    If I could give a zero I would. They steal from people. They took 3 months money from me with no product. Not good business. Do not go with this company, try anyone else. They refuse to refund but agree no product since October. This must be illegal. Gonna call channel 5.

    I went online to this company in about July or August, 2025. I had to put my payment information in, which was an HSA account, prior to finalizing. I wasn't approved and NEVER received anything from them. Yesterday, 1/19/26 I was getting my tax information from my HSA account and found that they have been taking $398.99 out of my HSA for 6 months, as recently as 1/14/26. They never shipped me anything. All of those payments are now being disputed by my HSA company. DO NOT USE THEM. THEY ARE THIEVES!!! Stephanie **

    I signed up with Remedy Meds for weight loss medication. Initial experience was great. Unfortunately, I had a bad response to the medication, so I quit after two weeks. When they reached out to me about a refill, I notified them that I would not be refilling because of this reaction. I never heard from them again. Imagine my surprise when auditing my credit card expenses, I find that 3 additional charges had been made for a total of $1,196.97!

    I immediately called their customer service number to discuss. A very polite person very quickly "canceled my membership" and told me the refund would be handled in 24-48 hours. I was actually quite impressed with how efficient that was. Only to receive what appears to be an automated email less than 10 minutes later, saying they were not refunding because this is a subscription service and that I should refer to their Terms & Conditions. I called customer service back immediately, and the person told me I had to email billing because they couldn't handle billing questions.

    I emailed them right away and have yet to receive a response or a credit. That is horrible customer service and a very unethical business practice. At a very minimum, when I responded to say that I wasn't going to use the medication, someone could have been clear that I had to "cancel my subscription" to avoid being charged. The fact that you get no email saying you are being billed or any other notification that this "subscription" is ongoing, regardless of whether you are using it, is horrible. This isn't $10 a month. It is almost $400. For NOTHING. Beware!

    The product they send is good and the online medical support is fine but they continue to bill your credit card even after you have asked gather to suspend their service. They have said on the phone the charges will not continue but they do. They refuse to offer refunds.

    I didn’t have any issues until I stopped using this company. They charged me for three months worth of meds and I have not gotten any of those. They did reach out to me to tell me that they would give me the three months of medication that I paid for, however, I did my refill request two weeks ago and no medication has been sent to me. Even after I was told I would get the three months of free medication, they still tried to charge me again. Super frustrated with the company and I’m out three months of money for nothing.

    Terrible. I want in on a class action suit if it happens! They keep trying to charge my credit card even though I canceled. Just today, somehow they tried to charge a credit card that I just got. I never even gave them the info! How can they do that??

    Remedy Meds is awful. My first shipment arrive 1 day late and didn't do anything for appetite control. I have used compounded medicine before and it helped. Remedy Meds did nothing. I went up in units and my second order was 3 days late and arrived WARM. I called and they said it was safe to take and refused a refund. STAY away from this company. They only care about money and NOT customer service!

    Remedy meds was fast with doctor appointment and mailed script on time. But when it came time to refill my script I spoke with them and told them to cancel my order and I would no longer be ordering from them. Five months later they charged my card on file with my permission and took almost 400 dollars and refuse to refund me saying my account was active and it wasn't. They told me to reactivate my account to get a credit which account was inactive before and I don't want their medication. They are a fraud company. Do not use. They will not leave you alone and will sneaky reactivate your account and charge you.

    Buyer beware! I have tried Semaglutide 2x and Trizepitide 1x through a med clinic, and Semaglutide 1x via online. Clearly, I'm familiar with these meds and how they affect my body. During the intake I was told I would be on a starter dose. I expressed my concerns about the low dose not being effective. My concerns were dismissed and I was sent the low dose. I feel nothing! Every other time I've used these med, within the very first day I felt reduced appetite, lack of food noise or cravings, it is glorious. It makes watching what you eat so easy. With this med, due to either the dose or the potency, I have been hungry and trying to power through without the aid of the medicine. This was a $400+ investment for a month for a med that has no effect.

    I called them to share my concerns. They were completely dismissive and offered no alternative. Why would they? They got my money...and, NO REFUND. So I have heard of places who will keep patients on the starter dose for as long as 3 months. Let's review the strategy: You keep dropping the big bucks, they keep teasing you with, "not yet, but soon." Your progress is stalled, which lines their pockets, extends your treatment for even more money to them so they keep you on the hook. Having had so many other experiences where they didn't do that, I know it isn't always necessary. I can it for see a first time user, but these guys knew my story, took my money, heard my complaints and said "see ya". Listen, your options are numerous. Go to the next place on your list and skip these guys.

For clarity, patients start off at the starter dose unless they were previously prescribed a weight loss drug and can provide proof of the last Rx so that our clinicians can try to match your last dose. If this documentation wasn't provided to us, then patients begin at the starter level until a clinicians either deems they are eligible for a dose increase- or if the patients requests a dosage increase that a provider approves.

    I did not have a problem with this company for the 6-8 months I was using their product. While the "gradual" increase in dosage for the first three months was next to pointless, (and an extreme waste of $900 bucks) I finally got to a level that I was losing weight on. While I'm extremely happy about the weight loss, when I went to cancel my medications the company wound up charging me the $299 monthly fee, they refused to refund the last charge they made, claiming that "Oh, you can just reactivate your service and we'll send you the next vial". I told them "I don't need a "credit" if I'm never using the service or these meds again since I'm down 70 lbs and have become very active."

    Still, refusal to refund money for a product that was never delivered is a horrible business practice. Claiming something is subscription-based does not take away from the fact that you still have to provide A PRODUCT... But I'm not giving up, I'm discussing my options with a few friends who are lawyers. Looks like a lot of you in here have had the same concern, I've been advised there is a strong case that we could start a class-action lawsuit against Remedy Meds for literally stealing from consumers.

    Jerked me around for a week. I complied with all of their requests and they kept adding more. Got doctor approval. Uploaded that. Said they would ship. They didn’t. Came up with more reasons and delays that I finally canceled. Unacceptable business.

    They seem to be so professional in their initial contact, but beware, I feel they are a con job... I waited at my appointment for a clinician to turn up but no avail... I called to see what happened to my appointment, how I interpreted the response was it was almost my fault and don't worry we will see if we can find you another appointment today or reschedule... NO! I'm the consumer, look after me, I'm sick of the one paying for bad service... I have contacted my lawyer to be on hold, I have Remedy Meds for a refund, let see how this proceeds.... There are so many companies doing this now, find the best one! Looking at the other reviews I dodged a bullet!!

    Absolutely dissatisfied. This company continued charging me monthly for six months without any notification, invoices, or receipts. I was completely unaware the payments were still being taken until I reviewed my bank statements. This feels deceptive and irresponsible, and resolving the issue has been unnecessarily stressful. I do not recommend doing business with them.

