One of the worst companies I've ever worked with in all my life as a business person I can't imagine running a business in this manner. They have AI running all their scheduling then when you try to speak to someone it's outsourced to Asia so you can't speak to someone you understand or cares. They change your appointment without notice and do not show up. Never fix your appliance.. They've been to my home four times and have not fixed it as if yet and it's been six months. Of course, it's warranty work. They do the best they can to wear you down so you give up and go elsewhere. It's the worst run business I've ever run into since I've been dealing with Sears. Is it any wonder why that is no longer? But they have a satellite business under another name.

Same complaint as the rest has rescheduled 3 times no-show. Today 6/10 guy called said he was on his way at 1:00 asked what he is repairing I said recall, asked if I had part, said yes he said he'll be here at 1:45. At 4:05 received text "because of unforeseen circumstances we have to reschedule" 6/25!!!! NOT! CALLING SAMSUNG TO FIRE THEM! Took 2 days off work plus had to sit around 2 days from 8am to 4pm waiting for a no-show.

These people are not to be trusted. I have had my repairman no-show 3 times now. Complete scam. Originally scheduled for 6/3 but no showed because they didn't know if the part was in. Rescheduled for Friday, 6/5 but never showed up. Re-rescheduled for Monday, 6/9 for 8:10am. Didn't show. Time changed to 9-10:09 am, didn't show. Time changed to 12-12:30, didn't show. All the while, customer service promising the technician would call or text me to update. Never showed up and never got an update. Now they say no technician is available until 6/12. DO NOT USE!!!

My schedule appointment time was 8am-5p. They came at 6pm and did not give me enough time to come to the door before he took off and parked two houses down. I was caring for my special needs son when he arrived after the scheduled time. I went to the door after I heard the Ring doorbell and saw he was parked two houses down so I jumped in my car to attempt to alert them. As soon as I pulled out the drive way he took off. I meet him at the end of my street repeatedly honking my horn and waving my hand. He disregarded 3 stop signs in my neighborhood while attempting to evade my presence. They are not customer orient.

The serviceman came to our Home in North Florida and refused to do the factory warranty work on our washer. He first said he couldn't find the serial number to verify the part the factory sent then he said he was afraid of bugs, which we don't have. He was rude, racist and judgemental the whole time he was here. My wife took the day off work to have to experience that and still not even get our washer fixed.

Service Tech said "refrig compressor is dying right in front of my eyes". I asked, "Are you ordering a replacement one." He replied, "No it's not dead yet. If I replace it on my first visit, I'll be costing my company money & probably get it trouble. I'm just ordering a capacitor. Make your compressor overheat & die, then I can replace it."

These guys hide behind their AI answering machine. I had an appointment and waited 9 hours for the tech to show, call the telephone number 5 times to try and get update and finally at 5:35 pm the idiot AI called to tell me no one would be coming? What a joke this organization is.

This company is the worst I have ever dealt with. I called thinking it was Sears appliance repair to fix my broken freezer. They sent a technician out that day and he said he could fix it so I told him ok. He said I had to give him a check and he'd order the parts and have them sent here and a tech would be back in a couple days to fix it. The parts came so I made the repair appt and no one showed up or called. I ended making 5 more appointments and no one ever showed up or called. I finally got a number from another repair service that wasn't a robot service and told them to forget the repair and refund or send me a return shipping label for the parts. Each time they said they would send it and they never did. 4 times I called and still no return shipping label. I ended up buying a new freezer and so far I'm stuck with over $600.00 in parts I don't know what to do with. Please do not use this company.... They are the worst.

Horrible company!! The technician that was supposed to repair our microwave lied about coming to our house- 4 TIMES!!! Then he had the nerve to say the repair was completed according and asked for a review!! What a joke!! Avoid A&E at all costs! Very poor business practices.. Still trying to get my microwave fixed!!!

Sadly I cannot give a minus 5 stars!!! I sat for two days - first day repair guy John W called at 5:03pm and said he ran out of work time and rescheduled me for the next day 8a-12p! No show no call!! Texted him and was like “have no control over anything so can’t help you!” Yet yesterday you were gonna be here as you said and here I am, writing this review!! I have used this service before but WHAT HAPPENED! Horrible horrible horrible!!!

Whichever A&E service technician drives this vehicle is very inconsiderate of other drivers and speed limits that are posted. Switching lanes repeatedly and cutting off other drivers in rush hour traffic, very dangerous and unprofessional. I wish I could give them a negative star rating.

Customer Beware!!! A tech named Mohamed from San Antonio Texas came to my residence (2/22/25) to “fix” my heater. He spent 23 mins at my home and DID NOT fix the issue nor did he know what was wrong. Zero competent of his trade. Not to mention, Mohamed spent 1/2 of his time on the phone with his dispatcher getting reprimanded for going to a wrong address and “fixing” that home’s heater. This verifies his noncompetence. Mohamed arrived with only a tool bag with no parts to fix the issue. “If I knew what was wrong and wanted to fix it today, I couldn’t”. I asked him what that meant and he stated he didn’t have any parts. Did Mohamed think a screwdriver was going to fix the problem? Absolutely absurd! If you have 16+ days to spare and are not in a rush to fix your furnace, when it is extremely cold outside, perhaps this company is for you.

