    I found the Shed team to be very professional and helpful in my weight loss journey. My goal was about 25 pounds, so not as extreme as others, but I've reached that goal with personal visits with the nursing team online and adjusting my program as needed. They are involved in your care with reminders for your appointments and clear, concise directions in your program. It's truly life changing to reach your weight loss goals and feel so good about your personal image! Thank you, Shed!

    I’ve had incredible results with GLP-1s and this company was initially amazing - easy to work with, quick customer service, fairly accurate delivery times. The last month, however, they have completely ghosted me. I paid my monthly fee a month ago and nothing since. Submitted multiple tickets, requested a refund, tried to cancel… literally no response. I’m sure the company is facing headwinds with industry changes and import issues but at least communicate with members when there’s a delay or change in service.

    Touch and go with Shed. To start, when you are inquiring and potentially starting meds, they are very responsive and attentive. Received my meds in a timely manner, nicely packaged. My main complaint is since I signed up and paid for my medications, it's IMPOSSIBLE to speak with a live agent again. No matter what number you call, they send an immediate text message to contact them via text and someone will get back to you in 24 hours. They NEVER do.

    On a journey like this, starting new meds, paying A LOT for them I feel it's essential to be able to pick up a phone and get a LIVE person to speak with. Again though, after I made my payment, I have NEVER spoken with anyone at Shed again. Additionally, their cost is VERY VERY high compared to other sites whom prescribe the same thing AND a live agent is available to speak with at any time! I do not want to switch but I feel it may be necessary to do so. Lower cost and a human to speak with makes the switch worth it.

    Nothing but problems. I wish I had researched more before selecting Shed for weight loss medication. They promised shipment of the medication within 3 to 6 days. It has been 14 days and still nothing. No tracking number, no telephone number to call. The worst part is they are completely unresponsive to attempts to contact—they just do automated responses (much like they have done to the complaints posted here). Is there a real person working there? I think not. Avoid this company.

    This is has by far been the worst experience I’ve ever had with a telemedicine company. I’ve been charged $800 over the last several months and have yet to receive any medication and I’ve had to have multiple provider appts. When I asked for tracking information they said they can’t provide it. I attempted to login to my portal and I’m unable to in order to modify, change, or cancel. I’m now receiving a notice that I’ll have to schedule a third provider appt. There’s no way to call or get in touch with someone and I don’t even access my account so my card is basically held hostage. I filed a complaint with the better business bureau and will continue to spread awareness on all social media platforms available as an influencer so that others are similarly scammed! Please be cautious!! Also getting in touch with my credit card company asap in the morning.

    Poor customer service. Slow to respond. They have a number you can text - no response. They provide an email address - no response. They provide tracking information for the incorrect subscription. They charge $200+ but can’t provide their customers with accurate information and can’t even respond to provide customers with updates and transparency.

    I would not recommend this company. I signed up for them and scheduled an initial appointment. After reading all of these horror stories about how they don't show up to appointments and take your money, don't ship quality products on time, and continue charging with zero communication. I decided against continuing this process with them. There is no way to cancel appointments, discontinue the process, and I have an outstanding $350 charge on my credit card. BEWARE, their business model is shady and they will make it impossible to cancel and charge you money before you even receive any product.

    Shedrx's entire model feels predatory: they make the first month seem seamless to gain your trust, then fail to deliver while continuing to take your money and not allowing you to cancel your subscription. My first month went smoothly other than the medication being severely delayed. My second month, Shedrx charged me promptly but never sent my medication. It's been over a month, and despite countless attempts to reach them (by phone, email, and text), I have yet to speak to a human being. Every time, I'm told a "ticket" will be opened with Member Success and I'll hear back in 24-48 hours. Weeks later, I've received no follow-up, no resolution, and no shipment.

    To make matters worse, I cannot cancel my subscription. Their website falsely shows my account as "already canceled," which prevents me from actually canceling, but still displays a future charge date. That means I am at risk of being charged yet again for medication they never deliver. No tracking information, no accountability, no attempt to make this right. I am entitled to a refund and the ability to cancel my account, neither of which they have provided. Bottom line: Shedrx is not here to help you. They are here to take advantage of you and steal your money. This company is a scam.

    They have basically stolen now 1200 dollars from us. Never sent last 4 scripts because I needed follow up but when I did follow up their own dr said I cannot use it anymore because of enough weight loss. They even said in text they would refund but never did!! So pissed.

    Back to the same program, I signed up for a program not the medication I wanted to be on a weight loss program, which is why I went through a try shed because I wanted to get on a program that would help me lose weight. I honestly am super frustrated. They took my money on 817 and it’s already September and I still haven’t gotten my medication. I’ve already followed all the steps and met with the doctor for this months prescription. I’ve called them multiple times because when I go to look at the prescription it’s not the correct information now nobody will answer.

    Nobody responds back. It’s constantly saying 24 to 48 hours for response. Still haven’t heard back minus them telling me they put in a request for contact literally so upset. It’s like you took my money the first month for me to never see results then you take the second month money and I don’t even get the medication and now it’s two weeks past the timeframe of me taking my medication so how am I supposed to see any weight loss when I don’t get my prescriptions on time I would like a refund back for both months.

