    They are the worst of the worst service provider. I had them come for my LG refrigerator service through Sears. First guy was a bragger, he ordered a condenser, arrived a few weeks later and after that freezer stopped cooling and no ice dispensed. The second arrives and orders a bunch of parts and tells us the previous was no good and he never fixes anything. Parts come 3 weeks later. They don’t show up for appointment and a new guy comes he again bad mouth the previous one, changed only party yesterday and now today 01/092024 my fridge is not cooling. He went and and told us that the previous order more parts so he could claim the hours at one job. This company wouldn’t take the ownership for their work. They took 6 months for dryer repair last year and not done job to satisfaction. This company should be banned and NO MANUFACTURER SHOULD HIRE THEM.

    For 3 weeks for a 4 year old $3000 LG refrigerator partially cooling, 3 technicians have been here. First technician ordered part and said put a box fan behind refrigerator to help cooing until part comes in, 10 days; 2nd technician said working part and ordered new part, 7 days; 3rd technician replaced compressor fan motor and motherboard. The refrigerator quit completely with $500 worth of food and medicine. Claim was closed and wouldn’t send technician back. Had to file new claim and rescheduled for earliest was 48 hours with arrival range of between 8:00 - 5:00. We have out of town family for Christmas Holidays gathering on that date, they don’t care. They don’t answer the phone, you don’t speak to a person, don’t have parts, order wrong parts, & don’t give a hoot. They get your money from Home Depot at point of sale. HORRIBLE COMPANY - NEED TO BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS. How would I rate? What is less than 1 star?

    Bought a stacked washer/dryer combo for small space 5 years ago, worked great until it didn't. Wouldn't agitate or spin, so figured transmission right? Well the First appointment cost over $650.00 for the diagnostic visit by a "professional" and ordering of parts- a new motor and a belt... Hmmm-motor? No pets and has never been moved since install 5 years ago... The "professional" came a week later and installed new motor and belt, turned on the washing unit and listened for less than 30 seconds and says, and I quote "It sounds quieter than before doesn't it?" Well maybe but does it agitate?

    I put in a load after he left and believe it or not-it did NOT agitate, I on the other hand am way beyond agitated. It has been close to a month of washing my clothes at the laundromat, getting text messages everyday checking to see if I need to cancel my appointment, and getting my appointment cancelled because the verbiage on the ticket is incorrect! Today my appointment (#6) was cancelled without notification due to being overbooked. I believe the communication within this corporation is nil, A&E is owned by the same corp as Sears and GE, and most likely several other brands. Good luck to you if you have been caught in this twilight zone episode. If I could give 0 stars I would.

    This has been a horrible experience. I have been trying to get my icemaker repaired now going in 8 months. When appointments are scheduled, they are cancelled at the last moment and takes at least 3 appointments for them to show up. Parts get replaced and they close out the ticket without verifying that the unit is working. Each and every time must reschedule an appointment. They close out the ticket saying repaired and it is not!! Then you get to start all over again. At this point they should be standing by the Sears warranty and replacing the unit but NO just more run around. What a waste of money and time. Someone needs to start a class action lawsuit- I’m in!!! If I could have given 0 stars I would have.

    Worst dealings with AI and communication. Hard to get a person to talk to. Had a scheduled repair for washing machine. No Show. No phone call nothing. My machine has been out of commission for several weeks now. If anyone from your company is reading this. Call me

    Called A&E Factory for a malfunctioning refrigerator. Had technician check refrigerator that wasn't keeping cold. Ice had built up in the freezer. Was told it was the sensor. Part was ordered and service rescheduled for four weeks later. Ice was removed and it started to work again. I believe a towel on the door handle got caught in the door keeping it open overnight causing malfunction. I canceled the return repair appt. Credit card has been charged $429.92 through Sears. Charge should be $119 for the diagnostic call. Refund for difference is due. Called number but could not speak to a person. Automated response claimed my service order did not exist. Have been unable to find another telephone number to discuss a refund. On 11/3/24 sent an email and got a response 11/26/34 saying it was under review. Have sent two more emails with no response. Meanwhile I am out $260.95.