Don’t use this company. Total rip off. They are somehow connected to Sears. Original visit to replace a water valve quick and diagnosed. Ordered the part and charged 306.00 for a part that I figured out later retails on Amazon for $19.99. Industry standard is a 30% to 50% markup. Scheduled a return to install the part. Part received in 2 days. Got an email rescheduling appointment for a week saying the part not received. I call and told them I had the part. They rescheduled for the original appointment day. No show on day of appointment.
Called them and was told the tech was not dispatched due to part not being received. I again told them I had the part. They apologized saying they would send tech the following day. No show again. Called and when told the tech wasn’t dispatched due to part not being received, I had had it. Told them to cancel the whole thing. I returned the part to them and waiting for refund minus the diagnostic fee. I then ordered the same part from Amazon. Daughter and grandson installed and it works great. Thank you YouTube.

This company is a JOKE! They never showed up after we have had multiple appointments (which we had to take days off of work for). Then when they finally did show up the guy said we need a new gasket on the freezer drawer and we needed to defrost and empty the entire refrigerator before his next visit. Well the day of the appt we did just that and right before 5pm we got a text that they rescheduled us for a few weeks later. This company is stupid and such a waste of time and money.

My washer has been broken for 3 weeks. I’ve had 3 appointments and all 3 have been rescheduled for some unforeseen circumstances. I even spoke with consumer relations and the guy assured me that this last time someone was gonna show up (that was a lie).

We use a home warranty service that sent this company to complete repairs on our dryer. They came out to do the initial inspection fairly quick, unfortunately the good service stopped there. We have been canceled day of after the scheduled time on 3 separate occasions. We can not get an actual person on the phone no matter what we do. Every time they cancel we just receive a text to reschedule. This is after waiting over 6 weeks to receive all of the parts needed for the repair. I would never recommend or use this company again.

Waiting 3 weeks for technician who cancels every day. 5 appointments now after. Waiting a convenient time of 8 am to 5 pm. Call someone local who cares. Mold has started growing in the washing machine due to sitting water.

Can’t legitimately give any stars because it’s been horrendous so it gets one star so I can submit it. We bought the extended service warranty for the year after the standard warranty expires. It’s been 14 weeks, since just before Thanksgiving our dishwasher died…bad motherboard, (it’s under 2 years old) that we’ve been regularly rescheduled right before the tech is supposed to get here. First replacement board we got was the wrong one and THAT was the only time a tech actually showed up. This will be the absolute last GE/Whirlpool appliance we will ever buy. It’s been a never ending cycle of phone calls and cancelled appointments. GE/A &E appliance service flag out SUCK!!! It was SO much better when it was just Sears. We’re filing complaints with BBB, Consumer Affairs, and filing complaints with Consumer Protection Agency for fraud and negligence.

Been waiting for tech to show up for over 4 weeks. Cancels every time at 6p on day of service. There is NO live person to call and get updates or explanation for NO service. Tried call Sears for over 2 weeks. Have escalated call and still no tech has showed up. Going to cancel my contract and go with some other services.

They are the worst of the worst service provider. I had them come for my LG refrigerator service through Sears. First guy was a bragger, he ordered a condenser, arrived a few weeks later and after that freezer stopped cooling and no ice dispensed. The second arrives and orders a bunch of parts and tells us the previous was no good and he never fixes anything. Parts come 3 weeks later. They don’t show up for appointment and a new guy comes he again bad mouth the previous one, changed only party yesterday and now today 01/092024 my fridge is not cooling. He went and and told us that the previous order more parts so he could claim the hours at one job. This company wouldn’t take the ownership for their work. They took 6 months for dryer repair last year and not done job to satisfaction. This company should be banned and NO MANUFACTURER SHOULD HIRE THEM.

For 3 weeks for a 4 year old $3000 LG refrigerator partially cooling, 3 technicians have been here. First technician ordered part and said put a box fan behind refrigerator to help cooing until part comes in, 10 days; 2nd technician said working part and ordered new part, 7 days; 3rd technician replaced compressor fan motor and motherboard. The refrigerator quit completely with $500 worth of food and medicine. Claim was closed and wouldn’t send technician back. Had to file new claim and rescheduled for earliest was 48 hours with arrival range of between 8:00 - 5:00. We have out of town family for Christmas Holidays gathering on that date, they don’t care. They don’t answer the phone, you don’t speak to a person, don’t have parts, order wrong parts, & don’t give a hoot. They get your money from Home Depot at point of sale. HORRIBLE COMPANY - NEED TO BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS. How would I rate? What is less than 1 star?

