I wasn't able to afford anything higher. I then went with Zenni Optical because of their price. I ordered two glasses, one after another. I got one with a square frame and it has a wooden stick for the ear, like it looks wood and there’s a little bump coming out of it. I like that pair and have had it for three or four months now. They seem to be doing great. It was a good experience. The only thing is sometimes I find it hard to try the glasses on or hard to match it. I didn't know how far my face should be from the camera. It's hard to put my picture in like it wasn't telling dimensions exactly. So, I didn't know if the glasses really looked good at me or not. So, I was doing a guess.

I am extremely disappointed in the customer service and policy. This is exactly why I do not purchase online or from cheap websites. I should have stuck with Warby Parker. My glasses came in the mail today and the quality is worse than when I use to go to Dr. Bizer's. I compared both lenses to my current glasses and the prescription is off. The lenses are also flimsy. I am not happy that I will only receive a 50% refund on products made incorrectly and with CHEAP CHINA lenses. I do not recommend buying from Zenni if you need glasses that will assist you with the sole purpose of why folks wear glasses, their eyesight! While the glasses are "trendy" your eyes will not thank you if you actually need assistance in that department. Sincerely, Extremely disappointed with so many aspects of Zenni...

Zenni Optical's prices are excellent and I've been using them for the past six months. Last time, I had ordered glasses that was way too big for my face because of the color. I emailed their customer service and I got no response right away. I’m not the kind of person who likes to wait so I ended up following up with a call. I spoke to someone and they told me there was a one-time-only return thing, and I was grateful. They said, “No problem. Send it back to us.” I did and I was issued credit and I ordered two new pairs. They sent me two pairs that I had my eye doctor put lenses in, and I've never been happier with a pair of glasses. They came in a very timely manner and I was very, very pleased.

Several people at my work recommended Zenni optical for inexpensive glasses so I finally broke down and bought prescription sunglasses. I was nervous about buying online but was extremely pleased with the purchase. I bought the plastic frames without the adjustable nose pads and they don't slide down my nose at all. Upload your own photo to try on the glasses, make sure your prescription includes the pupillary distance (ask the doc to add it if it's not already included) and review the measurements of all the parts of the frames and you should be good to go.

I’m only in college, so I can’t afford expensive glasses. Zenni is a little pricey sometimes but they’re really worth it ‘cause they last a long time and don’t get messed up. They're nice to have. My aunt had sunglasses for a long time and she always buys me one. I kinda trusted her. I've used Zenni three times and have had Zenni for three years now. The frames and styles are the half-rim, and the bottom is metal. The first pair was this pink translucent one with bright pink frames. That was a half-rim and they’re kinda big.

I stopped wearing contact lenses but I needed to find affordable glasses. Zenni has given me options for finding beautiful glasses for less than $100. My prescription is in the high numbers so I want high index lenses. Zenni allows me to have these thinner lenses for a very affordable price. I recommend first time buyers to understand what the frame measurements mean so that they order frames they will be happy with. I use online websites to convert millimeters to inches so I have a better idea of the size of frames. Taking the time to view all the frame options will give you more choices. I hope Zenni will continue to keep their prices down so people like me can continue to find affordable eyewear.

I have ordered from Zeni Optical many times over the years. The latest ones I got are rimless with the impact-resistant lenses. The glasses that I bought before without the impact-resistant lenses were shattered around the screw area where the lenses attach to the frame near the temples. And they didn't have any kind of a warranty around that. That should've been taken care of because it was a manufacturing design flaw. But they've dealt with that by suggesting the impact-resistant lenses, which costed more but would make a huge difference if they were not going to get wrecked.

Zenni is cheaper than going to the store. I got half-rim glasses from them that have the top and bottom, but the sides are gone. I had to do a replacement because the prescription the doctor gave me originally was for contacts. I told the rep I wanted it for glasses, and it was just within the timeframe period to get a free replacement. So, I called them, I did the replacement and they helped me out doing everything free. The service was perfect and the ordering process was easy.

Zenni Optical saved us a lot of money as far as purchasing glasses and my wife and I are glad we came across them. It was easy to find what we needed online and we have ordered from them for the third time. They were quick about getting the glasses to us and really cost efficient. We like our experience with Zenni and I’ve turned a couple of people on to them, saying we had a pretty easy time as far as getting everything ordered, getting the glasses, and about how cheap they were.

I heard about Zenni Optical when I went on Pinterest and searched for the most affordable place to buy glasses for kids. Zenni has an excellent price range and a variety of glasses. I bought glasses for my boyfriend and for my two daughters there. It was fast and easy to purchase from them. I just typed in the information on the prescription. One of my daughters has a problem with losing her glasses, so they gave me the option to write whatever I wanted on the inside of the post, and I was able to put my phone number in there in case she misplaces her glasses. I got all the glasses within a week from ordering.