    I was subscribe to Shed for only a one month, and for the second month's payment they charged it already and a week later I get a message that is saying the brand names are not available anymore. I text them that I don't want the compound versions and I would like a refund then. They said I'm available for a refund unless if the order was already shipped.

    After this conversation I get no updates at all. I'm texting, emailing, calling and I'm basically being ignored by them even though they still have my money. There is absolutely no refund that I received neither do I hear anything about the medication. I literally texted them at least update me and no single response at all. This has been going on for a week now. I don't know if I'm getting my $399 back and just so you guys know I'm reporting Shed. This company basically takes your money and then ignores you such a disrespectful manner. Like even if the medication is not getting delivered to me, at least give my money back. Why are you holding on to it? Thief company, I suggest everyone to work with some other company. This one is a joke! I will be posting this in every other platform, and will be reporting Shed.

    If I could give no stars I would. Initially this company was awesome. I did have to wait 2 weeks before getting an appointment so that was a little annoying . However, I got prescribed the Monguaro pen which was perfect. They told me it was 2-5 days of processing than another 10 for delivery. It has since been 3 weeks of business days with no tracking of my medication and the support line has been ignoring my concerns for 6 business days.

    When I logged into my portal I found that they cancelled my membership and prescription without my consent and I never got my medication I paid over 500 dollars for!!!! I am actually appalled by the lack of customer service and how they denied me a medication I need for my PCOS!! It really saddens me that they are taking this amount of money from customers and not refunding them! And to make it even worse they changed my next billing date 2 weeks earlier than what I paid for initially!! Absolutely scamming!

    Shed's customer service is horrible. The will give you the run around through text. They don’t answer the phone! They are refusing to cancel my subscription. They say they will handle it but they don’t! They continue to charge me but no product! I’m beginning to think this company is either scamming after a few months! I will be putting the word out and make a claim on the BBB. After reading other reviews I can see I am not the only one!!!

    As an RN, I carefully researched and selected ShedRx before starting this phase of weight loss. I had questions along the way and customer service would reply very quickly. The medication I used was very effective and reached my goal weight. Not only do I feel so much better, but my A1C has returned to normal and quite the improvement in my sleep apnea as extra weight was reduced. My confidence in their products, and support is 110%.

    I canceled after my first month with Shed. They advertise a 10–15 day process, but it took over a month. The medication requires refrigeration, and yet I was given an incorrect tracking number. Because of that, the package arrived while I was out of town. No one notified me it was on the way, and it wasn’t left at my door. Instead, it went to the post office, where their AC unit was broken. By the time I picked it up, the box was wet, and everything had melted. Since the medication was clear, they claimed it was still safe to use. I am convinced it wasn’t—the product was ineffective, and I lost no weight at all.

    On top of that, I was constantly harassed for the next payment—even before I had received my first dose. When it came time for my second order, I had paid for the brand-name medication, but was told it was “no longer available.” They gave me two alternatives, one of which I selected. Despite this, I was still charged for the more expensive brand-name option I couldn’t even receive.

    Overall, I feel the company is extremely disorganized and misleading. Between false advertising, billing errors, and medication mishandling, I do not trust them. I found a local doctor instead and saved over $200. They strike me as an immature company that got in over its head. The only positive part of my experience was that cancellation was very easy and my refund was issued right away.

    ShedRX do not stand behind their products. They have no refund policy, no cancellation policy and no customer service. They also charge $99 for missing a phone call. As an RN, I definitely cannot recommend. Their GLP1 supplements do seem to help with side effects. I had to dispute The $99 charge and cancel my HSA card and request a new one to prevent from paying an additional $300 for products I did not want.

    I'd love to leave zero stars but that's not an option. I had the BEST experience when I first started with Mounjaro from Shed. However, each consecutive month, my prescription took longer and longer to get to me. They charged me for it, but the time I waited was increasingly longer. This latest prescription - I was charged on 7/22. The latest tracking was updated 8/3. Today is 8/18. I have called and left MULTIPLE voicemails. I have texted MANY times. I have sent SEVERAL emails. I am flat being ignored. Why should they have nearly $600 of my money while I have NO medicine and have been without my prescription for more than three weeks. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE and I will be posting this information on every platform I can find until this is resolved.

    My experience not great with this business. I am starting at 172 Lbs with starter package (4 8 18 units) then up to standard package (33, 44 units) and at 169lbs. Voiced my concern of not seeing the result but was disregarded. When trying to cancel my account on 08/11/2025, they making it difficult to cancel by not pick up my call, reply to my emails and ignore my text. I am follow-up 08/12/2025 and 8/13/2025 and now is 08/15/2025. Still unable to cancel my account nor remove my credit card.