    Total scam. I used this service, and it was fine while I was using it. When I was done, I cancelled the service in November. December 19th, they charged me again. When I called on the 21st, the woman I spoke with said that she made certain the service was cancelled, and they would be issuing me a refund. Instead of issuing me a refund, they emailed me and told me they would not be refunding the charge, and would be charging my card again for another $400 on the 28th.

    The first prescription of course was super-fast and very easy. Refills however have been a nightmare. The 2nd refill had to call to see what the holdup was, made a virtual appointment with the doctor. It wasn't until 2 weeks after that until I got my refill. Had no tracking info on it, had to call just to get that. I am on my third refill. Made the request on December 8th, they even charged my card a WEEK before my request. Got an email saying it will take 24 hrs to process my request. A week later nothing. How are you going to charge 398.00 and NOT process the refill. What a joke. This will be my last refill with them.

    Don't be fooled! You pay almost $400 per month even if they decide not to fill your prescription! They've been charging me for 4 months and I only received the first dose. Read the fine print. You are paying for "access to their resources" not the actual medicine. That, to me, is a full blown scam!

    I was diagnosed with a heart condition and had to have surgery also. I spoke with Remedy staff on the phone to put my order on hold in Sept. I continued to get billed for meds not ordered or received. I have asked Remedy Meds to pull the call with their staff and refund me. I have written about 30 emails to date asking for a refund or to speak to the owner of their company, They refuse to help.

    I have had a terrible time getting my refill... Here are the notes to them and a timeline. Very frustrating. I ordered my refill November 12.... 22 days ago and still no prescription. I want a member of management to contact me. I want you to share this timeline with them, I want someone to contact the pharmacy director not by activity or digital message but by calling and having an actual conversation with them. Here is the timeline: 

    November 7 - Refill Reminder. November 12 - Requested my refill (Spouses prescription ordered the same day) - November 12 - Acknowledgement from pharmacy - "order to your door in 3-5 days". November 12 - 2 minutes later got note from Tyquitta **, Nurse Practitioner - saying I would benefit from Tirzepatide. November 13 - Prescription Pause (not request) - I asked a question about it due to an upcoming survey. November 14 - Spouses Script Arrives. November 22 - Called to ask why my script had not been filled. "It looks like your script is paused, redo the reorder survey". November 22 - Reorder completed. November 24 - Note from Remedy Meds Support - "We need to verify if you have any documented allergies to tirzepatide, as the pharmacy was unable to dispense the medication due to a potential allergy concern. November 25 - I replied - "I do NOT have an allergy to tirzepatide".

    November 25 - Reply from support, "You need to make and appointment with a nurse practitioner".... (Appointment #2 for the same script.) November 26 - Support reached out and apologized stating that they would get back with me with next steps. November 26 - made an appointment and met with your provider. November 26 - Message from pharmacy - "order number ** your script is being filled and will be at your door in 3-5 days". November 26 - note from Tolulope **, Nurse Practitioner stating that order is approved  - seemed more introductory like this was my first order. November 27 - Allergy Concern email from support, "Could you please reply to this email and confirm if you have any documented allergies to Tirzepatide?" November 27 - I replied - two appointments and four messages later, I am NOT allergic to Tirzepatide.

    November 27 - Message from support - Another apology from support "we will get this resolved and get right back to you". November 28 - I replied with a strongly worded message regarding your disjointed communication and asked to speak to a manager. November 29 - No reply so I replied back asking for an update. November 30 - in the evening a very nice lady called. She said that she read through my file, and admitted that multiple mistakes were made. The pharmacy was closed on Sunday but first thing on Monday they would be notified and the script would be on the way. A $50 credit was issued for all the problems. Was told by her, "Do not contact the clinical team or nurse practitioners again, we have this resolved".

    November 30 - later that evening - message from support - "our clinical team is here to help, please contact one of our nurse practitioners to have your concerns resolved". Jeez people really? December 1 - contact support by phone, they put me on hold "everything is fine, the pharmacy will get out your script right away". December 3 - NOTHING!!!

    Remedy Meds Black Friday Deal only available to new consumers, even though the advertised ads never states that. No loyalty to existing customers, but for the most to attain new costumers with the $100 off every month forever. But in the meantime Remedy Meds wouldn’t honor the sale for existing customers and it was an easy decision for them to lose me entirely as a customer than simply honor the discount given to new members. I will continue spreading this truth on every review possible so that others can see how this company treats its customers.

    I canceled my service with them one month after I began. They continued to charge my credit card 398.99 for two months after and would not refund my money stating that I never canceled it. Also, I never received any medicines from them after I canceled, but was still charged.

    Wrong dosage sent, I called. Nothing happened. I called back. They doubled the dosage so the first month was a waste. Second dose arrived hot and I emailed and called to demand a refund and cancel. I received a refund. They did not send a new vial or cancel! They have since charged my account 398.99 twice! They owe me 1097.96. I lost no weight and they did not do their job, no follow through, no one available and when they did all they were late! I am starting a civil suit against this company and I see many others on her 91 that had the same issues and their medication is not FDA approved! I can be contacted **. Or just keep your eye peeled for civil suit against Remedy! They are thieves and liars!

    I’ve been with Remedy Meds for 16 weeks and have lost 40lbs. The medicine stops food cravings, you still need to diet though. Wonderful way to lose weight. It is a monthly subscription and if you don’t order medication they will charge you anyways. The subscription includes the medication.     This company is very deceptive in their practices. They call themselves a subscription service even though that is extremely unclear. They overcharge for their product. The process for keeping the prescription is onerous and time consuming. And if you're unable to go through all the steps, they don't send you the product but DO continue to charge you no matter what. I am out $900 for three months of charges and have finally supposedly managed to cancel it but according to their email: they are "unable" to offer refunds DESPITE the fact that I never received the product. Paid $900 for NOTHING. Absolute insanity. DO NOT use this company.

    Stay away from this company, they are a scam! They take your money and give you fake, knock off versions of FDA approved meds. What they give you is dangerous and not tested or approved by the FDA. Look at other reviews where people who have not listened to the warnings are now claiming they can't even receive their knock off meds.     After my first month, the doctor said my BMI disqualified me from using their product. However, I was STILL charged for three months of meds without being sent anything. They credited November, and are refusing to credit September and October. No idea why not. I was told it didn’t meet some criteria. How can you charge someone almost $800 without sending medication and that be okay? Customer support has been NO support. Be careful of this company.

Mind you this has been every ever month after, the tirzepatide wasn’t working and the last pharmacy they used has several FDA violations so in turn I cancelled.     I started this medication less than 30 days prior - I had a full blown seizure Halloween night (NEVER had a seizure in my 45 years). Was hospitalized overnight. I called Remedy Meds to ask not to ship the next dose and to cancel my account asap as the DR suggested this medication most likely caused my seizure. They refused and still shipped an order charging me almost $500.00. I continue calling trying to get a refund to this day. HORRIBLE customer service. I will also be filing a complaint with the attorney general and BBB as well.

