So, on my experience when I started my treatment through Hers a day or two days after I experienced some heart palpitations and irregular heartbeats. I let the doctor know from Hers app and they just decided to send me a second shipment. When clearly I told them I would have to discard the first shipment that was just barely started. I guess it was more convenient for them so they could charge me a second shipment instead of a refund for a product I will have to toss away because the pharmacy won’t take it back. Just how convenient, irresponsible and unprofessional to send a second shipment of medication after I mentioned that I had a side effect. I live by myself and experiencing those heart palpitations, and irregular heartbeats was scary to feel and can be serious.

If you are fine with taking a medication that you know you’re not allergic to. This might be a great program. If you were planning on having a billing monthly and not a lump sum and I’ve never taken a medication and could potentially be allergic to it. This would not be a good fit for you.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Their weight loss prescriptions are dangerous, and it is listed specifically in the drug warnings that the 2 medications they prescribe should not be taken together. This is an irresponsible use of medication and their so called medical support seems more like an untrained bot than a person, let alone a person with medical training. This isn’t safe and people should see an actual doctor for prescription drugs.

Buyer beware! I signed up and was happy, although not thrilled, with their program. I received my 6 months product supply for $1,495. My refill date is coming up and they informed me I will pay the $1,495 but they will ship it every 8 weeks! I told them I want my product, all of it, when charged, I’m not paying for product unless I get it all. One response after another, but they won’t do it. This is not what I signed up for! I think this is fishy! Very poor communications, the app is not that great, leaves a lot to be desired. As a business person, I wonder why the switch and why would you increase your shipping costs? I can’t get an answer!

GLP-1’s work for weight loss but it’s not just that alone to get results. If you choose HERS don’t expect to get good support. If the information isn’t available on the website you won’t get support. Also if you live in a hot climate the way product is shipped is not sufficiently protected to guarantee effectiveness.

I cannot warn people enough to stay away from this company. I had a subscription for 2 years. I tried to cancel it about 6 months ago because I just didn’t want to take minoxidil anymore. It was so hard to cancel that I decided to just suspend my shipment for as long as possible. Fast forward to today and I see a pending credit card charge on my account for the subscription. Every other time I previously received my subscription, I would get an email several days in advance letting me know it was about to process and to go to the website if I needed to cancel or make changes. This time, I got no email telling me of the pending order. I tried to contact customer service through the website, but there was no direct way to talk to anyone; it just directed me to help articles. I finally found a customer support email address and emailed that.

In the past, an actual person would address the specific concern. This time, I was sent a generic response by a bot. I found a number to call and finally talked to someone (after initially having to talk to bots). After waiting on hold for 5 minutes, I was told they couldn’t refund or cancel my order since it was already in progress. I pushed back, saying I always got notification emails in the past. I was told they don’t send notification emails (news to me, as they previously ALWAYS did this until this order). After going back and forth, they agreed to refund 50% of the order. I’m still not happy. If they’re going to get rid of their notification system, they need to inform people of the change.

I’ve had a frustrating experience with Hims & Hers regarding my birth control. I have a known sensitivity to different brands — Yaz works well for me, while Loryna has caused acne flare-ups and other side effects. I’ve repeatedly explained this, but my concerns were dismissed with the claim that “the active ingredients are the same,” and I was sent Loryna instead of Yaz.

This recent issue over the last two days — combined with previous dismissals and even a subscription cancellation without my consent — has been incredibly frustrating. Brand switches with hormonal contraceptives are not neutral; for someone sensitive like me, each switch can have real physical and emotional consequences. I hope this feedback helps emphasize the importance of listening to patient experiences and providing consistent, safe access to medications.

My husband used for Hims and was offered monthly payment plan for his meds but for women oh no can do. Why is there a double standard!? I should not have to pay upfront for a full year of medication that I have NEVER taken!! I should be allowed a monthly plan/monthly subscription since it is for oral meds first to ensure this is a right fit .. Seems like a scam towards women…

I began injecting Hers Semaglutide on March 22, 2025. Injection dosage increased each 4 weeks. I followed the instructions exactly as prescribed. On June 24, 2025 I began having severe uterine cramping. Pain was happening every day to day and half. Pain level was between a 6-8 and the pain was lasting from 6-12 hours. I reached out to Hers on July 9th to tell them of the severe uterine cramping. They told me that "Severe cramping in the uterus/ovary area is not a common side effect of semaglutide. I highly urge you to get seen in person to rule out other diagnosis." So I went to primary care physician and ended up in the emergency room where they did a CT scan, and a transvaginal ultrasound, finding nothing wrong with me. Then they sent me to a CT scan with contrast, still found nothing.

Then another transvaginal ultrasound to which they thought they saw a blood clot. So, I went to the gynecologist and had a hysteroscopy, where she wasn't only going in to look at the inside of my uterus but also to remove what was thought to be a clot. But when she went in she found a it was polyp not a clot and removed it. The polyp was sent in to pathology and came back benign. And my pain continued. So, my gynecologist advised me that the last thing to do was to remove my uterus, have a hysterectomy. So it was scheduled for October 15th. On September 20th, a day I was scheduled to inject myself with semaglutide, I was tired and thought to myself, I am not even losing any weight on these injections so I am not going to inject myself.

On September 21st I had an episode of pain again, but not again until September 25th and then again on the 28th. I haven't had the pain at any significant level since September 28th, in over a week. It seems to me that the semaglutide WAS causing my pain in my uterus. I have reached out to my gynecologist and am proposing that I do NOT need a hysterectomy afterall. This medication almost caused me to have a hysterectomy unnecessarily.