    Hello, My HSA card was charged $99.00 on 07/30/2025 and I never received any services from Shed Rx. When I applied for services, the app stated that a telemed appointment was needed. I showed up for the telemed appointment and sat there for an hour. No one connected to the appointment and afterwards when I reached out, I received a text message back stating the provider put me down as a no show. Then the text message stated they were going to contact me to re-schedule me but I have not received any further communication since that text message. I want a refund for services never rendered. I do not appreciate paying for something then having a healthcare professional lie stating I was not present when I was. I do not appreciate being lied to and informed that someone would follow up with me then no one contacting me at all. This is bad business practice.

    I have tried repeatedly to reach out to someone by chat and by text and by phone and cannot get any customer service whatsoever. I have gotten a couple of responses by text days and days after my initial contact but then when I respond with my concerns, I get no follow up text whatsoever. This has been going on for several weeks now, and I see that others have had the same experiences. Everyone should be warned about the lack of customer support you will receive with this company.

    Honestly, if I could give 0 stars I would. ShedRx is just horrible all the way around. My first shipment was good although I had to contact them because they denied me but my doctor approved me. After that issue Everything went smooth and arrived on time. The second shipment I was having issues with it being delayed but was understanding but it was frustrating trying to get good responses and communication. Now every shipment after has been horrible. I'm constantly battling with the customer service care member. I'm receiving no responses about why it had been 3 weeks since they charged my credit card and never even sent in my prescription to the pharmacy. I could understand a delay in shipment of medicine but you never even sent my prescription over to the pharmacy, that's so unacceptable.

    After not being on my medication for two weeks they had barely sent my prescription over. Once I got my prescription and started it again I realized they didn't even send the correct medication. They sent me B12 which is beyond not ok, and I pay too much money for all these issues. The no communication and taking days to respond isn't ok. I'm now having to battle to have the correct medication sent to me and I will be asking for this new medication to be free. If not I will file a complaint and stop all payments with my credit card and file fraud for the previous purchase. People's money isn't something to play with and Shed should have way better customer service when dealing with issues. Do yourself a favor and don't listen to these influencers who say it's amazing because no you won't get the same treatment.

    This company religiously charges my credit card but I have to send text after text to get the medicine every single month. They get a month behind and want to keep charging. I finally cancelled and asked for a refund of the July 18 order which never shipped and they say I didn’t show up for an apt that I was in for over an hour! Ridiculous. Thieves - avoid them at all cost

    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. It took 2 weeks to get my first appointment. When I joined the telehealth meeting, the provider did not show. I waited 20 minutes then disconnected. I tried to reschedule the appointment: I have to wait another three weeks!! And then there were multiple errors when I tried to reschedule, so I couldn't even do that. In the meantime, they've charged my card $249.00 and I've received no service or product from them. I can't delete my credit card. I contacted customer service but no one answers. This stuff is not legit and I would recommend taking it to a local analytical lab at your university or college--not sure where they acquire their stuff, but the stuff I received was useless.     I wished I had read these reviews before I signed up! I signed up and spoke with a doctor on July 3, 2025. It is now July 23 and I have not received the Mounjaro as prescribed. When I checked the tracking service, it states that the medication has been sitting in the sorting office in Bethpage New York since July 18th. The package originated in the UK on July 16th. The funds were taken from my checking account on July 3rd. It's really odd that the company has to use a pharmacy outside of the United States, plus the medication has to be refrigerated at all times. I'm trying to be patient but this is ridiculous at this point. I also read in my account that Shed will be trying to deduct another payment on July 31. This program is not cheap and I would not have trusted this program with my hard earned money if I knew the pharmacy was out of the country. I gave one star so that I could leave post.

    I signed up with intent to receive a starting dose of Ozempic at $199:00. I immediately got an email saying that a licensed healthcare provider would review my GLP-1 medication request within 1-2 business days. However, my credit card was immediately charged $199.00, even though it is unconfirmed whether I shall qualify for this medication. Upon closer inspection of my account, I noticed that it is not possible to delete my credit card information or cancel a subscription, or communicate with anyone by phone. I both emailed and texted SHED that I would like my account shut down and my money returned. I have not heard back from them. I have since read reviews that SHED's customer communication is bad, and that they make cancelling your subscription much harder than it was to sign up. I've also read far better reviews for other similar companies. Feeling scammed.

    Worst Experience I have ever had. Doctor was 20 minutes late to the appointment. When he got on, he only spent 10 min with me. Never went over dose or instructions with me. His words to me were sounds like you know the medication and what it does I will put it in. Told me that it would come from a US pharmacy when I asked, it does NOT. Comes from the UK. Charged my card on 6.27.25. Was told it would be here in 5-10 days, that changed to 10-15 days to my tracking. Now saying that it is still in the UK last updated 7/11/25. It is now 7.21.25. Need I say more.

    When you call customer service you get a VM. You have to leave a message and are told you will be contacted in 24-48 hours . NEVER HAPPENED. Not Once! You text them same thing. Finally Millie texts me what a waste that was. She said she is here to help me. Needless to say she sent an email that I would get a full refund because of everything and I now have my CC disputing the charges because she is nothing but talk. Not until I included the CEO Morley Baker in my emails did she start responding. I have another message from her asking me if I would rewrite my review once I got my refund. Absolutely I will. I will let everyone know if I get my refund back that I have in writing from Millie seeing that my CC company is involved now. But no way will I change my review on how they treat their customers and how they miss lead you on where and when you are getting your product. I would seriously think twice before you use this company.