I had a consult and received meds in July, and once again in August. The meds did not work at all, and actually I felt like the medication was not legit. A subscription to what? No service, no meds. I have been disputing the 3 months of $398 per month charges with my bank that they will not refund. This is a very shady company.

    I've been with Remedy six months and I've only had one complaint when they used red rock pharmacies. I had all the food noise and was super hungry but then the next month they had used a different pharmacy and food noise gone and I wasn't hungry and as far as getting it on time I have not had any issues. In fact for Nov it came two days later. I'm now in a maintenance dose because I've surpassed my goal weight. Customer service was always great. FaceTime appt was on time. I hope this service I've been receiving and meds stay where it's been at. I've heard about other companies that might be cheaper but I have had good luck with this company however if my ins ever decided to cover the real stuff I will switch but my ins says weight loss isn't a health issue so I'm happy with remedy.

    Remedy Meds seemed good for the first week. When I got my second file of medication for the second four weeks it was about an eighth full maybe even less. I was told to take 43 units once a week for 4 weeks. What was in this bottle was less than 43 units. There was no way I was going to be able to get even one week injection with what they sent me and I paid the full price of almost $400. I have gone back and forth with the pharmacy and customer service and they told me to start the medication and then call the pharmacy if anything happens. Absolutely not. I'm not injecting something I don't feel was sent to me properly. I've done enough research on this medicine to know that there was not reconstituted properly and the dose was incorrect for what I was sent. So be cautious of what you're injecting and what they are sending you.

    I enrolled in the Remedy Meds program under the promise of their "4-Month Weight-Loss Guarantee," which stipulates a refund if the member does not achieve a specific weight loss target after 16 consecutive weeks. Upon requesting the refund, the company provided two excuses to deny my claim, both of which I believe are attempts to avoid honoring the warranty. Buyer Beware.

    I subscribed, received one month of medication and one visit with a provider. I continued to pay the monthly fee for 2 more months but have not received any additional medication or visits.     Remedy Meds is a misleading company! They use verbiage which does not make it clear you are agreeing to a subscription model which could allow you to be billed while not receiving the agreed upon product. I only received 2 months worth of medication while being charged 3 additional times with no services or product rendered to me.     STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I paid nearly $300, did an interview with a healthcare provider who said I qualified and would be sent the product and never received the product.     I was prescribed the initial dosage of 2.5 mg of Tirzepatide. Unfortunately, I did not understand that this amount converts to 25 units in the syringe. Instead I tried to fill the syringe to 2.5 units which is almost impossible given the size of the markings. I am so frustrated that the instructions are not more clear! I wasted 3 weeks without a proper dose. I would have appreciated an image showing where to fill the syringe. Or more explicit language around this.     I signed up with Remedy Meds about a months and a half ago. 1st month I was prescribed .5mg of Semaglutide which I was told included vit B12 to help with the side effects. The 1st month went Ok as I worked out the bumps in the road such as my current meds and eating habits. Then in the 2nd month remedy meds doubled my dose to 1mg and I had a tough time adjusting to the doubled dose finding myself nauseous for days and not hours after my dose, struggling for some kind of relief and seriously thinking it wasn't worth it since in the time period I'd only lost about 8 pounds and felt awful.

    When I posted my troubles in a forum someone asked what was taking and told them it was semaglutide with b12 and they said that could be the reason for my issues because it was called compounded semaglutide which is unregulated by the FDA allowing pharmacies to use semaglutide derivatives that can be harmful, have worse side effects, due more harm due to poor quality. So now I'm going to charter the waters of canceling my prescription and hope it goes well.

    I had originally been with Remedy Meds for about 6 months and had seen great results. I had to cancel my subscription due to a change in financial circumstances but about 6 months I wanted to start up again but maybe with the more affordable semaglutide as oppose to Trizepatide. Well as soon as I signed up again the automatically charged me $299 for Trizepatide and said I needed to do a video call with a doctor. I refused to do the call and asked for a refund and got an email saying my medication had already been prescribed so I could not get a refund. They prescribed it without me speaking to any doctor!!!     Firstly, the meds don't work. I was desperate and had such high hopes that Remedy would help me. I actually gained weight on their compounded tirzepatide. I talked with the "doctors" on staff which told me that was normal as your body adjusts. It is not. Secondly, I followed every request they asked as far as submitting for a refill. They charged me for a refill but never sent it. When I questioned Remedy on this, they said I never filled out the refill request... even though my Remedy portal clearly shows I did.     After reading all the negative reviews, I was a bit scared to buy anything from Remedy Meds. However, I took a chance since their prices for GLP-1's were better than most companies. I had a Zoom meeting with an actual nurse who was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I received my semaglutide after three days, packed with ice and an expiration date that was well within the time limit for an expiration. All of these things were exactly the opposite from what the negative reviews complained about. I just started the medication so I don't know yet if they will work but, so far, I'm very happy with this company and their customer service. All you have to do is follow their instructions, provide them with your labs, & keep them updated on your progress on a regular basis.

    Very poor customer service. Remedy takes no responsibility for flawed protocol or problems. Unable to deliver med to my complete address for 3 months. You as a customer are caught in between their flaws. Charged for med EVEN if you don't get the medication and you are billed for the lost meds. Med refilled by NP who had no idea what I was taking or how much. She filled it blindly based on old computer information. Remedy twice told me med refill was cancelled.     I’m responding pretty well to the compound, so the product isn’t the problem. Shipping is the problem. They charge you faster than my cat runs when he hears the can opener, but then… nothing.     Remedy Meds has good customer service and they are reliable in ordering and shipping, however, be very careful about having payments taken directly from your checking account as Remedy Meds deducted $399 from my checking without there being a request for refill or receiving a refill. I set up my video call with the so-called doctor on August 9th, but neither one of us could get the app to work, so the doctor just called my number directly. After talking everything over for a short time, she informed me that they would not be able to supply my Tirzepatide prescription if I lived in Alabama (I do). She tried to switch me to Semiglutide but I didn't want that drug. She told me that I would not be charged, that my subscription would just be cancelled. They charged my card $399.00 anyway. I called again a few days later and spoke with someone that was very nice. They assured that I would receive a full refund due to the cancellation. I decided to dispute the charge with my credit card company; they issued an immediate credit to my account on August 14th.

    I was shocked to find that Remedy Meds fought the charge-back and my credit was reversed yesterday September 24th. I contacted customer service again today and was told that they had issued a request for a refund. I later got an email that stated since I had disputed the charge, they couldn't do anything until that was cleared up. This is borderline Fraud & Theft practice in my opinion. Do not trust this company with your health, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. I spoke with my doctor about this Last month, and she wrote a prescription and submitted it to Lilly direct. I am now getting Name brand Zepbound monthly for $350 per month, not some questionable compound, and they don't charge my credit card until they fill the prescription. Do NOT give these people your credit card number.

