Today, your website was a little slow, but overall I have been happy with my experience. My only frustration with the autoship process, is that my orders get broken up and I have to continually go to the website to make sure one item isn't shipping by itself and then charging me shipping. It seems like when an order is backordered, it can just stay there indefinitely and there doesn't seem to be a way to remove it if you don't want to wait. Also, it often doesn't give an information on how long the item might be on backorder.