They are scam artists. When you order the oral route, you think you are getting glp1 compounded meds, actually you are getting Naltrexone, Buporprion, Topiramate. So you are getting a narcotic reversal drug, an antidepressant, and an anti seizure medication. These are all off label uses. These medications are not intended to used in this way. Then when you call to complain, they say, "Oh sorry. You paid for 6 months, we can cancel your subscription." No business operates like this except if you are scamming people.

HERS IS A SCAM. I signed up earlier this year to try their weight loss program. Once you complete their intake questionnaire, then they assess whether you take oral form or injection medication. They put me on a program for an "oral medication kit" which consisted of: Bupropion XL, Metformin, Naltrexone + Topiramate + Vitamin B12 - you either have to pay for a 5 month or annual supply as your first order. Being that I didn't know how it would affect me, I purchased the 5 month supply which cost $400.

Long story short, it was the most regrettable purchase and their customer support is through a messaging portal on the app, the "physicians and "care team members" are NOT any type of medical professionals. I googled the names of the people that messaged me in the chat ( they state their first & last names when they introduce themselves ) and the "physicians" are NOT listed on ANY OFFICIAL SOURCES OF LICENSING AND CERTIFICATION BOARDS, which provides official confirmation of a physician's qualifications.

And the care team agent I looked up had a linked in page that says she used to work at BATH & BODY WORKS her previous job and now currently works at Hers/Hims "CUSTOMER SERVICE"!!!! Unbelievable!!! Obviously I'm mad at myself more than anything as I spent over $400 to feel sick, nauseous and have tremors and blurry vision for a week til I stopped the pills and threw them out! Don't be a fool like me everyone and seek REAL medical professionals elsewhere!!

DO NOT TAKE MEDICATION! These people are fine to plug you with drugs that are serious and have side effects. They expect you to be a medical professional and trust what they're telling you. They say to "consult your physician" but they should take more responsibility to consult with your physician before prescribing you these drugs. I had an allergic reaction to one of the meds, and they just told me to take it in a different order. I had extreme heartburn and stomach issues from one of the others - and there is no way to call them when something goes wrong.

You have to put your notes in a portal that they claim to get back to you in 4 hours, but there is NOT a designated person assigned to you and everyone who responds in that thread (more like 24 hrs later) is different and doesn't know you as a patient. I ended up stopping all medication after 5 or so weeks of attempts and I am waiting for someone to get back to me - I understand that I can't get a full refund, but would be nice if I could get 50% back, especially since I am not being sent drugs for the second half of the 6-month subscription.

Their system signed me up for 5 months automatically! Can’t reach customer service by phone. I was able to cancel on their website. Had to go back and forth with my method of payment which was Apple for 1 year! Submitted the information Apple requested and proof of cancellation. Apple reached a decision which meant Hers had delivered goods for 5 years (I couldn’t send the supplies back to Hers because of the nature of the product).

Apple send documents via e-mail and that is where I found Hers phone no. so I decided to give them a call. They were no help. So I am a 59yr old female with a BMI of 30.2. As we all know, it's ** trying to lose weight at our age, so I decided to try For Hers... First off, I only joined for the three month subscription and paid upfront, $897. I've been using this drug for 8 weeks, and have only lost a total of 2.8lbs. Obviously, this drug isn't working, but they keep telling you via email only, which I think is a Copy & Paste for the most part of the conversation, that "everyone loses weight differently, and you're not up to the full dosage yet" which on their site is apparently only up to 1.25mgs, which if prescribed by your PCP and covered under your insurance, the full dosage (as seen on TV) is 2.5mgs.

One doctor even told me via email at Hers, said that I wouldn't see any results until the 13th week... This means I have to cough up another $897 since I only have 12 wks of the drug. Btw, the drug vial after puncturing for the first time is only good for 28 days and am told to throw out if anything is leftover in that vial, which is a lot btw. They don't let you pay monthly so you can pace your own results. They should consult with you regarding increasing your dosage sooner, especially if you have no side effects, but they won't do that. I'm middle class, and can't afford to cough up this kind of money, especially with no results. I had my hopes up so high, then to see me crash and burn... Thanks for nothing.

After 5 months, my credit card was automatically charged for another 5 month subscription, without any warning. I wasn’t given a heads up to confirm that I still wanted the prescription. And even more concerning, a doctor didn’t even check in with me to see if my medication and dosage was even still working or if I had any adverse effects.

When my card was charged, I attempted to cancel the upcoming service but there isn’t any contact information. I reached out via message within 30 minutes of being charged. My prescription wasn’t yet filled. A customer service rep got back to me several hours later and told me that since it was already being processed (yet still hadn’t been filled) I couldn’t cancel and recommended that I discard the medication when I receive it. When I pushed back to say that it hadn’t even been shipped, let alone filled, they did not care. This practice is extremely concerning. Why would an additional 5 month prescription plan be authorized without communication with the patient and even doctor check-in. The company is very misleading and seems to only want money instead of actually caring about customer health.

Once I received, since I could not return, I gave it a shot. I have lost sooo much hair and it's been 2 months; I feel like the hair growth process hasn't even started. The side effects are hair loss, headaches and I have experienced both. I am feeling completely jipped and have less hair than when I started. Also, their customer service doesn't even exist. I have reached out 4 times and only once have they replied to me with only to tell me, "Sorry, nothing we can do for you." I do not recommend this product or organization.