    I have had the worst experience ever with this company. I scheduled an appointment to have my Whirlpool washing machine fixed. They did not show up or communicate in any way. However, I was sent a text with a new appointment date without asking if I was available that particular day. I accepted the appointment and again, they didn't show or communicate for the 2nd appointment. I received a text message after the appointment time stating that my appointment had been cancelled. I never cancelled the appointment.

    Surprisingly, after several attempts, I was able to get in contact with a person, which is unusual because I was only given the option to communicate electronically for a while. I asked the representative what happened and was told that the technician had an emergency BOTH times. Again, I was sent another date for another appointment, without my confirmation. Against my better judgement, I accepted. The 3rd appointment was today and again, no show or communication to give me an ETA or to let me know that they would not be able to make it. But, 30 minutes after the appointment time, I received another text to state that my appointment had been cancelled. Again, I never cancelled.

    The company sends text messages daily from Sears leading up to the appointment to confirm, but the day of the appointment, NO communication at all. I have taken time off work for each of these appointments and feel that I have wasted my time and should be compensated. When I called Transform A & E Factory and spoke to a representative, I was told that they didn't have any appointments today. I contacted Lowe's and was told that Sears and Transform A&E Factory is the same company. Lowe's should cancel them as one of their repair companies. This has been the worst experience that I have ever had for an appointment. I only chose 1 star as the rating because I was not able to submit my review without choosing a star. I would give them a rating well below 1 star and DO NOT recommend AT ALL!

    A&E Factory technician misdiagnosed our 37.5 year old Sears Kenmore electric dryer problem. Fuse replacement only caused the appliance to overheat. Also, honesty was lacking. C/S issues systemic! JD

    Called A&E to come fix a pin-hole leak in waterline for LG refrigerator icemaker for THIRD time. Did "diagnosis" & said parts & labor would be ~$600 & that I had to pay upfront. Scheduling - a nightmare too.

    My dryer went out so I went ahead and scheduled a dryer repair since I bought a warranty when I purchased it. I made 4 appointments. They never showed up once! In the meantime I am out of a dryer for weeks. There is no one to speak to and even their chat only allows you to select programed questions. I am frustrated and fed up!. Lowe's better replace this thing and go after them.

    Never removed dishwasher. Told that it was a water inlet valve and that it was $455 to fix. THEY INFLATE PRICE OF REPAIR so you will DECLINE. They will then COLLECT $130 for DOING NOTHING. LG PRODUCTS ARE JUNK!!! Year and 1/2 $900 dishwasher throws a LE code. DO NOT BUY LG PRODUCTS. Replaced water inlet valve myself Surprise, surprise. Was not the issue advised by the A&E tech. Still not working with the le code. A&E will not refund the $130 scam fee.

    John. Sierra Vista, AZ. This is the hands down worst appliance repair service on the planet. I've been trying to get my Frigidaire refrigerator fixed for almost a year due to failure to cool. The appointments are scheduled through Sears. I was lucky to get an appointment for a month later. When the time comes for them to show up, they don't have it in their system and don't show up! so you are forced to wait another month This happened repeatedly, so I finally had to cancel the work order, and now have to return a bunch of parts they were supposed to install! Our ordeal would have been over a week ago, when the tech attempted to come out on a Saturday, but his NEW supervisor denied him. This is the Sierra Vista, AZ location. Complete incompetence by this management and disregard for a customer by this who has had nothing but delay after delay. Stay away from this company. Atrocious.