    I was told after a 10 minute visit with their online dr that I needed a release from my Dr to qualify. That I currently did not qualify.     I dealt with this company honestly and they took my money and provided only minimal services. They are a ripoff and should no longer be in business. My first trial with them they promised to give me enough meds for three months as I travel in Europe for work. And when it came time to order, they would only give me a month’s worth.     On September 5th, I subscribed to Remedy Meds after reading review and thought to give it a try. After paying $179.00, I scheduled an appointment with one of their clinicians. After a very sketchy conversation with someone who didn't speak like a MD, I did some more research. I was alarmed by what I read, so I immediately called that same day and cancelled my subscription. I was told I would receive a confirmation email. Later that evening I received an email stating that they were not refunding me because the RX was already written, even though the medicine was to take 72 hours for the pharmacy to process.     I paid this company for the first month of meds and doctor visit that said $199 only they charged me $299 only.     I strongly advise staying away from this company. I recently signed up and completed their clinical intake process. After the consultation, I was prescribed Semaglutide and promptly charged $220 for a 1mL (one-month) supply. After speaking with my primary care physician (PCP), I was advised not to take Semaglutide and to request Tirzepatide instead. I scheduled another video consult with Remedy Meds, and the clinician approved the change. Shortly after, I was charged an additional $173.45 for the Tirzepatide. Despite this, my online portal still showed the old prescription (Semaglutide). I called multiple times over the next four days to get it corrected and was repeatedly assured it would be updated. It never was — and I ultimately received the wrong medication.

    Over the course of a week, I’ve spent over 4.5 hours on the phone trying to get a refund. A supervisor even admitted the clinician failed to update my account correctly, but I was told they don't issue refunds, even when the mistake is clearly theirs. Worse, there’s no way to speak with billing — they only communicate by email and offer no resolution. This company took my money, delivered the wrong medication, and refuses to take accountability. Be warned — poor coordination, no transparency, and no customer protection.

    My first two months were uneventful and I was losing weight. The third month the pharmacy sent a double dose? I was told that I only got one dose and the next month they increased my dose which I was happy about but it came from a different pharmacy in another state. My body reaction to it was nothing like what I was expecting. I felt so awful I can't even describe it. I weighed Five pounds more over night when I took that new dose. I stayed in bed all day and took a lasik as I was really worried about the overnight water weight gain. It scared me to death and I canceled my order and asked for a refund. I found that Lilly, the company that makes it has Lilly direct now that you can order the real medication at a lower price and not have to worry about bad doses of a fake drug. It is a little more expensive than the compounded meds but at least it's trustworthy..

    I should have heeded the warning signs! The first month I received insufficient medication. Remedy Meds apologized! Month two was okay. Month 3 I received an almost empty vial of compounded Tirzepatide that would obviously not last for 4 weeks. I got the runaround when I complained. I sent pictures as requested and Remedy meds attempted to gaslight me into thinking that I had received the correct amount of medication.     I have become very frustrated with Remedy Meds. Like so many of the other reviews I have had a similar experience. I was going out of town and I sent emails and phone calls to hold off sending my medication. On one of the phone calls the customer service rep told me I needed to call the pharmacy to tell them to hold the order. After a few phone calls to the pharmacy someone told me the order has not been filled and he would cancel the order but I needed to call Remedy to let them know that they would need to reorder my prescription. I did that and another customer service rep said she would take care of it.

    While I was out of town I received a text that my medication had been delivered and attached a photo of my medication sitting in the high 90s degree weather. I was gobsmacked. All of my attempts to stop the delivery were useless. Again, I called Remedy. A NP called me and told me it should be safe to use when I got back in town. I still had to be out of town for another 4 days. I told her that I was very hesitant to use medication that had been left in almost 100 degree weather and because I made so many attempts to stop the delivery I thought Remedy should replace my prescription. She told me that I would probably have to pay another $399.00, but someone would get back to me. No one got back to me. And of course, I have gained back a few pounds. Totally frustrated with Remedy.

    Started out great, first batch of medicine received was cold and worked well. 2nd month (first refill) showed up incorrectly packaged and was warm. After discussing this with Remedy Meds, they did nothing for me. The medicine did now work at all, due to the temperature it was shipped. It was easy to notice that the first batch worked and the 2nd batch was damaged or ineffective.     I used Remedy Meds from January 2025 through August 6, 2025. For the first four months I was extremely satisfied with them but something radically changed two months ago. Whereas initially it was easy to schedule appointments with the practitioners and they were concerned and caring, it is now difficult to get appointments and it seems they are uninformed, not knowledgeable and couldn't care less. In addition, I receive text messages encouraging me to refill my prescription digitally without meeting with anyone. I finally cancelled my membership yesterday after talking to two different practitioners over the past week that had no idea what dose I was on and couldn't figure it out. I was then told I had to taper my dosage even though my weight has been stable (I lost 1 pound this month).

    After these calls I called the pharmacy to confirm my dosage and then scheduled another call with a practitioner to talk about the plan for my dosages moving forward. After scheduling the call (which required a two day waiting period), I received an email overnight the evening before and a text telling me it was cancelled because I had already spoken with someone. There is no longer personal care. There is no "one dose fits all sizes" when it comes to medication and a weight loss journey. If you don't care about medical support, this could still be an option, but taking GLP-1s without proper medical support is nothing something I felt comfortable doing.

    Complete nightmare. The second month of medication was supposed to arrive in a temp controlled container but it was hot to the touch. I called and told them and they refused to reship. At my next appt, the dr said I should not have taken it (the heat neutralized it) and yet they still refused a refund. I have called and called and every customer service rep agrees that it should be refunded but then accounting denies it.

    The experience was extremely frustrating. The medication which was supposed to arrive on Friday did not come till Monday. I was told by Remedy Meds to refrigerate immediately the medication when it arrived and no later than 48 hours. As you can see, it arrived later than the time recommended by Remedy Meds and had lost its efficacy. Remedy Meds since they do not guarantee the prescription that I will be responsible for the sum of $298.99. This company is not an American company. Because they said they do not assure a timely arrival from their company I am still responsible for payment. I am paying for bogus medication. Do not use this company. The contract provides them for them to not have to require to deliver a good prescription. Watch out!

    Remedy Meds delivered my wife and my medicine at a lower price. They shipped it poorly, and my product was hot. Her product was warm. I called them up and they said that that would be fine. We both gained weight, the product did not work. I called them for a refund after I did my further research and one of the intake. Doctors for remedy told my wife that the product would be no good. If it got warm or hot they denied my refund. I don’t recommend using them. They don’t back their product up and their shipping is very poor. They’ll probably get degraded product if you order from them.