I purchased a pair of prescription glasses from Zenni Optical. They got the prescription wrong and neglected to make it right. I had to take the frames to an eyeglasses place and pay AGAIN to have the correct prescription lenses put in. My sister was unaware of my experience and ordered from them recently and they got her prescription wrong as well. We have tried to unsuccessfully communicate with the company via phone, online chat, and email and we cannot get ANY response from the company. So disappointed. Such a rip-off. Also, I am a traveling nurse. I have sent a ton of patients of low income to this site who may not have insurance etc. I will make sure in the future, I tell everyone who NOT to go to.

I have tried for weeks to order a pair of glasses. Order form keeps sending to review, deleting information and telling me that my address is invalid. I cannot place the order. I cannot get an order number. I have tried calling. No help. All other feedback forms malfunction. Cancelling order. Hate Zenni Optical. Will not be recommending them to anyone. I will, however, be smearing them every chance I get.

When I received my glasses I tried them on but was unable to see anything. I contacted customer service to let them know that I needed to return them. They gave me the runaround several times by e-mail asking me to send verification of my prescription. I finally was given a return shipping label. I wrote them an e-mail asking if they had received my glasses yet. They said yes, but they needed my prescription to verify if it was their mistake or mine. I only ordered the glasses because it said it was 100% guaranteed. I haven't heard anything back from them. I'm very upset. I'm disabled and can't afford to lose money.

I ordered from Zenni over 3 weeks ago. I never received my glasses and have contacted them at least 10 times. Each time it takes 24 hours to get back to me. They eventually told me they lost my glasses and I asked them for a refund. They ignored me and said they’d give me free express shipping on my new order. Lol. Uhh duh you lost my last order. I told them, "No. I want a discount or refund." They ignored me again. I finally got ahold of someone who said they processed a refund. Haven’t gotten it yet but we’ll see. If not I’ll just contact my cc company but buyer beware this is a horrible company. And their customer service is extremely rude.

My daughter told me about Zenni because she ordered her glasses from there. I decided to try it too and it worked for me. The bifocal eyeglasses I got was good. It went fast when I got my glasses and I was happy because I had a discount. Other glasses here in other places are too expensive that you cannot afford and this is affordable.

I recently ordered 3 pairs of glasses and received them and I am pleased with all of them. One pair was progressive, one transition lens and one single vision and I am already looking at more because I like to have different looks and their prices are right and quality is good for what you pay. Very pleased customer.

I got my prescription glasses with standard squarish frames from Zenni Optical. The ordering process online was relatively easy. When I was trying to ordering the glasses, it somehow duplicated the order so, I had to go back and re-click on some things, but after I got the hang of it, it was an easy experience. I went for the cheapest lens and frame combo possible because it was the most affordable. I had those for a couple of months and they were great. I lost them a couple of weeks ago and I'll order another pair this week.

My first experience with Zenni, a colleague had suggested them in 2014 but I wasn’t in need of new glasses at the time. My prescription changed and my insurance does cover glasses but I was curious and due to migraines wanted prescription sunglasses, prescription Amber tint for computer use and regular glasses. That gets a little costly so it was time to give Zenni a try. Great selection of frames; I was shocked how low the prices were for the tints and upgrades; and they arrived within the estimated time. The prescriptions are spot on. It’s only my first experience but it has been an entirely positive one. I highly recommend it if you have kids who regularly break or lose glasses. I went back and ordered more as spares!

I’ve ordered three pairs now at three different times from Zenni Optical and I’m happy with their glasses. They’re rectangular glasses, two of them were full rim and one of them was wire. I've been ordering from them for about four months now and the glasses are holding up pretty good. However, there’s one time at the end of December, I was going on vacation and I didn’t get my glasses when I should’ve, so I called them. They looked it up and said that the glasses didn’t pass the inspection before they sent them out, and they were redoing them. Other than that, the CS reps were really nice. I really like Zenni Optical and I referred them to my sister. I try to tell everybody about them because they’re really reasonable.

I recently ordered my first pair of glasses from Zenni Optical. I have never ordered glasses online before and was a little nervous, but after comparing prices at optometrist offices and big box stores, I decided to take a chance with Zenni. Then I found a bunch of bad review and began to wonder if I had made a mistake; I wear a progressive lens and the reviews for those were not good. My new glasses arrived yesterday and THEY ARE GREAT! I ordered several times and have had my wife order from them as well. The quality of their glasses is good. Zenni is something other people should try.

