After matching, you’re ready to start therapy and communicate with your therapist. If at any time you aren’t comfortable with your therapist, you can choose a new one at no additional cost. Therapy is done through live sessions, messaging or both.

• Video and messaging and workshops: Access to messaging, video sessions, meeting live and attending weekly workshops. Starts at $109 per week.