    As noted in prior reviews, this company is a scam. I also doubt the legitimacy of all of the rave reviews, given that their performance was so substandard that sure it is generalized to most people's experience. They did not show up for the first scheduled meeting, and when it came to my second delivery, they withdrew the money but didn't facilitate sending the product. They completely emphasize that you should take the medication the same day every week, but in order for that to happen for my second shipment, I would have had to receive the medication by tomorrow. Instead, when I called today, I was informed that it had not been shipped, but that they would try to send it out today, but were not a guarantee that. In any event, it comes from Texas and goes to New Jersey, allowing one day for shipment was not feasible.

    I then canceled the membership because I also had difficulty tolerating the medication and combined with the abysmal customer service, I wanted no part of this company. I got an email verifying the cancellation, which was followed up by another email saying that I would be receiving a refund of $299 for a shipment that was not going to arrive at all. I plan to pursue this every means possible. Shame on these parasites.

I did my first month, had my 2nd appointment and reorder from the first day I could July 10. 7 days later I still had not heard anything on my next shipment even though they took my money on the 10. I finally cancelled and asked for a refund and all of the sudden my meds are shipped. Now I'm 4 days past the day I was supposed to do my shot. When I called I was told the Dr. Never sent my prescription in. But another email said that the high demand on meds caused the delay. I do not recommended if you are wanted to be treated as anything other than just another number.

    When I initially signed up it was a great experience. On July 1st it was time for a refill, 20 days later I still do not have my medication. I have spoken to Remedy Meds every day on the phone, 3 Zoom meetings with 3 different providers & still no medication. I have been blatantly lied to, my issue has been escalated multiple times, I have spoken with upper management multiple times & I'm still receiving the same lies & runaround. I have been told they have no record of appointments with providers.     Remedy Meds is a SCAM!!! The vial of Tirzepatide they sent me only included half the medication I paid for and required for the first month.     They are the most difunctional and disorganized organization I have ever dealt with. I have talked with them about six times trying to get my order and the customer service reps are very nice but then nothing gets done. I had my virtual doc visit and she wanted lab results which I had just recently gotten from my PCP during a physical. I sent them to her within four hours. Four days later I called and asked for status and they said the lab results had my nickname instead of my legal name on them. I checked and the lab results had both my nickname and my legal name on them so I called back and they apologized. But that put me back into their queue I guess because two days later they called back and said I need to do another virtual doc visit for some reason. So this was a week after my first doc visit.

    The second doc visit was a formality and they said the order would proceed. Now four days later I call and they say it's at the pharmacy but have not gotten a ship confirmation. I have stated on every call to try and expedite since the delays have all been their fault and I offer to pay for expedited shipping but the customer service reps can only enter info into the computer and then it takes at least 2-3 days for anyone to see it or act on it. As of now I still haven't gotten a shipping confirmation and this is day 12. I was already on ** and haven't had my dose in almost two weeks. If you are in a hurry or want to be taken care of in a time manner - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

    When I signed up, everything happened really fast. I could not get an appointment for 4 days online. I called customer service and had an appointment the next morning. I was told the anti-nausea meds were free, but I was charged $11 at CVS that they called in. When meds arrived two days later, anti-nausea meds were in the box. The REFILL process is NOTHING like the getting started process. I should not have needed another appointment and the rep I spoke to said I should not have to do it, but I did. I couldn’t get an appointment for 5 days. She said she was working the next day and there were always cancellations and she would call me. I never did get a phone call.

    My appointment was moved up a day online but nothing from the rep. She said they are very busy at this time and it would be better next month. This makes no sense, especially when more people are signing up. I have contacted CS after getting a message saying that my RX was sent to the pharmacy and I should receive it in 5-7 days. I have still not received a tracking number and have no idea when it’s coming. I have asked for a tracking number but received zero response.

    My labs were also not in my portal and I had to request them twice. They were sent in a separate email and still are not in my portal. They are very on top of charging your credit card. I have friends that are getting a 3-month supply at a time but was told I could only get 1 month at time. I’m a week past my dose and expected stupidly that my prescription would be sent to the pharmacy the day I had a refill appointment that I didn’t need, I expected it to be expedited with in 2-3 days like it was when I signed up 6 days later no sign of a shipment showing up. Definitely order at the two-week mark if you continue with Remedy. I’m canceling. It’s too much to be paying for shi##y service and this is not the norm. I know too many people going through Hers and they have had zero issues. Best of luck to those on this journey.

    The vial with the first four doses of tirzepatide did not state the amount of the drug contained in the solution. The refill for four 4.25 tirzepatide doses arrived with only one vial with 8.5 amount of tirzepatide mg stated on the label, but two vials indicated on the packaging. Remedymeds ignored that information and responded that I had been provided all four doses in one vial. After a followup with one of their nurses, she recommended they reopen the issue.     The first vial Remedy Meds sent me through Boothwyn Pharmacy only contained 3 doses, even though it should have had four. I immediately contacted RemedyMeds, and they assured me I would receive either a refund or a replacement for the missing dose. What followed was a frustrating runaround. I was asked to send photos of the vial and the prescription bottle, and to confirm my dosing, which I did promptly. Eventually, I heard back from a "patient experience specialist" who told me they had contacted the pharmacy and shared the photos I had provided. They assured me a replacement would be sent.

    That same day, I received a message from "patient support" stating: “We can certainly send a replacement to address the reported shortage… All fills are performed using a computerized, validated, and calibrated system… We also intentionally overfill each vial… Please confirm if you’d like us to move forward with sending a replacement.” Naturally, I replied yes. But the next day, I received yet another email—this time from billing—asking me to send photos again. This was confusing and frustrating, as I had already sent them and received confirmation they were received. I ignored the request, assuming it was a mistake.

    Since this dragged on for several days and I didn’t want to interrupt my treatment, I ordered a second vial out of pocket. A week later, with no update from RemedyMeds, I called customer service. The representative apologized and offered me three options: a $50 refund, a $75 credit, or a replacement. I chose the replacement and was told billing would contact me within 24 hours. Instead, I received another email requesting photos—again. I replied, explaining that I had already sent the images (which I took in the Gmail app, so unfortunately I didn’t have them saved elsewhere), and I even quoted the emails I’d received from both the patient support and experience teams.

    Despite all this, they ultimately denied the replacement, claiming I didn’t provide documentation—completely ignoring the confirmations and messages I’d already received. Bottom line: If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, avoid RemedyMeds. There are plenty of reputable companies out there that won’t waste your time with miscommunication, contradictory messages, and empty promises.

    Extremely Disappointed — Still No Order After 4+ Weeks. I placed an order with RemedyMeds.com over three weeks ago, and to this day, I have not received anything—not even a shipping confirmation.     Anyone giving this company more than a 1 start review is likely fake or being paid to do so. This company is completely fraudulent and unethical, none of the medication is legit FDA tested and approved, you have zero idea of what you’re putting in your body. The monthly membership is outrageous, after my one and only delivery when I became aware that the medication they sent was not FDA approved, I cancelled and demanded a full refund.

