I have to say this probably is the best tasting protein I’ve ever had, it’s extremely hard to find something that doesn’t taste bad or have bad consistency. I was referred this and I’m glad I was, the first time ordering shipment was here within 5 to 7 days. If you’re not paying for shipping it’s going to run through the mail I’m standard and as of now the mail is not running very fast so don’t blame the company. When I got my first shipment I have to say that it tasted way better than I expected and I look forward to it daily as a little treat and still getting the protein I need which by the way is amazing quality protein!
Every order we have received there has been a handwritten personal note not generated by a computer letting us know that if we have any issues we can contact that direct representative that took care of that order. I find it very hard to believe the first couple negative reviews that there’s probably more to the story, because after two months of ordering we have not experienced one issue yet that has been concerning. Thank you 1st Phorm for producing such a great product.
Have placed a couple of orders and we wait for weeks for the shipment to arrive. Literally, several weeks although their website indicates orders are received with 5-7 business days, that is a bait and switch tactic. We won't be ordering again and will search elsewhere for our products. So long 1st Phorm, what a way to NOT DELIVER!!

Shipping label created but never shipped. Pretending like it take 15 day to get a order. I paid fast why can't I get my product fast. I really don't understand how companies get away with their business practices.
I previously left a review on this website and want to update! Customer service reached out to me to address my frustration and it was super appreciated and well received! I will continue to order bars, opti-greens, protein sticks and other products from this company! I now feel how much this company really values its customers!
I opened a completely sealed Level-1 Salted Carmel bar and it was half a bar and looked like it has been half-eaten. I talked to their customer service and they were not helpful at all. I sent pictures and order number and they said they said they were measured by weight. I’m tempted to weigh it to prove that this was a messed up bar. Otherwise I do like their bars, I was just frustrated with their response or lack thereof.
When I first encountered 1st Phorm, it was on Instagram, and I'd had a bunch of questions... I contacted the two people whose pages I was following about the products they were using and they answered a few questions but also pointed me to a "coach" who answered a lot more of my questions. I eventually ordered some product, received some handwritten notes welcoming me to the 1st Phorm Phamily (very nice) and let me know if I had any issues to please contact them right away.
Eventually I had an issue with a product, I contacted them via email (on a holiday, late at night) and got an immediate response (which I was not expecting!) and was very pleasantly surprised with the way it was handled. Very positively, new product sent out immediately, a return label printed for the problem product, and I was a happy guy! Wow... I've never gotten such personable service from some of the other big brands companies like this. I've gone on to try the "MyTransphormation" app, (about $50 for a year) gets you a coach, nutrition monitoring, videos, etc.,-- you can't get a trainer for that much! As a company, I give you accolades not only for taking care of your clientele, but also offering top grade supplements! The fact you offer trainers to a regular joe like me, for as little as $50 on an app is great! Thanks 1st Phorm! (And no, I'm not paid to say anything in this review!)
I use the Phormula 1 natural. It has few ingredients and is sweetened with stevia. Best tasting protein powder I have used (I’ve tried a lot of different ones). It mixes well. I also downloaded the app free version. It has good workout splits planned out for you and a meal plan for your goals. There are also videos &/or instruction of the exercises if you don’t know one. I am seriously considering the premium version to get more personalized help. It is around $50 a year. You cannot hire a trainer or nutritionist for that price. I love 1st Phorm!