I am very disappointed in my recent order. I have used Zenni on multiple occasions and have been very satisfied with their product. However, my last order was not delivered. I called and Zenni reshipped the glasses, but again they never arrived. This time when I called I was told I would just have to eat the cost and reorder. Though I love the product, I cannot continue to shop Zenni and am very dissatisfied with their service this time. The only reason I am writing this review is that Zenni was not willing to consider helping in any way this time. Had they been more willing to help I understand that mistakes happen. Just please be willing to fix your mistakes.

I bought the full rim glasses from Zenni Optical and I take baths with it. Their customer service reps were very helpful. However, I made a mistake on my order and the glasses were wrong. I called them and they went right to the problem, found out where it was, and gave me a certificate to reorder and send the glasses back. It couldn’t be better. I'd tell friends they ought to think about contacting Zenni Optical before they buy anywhere else.

I've heard of Zenni from Clark Howard Show but never thought that would be for me. However, things change in life and I'm on a tight budget so I gave them a try. I had an updated prescription from an optometrist and fill out the needed data on Zenni's website. Chose my frames while staying aware of the dimensions for the width, temple length and pupil centers. I had a progressive bifocal prescription. The glasses arrived in 2 weeks in perfect shape and the lens were dead on! I'm quite pleased and would recommend to anyone. My cost was under $100.

I have been using Zenni for about three years now. I order online and after three weeks, I get the glasses in the mail and they are just exactly what I ordered. It's a pretty smooth operation and I would recommend them. I've gotten about four pairs of glasses from them, and they were all good and very cheap.

Called company because order had not shipped. It will be 3 weeks tomorrow, and clerk advised me they would create shipping label tomorrow. I advised her not acceptable. They were promised in 2 to 3 weeks. We are leaving country this week. They will not be forwarded to me as traveling to Canada. Asked to speak to supervisor and clerk refused. I was not offered expedited shipping. She just kept saying, "You will be issued a tracking number in a day or 2." Not any help to me, as I will be in Canada for 6 months. These glasses were ordered Feb. 14, 2018.

My friend ordered glasses from Zenni for her whole family and never had any problem. I decided I'd try and I've never had any problems either. Zenni is very affordable and their online ordering is easy. I’ve been ordering from them for years and I usually go with the full rim style glasses, like what I last ordered six months ago. I ordered a different pair originally and when I looked back at the order, I realized that they had a blue tint. So I called Zenni and they were so helpful. They cancelled that order for me right away and then I was able to put in a new order. I was really happy when I talked to customer service. I recommend Zenni all the time.

So I have received my new frame from Zenni and I was able to swap my lenses to the new frame with the included tool. I am happy and that is all I wanted. In the future please have your customer service reps find a solution for your customer rather then saying sorry I cannot help you. I am happy though and thank you for your service.

I’ve ordered from Zenni almost every month since October. I needed glasses at the age of 30 and it took me a while to figure out what actually works for me. The first one was the wrong PD, which was my fault. My sister, both my sons, my husband and I all wear glasses. I’ve ordered glasses for almost everybody. When I put in a different prescription, I was never questioned. It seems like they’re really understanding that you have probably more people in your life than just yourself who wear glasses. My son has two pairs of Zennis that he loves, and he’s wearing right now. The second ones were too small for my face. But this last pair that I got in December is perfect. And I now know the size that I need. I just kind of order things that are the same size as the ones I have now.

My sister told me about Zenni Optical and I've exclusively bought glasses from them for about two or three years, five to 10 pairs of glasses a year. I've always enjoyed the prices and I like that I can go back to my profile and just hit reorder because I don't want to look for my glasses again. The interactions with the reps have always been fine. I had one pair come in a bit scratched, but I ended up not doing anything about it. I was going to send it back to them but I opted to be lazy since they couldn't see the scratches on the film. Other than that, I'm satisfied with Zenni overall and I recommended it to a lot of people. I have a friend with glasses and I tried to tell him about Zenni and that it's huge savings.

Zenni Optical has low prices and I’ve ordered from them three times already. I’ve gone with several different varieties of glasses and I’ve gotten one of each, half rim and full rim. I usually use the tablet or smartphone to check their website. I have certain challenges to the website that’s not unique to them. Nevertheless, I tell my friends that Zenni is a good option. The only challenging thing is knowing what glasses will fit the customer. Usually, once they order a pair, they figure out if they have a big nose or not. The average joe on the street doesn’t know how to match their face for glasses, so it might be a good idea for Zenni to have some guide or have a section on that.