    Despite them playing games and refusing to refund me because I refused to continue with their fake program for 3 months my credit card company ended up completely refunding me and flagged their purchased for all other card holders as well. I switched to Ro, immediately got branded FDA approved medication through my insurance company which they were more than happy to work with. I pay $140 a month with Ro and a $30 copay at my local CVS for my legitimate FDA approved medication, so the most I pay with Ro and for my medication is $170 per month, compared to $400 for fake counterfeit medication that contains god knows what. Do yourself a favor and avoid Remedy Meds at all costs, just waiting for the class action lawsuit to hit them which I will be signing up for!

    Make sure you understand their shipping and billing policies. They will continue to bill you even when you no longer want the product. They won’t ship it, but will bill you. Why would a company expect to get paid without a shipment? Rip off! Go elsewhere. The medication gave me severe reflux and constipation with very little weight loss (2 pounds a month) which I attribute to being sick!

    If I could give less than 1 star I would. After filing out a comprehensive intake form when I had my first Zoom meeting it was obvious that the practitioner had not read my bio/intake form. Ok fine— so you verbally go over everything that you already provided. Great. Then when I set up a follow up call regarding my experience and next month dosing it was the absolute WORST call I have EVER had. I stated I was a nurse… That only set the NP off more. She berated and talked down to me and when I wanted to discuss more she told me she only had a few minutes left.

    So the bottom line is she had a limited time allotted to talk to me and refused to engage in any conversation about my medication. I finally let her end the call because she was going to adjust my dosage and I am due to have it shipped in the next few days and I don’t want to interrupt my medication regime. I honestly don’t think I will be overdosing but I have no clue if I’m dosing appropriately. Her rudeness was one thing and I could almost tolerate it. I could not accept that you couldn’t continue a conversation because of a time constant— If you are time limited then refer me to another practitioner who will listen to me.

    The link for the video appointments doesn't work. I go in the chat room and wait for dr to show up - never happens. 10-20 minutes after my scheduled appt I get an audio call (I'm still waiting in the chat room of course). First two doctors were nice. The third scolded me for the tech not working and for the other doctors not properly including me in notes. Less than smooth, but tolerable. Then today was the last straw! Lack of communication and misinformation have wasted several hours of my time on MULTIPLE days now. Frustrated is my experience and still not taken care of. But still being billed right on time! I needed labs done prior to my next prescription (but of course they went ahead and billed me anyway)- I was not aware of this until the description was deigned. So I called. Note, monitor your online account. I was told to go to a LabCorp near me, that they would have my order and it would be paid for.

    I went in. Fasted with a full bladder (as I was not given any instructions as to necessity for labs, I figured better safe than sorry). On my arrival I learned there had been no communication from Remedy Meds with LabCorp. I email and called and was told via phone they would send the lab order right away. I waited until closing and it never showed up. I set up a second appointment the following Tuesday (the next day the lab was open), only to find out still no labs. I am again fasted and with a full bladder. I again called and while on hold I went searching my junk file for any communication. I found an email stating they would not fax the order (the only way Lab Corp could receive the order) but if I wanted, they could email it directly to me. So, while on hold I replied, "Yes please email." (Not sure why they would not have just done that in the first place).

    15 minutes later someone comes back on the phone line and says they will send it right over! Great. Thank you, call ended. 30 minutes later nothing, I call again. 15 minutes on hold - I'm escalated- yeah, now they will send it but cannot give me any idea of when it will come through. I ask if they can please fax it asap and email me a copy so I know it has been sent and I have a copy if something goes wrong, I was in the office for 2 hours this time before I gave up. Now 12 hours later and I still don't have it. Huge waste of time I don't have! Very dissatisfied.

    After a good experience, I was horrified to learn that the generic Tirzepatide, which I was successfully taking, had been changed to brand-name Zepbound, which is the same active ingredient, but FOUR times more expensive. I think it has some do-nothing amino acids in it. The price for my active ingredient generic was originally $399 for 4 weeks. To my horror, I learned, by calling the help line, that the new price was $1300 for 4 weeks. This happened without my knowledge. Additionally, the medication did not arrive when expected because I had not "paid enough for it." In summary, I was recommending this company to all my friends and patients (I am an Internal Medicine physician). Now I see that Remedy Meds is an unscrupulous and money-grubbing enterprise.

    One of the Worst Customer Service Experiences I’ve Ever Had – Avoid Remedy Meds at All Costs. If you’re considering RemedyMeds for your prescriptions—don’t. My experience with them has been nothing short of a disaster. I placed an order with the clear understanding (based on their assurance) that the medication would not be delivered over the weekend. Despite this, it was delivered on a Saturday, during a period of 100-degree temperatures, and sat in the heat for nearly 24 hours. I immediately reached out to them on Sunday, May 25th, and was told the issue would be escalated to the pharmacy. That turned out to be a lie.

    What followed was a ridiculous loop of delays and misinformation. I was told I would receive a resolution in 24–48 hours. Two days passed—nothing. I called again. Same story. This happened three more times. No one followed through. No one took accountability.

    I eventually got a manager on the phone who told me it would take another 7 to 10 days—not to resolve the issue, but just to possibly send out a replacement. Meanwhile, they had the nerve to send me an email to go get labs done… while I still hadn’t received an undamaged, usable dose of the original medication. That’s right: they were already trying to move me to the next phase of care while I hadn’t even been properly treated. After eight phone calls and more than eight and a half hours of my time wasted, they finally agreed to resend the medication—but then billed me nearly double the original cost for a replacement that, frankly, should have been free due to their mistake. When I tried to get clarity or escalate the issue further, I was met with stonewalling from the “leads” who claimed they didn’t have supervisors—a laughable and infuriating response.

    RemedyMeds failed me at every level: communication, follow-through, customer care, and accountability. I do not trust this company with my health, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone—especially if your health depends on timely and safe medication handling. The lack of professionalism is dangerous and inexcusable. Save yourself the stress—go anywhere else.

    ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!!!! I’ve spoken with multiple reps and no one can give a straight answer. I am only in my 2nd month (well I should be) and still haven’t received my medication. The first month they canceled my order and couldn’t figure out why, then almost sent me a 2nd shipment for zero reason and now this month I did exactly what I was supposed to do for a refill and have been feeling so much better and guess what? I haven’t no medication and it was due 4 days ago and I’ve been sick all weekend.     I have been extremely frustrated and disappointed in my RemedyMeds experience. I had an issue with my medication and have consistently been given the run around. I’ve been hung up on twice and been told I would receive a call back multiple times and the call never comes. It is challenging to work with foreign call centers who struggle to speak English but that is just the icing on the cake. I finally got connected with someone I thought would be helpful but she hung up on me and sent me to a survey.

