So I’m on my third month of this product, did not see all the things they promised; in fact, I had no results that were positive. I was better off with another company with my HRT skin products instead of vaginal products, so I’ve been trying to cancel. I can’t get into my account. There’s no way to get into your account, no matter how hard you try. Send messages, you’re supposed to be able to receive a link to reset your password. Nothing happens. No one responds. I’ve tried everything. Of course, they rebuild me for $199, then I come here and see that I’m not the only one, so is this a scam, do people just think they’re feeling better?

I've been using Inner Balance (Oestra) for almost a year, now, and I have been extremely happy with the results. It takes a couple of months to adjust (there a few side effects at the start), but now, no more painful sex, periods are predictable and crazy light (most months, non-existent), my anxiety and feelings of rage have disappeared, my monthly migraines are less frequent and more easily treated, and my skin and hair look amazing. The company has grown a ton in the last year. Once you sign up, you can access your account easily and update your payment details. When you ask a question, it's via a message-bit, but a real person emails you back within 24 hours. I've had phone convos with actual doctors and have had questions answered by actual nurses. I love it! I know everyone is different, but it's been a godsend for me. I'm currently 45 and in peri.

I am a clinician; do not buy. The app has no provisions to manage subscription or remove your card as listed when signing up. Additionally, it’s virtually impossible to contact customer service.

Inner Balance Oestra and Balance Skin Care. While the product arrives without issues. The problem with the company is there is zero way to control your account via log in to your account nor is there any way to reach customer service representative. You can chat with an AI chat bot but will get absolutely nowhere. Need to pause your account, at this point, I am not able to. It will most likely ship and billed before I ever hear back from anyone in the next two days. The notice Inner Balance sends to let you know when the next shipment is sending out is only two days before it ships. With absolutely no way to reach anyone or manage your account via the subscription link in your account, they have literally screwed you. Very disappointed, this makes the company seem very dishonest on a halfway decent product.