My kids bought from Zenni Optical. Our relatives also told us about it. Zenni Optical's service and commitment were good. Ordering online was easy as well.

First order impressive, as glasses arrived in a week. Next order was not even manufactured within 2 weeks, still not received after 21 days. They offered a 50% credit for products that I have still not received.

I have ordered from Zenni Optical twice. The first order was a big, light colored, and retro looking plastic frame. But that broke so I had to order new ones. I got plastic gold wire frames. They were nice and pretty cheap. I have had them for three months now. One time, I called the Zenni team to check on tracking and they were pretty nice and they got me straight to the point. They are doing a great job. I am going to be ordering more pairs of glasses from them in the future. I would recommend Zenni if you are looking for glasses, especially ones that are affordable and that you could get within a reasonable time.

I was trying to find a more economical way to buy glasses when I found out about Zenni Optical. I liked their prices and the different styles of glasses that they have. Online purchasing was easy and I liked the options on the website where I could put my picture in and then try the glasses on my face. The ones I got were half-round and titanium on the side. It was different and I have never seen it before. So, I figured they would look right on my face. I've had it for a few months now and I like its quality. I will be purchasing from them again and would definitely recommend them to everyone I know if they're looking for glasses.

Summary: Zenni Optical did a poor job in communicating with me about when I would receive the glasses I ordered. The glasses eventually arrived about a month after the order was placed. On the plus side, the lenses and frames were solid. Had they arrived in a more timely fashion, I would have been quite satisfied with the purchase.

I commented on a friend’s glasses that they looked so nice, and she told me about Zenni Optical where she ordered several pairs. I went online and saw that Zenni’s pricing is great. They also have an amazing selection and options and everything is fantastic. However, I ordered a pair of glasses four or five days ago and I noticed they changed the option where I could get the glasses tinted. I really liked that, but I ended up not ordering from them and just waiting. Zenni does not have that option anymore to get the regular tint for 4.95 unless I order the better class that costs $49 or $59. It has to do with preparing the bifocal. I used to pay $17 for it and I used to be able to order the $10 glasses and get 10%, 50%, or 80% tint. I hope they put that option back to being able to pay $7.95 plus $4.95 instead of $59 plus $4.95. Otherwise, everything else is perfect.

I ordered dark blue glasses, I thought. Only the bows were dark blue. The main part of the frame was purple! I love them and almost daily someone told me that they like them! Now I'm getting my new prescription.

I discovered Zenni Optical last year and then I ordered glasses from them which didn't take that long. They sent me a link to track it and then I got it in my mailbox. I like that there are different kinds of styles now such as the square style that a lot of people have and quality-wise, it doesn't break. Zenni is a good company. They have fast shipping and just pricing.

I really like Zenni. The cost is affordable. In fact, I already bought three or four times from them. I've been using their glasses now and I don't get them from the doctors anymore. The reps were good. They handled a couple of my mistakes well, like when I ordered the wrong prescription and they were able to refund me. Their website is easy to use and I like that it has my order history so it's easy to get the same prescription. I would tell a friend to go look at the website and see if they like anything first before they go and get a $200 pair of glasses.

In August I received my glasses from ZENNI and all looked good. However while cleaning my glasses the frame broke earlier this month in February above one of the lenses. Since this is an odd place for a frame to break I clearly suspected a product flaw. After contacting ZENNI it became clear that the frame was no longer available and that a replacement frame needed new lenses as well. Since the warranty of 30 DAYS was expired I was offered to place a new order for FULL PRICE. When checking their website for similar frames it became clear that many people complain about exactly this issue... acrylic frame breaking above the lenses. Needless to say I declined the offer to buy new glasses from this company.

I've bought glasses from Zenni Optical for three times now and the service has been really great compared to other companies. Their website was straightforward and it was really simple to click what you want and if you need help. I questioned my order and their customer service replied to me right then. The glasses' material is good and doesn't break easily, depending on the glasses. And the shipping is very fast. It's not expensive. They have a really great price compared to Walmart or any other company. They also put an extra thing on cellphone and laptop screen. It's 10 bucks more but it works. My eyes don't strain and get tired as much. Overall, It was a really great service and great product. I'm going to purchase my next glasses from there too.

Received my glasses beginning of Feb. Metal frames are cheaply made, lenses are supposed to be thin but are not. Nosepiece on glasses is way too high on nose. I took to optometrist for adjustment and was told they could not be adjusted in order for me to see properly. I have been requesting an RMA be sent for return since 2/10/18 - have not received yet. Emails from Zenni say they will give me 100% store credit; but I do not want to get another pair of these cheap glasses. I will eat the difference in refund as a lesson learned. I just want the RMA. 30 day refund limit is approaching. I have ordered from other online companies, with no difficulties. This company is a rip off.