    Further, when attempting to schedule an appointment with a Dr to address some side effect issues they did not provide the correct time zone even though I asked multiple times to be sure. When I called for the appointment they stated that the appointment was an hour later. I called back an hour later and after waiting 15 minutes past the time they stated I finally hung up because my family had almost finished dinner in a restaurant by then. I never had the appointment.

    At this point over a week later I still have no answers about my medication replacement after spending over $300 with this company. Their communication need to improve 100%. At no point was I rude or emotional and I still got hung up on. I asked for a supervisor and was told they are not permitted to transfer to a supervisor. This has been the most frustrating experience which is a shame because the Dr I initially spoke to and the nurses I spoke to were very nice. I am just not getting anywhere with this company and it feels impossible to continue working with them. It was a waste of time and money for me. Overall they just don’t care about their patients, this is a money grab, period.

    This company must be in trouble. I tried to get an order. They kept telling me it's on its way. I called a third time and was told that it had been expedited. A week after that, I called and they said I should have a tracking number by the end of the day. Again, no tracking information in the portal, I called and asked for a manager. The manager had me on hold for 29 minutes, and then the CS rep said, "We will call you back." It should be easy to give me answers. I kept asking, just tell me if it isn't being shipped, so I know. This company is completely fraudulent!

    This is the 3rd month on this program and the only time the prescription arrived when promised was the first dose. Medical support and the assistants are nice but inconsistent. I ordered my refill on 12 May, first day allowed, for my next shot on 21 May. On the 16th, when I heard nothing, I emailed, and response stated I will see shipping information soon. I followed up with a phone call and received a call on that Saturday stating refill was processed and shipping data will be sent soon. Here it is, 22 May and after 3 more phone calls and emails promising shipping data on when refill will arrive, nothing. So much for maintaining a weight loss schedule with their plan. They charged me on 12 May and on 22 May I requested my money back. They did accomplish that quickly but now I have to start over. Don't believe the glowing reviews and I recommend you read the reviews from the last 30 days. They read a lot like mine.

    I signed up for this service in late April, but the pharmacy team was unable to deliver my Rx in time for my next dose. I contacted the support team multiple times to only confirm that there was no definite timeframe for delivery, they claimed it could take 7-14 days for delivery, but was sometimes faster. I went back to Lilly Direct to ensure I had my dose in time and contacted support by phone on 4/30 to cancel my membership and the woman I spoke with cancelled my membership and said that she would refund me. I then received an automated email saying that you can't refund me because the Rx has been "released to the pharmacy" and to review the TOS. I have not received any medication and they are refusing to refund me, DO NOT RECOMMEND!

    I joined Remedy Meds in April and I was very happy with the NPs that I saw. But recently their NP said I should stop taking the weight loss medication because I was having medical issues with it. I requested Remedy's business dept to return what they charged me since the medicine was not shipped as of yet. They said they couldn't since the RX was sent to the pharmacy. All they had to do was call the pharmacy and cancel the order. No big deal but they refused. I would not recommend this company they will rip you off.

    Beware!!! I received my prescription and the instructions included were very difficult to understand. I ended up dosing myself with the full vial and being wickedly sick for days. So now what? I only took one shot and they want me to pay to get a replacement when it was their miscommunication that led to this. Find another reputable company. This is just a money making scheme.     This company is just looking to get paid.... Read "all" the reviews. I came here because of the reviews figuring it would be different. Wroooong!! The only thing good about this company is the customer service reps who unfortunately get paid to lie. Everyone is pointing the finger at another person. The status for a delivery is a joke. Don't believe it when you hear 1-3 days for a delivery. That will turn into 5- 10 days then that turns into, "I'm so sorry, we don't know what's going on with the pharmacy". Yet, we will charge you upfront but absolutely have no idea when you'll recieve the meds. And the funny part is the fact of being told.. "You won't get charged until it's being shipped out". And if that isn't bad enough, try having a telecom visit with a doctor by the name of C. **. She was so unprofessional, condescending, rude and talked in circles and lied about having any authority to switch a prescription which she as a doctor authorized.

    And the funny part about this nightmare 😄 is the fact that they are "trying" to keep my money for merchandise that I never received for an account that was canceled (per Dr's request) in 3 days. I don't know how many people they scammed but I am definitely not a person who takes this lightly.     Scam avoid at all cost. I was on **. First month was great lost 10lb. On my next order the person I spoke to said they now have to compound it with other ingredients so it's no longer pure **.     I started in August 2024 and no problems until last two months. I noticed a new pharmacy was delivering my medication and I was always short 30-40 units. I never made it a full 3 weeks with my correct dosage. I have to send proof, well I don’t know to take pictures of the vials before I open it. I trusted the pharmacy. I got generic answers in emails. Now I have to pay for a provider appointment to tell me nothing I already know. I have been completely cut off from my medication. Very poor customer service and bad for business.

    They have continuously been messing up my meds for 5 months, be it problems with the pharmacy or doctors writing wrong prescriptions... I have had the been paying 450 a month for their mistakes and have had to totally restart because of their incompetency. Just notified that they are having problems with their pharmacy so my meds are delayed again.     I used RemedyMeds for 3 months. I was pleased with the product and the communication for the first 2 months. And then…. I received an email that I needed to update my “intake forms” to receive a refill. I updated the forms and received a message they would be reviewed in 24-48 hours by the physician… but it also said refills would be sent right away..which they didn’t say at the beginning of the forms and I wasn’t expecting. I assumed I’d have a chance to schedule the delivery.

    I immediately called, emailed and texted to say I would be out of town and needed to delay shipment. Everyone I spoke to (2), texted (3) and emailed (2)…all said it should be ok because I filled out forms on a Friday and no orders were filled until Monday or Tuesday. I continued to receive texts and emails that the order would be filled Monday…I continued to contact reps. I even contacted FedEx trying to stop the shipment. To no avail…no matter what I did there is NOTHING in place to delay or reschedule shipments….and I do not trust that they actually review the intake forms before they put the refill in motion. It’s completely automated and the money flows.

    So despite my efforts, the order shipped and sat on my porch for a week…baking in the heat. I made repeated calls for a replacement or a refund. Again, no help. They said I didn’t follow procedure and they did nothing wrong. However, no one could explain to me what the procedure was or what I should have done differently. “We’ll review and have created a ticket”. I think I have 4 tickets under review for the last 3 weeks. Result: I paid $299 for a product I couldn’t use because it wasn’t refrigerated. They won’t send a replacement or a refund. Buyer beware.

    I've used Remedy Meds for three months and have had no issue with doctors, customer service or receiving medication. This month completely changed, had a scheduled appointment with the doctor, didn't show up for the appointment. Scheduled new appointment, something happens. Finally get a doctor and she didn't ask any questions, just told me to wait while she completed her entry to the system. That was on 4/10 and it is now 4/18 and still no shipment of medication. I'm supposed to inject in two days. Customer service representative just hangs up on the call. Email and you get generic email returned. I cancelled my service and am now trying to get through to Lilly Direct.

