by, they look in the yard and see it. They say it is the best thing going in the summer times. They like how it is set up on the side of the yard. It makes the yard look wonderful. The pool is so refreshing that we sometimes just get in and play in the water. A lot of people can't believe how fantastic it is in the yard. The customer service has also been excellent with Blue World Pools. They have answered all my questions and been there every time I needed them. My wife and I bought a 24 foot circular pool a year ago. She wanted it so that she could exercise to help her with making changes in her life. We had the family over on a number of occasions who all enjoyed it, and made it worth buying.

The Blue World Pools salesman was very informative and explained everything! The construction of the pool is very strong and durable!!!!! Everybody that we dealt with was very professional and helpful! The pool builders were fast and efficient with putting up the pool!!!! I love how the pump shows the temperature of the water!!!! I love the ionized pool pump, so we don't have to use as many chemicals!!!! We just put 1 or 2 gallons of household bleach in once every week and vacuum every week and the pool was good!!!! I love how the ladder has a built-in locking system, to prevent drowning!!!!!

I had my doubts about the company but was soon put at ease. Everyone was more than helpful and understanding. I recommend this pool my family and friends. We have enjoyed the pool all last summer and cannot wait till the weather is warm enough to get in. We have gotten it all up for the summer season and it was a breeze. We did what they said to do at the end of the season last year and when we uncovered it last weekend and the water was as clear as it was when we closed it down. Like I said all we are waiting on is the tem. to rise. I recommend this system for anyone who has skin problems, or health problems. All in all I could not be more pleased with my pool. We just love it.

I purchased my pool last summer and had a rep come to my house. She was very informative and patient with all my questions. She was sincere and understanding to my financial situation.

The installation guys were extremely nice, installed the pool toot sweet, and were very reassuring how easy it would be to maintain. And guess what? It was exactly as they said. We used it almost every day last summer, and had numerous pool parties for family and friends. During this entire time the water maintained its crystal clear appearance and keeping the water balanced to the standard based on the dipstick testing was extremely easy. This year we are having a contractor install a deck that will butt right up to the pool and to my surprise the cost is extremely reasonable. Personally I feel my decision to do a Blue Pool vs an in-ground pool was/is the right decision.

I am so happy with my purchase of a Blue World Pool! The salesman who came to see me was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I had called about the cheaper pool, and he explained all about the pool to me. He also explained about the mid-line pool and its features. After hearing the presentation on both pools, I decided to go with the mid-line pool. Shortly after, the installer contacted me to set up a date for my installation. He was such a nice guy! He was very efficient, knowledgeable, and fast. He explained to me every step of the way what he was doing, and why. In no time, my pool was up, the installer explained the opening procedure to me, went over all the paperwork that explained everything to me, and we started filling it with water.

We love the pool. I have had 3 above grounds pools and this is by far the best quality. I had a small leak with the pipes and it was quickly taken care of by the installer, who by the way had a great attitude.

We purchased a 24' round above ground pool with a salt water filter system from Blue World Pools in the summer of 2013. We had a wonderful summer playing in the pool with all our children and grandchildren. We are now constructing decks and patios and some landscaping to complete our backyard into a beautiful fun and enjoyable backyard because we plan to spend the entire summer in the backyard this summer, lots of bar-b-q's for sure. And instead of having the family picnic at the river it is gonna be right in our backyard this year. We are so excited. I should also mention night time swimming on those hot summer nights is so awesome.

Live, laugh & relax. That's what I get to look forward to now each day when I come home from work during the Summer months. Our Blue World pool has made such a difference to our family. There are so many features that I can't tell you of one that's the best, but for sure the quality assures me our family is safe and can enjoy themselves without worry. A few of the major pluses are the easy care. The ionizer makes summer keep up super simple. I don't have to spend hours and hours trying to balance chemicals. Instead, I can spend those hours floating and relaxing!! The steel walls and wide top rim say quality top to bottom and the wedding cake stairs we got with our pool make it so much easier to get in and out..... Everyone loves it! We can't say enough about our pool and hope you get yours soon to enjoy!

Blue World Pools is the worst company I have ever dealt with when it comes to professionalism. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy!

I am completely happy with my pool and would recommend it to friends. I have had two pools in the past and they both required chlorine treatments which affected my eyes and hair. This pool operates on a power ionizer chamber and salt which keeps the water clear all year and is 100% better than chlorine. The pool was professionally installed (just as promised). The quality of the pool system is of the highest quality and my experience with the customer service people are exceptional and very helpful and considerate. I am proud of my pool system and highly recommend it.

I purchased my pool last summer 2013 and my family has really enjoyed it immensely. It is so easy to maintain and keep up with. I don't need to use chlorine or harsh chemicals and the power ionizer keeps the water sparkling clean. The installation crew were very efficient in their job and did not destroy my yard in any way. They were very thorough in their task. I will recommend Blue World to anybody, especially with the double lifetime warranty that comes with the pool. It is great fun and easy to keep up with.

