This is a complete scam. If you have any issues, you will never be able to reach customer service. Do not buy from them. One of my tests wouldn’t register. I sent them an email. No response. One of my tests they didn’t validate. They’re supposed to respond within six hours, four days later still no response. I finally get a response that I mailed one of my test back and it wasn’t registered. Oh really? That’s because your site won’t let me register it and yet you know that I have the test because you received it so why don’t they go ahead and register it themselves. I cannot get a refund. I cannot talk to anybody. Whatever you do do not buy from this company. They need to be put out of business.

I was told that insurance’s don’t cover COVID-19 testing, but Medicare does. So I Google it. And it does state Medicare covers the test kit. So I called my Humana Medicare Medicaid office, who gave me Everlywell’s members phone number. Stating they will send me out a free test kit. On Jan 16th 2026, I called Everlywell at 2:50 pm, she was rude, direct and ugly. I always introduce myself, addressing their name how are you. But when I asked for her name, she said "You called Everlywell, why do you need my name."

Just plain scammers. They keep texting my phone, changing their number so my block doesn't work. They sent a stool test kit that wasn't requested. They've sent snail mail too. No way this is a legit company.

Just awful! I bought their HbA1c test two years back and registered it, but decided to wait before take the test. Meanwhile they removed my old registration but still don't allow me to register it again. I sent the test hoping the registration number will somehow pop-up in their files but to no avail. They just ignored it and most likely threw it out. I contacted Support and received just automated message but not real explanation of their process. I will not deal with these people ever again!

This company is a joke. They take your money and then don’t provide you a service, at least in my case. Over $250 for a kit I didn’t even get to use, they definitely won’t get repeat business from me. I’ve had way better luck with lab testing at Labcorp. Yes a mail in kit is convenient but it is not worth it when they have no accountability.

I received the A1c test kit which tests for blood sugar. I followed the directions exactly. The results indicated an A1c of 5.4. They indicated normal. I was surprised because I am pre diabetic. The doctor ordered a complete bloodwork for me which was taken at LabCorp with results of 5.7 A1c which indicated pre diabetic condition. I filed a complaint with the BBB and Everlywell responded that I probably didn’t clean my finger when I took the blood. They said I may have had lotion on my finger and demanded to see my results from lab Corp. They accepted no responsibility for their inaccurate results and did not offer to send another kit to retest. When dealing with with someone’s health they seem to be callous and defensive. No apology was offered. Later I received an email stating that my kit was on the way. I hadn’t ordered anything so I called them to ask what kit they were sending. They said it was a stool sample kit.

This is a scam front end website to oversee scammers. There is no customer service to speak of, it's horrible, you don't get results, you have no order history. It's an Asian scam company.. Technology doesn't work on mobile, you can't get your results, you can't track your order.

I’ve used Everlywell on a couple of occasions. I don’t know if the tests were accurate. However I can tell you the company has poor or no customer service. They keep sending my kits to the wrong address. When I call, it appears it’s out of their hours of operation. Their website is poorly designed, as it’s impossible to send an e-mail to them. I would not waste my time with this company again. I’m guessing there are better at-home labs out there.

Horrible customer service. They’ve had my samples for weeks and refuse to post the results even after I’ve emailed numerous times. They won’t refund me either. They first denied a sample from me with absolutely no reasoning then resent me out another box. Too late for me to track the part of my cycle I needed to so I had to wait for a whole other cycle to test. Sent my results in immediately and they’ve had them for weeks with no results posted. Will never use this company again.

I don't consider Everlywell a scam company but I won't do business with them again. Their website does not work with the Firefox browser, which makes their tests unusable. It's very odd that a company wouldn't support all major browsers.