I purchased new glasses in October of 2017. Yesterday I went to put my glasses on and found a nose piece missing. Being I am home recovering from shoulder replacement surgery I knew the nose piece had to be in the house. After some searching I found the nose piece but could not find the retainer screw. So I emailed Zenni at 9 am yesterday to see about a replacement screw.

I’ve been using the Zenni Optical website for a few years now and I like it. I’ve ordered several pairs of glasses from them, this time I got the full rim ones and it looked like a nice pair of glasses. So far, I'm pleased with Zenni and will continue to order from them. I've ordered from Zenni Optical multiple times. I like their price and the convenience. The online ordering process works well and I haven’t had a problem. I have the half-rim glasses from them. I would recommend Zenni to others.

I purchased 4 pairs of glasses. All 4 glasses had the wrong script. I know it was the wrong script as I took the glasses to my local eye doctor. He verified it was incorrect. I also verified that I entered the script correctly online. This was 100% Zenni's mistake. I called Zenni to get a return label and waited on hold for 20+ minutes to speak with someone. I finally spoke with customer service and they provided me with a return label explaining I would hear back in 1 week from someone regarding next steps. I never received a follow up email or phone call.

I've been using Zenni for two years now and I order glasses from them all the time. The process is easier and the quality is a lot better than going to Walmart. I usually get three glasses at a time and in different pairs. When a doctor gave me the wrong prescription and I ordered glasses, Zenni gave me an exception to return them and they sent me a new pair with my correct prescription so they’ve been great.

What people need to realize is that you will still need to take these glasses somewhere to get adjusted. I purchased 5 pairs, and paid for all of the extras for my lenses...when I took them to my eye Dr.'s office to get adjusted one of the lenses cracked right off. I just got off of the phone with Zenni, and they will not stand behind the quality of their lenses. That for me is a indication that they KNOW they are selling people CRAP.

I got recommendation from some people using Zenni Optical and a lot of people have been buying from them. The first time I purchased, I couldn't see anything. I went back to my doctor and he kept changing my prescription two or three times. I don't know if the problem was the doctor, Zenni Optical or my eyes. So my recent purchase is my second time ordering but the first time I will use something from Zenni. However, it had only been two days and I'm back to my older glasses because I cannot see properly with the prescription. I have to see to help teachers and students and it’s difficult to do that when I’m not feeling comfortable with the glasses. It might be due to the lack of communication between my doctor and Zenni, and shipping took a week and a half that possibly my prescription changed after having my older prescription while waiting for the glasses.

I purchased my first pair of glasses from Zenni Optical 10 years ago. Then I decided to buy from them again mostly because of the value and the history I received from my prior purchase. I wanted to get the same pair that I had because it should’ve had some spring hinges but the ones I received didn’t have the spring on it like on the site. It would take like a couple of months back then to ship because it was from China but when I bought this one it kind of came in after a couple of weeks so I was surprised how quick it was. There was like a whole change in management and that’s cool.

I've had a great experience with Zenni Optical. I know exactly what it's like to buy glasses at retail and with Zenni, you can get everything you want for a fraction of what you're paying. I can get the exact same frames as the ones from designer companies for a fraction of the price. I've bought regular prescription glasses and prescription sunglasses from them and I only paid $120, shipping included. Ordering was also a seamless process. Their website was extremely user-friendly and everything was self-explanatory.

I’ve been using Zenni for a number of years now. I tried them after a friend has told me about Zenni many times and because they were inexpensive. The most recent order that I placed was for a pair of full-rim regular daily glasses. Their online ordering process is good and the website’s well-designed. They have a good selection and I’m almost always happy with what I get from them. However, I ordered the chromatic lenses that change to sunglasses in the sunlight but I wasn’t so happy with it. They need to get new models in as their models stay the same a lot.

This was the first time I ordered from Zenni. Overall very happy but I wish they be easier to clean. I didn’t pay extra for the resistant coating and I sincerely regret it. They are so hard to clean. But overall I’m happy with them. Would order again, just would pay that extra for the resistant coating.

Zenni Optical's price is cheaper than the dealer market in the US so I order from them. It’s my second time ordering and the online ordering process is easy. I have purchased regular eyeglasses, so far, because I prefer these types. I’ve had it for about a year and the quality is fair for the price.