I was able to get my account no response. I have texts where they said is the shipper's fault and text saying is my fault. They can lose customers because they have others like me to sell a dream to.

    Original: I can't give any experience on how the medication work. I spent $400 and never got my medication there was an error in my address which I tried to correct the same day call everyone. They said it was my fault, and they don't refund. All I want is my medication. The carrier hangs up on me the same night of delivery, customer service told me call the pharmacy. Every day I am harassed to buy my next supply by email or texts. They want to offer a discount on new supply. I have become depressed, ptsd triggered because I feel people don't matter to the company. Coach Gina tried to help me.

    I had high hopes for ShedRx as an affordable option for tirzepatide treatment, (insurance didn’t cover), but unfortunately, my experience has been overwhelmingly frustrating — especially for something I’m paying for entirely out of pocket.

    🚫 Major concerns:

    Terrible communication. I’ve had to text and email multiple times just to get basic updates, often with long delays or no response at all.

    Missed appointment: I waited over an hour for a scheduled telehealth consult and no provider ever showed up. I couldn’t get a hold of anyone until much later, and by then the window had passed.

    Delivery issues: Shipments have been inconsistent with little to no tracking or updates, which is unacceptable for medication that requires regular dosing.

    The whole process has felt disorganized and unsupported, with minimal follow-up and no accountability from their team.

    ✅ A few positives: Online access and convenience is great in theory — being able to manage everything from home would be ideal if it actually ran smoothly. The initial intake process was easy and felt thorough.

    ⚖️ Final thoughts: ShedRx has potential, but they seriously need to improve customer service, follow-up, and reliability. If they can’t deliver medication consistently or show up to scheduled appointments, it puts patient health at risk. I wouldn’t recommend them unless major changes are made. Online convenience is great — but only when it actually works.

    DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. The customer service team is incredibly hard to get in touch with. They stopped sending medication with no warning, and when trying to reach out they are impossible to get ahold of. After no response and two charges going through with no deliveries, I disputed the charges with my bank. They asked me to remove the disputes in order to process the refund. So I did, and then they refused to refund me! The also lost potency so the results were mediocre.

    I have communicated 2 months in a row now, before billing or prescription submission went through, that I needed to up my dose since I am no longer losing weight. This was completely ignored both months, and I was once again charged for the starter dosage which has now been submitted to the pharmacy. I have sent emails, texted 2 different numbers for support, but I was not able to log in to my account for over a week...you also cannot call because they only give access to a phone number when you are logged in!

    After deciding to try to lose my excess weight by going to the gym first and needing to save what money I had on my HSA card I cancelled my appointment with the “doctor“. Next thing I knew the company had still deducted $129.00 from my HSA card. Contacting them was difficult and some of my emails came back undeliverable. I finally heard back from them after filing a complaint with the BBB - I explained to them I did not want the product and to please refund my money and cancel my account, I also explained that I had received no services from them - this went on over several different emails - I also explained that sending someone a medication without seeing a dr could be construed as medical negligence - Shed stated that they were operating within the guidelines of my state and I still explained that I did not want the product just a refund.     I had been using ShedRx to get **. I did not see any changes in weight and felt like it was not working as well as the same product I had tried at a local spa. I started to doubt the true potency of the product and decided to cancel my account. I had emailed their support to cancel. I never heard back but also never got anymore product in the mail so I assumed it was canceled. However, the next month my HSA was charged again for $300. I was now out $600 with no product or service to show for it. Once again, I emailed support and this time I got a response saying that they didn’t cancel because I did not complete the cancellation form and I hadn’t gotten any more product because I needed to do a visit with the doctor. I checked my email and junk folder and there was nothing from them with information or a form to cancel. I once again requested to cancel the account and stop payment.

    I asked them to send me whatever form I needed to complete. No response once again so I emailed the following week with no response. Once again my card got charged this month with no services or product nor any responses to my emails. They have essentially stole $900 from me and will not provide me with the information I need to cancel. I have had no choice but to reach out to my HSA and file fraud charges, replace my HSA card and try to recover at least $600. As I told the support staff in my email, this is absolutely an unacceptable way to do business. At this point, I wonder if the products I did purchase and receive were even real ** since I saw no actual benefits from the product and had before through a spa.

    When I wanted to end my subscription, I emailed Shed FOUR times and texted twice in the course of six days with no response. You can't just end your subscription on the website which I didn't know or else I would have never joined. You can't even delete your bank account information. I finally got a response to my text after I said that I would report them to the Better Business Bureau.

    I finally got a link to discontinue my subscription but when I checked the website today my bank account information is STILL on the website even though I have asked multiple times in writing for it to be deleted. I had to call my bank and place a stop payment/block on Shed to prevent them from charging my account. For this I was charged $35.00 from my bank. I am still trying to get my bank information deleted from the website. I have been requesting this in writing for over a week, and it still has not been done. I will never do business with this company again. It should not be this difficult for me to protect my own information/money. I am so upset that I have to go through all of this when I choose to withdraw my business.

