    Worst experience with customer support, I requested a medication change and they sent the same thing, charged me and said I could request the change and be recharged for a different. There is no phone number to call when you have issues, can literally only chat them. They only care about the money and not actually helping anyone. Probably one of the worst experiences I’ve had.

    I have wasted $1,500 of my HSA funds on this company. They claim they have to start you out on a small dose of GLP-1 shots to avoid side effects. They start you out with .04ml, SCAM. Through forums and through friends I have come to learn they were started out on actual effective dosages like 2.5mg, a dose you see results. SHED feels it is acceptable to charge $299 a month for 1st dose .04ml for a month, 2nd dose 0.08ml, 3rd dose 0.18ml, 4th dose 0.30ml, 5th dose .44ml at this rate.... The rate at which the increase would take a total of 9 months to see a dose of 2.5mg that most report is when they actually start losing weight. 9 months times $299 that's over $2,600 fricking dollars to START seeing results when people are STARTING OUT on 2.5mg.

    They billed me 3 days before my billing date, they put a pause on refill without ever notifying me yet still billed me. I am speaking with someone today to cancel this and express my distaste and request a refund for funds taken without shipment. I wish I could get ALL OF MY MONEY BACK. I feel totally SCAMMED by them. I also purchased a some pills and without my knowledge started a monthly auto subscription!

    Now I'm scared!!! I just started with ShedRx and after reading the reviews I'm terrified... I'm going to look into cancelling my Subscription and look at other programs.. I just am nervous that like others the first month was fine, but I just reached out asking for ** for nausea so we will see if they help with that..

    I signed up to see if I qualified for this service and paid the initial $149 fee through their mobile app. After completing payment, I was informed that I needed to schedule a provider visit before they could determine my eligibility. When I saw how far out the provider appointments were scheduled, I decided to use a different company instead. However, I was still charged $199 for one months of service—despite never attending a provider visit, never being approved, and never receiving anything from this company.

    The fact that they charge for two months, even before confirming eligibility, feels misleading. I paid a total of $348 ($149 + $199) for absolutely nothing. Looks like I will have to pay another $199 next month until the 60 days are through. This billing practice seems designed to profit from customers who sign up but don't follow through with the lengthy qualification process. I would not recommend this service. Look for a company with more transparent billing practices and faster appointment availability.

    I have been a customer of Shed for about 6 months and everything has been going well UNTIL last month. I moved to a new house and called to update my address. I was assured that my address was updated and my husband heard the whole conversation. FedEx then called and told me that they tried to deliver my order to my old house but someone let them know that I no longer live there and my package was sent back to the shipper. I am now out of my medication and out $300. The customer service phone number is no longer in service and the email support is awful. They refuse to give me a replacement because they can't find the call recording. It's ridiculous to have customers paying so much money and then steal from them when their support makes a mistake. I was already charged for my next shipment so after I make sure I receive it, I will be cancelling my membership and moving forward with a competitor.

    So far this has been the worst company I went to the previous company, but this company is religiously late to send GLP 1 and I haven’t had to countlessly request for them to follow up to get it sent sometimes 2 to 3 weeks late and then I have to ask for a hole on my cost because they just wanna keep charging me month-to-month. Yet again, I’m having to reschedule another appointment because they’ve held. The prescription. I had to place a hold on my card so that they couldn’t charge me again after they failed to send the prescription the first time and took 2 to 3 weeks to send it.

    If I weren’t following up, who knows how many times they would’ve charged me without sending the glp1. Strictly states that they will not refund you once it’s paid, but they don’t have to send it to you? That’s what I’m curious about. How is that legal??? They have a banner at top of their page but never goes away and always says that they are experiencing delays due to the pharmacy that this has been happening for about 33 months. Is that even possible because no other company is having that problem.

    I had to stop taking GLP-1 due to surgery and was advised to discontinue it before a second procedure. I tried to cancel through the app, but it wouldn’t let me log in. I emailed customer service explaining the issue, and they told me to cancel through the app...which I had already explained I couldn’t access. Then they charged me anyways and refused a refund!! Ironically, the app conveniently started working again right after they received my payment so now I don't have proof even though I sent a screenshot of the email I sent saying I could not cancel my subscription.