    This is the worst service company I have ever dealt with in my 70 years. As soon as they enter the house you have to sign a waiver that any damage is not their responsibility. The technician was rude from the start and took offence to me wanting to read what I was signing. He said he needed to order parts and I had to sign. He handed me his cell phone and wanted me to sign a blank screen. I said I wanted to read what I was signing and he showed me an online picture of an electrical part and said now sign or I leave. He called his supervisor from his car and told him I refused to sign but would not let me talk to the supervisor. He hung up and left. POOR service. I would provide a copy of the work order but he said that they don't have them in print, only on his phone.

    The worst company I’ve ever worked with. They will never replace your appliance even if nothing is can be repaired. They are incentivized to keep sending technicians even if they don’t know how to fix the appliance. We’ve had a broken dishwasher covered through Sears Home Repair (terrible company) and we’ve had 14 technicians come out without a resolution. We overheard the technician’s supervisors state that they will never approve of a replacement claim. This company is a SCAM and should not be entrusted by any potential customer.

    This company is a complete fraud. Extortionists!!! First I get a text the day before telling me there is an earlier appointment. I immediately reply that I will take the appointment and I receive no response. 3 hours later I reply again and they tell me the appointment time has been filled. I advised them I replied immediately and never received a response. They basically tell me too bad. Then they come on the day scheduled and the repairman was literally there for 3 minutes....3 minutes and says that he has to order parts for the washer and that the repair will cost approximately $490. To which I say, "No thank you, I will just buy a new washer."

    Then he texts me an invoice for the service call....which I expect to be around $75-$100 (which I would have been ok with)....but since I did not want to go forward with the repair and I would not purchase their ridiculous insurance...the bill for the service call was $150!!!! Which was NOT disclosed prior to responding for the appointment. Extortionists!!

    Total scam - told me daughter would fix the safety lock on her washer same day for $170 - tech showed and asked us for the parts - told her would have to order and would be $427 for the three plastic parts and labor - told her $266 if she signed up and paid the $50 monthly fee for their insurance - when both declined, charged her $138 for a service fee to tell her the washer was broke -- but that fee would only be $56 if she signed up for their monthly insurance scam -- SMH.

    This is the second time A&E tech no show. This would not have happen if the wrong part was ship to me for repair. Ever since then the serviced has suck and the customer service is the worst I have ever experience. My washer has been broken for 3 and 1/2 weeks, finally hired a local person and got it fixed. Had to pay a&e 85.00 for first service call, paid 80.00 to get repaired and spent around 75.00 at the laundry mat. Makes sense to have a home warranty which also has the worst customer service. Nobody cares.

    Refrigerator has been out for 3 weeks. They sent inexperienced tech to fix. Ordered wrong part. Took a week. Different tech the next week diagnosed actual problem and ordered right part. Took another week. Inexperienced guy came back and dropped screw on control board, shorting it out. Now waiting for new board. Avoid these people.

    Completely unable to set up and order parts. Parts are at my house but they say they're still shipping. My wife took off a day that they scheduled and they never showed up.. Second call to set up a repair....waiting another week. Horrible access to a human to try and straighten it out. You become at the mercy of ignorant and useless phone trolls. Don't use this service if you can avoid it.

    Horrible service, 5 no show appointments, Shane technician won't come on Saturday because he told me he gets drunk every Friday night. Said he only repairman on Cape Cod. They do what he tells them. He should be fired for telling a customer that. He called once and asked if dryer drum delivered, I said, "You never mentioned a drum." I asked if he was still coming to fix the washer and he said, "I can't answer any questions until I talk to my supervisor," and hung up. I was outraged, I called another number and told lady what happened, all I got was lip service. That was 3 missed appointments ago. They have no intention of fixing washing machine.

    Last appoint I went online to see ETA I was third stop to arrive at 4:45 pm Friday night, RIGHT!!! Nobody is going to start a big job at that time of day. With what Shane told me I figured he'd be on his third round at the bar. Sure enough 5:05 pm got text, "You've been rescheduled for 2 weeks." When buying appliances you don't ask what features it has, you ask who handles warranty repairs. If it's A&E Service Repair you run like hell. Scam, frustration, many missed work days, more than cost of extended warranty, liars, arrogant workers. Horrible. Stay away.