6 months later my wife's glasses had a yellowish tint to them. Called support and they said it was due to the FREE "Standard Blue Anti-Reflective Coating". I dont remember anywhere that it was going to cause yellowish tint on the glasses. They said there is a 30 day guarantee. Well it takes a few months of time for it to get yellowish. We cant use them any longer. They dont want to help us with a new pair of glasses. All we want is a pair of glasses that are not going to turn colors after time. Stay away from them. Good deal or not, it's not worth it.

I've owned a pair of prescription glasses from Zenni Optical for three months now and they're the best glasses I've ever had. The quality is really good for the price. I got the browline glasses, which I really liked after I saw a friend wearing it. She also spoke highly of the brand. Ordering it was really easy. Their website was straightforward.

I’ve been shopping with Zenni Optical and have owned their eyewear for about six months. Their online ordering process is really easy and my experience with them has been great overall. I would recommend Zenni to anyone. They have a quick and easy process.

I thought, for $6.95, the Zenni Optical glasses weren’t good but I didn’t have much to lose and I just needed backup glasses back at that point, but I’ve ordered from them since then. Now, I’ve already ordered about seven pairs of glasses from them. For said price I can get a pair of glasses with every outfit. I like the half-rim design as it suits my face better, it’s not so intrusive and they seem lighter in weight. Also, I like the metal ones better than the plastic.

I’ve been ordering from Zenni for a long time. It was probably since 10 years ago and it must have been a word of mouth that I knew about them. I like their price. I used to spend a lot more money on glasses but they are inexpensive. I also like that there’s so much diversity so I can have so many different styles. I can get glasses that are really fun and funky. For the most part, I’ve gone with the Wayfarer style which is the plastic frame in bright colors. I always wanted to have different glasses for different outfits. Now, I have that and I also don’t worry about them getting broken.

One of my friends who has a child who also wears glasses referred me to Zenni Optical. My son has had some difficulties because he has such a strong prescription and it’s hard to find glasses that are reasonable. At first, the ordering process was confusing but I received help so it was okay. Their customer service has been good. They respond quickly and are helpful. I’ve told other people about them.

Additionally, when you go in to look at women’s glasses, you can look at the bestsellers but then you have to go back to the menu and try and look at all glasses. It’s an effort. That aside, I was very pleased with my glasses and I’d tell others to use Zenni too.

The glasses arrived on time, inexpensively and she says she can see well. The value for the price was excellent and the quality was good. The only hassles were PD-we had to get them measured, then the glasses arrived with a template tool for measuring PD. Also, I had to file the insurance forms myself.

They’re decent products but make sure that you check your prescription after they arrive. If not, send them back.

I’ve had a big black frame, I got sunglasses, and then I have ones that are rimless. I've had all of them together for about five years and they work very well. One time I called Zenni to see where the glasses were, and they gave me a timeline of when I’d get them and that was fine. I don’t get my glasses from my doctor’s office often anymore. I just get the prescription and I do it online. I really like Zenni and I keep using it. They have good quality, are reasonably priced, and they have a lot of options. I have recommended them.

We are a family that is blind without our glasses so the first order we did with Zenni I was a bit nervous about something being wrong, but they were perfect!!! AT LEAST THE FIRST ORDER! The first time we ordered we had all 3 of our scripts uploaded and what we wanted, got them in the mail and they were perfect, no complaints. The first glasses were like some black thing with gold legs and the second ones were round, turtleback glasses. I've had these glasses for a couple of months and they're all good. About three months ago, I've bought two pairs, one a little more dressy, with metal half-frames and the other a tortoiseshell plastic pair. I usually choose something that looks too old. I’ve contacted customer service through online chat and email. They haven’t responded to my last email. They are stating they sent me 1.74 high index lenses, plus I had to pay an extra fee for my SPH. With my lenses being 11/9.5mm thick. I used their linked lens thickness calculator Opticampus, with results stating the should be around 6.9/7.8mm, this is a huge difference. I also purchased frames in the kids' section, so they are small frames, with a frame width of 30. These are the thickest lenses I’ve had in 35 years! They are definitely not high index. Customer service has been very unhelpful, blaming my prescription and frame choice and now just not responding. Horrible company to purchase through, if they don’t back their product! Extremely disappointed.

I ordered my first pair of glasses from Zenni Optical with progressive lenses. When I received them and put them on, I was extremely disappointed. The area of focus for distance vision was very narrow. If I moved my eyes left or right of center, the vision was not in focus. The line where the progressive bifocal started was way too high. I took them to my regular eye doctor and they explained to me how there is a variation in lens quality and the areas of focus and the online companies use cheap frames that have a very narrow area of focus. I do not recommend ordering progressive lenses from an online eyeglass company.