    Now they’re demanding a screenshot showing I couldn’t access it before—despite the fact that I already explained everything. Of course they keep saying, 'I completely understand', you don't understand anything! If you did you would refund my money! This experience has been incredibly frustrating and feels DELIBERATELY obstructive. I STRONGLY recommend looking elsewhere. Now I'm blocked from the app and they canceled my subscription but they couldn't do that when I emailed them before.

    I would recommend their services. Great customer service. I was apprehensive at first because I’d never done telehealth with a provider I hadn’t met at least once in person, but it was easy. Adjusting subscriptions wasn’t straightforward- if that was easier I would’ve rated a 5.

    I really wish I would’ve found these reviews before attempting to interact with their company. Please read the fine print! It told me that I needed a visit before being approved for the medication. However, I was charged anyways. I didn’t feel comfortable with the company and I no longer wanted the medication or to interact with them. I also never had a visit… They told me that I would not get a refund because I should’ve read the terms and conditions. I didn’t get any services from this company, however I was still charged.

    If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I’ve been a loyal customer for over two years and am extremely disappointed with how my account has been handled over the past six months. Despite multiple documented requests to use a different pharmacy, I continue receiving medication from WP Pharma Labs — a pharmacy my provider specifically advised against and which lacks proper accreditation. Since Shed switched to WP Pharma, the medication’s effectiveness has noticeably declined, and I’ve regained over 10 lbs with no changes to my diet or workout routine.

    On multiple occasions, shipments sat for days in 100+ degree heat before FedEx pickup, likely compromising the medication. When I reached out, customer service took days to respond—only by text—and dismissed my concerns despite medical guidance that the product degrades at high temperatures. Even after my provider documented that WP Pharma should **not** be used, I was again shipped medication from them the next day and charged for something I cannot use. Despite repeated promises to switch my pharmacy and multiple refund requests, there has been no resolution or accountability.

    **Update (10/6/25):** Still unresolved. I was informed by a representative that Shed can use *any* pharmacy they choose—regardless of what their licensed providers recommend. That is unethical, unsafe, and grossly negligent. How can you disregard a YOUR licensed provider's direct recommendations regarding a patient? **RUN—do not use this company.**

    I was charged at the end of July 2025. Never received my medication. Reached out to ShedRX after 30 days of not receiving this product. I was told that I was not eligible for a refund. This is in violation of 16 CFR Part 435 under the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC), which states that a product is to be delivered to a customer within 30 days of the charge. If the product is not delivered to the customer in this time frame then they are legally entitled to a refund. This company refused to give me a refund. Instead they insisted that they would send me the medication. I agreed to this only because I did not want to deal with any more back and forth. I have been bounced between several different team members over email and over text message. I've been promised calls back from leadership at this company and have never received a phone call. EVER.

    At the end of September 2025, ShedRX confirmed that they had canceled my prescription successfully and that I would not be charged again. 3 days later they charged me again. After further research, it seems that I am not the only one and that several former customers have experienced the exact same thing. There needs to be accountability from ShedRX when they make a mistake and when they have promised medication or cancellation. No one should have to go through this experience. It's exhausting, and now I have to dispute $400 worth of charges and potentially take legal action.

    Was sent incorrect meds the very first time and did not get a refund or correct medication. Second time they took my payment and sent no medication even after appt with Dr for correct meds.     My Shed Rx experience had Pros and Cons.
    Pros: the medication works and it works really well! It was fairly easy and fast to get started.
    Cons: this is an out-of-pocket expense. Make sure the monthly cost is sustainable for your budget.

    Also, I had challenges getting the support I felt I needed, especially in a timely way. Do your research about the medication, the process, and how getting in touch with customer support works at Shed. It's better to be proactive for your own needs, keep trying until you feel you've gotten the communication you need.

    As others have said this is a terrible company. My first month was fine, I got my medication fairly quickly. When I wasn't feeling any changes in my appetite after 3 weeks I requested a consult with a provider and he was rude and condescending but told me that it was normal and some people don't notice a difference until the 2nd month. As I neared the end of my first month I realized that they hadn't sent me any information about sending my refill for the 2nd month so I reached out to them by text. They said it would be sent automatically and I didn't need to do anything. But I've now run out of medication and have been off of it for 3 days.