    Do not I say do not use them for anything. Our refrigerator has been out over 3 weeks. Their repairperson came out, accessed the problem and order 2 parts. One came straight away. The second one didn’t make. For reappointment on the 20th. Info not updated to us and now says second item "cancelled". Why? I can’t imagine. Can’t seem to communicate with anyone who knows anything or can do anything about it. We are caught in the abyss and our fridge stands empty. We also gave $280 deposit. Hmmmm.

    This company is a joke. Never consider them for any kind of service you need. The technician was extremely rude and unprofessional. He called me on the phone asking what was the problem with my unit. I told him it blows warm air and needs servicing. He said he will be at my house in 30 minutes. I went to use the bathroom and in less than 10 minutes he showed up at my door. Obviously he wasn’t 30 minutes away. I used the bathroom very quick and ran to open the door for him but he decided to close my ticket and leave because it took me one full minute to open the door for him. I asked him to come in and he said he rang the doorbell twice and since I took more than a minute to open the door, he cancelled my ticket and decided to leave. I told him, "I am home and you are on my property so let’s get this job done." He said no. I took a video of him and his van before he took off.

    The guy was rude, unprofessional, obnoxious, and had an attitude from hell. I am extremely disappointed at this Mickey Mouse company. I am going to blast this incident all over social media. I question his employer A&E Factory Service. How in the world did they hire a guy like that. It’s beyond my level of comprehension. I know for a fact this company will never be able to sustain business at this rate if they hire such low quality technicians. Shame on them for allowing such behavior take place without repercussions. I took a video of the guy before left. I would like to share it but don’t know why this site doesn’t allow videos!!

    Dryer was making loud noise and not working properly. 1st appt - of couse it worked ok when tech was here. He said because I couldn't re-create the problem while he was here he couldn't do anything. I asked him to take it apart and look at it anyway. He said everything looked fine. He said if it happened again to videotape it so they could hear the sound it was making.

    After he left, it happened again so I videotaped it. 2nd appt - tech came out and ordered all new parts which the first tech said were fine. That was a little frustrating! 3rd appt - $80+ new parts installed. Same problem happened again the day after he left! Now I was really mad!! 4th appt - tech had to call the boss. Thinks it's now the motor and will cost $300+. Then I guess he actually looked it up and said it was $91 - not $300+. So I ordered the new motor and scheduled an install date. Then they canceled my appt because they said my part wasn't in but it was and their tracking # they sent showed it was delivered but they still canceled the appt. When you call the 800# you're speaking to someone outside of the US who is on a different day which is part of the problem. We shall see what happens after the motor install today but I would not recommend this company. Too many issues and back & forth.

    This is the absolute worst. Management. My long-awaited repair appointment was abruptly and rudely cancelled in late afternoon TWICE with no explanation why when l asked. No apologies either. I had set aside those 2 dates from my very busy life to be home. With that said, my technician was excellent.

    Kenmore Elite refrigerator compressor went out. Sears referred us to A&E appliance repair based out of Colo Spgs, CO. It took a few weeks to get parts ordered. No problem there. We had 2 appointments with a no call - no show technician because "they thought that one of the parts was still missing". After multiple calls and effort on our part, we finally got an appointment. The incompetent technician was not prepared and had to leave our house multiple times to get different "parts". After 4 plus hours at our house he became extremely frustrated and told us that he burned a hole in the bottom of our refrigerator and it was ruined. He gathered his tools and left. Leaving the old compressor on the floor of our kitchen.

    After several calls to sears, another technician "Michael" came out and verified that the refrigerator was ruined and that we would have to work with Sears about the issue. No follow up or notes were filed by either technician. And dealing with Sears is less than satisfying. A&E failed on the repair of the compressor, ruined our refrigerator, and ignored our multiple phone calls. Homeowner BEWARE!