Bought a stacked washer/dryer combo for small space 5 years ago, worked great until it didn't. Wouldn't agitate or spin, so figured transmission right? Well the First appointment cost over $650.00 for the diagnostic visit by a "professional" and ordering of parts- a new motor and a belt... Hmmm-motor? No pets and has never been moved since install 5 years ago... The "professional" came a week later and installed new motor and belt, turned on the washing unit and listened for less than 30 seconds and says, and I quote "It sounds quieter than before doesn't it?" Well maybe but does it agitate?
I put in a load after he left and believe it or not-it did NOT agitate, I on the other hand am way beyond agitated. It has been close to a month of washing my clothes at the laundromat, getting text messages everyday checking to see if I need to cancel my appointment, and getting my appointment cancelled because the verbiage on the ticket is incorrect! Today my appointment (#6) was cancelled without notification due to being overbooked. I believe the communication within this corporation is nil, A&E is owned by the same corp as Sears and GE, and most likely several other brands. Good luck to you if you have been caught in this twilight zone episode. If I could give 0 stars I would.

This has been a horrible experience. I have been trying to get my icemaker repaired now going in 8 months. When appointments are scheduled, they are cancelled at the last moment and takes at least 3 appointments for them to show up. Parts get replaced and they close out the ticket without verifying that the unit is working. Each and every time must reschedule an appointment. They close out the ticket saying repaired and it is not!! Then you get to start all over again. At this point they should be standing by the Sears warranty and replacing the unit but NO just more run around. What a waste of money and time. Someone needs to start a class action lawsuit- I’m in!!! If I could have given 0 stars I would have.

Called A&E Factory for a malfunctioning refrigerator. Had technician check refrigerator that wasn't keeping cold. Ice had built up in the freezer. Was told it was the sensor. Part was ordered and service rescheduled for four weeks later. Ice was removed and it started to work again. I believe a towel on the door handle got caught in the door keeping it open overnight causing malfunction. I canceled the return repair appt. Credit card has been charged $429.92 through Sears. Charge should be $119 for the diagnostic call. Refund for difference is due. Called number but could not speak to a person. Automated response claimed my service order did not exist. Have been unable to find another telephone number to discuss a refund. On 11/3/24 sent an email and got a response 11/26/34 saying it was under review. Have sent two more emails with no response. Meanwhile I am out $260.95.

I have had the worst experience ever with this company. I scheduled an appointment to have my Whirlpool washing machine fixed. They did not show up or communicate in any way. However, I was sent a text with a new appointment date without asking if I was available that particular day. I accepted the appointment and again, they didn't show or communicate for the 2nd appointment. I received a text message after the appointment time stating that my appointment had been cancelled. I never cancelled the appointment.
Surprisingly, after several attempts, I was able to get in contact with a person, which is unusual because I was only given the option to communicate electronically for a while. I asked the representative what happened and was told that the technician had an emergency BOTH times. Again, I was sent another date for another appointment, without my confirmation. Against my better judgement, I accepted. The 3rd appointment was today and again, no show or communication to give me an ETA or to let me know that they would not be able to make it. But, 30 minutes after the appointment time, I received another text to state that my appointment had been cancelled. Again, I never cancelled.
The company sends text messages daily from Sears leading up to the appointment to confirm, but the day of the appointment, NO communication at all. I have taken time off work for each of these appointments and feel that I have wasted my time and should be compensated. When I called Transform A & E Factory and spoke to a representative, I was told that they didn't have any appointments today. I contacted Lowe's and was told that Sears and Transform A&E Factory is the same company. Lowe's should cancel them as one of their repair companies. This has been the worst experience that I have ever had for an appointment. I only chose 1 star as the rating because I was not able to submit my review without choosing a star. I would give them a rating well below 1 star and DO NOT recommend AT ALL!

A&E Factory technician misdiagnosed our 37.5 year old Sears Kenmore electric dryer problem. Fuse replacement only caused the appliance to overheat. Also, honesty was lacking. C/S issues systemic! JD

Called A&E to come fix a pin-hole leak in waterline for LG refrigerator icemaker for THIRD time. Did "diagnosis" & said parts & labor would be ~$600 & that I had to pay upfront. Scheduling - a nightmare too.

My dryer went out so I went ahead and scheduled a dryer repair since I bought a warranty when I purchased it. I made 4 appointments. They never showed up once! In the meantime I am out of a dryer for weeks. There is no one to speak to and even their chat only allows you to select programed questions. I am frustrated and fed up!. Lowe's better replace this thing and go after them.

Never removed dishwasher. Told that it was a water inlet valve and that it was $455 to fix. THEY INFLATE PRICE OF REPAIR so you will DECLINE. They will then COLLECT $130 for DOING NOTHING. LG PRODUCTS ARE JUNK!!! Year and 1/2 $900 dishwasher throws a LE code. DO NOT BUY LG PRODUCTS. Replaced water inlet valve myself Surprise, surprise. Was not the issue advised by the A&E tech. Still not working with the le code. A&E will not refund the $130 scam fee.
