When I developed symptoms from their compounded prescription product, medical consultation was tied to maintaining a paid membership. Their explanations repeatedly changed throughout our documented correspondence. In my experience, the focus was more on securing continued payments than on patient safety and appropriate medical support.

I tried Inner Balance Oestra hoping to fix my low energy, chronic fatigue, mood swings, and weight gain. I was also deeply concerned about muscle and bone density loss. Unfortunately, this formulation did not work with my body at all—in fact, it completely backfired. Instead of finding relief, my original symptoms multiplied dramatically!! Extreme Weight Gain & Changes: I gained a significant amount of weight specifically concentrated around my middle, resulting in heavy, excessive abdominal and back fat. I’m disappointed with my experience with Inner Balance. I’ve spent approximately $800 on the subscription without blood work, a doctor consultation, or meaningful medical follow-up. I hoped the product would help, but I feel worse than I did when I started. During this time, I’ve struggled with poor sleep and extreme fatigue and gained 15 pounds. I’ve since seen another doctor and had lab work done. I can’t say Inner Balance caused these issues, but I wish I had sought individualized medical care sooner.

Very untrustworthy customer care. They did not honor my 6 month money back guarantee, and they purposefully omitted their rules when I was copiously communicating with customer service, with multiple reps. I cancelled my account within the 5 months of the 6 months risk free guarantee, I had lost my job and confided that I wanted to pick back up after I was texting back and forth with their reps about how to proceed. They said I could always cancel and pick up exactly where I left off. I assumed the refund was initiated during the call and when it didn't hit I followed up with them. I was 4 days past the fine-print, 14 day refund request window, which they didn't even mention during MANY times and MULTIPLE paragraphs of communication when I was confiding in them and asking for advice on how to proceed. Definitely feel disappointed they didn't guide me correctly as I was trusting them and very vulnerable about my situation.

So I’m on my third month of this product, did not see all the things they promised; in fact, I had no results that were positive. I was better off with another company with my HRT skin products instead of vaginal products, so I’ve been trying to cancel. I can’t get into my account. There’s no way to get into your account, no matter how hard you try. Send messages, you’re supposed to be able to receive a link to reset your password. Nothing happens. No one responds. I’ve tried everything. Of course, they rebuild me for $199, then I come here and see that I’m not the only one, so is this a scam, do people just think they’re feeling better?

I've been using Inner Balance (Oestra) for almost a year, now, and I have been extremely happy with the results. It takes a couple of months to adjust (there a few side effects at the start), but now, no more painful sex, periods are predictable and crazy light (most months, non-existent), my anxiety and feelings of rage have disappeared, my monthly migraines are less frequent and more easily treated, and my skin and hair look amazing. The company has grown a ton in the last year. Once you sign up, you can access your account easily and update your payment details. When you ask a question, it's via a message-bit, but a real person emails you back within 24 hours. I've had phone convos with actual doctors and have had questions answered by actual nurses. I love it! I know everyone is different, but it's been a godsend for me. I'm currently 45 and in peri.

I am a clinician; do not buy. The app has no provisions to manage subscription or remove your card as listed when signing up. Additionally, it’s virtually impossible to contact customer service.

Inner Balance Oestra and Balance Skin Care. While the product arrives without issues. The problem with the company is there is zero way to control your account via log in to your account nor is there any way to reach customer service representative. You can chat with an AI chat bot but will get absolutely nowhere. Need to pause your account, at this point, I am not able to. It will most likely ship and billed before I ever hear back from anyone in the next two days. The notice Inner Balance sends to let you know when the next shipment is sending out is only two days before it ships. With absolutely no way to reach anyone or manage your account via the subscription link in your account, they have literally screwed you. Very disappointed, this makes the company seem very dishonest on a halfway decent product.