    Paid for GLP1 medication and the supplier schedule an online call with a doctor. The doctor did not turn up and I could get no response from the company by email, phone or text. After I requested a refund the company emailed it was setting an appointment for the next day. They did not send an appointment link but later claimed they texted it which is untrue. I disputed the charge and again requested a refund. They lied to the card issue claiming they had provided the goods.

    Updated on 07/11/2025: I have been waiting for my new medication for about 10 days now. It took me leaving a complaint on here to finally hear back from someone. I spoke to Mellie on the phone and she assured me that my medication was sent to a new pharmacy on 7/7. Today I contacted that pharmacy for an update and they are telling me they don’t have any record of my prescription. And now of course I cannot get ahold of Mellie or anyone on the customer care team, which I am not shocked by as they love to ignore their customers whenever an issue arises.

    I am also missing medication from my second month's vial that again, was supposedly sent to the pharmacy to replace and I have yet to receive that either. Please do not use this company as they do not care about you. They will take your money and couldn’t care less if you have any problems with your medication or if the medication ever gets to you for that matter. I am really not sure how they are still in business considering all the other similar complaints they have.

    Original Review: 1st monthly dose was great and received great support. 2nd month my medication came fast so I thought everything was good, up until I went to take my 4th shot and to my surprise there was no more medication in the bottle. I reached out to the company, sent pics per their request and still haven’t heard anything back. They’ve also charged me for my 3rd month and I still haven’t received an update on when I’ll receive the medication. I’ve reached out multiple times and still haven’t gotten a response.     June 21st: I texted Shed and let them know that I accidentally shot a dose with the lid on the pen so I would be running out of medicine a week early and I asked if they could send my next shipment by July 5th so I don't run out. June 23rd: Shed responded and said, "you want to get your order shipped out sooner?" and I responded immediately saying yes. I got no response after that.

    June 25: I sent more texts asking to confirm if my meds will arrive a week early so I don't run out. They responded and said they would get it submitted right away. THEY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD ON THIS DATE. June 27: I hadn't received any confirmation emails like I usually do about the medicine being ordered so I texted again to confirm. June 30: She told me the order was only submitted to the pharmacy that day (not the week prior when they charged my card).

    July 1: I texted saying I'm one day away from being out of meds, no response. July 7: I finally get a text from Shed and I explain AGAIN what is happening but she just says the next order will be processed end of July. I explained I never received the current order I was charged for she just said she'd refer it elsewhere. I begged her to call me so I could explain. No phone call. I'm going to contact Better Business Bureau and my credit card company. This is awful the run-around I'm getting. They won't let you speak to a live person.

    I would never use this company -- their customer service is beyond awful. I made an order a month ago. It never showed up. They "provided" a proof of delivery to the wrong address and the wrong person. When FedEx told me THEY had to file the claim, they refused. They then refused a refund (leading me to now contesting the charge on my credit card).

    The worst thing is their communication. You can either sit on hold for hours never getting through, OR you can send a text. Every time you send a text, you get a message "we've received your text and will get back to you in 48hours." 2 days later you get a question or vague response. Then you reply and you have to wait another two days. EVERY TIME YOU SEND A MESSAGE IT'S A TWO DAY WAIT FOR A RESPONSE. One month later, still no response or resolution. I would never recommend anyone do business with them -- ever.

Shed has repeatedly run into pharmacy issues and with this last month they offered a. Discount to stay which was still an expensive month but thought it was a nice gesture. Then they immediately turn around and say their pharmacy lost their license to operate so it could be 3-4 weeks possibly to get their license renewed. I decided I’ll just go ahead and cancel since they can’t deliver now. They then keep $60 citing a 72 hour cancellation policy for something I kept only because they offered this month at ac discount then immediately after that say they can’t deliver but still tried to justify their cancellation fee. Again for a med they cannot deliver on. Apparently they feel we should be obligated to them But they are not obligated to us. No thank you. I’m some with them!!

    The first two months worked fine. Loved the results and the feel of the medication. However, the third and fourth month were charged to my account and product was never sent. Typically, after payment I would get the email of the shipping information. I haven't received anything. I sent an email to cancel since I never received the product and currently turned this over to my FSA account to deny the charges. No response from SHEDRx. I was considering using a couple of the new GP-1 products they have for $40-$60, but I won't be after this incident.

    I signed up for what I believed was a monthly weight loss program, expecting that I could cancel at any time if it wasn’t a good fit. Nowhere during the signup or checkout process did it clearly state that I was committing to a two-month subscription. That information was hidden in the fine print of the Terms and Conditions, and I only found out about it after I tried to cancel.

