What is the Miracle-Ear warranty?
Most Miracle-Ear hearing aids have a 3-year limited warranty. You will also receive free service for the life of your hearing aids. This includes free quarterly check-ups, cleanings, hearing tests and adjustments.
Is there a Miracle-Ear mobile app?
Miracle-Ear developed the GENIUScontrol app for use with Apple or Android smartphones. This app allows you to use your phone to control the volume and programming on your hearing aids. You can also try the GENIUSlink app to wirelessly connect an audio streamer to Bluetooth-enabled MP3 players, phones, television or other devices in order to stream music and other sounds.

The experience I had at Miracle-Ear was the best experience I've had. I have been to other Miracle Ears in the state of California. They were very thorough in their explanations of what they were going to be doing and in what I would be going through. It was a pleasant experience and I hope to work with them on achieving my journey into better hearing. Thank you Monty and Harvey for making this a pleasant experience for my husband Johnny.

Myself and my husband received a free hearing test at the 479 Turner McCall Boulevard Northeast Rome Georgia location and ** waited on us. She was so thorough with her explanation of how the test was performed and the results and it was just an amazing experience myself. I need hearing aids but cannot afford them at the this time. My husband is on the cusp so he has time to wait before he gets his but ** was so personable we were just extremely satisfied with the experience that we had with **. Give her big praises. I had the best experience at Miracle Ear in Twin falls. First off I was about 5 minutes late but I didn't get a hard time and the receptionist was kind and professional. My hearing test went well and when I had a question Mr. ** put me back in the booth and checked every over again so that the question was answered. He was kind and patient with my questions and did a good job of explaining the test results. I will continue to use Miracle Ear and I hope you do too.

The staff in the Douglasville office is amazing. Miss Stephanie Miracle, your representative is a magazine. She is very attentive and very confident in her job. She is an amazing person and does an amazing job and the office manager Miss Erica is an amazing young lady hers that she's very attentive to your needs and does an amazing job being an office manager. She is very well coordinated and very knowledgeable of the products they have there. These 2 make an amazing team for this office. They have my high street guards. I have been a Miracle Client since 2018. I go to the Middletown RI store and have enjoyed good service from all of the staff. My recent visit today 8/15/25 was remarkable. I have not been able to hear for the past couple of weeks. My hearing aids didn't seem to be holding a charge. I saw Joseph ** today. He was absolutely wonderful. He spent a lot of time with me cleaning and teaching me how to clean them properly, as well as the chargers. Because of his knowledge, kindness and respect for me I walked out with my hearing restored. Most company representatives would have just tried to sell me new hearing aids. Great job Joe. I've had the Miracle Ear Avail MeEnergy 5 ITC hearing aids for a little over 3 years now and I can honestly say that I am not at all impressed. Forst off the technician that did the ear canal mold was obviously not familiar with the process and I had to return them for a refit. I (actually my insurance company) paid almost $9000 for them. I understood that they would automatically adjust to my environment and that there were several programs in the software including Normal, Crowd, Restaurant, and BT Streaming and the software would select which program to use. Not true. My misunderstanding? Maybe, but you need to manually (or in the app) switch programs to suit the environment you are in. The basic difference between a $5000 pair of Miracle Ear aids and a $9000 pair is how many of these programs they turn on for you.
Once I got over having to create a callous in my ear canal to ease the discomfort, I found that the most annoying thing about this model is that I felt like my voice was inside my head and other voices all had a ringing tone to them. So, I wear them only very occasionally and find that most times I can hear better (though not as loudly) without the irritation of them. Recently, my local HE store allowed me to try a pair of the new AI enhanced version and they are a hole new ballgame. Clear hearing, voice isolation, no more having my voice sound like it's inside my head, BUT they are now another $9000 which I cannot afford due to my insurance no longer covering them. Hearing aids are a scam in my opinion. Not that they don't work, just that the price is way out of proportion to the benefit.

Receiving unwanted postal mail from Miracle Ear for years for deceased parents. Finally decided enough was enough. Miracle Ear’s website will direct you to contact the local store listed in mailer. I did this several times - no avail. What did work - request removal using Miracle Ear’s contact us webform - https://www.miracle-ear.com/contact-us > contact us https://www.miracle-ear.com/contact-us/form (webform).
“Please remove my name/address from your postal mailing list. (Name/address EXACTLY how appears on mailer).” Do NOT include your real phone number! Instead use 555-555-5555. Use your fake/junk email - ex. Removemyinfoxx@gmail or old AOL/Yahoo/Hotmail email. MUST have access to email - they reply to verify email is legit. Do NOT disclose individual is deceased! They seem to not accept requests on behalf of someone else. This also be why phone call never worked.

Only so nice till they find out your insurance can’t cover it, when I said I’m not going to commit to any payment plan before I discuss with my wife, dang near was shooed out the door. So nice in the beginning when they thought they’d get a nice commission out of me. Don’t care to remember his name, bald ** guy with the accent. Left so discouraged wasted a pto to be treated like crap. “Hearing loss is the invisible disability and I feel you” my butt.
