No Accountability, No Access, No Support. I plan on reporting Superfoods Company to The Better Business Bureau and other consumer agencies. Locked out of my account due to their broken email verification system. That meant I couldn’t manage or cancel my subscription, and the only option was to email them. I reached out multiple times regarding a $259.66 charge for an order I tried to cancel immediately, but all I received were generic, scripted responses. No refund. No accountability. And the product was sent to an old address I can’t even access.

I’ve now had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. If you travel or expect to change addresses, be warned: this company offers zero flexibility, poor systems, and no real customer support. I’ve been a loyal customer for years, but after this, I won’t be returning. There are better companies out there that offer superfood coffee, wellness tabs, and ACV gummies with stronger service and systems — like:

MudWtr – Functional mushroom coffee blends and healthy energy alternatives

Golde – Clean, delicious wellness lattes and powders with responsive support

Goli Nutrition – Offers popular, travel-friendly Apple Cider Vinegar gummies with easy subscription management

Bloom Nutrition – Makes fizzy greens and wellness powders with great flavor and customer reviews

Obvi – Collagen-rich coffee creamers, gummies, and easy account access for canceling or skipping

Superfoods Company was a mediocre option at best, but with the poor customer service, I would say avoid at all cost. Choose brands that match the product, take accountability and respect the customer.

I used to love this creamer, but unfortunately, they’ve changed the formula and added stevia. The artificial sweetness overpowers the vanilla flavor, leaving an unpleasant aftertaste. If you’re sensitive to stevia or prefer a more natural taste, this is a big disappointment. The original version was so much better! I won’t be buying this again unless they go back to the old recipe.

The website defaulted to a weekly subscription that I did not intend to make; I only wanted to order once. Because the smoothies were being delivered to someone else, I hadn't realized the problem until my friend asked me what was up and then I checked my bank account. I'm now out hundreds of dollars and it's impossible to cancel the order from their website.

I tried their garbage tabs one time. I Did Not order autoship in the future and they are billing me without authorization. I’ve read they are doing this to many others. Buyers run before they scam you too.

I do not recommend these products to anyone because Superfoods Company is highly unethical in their business practices and their products are shams. These items are heavily processed. The tabs are loaded with sodium!! The coffee has maltrodrexin in it which is a heavily processed by product and filler. The creamer has mct oil in it however to get it to a powder stated you have to use chemicals to process it out. Oh and don't you ever expect to get in touch with customer service as they are nonexistent! Don't ever say you haven't been warned.
