I have been a customer at the Springfield, MO location for several years now and have been very pleased with the service and care that Justin and Mary have provided. They have managed to make me comfortable and confident in the product and make sure I'm informed of the product capability all while maintaining a professional attitude. Thank you for hiring staff such as this. They are an asset to the Miracle Ear organization.

I had the best experience at Miracle Ear in Twin falls. First off I was about 5 minutes late but I didn't get a hard time and the receptionist was kind and professional. My hearing test went well and when I had a question Mr. ** put me back in the booth and checked every over again so that the question was answered. He was kind and patient with my questions and did a good job of explaining the test results. I will continue to use Miracle Ear and I hope you do too.

The staff in the Douglasville office is amazing. Miss Stephanie Miracle, your representative is a magazine. She is very attentive and very confident in her job. She is an amazing person and does an amazing job and the office manager Miss Erica is an amazing young lady hers that she's very attentive to your needs and does an amazing job being an office manager. She is very well coordinated and very knowledgeable of the products they have there. These 2 make an amazing team for this office. They have my high street guards. I have been a Miracle Client since 2018. I go to the Middletown RI store and have enjoyed good service from all of the staff. My recent visit today 8/15/25 was remarkable. I have not been able to hear for the past couple of weeks. My hearing aids didn't seem to be holding a charge. I saw Joseph ** today. He was absolutely wonderful. He spent a lot of time with me cleaning and teaching me how to clean them properly, as well as the chargers. Because of his knowledge, kindness and respect for me I walked out with my hearing restored. Most company representatives would have just tried to sell me new hearing aids. Great job Joe. It is a perfect place. Both girls were awesome. A clean and beautiful place. They give you the explanation require step by step. I would go every time, knowing they are the best. That was a very wonderful experience and I felt very quiet and satisfied with the exam and the results.

I need hearing aids. I am trying to choose one. So I decided to try Miracle-Ear. I had the worst experience with a company in 75 years. Sorry, with that attitude, I will never get Miracle-Ear. How can they provide me with support for 3 years after I buy it?

I was sold my hearing aids 5-28-2025. I've had nothing but trouble since. If I would have gone back every time, I would have been there a couple time a month. This is costing time and money. My last appointment was12-22-2025. I complained about how much I hated everything about them. Size and hearing cutting out when talking on the phone. I was told after they put 2 new microphones on the hearing aids there was nothing else could do. I would not recommend Miracle-Ear to my worst enemy.

First let me say **, the current person running the 8101 NE Pkwy Dr Ste G2 Vancouver WA location is so pathetic as to post a 5-star Google Review rating for himself/this business. All in an effort to raise the average star ratings for this location. What a LOSER. Have been a client for over 15 yrs. VERY UNFORTUNATELY in Summer/Fall of 2024 this place lost one of the nicest, most personable human beings this business ever had. He had excellent people skills, NEVER made you wait, made you feel your appt. was all about YOU, spent time getting to know his customers, and NEVER EVER rescheduled appt's. Sadly, he was mysteriously replaced by this young worthless and rude "**" who has absolutely no people skills, worst customer service ever, and frequently reschedules appts. and always on short notice (eg day or two before appt.) for no good reasons.

I purchased their top of the line $9000 discreet in the ear type hearing aid and after owning them for 4 years consider them useless. My daughter swears I hear better without them. I go to the scheduled Miracle Ear checkups and state my case, they make adjustments and still I'm asking people to repeat themselves, it's maddening. I wouldn't recommend these to anyone. The reason I used Miracle Ear at all was because my insurance doesn't recognize other hearing aid companies. I'm definitely going outta network for my next hearing aids.

My husband's DOT Physical required him to have hearing aids. We went with Miracle-Ear expecting great service especially for the high cost. The in person testing was great. Dealing with the company Miracle Ear has been a huge disappointment. He needed these to become employed and we were told at most a week to arrive. Now it's been a week and a half and they haven't even been shipped!! Called the local office and the national office and we were told by both "Oh... well sometimes it takes 2 weeks and then they have to charge 12 hours and then you need an appointment." Due to this lack of communication of timing and delivery by Miracle Ear, my husband's company is not accepting his position. Merry Christmas to us. :(