Blue World Pools is a good company to get your pool from. The pools are 10,000% better than those trash pools you get from your local big box store. The big box pools that you buy there, even the most expensive ones from the big box store, are use 1 year and throw them away pools. Those pools have cheap and crappy pumps that will not even stand one full year of use. The pumps that Blue World Pools use will probably outlast the house you are living in. Most importantly, those "big box" pools use really harsh and smelly chemicals to keep the pool clean and that cost you a small fortune, but not a Blue World Pool. Depending on the size of the pool you purchase, all you use is a simple and cheap bottle of bleach once a week. I personally have the 27 foot diameter pool and use 1 bottle every 4 days. And at about $1 a bottle that is super cheap pool maintenance.

I have to say I have had nothing but a wonderful experience with this company. My city requires a lot of leg work to have a pool (even above ground). I had some issues getting the permit and the guys at Blue World helped me every time I called to complain that something wasn't being done. I have always been called back in a very reasonable amount of time. They told me the pool would be trouble free and I have to say that it really has been. I didn't get my pool installed till Aug 2013 and I figured living in TX I wouldn't need to winterize. We had a horrible ice storm in Dec and I never winterized the pool. The pump pot broke on me due to the ice and I had it repaired yesterday and my pool was green/black. I filled the pool up today and added a ton of bleach and already it is looking much better. I will just run the filter for a day or so and vacuum and my pool will be ready in a few days.

From the gentleman that came out and spoke with us through the entire process, we had nothing but an excellent experience. Everything was explained thoroughly and professionally. Anytime I had a problem or was confused about I needed to do to run my pool, I called the support number and someone was always so kind to explain things to me. We had one minor glitch. We called support number and the guys who put our pool in were here the next day. My experience with Blue World Pools has been wonderful and I would recommend anyone wanting an above ground well-built pool purchase this company.

I got my pool one year ago. The guys who installed it did a great job. The pool is so easy to maintain and my daughter loves it. I loved being able to have a pool without the large cost of below the ground pool. Keeping it maintained over winter was easy as well and required no special care. To open the pool this year I was surprised to see just soon we had it ready to enjoy all summer long. The pool care guys you call at customer service are great and know every little thing about my pool which I also was impressed that I can call and get questions answered quickly and easily.

Blue World Pools is a great company. Our salesman had to come to our house twice because of my mistake, and he was always very friendly and professional. Our installers were great. They stayed until the pool was just like we wanted it and the mess all cleaned up. Most importantly the whole staff was there all along the way and totally kept us informed of what was going on.

We have had our Blue World pool since July 2012. It has provided many, many hours of relaxation, fun and entertainment for my family. It has been virtually maintenance free (as promised) - just add a couple of gallons of Clorox bleach each week and enjoy.

My family and I are very happy with our Blue World Pool. It has encouraged us to have more family time. The pool is deep enough for adults. I am disabled with arthritis, but the ladder and steps with the pool have made it easy for me to enter and exit. The pool helps relieve my arthritis. I like the way the water shoots when the pump is turned on. The pool is maintenance. We basically just add some bleach once a week. The side has a wide enough edge. Persons could construct a deck right against the pool if desired. The width of the pool is large enough for a number of people at the same time. My kids have their friends over. The pool has brought hours of enjoyment for family, friends and neighbors. We thank you so much for our pool. We're looking forward to this summer.

When we made an appointment with A Blue World Pools representative we knew we wanted a pool, had a certain budget, but had no idea what choices were available. After talking at length about our options we decided on a 24ft midline pool. The representative guided us, without pressure, by answering all of our questions. He was very friendly and informative. The installation team came on the day of the appointment, went right to work after verifying the site location, and didn't stop until the work was completed. Tony explained how to use the pump and all of the accessories that came with our pool. I have the chemical balance correct after having the water tested at a pool store and we couldn't be more pleased. Now we just need mother nature to keep these warm days up and we will be swimming and enjoying our pool very soon.

My husband and I were going to do a show pool for Blue World Pools. The in home sales representative was a nice man. We started running all of the numbers and decided we could do better with our finances. When I called this morning 4/15/14 and let every person I talked to what I was wanting their attitude and demeanor completely changed. I do not recommend them. And be sure you read all of their fine print!

The saleswoman was very knowledgeable and helpful with the process of us purchasing the products. When the gentlemen came to install the pool it was done in time and in a proper manner and he was very helpful when it came time to know what is needed to be done with the pool and chemicals and the whole up keep of the pool. Customer service is very helpful as well when it came to any questions we had that needed to be answered as well as any problem we may have ran across they were able to solve. We recommend Blue World Pools. We bought our pool 5 years ago and it still looks and runs like new. We haven't had any problems with it at all. We live in Florida so our family is able to enjoy the pool most of the year. We winterize it for only a few months, but it is so easy to get up and running afterward. Our entire family and many of our friends absolutely love this pool. We wouldn't trade it for the world.