    When I contacted customer support to cancel, they told me I couldn’t that I was locked in and would be charged again 2nd month then I can cancel. There’s no easy cancel option in the account dashboard, and it felt like they were doing everything possible to keep me stuck. On top of that, while a doctor in the U.S. approved my prescription, the actual medication was shipped from the United Kingdom, which I wasn’t informed about until after it I signed up, again hidden in their terms and condition, not making it obvious where it's coming from. That made me uncomfortable, especially since I live in Texas where it's extremely hot, and I had concerns about medication safety and shipping conditions.

    The overall experience felt like a bait-and-switch. Important details weren’t clearly explained upfront, canceling is made unnecessarily difficult, and I no longer feel confident in the safety or transparency of their service. I’ve submitted complaints to the Federal Trade Commission, my State Attorney General’s office, and the Better Business Bureau because I believe ShedRx’s practices may be violating consumer protection rules, specifically: FTC Auto-Renewal & Subscription Rules: Companies must clearly disclose all terms (including minimum commitments) before the customer agrees to pay, not buried in links or fine print.

    Easy Cancellation Requirement: Federal law requires businesses to provide a simple and straightforward way to cancel a subscription — not just through email or text support.

    Failure to Get Clear Consent: There should be a clear checkbox or acknowledgment that the customer understands what they’re agreeing to, especially when there's a locked-in period. I was never given that kind of clear option. Even according to their own Terms & Conditions, any part of their policy that goes against the law is supposed to be considered void. So if these terms conflict with FTC or state laws, they’re not legally enforceable anyway — and customers shouldn’t be penalized for them. I wouldn’t recommend this company based on how things have been handled so far. I'm still waiting for this unlawful subscription to be canceled.

    Been with Shed for almost a year. Things were fine, they slowly increased my dose up to .5ml of 1mg (I was told I was going to go up to 2.5mg). Next thing I know they dropped me to .44ml-I am about 1/2 way to my weight loss goal. I made an appointment and Dr ** spoke to me like I was an idiot, tell me .44ml was the highest dosage permitted (at that point I had been doing .5 from Oct 24-June 25, so that was BS) then he tried to upsell me, which I was already irritated when I spoke to some friends who dosed up as recommended (in now what I took the time to research) online.

    I have been paying full price for basically a maintenance dose for the last 6 months. My mother also had the same experience with Dr **, so at least there’s some consistency. It can be very difficult to get responses, and I have noticed that my medication deliver has been consistently a day or two later every few months. I will be looking into another company for future assistance.

    My first phone call was scheduled with Dr ** May 8, 2025, I paid $237.15 for Tirzepatide 3Mg/Ml sublingual drops & received on May 16, 2025. I'm down 2lbs. I exercise 60 minutes per day & watch what I eat. My second phone call occurred June 4, 2025, she wasn't informative. Didn't answer my questions & seemed un-interested. This is what they text if you complain "A Member Success Manager will assist you further. Please allow 24-48 hours for a response". No one calls you or texts you. They have automated text messages for everyone no matter what your asking. You cannot talk to anyone because they don't answer the phone. I do not recommend ShedRx to anyone.     If I could get negative stars, I would. I wanted to take the medication for a short duration, 2 months. I am nearing the end of my two months and am at my goal weight and would like to cancel. I met the required 2 month minimum and sent the first request to cancel within the required 14 day prior to next billing. I continue to receive emails and texts urging me to schedule my next follow up yet multiple emails, texts, and calls have completely been ignored. Do not work with a company who refuses to take care of their customers, you will be filled with regret when you actually need assistance. I will also mention that I went a week without medication due to pharmacy delays. Again, no communication, I had to call the pharmacy to see what was going on and spoke with a very rude tech who couldn't answer any questions as to the delay and said "it's just the way it is".

    Apparently missing a full week of meds is "just the way it is". Stay far away! Oh, and Shed....before you respond with your typical "we are concerned, contact us at concerns@shed.com" go ahead and check your emails, you have several from me. My billing date is approaching and I have every intention of filing with the BBB, lawsuit, whatever I need to if this company decides to charge me again after I have repeatedly asked them to cancel within their parameters. Silver lining, I have all the documentation needed to showcase their incompetence.

    Updated on 06/06/2025: This is my second review of this horrible company. After the first review, I was promised a call from someone named Mellie. That call never happened. I have sent 7 emails and over 20 texts. I continue to receive automated texts with no resolution to my problem. A payment was taken out of my account in May 20th but no one can tell me if or when my order will ship. Today I will contact the Better Business Bureau as well as my bank to dispute the charges and hopefully stop others from falling for the lies from this company.

    Original Review: If I could give 0 stars I would. The customer service for this company is nonexistent. I have emailed, called and texted this company multiple times only to be told that someone would contact me. That has never happened. Any text or email I do receive appears to be autogenerated. I’ve fulfilled my 2 month obligation and want to cancel but the option to cancel is nowhere on their website. I’ve included the form I was finally sent. I refuse to sign this until all of my concerns are addressed. I would steer clear of this company. There are many legitimate companies out there but this is not one of them.

    I recently moved and promptly updated my address with ShedRx. Despite this, they shipped my prescription medication to my old address, something I was specifically assured would not happen. I reached out immediately via email and text (the only ways to contact them), but have received no response whatsoever.

