Of course my 70 inch Vizio broke down soon after the warranty expired. Anytime you turn it on, it just gets a dark black bluish screen. Really. It’s black with a faint of blue. Nothing works. It has randomly glitched here and there before but nothing a restart wouldn’t fix. Now it’s just completely gone. And… just after the warranty expires. My other small Vizio doesn’t work for live TV because its WiFi connection is so bad it can’t keep up. I’ll never buy another Vizio TV. They are cheap, but you’re just throwing your money away.

I have bought 2 Vizios in the last 4 years. Against my better judgement. I should of not bought the last one. It lasted a year and half. Never would I ever purchase one again. The pictures gets lines through it. In the middle of the screen it gets a line several inches wide. The picture fades from light to dark.

It's alright. Just a little awkward to maneuver the apps, even the remote is pretty awkward to work. Operating the apps is so tedious, you need to do everything perfect or else it won't work, for example in order to rewind after you have hit credits (which is what most movies/shows you have already watched will play from) you need to go click watch credits then you can rewind.

Warranty department is denying my replacement TV because the delivery/pickup carrier cussed myself and my son out and I told them to get off my property. This is the a warranty filed on an already replaced new tv and the same problem happened.

Would not recommend!!! Technology support needs improvement, along with other issues!!

Bought a Vizio smart tv. Thought it was a nice tv but anytime I use my HDMI it randomly shuts off. I tried contacting customer support. They sent me to an ai service that gave up after 2 possible fixes. If you plan on using your tv for gaming don't recommend vizio.

I just bought a new Vizio 65in tv. They now REQUIRE a Walmart account to use the smart features. This is not mentioned ANYWHERE in the packaging and is deceptive.

Terrible customer service after the company sold to Walmart. Got a TV that randomly will not turn on. Multiple calls to customer service to get it fixed, lots of time & info required to qualify, they will not replace within warranty - only offer to repair through third party service that has yet to reach out to me after multiple calls from my end… a month later, still no TV. I ask if we can just replace at this point & I will return, but they say no, can only start a new ticket again (for more downtime & I assume the same result).

Cheap tv that puts lots of unwanted ads for shows that I don’t want to see. They don’t let anyone change the Home Screen or stop the ads.

DON’T BUY. Many glitches. Customer service is horrible. And I mean HORRIBLE. I purchased a 50 inch Vizio tv November 10 2025. Less than six months ago. After many hours on the phone with tech support, they couldn’t resolve. I wanted an exchange only. They said that the senior team would get back to me. I’m still waiting. Now I want my money back. It’s in the BBB’s hands now.