    My card was charged for the 2nd month and it's supposedly on it's way but I haven't gotten a tracking number. I've asked repeatedly why there was a delay and for reassurance that it won't happen again and they simply don't respond. Consistency is so important with this medication so it's extremely irritating that I'm going to have to basically start all over again. I text them and asked that they cancel my subscription and not charge me again, as I plan to switch to a better provider and they haven't responded. I will definitely be disputing any further charges with my credit card company. Stay away from Shed!!

    I have had horrible interactions with this company. I’m consistently short changed on my prescription and not able to be on a consistent schedule because they do not ship in a timely manner. Furthermore, when you try to cancel their service, the dashboard does not allow it-even if you notified them prior to next shipment is sent, they still refuse to refund your money. The company is horrible and impossible to communicate with.

    I am extremely disappointed with this company. I signed up and was supposed to receive a product that never arrived. Despite never receiving anything, they refused to cancel my contract and continued to attempt charging my card multiple times. I reached out to their website’s text customer service and was told someone would contact me—no one ever did. I’ve also spoken with billing on several occasions, but nothing was resolved. Instead, I keep getting calls from people claiming they’ll escalate my issue to a manager, but I never hear back. This has been a frustrating and unprofessional experience. The lack of accountability, failure to deliver the product, and repeated billing attempts are unacceptable. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

    No customer service, unable to contact via phone or email. Text chat only with no help or conversation. Continuously charged and no product shipped. Company structure is to take your payment, make you run around in circles, advise that you need to pay more for an appt, and never ship product. Total scam, suggest finding another company.     The first 2 months of subscription was great. Shipment arrived on time, well packaged. But, the moment you modify your subscription, you'll receive the most confusing and frustrating service. You follow all requirements - you speak to a provider to switch before the next cycle starts, you get confirmation that you'll switch from sublingual drops to shots, but still get charged for the drops. You email, you text and response are automated and useless. Now, I am charged with $229 and no idea if they are going to ship it or not. I should have trusted the reviews this company gets. What a waste of time and energy!

    I had a decent experience with their program for about 6 months, but everything fell apart when it came time to actually receive my medication again. Despite completing my required telehealth appointment (which they confirmed multiple times), they repeatedly claimed I needed to schedule another one. Every time I followed up, I was given conflicting information, reassured that my prescription was filled, and told it would ship “soon.” Yet nothing ever arrived.

    Meanwhile, they charged me multiple times without delivering a single product. When I asked for a refund, they told me that because of the contract I signed, they could keep my money—even though I never received what I paid for. That’s not just bad service, it borders on fraudulent. Their system is a complete mess: disorganized communication, contradictory instructions, and no accountability. They are not customer-friendly and seem to rely on fine print to excuse themselves from actually providing what they advertise.

    I am close with an attorney and am already looking into involving a third party to recover my funds. I strongly urge anyone considering this company to believe the negative reviews. My experience is not an isolated incident—others have described the same “ghosting” behavior. There are plenty of reputable, professional services out there. Save yourself the headache, stress, and financial loss.

    Initially, I was very pleased with the service I received from Shed. I had no problems whatsoever and was pleased with the customer service. Recently, I found a local provider for my treatment of semiglutide and decided to cancel with Shred to get face-to-face service, which I feel would support me better at this time. So, after about 5 months of being with Shed, I am trying to cancel and I cannot. I have reached out to customer service for about a month and I am still not cancelled. They keep telling me to go to the portal to cancel, but it doesn’t work.

    I don’t get an option to cancel. I tried to cancel before my last payment was taken - even reached out to customer service to cancel - and they still charged me and I can’t reach anyone over the phone, so I just text back and forth. They tell me to go to my Shed portal to cancel - I tell them I can’t and give them a screenshot - and we keep doing the same thing. It’s very frustrating! I am going to contact the BBB and will more than likely have to contact my credit card company about the payment. Unfortunately, there is no way to simply remove a credit card - you have to add another one first, before you are able to delete one on file. It’s really frustrating and time-consuming.