    This isn’t just a customer service issue, it’s a serious matter involving prescription medication. The lack of communication, accountability, and basic follow-through is unacceptable and potentially dangerous. I am now escalating the issue to the Better Business Bureau, the FTC, and the State Board of Pharmacy. If you’re considering using ShedRx, be warned: if something goes wrong, you may be left completely in the dark without support or resolution. Terrible customer service no communication.

    I have been a willing customer for the first month - afterwards when I asked to cancel I was given a link that didn't work to cancel. The reason I wanted to cancel after my first payment - was after 6 weeks I still had no idea nor any communication as to where my order was. Suddenly I was told it was sitting at my local post office for pick up - almost an entire week it sat there. I inquired if the medication would still be good after not being refrigerated for that long and was told it would be fine. Then I communicated that after my first three weeks of dosage I wasn't experiencing any difference - I asked to cancel. I was told I had to pay for at least 60 days. FINE. They took the money from my account - and then once again the shipping was late by two weeks. The the first 4 weeks was with medication that wasn't kept cold for almost a week, then my second months dosage came two and a half weeks later - after I had run out of medication.

    Mind you - they billed me right on time. I asked again to confirm my cancellation - I was sent link after link and told I had to fill out the link and check this and that box to confirm I wanted to cancel. I communicated that just like the "Tracking" links they were sending - the link to cancel didn't work either. Fast forward to May 9th - I was charged for my third month of medication - I immediately texted called and emailed AGAIN. Then told - Ok I processed your cancellation manually since the link didn't work - ok. I asked where my refund was - no response. I asked again a week later -no response except an auto response saying they got my message and would respond within 24/48 hours. I asked again today and was told - sorry my medication is held up in customs they are going reship - WAIT WHAT - NO - I want a refund.

    The lack of communication - the inconsistency of the delivery of the medication, and the blatant disregard that I didn't want to do business with them because of this is outrageous as they continue to take my money. STAY AWAY from this company. I paid for what I was told is "ozempic" at almost $700 monthly - I've taken the medication as prescribed but as I mentioned my concern with the first months medication sitting at the post office for almost a week - makes me wonder what I paid for. I will say with the second dosage I felt different for that month and would continue taking this medication but not through this company. Good luck to the rest of you! If I don't get a refund for my third months charge - the medication that's still "stuck in customs." I will upload all of my communication emails and texts at that point and take this further. :)

    This company should avoid at all cost. They tell you that you will have customer support when you sign up but it’s a lie. From day one I had no support from their customer service. You can only text or email. None of my emails were answered. No text were answered. I had to write a bad review to get someone claiming to be with corporate. I was told I had a direct line to her. Big lie. She has been nowhere to be found. I then started messaging the Facebook Messenger on their site and was told someone would be in touch. They only stick around for one response then they are gone. They never stay for the whole conversation. I asked about canceling and was told I can’t until the second payment. So they are scamming me out of two payments. This company does not deliver on their promise or their contract. Stay away.

    I had my appointment on the 30th of April, I barely got my prescription on 5/19. A UPS shipping confirmation came through saying that the shipment, which was supposed to come Friday, is delayed til Monday. I messaged support asking them if the medication would still be good when I got it. They say, "Oh it will still be good." Got my prescription and immediately after feeling the box, it was hot, I opened the box up and inside the box was hot, the ice packs were hot and melted. The prescription was also 1/4 of the way filled, not even enough for 2 doses. I sent a text to the member support and nothing, I feel like once things go sideways, they stop messaging you because before this, they were excellent at messaging back. I’m so disappointed. And feel like this is scammy.

I reached out to customer service, and they asked me for a screenshot of the charge, saying they would call me back, but I never heard from them again.     This company is a joke. They take forever to get your prescription set up and don’t respond to your text messages which is one of only two ways to contact them. The other being email. I had to reach out multiple times to get the right medication and get them to actually send it. I had a follow up appt the next month for refills and ended up meeting with the doctor twice for no reason. He said he would put my refills in and I never heard anything. They sent me my cart to checkout and it only had ondansetron in it, not my actual prescription. I didn’t need the ondansetron. They have not responded to any messages about my refills and I am about to run out. I also found out the original doctor that prescribed me the medication was practicing illegally under a canceled California license. Absolutely disgusting to take advantage of innocent people this way. They have been reported to the BBB and have numerous complaints against them. Stay away!

    I was very happy with Shed Rx for one year. I went to the maintenance dose and then my deliveries stopped. I don’t know why. There is poor communication with this company. While tried to address it, they started me back on the beginning dose, because of course the automatic payments never stopped, even when I went a month without my medication. So I’m paying for less than half of the maintenance dose. I am an ICU nurse so I had resources around me to ask if it is safe to just stop cold turkey and it should be fine. I’ve texted, called, emailed, requested an appointment in my portal, and nothing except an email explaining why I don’t qualify for a refund. For a month I’ve heard nothing from Shed RX providers.