    Remedy Meds is a scam. I have been on Semaglutide for 4 months and only lost 8.5 lbs. They first started charging $299.00 on my account monthy on the 21st, then the 19th, then 18th and now the 14th. The first dose was in a non pharmaceutical grade bottle with a twisted label and was shorted 50 units. I discovered the shortage as I work in the medical field. I talked to the doctor about not losing any weight at all the past month. He did not increase the dose or offer any solutions to my problem…only took my money. I hope you take this information into consideration before doing business with this company. There are many scammers out there just after money. And, even more pharmaceutical companies the could care less about your well being.

    Received a broken vial of medication. Took several calls to get help. Finally received correspondence it would be replaced. However did not occur. Yet they continue to charge me.     I have been with Remedy Meds for few months and the problems started when they changed pharmacies. I have been out of refills since March 27, calling, writing, and NOTHING has been done. UPS lost the package and I already paid for this!!! They even had the nerve to charge me for the next month's refill without even caring/taking care of the replacement they OWE me!!     This company is incredibly unprofessional. I had been a customer for several months. I was supposed to get a new supply this week, but for 8 days now they have been giving me the runaround, forcing me to make multiple phone calls to find out where my order was, until finally this afternoon someone told me the truth. I cannot have L-Carnitine; I am hypothyroid and it makes me ill.

    Apparently the regulations changed a month ago such that they can no longer provide ** to me without L-Carnitine, but no one bothered to tell me. They took their money anyway. In previous dealings it has been obvious they do not keep proper records and the whole operation is slipshod. They are now refusing to refund the payment they took for the latest shipment, which they cannot provide, because they are attempting to charge me for the erroneous deliveries in December and January which contained L-Carnitine (well after they had been advised I cannot have it). They are criminally incompetent.

    I had been receiving tirzepatide injections for 2 months without any issues — until Remedy Meds switched to a new compounding pharmacy (Boothwyn Pharmacy) and began including NAD+ in the same vial without informing me. After my most recent injection, I experienced severe side effects: full-body hives, swollen lips, burning soles of my feet, upper back pain, intense itching, throat tightness, and trouble breathing — symptoms that only subside while Allegra is in full effect. It’s been 4 days.

    Even after contacting them, it took 4 days just to schedule a call with a doctor. When I finally spoke with the doctor (for 2 minutes), I was dismissed without concern for my health and told to “just find somewhere else.” No accountability. No support. No explanation for why I wasn’t told the formulation had changed. This is dangerous and negligent behavior. Patients deserve transparency, informed consent, and medical care — not indifference. I’m sharing this so others can be aware before trusting this company with their health.

    Semaglutide or saline? After experiencing unusual symptoms, I requested contact with a medical professional. An email was received promising a response within a 24 hour window. After no contact, four days later I again made a request. Three days later, another request. Another three days I made a third request. Each canned reply sent by "customer care" promised a medical professional would reach out within 24 hours. I never received a message from a medical professional in response to my questions. Each email was a repeat of the last which included the recommendation to reach out for any questions.

    That's precisely what I was doing, to no avail. By then it was time for my fourth injection when I discovered they sold me 33 units instead of 40. I requested a 25% refund which they refused, saying they required "photographic proof" of a shortage. Obviously, this is impossible to prove. I canceled business with them. I was treated in an undignified manner and never given the medical care promised. I question if what they sold me was actually semaglutide.

    Avoid Remedy Meds. I wish I had. Take a look at their website. Also look up their Board of Directors. From what I can see the company is located in NJ with 7 employees. This is a fairly new company advertising weight loss medication. Exciting. I was misled from the start. Everyone you will speak with is taking calls outside of the business location. They are contractors. Is this a red flag or business trend? Nevertheless, I bought in.

    1) You will be asked to fill out a form and create a profile. They will also request a credit card. They advertise that you will talk with a doctor who will review your information you provided.

    2) Ok, you talk with a doctor online. Sounds reasonable until you ask if that person is a medical doctor. The answer is vague but if you probe you will find out they are not. It will be a very pleasant person with a PhD, possibly a nurse (first red flag, but they are not wrong because not all doctors are medical doctors).

    3) Yay, they took your money and you are in their program. You will now get charged every month. I started Tirzepatide, aka Zepbound near the end of Dec. 2024. You will inject your medication once a week. You will start and stay on a low dose for 4 weeks. You will then talk with another PhD person who is not as nice as the initial person, but, who cares you've started your way to a now well-known weight loss program. Each month you will increase your dose. It's expensive. Most people lose weight at 10 to 15 mg. I started at 2.5 mg.

    The next month I increased to 5mg. The meds can upset your GI tract but if you go low and slow you'll eventually get to 10 to 15 mg. This is explicitly explained by the initial nurse (or your PhD person) and is per Eli Lilly's instructions. This company, remedy meds, knows you are in it for the long run, but they explain this. You will need approximately 4 months to get there, maybe more, but you will have little to no upset stomach and soon see the weight coming off.

    4) Oh no, you (actually me) find out 2 months later that the FDA will no longer allow compounding pharmacies to fill Tirzepatide (aka Zepbound) because the medication is no longer in shortage. You find out this decision was made and announced online in October and again in early December 2024 before you ever heard of this company. You realize you will not be able to reach your proper dose and you've been scammed. The FDA will start issuing violations and fines to the compounding pharmacies and to the companies providing this service starting in March 2025, according to FDA.gov. You will verify this with the pharmacies, meaning you will deal with more than 1 with this particular company (I received 2 vials in 2 months by 2 different pharmacies).

    5) You find out you will not get a refund because the medication was already sent even though you never reached the appropriate dosage for weight loss as advertised. You have in fact wasted your money and have injected 2 months worth of medication into your body that has not yet been efficient for weight loss. Yikes.

    6) As of this date, March 3, 2025, Remedy Meds is still advertising the medication on their website. If you fall for this either deceptive or incompetent company you are not the first. Good luck.

    Absolutely horrible service. I met with the provider, she was great mind you, she said she sent my prescription to the compounding pharmacy, and another to my own pharmacy for nausea which I was able to pick up. I was also to get lab work done within 90 days. I went ahead and got the lab work done in 3 days. 8 days later, still no shipping notice so I called customer support, who verified my details and found no issue. 2 more days, still no shipping update so I sent an email, where they informed me I had to have a tele-visit to review lab work before the med would ship (this was not true, but OK), had a follow up visit where the provider told me there was no need to have the visit and the med should have shipped.

    This provider pushed the prescription through again to the compounding pharmacy and told me if I didn't get a shipping notice within 2 days to call customer service. Well, 2 days later, still no shipping notice so I call customer service and I'm told the prescription was never sent to the pharmacy and a ticket would be sent urgently for the provider to send it. Really? After TWO WEEKS? This feels like a scam to me. I'm requesting a refund and I'll come back with an update on that status.