    I have never had worst service in my entire life. I had an appointment with A&E Factory Service on Wednesday, August 7th. On Thursday August 1st I got a text stating they had technicians in our area and available on Friday, August 2nd. We agreed to the earlier date and took off work Friday August 2nd. After waiting ALL day for a tech, they no showed and then sent a text that our original August 7th appointment is still on. I take off work AGAIN today (August 7th). Get an updated text mid day stating our technician is 3 stops away and should arrive between 2:15-3:36. Again they no showed. Approximately 6pm I received a text stating my appointment has been rescheduled to August 14th.

    I guess these people think they are the only ones with a job to do. GE needs to fire these people! Horrible. And good luck getting any answers from them. Basically I was told the technician was “overbooked”. That’s twice he was overbooked. There’s no management to talk to. No one. Just some person in SE Asia who suggested I call GE for a different repair company. Never again

    A&E Factory Service is terrible! After 4 visits for assessment/repair for my dishwasher, with an arrival time of "Between 8-12", I have had it! Repairman was a no show today! I had been getting updates by text of the appointment being made and confirmation. At 12:30 I called A&E to find out how long until the repairman would be here only to find out it was cancelled. I am a reasonable person. Had any communication FROM A&E indicated it was cancelled, I would be way less irritated.

    The prior visit consisted of him replacing the pump and then leaving without even testing the dishwasher. Guess what? Turns out the problem was with the control panel! I found that out about 30 seconds into trying to run a load of dishes. His response was that he was too far away to come back and to schedule another appointment. I scheduled another. He came back and determined it was the control panel. Then I had to make another appointment to for the actual repair/no show. I initiated my first repair call early May! It is now late July and it has been inoperable since then. I have had to take off work for each of these appointments. I just want resolution!

    A&E Factory Service are a rip-off. I have a Sears Home Warranty for all my appliances. My washing machine was not rinsing out the water. I called Sears and they sent me a repair tech. from A&E Factory Service. He was not able to determine what the problem was. My washer sat there for 5 months. I kept call Sears and I got the run around responses. Sears tried to talk the A&E Factory Service's number and they were not able to communicate with them. A&E never made the repairs and just fell off the planet. This company has the worst individuals representing them. Poor attitude and no knowledge of the appliances. Don't trust them!

    My GE washer hasn't worked right since March when it was purchased new. I called GE and they scheduled service. A&E keeps rescheduling my appointments the day of halfway through day after I have taken off work. You get no reason explanation or point of contact. The problem is you can't communicate with them. It's automated. The number provided says you can talk to team member which is a lie.

    I called GE after losing 3 days of work from them not showing and after a long grueling hour, we finally thought we got ahold of someone but it doesn't matter as they stated same line over and over in automated voice! You are at liberty of when they feel like showing up. When I called GE, the rep knew immediately it's Sears A&E because it's only service that does not allow actual communication. I'm sure my appointment will cancel again on 24th for no reason.

    I will never buy from Sears or use A&E. A simple phone call goes a long way if you are going to cancel. You are being paid and have zero respect for your clients! People do not waste their lives for Sears. They appear to think they can play god. They don't care if your life is disrupted or money loss... how can they when it's impossible to reach someone? At this point, I might have to buy another washer as it's cheaper than losing day off work over and over. They should be investigated.

    I have a warranty company that I work with that seems to collaborate with Sears which uses A&E Factory. I want a report that they are the worst company I've ever used and they do only rely on computer and they never make their appointments and they change the dates and times of their appointments constantly. I wonder how they stay in business except that they're in demand so these warranty companies use them because they promise to go and help.

    They never show up when they're supposed to and they never tell you when they're coming and they cancel without telling you. They use people that have problems understanding the English language and apparently they do not communicate with the technician at all except using a computer of which they promise you that they're going to deliver, but they never follow through. This is the second day I've worked with them where I've had to go from being at work and stay at home so that they don't show.