There was no prescription in the left eye meaning it was just like clear glass, these were progressive. I wasted my money since they didn't want to correct the issue and just gave me 50% of what I paid. Also frame color was brownish instead of purple. Scam, never order from them again.

This is my first, but definitely not last purchase, from Zenni. I was surprised how long it took for the glasses to arrive in the mail but am pleased with them nonetheless. I don't know how they can sell glasses and lenses so cheaply... My eye doctor's selection starts around $300 and the ones I bought here were about $20. Yaaas! Make sure you read the reviews on each pair before you order - I have a very thin face and needed to order kids' glasses. I would highly recommend this site.

I bought a pair of frames. Since I wear progressives, I had the lenses made at Sams. Got the glasses home, put them on the table for the night and by the next morning, the frames were broken in 2 places (at the right and left corners). E-mailed Zenni and after I sent a photo, they replaced them. Had the new frames for less than one day and the arm randomly snapped off (I was wearing them and walking at the time so it wasn't like I was manhandling them). Zenni offered to give me store credit. Uh, yeah, not ever buying anything there again. They finally agreed to refund my Amazon Pay account. So minus 1 star for the quality of the frames, 2 stars for the customer service - at least they tried to replace the crap frames.

I've used Zenni for over 5 years and I've never been so angry until now. Got a pair of glasses in the mail today and they were horrible. Literally like wooden frames. I asked to send them back for a refund, and their policy is 50% refund or 100% store credit. I didn't like any of the other frames at all, so after paying $8 for shipping the first time, $28 for the frames and then having to pay $5 to send them back (because they don't even give you a return shipping label), I'm going to receive back about $14 of the $41 I've spent. Total bullshit. If they gave a prepaid shipping label MAYBE I'd be okay with 50% refund, but they didn't and I'm not happy. I will never do business with them again. Rip off.

Zenni Optical is incredibly cheaper than anything else I have been seeing, and they have a lot of options and add-ons. I’ve made five purchases now, and the square big frames and horn-rimmed glasses came in on time. They’re very affordable and the quality of the items is good. I have a pair that I’ve been wearing on and off for about two years, and they’re still holding up. I also have a pair that I wear more regularly, and I’ve had them for maybe five months now and they’re still fine. Zenni Optical is great.

Worst customer service ever. I purchased 4 pair of glasses, none of which I could wear, but their inspection insists 3 out of 4 are within "approved tolerances" and will only refund half of my purchase price. The customer service people are really good at snark and have no intention of making it right. They refuse to escalate the call up line to a supervisor and in fact, hang up whenever they decide it's time. Don't give these people your money.

I spent just under $20 for the lenses and frames combined, and was blown away by the quality. My glasses are a few months old, and I have been very surprised at the level of quality, which surpasses Costco frames I bought prior to getting these. The antireflective coating has been pretty durable, and although the lenses occasionally pop out during cleaning, they are easily put back. I sat on them once and was able to bend them back into shape pretty easily. We'll see how long they last, but I am pretty optimistic, given my experience so far.

I wish that they would update the feature where I can upload my photo and try on glasses because there are really simple facial recognition algorithms that they could use just to identify where a pair of eyes are in a photo. But, otherwise, everything has been pretty smooth. I have already recommended them to other people. If you’re looking for options, definitely consider this company because you cannot beat the prices. If they have what you need, then you do not need to shop anywhere else.

I also like how they work and how fast they send the glasses, especially to Alaska. Always buy at Zenni.

The Desert ones right now is there, and it's better than going through all the pages.

I did my research before starting my purchase; starting with YouTube reviews of quality, and ending with recommended tips and advice. All was going well until a particular form was out of stock for almost 3 weeks. Once I tried to add the additional frame and options, adding the promo code from the holiday CYBER, it didn't work. It was expired. I tried the live chat option and was simply told it had expired and that they were NOT going to honor it, even though the frame was out of stock at the time of initial purchase attempt. My advice to you, if you still want to try the affordable Zenni Optical option; use the promo code when it is valid. This company WILL NOT honor their codes no matter the circumstance. My wife was looking for some inexpensive options to get her glasses and she found Zenni Optical online. They have a great app where you can try on different shapes so that was very helpful. I am nearsighted and I went for the regular prescription glasses. I was surprised because I got the glasses within two weeks although they said it's going to take a month, so I got it sooner than expected. I've already recommended them to a couple of friends.

I ordered 2 pairs of glasses, same frame, style and prescription but one was tinted for sunglasses. Upon receipt of the glasses, they gave me headaches and I couldn't see well. I was working out of state and couldn't do anything about trying to find out why there was a problem. After returning home I took them to a local eyeglass retailer to have the prescription verified. It was discovered that they were made incorrectly (wrong PD, wrong axis). After calling Zenni to inform them I wanted to return these defective glasses, I was told it was beyond the 30 days and I was stuck with them!