    I believe they are so busy and successful now because the medication is so popular, that they don’t need to worry about individualized care or customer satisfaction. I certainly don’t feel like I’m receiving health care, just paying for a medication that is helping me without any prescriber behind it that cares. Since I’ve been forced to come off it due to terrible communication from the company, I’ve been researching other affordable programs. They are all the same: money motivated, a true “drug dealer”. Shed Rx is not unique to the corporate businesses that are making billions on glp-1. That’s at least been my experience.

    I have been taking Semaglutide since Dec 2024 and I have been consistently losing about 2-3 lbs per week which is normal and recommended to maintain the weight loss.     STAY AWAY! This service is NOT legit. They have charged my FSA card 3 times for ONE vile/prescription of semiglutide (they have charged, unauthorized $600+!!). Never once have I spoken to a doctor... in fact you cannot even reach one (not even the one named on the prescription). There is no number to call (ONLY TO TEXT) and an email address. Their portal does not give you the option to cancel your subscription. Once you have an issue they go DARK. Shame on FSA store for promoting them. I will be making a formal complaint with the medical board (and perhaps IRS). Shameful. Note, I have since moved to Midi. They are GREAT! You see your doctor regularly... and appointments are both informative AND longer than what my regular (in-person) doctor usually allocates for my appointments.

    You pay the initial $25, do not speak with anyone. 2-3 weeks later the site shows your prescription is ready. You pay $199-$299 depending on the strength. Then it says 2-3 weeks for shipping. You finally get the medication 3 weeks later you're charged the $199-$299 again. The website will show your 2nd shipment expected date. The medication is never shipped because you have to pay more $$ for a follow-up visit. So now you are $500 in on the low end and you received 1 prescription. Only way to speak with someone is through text and no clue who you are speaking with. Cancelling is almost impossible and they refuse to provide a refund. Stay away at all costs, I should have read the reviews first. Not sure how they can charge for prescriptions that were never filled. Seems like a FDA violation to me.

    I recently tried to book a service with ShedRx and paid $12 for the application fee. However, after completing the application, I was only provided with a link to start placing an order. They called me once, briefly mentioned that they would pull up my file, and then hung up. Since that call, I’ve been trying to contact them because I want to speak with a doctor to determine which treatment option would be best for me. Unfortunately, when I attempt to schedule an appointment, the earliest availability is six months from now.

    In the meantime, I came across this website and noticed several reviews stating that patients never actually spoke with a physician before purchasing medications. Many reviewers mentioned experiencing adverse effects after taking the medications. I’m so relieved that I found these reviews before proceeding with my order. I also don’t want to risk being scammed. This situation raises a concern because I originally found ShedRx through a link on the FSA website.     My experience with SHEDRX was horrible. First, they approved me and sent me the medicine without ever consulting with me in person which should be illegal. How can you prescribe something without ever speaking to a patient? Secondly, I ended up in the hospital in Emergency thinking I was dying. They sent me different injection needles than what was in the description video so I thought I had OVER-INJECTED. As soon as I took the medicine, I could feel cold racing through my body. Fearing I had done something wrong because my body started feeling like it was "losing grip on consciousness", I looked at the video and thought I had given myself 100X the amount I was supposed to (because the needles looked different). That in turn sent me into a panic attack and I ended up in the ER on the floor begging for someone to help me because I felt like I was going to pass out, die or throw up.

    Finally I went in to see the dr and they calmed me down and assured me I had taken the right amount of medicine, my body was starting to feel a bit better and then finally I recovered over an hour later. What I didn't know, and what they never asked me was "are you prone to low blood sugar". Yes, I am and apparently you shouldn't be taking these meds if you have regular low blood sugar. When I went to go report the issue to the dr (first time talking to the dr. btw) he said "sorry, so what do you want to do now, do you want to keep taking it or not?" and he was done with the conversation. The drs treat you like another number and a checkbox. Avoid this company like the plague. They are just out to get a paycheck regardless. And there is nowhere to write a bad review anywhere online, especially on their website so they only have positive reviews out there.

    I have been on semaglutide injections for a year and thought I would give myself a break and try the Lozenges we this company offered. They work complete opposite of what they should do. I did a consult with provider and he suggested stopping or changing dose and increasing what I had to two lozenges instead of one. When next shipment arrived it was for same amount and same quantity. So instead of receiving 30 day supply I received 15 day supply and charged same price. Because they require a two month period before you can cancel they refused to cancel. They could increase the dose along with a $200 dollar increase in cost. I have tried several times to contact them only to get an error message. I wouldn't waste your money or time dealing with this company if you are looking for a weight loss product.

    I have had my program for over 6 months. I was provided terms and digitally signed for them before I started. I decided to quit the program. I notified them on 10/18. My next payment wasn’t due until 10/27. The terms I was provided just stated I had to have the plan for 2 months. Evidently, they decided to add a 2 week cancellation notice, which I was never advised. Ironically, they have said this month's shipment will be delayed, but refuse to just cancel me now. Whenever I have contacted them with issues, it’s ALWAYS another department that is responsible. They rarely ship when they say they will. It has been a totally disappointing experience!!