    I was not happy with the pharmacy they use. When they ship on Friday the medication is delivered hot. When it states it's supposed to be refrigerated. Ice packs are hot to the touch as well as the meds. I'm not a doctor but I would assume the active ingredients aren't as potent or effective when temp is not regulated. I've canceled and looking for alternative solutions. Fyi shipping from FL to FL. FedEx doesn't deliver next day air over the weekend. So the package sits on a hot warehouse for 3 days. Not safe to me...

    My experience with this company has been disappointing and frustrating from the outset. I initially chose them due to the absence of a monthly membership fee and based on a positive testimonial. However, I quickly began to regret my decision, but had already completed payment and could not cancel.

    1. Delayed Consultations & Shipping: After payment, I was instructed to schedule a consultation. What was not disclosed upfront is that it can take one to two weeks to secure an appointment with a physician, followed by another delay of a week or more before medications are shipped.

    2. Medication Delivery Gaps: Although payments are collected monthly, medications are not shipped proactively. This results in a lapse between doses, leaving patients without medication while awaiting the next shipment.

    3. Ineffective Starter Medication: I began with the Tirzepatide B12/Glycine Starter, which, in my opinion, contains more B12 than active medication. After five weeks, I’ve seen no meaningful results in appetite suppression or reduced food noise/cravings.

    3. Unfulfilled Prescription Despite Payment: Despite making my second monthly payment early, I’m still waiting for my prescription to be filled and shipped. I was due for my next dose several days ago, which is unacceptable.

    Although getting medication was very easy and effective. The Tele health part seems rushed and unheard. ShedRx is more on the expensive side and they offer no other options for affordability. They ShedRx will continue to attempt to charge $499.00 for membership well after cancellation. Advised to contact your care carrier and block this company from further attempts to defraud.

    Scam! The old bait and switch! They offer you a low intro rate then don't allow you to cancel until they have auto billed you for twice as much the next month. It's very misleading and they don't disclose it directly when you sign up. I wrote them immediately and tried to cancel and they wouldn't allow me to until after the next billing cycle (which they double the cost for). They didn't even send me any product for the $199 they charged me! It's a shame, they are not a reputable business. Look them up on BBB. Terrible reviews.

    Updated on 09/13/2025: I had to file a complaint with Better Business Bureau. I suggest others follow suit! On Monday I am going to my bank to file a dispute and change my debit card so they can not continue to charge me for a canceled account. My story just like the other 70 or so, they took my money, never shipped, no tracking number, nothing, just a text message...It's been ordered, tracking number in 2-3 days. It's been over a week, missed my schedule dose last Monday. Text them, response, Ticket created...No copy of ticket sent to me or email...Paid one month delayed getting, 2nd month never received...STAY AWAY...

    Original review: I can not endorse Shed. I signed up for their weight loss medications. They were quick to take my money, but took their time in filling my prescription. This is the second month, I was due for a shot on the 8th, they took my money on the 2nd, as of this date, they still have not shipped my medication or even sent me a tracking number. Apparently, unless you pay extra and sign up for a mentor or one of their programs, they really don't keep their deadlines.

    They tell you telling to stick to a firm regimen, take your medicine, watch what you eat, and exercise. Then they don't bother to make sure you get your meds in the start of your program and that just throws everything off...Very poor Customer care and service. They always want to "send a ticket for issues..." but not medication, paid for, to their customers on time... This happened twice...

    I actually gained 3 pounds during the first month on the meds that dissolved under my tongue. I learned later that there is a minimum 2 month sub, but why the heck would I renew for something that is fraudulent! I was suggested this program through my employer's benefit discount program and I will be reporting this problem to them. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE!

    I have been charged for July, August and September and still have not received my GLP1. They put in ticket and hear nothing. Finally, a message said need to schedule follow up which I did. Asked when I would receive the product and he was like a deer in headlights when I said you’ve have my money. Logged on my account today, said next shipment is 10/31. Um, what happened to July, August and September. Messaged again today and said they opened a ticket. I’m sure no response or anything.