Two months ago, I got a pair of rose gold transparent rims from Zenni Optical. I ordered them online and they came really fast. The lenses were weird right at the beginning before my eyes adjusted but they've been great. I was really pleased with how inexpensive they were. Plus, for someone who likes wearing different glasses and accessories, I think they were of great quality. I would have appreciated better sizing so the glasses would fit my face better. My sister took me to the Zenni Optical website and said that I could get some cheap pairs there. I got on a laptop and pulled up the women tab to see women’s glasses. I uploaded a picture of my face so the glasses could go on it. I followed the requirements and it was easy. They give you an outline of how big they want your face so I went through my photos and found one. I can also zoom in and zoom out with my face.

I had to call them back and ask for a refund because the stem was supposed to be all plastic. But there was metal protruding causing my skin to react and it blistered. The prescription was not spot on. I had the same prescription done with LensCrafters and they were not the same. My vision was blurry using Zenni glasses. The delivery has gotten really slow. As if it was intentional. Since they charge extra for early completion, they make you suffer first if you do not pay premium shipping charges.

I thought I would give them a try. You need to measure carefully and read your scrip carefully. I made 2 mistakes and caught them after careful review. My only complaint was the reader portion. First I may have been off by 1mm (or 2mm at most) on PD. I noticed when I move my head while reading the letters would quickly be out of focus. I compared to my previous pair of glasses and found that the width of the magnifying area on my new glasses was smaller than my old glasses. I could turn my head further to the right and left with my old glasses before the letters were out of focus. Other than that complaint I would buy again.

Well, I just donated to Zenni. The first pair prescription lenses was incorrect and it was my fault. The only thing I could do was either get a store credit for the full amount paid minus shipping or get 50% refund minus shipping. I, unfortunately, picked store credit and sent prescription again. Well, they arrived and The prescription was so off I could wear them at all. So, I lost my $131.47. No more returns allowed. I still have a little credit So, I figured I learned my lesson, and I just visited an ophthalmologist for a check up and had them check what Zenni did to the lenses.

I order online at Zenni and it’s very easy. I can just fit in my search parameters, like if I want to sort colors, size or shape, and that’s what it shows me. I’ve been with them for five years and I’ve got about seven pairs from them. The most recent one is a white, full frame, plastic-rimmed one as I’m into color-matching. I had one pair that didn't sit right and I sent it back. They immediately fixed it and sent it right back. Any dealings that I have had with them has been great. I'm very pleased this company and I couldn't be happier. I recommend them to everyone I know and I know a dozen of people that have ordered from them since they’ve seen my glasses.

I ordered a printable gift card for my niece for Christmas and never received it via email as promised. Even though they advertise this service, they were incapable of delivering. After numerous phone calls, live chats, and emails I finally demanded a refund. They had the nerve to tell me I had to call to receive a code due to "security". How do I wrap that as a gift? They are advertising something they don't have.

I ordered frames for my lenses. 3 times inputting the lens width and height each time. I received frames that were not even close to the right size. When I called customer service and waited 15 minutes for someone to answer I was told to send them back and they would determine if I had made a mistake. At which point I told them that I was returning everything for a full refund and was told they only give you store credit or at best 50% of your money back. Do not buy from this company. This is a scam. They will send the wrong items over and over and then refuse to make it right or refund your money.

I decided to try ordering online glasses instead of going to a more expensive local store and I learned my lesson, I will never do that again. First of all, the picture you upload to see yourself in the frames zooms in so much that all you can see is a round face and the frames, no hair or no way to get a true overall perspective. For my first purchase, I had a sunglass pinned to it and it didn't make sense. They said that the sunglass lens was an 85% but when it came in, it was lighter than the normal 80% lenses. Polarized lenses have less tint and they even had a 90% but I was looking for darker ones. I ended up getting another pair of the original tint of 80% because that first pair that I got had really weird thin scratches that made it very foggy to see through.

The latest ones I got were black full rim glasses and they had a blue color on the inside. I go more for a classic design and I don't like the rim-less, and I go for the acrylic. My favorite pair's side pieces are black and the front is kind of a clear acrylic with a pink tint with black dots. And I get tons of compliments on these glasses. I've only had to send back one pair of glasses and I got a total credit and I used it again. Zenni is working for me and I keep telling people where I get my glasses.

Zenni Optical sent me a replacement pair of glasses so my faith in the company has been restored. Based on their response I would purchase from them again. I'm upgrading my review to four stars.