We were very pleased with Blue World Pools, from the sales lady to the crew that showed up to construct our new pool. The crew worked under less than ideal situations as we were have torrential downpours and worked nonstop until our pool was fully installed.

I purchased a Blue World Pool fourteen years ago. We decided that we would purchase the top of the line. It was the best choice to go with. In the past we have had chlorine pools that we had to take down every year and it was so expensive. Since the purchase of the Blue World Pool we make sure all the debris is off the bottom and the pool is ionized correctly. Only thing we have to store are the ladder and the pump. The beginning of the next season we open the pool and we can see to the bottom. The ionization system does not have an odor, do not have to worry about colored hair turning green or bathing suits wearing out.

We bought an above ground pool due to our daughter's cardiac and hip issues and we didn't have the equity for an in ground. We love the customer service and the pool!!! Our friends are over every weekend during swim season and we couldn't be happier!!! Every time we call with questions (on or off season), they are there to help us and they are always nice!!! I would and have recommended this company. They are really amazing.

We purchased a pool from Blue World Pools for the so called great price of around $9,000 but the price started at around $15,000 and BWP (Blue World Pools) said they would take some of the price off if we agreed to allow future customers to look at our pool. To this day 7 years later, still no one has come by to look at it. Here is where it gets bad. The problems started about 3 years ago. We started seeing brown spots in the bottom of the pool. Come to find out the underneath of the top rails started to rust and drop pieces of rust on the liner. We call the company BWP. They referred us to the warranty department. We had to pay almost $500.00 for the top rails even though they were "covered" under warranty.

For the price they want you to finance through their finance company, you could buy an in ground pool. Go search on other sites for more objective reviews. These are obviously either paid employees and/or most of America is pretty stupid. Waste of time, do not contact them. They will harass you with phone calls until you set up an appointment. They also morally do a bait and switch with their low end pool at a low cost vs. their high end pools that will cost you if financed $50K by the time you pay them off. From what I've read, everyone has bad credit and requires 28% interest rates.

We loved that Blue World Pool did all the work putting in the pool we picked. We watched the work being done and we're all amazed the pool was up and running in just "One Day!" My family and I have had so much fun in our Blue World Pool last Summer. My 5-year-old Grandson is already asking, "Can we go swimming yet!" He just loves the pool and all the family time we have together hanging out at the pool. We're all looking forward to this summer coming, Friends, Family, FUN! Thanks for our Blue World Pool.

27 ft deluxe. We really are very pleased with the new pool. The maintenance is very low and easy. Whenever I have a problem, the service department is very helpful and polite. They even call back to make sure I've accomplished the task. We love our pool and so do our grandkids! The water is so clear and doesn't hurt the eyes or skin. I've told everyone how easy and chemical free our pool is! They're so jealous!

My grandchildren and I have enjoyed my Blue World Pool immensely!! The salesman was very nice and did his best to negotiate with me. 2014 will be my third summer of owning the Blue World Pool and the condition of the pool when I open it in the spring amazes both me and the company that I hire to open it!! All are astonished that the water looks exactly the same as when the cover was put on in the fall! The pool is virtually care-free with the exception of vacuuming up leaves and debris. We have had a great experience with Blue World Pools. We have had our pool for approx. 6yrs and we really have enjoyed the nice sunny days. We get to just sit around the pool, our grand kids usually have pool parties, we just built a nice deck around it so we sit up on the deck and a chaise and enjoy everyone. We have had many comment on where we got it and we tell them and if we have any questions we just call and customer service has been amazing. Absolutely love my pool.

I called Blue World Pools about their pools and was shocked to speak to a live person (this was around 10pm). I was able to arrange a quick appointment for a representative to come to my house. When he came out, he was able to look at my yard and go through their thing (it really takes about 1 to 1-1/2 hrs). I felt really informed about my decision. It took nearly a month to order and install my pool. The installation took nearly the entire day and another day to completely fill it. Once the pool was up and running, I feel it is more difficult to maintain than I was initially led to believe.

I had a Blue World pool installed last summer. It was one of the best investments I've made to my home. The kids love it, we spend almost every day in the pool all summer! I was satisfied with the installation process and timing. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about the pool. I was given detailed instruction on start up and maintenance and had no problems with either. I'm very anxious for the weather to get warm enough to open the pool again this year! We love our pool. The speed at which it was erected was awesome. We ordered it in July and were swimming two weeks later. I really enjoy the new chemical situation with the ionizer. How simple can it be! Also our swimsuits do not reek of chlorine. My children enjoy doing the easy clean on the sidesides. The liner is very easily cleaned. Even the cleaning of the filter during backwash is very simple. The color of the liner is great for keeping the water cooler. It is so nice to jump in and hit coolness instead of lukewarmness. The quality of the steps is very high quality and durability.

At first we had trouble with first installation of pool, was not level and had sink holes in bottom of floor. Then the side of pool had a bent in it. You all sent another installer out and he DID the job great!!!! We love our pool.. Thanks.
